    From start to finish the sale was complete in 2 hours of actual working time and and 1.5 hours of travel to Carvana.     I’ve always hated selling a vehicle. Worrying with taking photos and placing an ad. I’m not very computer literate. Then you start getting messages and texts from folks who are only interested in jerking your chain, not in buying your vehicle. And the scammers. With their codes. Who needs this? I went online with Carvana. They made me an offer..not a lowball offer like some of the messages that I received, but a legitimate, fair offer. Carvana employee came within 15 minutes of appointment time, looked over my vehicle, collected my paperwork, verified that I am who I am, handed me a check. Voila. Deal done. I’ll be ready to upgrade my current vehicle next year. I’ll buy from Carvana and let them bring the new one to me.

    My appointment was for Monday 9 am and they tell me I have to wait for them to have the vehicle inspected. I purchased the vehicle on the previous Thursday. They had plenty of time to get it inspected before my pick up appointment. They just have some lazy employees.

    I will admit, I was skeptical but the price I was quoted is the check that I received. Filled out the paperwork online, signed electronically and sent photos of the requested items. Was in and out in 10 minutes when I dropped off my car. The check cleared, I’m a believer. Do not trade in your car to the dealer, Carvana is the answer.

    I sold my 2014 Chevy Cruze and got a great deal on it. Very easy online process and quick pickup and had my check in two days when they picked up the car. Attendant was professional and quick and entire deal was wrapped up in about 10 minutes.

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received from Carvana in my recent car sale experience. I believe the handling of my transaction has been unreasonably burdensome, involving multiple document submissions and compounded by erroneous information in the AutoCheck and Carfax reports.

    Throughout the purchasing process, I have consistently encountered hurdles due to the repeated requests for additional documentation. Despite providing all necessary information initially, I have been continually asked to submit further documents, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This has not only consumed an excessive amount of my time but has also caused a great deal of frustration.

    I was looking to sell a car, did a bit of online research about the value, and decided that I could go through the hassle and uncertainty of phone calls, scheduling test drives, dealing with strangers that comes with a private sale or I could just sell it to one of the online companies. Carvana made the best offer. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently and respectfully. Perhaps I could have gotten a few bucks more doing hard negotiating with strangers, but that's not how I'm built.

    After no luck trying to sell my car through different platforms, I contacted Carvana to see what they would offer. They came back quickly with an offer very close to what I wanted. So I took care of the paperwork that was required to make the sale online which was just a matter of downloading some pictures of the three things they needed and made an appointment to drop off the car at their location rather than have them pick it up. I arrived a half hour early because of light traffic and thought I would have to wait until my appointment, but I was helped right away, and the transaction took less than 10 minutes since I had already down the paperwork. The buyer was very pleasant, and I was happy with the deal and left with a check in hand.

    Buying a car on Carvana is super easy. But, in my experience, they don't go the extra mile to make sure the car you buy is up to par when it arrives at your doorstep. The communication between the driver who delivered the vehicle and the experience with the driver himself was the best part of the transaction. Luke was the man! A nice gentleman originally from Cambridge, England. He went over everything and made it very easy.

    That being said, he offered me to take the car for a spin around the block which I declined. Bad move. Once Carvana left with my trade-in I wanted to take the family for a ride in the new wheels. As we were driving down the road, a loud scraping noise was coming from the back rear of the car. WTH! Luckily, we ran into Luke and the Carvana truck just down the road and told him the problem. He wasn't happy. He noted it in his paperwork but I never heard a word from Carvana. Nothing. Yes, there is a 90-day limited warranty but come on people. I had to take the vehicle to a specific garage that dealt with Carvana. On my way, the low tire indicator came on? Seriously?

    Long story short. Carvana doesn't really go over your car with a fine-toothed comb before you purchase it. It looks all shiny on the outside, but the rear caliper was rusted out which made the noise. It was also towards the end of its life as are my tires, according the garage mechanic. I understand you buy a "used" car, but I think Carvana can do a little bit more than leaving the car as is when you buy it and just giving the exterior a fresh coat of Turtle Wax.

    Carvana was the only company that was willing to sell to me with bad credit. They had so many cars to choose from. I was easily able to look for a manual transmission Mazda 3. I found several, but one caught my attention because it was blue (my favorite color). It had low mileage and had all the features I was looking for. I only had 1 hiccup. The day I was first scheduled to pick it up, they called me to tell me it had a bubble in a tire, and they needed to fix it. That was great. The hiccup was I had to schedule another pickup date, which was 2 weeks later (I guess because they have a small staff). However it actually worked out better for me. Since I did most of the things I needed to do online, it took less than 30 minutes to finish the process. The coolest thing of all was putting the coin in the vending machine and watching my car come down and out of it! They even gave me a souvenir coin!

    I bought a car at Carvana in November 2021. I have not been able to sell or exchange the car because Carvana made an error in the DMV registration, and there is a discrepancy in the miles that makes it look like a fraud. I have been talking to Carvana for almost two years, and they have been unable to fix anything. I have lost several opportunities to sell my car or exchange it for another, and the transaction is canceled when the car report runs. Nobody does anything to correct it, and it has hurt me considerably. Do not trust Carvana; the customer service is impossible to contact because they do not give you a contact number, and you cannot speak with them directly.

    I purchased my car from Carvana after carefully reviewing the all the images and the written detail. After payment, I noticed the the car was not a 6 speed manual as advertised but an automatic transmission. This is a pretty big miss as the interior image was not clear and the window sticker wasn't available. Before delivery, I contacted the "customer care" team and they informed me that technically it was a manual because with the automatic transmission you could put it in "manual" mode. Absolutely absurd and fraudulent. The Carvana rep said that they would file an incident report and get back to me.

    Their solution was to change the original listing to automatic transmission. Mind you, this was done after I paid and before delivery. When I confronted the manager about this change at their pick up location, they acted as if I had fabricated the entire story and would not make any attempts to resolve the situation. Fortunately, I took screenshots of the original, incorrect posting, but Carvana still wouldn't do anything.

    The only reason anyone would ever buy or sell a car with Carvana is because they are truly incompetent and do not know what they are doing. It is for this reason that they will sell a car for less than what the market price would be. My guess is that you have a team of very new, untrained personnel pushing cars that don't have a clue as to the product that they are actually selling. I have called them repeatedly, but to date, no one has returned my calls or made any attempt to resolve my initial complaint.

    I received the car. Next day as I accelerated to overtake all power went and the engine warning light came on. Narrowly avoided pile up. Not a roadworthy car as delivered but still no refund on delivery charge. The fault is so obvious it is difficult to believe they conduct any checks. The car also stank of smoke so not sure it had been properly cleaned. Very disappointing and nearly fatal experience that cost over $1000 unrefunded dollars for a car that was not even useable let alone safe.

    Temporary plates expired in Nov. I’ve called, emailed, chatted every day to get permanent plates. I’ve been told to just keep waiting. I’m not paying for a car that I can’t drive due to expired temporary plates.

    Stay away. After first teaching into my account and taking thousands of dollars they wouldn't sell me the car after I uploaded 5 different certified documents proving who I was. Took the money tho. Then after finally fixing that issue the next day, they sent me my car. Lame assist was non functional and paint was 2 different colors, telling me it was in an accident that wasn't reported and their inspector was to blind to see. I swapped the car out for another. Car comes in and instead of rolling my original money over they decide to take the entire payment from me again! Leaving me over a thousand negative in my account. Also the new car was also repaired and had no badging in the back. So another unreported accident the inspector let by?

    Very satisfied with the overall experience. Purchase was easy and convenient. Delivery was on time and the driver was extremely professional and friendly. Mechanical and physical condition of the truck was exactly as advertised and expected. However, I was disappointed with the detail and cleanliness of the vehicle. This was my 5th purchase with Carvana and the vehicles have always been received in very clean condition.

    It was obvious that the attention to detail was lacking on this one before being sent out. There were some type of splatter stains on the dash area, the exterior was somewhat clean but had obviously not been washed before shipment. The tonneau cover was not latched properly to the truck. The floor mats were left in the bed of the truck and were wet and moldy to the point of not being usable because of the smell and mold stains. Had to purchase new ones.

    So, I always had a good experience with Carvana in the past when it came to selling my previous cars until I actually bought a car from them for the first time. I bought my Dodge Durango back in April 2023 and it worked fine for a few months then all off a sudden the car starts shutting off while I’m driving almost causing an accident. This car has shut off on me 3 times! I’ve also taken it to fix other issues before this as well. I contacted Carvana about this serious issue and their response was I can either sell back the car or trade it in for another one. The problem with this is that they are offering me $13,000 less than what I owe on my loan. I will never purchase or sell any car to them again especially when the cars I sold to them were in perfect working condition and they sold me a death trap. They need to do better when selling these cars ensuring they are in perfect working condition.

    I purchased a car through Carvana because of the 150-point inspection and 90-day warranty that came with it. I wanted to make sure I had a safe, reliable car. I did not realize at the time I accepted the car that there was a lug nut missing off of every wheel. Me and my 18-year old son have been driving this vehicle around for the past 3 months in an unsafe condition. A quick Google search will tell you that a missing lug nut causes the others to loosen over time because of the pressure and eventually your tire can fall off the car. Carvana sold me the car in this unsafe condition with no warning and could have killed me and my child. Would never purchase from them again.

    Contracted to purchase a Toyota Avalon. Jumped through the hoops, nothing ridiculous, but time consuming. I scanned my driver's license and was told that wouldn't work, they need a poor quality picture, whatever, My frustration is they have taken the money out of my account both for the car and for shipping. I was supposed to take possession today only to be told it will be a week or so, then I can have it. Never mind I took half a personnel have to drive a 177 miles one way to get the car, but my insurance was supposed to change today. So, I have paid in full for a car that they don't know where it really is. I suspect one of the following;

    1. The car was stolen and they are looking for it.
    2. The transport company went on vacation.

    3. It was damaged and is in a quickie body shop and they need a week to fix it.

    This is the second (and last) car from Carvana, 5 years ago, they were amazing, now just amazingly bad.

    The online quote was easy to get, and it really did only take two minutes as advertised. Once we got to the Carvana location it took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with a check in the full amount from the online quote. I would sell again to Carvana.

    My car was picked up without a MD or VA state inspection. This is 100% illegal. I live in Virginia and picked up the car at the closest Carvana which is in Gaithersburg MD. I was told I do not have to purchase the vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the salesperson and the technician were only 2 working that day. I was told this is common. They do all the time.!?! I had to spend 3 hours of my time waiting for an inspection. I have contacted both MD and VA state police and they both stated this was illegal and a Suspicious activity on their part. He assured me they will be investigated once again.

    I have to say dealing with Carvana was a breeze and none of the runaround from the dealers. It definitely depends on the type of car but generally Carvana offers a fair price overall. At times, you can probably get a little more on eBay motors for example, but then you have to deal with the hassle and handle the transaction yourself. I literally went online, put my vin # or you can do by plate, gave a little detail about my car and submitted. They give you the offer right on the spot. You get a few more emails to answer, submit some documents, and they guide you along every step of the way. Then you set up your appointment for them to inspect the car, they hand you the check and the car becomes Carvana's, It was so simple, smooth and would do it again.

    I was definitely skeptical at first to buy a car online, but Carvana did not disappoint! They even offered more money than other dealerships for my trade-in which was very important for me. I was able to narrow my search down to exactly what I wanted and found my car. The application process was so simple and straightforward. I chose to go to the vending machine because why not!! I always wanted to see the vending machines. The experience was so incredibly easy! They brought my car down and gave me the keys to take it for a drive. I was in love! Since everything was done online I didn’t have to stay and go through a pile of paperwork. I just gave them my trade-in car and drove home with my new car.

    The only issue I experienced was when my car came down it had a racing stripe on the hood. At first I thought they had the wrong car. It definitely didn’t show it in any of the pictures online. Everything else looked exactly what it was online. It was a sticker but was afraid to remove it myself in case I caused damage. The girl who helped me said I should call and put in a issue ticket. It was an aesthetic issue but I planned to get it taken care of as a racing stripe was not my style! Especially on a SUV. I got a Kia Sportage. I spoke to Ashley and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing! She put in a ticket for it to be removed. She was so helpful and so nice. Carvana recognized that there was a misrepresentation and made sure that it got remedied. It was a bit of a process as it had to go through the warranty company but they worked diligently on getting me to a shop to have them remove the stickers before my 7-day return period ended.

    Thankfully it didn’t cause any paint damage and got my car back within a couple of hours! It’s been 3 weeks since I got my Kia Sportage and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The entire experience was wonderful and knowing that there is support beyond the purchasing process when an issue arose gave me the peace of mind I needed. First time ever buying a car online was proven to be worth it! I would recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their car. Thank you Carvana for the wonderful experience!

    They approved, took a down-payment, had me sign a contract, requested info, then did not review it and canceled my order. Did not ship the vehicle but claim they are going to keep the shipping fee because they did ship the vehicle. I have filed with BBB and state AG. I dodged this bullet, they are being sued by multiple state AGs for bad business practices.

    While the buying and trading-in experience was better than a regular dealership, what was delivered and what was shown in their photos did not match. Highly disappointed in not backing up their product. They had 2 photos online of small scratches. No big deal to us. But what was delivered was massive, multiple and deep scratches in multiple places throughout the truck. Why show 2 small ones online and leave out the obvious ones…? But Carvana said this is normal wear and tear and it is what it is... “Nothing we can do”. Disappointed as without this issue, I would use them again.

    Filled out the form a year ago, took a while to find the right replacement, but Carvana kept updating me on the current market value. Decided to sell, whole process took a few minutes to take pictures and upload licenses and title, made an appointment and in a few minutes drove away with a check. The amount was twice what another car site offered. The only thing that didn't work was the electronic signatures, and honestly I think my wife signed in the wrong box and hit "complete" before I could sign, but the form wouldn't allow an edit so we signed paper. We also got to see a car loaded to the car vending machine, which is more fun than I've ever had at any other car dealership.

    I was a bit skeptical at first, but let me tell you! This was BY FAR the easiest car purchase I have EVER made. Carvana couldn't have made it easier. I traded in my vehicle, too, when I purchased my new car. What I saw on their website and what was delivered to my door was exactly the same...no surprises! The gentleman (Alex) that delivered my car was great and he was well prepared and kept me notified of when he was leaving and his ETA the day of my delivery. From the time he arrived to the time he left was less than 15 minutes! As long as you do everything you're supposed to do upfront, it's seamless. I have recommended Carvana to all my friends. My partner bought a car through them as well and was just as pleased. Stop buying cars the hard way and start with them now!

    My wife and I have bought four cars through Carvana and recommended them to our friends and family. Never again. I don't know if they are scraping the bottom of the barrel for used cars or they're short of Staff or what, but a vehicle my brother got and one that we just got were in poor condition. The carpet in ours has a terrible sour smell and they literally spray-painted it with a brown dye to hide the damage. What's worse is that my 5-year-old grandson could have done a better job with the carpet dye. The only recourse Carvana would allow is to trade it back in, but they had no other cars that were similar at the time. I offered to replace the carpet myself at a cost of $300 but refused. Combine this with a rusted-out sunroof and a broken storage panel cover, along with a battery that goes dead overnight, and you can guess how happy I am.

    The Saturday before our delivery (Friday) we had decided to sell our old car and get something newer that would work with my wife's disabled mother. The 2020 Kia Soul on Carvana's site seemed to be a Godsend. Truly we felt that we had been nudged by God into doing this deal. We still love the car but we nearly didn't get it when it was delivered. The process to buy the Carvana car went smoothly and I uploaded my Drivers License, Docusigned the Sell/Purchase documents, and uploaded my insurance binder my insurance agent provided. All three items were accepted and received the "Green Checkmark" on the Carvana site. We were ready to get our new car!

    Friday afternoon I came home early from work. We were both excited to have our new car delivered and our old car taken away. It's a nice touch in the Carvana app to be able to track the delivery vehicle as it comes to your home. As the truck was rounding the last corner we were both on the porch waving at the driver as he turned around. OUR NEW CAR WAS HERE. We were both very excited.

    I went out to the street with my DL to show the driver as instructed. The driver gets out of the truck and wasn't a super friendly guy. I took it as Friday afternoon, "lets get this done - so I can go home" attitude. I was okay with that but then he drops the bombshell on me that there was a problem with my insurance. My insurance renewed 13 days after this delivery date. I was surprised since the insurance binder I had uploaded was accepted by the company. I asked him what he needed and he said proof that I had insurance for the next 30 days.

    I replied that I do and that it was renewing on the 16th. He said I need to see that your insurance will continue for the next 30 days. Confused, I called my agent and was lucky enough that he was still in the office. I explained the request from the driver and my agent said that's what he had given me and that I had uploaded to the system. Driver was adamant that what was uploaded was not sufficient and he was not going to unload the car until I proved I had insurance for 30 days.

    We went around a few times, and my agent tried to text a few other documents to me to show the driver and each time he was not satisfied. Now my excitement had been crushed and I was getting upset that I hadn't been informed that this was a requirement and that what I had uploaded was not sufficient. I was at the point to tell him to get back in the truck and leave and frankly his attitude towards me and the situation was not helping. The man had a chip on his shoulder. My wife came out while I went in to contact support. While I was waiting both online and on the phone for a support person to help us, my wife and the agent showed him the very document I had uploaded to the system and the ones he had texted to me earlier and somehow the driver was appeased and he unloaded the vehicle.

    After he had loaded our old vehicle and had left I finally got to talk to a support person on the phone. I explained what had happened and how the drivers attitude had upset me so much. The support person said this was NOT THE CARVANA EXPERIENCE they wanted me to have; It wasn't the one I wanted either. She further explained she didn't know what the driver had a problem with because the insurance binder I had uploaded was exactly what they wanted. There shouldn't have been any question during the delivery. I was affected by the bad experience I had the remainder of the day and the next.

    In addition the the very poor delivery we experienced the vehicle had some paint chips on the bumper that were not listed in the ad. I reported that to Carvana. I was told that we had 3 cosmetic requests that we can enter during the 7 day trial period. So I turned in the bumper and it was approved to be repaired. A day or so later I notice another paint chip on one of the rear doors. I reported it as well. This chip was more worrisome as I could see that the chip went all the way to the metal and that it was starting to rust. The bumper was plastic and if it wasn't repaired wouldn't be a big deal. However, the door chip was denied as "normal wear and tear" on a used vehicle. I found another paint chip near the roof, it wasn't as bad as the one on the door so I didn't even feel like trying to get it fixed. So much for 3 cosmetic repairs.

    All in all, I was happy with the vehicle selection that Carvana offers, okay with the trade in value we got for our old car, and okay with the price of the new one. The process to purchase the vehicle is straightforward and not too troubling. However, the experience with the driver regarding my approved insurance and his lack of customer service really, really, killed our opinion of Carvana. Would I buy another vehicle from Carvana, maybe, maybe not, would I recommend it to others, probably not.

    I have been a Carvana fan since I purchased my first vehicle from them in 2018. I have since purchased personally, or referred friends and family, who have purchased from Carvana since 2018. I live in Georgia and therefore purchased from Georgia. I referred a cousin, who was very satisfied and purchased from Carvana in California. So, when my daughter, who lives in Illinois needed a car, naturally Carvana was my first thought. We went online and chose several cars and my daughter fell in love and decided on one. Of course, Carvana offers a 7-day guarantee, the ability to trade cars if not satisfied, and all things to attract and secure your business; and until Carvana in Illinois, I was sold. I made a very hefty down payment, my daughter picked up the car and finally she was mobile.

    The car was in pristine condition cosmetically, but in the first day while driving she notice a slight oil leak. No Worries!! We have the guarantee and Carvana has a relationship with SilverRock Warranty for repairs. Per agreement, we found a Carvana/SilverRock repair facility and had them look at the car. They found where the leak originated and stated that it would take a few hours for repair, but they could not start repair until they received approval from SilverRock. Cue the drama! Silver Rock’s practice is to take 3-4 days to approve the repair! We call CARVANA ILLINOIS for assistance in expediting the matter, given the time constraint and they can do nothing even though the car was purchased under a 7-day Guarantee and the clock is ticking!!!!

    What about the partnership that they have with SilverRock on cars that are under the 7-day warranty? I feel so sorry for the customer advocates as they can do nothing but read from a script and tell you how sorry they are. When we asked to just trade the car out, they stated that they would need additional down payment on a car that was the exact same price as the one in disrepair! Why would we give more money and wait more days for empty promises?!

    This is a matter that could have been handled in a few keystrokes and a phone call; if Carvana truly wanted to satisfy the customer and sell a car! We didn’t decide to quit the deal until Carvana defaulted on the 7-day guarantee! We are 10 days into this situation with no car, no money and only the promise of down payment return in a few days. A down payment that they received within a few minutes. I am no longer a Carvana fan in any state! Technology is so wonderful, but nothing takes the place of a sit-down talk and a test drive prior to purchase! Let the buyer beware! Visit a dealer! See. Touch. Drive your new ride before you make that down payment!!!! Shame on you Carvana!!!!

    This was my GO TO PLACE a few years ago when I needed a car and was young and now; wow. I mean WOW I have to get a lawyer. I wanted to make a purchase. I went through the process and was ready for fees and so forth... Then Carvana had an error in their system and it took 3 days to get back to me. I canceled and decided not to go with it. Now being told an exception could be made it won't be for me because I did not cancel within 24 hours of the order date. Shipping is not refundable. Even if the cancellation was only due to their error, and was not known for 3 days of their processing...1200 dollars went along with root insurance money for a car I never even had delivered to me...The root insurance that they do not assist you with even though you go through them to get it...

    The mere fact that they said it was noted to speak with a manager for an exception and then they did not give it because of a 24-hour time frame that they could not provide information. Happy for all those it went great for them as I am sure people will continue to use them, just wouldn't count on it. If I could have given 0 and still written something because I read the stories and said, "Naw not Carvana, I used them like so long ago and it was kinda cool, NOW LOOK AT ME (smh)." As this time frame is from 10/30 the day of trying to 11/2 the day I canceled. Waited for the refund, never saw it, and called in today; to a loss at such a time of year, can't even use that to get a car elsewhere. WOW. No, I will do everything I can to fight their business growing off of things like this no matter how long or hard. How unethical of a company to do such a thing.

    I started to investigate Carvana when the use of my 2020 KIA Sportage was so low. I had only 8000 miles on this car over the 4 years of ownership and I determined it was a good time to sell. I watched the offer price go down over a three-week period and initiated the selling transaction.     Experience seemed great at first. Within 5 months, my '150-point inspected' vehicle needed breaks, routers and a transmission flush. This was already after the drain holes had to be flushed and carpet replaced. If you are going to use Carvana, be sure to take your vehicle to a mechanic right away to inspect every inch.

    Carvana purchased our vehicle. We received over double what a local dealer offered in a trade. The process was easy. We took pictures of our car and completed a description online. We accepted the offer and set up an appointment to deliver our vehicle as this saved a transportation fee. All signatures were online before our appointment.     I've purchased from Carvana twice now. Both times there were un-disclosed cosmetic defects. The most recent had scrapes and chips in the paint and the car had been re-painted in certain areas. A repaired front bumper clip was reported upon delivery, with scrapes and unreported chips above it. I think the damage occurred while in transit. Carvana refused any responsibility saying it was considered normal wear, even though it wasn't listed in the imperfections prior to purchase. While it didn't affect the function of the car, I was disappointed that Carvana denied responsibility.

    While looking to upgrade my car I wanted to see options other than a low ball trade from a dealer. The Carvana site and process to obtain an offer was pretty seamless. I would recommend supplying your VIN when using this process as it really covers all the vehicle details. The offer on the vehicle was quick and hassle free and was well above any trade offer. After I accepted the offer the sale paperwork was quick and easy with digital signature options. I scheduled my pick up (which I was charged for) as the closest drop off location was 90 miles away. There was good communication during the process and the day of pick up the driver Kaley contacted me frequently with updates.

    My only point of frustration was that my vehicle was not picked up but rather kept on my property after completing the sale and picked up the following day. I was frustrated as there was not mention that this may happen and when I tried to contact Carvana the call center agent was less than helpful. However I commend Kaley, she listened to my concerns and really made the process smooth. Kaley inspected my vehicle, handed me my check and apologized again for the inconvenience. The car was picked up early the following morning. Overall this was a great experience and I would use the service again.

    The takeaway: Selling my 2014 Ford Fusion to Carvana was a great experience, and I'll use them again if I ever need to sell another vehicle. The details: Carvana's estimate came in higher than all the local dealership estimates I received, even accounting for the pickup charge. (Yes, there will probably be a pickup charge if you choose not to drop off the vehicle yourself, which I hadn't considered until making the pickup appointment. However, I found the charge fair, as Carvana had to drive 280 miles round-trip in my case.)

    Since I'm a worrier by nature, I was concerned that some paperwork snag or random hiccup would derail the sale, but not so! The sale took about 15 minutes (I elected to complete my sales doc online ahead of time), and payment took place at completion of the sale as promised. As a final point, I appreciated how virtually the whole process took place online, and that I didn't have to speak to any humans until the rep showed up for the sale. :p

    I would highly recommend selling a car on Carvana as my experience was great. I never even considered Carvana, but when a dealership would only give me $15,000 for my car and I told them that wouldn’t work, they recommended I try Carvana. I was shocked when Carvana offered me $19,300 for my car! It was Halloween week and I was super busy so driving 50 minutes away to drop off the car wasn’t ideal. For an extra charge, I paid for them to pick it up at my house. I didn’t have to put any money out, they just deducted it from the amount they were going to give me. It was well worth it because they came, inspected the car and 15 minutes later they were gone! My 10 year old also enjoyed watching them put it on the small flatbed.

    The money was direct deposited and available the next day. It says it can take 1-2 days, but my money was available to me the next morning which was great because I couldn’t buy my new car until I had the money. I can’t say how buying a car on Carvana would be and I would probably be more hesitant about that, but selling a car on Carvana is highly recommended!

    I went through Carvana because I like the idea of no haggling and spending hours at a car dealership. That part was great. Then my car arrived and it was filthy inside with visible stains and a ripped backseat. (Carvana did send a detail voucher but this shouldn’t have even been an issue.) None of these damages were on the listing. I was referred to Silverrock which I’ve been trying to get my false advertised purchase repaired for almost 3 weeks. The body shop says Silverrock is a pain in the ** to work with so I still have no resolution. They give you an option to return the car but the 1888.00 you spend to deliver is non refundable because I have an extra 2k to give them for their false advertising. I will never do this again and I regret not checking every review source before making my purchase.

    So while Carvana will not sell a vehicle that has had an accident reported to CARFAX, they most certainly will sell one that has not been reported. The vehicle in question was a 2013 Camaro SS maroon in color. It arrived with paintwork to the right side door, fender and hood. It had overspray from a terrible home repair to the hood, rocker, A pillar and front bumper. It said it had passed a 150 point Carvana certified inspection. How it passed when the paintwork was so bad the transporter didn't even have to take it off the delivery truck to see the issues I don't know.

    Do not buy from them online without seeing the vehicle first. They do not have full disclosure of damages on their site and are betting on the fact that the consumer doesn't know any better or how to spot issues. Have the vehicle inspected by someone you trust if you do buy from them, and be cautious if it seems too good to be true.

    I had never purchased off Carvana before. I was a bit weary, but I found a specific model of vehicle that was difficult to find, with decent miles, and in my price range. I found exactly what I wanted on Carvana. I am in my late 40s with an 800 credit score. My house is paid off, I have no other vehicle loans and less than $10k on credit cards. My husband and I make well over 100k a year. I requested a quote through Carvana and they gave me a 10% interest rate!!! I ended up going with USAA at 6%, which as we all know in today's world is great.

    I submitted all my information to Carvana, that they required, on Monday Morning. They state that they will be in touch in 1-2 business days if they need any further information. I did not hear a word from them until Wed. Keep in mind, I had already requested a delivery date of the following Monday for my vehicle. On Wed, I had to reach out to them via their Chat service. They then explained that I needed a few more things and to get them submitted right away. I did, within Minutes. I wondered at that time why they did not reach out if they needed more information. Oh and EVERY conversation I had with them, they state "now make sure you get everything done or we won't be able to deliver on Monday and we will have to start all over"!

    Thursday comes, no updates. I reach out via Chat again...they tell me that there is some information they need from USAA. So I then have to contact USAA, and get back to Carvana...which I did within the hour. I had to get a copy of a paper check from USAA and a tracking number and load it to Carvana's website. Then I reached out again via chat. They stated they see they have everything they need and they just need to wait on my down payment to hit (which was pulled out of my account on Monday) and for THEIR Underwriter to call USAA to verify the Check information. Then AGAIN, "if everything is not in by Friday at 5 your order will be cancelled and you will have to start over and your delivery will be delayed".

    Friday 10AM - I contact them again via Chat - "Did you get my down payment?" and "Check from USAA?"...They stated that they did receive my down payment and they see the copy of the check I uploaded. I explained I tracked the actual check and it was delivered as well. They state "ok, we are just waiting on Underwriting to contact USAA"..."And don't forget, if we don't have everything by 5PM..." WTH?!?!? I am waiting on you! NOT ONE TIME the entire week did they contact me, I had to contact them EVERY TIME! So I wait...3PM rolls around, no information, no calls, no emails, nothing. So I contact them on Chat AGAIN, the gal tells me AGAIN, still waiting on Underwriting. Then she tells me if I haven't heard back from them by 4:59PM to call back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I did not listen, I called in and talked to Underwriting right away.

    Talked to John. John does not call USAA, he says that the "copy" of the check I loaded only had the check part and not the check stub on it. I explained it had been delivered that morning. He called over to the mail department then gets back on and tells me they will have to look for it and he will call me back shortly. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM JOHN! I waited until 5:15 Friday Afternoon, called in, sat on hold for 20 min and finally got ahold of Raya. RAYA is based in the Philippines and was VERY considerate but she told me the same thing that John did about finding the check and still needing to call USAA. She started to tell me it would take them a couple more days and that my delivery would be delayed. I had already sold my car so it was imperative I got it delivered on Monday. I lost it!!!! I went off on that poor girl.

    When I was done, very calmly she tells me that she would be upset too. She asks me to hold on. She put me on hold for 5 min and when she came back on she had found the check and she had reached out to USAA. We had a 3-way call to verify the check information and when we were done, she verified that I would be getting my vehicle on Monday. She was the ONLY person at Carvana that seemed to care at all and not only did her job but went above and beyond to take care of me! I give her 5 stars. But I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle through Carvana again!!! My car showed up in the time it was supposed to and the delivery gal was very efficient...best part of the whole experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR WITH CARVANA!

    The online (contactless) process is a bit clunky and not clearly lined out on the website. I used a third party lender for financing. That made the transaction a little more difficult because it was a bit confusing and not clearly explained on the website. This delayed my transaction by a few days. The photos on the listing would have been better viewed if I could have made them full screen. (I was using Chrome) I would like to have seen some photos of the undercarriage of the vehicle. I was a bit surprised of the amount of rust and corrosion on the underside. The Carfax report indicated the vehicle spent its life in a winter climate so I should have expected it. Overall I am pleased with the vehicle and would recommend Carvana to others with explanations of my experience. I was led to Carvana by the vehicle I purchased, so I did not just start looking for vehicles here first.

    In early August 2023, I found a car on the Carvana website that I thought might work for me. I ordered it and planned to trade in my current car. Things went smoothly online and the day came for them to bring my new vehicle. The gentleman came with it, I drove it around for maybe 5/ 6 minutes and thought it was fine. Explanations were made, I signed all papers and he took off with my previous car. I decided to go for another little ride in the new vehicle, drove about 3 minutes and the car putt-putted to death and would not start again. Not a battery problem, a fuel injection issue.

    I called the trade-in guy, he said 'sorry' but that was it. I called everyone at Carvana, they said 'sorry'. I, at that moment, decided to swap the new car out for another one and told them. Had to have the car towed back to my parking lot and looked for a new car. Of course, at this point, I had no car. So I went out and rented a car at the cost of $800 because they only had huge cars left to rent. In the meantime, I am calling Carvana to get them to pay for my rental. But nnoooo! Only SilverRock can reimburse for car rentals, but because I did not send the car to a repair shop, they would not cover my rental.

    So, I ate the cost myself. My new car was to come a week later. As with many companies these days, they were short handed for drivers (transportation issues) and couldn't get it to me for another week. Of course, they didn't tell me until the day it was to come, my rental was to go back that day and, again, no car. So, I rented another car so I could do things like get to work, but groceries, you know. Second rental cost me only $600. Again, I was constantly calling Carvana & SilverRock and getting nowhere. They all said 'sorry', but could not connect me to anyone that could make an impact on my issue.

    I want to tell you that all of the customer service people were very compassionate and great listeners, never telling me that I was wrong. One even said that there should a way to help people who are having this kind of trouble with Carvana. My rental costs were not created by my mistakes. Both times it was on Carvana - not checking that the first car was ready to go and not planning well with 'transportation issues.' Carvana communicating with me was very weak and their customer service process needs major work. They may not care what I think of them, but I will not be working with them again.

    Horrible. I wish I could give 0000 stars. The buying process was simple but that’s where the good ends. Had the pickup 3 days and it started losing power in the engine. Contacted the sham warranty company-Silver Rock. They sent a tow truck which took the pickup to a nonexistent repair shop. Obviously, the driver was peeved but agreed to take it to a different shop. Apparently, it has to go to a make-specific/dealership repair shop. So my husband towed the pickup himself because Silver Rock only covers 10 miles for a tow, they told me it would be OVER $900 to tow 60 miles. Living in rural Oklahoma- the nearest shop was 60+ miles away. The pickup has been sitting at the dealership waiting for repair for about 1.5 months. We had it 3 days.

    Now weeks of back and forth with Carvana, silver Rock and the dealership. It really seems like they are trying to run out the clock for the 90 day limited warranty. They sent multiple “inspectors” to the dealership to verify it needs a new motor (per the dealership). They finally authorized the claim but are using a REFURBISHED engine with about 45k miles. Still waiting for the engine to arrive and who knows how long it will take for the actual repair. The finance company has been blowing up my phone - they want their money but we HAVE NO TRUCK! Carvana washed their hands of us and pushed it off onto Silver Rock. I have spoken to so many people, been told they will get back to me ASAP. The only people calling me are the finance company. This situation is incredibly stressful and disheartening. They have no accountability. DO NOT BUY THRU CARVANA.

    Purchased a Car, not happy with it. It was leaking out of 2 places, requested an exchange within the return policy. Exchange fell out their system causing my shipping date to change to a later date than anticipated. When the exchange took place they had charged a shipping fee, when the order fell out of their system I did not receive that shipping back, instead they charged me again after receiving verbal confirmation that the shipping fee would not be re-charged when they put the order back into the system. They lied and I did get re-charged for the shipping. Now they are refusing to issue the $990 shipping cost they charged multiple times without my consent. I am extremely frustrated with the service & will not recommend this company to anyone.

    I began to lose my vision slowly over the past few months, to the point where driving became less and less of an option for me. I knew that I would eventually have to sell my truck (Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi), but I had hope that my diagnosis would change, and things would get better for me. Unfortunately, that is not the case. As I contemplated selling my truck, I thought about how much haggling I would have to do at a car lot or how much time and effort I would have to put into selling it personally and honestly, with all that I am already facing, I just didn't have the will power to try any of those options.

    My wife had heard about Carvana from infomercials and online ads and looked up the site to read the reviews from past and present customers. After doing some in-depth research on Carvana, she then went on to Kelley Blue Book to see what the value of our truck was in accordance with their site. After learning what our value was, she then went back onto Carvana, put in all of our information, and waited for their estimated value to come back.

    In those minutes of waiting, I, the ever skeptical, told her that there was no way that Carvana would even come close to the Kelley Blue Book value and that she was wasting her time. Boy was I wrong. Not only did Carvana come back with the same value of Kelley Blue Book, but they also offered pick up service right from my home (for a small nominal fee). With the help of an outstanding customer service agent (Tyler **) we accepted their offer, set up a pickup date and time, and signed all of our paperwork. The process was just that easy. All of the paperwork was easy to understand and there were no hidden cost or fees, and no stipulations or agendas. Just a very easy sale.

    On the day of the vehicle pick up, the tow driver, Anthony, was running a little behind and reached out to let me know an updated estimated time of arrival. I appreciated his ability to keep me informed, as it is a rare occurrence to have that type of customer service with customer involvement in this day and age. Once Anthony arrived, within 15 minutes everything was done, and I walked away with a check in hand. I just want people to know how grateful I am to Carvana, to Tyler (**) and Anthony for making an experience that could have been so much harder to face, such a pleasant experience. I will always be grateful for your service, your honesty, and your excellent customer care.

    Carvana quoted a price that was good for one week. After two days I uploaded the title, odometer and drivers license. Nothing had changed before or after with this vehicle, but once I clicked, and all of this done, then Carvana lowered their purchase offer $448. No one at Carvana would explain why when called, texted and emailed.

    I tried twice to by a car - first was a Chrysler 200 convertible in December 2022. One-half hour before the car was to be delivered I called and found out there was a problem with the car so I cancelled. This October, I ordered a 2014 Nissan Murano and even though the Carfax showed no accidents on further review Carvana showed a fender repair that looked terrible! That vehicle is still listed for sale on their site. That car should be wholesaled! The good thing though was the website and ease of buying - just buyer beware. Also when I applied for financing even though I had a real high beacon score my interest rate was over 13%! Arrange your own financing and skip all their add-ons!

    I was worried about selling my car because I didn't want to screen calls or maybe get no calls. Where do you even advertise a car theses days? A friend had sold his car through Carvana and had a good experience so I thought I would try. It was so easy! I filled out the online form, got an offer and set up the pickup in a matter of minutes. The hardest part was taking a photo of my odometer (which wasn't hard at all). The guy was even early coming to pick up the car. He called first and asked if it was okay if he was early. And it was. I told him I didn't have time to take off the license plates and said it was no problem. He could do it. The guy who picked up my car was friendly and smiling. I had the money in my bank account by the next morning. I have never had an easier time selling a vehicle. What a pleasure working with Carvana!

    I would not recommend buying a car from Carvana. I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester that had a small dent/rust spot on the trunk. This was not visible in any of the 3 pictures they labeled “Imperfections” The next day and was told that this was acceptable under their used car standards.. and that I could exchange the car. It took me weeks to find a used Subaru, so I decided to keep it and pay for the repair myself. Then 2 weeks later the transmission breaks.

    It happened 3 days before a scheduled trip to the mountains. Because it wasn’t a general repair they couldn’t look at my car until the following week, after my trip. So now I’m stuck renting a car for my trip that will not be covered under the warranty. So in summary Carvana sold me a car with a rust spot and broken transmission! If you do decide the take the risk and buy a car from them, make sure you look at the pictures of the vehicle very carefully and buy the warranty!!

    We spent 70K g550 on a new car to Suprise my wife. The car showed up with peeling trim, a broken sunroof, water in the lights, messed up bumper, rust in the car and water damage. On the site it say they do a 150 point inspection, they definitely don't fix anything they find. They lie and they avoid! They took the car back. Said FULL refund and then weeks later we don't have our money back. The customer service at that point disappears...

    The worst part is someone bought the car before me as we were watching it. They bought it and then a few weeks later it was back up for sale. We bought it. Figured they changed their mind, NOPE they found all the issues. Obviously the person before us found the same issues and returned it. Then they take the car and put up for sale again... they take the car back from us and right away they relist it. It was too fast to fix the issues... so they did not fix the problems and try to pass on to someone else... STAY AWAY, NIGHTMARE.

    Vehicle arrived and the Wind Deflector was not with the Vehicle as advertised. Notified Carvana. The vehicle purchased was a convertible. Carvana stated in their contract states some vehicles may not have a part included. This was a disappointment that Carvana would not make the sale whole by providing the Wind Deflector noted to Carvana within the 7-day period as requested by the purchaser.

    The vehicle I purchased I had inspected by the make of the Car dealership for a second opinion. The dealership recommended having a used part on the vehicle replaced by original part for preventative maintenance, pertaining to the cooling system. Notified the warranty department Silver Rock. Their reply was they would only cover this if the part was leaking. Yet, another disappointment. Also, Carvana requires the customer to have a REG31 form completed to send back to Carvana for registration to provide customer with their license plates. After the 7 days then Carvana will continue with the DMV processing. I wouldn't call this a smooth process of purchasing a vehicle with Carvana.

    I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F150 Limited From Carvana, it was delivered to me on 9/02/23. Delivery of the truck went okay but once we drove the truck that week we noticed it was driving rough. I contacted Carvana and they pushed me off to the warranty company Silver Rock who sent me an hour away to a preferred repair shop. They insisted it was just the tires and replaced them. The next 3 weeks all I have been dealing with is going back and forth to repair shops just to find out now my brake rotors and Transmission all need to be replaced. Carvana does not want to help at all now because they said it is a warranty issue, not theirs.

    They take no responsibility for selling me a unsafe vehicle with severe mechanical issues that put myself and my family at a safety risk. I am currently without the truck for a week and have been told it will take at least another week for the warranty company to send Ford parts and I haven't even made my first payment on the truck yet. Do yourself a favor and shop at a car company that stands by their products and doesn't put their customers at a safety risk.

    I will never purchase from Carvana again. The draw was an affordable vehicle with low mileage. However, only 2 days after my grace period expired and I’m already having 2 mechanical issues with my vehicle. Additionally, the customer service is atrocious. Robotexts, call center employees who are uninformed and no ability to speak with a supervisor. Never again.

    I received an estimate from them and had to cancel my flight arrangements and buy a new ticket so I could be present at the time the vehicle would be picked up. The morning of, I received an email and text, stating they would arrive at 11am and to remove plates, etc. At 10:14, they call and say they have a staffing shortage and won't be able to pick up my vehicle that day and wanted me to reschedule. I was not about to buy a 3rd plane ticket. Plus they were gonna charge me $200 just to come get my vehicle. They made no offer or attempt to reconcile my situation despite the extra efforts I had made to be present for their arrival.

    Their drop off location was 191 miles away, so that was not an option for me, which I had already stated numerous times in the days prior. I requested to speak to a manager. Apparently this manager was at their corporate location, and no effort was made and he seemed to have no problem losing the business either. I couldn't rely on them to be there, why would I make more arrangements to meet them? I live in NY and the vehicle was in Ohio and was supposed to be picked up in Ohio. I wouldn't give them a 1, but 0 wasn't available to leave as a review rating.

    I recently purchased my car with Carvana a few weeks ago from the Orlando location. I drove the car home for my 7 days trial period and discovered the AC did not work or the Bluetooth. I tried to switch out the car for another of an equal value, but Carvana's system was not working and a ticket was submitted for the error. I used their warranty to get a mechanic out to fix the AC in the meantime waiting for my new pickup date for the new vehicle. On the new pick up date, I go to swap out the vehicle at the Orlando location, and the system did not update it, so it appeared as if I bought two cars instead of swapping them. I was unable to take home the new car, and had to cancel that swap. I decided to keep the first vehicle, and just deal with the AC repair because the system error was not worth the hassle.

    I went through Carvana's third party, Repair Smith. A mechanic came to my house and fixed the AC no problem. The mechanic said oil had spilled on the engine because the vehicle came with no oil cap. Even though Carvana claims to have "inspected" the vehicle, there was no oil cap and the AC was broken upon the initial purchase. I purchased my own oil cap after the AC was fixed. Two days later, the car begins smoking from the engine while I'm driving it. Turns out, the oil that had spilled was causing the smoke. I have to take the vehicle to a Pepboys Auto so the engine can be washed so it'll stop smoking when driving it. After this the vehicle drives fine.

    Then later on, I see the recalls on my vehicle that Carvana had listed. Carvana could not tell me if the previous owner had addressed the recalls, or if they themself had addressed the recalls since they do their "150 point inspection." So I take the vehicle to a dealership to check out the recalls. They were fine. So after all of that hassle because Carvana did not check the vehicle thoroughly, I thought the car was fine. However, today, as I am getting errands, the battery light all of a sudden comes on while waiting at a traffic light. There were no lights on prior to this. Mind you, 3 mechanics have looked at the vehicle at this point and deemed it all good, four mechanics if you count Carvana's inspection. The car beeps and says "transmission service needed now" and the batter dies at the intersection. I had to push the car and get someone to jump it. After the jump, the car dies again after 30 seconds of driving.

    And now I have another repair scheduled. I understand there is the limited 100 day warranty, which I am grateful for. But my complaint is that Carvana did not check or inspect this vehicle or list any of these problems on the car listing. I have only had the car for 3 weeks and all of the malfunctions have occurred but Carvana had a "guarantee." I want someone to take a look at this issue because this is getting out of hand. Did I buy a piece of junk? Is Carvana selling garbage to consumers and hiding their problems? It has been very frustrating.

    When purchasing through Carvana, you are relying on the photos to be accurate as you must purchase the vehicle before seeing it in person. You make your decision about the value of the car and whether you want to buy it based on those photos. When I arrived to pick up the car that I purchased, there was damage to the inside of the door, stains on the seats, and tears in the armrest that were NOT in the photos or noted under "imperfections". I was assured by the Carvana rep that these would be fixed by Carvana since they were not noted.

    I filed my claim with SilverRock, Carvana's carrier, to have the items fixed as promised. They are refusing to fix them. They basically say "Whoops sorry we didn't show that in the photos, but that's normal wear and tear." They also waited until my return window was closed to tell me they won't fix anything. To repair these things on my own will cost hundreds of dollars, and I would have taken that into account when I decided whether to purchase this vehicle at the price listed. This is deceptive sales practices.

    I'm still waiting to hear if the mechanical issues with the car will be fixed -- it needs an alignment, the camera is broken, the antenna is broken, the interior dome light is broken, and the driver's side window doesn't stay in place. Again... none of these things were noted prior to purchasing the car.

    Updated on 10/23/2023: Following up - Carvana did step up and cover the battery replacement. I do appreciate Janet working through that with me. I would love to say that was the end of the story, but unfortunately it is not. Since I got the truck back, it is still pulling to the left when the brakes are applied. Also, it now seems to have an issue with the transmission that I will have to get checked out. Firestone does not work on transmissions, so I'll have to source another shop for that. Once the transmission issue is resolved, it'll have to go back to Firestone to have the brake issue addressed. These will be trips 5 and 6 to the shop since the truck was purchased. I'm assuming I'll have to pay more deductible money for both shops at $100 each. Running total now is $500 out of pocket. As much as I like the truck, it's quickly becoming more of a hassle and frustration than it's worth. Is it too much to ask for dependable transportation that doesn't stay parked at the shop more than my house?

    Original Review: I purchased a 2017 Silverado from Carvana. The bad experience started from day 1 just getting the truck picked up. I got to the pickup location about 30 minutes early and had to wait almost 3 hours before I was approached by a Team member asking if I had been helped. 2 different people asked me that about 30 minutes later before anyone actually helped. When they brought the truck around, I was told one of the tires was flat which they had to air up and the truck had not been washed. The associate let me know it would be about another 45 minutes until the detailing was done. His advice about the tire was "keep an eye on it, if it goes flat again you can go through SilverRock for a tire repair". After driving off the lot, the first time I hit the brakes, the truck pulled very hard to the left. I took it to an approved vendor and was told SilverRock would not cover it because their discounted price was lower than the $100 deductible.

    They also told me I was not eligible for the discounted price and had to pay full price which was over $100. SilverRock was also told that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. SilverRock denied the battery saying it was a wear item and I would be responsible for replacing. I had to take the truck to the shop 2 additional times to get the alignment corrected so it was safe enough to drive without pulling. I left work a few days later and the check engine light came on. I took the truck back to Firestone, now for the 4th time - They diagnosed and said the battery, alternator, plugs and wires needed to be replaced. SilverRock stated they would only replace the alternator. After speaking with SilverRock and Carvana and ultimately telling them if they were not willing to cover the repairs for that were present at the time of the purchase, I would surrender the truck and they were free to pick it up.

    I asked the CS person I was speaking to to transfer me to a manager, her response was - "You can speak to anyone you want to, but the answer will be the same". Shortly after, I was transferred to a member of Management who agreed that I should not be having these issues. They ultimately stated they would cover the battery, but I would have to pay for it and get reimbursed. It is very frustrating to buy a vehicle that supposedly goes through an inspection process and then have to pay out of pocket to make it safe to drive.

    The entire process of getting any repairs completed is a joke. Customers should not have to escalate in the way it was done just to get any kind of resolution. I am still working with them on the resolution of the battery and should hopefully get some kind of resolution today. I have a feeling I'll pay for the battery, but they will find a way to either not reimburse or pay less than what the cost is. Hopefully not, but I'm not holding my breath. Overall terrible experience.

    I've sold a car to Carvana before and had a great experience. Last night I tried to purchase a car and out of nowhere the price and rates shot way up. I thought maybe it was a deeper credit check (I went through a rough period and it affected my credit) so I kept going. then when I went to sign the contract there were two separate charges I had never said yes to, and I discovered that's why my payment structure had changed. (Mind you - it added an entire extra year of payments AND an extra $35/month)

    When someone reached out to confirm my email and zip code I asked them about it and they were very robotic. I honestly think they may actually be a bot... They explained what the charge was and it was something I had said yes to for $33/month, not for $35month and an extra year of payments. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he's insisting I can only talk to someone over chat - that if I want a human I'll have to wait 72 hours. Weird, because if someone is available now they can TALK now. It feels like they only want my money in every part of my interaction.

    The concept is great but the execution is not. I just purchased a car from here and I took it to the preferred vendor to get some stuff checked out. The auto shop told me I needed to replace 2 tires as they were almost flat. Well SilverRock denied my claim and I talked to a Carvana rep and they said they agreed with SilverRock's decision. So why the 1 star rating? Well I just GOT THIS CAR so why are my tires almost flat!? For the amount I spent on this car, Carvana couldn't get newer tires for the car?? It will cost me 500 bucks out of my own pocket to get the tires replaced. I am so annoyed and quite frankly, will never use Carvana again.

    Buying a Porsche from Carvana would not have been my 1st choice but it turned out to be a great experience. I was looking for a low mileage Boxster from 2013-2015. I assumed that they would be overpriced but I was wrong. I had certain things that were a must, manual transmission, Bose stereo, etc.. Their website made it easy to choose and I watched for about 2 weeks before making a choice. I was also going to sell a 2013 Corvette and their offer was just about exactly my asking price plus I realized an extra $1800 in tax savings as when you trade a car that you've already paid taxes on you only pay sales tax on the difference. So I actually got $31.1K for the Corvette instead of the $30K I would have asked. They delivered my Porsche and picked up the Vette at the same time. I signed a few papers, very easy.

    The only major issue was a Crack in the windshield. The delivery man noticed it before I did and 6 days later Safelite came out and installed a new windshield. All in all a great experience. Another plus is a 30 day 4K warranty in case there is something major wrong. It's not a lot but it's more than you will get buying a used car from an individual or most dealers. So far the car is better than I expected. No haggling, no dealer **, no having to hang up on all the stupid calls you get trying to sell a car on Craig's List. The whole Carvana experience was a big surprise and I recommend highly. I cannot comment on their financing or insurance as I paid the difference in cash and use my own insurance. This is certainly the best experience I have ever had buying a car.

    I heard about Carvana from a friend and I’m never going back to the old way of going to a dealership and waiting for hours to get a car!! This process was seamless. From me first putting in my information and getting pre-approved. To me being able to search and save my favorite cars. To me then deciding to get a car and receiving the exact payment amount. To the purchasing process which only took half an hour!! The entire thing was great and then I was able to add my own insurance to the car and schedule my delivery date and time!! Carvana provided the car fax and full details of the car and I never had that “salesperson” pressure that you get when you go to a dealership!!

    I was notified by Carvana via text and email every step of the way!! They did a 100 point check of the vehicle before it arrived and they stick to their word regarding the 7-day money back guarantee and limited 100 day warranty. I will say, that you should definitely purchase one of their extended warranties when getting the vehicle because it came in handy for me.

    Upon arrival of my vehicle, I drove it and noticed that the brakes had a little grinding/rumbling. I asked the delivery guy to see and he said they looked ok from a visual check but he could feel what I meant when he drove it. He said he would make a note in the system and I could utilize my warranty to get new brakes. I immediately scanned the warranty code and found a Carvana repair shop. I called and the owner said to bring the car in and they would do a full check of the car and brakes.

    I brought the vehicle in the next day and they found that it did need new brakes and there were a few other issues that needed to be addressed. They contacted the warranty company for authorization and within a day they called me and said that the authorization was approved, they were ordering the parts and the tire, and I could bring the car back to get fixed. They did all the work and the car runs like it’s brand new now!! For once, I had a warranty that actually adhered to what it said it would!! I’m super happy about that. I’m also happy that I took it to the repair shop because even though it’s a 2021 vehicle you never know if there are issues!! Overall the entire process was flawless and I am definitely recommending Carvana for all!!

    Purchasing Tips are:
    1. Make sure you purchase the extended warranty because the limited warranty they give you doesn’t allow for certain Issues (such as brakes) with the car.
    2. Take the car to the Carvana approved repair shop before your 7-days are up so you know if you are keeping the car or returning it.

    3. Enjoy the easiest buying process ever from the luxury of your own home!!

    I will continue to use Carvana for all my future purposes and have already spread the word to my friends and family!!

    Most of my experience went well. But a few days after delivery, my one fob provided had one stiletto key would not fit the lock on the driver door. And it wouldn't fit the two locks on the back seats either. Six days later I took the car to the Arlington Cadillac dealer. They made me 2 fobs for $700, and after paying I discovered I now had 3 stiletto keys that won't fit my car's door lock. I used the chat with my Carvana in my account and was referred to a specialist. After I spoke to the specialist, I was told bluntly that they could not help. I made sure she understood that this car came with non working stiletto key when it was delivered. She said she understood me, but could not help with my key issue. A month later I had routine service at the Arlington Cadillac dealer and gave them written instruction to make a key from my VIN or rekey the door locks.

    When I picked my car up they completely ignored the key request. Now that dealer is closed. The Fort Worth Cadillac dealer would not return my calls when I asked for their help. A few month later I made a service request to rekey my cars from a Lock and Safe company in Fort Worth. The tech that came to my home said he could reset the system, but could not rekey the door after all. Three months ago I found a Cadillac customer support number. And they were able to convince the local Cadillac dealer to make a key from my VIN and then rekey the door. I contacted Carvana, in late September, and asked for a reimbursement for my key service. I was instructed to fill out a claim form. My claim form said I would get an answer within 3 days. I'm still waiting. I think it odd the door key would not fit. Was my car wrecked or repaired with another door? I think my 100-day Cavana warranty should pay for it since I did report it within one week.

    So I have purchased two vehicles from Carvana, and found the purchasing part of the company fine, but when my son totaled one of the vehicles in July 2023, here it is October and I am still haggling with Bridgecrest/Carvana about getting my overpayment refunded to me. The overpayment is around $1300 and the car was salvaged due to it being totaled, but the overpayment is my money. I was told by Carvana that they dont have anything to do with Bridgecrest, however I can log into Carvana website and see my loan details including the loan # and payments.

    Bridgecrest customer service is all outsourced overseas with those who struggle with English but use annoying customer service prompts as "I understand", I apologize, etc., and everytime they say, please call back in 5 days and we should have an answer. Here it is almost 3 months after the accident and I still have not been refunded. I have tried escalating to the manager, etc, but all say the same thing that they are emailing the finance department to determine what my refund should be. I will never use nor recommend Carvana simply based on this interaction.

    I purchased a 2019 750xi BMW with 42,000 miles for $48,000, in May 2023. By August 2023 my check engine light comes on, so I take to the BMW dealership. They told me that there were 2 burrow nests in engine and major engine issues, which totaled $6,500. I contacted Carvana and they said I was over the 100-day warranty. It was impossible for me to cause $6,500 worth of damage in 3 months, and they refused to help because I did not purchase the warranty. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Carvana, and both cars had mechanical issues. I will never purchase a vehicle from Carvana again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

    Gave Carvana my car's details on Friday, they gave me an offer on Saturday, they adjusted their offer on Sunday. Wednesday they came, inspected my car and handed me a check. Had to figure a couple of things out as I was not familiar with their process but all in all it was pretty straightforward and I was very satisfied with the whole process. They actually gave me full book price on my vehicle when dealerships in this area would only offer $1000 less than book price.

    Love Carvana and have purchased 3 cars through them. This last experience was still good, but had to take our new Volvo into the dealership on day two, because the seatbelt was broke, a transmission bracket was broke and the air conditioner was also needing to be repaired. It was all covered by Carvana warranty, but really disappointing. They claim to do a 150 point inspection, but missed those three things, one that was pretty major. I still love Carvana, but now I know to get an inspection of my own down immediately after purchase.

    I'll preface my review with the fact that I pre-ordered my car, which means that I ordered it before they actually had the vehicle in stock. That being said, the online experience was amazing. I was able to find the vehicle I wanted, obtain financing, and even insure the vehicle all in one place with no hassle. All the terms were well laid out and everything was easy to understand. I also purchased an extended care plan which was affordable and also made available during the buying process.

    After purchasing the car, I had a couple of questions. I initially asked the company's customer service chatbot, Sebastian, but the stock answers it had were unable to answer my questions. Upon being connected with a human CS advocate, I received pretty much the same kind of answers I had received from the chatbot, but instead of the courtesy coded into the chatbot, I was made to feel stupid to the point I ended up apologizing for being unable to communicate my question clearly (and I am not inarticulate). In the end, I just thanked the advocate and searched for the information I needed elsewhere. I finally got it through a phone call with yet another advocate who understood the questions immediately and gave me my answers without issue.

    Picking up the car was a mixed experience. I had to get a ride nearly 90 miles to the nearest pickup center (which I didn't mind). When I got there, the advocate was probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was genuinely amazing. He was very courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient with all my questions - I didn't feel rushed or like he was trying to get me out of there as quickly as he could. The advocate walked me through the entire process, explaining not only what needed to be done, but how and why where applicable. He went over all the details of the financing, 7 day return period, warranty, and care plan. He made sure I understood all of it. He answered even more questions. (I know I ask a lot of questions.)

    After the paperwork was squared away, I was given the token for the "vending machine". My car came down and that part of it was novel and interesting. They had placed a huge blue bow on the hood which was a really nice touch, but having been sitting in a glass walled tower in Texas temperatures, the bow was actually starting to melt (I had a good laugh about it - no adhesives were involved and it came right off). Then came the inspection process...

    The inspection process did *not* go as well as I'd hoped. Carvana had detailed a few imperfections and posted photos of them on their website. All of them were cosmetic and I was okay with them. I discovered, however, that in addition to the things listed, there was another, more serious issue. I reported this to the advocate and he said the warranty would cover getting it fixed - or I didn't have to accept the car that day.

    I knew that being able to secure transportation back to the pickup center would be problematic so I decided to get it fixed elsewhere under the warranty. I drove the car home, using nearly 90 of the 400 covered miles under the return policy. Then it got expensive. I had some issues with finding the right repair facility with the warranty company (which isn't Carvana's fault, but they do choose who warrants the vehicles) because they recommended companies who don't even do the kind of work I needed. After finding one that actually did, the nearest one was 73 miles away.

    When I got to the repair facility, they found that the lower control arm bushings in the suspension were beginning to split. The warranty covered that, as well. They also discovered that the car was due for a major service that the dealership hadn't performed. The warranty doesn't cover maintenance, so within a week, I'm having to pay $1083.14 out of pocket to get the car squared away.

    The repair facility said I'd have to return the next day when they got the parts or leave it. Again, I can't reasonably be expected to leave it, so in total, for both trips, I had to travel 292 miles. With the 86 miles I had to drive home originally, I have 22 miles left before I have to start paying for mileage to return it. Considering I actually had to use the car for my own errands, I was already over the limit. Last but not least, one of the features listed on the website is actually not available for the car I got. When I called to register for the service, I found that it had been discontinued on 3 different models. Mine was one of them. In summary:

    •The online shopping experience was very convenient and easy.
    •The online automated support was limited and, in this case, unhelpful.
    •The online human support was mildly insulting.
    •The in-person human customer service is off the charts amazing.
    •The car had defects not listed when shopping
    •The online listing listed features that were unavailable for the vehicle.

    •The car required servicing that could have reasonably been expected of the dealer that cost me over a thousand dollars out of pocket less than a week after purchase.

The answers given by customer service (when you can get anyone) are insufficient and infuriating, when asked to escalate the complaint I was told: "A supervisor will not pick up, there's no further information that they can provide... You're not the only one experiencing this..." Hahaha!! Then I was told to choose a new pick up date/time and then keep checking in!! I stopped searching for a new vehicle when I found this one and fell for their "quick and convenient" tagline... Almost two weeks in and hours online and on the phone, it's been neither quick or convenient, cumbersome and frustrating is more fitting!

    I had to help my elderly sister-in-law sell her car that she was no longer driving. Frankly, I wasn't looking forward to dealing with posting an ad and dealing with people coming to look at it. So I gave Carvana a try. After inputting my information I got a basic quote that was well within the KBB estimates for trading in a car. After checking out a couple of competitor sites, it seems like the best option, so I proceeded. After uploading the required documentation, I got my final quote and set up the appointment. One of the factors that favored Carvana was that for an additional charge, they would come up to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork. Since we're an hour away from their location and I really couldn't take my elderly sister-in-law down there, it was the perfect solution.

    The day before the appointment I was able to complete the paperwork and pre-sign all the documents ahead of time. Their driver kept me information of his estimated arrival time and arrived well within the appointment window. He reviewed the car, gave it one final check to make sure we hadn't left anything in it, handed us the check and that was it. If I ever have to sell a car again privately, I'll certainly use Carvana again.

    We had a 2012 Dodge Charger that was a one-of-a-kind with all the extras and detailing we had added. Drove in snow once and that was to have it high lit with detailed striping for a Christmas present for the wife. Even had our names on the door handles. Other than that, it was garaged winters. With only 55K miles, it was a steal for anyone. No accidents, etc. A creampuff by most opinions. Sight unseen, Carvana offered almost double what NADA gave for retail price. In less than 24 hours after we delivered the car, our money showed up in our account. No problems, no hassle, no pressure. We were greatly impressed with the whole process despite having second thoughts. BUT we knew this would happen. It was the right time and right price. THANK YOU CARVANA!

    I gave three stars, because the experience was pretty stress-free but they dropped my vehicle off knowing that there was an issue with the electric parking brake. Shame on them for not fixing it before they gave it to me. It cost me a day's work and it cost me a Saturday afternoon to try to get it fixed. Other than that most of it was a good experience, but I didn’t appreciate having to find a service mechanic same day they gave it to me, so I’m skeptical it would’ve been five stars. If not for that it’s not a bad company. They just need to pay attention to what condition they’re selling you a vehicle for, it’s not a good thing when you drop off a vehicle knowing there’s something wrong with it and not disclosing that, I would buy another vehicle from them though. The warranty was easy. It just cost me a lot of personal time. It’s fixed and I love the vehicle.

    Customer service has lied on multiple occasions about my refund that is now a month past due! I was told multiple times I would receive a refund by various Carvana representatives and when I called for a status, the rep I spoke to told me that I am not eligible for a refund. After taking screenshots of multiple messages promising a refund and emails regarding the return of my money and sending them to Carvana, this same rep said she would try and submit my case for review and refund.

    I am now told it will be an additional month before I MAY receive a refund! I have requested multiple times to speak to a manager and I have been told multiple times that a manager will be in touch regarding my case and no one has called. Just tonight I received an email that a manager will not be calling, that the rep already told me I'd been submitted for review for a refund and they are closing the request to speak to a manager. They are incredibly dishonest and misleading.

    I did the online purchase and all documentation was given. They never gave me a call and stated that they did leave a message, I have gotten nothing. They took my money twice and still did not give me my car. When we called to find out what was going on, we keep getting the runaround and told they would call me back in 24 hours. Now I have to file a lawsuit along with contacting the CFPB. I could have went somewhere else, but gave them a try due to reviews. They also kept changing my pick up time and date and telling me to go back and repurchase the car to keep taking my money.

    We wanted to sell our car but were not trading in for another car. We got bids through Edmonds, Kelly Blue Book, and several dealers. Carvana came in with the highest offer, so much so that we were sure there was a catch. We were honest about the state of the car, sent in pictures, and uploaded our title and driver's license information. We set up an appointment, positive that we'd arrive and they'd give us some reason why our car was worth less than they originally stated. Far from it! We arrived to find a friendly, competent person waiting for us. He quickly assessed the car, had us sign some papers, and handed us a check for the full amount they had originally offered. We were out of there in 20 minutes. Honestly, it took us longer to move everything to our other car than it did to complete the sale. We definitely would use Carvana again.

    Their website appears to make it very easy and seamless to sell your vehicle to them, that is not the way it is. The price offered was really good. I would even admit to being above average. Their payment process was my concern. After reading some recent reviews of bounced checks and problems getting paid, I requested a cashier's check or to have the individual doing the pick-up meet me at a local branch of their bank. I wanted to verify that the funds were available (the check was good) before Carvana transported my vehicle away, remember you are signing your title away to them at the time of pick-up.

    I contacted customer support and was told that Carvana doesn't do that, no cashier's check or verification of funds. I would also be suspect of receiving payment directly to a bank account a few days after they have taken your vehicle to one of their locations. They most definitely need a better and more customer friendly way of paying for vehicles that they are purchasing. I just did not want the aggravation and/or headache(s) of being paid later.

    Before leaving Carvana with my new car, the person bringing it out to me said there was a cosmetic issue on the driver's seat, it had a rip in it that was not disclosed. She proceeded to submit a ticket for the seat to be repaired. After she submitted the ticket I noticed that the battery light was on. She checked to make sure it was charging and it acted as it was but she said to take it to a Firestone location to have them check it out. Firestone is one of their “Preferred” repair facilities. We went straight there and they checked it and said nothing was wrong, the light would go off soon.

    Well it didn’t go off, so after a week we decided to take it to a local repair facility that we know and trust. They determined it was the voltage regulator so the alternator needed to be replaced. The warranty approved the repair but I had to pay $350 out of pocket to have it done local. I may have went to their “Preferred” repair facility but the closest one to me is over an hour away and they would still require me to pay $100.

    There was an issue with the vehicle before I left Carvana’s parking lot, they should have waived the $350 fee. The seat has yet to be fixed because the dealer no longer carries those seat covers but supposedly the warranty department is searching for the cover. They said there will be no fee to me since the ticket was placed before leaving Carvana, not sure I believe that but here’s hoping. So if you buy from Carvana check EVERYTHING and if something is wrong make them submit a ticket on the spot. Never again will I buy a vehicle from them.

    Overall, I am satisfied with my experience purchasing from Carvana. I was a little hesitant based on the poor reviews I had read. While overall content and found my dream car, I would only give 3/5 stars for a few reasons. Their in-house financing is based on unrealistically high-interest rates that do not seem to be based on personal credit score and the fact that they are unwilling to negotiate on trade-in or sale price.

    They also offered me less than my payoff amount on trade-in, compared to other dealers who offered several thousand dollars more. After purchase, I discovered that only 2 of the 3 remotes worked for the vehicle, and none of the 3 backup keys operated the backup door lock. The convertible wind deflector was missing from its storage location--while I understand that accessories do not often come with used vehicles, this particular accessory comes with the new vehicle purchase and has a dedicated storage location behind the rear seats. So I would expect that a more permanent part would come with the vehicle.

    I went to Carvana to sell my car. It's 12 years old and I was honest. One accident, small scratches in the paint, but overall great condition. I got a price, uploaded everything they needed and two days later, the price dropped by $3000. They said that the condition of the vehicle was changed from great to "just okay". Are you kidding me? The vehicle has low, low miles, but looks almost brand new! There's no one to speak to and if you do get an "advocate" their answer is final deal. Take it or leave it. I'll leave it. Thank you very much. You're better off to try CarMax or just sell it on your own.

    A few years ago I had a great experience with Carvana. Their cars and service was great. Unfortunately it seems that their customer service and car quality has dropped significantly. I tried to purchase one minivan from them and the car clearly smelled like cigarettes. I used their return policy and got a new minivan. This time the smell was even worse. They even tried to mask it with a car air freshener.

    When I tried to reach out and explain the situation they didn't offer any solutions. I had to pay about $2,000 to get this ashtray smelling car delivered and then they only offered $100 to compensate for this terrible experience. I asked for my money back and then they insisted that I try to get another car from them. This entire process took hours of my day and Carvana showed no empathy or responsibility owning up to their mistake. I highly recommend against using Carvana to buy your next car.

    Ok so overall, the Carvana experience was okay. Selling my vehicle to them was a breeze. No complaints there. The vehicle I purchased there was fantastic and I absolutely love it. Now to why they lost 2 stars. If I was either just selling or just buying or even financing with Carvana it would have been seamless. Where the issue came in was in bringing in a third party lender. The training with the "advocates" is not consistent. Many didn't even understand how to work with another bank and figure out the basic math of the trade. When my bank (who was the same for both my trade-in and the new vehicle) created a draft letter minus the amount that was owed on my previous it took 12 hours of phone calls over 2 days to connect my bank (EECU) to Carvana. My banker was beyond shocked to see how no one understood what they were doing. I almost cancelled the whole thing.

    The reason I did that was because I have excellent credit and work with our bank via business. And they could beat Carvana by 2%. So overall it was worth the work to save $200 a month in payments. But it's not necessary. And this could easily be fixed with some much needed training for the advocates. The only other issue I had was getting hung up on by advocates that didn't know what they were doing so they cancelled the call. Which became super frustrating after waiting 45 min to an hour on hold. But this new truck is kinda like having a baby. It's just so beautiful and wonderful that I can't remember the pain of it getting here...almost.

    I purchased a 2015 Chevy Spark from Carvana. I scheduled a delivery WEEKS in advance and then 45 minutes before my time window was up, the delivery was randomly rescheduled. I had to call to even figure out why, no one called or alerted me as to why this was being delayed. Fast forward to my rescheduled delivery date - I chose the 5-8 pm delivery window. Considering this vehicle had ALREADY been delayed once, you'd think they would prioritize delivering it to me as soon as they could. Nope, I was the last scheduled delivery that night at almost 8pm and getting my vehicle delivered in the dark.

    It was delivered with not even a half tank of gas (really, couldn't fill it up after delaying me an entire week???) and the key FOB battery had burned out so the doors and electric weren't working properly. I had to purchase my own battery for the key FOB. Something that EASILY could have been remedied and checked before delivery. I will be letting everyone know to stay far away from Carvana after this terrible experience and customer service.

    STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA! It's been the most stressful month I have ever had in my life. The website is really well done and you think it'll be easy and fast to get your car.. It will not. Their customer service is incredibly bad, every time you talk with a different person and everyone tells you something different. It took me more than one month to be able to pay them via my lienholder, they make unreasonable requests with 24-hour deadline out of nowhere. It was so stressful! They do not answer calls from lienholders, they cannot do 3-way calls with the bank, they do not accept wire transfer (this they told me after they gave me their banking info!!!!). And every time they tell you that if you miss the deadline you'll have to start all over again.

    And it is not the end, because once you finally are on the day of the pick-up they call you 2 hours before the appointment to say that they have to do "extra check ups" and thus they have to postpone the delivery by at least one week! When I asked for clarifications, you know what they told me on the phone? "You know, unexpected things happen in life". And they ended the call...And it's not over! Because when I finally got my car: 1) the passenger door did not close, both automatically and manually. It was on Friday at 6pm, so when I noticed this they were closed and I had to leave the car open the whole night, after which I had to pay $640 out of my pocket to pay for a weekend repair, given that all the places accepting the coverage offered by Carvana were closed.

    And the low-pressure tire light went on, but they told me "We checked and everything is fine, you have just to go to a repair shop and ask them to turn off the light". You know what? After one week I had a flat tire!!! And I had to pay $50 because the flat tire is not covered by their warranty!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARVANA!! And I could go on and on with problems, it has been absolutely a bad month because of them, even the manager at the lienholder company was stressed because of them!!

    Never buy a car from Carvana. 1st I was told I couldn’t test drive until I signed papers and car was registered. Then I test drove and car made all kids of noises and vibrations that 2 weeks later they still haven’t fixed. Failed MA inspection for left headlight assembly and keep getting told it’s an out of pocket expense for me and they refuse to cover it even after they said if the body shop advises it needs to be changed then they would. Yet again claim denied. So I have a 32k car that I can’t legally drive and carvana and their warranty company refuse to do anything about. They say you have 7 days to swap but tell you they will fix the issue if you bring it to one of their preferred shops and get an estimate but drag it on past the 7 days so you're stuck with it. I’m left with no choice but to acquire legal council to do something about this expensive car I can’t even drive yet they refuse to repair properly.

    Carvana picked up vehicle - seamless process. Carvana handed over a check, we handed over the title and keys, and they drove off with our car on their Carvana flat bed truck... Only problem? Their check bounced one week later. Request for payment has been met with shifting blame. If not resolved in the next 24 hours we are filing a complaint for stolen car. We were warned of so called certified checks from buyers on Autotrader and therefore avoided that platform. But did not suspect the same from Carvana.

    Absolute worst experience EVER! Please keep in mind that I DO write both good and bad reviews a lot but this review was a MUST! I ordered my car online and was given a 9/1/23 expected delivery date. On 8/31, I was informed that upon transport, the side mirror had been knocked off and needed to be replaced, new delivery date was 9/8. On 9/7, I was informed that the car had not yet been repaired and that the new date was 9/14. When I FINALLY received my car, there was a HUGE scratch on the driver's side door, obviously from when the mirror was knocked off that clearly had been tried to be covered up.

    Carvana surprisingly did agree later to cover the cost of repair on the scratch after MANY phone calls and photos. After a full inspection, I was also told that there was seepage visible on the transmission (a very small leak). Did Carvana agree to pay for that being only the 4th day I'd had the car??.. Of course not! Unless I sent them a live video of the transmission fluid literally coming out and hitting the ground, they would not cover the $1,100 repair!

    Carvana is a joke! They hide things about their cars, hoping their customers don't find out. Their customer service is atrocious, and they love to pass you off to the next person because nobody seems to know remotely what they're doing. Notice how you can't write a review on their website unless they send you an invite to do so??!! I'm returning the car but writing this to hopefully save someone a huge headache and a bunch of time! AVOID CARVANA! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE establishment that I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to endure!

    I bought a Ford Focus with approximately 44,000 miles on it on June 2nd. Today is September 19 and the car is still in a garage. As soon as I picked up the car, I noticed that Carvana did not do their job and test it prior to putting it on the market. The car stalled out numerous times. I called immediately. Since then, it has been in 3 garages and is finally at a Ford repair facility. Carvana's guarantor "SilverRock" fights every claim and makes it incredibly difficult for any repair facility to work with them. This Ford dealership put the claim in for repair 2 weeks ago and they still have not gotten approval from SilverRock to fix the car. Bottom line: Carvana sold me a lemon that they did not test drive and now I can't get their insurer, SilverRock, to make the repairs. It's been the worst car buying experience of my life. Carvana does not care. They just run you around in circles.

    From start to finish, my experience with Carvana was smooth and professional. I was looking for a place to sell my vehicle and felt I had been given a bit of a runaround by a dealership who had reached out to me to buy my car. After that experience, the many Carvana advertisements and commercials I had seen came to my mind and I thought I would check out the website and see what kind of experience they offered. I found everything to be straightforward and user friendly.

    After filling out the requested information, I quickly received a quote for my vehicle. And in all the steps that followed, that initial quote amount never waivered or "found a reason" to lower it. I was even prepared for a lowered quote when the Carvana specialist arrived at my home to see the car in person and pick it up. Didn't happen. Carvana was good on their word from start to finish. Honestly, it was the best experience I've ever had with buying or selling a vehicle, and if I ever need to buy or sell again, I can guarantee that Carvana will be my first stop when I shop.

    I began my experience this time with purchasing a 2016 Audi Q? The day before I was supposed to have my vehicle delivered I received an email informing me my purchase was delayed A MONTH due to delivery issues. However after speaking with a representative over the phone, I was told it was mechanical issues that caused the delay. So I decided that was a no go!! I went online to purchase my 2nd choice, which I still really liked. After purchasing and setting up my delivery date, I received a message that delivery was also going to be late but only about a week this time, so I went with it.

    I'm in contact about receiving a refund for the 1st vehicle purchase...a delivery fee of $300. At first I was told this was non-refundable, which I would understand if it was my fault. But...finally the representative got permission to allow the refund. I was told I should have the funds back in my account the following week. If not, then to make contact again. I waited until that Friday and STILL not refund. I spoke again to someone who apologized for the delay and thought we had it all worked out. I was told I should get funds the following week and that it was approved. Almost a week later, I get notification from my bank that they cannot take the refund because of how Carvana tried to send the funds back. I forwarded email to Carvana and this is the response....

    "I apologize that we were unable to issue a refund to your Chime bank account. I have submitted a refund check request to have your refund mailed to the address we have on file for you. The review process for the refund check request can take 7-10 business days, and once approved, the check is mailed via USPS which can take 10-15 business days. Then you’ll receive your check in the mail. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at 800-333-4554."

    Wow!! Just wow!!! What a nightmare!! So up to 25 days upon what I've already waited...about 3 weeks...so we are talking at least 5 weeks total up to 6 or 7 weeks...This is not the way you treat a customer. On another note, the vehicle was not cleaned before delivering to me...It was supposed to be detailed. There was definite evidence of a dog owner before me...A couple of places where the dog chewed or scratched in the back...along with pet danger and hair. The guy that delivered it said he agreed that it had not been cleaned.

    I love the vehicle...more than I thought I would. It is past the days to return and I started having issues with the vehicle shifting into gear. It almost stalled on my the other day in traffic. I started to push on the gas and it would go and then it happened again last night in traffic. I guess I'm going to have to pay a $100 deductible now to get it looked at by someone (in network). I was promised by a very sweet representative a $100 something for my trouble with the cleaning of the vehicle...Still haven't seen that.

    The day they delivered my vehicle, I got a message first thing that morning that he was on his way and would be there in about 45 minutes to an hour. Cool!!! Only the address was wrong. Another thing I thought I had taken care of from a back and forth email/message conversation I had. NOPE!! Still wrong address. I was told the address which I thought it was going to be delivered to is out of their delivery range. So I had to meet them at the address they had or we would need to reschedule delivery. My advice...If you can find someone else to buy your vehicle from online...Try them first...Not carvana...Not until they get it together!!! I purchased another vehicle from them years ago and the experience was spot on. I also sold that vehicle back to them a few years later. Great experience!! But not this experience. :(

    Carvana had some good points:

    - Easy trade in for a fair value

    - Easy Buying Process

    But the lack of better warranty options can leave you feeling like your tail is hanging in the wind a little bit. I like to be secure in my decisions and know that my major purchases are protected. To do that I had to get a third party warranty that's more economical, longer, and a more comprehensive warranty than any of the Carvana options. Now I feel like my purchase has been vouchsafe.

    I went online to see what my car was worth. Please note we are a multi-car family. Since Covid and permanently being sent to work from home my daily saw less than 2000 miles a year for the last 3 years. I got offers from 3 websites, one being Carvana which was the highest offer. Remember I am not trading in or purchasing another car, just selling. After providing all my info to verify they sent me an email a day later saying it's a done deal. I was still skeptical because it seemed too easy but having I thought let's see how this plays out.

    They set up an appointment to come pick it. Now note I did not embellish about my used car. It had some dings, scratches and crack in the bumper. The interior and mechanicals are in very good shape for over just 101k miles. I take good care of my cars but can't help the outside wear. The guy from Carvana shows up, looks at the car, starts it and hand me the check. I asked for a check instead of online payment. That's it, that's the whole thing, car is gone. Very happy and they walked me through the whole before and after process online.

    I started searching for a Toyota truck at the three local Car Dealerships.     Hit the easy button! We entered the license plate and description of the car and received a quote in minutes. Loading the documents that are needed (title, license, etc.) was simple. The email updates throughout the process were very informative and simplistic. Dropping off the car was OK, the building needs more signage. Beyond that, the check in process was quick and thorough. You do sign a Power of Attorney for just the title transfer, which was different. But that is similar to a real-estate transaction. Received my check that matched the quote, a copy of the bill of sale and was off. Again, hit the easy button!

    I was in an emergency situation where I had to sell my car in order to pay for repairs on another car our household had. Not only did Carvana give me a very fair offer on my car (compared to a used car lot), but the ease of making an appointment and the process was super simple. The gentleman that came by the house was very friendly and knowledgeable and was at my house no more than 30 minutes (I did have everything ready for his arrival). My car was picked up within a few hours after that and by that night, the payment had been automatically deposited into my bank account. Not only would I recommend, but I would also definitely consider using them again if necessary.

    The positives: Easy trade in with a fair price. The employees who did deliver were pleasant and helpful. Negatives: Shipping costs are quite expensive and nonrefundable. You can get cars near you for free but really limits the available cars to choose from. Several cars were improperly advertised which cost me 599$ for shipping for a car I would not have chosen had I known. Another car I was looking at stated "black" when actually "imperial blue".

    The logistics of this company are horrendous. I got 2 cars delivered and sent both back. First car was initially stated as "Have it by Wednesday". I could not do that and requested Friday. A full 48 hours later and they still could not get it to me. Email Friday morning stated it would not be delivered. Decided against it and picked another and again was slated for a Wednesday and again an email stating it would not be delivered. Again I sent this back. Was scheduled for a Friday pick up and they were a no call, no show. I called to have them arrange to pick up Saturday but they cannot take it. Will be a secondary company to take it within 48 hours from my street. It is a hassle. I'd say one missed appointment was OK but they have missed all 3.

The dealer offered us $5,200 less than the Carvana offer and told us there was no way they could even close to that offer. We left and decided to see if the Carvana offer was real. It was! We supplied a little information and 30 minutes later we got a reply that it was approved. We dropped the car off the next day. It took about 20 minutes and we walked out with our check. We bought the car we wanted with the extra $5,200. Carvana made the transaction easy and hassle free.     Carvana advertises that everything is online but they lied. After I signed all the online paperwork they demanded I sign a paper copy which was completed differently from their online forms. I had to spend 3 hours closing the deal since I had to compare word for word the paper documents with the documents they admitted they had received and signed online. Extremely frustrating. They also used a state of Illinois form that by its own terms should not have been used in the situation. One of the paper forms was a copy so faint I couldn’t read some of the provisions.

    I bought a Mercedes Benz SLK 300 convertible hard top. It was delivered on Sept 2. Drove it one day and the hydraulic oil from the cylinders were leaking onto my seats after putting top up. Took to the mechanic and they said they couldn't believe Carvana would deliver knowing they were leaking. It was very obvious when testing top going up and down. So car is in shop until tomorrow Sept 13. Drive it One day. Evidently Carmax uses Bridgecrest financing. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU. INTEREST IS COMPOUNDED DAILY!!! YOU WILL PAY A RIDICULOUS RATE OF INTEREST! Get your own financing or pay in full. I know the paper I signed said APY but this definitely not the case. Bridgecrest staff is very rude as well.

    Carvana delivered the vehicle on time but did not tell me until the morning of the delivery that the vehicle did not have an AC unit. The vehicle was advertised with power windows and AC but it had neither. I attempted to get a voucher or discount from Carvana but they said - too bad, accept the vehicle or reject it, you have 7 days to decide. NO negotiations! They lied and falsely advertised the vehicle but that being said, I had the choice as to keep it or not. In the end, the vehicle was in such outstanding condition, I kept the vehicle. When doing business with this company, buyer beware!

    After providing the required details of my car (VIN, mileage, assessment of the car's condition, etc.), Carvana gave me an offer for my 2020 MINI convertible that was about $3000 more than what any of my local car dealerships offered. Using their website, I made an appointment to bring the car to their Philadelphia location.

    When I brought the car to the appointment, a Carvana rep inspected the car.     First off, the online car buying process was exceptional! I love that I did not have to haggle prices or speak to a sleazy dealer. I was able to quickly choose the car I wanted and within 20 minutes, I had everything ready to schedule a pick-up time. That brings me to the downside, the in-person bit (the reason for three stars). I scheduled an appointment to pick up my car on a Friday at 12:15 pm. I showed up a few minutes early and went inside, where I was confused. There was no one at the front desk (or any employees around), there were about 5 other people in the room waiting, and we stood around for about 10 minutes before I saw an employee (but they were talking to another customer).

    Finally, after waiting 20 minutes, an employee came over to us and "checked us in" before walking away again. The several people in front of us looked like they had been waiting a long time too. Eventually, after the other people had gotten their cars, a very nice employee came over and apologized about the wait (but he didn't explain why there was a wait) and began giving us the paperwork and explaining the process. Once the employee came over, we were out of there within the next 15 minutes with my new car (the time was 1:30 pm; an hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment time). The vending machine was cool, I guess.

    All in all, it was an alright experience, but it was a good thing I was not on a tight schedule. If we had to schedule an appointment at a specific time to pick up the car, they should have been ready for us. I understand there might have been circumstances they couldn't control, but it was frustrating that we weren't informed about what was happening. Again, the employees were super nice and helpful, it just took a long time. This might not be everyone's experience (maybe other locations are different?), but I am letting y'all know. :)

    We purchased a vehicle from Carvana and two months afterwards, while we were on vacation, the AC fan went out. This was corrected with a bypass pulley until we reached our destination, at which time we took the vehicle into one of their approved mechanics. While there, they had to replace the AC fan, replace the battery, and repair the entire radiator system. In doing so, they used a sealant that later led to the head gaskets being damaged beyond repair. When the head gaskets finally did blow, we were still within the three month warranty, but a hundred miles or so over our allowed miles. Carvana refused to help with repairs, but a rep said he would start a delayed buy back. Two weeks later, we still had not heard back from them. So, I reported them to the BBB. They refused to work with us through the BBB.

    Then we were going to bite the bullet and get the car repaired. We were quoted $8,000 on top of the $17,000 we had already paid them (we paid in full for the vehicle before it broke down). Now we just want to sell the car, but we've been told that A. We need to get it running in order to get the tags put on it to sell it, and B. That we were offered an extended warranty, which is a blatant lie on their part as we were never offered this. A year later and we're still trying to work with them to make it right without being litigious.

    This has been the hardest lesson my family has ever learned as it has taken a massive toll on us mentally and has provided a massive inconvenience, on top of being devastating financially. I know a lot of people have had positive experiences with this company, but they have caused nothing but stress, heartache, and financial ruin for my family. I suggest they are investigated for fraudulent practices as well as we have caught them in a few different lies trying to worm out of making it right for my family.

    After deciding to purchase a vehicle and compared and contrasted the offers from Carvana, I moved forward with the purchase. All the boxes checked, all the documents uploaded, money paid through my bank, delivery set, I receive a notice that I missed a deadline. I reviewed all deadlines set forth and met them. The proof of insurance deadline was to be a few days before delivery so I was in contact with my insurance provider getting this handled early so I could upload and have no problems. I went to the Carvana site to get the VIN number and find the car had been cancelled and another person was purchasing it! I was so shocked! I went to my bank website and sure enough, the money had already been paid to them.

    I called Carvana and after a 30 min wait I spoke to a person in underwriting who said I was the one who cancelled, but I hadn't! Then she said I missed the insurance deadline and I told her the deadline was dated the date of the delivery so I hadn't missed it. She then told me she would transfer me to her Supervisor. After waiting another 30mins I speak with a man who I have to repeat all I have already said and he says I need to speak with an underwriter. Huh? He said he was just an agent.

    I get transferred again, to another underwriter who says be patient because she is working from home and there may be some delays with her computer. I go through the whole situation again asking why it was cancelled to which she says she can't tell me why but looked on the site and tells me the car had been pulled from the site, saying something must have been wrong with it or had more issues then they knew prior. Don't they check the cars out first??? I tell her I am so uncomfortable with the situation, disappointed, and angry that I just want my money back. She tells me it is still pending- that they haven't received it yet but she will email the finance department to request the refund. I tell her there were 2 withdrawals - 1 for the down-payment and 1 for the delivery and to make sure I get them both back.

    I also ask that I would like an email from her regarding the discussion as confirmation. She tells me she cannot email me. So I ask for the finance department's phone number which she tells me they do not talk to customers. ??? So now I am sitting and waiting for 5-10 business days to see if I get my money back or up for more problems. Guess what then pops up on my phone - your car you wanted is now available again! Ummm, NO! Does anyone at Carvana know what they are doing?

    Vehicle I bought overheated 2 hours after purchase. My car has been in the shop since the day after purchase which has now been 9 days. While Carvana warranty is covering the major issue, I am now past my 7-Day return window and have only driven the car home from the dealership and to the shop. The representatives acted like "no big deal you can swap the car". There were no exact vehicles with the same terms. If you sell a car and it has to be put in for repairs the next day, the return period should start when the repairs are finished. There is no way there was a thorough inspection (as they claim) done. There is a coolant leak and the reservoir was bone dry when we checked it. Sucks that a payment will be due in 3 weeks and I haven't even had the vehicle, but we all know big companies don't really care about us little people. Hoping I have no further issues but I won't hold my breath.

    Overall the process was A LOT easier than visiting a car dealership. I chose the car I wanted, compared a couple, traded-in my car, paid the downpayment in less than 30 minutes all online. I set it for a few days for pickup. I had a 10 am pickup appointment for my new car, so I figured that since they had all they needed, I would be in and out within 30 minutes. I was there for almost an hour and the vehicle didn’t get cleaned the way it was supposed to have been but it was no biggie since I declined to wait longer for it to be cleaned. There were no floor mats and I was told they would be here in a month. I did have the opportunity to see my car come out of the vending machine, got a token to take home with me, and love my new car! Despite any issues I WOULD certainly use Carvana for another car purchase. The staff were nice and attentive!

    In June of 2023 I purchased a 2021 Toyota from Carvana. Carvana has a 7 day return policy if you do not like the car - I thought everything was fine until about 3 weeks later when it rained and my back car door started to fill up with water! Carvana also has a warranty through SilverRock that if something happens that they will cover the damage for a 100 dollar deductible if you bring to a preferred mechanic. I brought it to one of their mechanics who immediately said that there was damage done to the back door and that it had been repaired improperly. Carvana had provided a CarFax report that showed no damage was done to the car so their CarFax is not worth anything! SilverRock then denied my claim for a new door as they said it was a "cosmetic issue".

    How is a door filling up with water cosmetic?? That's ok I thought - I will contact Carvana and they will surely stand behind their car. Well think again- I went round and round with Spencer who kept repeating the fact that Silverock was their trusted partner and then finally got on with someone from their "leadership team" named Stephanie who actually implied that I caused the damage to the door and that they can't do anything to make it right because the seventh day had past. She said it wasn't their fault that the CarFax report didn't show that there was an accident! So I guess I have to pay $1800 for a new door to get replaced or when winter comes the water will soak inside and freeze causing further damage. Carvana did nothing for me when it came to this problem and could not care less. Do not EVER buy a car from Carvana!

    I ordered a car on Carvana. Paid upfront, of course. Then, the day before delivery date, I get a message that it was delayed by a week. Same thing repeats over and over. Eventually, after a month of this, I had to simply cancel the order and buy a car from a local dealer instead. The most frustrating thing was, besides always getting notified about the delay the day right before the scheduled delivery, was there was no tracking information on the car at all. The customer service representatives at Carvana could not tell me where the car was, or what was causing the delay, or even if the car existed at all or if this was all a scam. But each time, they would swear that it would be on time at the next delivery date. Which it never was. How can a business ship something as valuable as a car without tracking it at all? It's inconceivable.

    Oh, and of course, they also made me buy insurance for it upfront, and registered it in my name immediately, which made canceling the insurance policy and getting a refund for a car that I never even saw was a significant pain, involving hours spent on hold and being given the run-around by insurance company representatives. Carvana borders on a scam. If it cannot guarantee delivery, doesn't track its shipments and refuses to provide any information about months-long delays, it should be legally prohibited from operating as a business.

    This experience has been absolutely terrible, no one wants to do their job but wants you to fork out hard earned money. I had to order this truck 4 times because the deadline expired because no one verified my income, had to pay $600 to have it delivered to my area, got an email that says it's 1.5 hours away from me but they keep delaying my delivery because of a "logistics" error, if we don't pay our car note on time we have to pay late fees, we don't pay past that it gets repossessed, I am now out over $2000 because I don't have a truck for work.

    I was supposed to get it September 2nd, then the 4th in the morning, then the 4th in the afternoon, now the 11th in the morning, they won't compensate me or at the very least defer the first month's payment because they have nOw kept me out of work for 2 weeks, nothing can be done, I have done my part. Got my money, my insurance and am being jerked around, no one can tell me where this truck is or when it will be here.

    The whole process is very easy. Financing was quick and easy, but interest rate is high. I think the vehicles are a little overpriced. The vehicle is nice, but detailing was very poor. There were smears all over the windows/windshield and I found food down in between the seats. Gross! Other than that, I am happy with the vehicle.

    I bought my car online and picked up approximately 4 days later. As soon as I get into the car, there is a HIGH smell of cigarette smoke and the interior is filthy. When I call, they offer to send me a check to do the detailing they should have already done prior to giving me the vehicle. The check will arrive in TWO weeks. They do absolutely nothing to make sure these vehicles are fully prepared for the next owner. When I call to voice my concerns again once I noticed more basic work was not done, I was hung up on and never called back. Carvana sucks and I would never recommend anyone buy from them.

    I wish I'd seen these reviews before I decided to buy a car from Carvana. I did buy one and I arranged to have it delivered because I do not drive in Louisville, KY. Everything went fine until my delivery date. The day before, I got an email saying there was a problem with their haulers. I should call to arrange another date. I spoke to a very rude woman who informed me that I had to understand their problem. She said I had to call the 800 number to get another delivery date. I called the number, waited and waited, finally got Tyler. I explained my problem, he said that he was in another department and then suddenly, I was cut off. He'd transferred my call without telling me. I spoke to Joanne, who was very professional and helpful. She gave me another delivery date, which was yesterday.

    I then spoke to Evan, the manager at the Louisville hub, who assured me that I would get the car on Thursday, Aug. 31. Then, I was bombarded with emails and texts asking me to complete various forms, that, it turns out according to Jacob, my online advocate, were unnecessary because I'd already paid for the vehicle. Anyway, yesterday came and went. No car. I called the hub yesterday around 7:40 p.m. Kaylee told me that the hauler had gone home sick at 3. She was surprised that no one had contacted me. I called this morning. Spoke to Greg. I said I expected to have the car delivered today. Nope. Not going to happen, he said. Also, no apology. I called the 800 number. What a joke. Forget actually speaking to someone, let alone getting help. Carvana has demonstrated that they are incompetent and possibly a scam.

    Engine light went on with in 3 days. It went out after putting gas in then it went on again in a 2 days. Same thing. Put more gas in then it and it went out again... It came back on again. I will have it looked at on August 31st. This should not happen after just buying a used car from Carvana.

    I thought buying a car online would be easier than at a dealership. Boy, was I wrong! at least with regards to Carvana. I placed my order over the weekend and selected a delivery date for the following Wednesday. Awesome! I thought. Then at about 9:30 on Monday morning I got a text from Carvana that I had until 10:45 to submit proof of insurance. But there was no way I could shop for and get new insurance in just over an hour, so I missed the deadline. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but turns out they cancelled the order. Someone could have bought the car I wanted right out from under me and there would have been nothing I could do. I had to re-do the order, and this time I had insurance card ready to go. I was promised a delivery for that Friday. Come Friday morning, I receive a text from Carvana again. I assumed it would be that my car was on the way, but oh no, the message informed me that my order had been cancelled due to a 'system error'.

    Of course, there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone at Carvana, only chat is available. So, I jumped on a chat and was told that I had to start over from the beginning--again. And again, someone could have jumped in and bought the car I wanted right out from under me. Thankfully, that didn't happen, but instead of having my new car for the weekend, as I had planned, we had to wait until Wednesday again, a bitter pill to swallow at that point. Then, to continue the drama, Carvana sent me a message stating that they could only accept a cashier's check for my cash payment. Prior to that, I had verified my bank account on their wonderful 'system' twice, but apparently that didn't work so I had to go to the bank and get a cashier's check and submit photos of front and back.

    Then, just a day before my car was to be delivered, I was informed that Carvana still had to "verify" my cashier's check with the bank. I was astounded that they waited that long! I had submitted images of the check days ago, and here we go again fighting with Carvana about their wonderful system and procedures. That's when I decided to write this review. I actually haven't received the car as of yet, but I'm hopeful it will be delivered on time because now Carvana says "if you miss your appointment, the order will be cancelled"--again. Ha!

    As you can see, super frustrating, and you can never really talk to anyone. At one point I asked a person by chat if there was anyone that I could talk to on the phone, and they said "you need to know we are only online". So there you have it. If you want to deal with robots and systems that aren't well coordinated, Carvana is a great choice. I only stuck with them through this nightmare because I really wanted the particular vehicle that was only available on Carvana at the time and was actually a good deal. Otherwise, I would have ran away as fast as I could. I can only say that my Carvana experience has truly been terrible. Buying from a dealership is a walk in the park compared to buying from Carvana.

    EXTREMELY upset to find a sizeable dent in the hood (body work required) when my car was delivered. I had the delivery driver fully document the incident with pictures and written summary. The dent was NOT DISCLOSED on the Carvana site BUT 3 minor scratches/scuffs were documents that you could barely see. Also, the technician check-sheet utilized to buff, touch-up and fix minor discrepancies was in the glove box. Everything was documented and circled on the sheet, but NO DENT. The dent more than likely occurred during delivery. I was bounced back and forth between Carvana and SilverRock insurance about 4 times, each claiming it was the other parties responsibility.

    STILL NO SOLUTION and it looks like Silver Rock Ins. will not cover it, calling in "normal?" A simple $400.00 dent (bodywork required) could/would not be mitigated, BUT, BUT, BUT...they were willing to take the car back under the 7-day return policy that would have cost THOUSANDS!?!? I simply do not get it. Plus one VERY RUDE customer service rep that kept interrupting me and would not allow me to talk. Not a happy camper.

    Took over a week for them to approve paperwork I sent three times. The paperwork was the same, it wasn't until I called that they realized it was the correct paperwork. When the delivery date to my house finally came, I was contacted and told I had two options: 1 make the 2-hour drive and pick it up myself, or 2. Cancel the deal. Was told there was a problem transporting the vehicle because of the emergency brake, yet, I paid for it to be transported from Arizona, I believe. It didn't seem to have an emergency brake problem then. Of course now I am the one having to determine if there is indeed a brake problem. They tell me there is a 100-day warranty and even gave me a name of a local shop to look at it which will cost me $100. Problem is no one in my town uses the shop where their 100-day warranty is offered. The whole process is extremely slow. Won't use them again.

    I sold my car to Carvana and it was the most pleasant experience of car buying/selling. I entered all my vehicle information online and got an offer from Carvana within minutes. Interacted with their support team on the whole process and it was surprisingly very pleasant. No haggling, no waster hours at the dealership, no stress selling. Simple process, you enter the details, accept the quote (if you like), upload required documents, schedule a pickup date and time and Voila! The Carvana agent was super friendly and was dot on time.
