I purchased a car from Carvana on 10/28/24 and the process was great. Financing was easy and everyone was so helpful. The delivery was smooth and the car is just as described. But if you have to deal with the registration department at Carvana be prepared for so much misinformation, no willingness to help, and just a headache.

It would have been nice if we were notified before being the whole family took off and traveled to watch me pick up the car that the car vending machine was not working. A simple call would have kept family at work and kids at school. Part of why I chose to purchase through Carvana was for this memory and experience.

The first vehicle I chose was delayed twice (total of two weeks), after the second delay I cancelled the order. The second vehicle I chose was close by so I went to pick it up. The process was smooth and the person assigned was fantastic. The car looked great, had low miles but three days after driving it, the breaks started squeaking. I called and they said I had to go through a Silverrock mechanic.

I paid $150 for a diagnostic to find out the front brakes need to be replaced and the rear brakes also need some maintenance. The mechanic left, I heard nothing back. Called Silver Rock and they haven’t heard anything either. On the phone (on hold for 15 minutes now) with their mechanic now. So much for a 150-point inspection. I would return the car and go elsewhere if my 7 days wasn’t up. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

From the browsing of vehicles, to actually purchasing one, this means line car buying experience for me was outstanding! I can’t believe how far car buying has come! The process was streamlined, straightforward, and easy! Way better than hearing a car salesman over-share information with hidden agendas and trying to steer you away from the car you actually want! I applaud whomever came up with this idea! My daughter is excited about her first car and I’m glad the Carvana process helped make that happen!

I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Sport. Great experience! Easy ordering online and pickup. Only problem was two things: 1. Car was delayed delivery by a week and 2. When I received the car, the car had more damage on it than was reported (cracks in the windshield, door go the gas is not latching, and my tire pressure sensors aren’t working properly). I wished that they had fixed some of these items before I received the car but they did already process the warranty/repair for the gas door already. Still need to get the glass and tire pressure sensor fixed.

I bought a car from Carvana two weeks ago, and it’s been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I understand that a used car will have some flaws, but my main issue is that the damage—scratches on the hood and damaged rims—wasn't listed on the website, and I only noticed it after the car was delivered. When I contacted customer service to get the issue corrected, all I got was vague, unhelpful responses. They just kept telling me to use the 7-day return policy, but I didn’t want to return the car—I just wanted the problem fixed.

To make matters worse, they didn’t have another car of the same model available, and they’d already taken my truck as a trade-in, making it difficult to find a replacement. Their failure to resolve the issue, combined with their poor customer service, left me incredibly frustrated. Next time, I’ll go back to CarMax, where they know how to treat their customers and stand behind their vehicles. Buyer beware – Carvana doesn’t live up to its promises!

Overall the experience was good, but the car arrived with back tires worn down to their wear bars. No service centers listed anywhere near my zip code, would have been happy with a couple of bucks thrown my way just for rear tires. It's downright dangerous. I would have expected at least halfway decent tires.

My experience with Carvana has been less than desirable. My husband has purchased 2 of his cars through them and had a great experience so I thought to give it a try. Although I will note he mentioned having significant trouble the second time around because they couldn’t figure out how to close out his loan on the first car and start financing on the new car — spent several hours on the phone with them.

They kept telling him he couldn’t start a new loan since he had an existing; not understanding that he was trying to trade. I attempted to buy a vehicle 4 months ago; approved, contracts, signed, delivery date set. However, my dad is on my title for my car I was trading in and they required him to be present for the trade. My dad lives in another state so I couldn’t have him there. Fine. Their policy, fair. I didn’t proceed with the purchase.

Now, during my second time around is where the experience became more difficult. I had to go through various verification processes that I wasn’t required to go through the last time. They wouldn’t accept my marriage license (which is the only type of document that is provided to you after you are married in the county in Texas I was married in) nor would they accept my passport as a government-issued ID. I had to speak to several people through chat and phone who none of which were on the same page, did not help to resolve the situation, or were simply rude.

I finally got someone on the phone one time that was helpful and was able to help me proceed. However, they lastly required an employment verification. They wouldn’t accept employment verification utilizing the processes my company provides such as MyWorkNumber even though that is exactly how Carvana verified my employment 4 months according to the report I pulled. They required to call my employer at a landline and were incredibly rude to my own manager. I was absolutely embarrassed.

While this is happening, Carvana provided no communication of their own even though they said they would. The car also fell off of my dashboard and wasn’t available to purchase so I had to call and have them add it back. Given this embarrassing experience, my husband and I went to a local dealer and I walked away with a brand new Bronco Sport that was of the same price as the used one I wanted to purchase, better APR and monthly, and none of the hassle that Carvana was trying to put me through. Never again will I buy a car with Carvana.

I recently purchased a 2024 BMW 5 Series with around 9,000 miles. The price seemed attractive, slightly below market value. The app was user-friendly and offered a 360-degree view of the car, inside and out. It highlighted areas with cosmetic issues, which was helpful. Since this was essentially a brand-new car, it appeared to be in excellent condition. However, when the car arrived, I immediately noticed several imperfections that weren’t disclosed. To make matters worse, it was delivered in a very dirty condition. When you’re spending close to $60,000 on a car, you’d expect it to arrive clean and presentable.

Upon closer inspection, I found a terrible paint job near the fuel door, with a rough texture that was glaringly obvious to the naked eye. Additionally, I noticed rust inside the air vent under the front windshield. How does something like this happen on a car this new? I called to cancel the order immediately. When the car was picked up, the driver himself commented on the poor condition and said he didn’t blame me for returning it. It felt like something was seriously wrong with this vehicle. I’m relieved I returned it and am now waiting for a full refund.

Delivery of vehicle was great and everything went smoothly but within a day stuff started going south. Upon taking the vehicle to Firestone to get a complete vehicle inspection done, they found that there was a cracked rim, all the brakes needed to be replaced and the engine air filter was super dirty which caused the car to throw a check engine light for underboost issue. Silver Rock covered the cracked rim and air filter but all other repairs put me out of pocket by $1700. Car was dropped off to me in this condition. I am keeping new vehicle but will be cautious in the future and will warn others as well about buying a vehicle from Carvana.

Where to start. 12/3 I found a truck I liked, went through your menus, decided to buy. Turns our your interest rate is like 8% and I had easy access to 5% with USAA, so obviously I went that route. The default delivery was next day, and I just went with it, not realizing it would be a problem. On the USAA side, the online loan application recommends NOT sending the check to dealer, which if you were nearby, wouldn't have been an issue, because I could hand it to you. So I did as USAA default advised and sent the check to me. Also I got like 800+ credit score, so 8% sounded not in line with my reliability.

The next day, I got a call in the morning asking for a check. I assume If I went with your financing at the higher rate next day delivery would have been easy, but paying thousands more in interest seemed silly. I told them I had to wait for USAA, they indicated it could be 48hrs for a check, and the rep kept threatening to put it back up for sale if I couldn't give them a check now. Eventually they settled on putting it on 72hr limbo.

Eventually USAA that friday gave me copies of check and fedex mailer, and that's when I learned you guys wouldn't be happy with a check that was mailed to me instead of you. I guess it's a no brainer, but again, USAA form warned against sending direct checks. Your call center wanted me to redirect the mailer to them. I called USAA, they said that coudln't happen, but offered to mail a new check. So I said they could do that, and they did, but they for whatever reason co uldn't give me a copy of the reissued check.

So the truck kept getting pushed further and further, resetting the time. On Monday it was delivered and signed for by Carvana, but your call center kept insisting you didn't have it and told me it could be 5 days before you recognized hat you do. I continued to try to get usaa to give me a picture, but they couldn't, and called/chatted with Carvana every day through Friday trying to get you to accept that you have the check.

On Friday the 13th, Usaa tells me Carvana deposited the check. But Carvana still insisted they hadn't even recieved it yet. And we were back to implying I was going to lose the chance for the truck because I couldn't take a picture of the check you guys had for 5 days. Out of sure frustration, because I didn't want to have to redo the whole loan and purchase process from square one (and likely with someone else due to headache) I looked up emails to write directly, because no one in the "Treasury department" would talk to me, no one would let me talk to them, and no one would take any effort to verify they had the check nor that it was deposited.

I eventually found a few emails that appears to be to the CEO, and wrote a letter explaining all this Friday, and later that day got a call from executive relations, who told me things were good to go, and I set up the delivery for Monday. On Monday I got the truck, things seemed mostly fine. Though the previous owner's info was still in the computer in the truck, including his cell phone info, sirruis radio log in, home address, and other personal information. I deleted everything that could be sensitive information.

Also I found all the floor mats were soaked... Like dripping wet. I assume from being shampooed? I had to bring them all in, set up a space heater and just let the, cook in my utility room, forming puddles of water as they dripped. I did message your chat at the time, and they very reluctantly gave me a "sorry" after about a 20 minute conversation.

Idk, I guess I thought maybe they'd start with an apology, or offer a car wash, or idk what I expected... Just some indication that they realize that was a mistake, and a gesture would have been nice. You know like when your pizza order gets botched and they give ya like a $5 credit. Granted I'm not sure what a floor mat equivalent is for a car. They just kept telling me "Well you can always return it in 7 days". And i'm just like.... No.. I'm not going to fricken return a truck because you couldn't be bothered to dry some floor mats.

All in all, if I had it to do over again I'd probably have bought from someone else. There probably should have been more flags to suggest the Truck needs to be in limbo until check arrives. I guess I would assume in todays day, USAA could literally just send you the money electronically, and not have to wait on a literal paper check, but I guess things don't move that way.

Also all your call center people either, none of them really wanted to make any effort at all to do anything to confirm you got the check. They just kept insisting I needed pictures of the check they already had. Just seems like much of this time, they could have had one person spend 5 minutes locating the cehck, and if you wanted pictures, just take the pictures yourself. I'm sorry things didn't go the exact process you guys wanted, but you made everything unnecessarily more difficult because it didn't fit into your cookie cutter process.

TLDR: I have no doubt if I did everything exactly the way Carvana wanted, this would have been super easy, but the whole time you guys threatened to cancel the order and sell the truck I already got the loan approved for. Then kept blaming USAA and refusing to take any effort to go even a little bit above and beyond. I don't know if my email was hte final thing that helped, sending to your CEO, or maybe that never reached anyone, but it wasn't until then anyone seemed put any effort in to resolve things. Still think you should have some sorta courtesy thing your chat can offer when people are unhappy other than just saying "You can always return the truck and go away"

I purchased my truck on a Tuesday, picked it up on a Thursday. Fast delivery, and picking it up could not have been easier. Signed a few papers, had already uploaded insurance docs, provided ID and they handed me the keys to go inspect it. Upon inspection, I noticed the truck did not have a bedliner. It was advertised that it came with one. I mentioned this to the man who was handling my transaction. He literally told me not to worry, this happens all the time, scan the QR code on the paper he gave me and "Carvana will either reimburse you for a new one or pay to have one installed". I thought wow, that's great!

BASED ON THAT CONVERSATION, I drove the truck off the lot. Scanned the QR code that night, told them what happened, and essentially found out that the guy was full of it. Carvana told me they only offer up to $100 in reimbursements, and that it would take 10 to 15 days to process. After telling them what the guy said, they told me that I have two options...take the hundred dollars, or return the truck. I would contemplate buying another vehicle from Carvana due to the ease of the process. However, I will go over the next vehicle with a fine tooth comb, knowing that anything that is wrong will only be met with a hundred dollar reimbursement.

I loved the purchasing experience but was left frustrated and annoyed by Silverrock. The front bumper of my car was deemed “fixed” with repair work on the 150 point inspection, but wasn’t listed as an imperfection on the listing or noted in the carfax for repair work. Tried many times to get Silverrock to address the substandard repair work and after escalating to leadership they told me, in essence, to kick rocks because Carvana deemed this appropriate to sell technically by selling the car and then Carvana states that they have to stand behind Silverrocks determination. Which is extremely upsetting. I have two corporate giants who are supposed to view me as a valued customer and they’re in collusion to make sure they have each other's backs against paying out for damages that should have clearly been addressed. Love the car, hate the policies, politics, and games. I’d rather take my car to the dealership with peace of mind and pay exorbitant OEM prices than wait for days as my car sits in a Pep Boys lot. This company needs to learn a thing or two about good service and human decency. They lack initiative, professionalism, responsibility and care for its customers. They are the true definition of greed. The multiple class Action Lawsuits are proof enough that this company has screwed a large group of people over. Just imagine the number of people who were uncomfortable or afraid to fight back that just accepted the unfair and unlawful service. Along with many many many others, I provided my trade in vehicle in a fair exchange for a Carvana vehicle. The delivery/pickup was conducted and I was left with a 90 day temp tag. Slightly concerning.... As 90 days is a long time to provide a customer with registration unless they already knew something was going to delay the process.

I called to maintain communication several times throughout those few months. No issues were brought to my attention. Now nearing the 90 day mark, I received nothing. No communication, no updates and worst of all I received attitude and lack of care by the service reps. I was told nothing will be done or negotiated until the plates officially expire. I then called in that morning of the expired plates with that complaint. They said they would now start to look into it.

At this point Carvana was telling me bridgecrest (carvana's partnering lender) had the title and needed to be given to the DMV, and bridgecrest was telling me that Carvana has the title and they need to provide it to the DMV. Both making it very clear that it's my responsibility to take it up with the other party and refused to communicate amongst each other to resolve the issue. It's a nice game they continued to play throughout this entire process where they point their finger to the other business partner and refuse to take responsibility or attempt to resolve the issue.

Now here we are weeks later, I received a call from a supervisor (finally), her name was Barbie and notified me that I was now in the system as her point of contact. I was essentially told that I was to speak with no one else besides her within the company. She notified me of an error in the contract that Carvana has made. Again, this is 4 months after purchase. What was being done during these 4 months to not have this recognized. She then said it would take weeks to correct and would result in a higher principal balance and monthly payment. I initially refused stating that I want my registration completed prior to signing any further contracts. This is when I was threatened with repossession and refusal to retrieve my trade in back.

With no way out of this debt and now down to 1 vehicle with 2 young kids, of school/daycare and 2 jobs, I was strong armed and hopeful that this lengthy process would soon be over. I agreed to sign the new contract with being told that all documents needed for registration are in hand and prepared to be 1st priority to complete registration. They lied again. Quickly after signature on the revised contract, they wiped their hands clean and told me I was on my own now with the DMV. I spent 3 appointments back and forth with the DMV while appointments were several weeks out each time. They notified me that all documents were not available and could not register. Also telling me that registration fees would now be needed upfront even though registration fees were rolled into the life of the loan.

This resulted in me refusing further vehicle payment and asking to be released from contract. The vehicle was later repossessed. Customer service representatives are quick to shout and hang up the phone, supervisors are not available other than call backs that are promised but never occur. Every department is "customer facing" and you are forced to speak with the service department that can't answer anything.

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the disastrous experience I have had with Carvana, SilverRock, and Chevrolet concerning the vehicle I purchased from Carvana. Over the past 15 months, I have endured constant delays, misinformation, and negligence, leaving me with a vehicle that has barely been drivable and has cost me significant time, money, and stress.

Summary of Issues: I purchased a vehicle from Carvana with only 40,000 miles under the assurance that it had been inspected and was in excellent condition. From the moment it was delivered, I have faced numerous issues that call into question both the quality of the vehicle and Carvana’s promises.

Delivery Problems: Delivery was canceled six times, each time with poor communication and no clear timeline. After finally receiving the vehicle, it was immediately clear that the condition was not as advertised. I decided to go with it until a couple days in I decided to take it to the shop as I got stuck in the car because the door was behind the fender due to body panels not aligned correctly.

    Vehicle Defects Upon Delivery:

    Exterior Issues:

Panels were misaligned, and there were visible gaps around the headlights.

    Headlights have absolutely no visibility.

The front license plate holder was removed, revealing 15 massive screw holes in the bumper. Told bumper needs replaced although a clip is broken off that seemed to be glued together poorly so multiple panels would need replaced.

The "Grand Sport" logo fell off shortly after delivery, and replacements are no longer available.

A significant mark on the driver’s door, which was not disclosed in the listing. As well as scratches on roof and fading.

The auto adjust on the mirrors and seat didn't work. It would unadjust every time.

A panel near the headlight was sticking up completely broken. The whole panel would need replaced.

The driver’s door hits the front fender, causing me to get trapped in the car multiple times. It sometimes goes away if I drive it and hit a bump. No shop has been able to fix it. Maybe frame damage?

The driver’s door is flimsy and missing a key component. As well as the whole interior panel is lose according to the shop due to an accident.

Car has been repainted according to the shop as you can see the overspray on the door panels.

Some of this stuff I was not able to see with them until it was moved back to the better shop although that's when my warranty was up but most were already seen and not gotten to yet due to the extent of the other issues in play.

    Mechanical Issues:

Catalytic converters became clogged. $5K out of pocket.

    Motor mounts needed replacement.

    A pulley broke off unexpectedly.

    The A/C stopped blowing cold.

Belt squeaks but no sign of wear.

Replaced coil packs. $400 out of pocket.

Cleaned fuel rails discount because the good shop it was at felt bad.

The front end makes a popping noise when turning.

A persistent fuel smell due to a faulty fuel cell. Needed replaced. Warranty company won't cover.

    Gas gauge issues.

Was told ECU on dash is bad. Never heard back from Chevrolet with the parts. That was 8 months ago.

Carvana told me the reason the car delivery took so long was because they had to replace the ECU. As someone that knows cars it's important to reprogram the ECU to the fuel and air ratio of the specific car. After asking over and over with customer support on who did it so I can confirm they would give no info at all. They said it gets shipped to an outside company they are not in contact with in in way once it goes there. Saved screenshots of that.

    Electrical Failures:

The dash ECU malfunctioned, which prevents mirrors and seats from returning to preset positions.

Memory settings for mirrors and seats fail due to electrical problems.

    Interior Problems:

    Steering column failure.

    Seat rails needed replacement.

The driver’s door lock frequently fails, preventing me from exiting the vehicle.

Repair Timeline: The timeline of repairs has been a nightmare due to Carvana’s incompetence and the mishandling of claims by their warranty company, SilverRock. Carvana and SilverRock moved my vehicle without consent, wasting months of time. At one point, the vehicle sat outside for 30+ days before being evaluated only reason I found out was I went to pick up something. Then again I went and also never moved. Another time I showed up car was being driven around. As I was looking for it the car was gone for over 15 minutes as the inspector went driving it and that's when I showed up. I have no idea how long he was driving it before. They gave me the car back one time with 2 miles left on the tank which is terrible for the vehicle itself including motor and fuel system.

A shop initially identified a misfire, but SilverRock moved the vehicle to Chevrolet, who claimed there was no misfire. Seven months later, Chevrolet reversed their position and confirmed the misfire but claimed it was no longer covered under warranty. I have spent over $6,000 out of pocket for repairs, with 90% of the issues still unresolved. and the rest I've been notified of when I finally moved it back to the shop I didn't want to move it from. Throughout this process, I was forced to constantly follow up with Carvana, SilverRock, and the shops involved, as communication was practically nonexistent. The delays were largely caused by SilverRock’s slow approval process and Chevrolet’s inconsistent diagnoses.

Warranty Failures: Despite having an active warranty at that time, SilverRock and Carvana tried to take up as much as the time possible. While some stuff related still not fixed. The warranty’s coverage was supposed to ensure peace of mind, but instead, it has been nothing but a source of frustration. I’ve driven this car for less than 500 miles over 15 months, while repair shops have put on more miles than I have. I have spent countless hours on calls, emails, and follow-ups, trying to resolve issues that should have been handled by Carvana and SilverRock. The financial burden has been overwhelming, with thousands of dollars spent on repairs for a car that is still not functional.

Took the vehicle if they have it inspected after purchase and instantly was told that battery was completely dead, barely held juice and needed to be replaced. On top of that they showed me a picture of the shocks, one of the shocks in the front was completely shot. $707 to repair both because these were not covered with Silver Rock. Surprise surprise. Makes me wonder how these past 150 point inspection. They had 100 days to get me my registration and plates and that's the funniest part because it took them 109 Days so I was unable to drive for 9 days, totally unacceptable. I got nothing but different stories and lies throughout the whole process. Would I do this again? Hell no, hell no, hell no, hell no, do I sound satisfied, probably not, because I'm not. Carvana is not the best choice. You cannot see the vehicle and have to rely on their description. At end August my car was totaled. I work and thought Carvana would be a great choice and could save me time. First choice car I realized they were adding over 2k “delivery fee” to get it to Mission Valley. Next one sounded like it had more miles than I wanted but was in great shape. I put half down. I got there and realized it had A Lot of cosmetic issues. It needed 4 software updates and had a recall on airbags in front. They claim a 7 day money back guarantee BUT would not issue it for about 2 weeks.

I had to be at work at 630 AM the next morning. So I took the car. I had to take it to the dealer for the updates and airbag repair. Knowing what I know now I would have gone back to Carnax to buy. Next time - I will. What was wrong? Pitted paint all over the hood, a large dent in the window frame, a chip out of driver door paint - the only thing mentioned in the description. There were other things but those are the glaring insufficiencies.

Difficult navigating the website. Items they don’t want you to use but they have to include them like the button for using your own financing instead of Carvana's, is hidden in light blue font smaller than all other types on the page. I ended up using my own financing because their financing terms were so ridiculously high and they gave me a very low price for my trade. I am canceling my order with them because of the second delay in delivery and because I now realize how much better of a deal I can get elsewhere.

Do not use Carvana. You’ve been warned! Carvana is the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. They have no respect for the customer. They canceled my delivery eight minutes before the delivery. Then rescheduled it for another day, then canceled that, Which was four days later because they didn’t have any other days available, an hour before they were supposed to deliver.

Also, VA requires a front license plate and the generic bracket that Lemon Squad brought to install required drilling into a plastic grate - I chose to get the actual Lexus part at my expense (retails for $100) that requires no drilling to ensure compliance with Virginia vehicle registration laws.

I've only had the car in my possession for 3 days. One of which I was able to drive it and try it and the other 4 days it's been getting bounced around repair shops since it arrived with a fuel injector spraying gas all over the motor. I purchased this car so my child would be safe in it but instead It ended being dangerous to drive.

This resulted in me missing work for 2 days at $270 a day plus $50 for an Uber and don't forget to mention the gas money that literally got wasted. Here I am day 8 of "ownership" and still don't have a car so you tell me how it's going. Oh and by the way I feed 7 kids out of my own pocket and this took a huge hit because I bought a "good inspected vehicle" and let's not even say it was a minor overlooked item as I'm not a mechanic and found the leak in 30 seconds because gasoline has a very distinct smell.

The driver came to pick up my vehicle, and after a thorough evaluation he told me the car was as I described it in the selling process. He proceeded to give me a check and I immediately went to my bank to deposit it. The bank rejected the check because the routing number, and the account number were not completely visible on the check and therefore it was not valid. I returned home, the driver had already loaded my car on the truck. I stopped him and told him not to leave until I got the issue of the invalid check resolved.

I was on the phone for over an hour with an associate who assured me that a replacement check would be issued within 48 hours and sent overnight to me. I called today after the 48 hours and talked to another associate who told me that the company policy was to issue replacement checks within 5 business days, and what the previous associate told me was incorrect. I am now at the mercy of Carvana to make good on their promise to send a replacement check. After this experience, I am very uncomfortable since all the communications after the invalid check have been verbal. Carvana associates do not seem to want to communicate in writing.

You need to not have a background telling me what to say before I even speak. I take exception to the condition of my Jeep that I just purchased, the delivery guys apologized to me and said they tried to clean it up, and that it's supposed to be sent detailed to them to touch up before I get it. Well, the vehicle sat around in a dirty warehouse or whatever for an extended period of time so the slime, scum, and tarnish that brillo pads were required to get off of it. It smells like ** too, 4 days with everything off of the jeep and my deep cleaning the carpet, seats, dash and all exterior.. I've already began building it and spent the money for the parts or I would have given it back to you.

I deserved better than that.. One more thing, you replaced the drive tires and left a flat spare on the rear, and I mean dry rotted unable to hold air or pass your supposed test. They point out two spots in the ad that say "minor scratches". Well, take a look do those look minor? Like I said, if I didn't already have all of the parts and no patience you would have your Jeep back. Now that I have top to bottom, I want to say I birthed it at this point, I've scrubbed less on my inground pool for the last 17 years..

I was able to get one full revolution out of the filter to tighten it fully. (Very poor attention to detail).
    3. Paperwork in truck has very little scribble to it saying what was checked and fixed or replaced. Said the headlights both RT and LT were revitalized (taken cloudy fog off lens). Well they did the passenger side but not driver's side. Again poor attention to detail.

I called Carvana to let them know about 14 separate issues I had with the car, I was on a road trip and wouldn’t be able to get the car to a service center within the 30 day 1,000-mile limit they have for wearable items (this is a ‘secret’ warranty that I was only told about long after I’d put more than 1,000 miles on the car). I was assured there would be no issue with my warranty even though I would be outside of the 14-day window they had told me about (they waive the deductible in the first 14 days).

When I took the car in to the service center they found that the alignment was so bad (this is one of the 14 issues I originally notified Carvana of) was so bad that two of the tires were worn down to the threads on the inner shoulders of the tires. 13 of my 14 issues were not covered despite the fact ALL of them should have been flagged and fixed by their 150 Point Inspection. My out-of-pocket costs for repairs will be well over $3000 for items that should have been repaired before the car was listed for sale. Do your own due diligence and don’t trust the I spectuo report or anything any of the customer reps tell you if there’s any doubt you’ll be outside of 1,000 miles or 30 days when your claim is started (claim isn’t started by notifying them of any issues, you MUST take the car to an in-network repair center to have a claim started).

The car is as described, which is ultimately what you hope for when buying online. My delivery was delayed several days, I suspect due to a discrepancy in when Carvana told me I needed to have my insurance begin (1 day before getting car) vs when the state required me to have insurance (3 days before getting car). No refund or recourse for the inconvenience there. There were also many urgent texts and emails asking me to resend documents I had already sent. Those things made me feel a little sketchy about the process, but ultimately, I have the car and am enjoying it!

From my experience with traditionally purchasing cars I can say I was extremely impressed with the simplicity and convenience of the transaction. Carvana delivered and picked up my car on the exact day they said they would. The delivery driver was very nice and helpful, and guided new through the setup of my car. Most of all their price on the car and the money they gave me for my trade in could not be beat! I would highly recommend Carvana for your next car purchase!

Absolutely terrible. Received vehicle and call one of their preferred shops on day 3 because I noticed some rust on the muffler. They couldn’t get me in until day 6. Was told that there were some things that needed to be fixed but nothing major and that Silver Rock would have to approve additional testing. I kept the car thinking everything was minor. After the additional testing was done come to find out It was leaking oil and coolant and had been for sometime even though my car was certified and a 150 inspection was done. Let the shop there wasn’t even enough coolant to test and had been leaking for a while. Is stated on the CARFAX that my truck had been in a Ford dealership shop two days before delivery, I contacted the shop to find out why they had the vehicle and what was done to it and they refuse to give me any information and told me that Carvana could get that from them and then they could give it to me.

I spoke to three managers. All told me that there was nothing they could provide me, even though it was supposedly certified there were no paperwork, and they refuse to contact the dealership to tell me what was done. An executive manager called me and read the stuff that was fixed when the inspection was done, which was front end driver side in the hood, but yet the truck was never supposed to be in a wreck or that was never disclosed. I asked about the coolant and he stated that everything checked out fine, which again part of the shop and pictures that were taken that’s not possible. The warranty would only pay for half of what needed to be done because the rest wasn’t 100% faulty. I’ve spoke to four different managers.

The executive manager told me that he would pay for $300 worth of what I had to pay out-of-pocket for the shop which if you ask me is disgusting that they can admit fault and pay for half of your damages, but not all of them. I’ve had my car since October 26 and it’s already been in the shop twice for timing chain, spark plugs, engine coil and something else resulting in 23 days in the shop. I am still waiting on my reimbursement for my rental car that I could have for MAX 10 days and you have to pay upfront. Almost 800 out of pocket at the shop to have things that if an inspection had actually been done would have been caught. I have lost out on countless shifts at work right before Christmas because I didn’t have a vehicle to get me there.

I have called several times and talked to several managers and it disgust me they tell people that they want you to feel safe and secure when you by a certified vehicle from them and that you can contact them anytime and get additional information but dear God if it’s something that they have covered up or you have proof of their lies they will completely shut you down. I had an executive manager read me everything that they fixed but refused to provide me with the information. The other manager told me through chat 3 times which dear God copy and paste every conversation you have with them because they delete after a day or two. She told me they didn’t have any further information and I kept telling her the guy's name and number from the ford dealership that Carvana took it to and she again refused to do.

They are very crooked and btw Carvana and the bank they use and silver rock are all owned by the same people. Please please do not buy a vehicle from them and if you have to take it directly to be checked out and pay the deductible to take it to someone you trust. Their preferred shop also quoted me at 2550 out of pocket but as soon as I started suing Carvana they realized they mistakenly had ordered the incorrect parts and the correct parts were only 650. The only positive part of my experience was dealing with the girl that delivered it. The rest of it has been the worse headache and for someone who is a single parent that works 60 hours a week I am in a worse bind now than I was before purchasing. So they say third goal is to make sure you have peace of mind when it comes to your new ride. Dear God run and absolutely go somewhere else or please have it checked out before your 7 days!!

CARVANA is a SHADY and DISHONEST business and it will end up costing you time and money that you are trying to save by purchasing from them. I purchased a vehicle that will not pass a state of mass inspection for many reasons and they refuse to do anything about it. Their 150 point inspection is imaginary and a total lie. They get vehicles trade-ins and even purchase vehicles from other dealers and just flip them as is. Instead of taking vehicles to auction they cannot sell they just sell them to Carvana and save auction fees. Ask your local dealer about it they will tell you!!

Do not purchase their Silver-rock warranty it’s also a scam they cover absolutely nothing. Just a big money grab for them. I am now stuck with $5000 worth of repairs and can’t drive vehicle. Read the bad reviews those are legit and accurate. The good reviews are ppl they pay or their own employees. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. However, I'm not happy the car was damaged by your transport team (prior to reaching Lenoir City, who drove it to me in Crossville) and I'm stuck arguing with your insurance team - I shouldn't have to be doing this. There's damage (front spoiler or air splitter) on the car that wasn't shown/articulated in the listing of the car. Not a great way of concluding the customer experience. Your advocate who drove the car to me (because they couldn't get it on the rollback truck due the Shelby's ride height) was awesome and very helpful.

Several issues were not disclosed in the car's profile online, and I was disappointed to find them upon delivery. Visible Scratches: There are clear scratches on the doors, the passenger side frame, and the rear bumper. These were not mentioned in the vehicle's listing. Windshield Issue: There is a large amount of sticky glue residue on the driver’s side of the windshield, which should have been removed before delivery. This is a major distraction while driving. SilverRock was swift to tell me that these issues are not covered and I am sure that is why Carvana did not disclose them. If it is "acceptable wear and tear" seems even more shay to hide them and not clear the windshield of the gunk. Fuel Level: Additionally, I was expecting the car to be delivered with a full tank of gas, this was not the case, and it would have been a nice touch to receive the vehicle with a full tank considering all the other defects I was surprised to find.

Title: Horrible Experience with Carvana - Avoid at All Costs! I recently had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Carvana. From the start, it felt like I was being treated as an employee rather than a customer, with unreasonable deadlines and demands that were impossible to meet. It was as if I was negotiating for a loved one being held hostage, with constant pressure and threats if tasks weren't completed on time.

Despite my best efforts to meet their demands, I inadvertently missed multiple deadlines. When I finally thought I had completed the last task correctly, I was scolded for not doing it right. After taking time off from my actual job to send the correct item, I was informed that the car I wanted had been sold out from under me. When I complained, Carvana attempted to push me towards another car, but this time they wanted to charge an un-refundable shipping fee. It felt like they were just trying to run off with my money without any intention of selling me a car. I have lost all trust in Carvana and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from them to look elsewhere. Their customer service is abysmal, and the entire process is a nightmare. I have spent almost $2,500 in car rentals in the past two months. They obviously do not inspect the cars before they sell them, the mechanic said they should have never sold it in its condition. Carvana would not do anything 'cause it was after the 7 days (how convenient). They told me that if I seen anything to let them know in the morning because when I picked the car up it was so dark and no one had a flashlight and the lighting wasn’t the best. When I reached out to them the next morning to address my concerns, I was told that it should have been addressed the night before. I asked for them to do a further investigation because that’s not what I was told before I left the dealership, they told me that they were looking into it and would give me a callback. I reached out to them every day and no one ever reached back out to me, by the end of the week, no one has reached out to me, and it was too late to return the vehicle. Later I find out that they sold me a vehicle with a restricted key.

This was my first time purchasing a Volvo so I did not know that it was different colors to the keys. When I try to do stuff with the car I was told that I only had limited Access due to me not having the main key, when I reached out to Carvana to let them know that they sold me a car with restrictions on the key. They basically said that’s my problem and I have to pay for it. How do you go about selling a vehicle with a Key that only has limited access, they did nothing to help. I've purchased several vehicles from Carvana and I've finally learned my lesson. I found a beautiful black 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon with a little over 17k miles on it at a fair price so we checked the Carfax, 2 commercial owners and one personal owner, nothing stood out as problematic. When my vehicle first arrived I wasn't asked to do a test drive as they usually do and I was soon to learn why. At first it seemed fine even though there was a crack in the windshield that wasn't noted and more scratches with horrible touchup paint (reviewed the images on their site and saw it since I knew it was there before I got it. I knew pointing it out was pointless as they refused to do anything about it from a previous purchase) .I decided to drive it on a work trip because what better way to test it than to drive it to Indianapolis and back to Georgia.

On the 7th day, a few hours after my cutoff time to swap it I had a check engine light come on and proceeded to take it to the SilverRock approved repair shop. They told me at that point that SilverRock refused to touch it as it was still under the 36K powertrain warranty by Jeep and it would have to go to an OEM Jeep dealership. Once we took it there and they ran the tests on the motor we found out it wasn't the original motor and it had been aftermarket tuned which voided the warranty and I was accused of this modification. Camshaft and lifter failures causing misfires. This is where I was told that the OEM 36k Powertrain warranty was voided.

The dealership had to fall back on SilverRock to cover the repair... They dragged their feet and blamed us for the whole problem. The dealership proved we didn't modify the motor with the scan provided proof and SilverRock continued to say we did. After a month we got fed up with getting jerked around by SilverRock, the dealership offered to buy the jeep from us for approximately 7k less than I purchased the Gladiator for. At this point we were tired of waiting for our vehicle and being without our transportation we agreed. Now we have a 2025 Jeep Wrangler with a ridiculous payment because of getting shafted by Carvana and SilverRock. I will never buy or recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!

These cars came through auctions, and they made repairs, the really nasty cheap ones nobody knows about and Carvana isn't sharing these. You have one recourse, take the car back in the 7 days.... We fell for the take it to one of our repair centers.... Once the seven days are up, they don't care. We took the car to a body shop and they pointed out both front end and rear end damage to the vehicle. All cheaply fixed by the auction or Carvana. This was a 12 month old vehicle with 12K miles.

How can a company not take every step to ensure a Cashiers Check is fully tracked. Plus second vehicles has remote start listed on description but it has no remote start.

Carvana offered a $100 dollar check for mistake of remote start listed. Over this whole experience I’ve spoken to at least 20 different people to try to help with problems. Only 1 individual actually knew what he was talking about the entire experience. Carvana your systems and standards are broken. Chats kept being dropped and nobody knew what was wrong with the car or when it would be fixed. They also told me there was no escalations dept. I didn’t get the vehicle for over a week. Zero communication. Every time I called the CS rep seemed just as bewildered as me.

Once the vehicle was delivered the driver told me “we checked the tires to make sure they’re safe or we replace them. This is good to go.” I brought it into a private shop to have it looked over and there were some minor things but the tread was dangerously low and I needed new tires. After 5 days of driving it, check engine light goes on. Now I’m told I deal with warranty company, Silverrock. Turns out, vehicle needs a new engine. I haven’t gotten the car back or even repaired. That was 3 weeks ago. I’m so frustrated, I don’t even know what to do. It’s like turning in circles and going nowhere with no one to help. My next step is to file a complaint with BBB and contact attorney general's office. BEWARE! This company makes it seem like it’s such an easy process but it’s an absolute nightmare and there seems to never be anyone to get a hold of other than entry level CS.

I loved that you get to see the entire vehicle inside and out, however, when describing the number of scratches on the vehicle I was led to believe there were just 3 places. Turns out there were twice as many. I have a great credit score so I looked into financing through Carvana since I assumed it would make the process go through faster. Nevertheless, when they came back and told me I was qualified to finance my vehicle through Carvana it was going to be at 24.32%!!! Really? My credit score was just shy of 800! Not going to happen… If you don't finance through them, they give you these 'tasks' that need to be accomplished along the way. However, they don't tell you ALL of the tasks that need to be done at one time. You only find out about the 'other' tasks, once you've completed the prior task.

Also, unless someone calls you, you never find out why a particular 'task' keeps failing or why they keep asking for the same thing over and over. Over the course of 3 days, I uploaded the same documents over and over again until someone called and explained why it was failing. Once that 'task' was completed, I received another 'task' during the weekend needing information only my bank would have, but they were closed. The following Monday I was bombarded by phone calls and emails about other 'tasks' that needed to be accomplished in a matter of hours or my vehicle would not be delivered on-time. Once I did have everything completed within their timeline, I was told to call back to confirm one item. The person I talked to this time, told me I had to do several items that had already been done!

I reiterated several times that they were already completed and that I was just calling back to confirm 1 item from my financial institution. It was only after a few minutes did this person actually look at my account and all of the notes to understand what I was saying. Then they told me congratulations, as I had completed everything and the car would be delivered tomorrow as scheduled. So, we went from "You need to accomplish all of this stuff" to, "Oh hey congratulations. You’ve traversed our mythical maze of the unknown!"

This experience has really soured me on purchasing a vehicle online ever again. While there's a certain convenience to shopping online, like no salesperson following you around and prodding you for information, there's also a certain unknown to the entire process where you don’t have anyone physically to reach out to when you have questions. Also, using a call center NOT located within the USA makes the entire communication process harder and completely unnecessary.

Since purchasing my vehicle from Carvana 9 days ago, I've spent at least 4 days being at a repair shop. Carvana and their partner have paid for 2 of the major issues (a broken seat track and needing the rear windshield replaced), but I'm still left with a key fob that won't start my car and requires reprogramming - quoted $115 plus tax to reprogram (it unlocks and locks the car but when I get in it says that the key fob isn't detected so the push button start doesn't work). They also won't cover the repair or replacement of my 3rd row seat cover (quoted $843 to replace).

I discovered on day 7 that the 3rd row seat cushion zipper is broken and won't zip at all and leaves the interior of the seat exposed. Not to mention the day I picked up my car it was filthy. Who knows what the sticky stuff was in almost every cupholder, as well as old food on the floor and in the tracks. I had a carvana employee come out and take a look at how filthy it was and he couldn't believe how terribly it had been "cleaned".

For the most part, my experience was outstanding. I submitted the purchase initially for a 2016 Kia Sorento with a price tag of $16,039.65. The deal was completed but when I went to secure insurance, my outfit informed me that Pennsylvania doesn't insure Collision coverage on Sorento's due to a high rate of stolen vehicles in that brand of car. I went back to Carvana and cancelled that purchase and completed the deal on the car I am keeping. There is a difference of $424 that is due to me as the Tucson was less than the Sorento.

As of today, 8 days after the purchase, I have not received the $424 from Carvana. Carvana pulled the funds for the purchase on the day of the transaction and reminded me several times about the 7 day period to return the vehicle if I didn't want it. I would expect the $424 should be in my account within the next business day as I have gone past the 7 day return period. Everything else was excellent including the pick up of the vehicle at your Bridgeville, PA location.

I was amazed to discover that Carvana routinely requires purchasers to commit perjury when trading in a vehicle in California. One e-sign document I was required to sign stated "under threat of perjury" that I had LOST the title. I had not, and in fact, I was able to present it to the deliverer. Listen closely, because this is amazing: I called customer service, and TEN, 10, T-E-N consecutive agents over the course of a two hour phone call told me it was required. I declined.

Then, when my vehicle was delivered, the delivery agent repeated this claim. I said no, I was not going to commit perjury. This makes ELEVEN of your representatives who all said I was required to commit perjury in order to complete the purchase. Fortunately, the delivery agent called "his paperwork person" who said "Aw, no , not really, that's just in case we lose the title." So, I'm supposed to perjure myself so you're not inconvenienced if you lose some paperwork? Surely you'll agree, the optics of this are so poor.

The biggest problem I have is the condition of the car was not what you stated (You posted 3 pictures of 3 super small scratches). Lots and lots and lots of scratches especially on the front bumper which I thought was bugs and detailing should remove them. No such luck. There are rock pits. The rock chips in the window shield, door dings, All the door jams were dirty like it had been in a dust storm. I guess that's the draw back of a used car... The car is pretty good shape. I will deal with the cosmetic problems. Sending just a few photos.

I'm satisfied overall with my used car buying experience, but I did note some cosmetic issues, verging on functional problems with the car. When I removed the Carvana inventory stickers from the windshield, I found a crack, which I had fixed immediately for $170 at my local Safelite. I also found the front grill was broken and the radiator behind it bent, as if a small animal or flexible soft object had gone through the front grill at freeway speed. The radiator isn't leaking and the car isn't overheating, so I just bought a front grill replacement (only $200 with a Black Friday coupon!) that I will install myself.

I'm also not fully convinced that the low-mileage accurately reflects the true condition of the car. There are parts of the undercarriage, door crannies, and engine bay that are extremely dirty, as if the car was driven in a sandstorm or mud. Very strange, given the low mileage of the car. Maybe it was driven thru the Montana desert at high speeds... that explains the abraded paint on the hood.

And on further inspection they said it needed two new front tires and Which was over $1400! This was my second time buying from Carvana. Everything was good the first time, though I did find that the car had been repainted and the painters had not removed the masking tape from the bottom of the car and there was a little over spray. No big deal. This time I had a couple issues. First, I received a call from the finance department who told me that they could not approve financing because I was behind on payments. To make a long story short, I was not behind on payments and the first Carvana associate was not very helpful. After confirming that my payment history was 100% on time, I called Carvana and got a representative called Henry who placed a 3 way call with the finance company so he could verify the payment history.

As for the car itself, the people who do the pre sale cleaning and maintenance really dropped the ball on this one. The oil filter is on top of the engine on this car and it was not properly tightened so it was leaking oil pretty badly. They used a cheap CarQuest filter anyway, so I removed it and installed a quality filter. It was a 10 minute and $10 fix, but not something that should have to be done immediately after buying a car. The exterior was dirty and had some kind of white material slung across it that required rubbing alcohol to remove, and it was covered in scratches. I spent some time washing, using clay bar, polishing, and waxing, and most of the scratches went away.

I feel like they should have put in a little more effort. The tan leather seats had several black scuffs that could be removed with some effort, but were not. The inside of the front windshield was so filthy that it was difficult to see while driving home the first evening. With all of these things, it tells me that the people in charge just don't care, or that they aren't given the time or resources needed to do a good job. Judging by some of the other cars I viewed, this is becoming a common issue.

The car history showed that it spent most of its life up north. The listing and pictures did not mention that the car has a good amount of rust all throughout the undercarriage from road salt. I don't see any major deterioration, but the majority of the underside of the car is covered in surface rust. Honestly I like the convenience of Carvana, but I don't think I can recommend them after this last purchase. I don't mind tinkering with things, but a car should never need this much attention right after purchase

Bought a 2020 Toyota Tundra from Carvana. Had to pay $2000 non refundable for a delivery fee, a delivery to a carvana store 110 miles away from my home. Upon arrival I noticed many areas of the vehicle had minor damage not listed online, 42 spots to be exact. 39 of which are what I would call minor wear I didn't care much about. 3 were bad enough I requested some sort of compensation. Mind you there were 3 spots mentioned online that were negligible. Since I already had spent the non refundable amount on delivery I decided to take the car home.

After having the carvana employee ensure me that he took pictures of the damage and documented them and that I could contact carvana to get it rectified. The 3 issues were 1 inside the door frame the paint was worn down in over a 6 inch area and the 2 others were rim damage that looked like someone hit a curb. All thing not mentioned or shown online. After contacting carvana about the issues they told me if I didn't like it return the vehicle. I didn't want to do this since I would be out the 2k for the delivery as well as their policy is anything over 400 miles after pickup is $1 a mile if the vehicle is returned. After trying my case again and pleading my case of paying over 52k for a truck I was told the same thing.

According to them all this damage was normal wear and tear and if I didn't like it return it. I feel this is unacceptable especially since over half my "7 day trial" miles would have been just to drive it home and back to the dealer location. This would have resulted in me paying more money for damages they never listed. I paid for all the premium extra coverages and now feel as if I have just been taken advantage of. Granted yes I probably should have never drove the vehicle off the lot but I was already well vested in this truck. I also was told the truck would be delivered on Nov 4th then to be told it was delayed 4 extra days and would arrive Nov 9th. How can I be charged 2k for a delivery up front then get nothing back when they don't hold up their end.

As they already had my money when I reached out about this issue they gave a similar response. In short, sorry... deal with it. You will not be given any compensation for a delayed delivery. Overall I do not recommend carvana. Customer service has been atrocious and their vehicle descriptions are deceitful. If for some off reason you do plan on using them never pay for a delivery fee find something else and make sure you expect way more damage than what is listed. Then and only then will you maybe not be disappointed.

This organization is openly and unapologetically fraudulent. They misrepresented the vehicle I purchased and then tried to hide it. My only recourse was $500 or the option to purchase a different vehicle within three business days due to it being a holiday week...as if I would even consider being rushed into the purchase of another vehicle after they falsely advertised the first one. Save all purchase documentation including a screenshot or hard copy of the listing for the vehicle you purchase at the time of purchase in a safe location offline. That way when they change the listing and tell you you're mistaken about what the listing said you'll have proof.

I purchased a vehicle based on the options listed at the time of purchase. I paid for the vehicle as listed. During the seven day return period I realized the vehicle didn't have several of the safety options the listing claimed it possessed. This company does not make any effort to find out about the vehicles they're selling. It took less than twenty-four hours for them to confirm with the manufacturer that the vehicle in question did not have the options advertised and which should have influenced the purchase price.

Long story short, after many hours of my time and aggravation attempting to jump through the hoops of their "warranty process", being treated as though I were an idiot and being offered other lesser vehicles I find myself with no recourse but the Attorney General's office in my state. I can't discourage you strongly enough from purchasing a vehicle from this business. I don't know how their employees sleep at night knowingly defrauding vehicle buyers

I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle through Carvana, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. What started as an exciting process quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal due to poor communication and lack of accountability on Carvana’s part. First, I encountered issues with a trade-in because the car was not in my girlfriend’s name, which I completely understood. However, when I asked to proceed without the trade-in, I was told I had to restart the contracts and couldn’t pick up the car that same day, despite the vehicle already being at the location and ready. Instead of accommodating me, I was forced to wait until the next day.

I decided to schedule home delivery to avoid further inconvenience, only to have it delayed again with no consultation or respect for my schedule. When I called to address the issue, I was given inconsistent excuses. The most absurd reason for the delay was that the car needed to be detailed and prepped, even though it should have been ready two days earlier when I first went to pick it up.

To add insult to injury, I was initially promised a $100 apology check after receiving the car. After working with a representative named Spencer to switch back to a pickup option, I was informed that the $100 check was no longer valid because the contracts were changed. The constant apologies and lack of real solutions made it clear that the call center has no authority to resolve customer concerns effectively.

This process has been unnecessarily complicated and unprofessional, with Carvana failing to deliver on their promises. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service. I hope to finally pick up my car tomorrow, but this entire experience has left me questioning whether I’d ever recommend Carvana to anyone.

I have purchased vehicles from Carvana in the past and had no issues but I decided I was going to trade in my Nissan Frontier for a Ford Maverick. Purchased it and everything was approved on Election day Nov. 5th (Tuesday) and they said they could deliver it that Saturday. I get an email the next day Nov. 6th that the truck arrived at one of the facilities. Friday morning the 8th I get an email giving me steps for the delivery and trade in. That afternoon I get another email stating that my appointment has been delayed and was scheduled the following Saturday the 16th. I reached out wondering why it got delayed and said it was an issue with getting it registered. Disappointed but I figured maybe the truck didn't arrive in enough time in my state and nearby facility to get it registered.

Fast forward to the following Thursday, November 14th I reached out to make sure everything was still on track and I was told yes. Later that night I get another email stating that my delivery has been delayed once again and was pushed back to Monday the 18th. I decided to call and figure out what is going on. All I got was them reading the exact email that they sent me with no explanation to why it's taking almost 2 weeks for them to get me my truck and why they are having issues registering with the State. Instead of them trying to get to the bottom of it, I was pushed to cancel my order and purchase another truck. I told them to cancel my order and refund me my down payment because this is ridiculous and that if I went in person to a dealership it doesn't take them this long to register the vehicle with the state.

I'm more frustrated with how Carvana handled this situation. No transparency and was like they didn't care. Didn't even offer to do anything to make right of this situation. As I write this review on November 20th almost a week after I canceled the order, they have yet to relist the Ford Maverick that I was trying to purchase. I will no longer go through Carvana to purchase a vehicle after this and will go to my local dealership and give them my business.

3rd time customer and will not be using Carvana again based on their lack caring to fix the issues cause by transport company. Purchased car and in imperfections only showed couple of scratches. Drove 2 hours to trade in my car and pick up this one at the vending machine in San Antonio Texas.. The inside of the car is very dirty and will have to spend my own money to have it cleaned right. Smears and smudges on all glass and dashboard. Food etc. under seats. Stains on carpet that CAN be removed if they would have tried.

Then we look at car and the hauler did not cover and there are small rock chips on the hood, windshield and side mirrors that must have occurred during shipping from Florida to San Antonio Texas. Pointed out to associate. She took pictures and said, "Don't worry. I'll file a report and Carvana will get it fixed." And agreed that it must have been during shipping because was not on the damage in the listing. She never filed the report after we left. So, after me spending few hours on the phone talking to 4 different people who seemed to care and promised a call back to let me know what is going to happen.

As of today, I have not heard from anyone other than your warranty people Silver rock telling me that they aren't going to fix the damage because it's acceptable cosmetic damage, and if it's windshield damage I need to spend more $ and file with my insurance company even though Carvana caused this damage to the vehicle during shipping which I paid over $1200 to ship. This experience has been horrible and Carvana tells you how much they care that you are happy with your purchase, but it is all talk and NO ACTION. And again, this will be my last Carvana purchase and hope by putting this out on social media outlets I can keep someone from getting the same treatment I have received from Carvana.

I will wait to share this on social media for one week to give Carvana time to respond or try to remedy this situation. I'm not taking the time to add any images as the associate took pictures of the damage before I left, and I was told they weren't detailed enough so just shows you how much she cared about helping me. Guess that's why I felt like just another # while I was there at the vending machine.

Worst experience ever for my first time purchasing a Range Rover Velar, Carvana states they did a 150 inspection but it failed inspection in the state of Massachusetts, the tire rod was rotted needs to be replaced, then after taking it to Land Rover in Norwood MA they did the diagnostic test and also found 3 tires rotted and they sent a claim to Silver Rock and Silver Rock denied all 3 tires replacement.

Putting mine and my family's lives in danger driving this vehicle. The closest repair facility to me is an hour away from my house. To drive this far to a facility to have this fixed and repaired is dangerous to drive this vehicle with these issues. Called Silver Rock and Carvana and reported all these issues and no one was able to help me with this matter. I will never purchase a vehicle with Carvana ever again, worst experience ever.

Amazing service, easy process and the car is in amazing shape. There was something wrong with the front bumper and Carvana had it fixed within 48 hours. Excellent excellent service. From being pre qualified to purchasing the car, it took 10 minutes. If I were to buy another used car, I will definitely go through Carvana.

There was damage to my vehicle that was reported within the 7 day period. I contacted the insurance company which was no help and they stated the info had not been forwarded. I am extremely displeased with this process and wil never purchase a vehicle this way again. The delivery driver was amazing and put in extra effort as the location he picked up the vehicle did not clean it at all. Contact me for more specific information.

Great experience, selling price, easy to buy. Amazing!!! Literally like vending machine. Put it coin and car came to you. Car came as it described!! First owner, no damage, no scratches. Carvana left on pictures some imperfections which I couldn’t find on the car. They doing registration for customers, I choose to pick up car. But they also can deliver front of your house. Carvana application is very easy and convenient to use, and really it doesn’t waste time as a car dealers.

Their customer service is on point, the driver was courteous and on time, the entire experience made me a believer. I will Definitely recommend Carvana.

For anyone that needs a car and are having problems buying one I highly recommend Carvana. My reasons: I had originally purchased a 2019 KIA Soul through Drivetime, I thought that I was getting a great deal. It turns out that I was paying close to $20,000 for a car only worth at best according to my insurance comp. only $9000.00. I found out that I was paying 40% interest rate the rest of the cash is going for interest! I understand that if you really don’t have excellent credit, it’s difficult to get that no money down and low interest rate.

Recently an incident had occurred I was without a car. I tried to go to a local dealer, however, with circumstances being what they were, the dealer couldn’t help me. I thought, why not give Carvana a try. Within an hour or so after my application I was approved for a 2010 Subaru Forester with only 94,000 mileages. I will inform that there was a low-down payment, however, the price and my payments are within my budget. While I was paying close to $600 to Bridgecrest, my new car payments are half of that. Although, I only had my car from Carvana for only a week, so far, I'm quite pleased with the performance and comfort of my car.

Overall Experience: The overall sales process was very smooth and quick. Response times for approval and follow-up on documents were excellent, which I really appreciated. Room for Improvement: The one downside was the condition of the vehicle at delivery. It seemed as though the previous owner and their children had just exited the vehicle. The exterior was dusty, and the interior had sticky windows in the backseat. It would have been great if someone had taken the extra time to ensure the car was clean and presentable. Final Thoughts: Aside from needing to detail my own "new" ride, I was satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider purchasing from you again!

Employees were friendly and helpful and the process was easy and I’m not a computer savvy. However, I videoed it for my kids and the employees sent a coin to each kid in a nice see-through carrying case. It was exciting to see other families put their coin in and there were so many there excited! We were all excited for each other and it’s a pretty neat thing to get a car out of a vending machine.

The process of finding, choosing, buying, and picking up the vehicle, as well as trading in our previous vehicle, was seamless. So much less hassle and time-wasting compared to buying from a traditional dealership. Would highly recommend to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle. And the trade-in process was simple as well. It would be possible to speed up the pickup time even further, but as it is it was perfectly acceptable.

Mostly a good experience. Here are the negatives: Car was advertised as no transport fee. This was later revised to say, yes, there js a transport fee. Was told I would get the car the day after signing the purchase agreement. This was revised to a few days later. I believe the issue was that the car was not in town, however, that was Carvana‘s mistake. This added $300 to the cost for me, and an additional wait to receive the car. There was only one smart key. I think this should be made clear at the time of purchase, and a plus would be offering to provide a second key at an additional charge. Time frame promised for delivery of car was 2-5 pm. It arrived at about 6:15 PM. The delivery person did call to let me know it would be late, but he didn’t call till about 5:30 pm. This is my second Carvana purchase. I also bought a car in Minnesota and that went smoothly. Interesting, since Arizona is corporate HQ!
