Total waste of time. Awful experience. I never had a such an awful experience with any other car dealer. I was interested in buying 2017 Toyota Camry. I had asked for out of door price. Their Salesman Mr K. sent me the out of door price. I agreed on the price. I took an appointment for test drive at 7pm as I was planning to visit their office after work. They also text me at 3pm for appointment confirmation and I replied Yes.
We reached their office at 7pm. Mr K told me that the car I was looking for has been sold. So car was gone in few hours. Isn't it unbelievable? Surprisingly, Mr K got another car with exact same model and make 2017 Toyota car with 2K more mileage and was asking $950. We did car inspection. It's rear door seem to have some work done recently. Paint was looking fresh on the door. I asked for Car Fax report. Mr K was reluctant to give me the Car Fax. I got Car Fax report. I didn't see the history of this car maintenance for whole year in the Car fax Report. I asked Mr K, "Why is that?" He didn't give me any convincing answer. I thought something is fishy. I told Mr K I am not interested in this car and left. Also, he was trying to charge me 7.50% interest rate for the car while we agree upon interest rate of 3.5% depending upon my good credit. Total shady business. Will never go there again.

Went to AutoNation in Houston and Daughter had already identified specific vehicle to purchase. After an exhausting waiting period they offered financing at 5%+ (for 787 scores). We rejected this and Obtained our own financing and 1/2 their rate. Finally got the Tags on the car and then they came out with, wait for it...: only One (1) Key Fob. Immediately Inquired about this and salesman said "Jeep only give one key..."- HA. Much to my chagrin, when pressured, Manager came out and said "Vehicle was priced with only 1 FOB and not two..."- Where this came from or was printed I'll never know.
Car FOB was stolen at party that night and took us 2 days to get car back to an actual Dealer to create 2 New FOBS at $500+. The Dealer's General Manager, Mark, (**) then began to tell me it was Our Fault for not doing proper research on the vehicle knowing it only came with 1 FOB- Blah Blah Blah. Blamed it on the Consumer who just bought their vehicle. I traded in a car with 2 FOB. Certainly expected to get 2 FOBs with purchase of a 2019 Jeep... If Anyone wants more info- I am Stephen and I can be reached at **. Good Luck. "Caveat Emptor" with these guys.

About one year ago my significant other and I purchased a pre-owned Audi A5 from Autonation Volvo in Bellevue, WA. Once we bought the car we were only able to drive it in two week increments before having it taken to the shop to be serviced. I lost count of how many times it had broken down on us while we had the warranty. One of the main problems with it was that it had a horrible oil leak. We would go on to get it repeatedly serviced at Audi without the service department actually fixing the problem. Apparently, there was so much wrong with our newly bought vehicle that Audi was fixing the first problem they could see.
The really frustrating bit about our experience is that Autonation is somehow able to pass a vehicle 125 point inspection that they do not know how to work on. Hence why the vehicle was purchased at Autonation and continuously serviced at Audi. Over the course of our warranty, the oil problem was never fixed and many more issues arose. Since we have lost our warranty, our vehicle has sat in our parking spot, unable to drive as we are unable to fix all the issues. To give you a very clear idea, we received an estimate of about $4,000 just to fix the oil leak and timing belt. However, there are still MANY other issues that need to be addressed.
We have tried to contact Autonation Volvo as well as the corporate offices to get the issue resolved. Autonation Volvo insists there is nothing they can do while the corporate offices will not accept our calls no matter how many appointments are made. In fact, it was recommended to us by a customer care representative that we book a flight to Florida to talk to them in person. This purchase was the worst financial decision we have ever made in our lives. Autonation will happily sell you a "lemon" that will last past the five day return period but not beyond that. Each attempt to fix this crisis has lead us to a dead end. It sounds a bit cliche, but if I could rate this company zero stars, I would.

I took my 3 year old Malibu in for service and to fix the poorly designed display that my daughter broke for a second time due to its design. I agreed and paid the $600 service fee plus the $800 for the new display. They took 2 weeks to fix and last Thursday they indicAted it was ready. I told them I would pick up Friday. When I Ubered there Friday they told me they had fixed the display and rest to English. It had been in French. After 30 wasted minutes I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes to wash it. Remember they knew I was coming in. I declined and after 15 minutes they brought it around. The display was still in French. Additionally the drivers seat would not move forward. It pivoted apparently due to an issue in the right track - not an issue when I brought it in.
I pulled the car back in and asked the service manager what was up. He took it back to the service bAy and 30 minutes later came back and said they needed to take the seat off and could I come back later. I said, "Call me when it is fixed." I texted him late that evening asking for the status. He texted me back Saturday at 2 pm saying that he had a child emergency and that they had not been able to figure the issue out. Tuesday afternoon I texted asking for an update, realize that is had been 2 weeks since in brought the car in and 4 days since I wasted time going in to pick up a car that was not ready.
He texted me back that the motor on the seat would not work and that if I would pay for the part he would take care of the labor. Understand that the seat worked fine when I took it in. When I went to pick it up the seat motor worked - it just would not move on one side. I have previously paid over 1000 on this car for wiring issues that they said were due to “rodents”. This was a garaged cAr with no signs of rodents in the area. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I guessed that they would bring the price down about $500, not $2700. They offered me less than $19500! They expected me to fold but I went down the block to carmax where I had a $21000 written estimate (given after inspection) was honored.

Autonation advertises that they'll buy your car. The marketing is misleading, making you believe they'll offer a fair and current market value. I submitted my 2014 Subaru Forester for an appraisal and was shocked to receive an estimate that was less than half of actual current market value. Their car buying service is a ripoff. They are taking advantage of the uneducated and of those in financial desperation. My advice is to stay clear of these unethical people.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU READ THIS FIRST!!! My wife and I bought a certified used car (2013 SL63AMG) the day before Thanksgiving last year (2018). As we were driving off, we noticed an ABC malfunction code (hydraulic suspension code) on the dashboard. The car began making a really rough noise and vibrations. It wasn't supposed to do that. After Thanksgiving, we called and we were told not to worry and to just drop the car off and it would be fixed, since it was warrantied for 90 days.
Four months later and 20, yes, 20 service appointments later, they were unable to fix the ABC service light. Supposedly, they even had a Mercedes Benz engineer come to their dealership to look at the car, since they had been unable to fix it for the prior 19 times. Meanwhile, for the days that the car had been with us, we've had two major water leaks, for which required the car to be towed to their shop, and for which they did fix, to their credit.
Out of the four months that we had the car, it was in their possession and at their shop for nine weeks. In one instance, the car was driven for 75 miles. The person who drove it, smoked even cigarettes in it. On one of those 20 service appointments and while they were waiting for a part, they wanted to keep the car for a three-day weekend. We told them no way!!! We told them, "When you get the part, we will drop the car off." We learned that the shop foreman and even their mechanics take customer cars out for the weekend "supposedly" checking cars...while riding out and having fun on customer cars.
On the 20th visit, and after the engineer allegedly fixed the problem, the Miami Autonation Mercedes Service Manager told us that after 20 service appointments of us being very patient and working with them in bringing the car back for so many times, that the store general manager (Mike **) had given him permission and the okay to buy the car back at the full price we paid, if the ABC light was to come back on again.
Well, guess what? The ABC code did come back!! We brought the car back, told the service manager that, "We've had enough...and now it's time for you guys to keep your word. We need our money back!!" The service manager said, "Not to worry, we'll keep our promise." So, we took the tag off of the car and left. The manager, of course, was on vacation and nobody else could take care of us until he came back a week later.
On the first day the general manager was back from vacation, we went back to finalize the paperwork and get our money back. They kept us there all day: He wasn't in yet, had another meeting, blah, blah, blah. They bought back the car all right, but not as they had promised us. Now the story had been changed to "well...we'll buy the car by offering you a fair market value/price". Well, basically, that translated into we got screwed and we lost $8,000 because now they didn't want to pay us what we bought the car for. The bottom line is, after 20 service visits and four months of us dealing with a major inconvenience of going back and forth and being hustled and ripped off by Miami Autonation Mercedes, they did not fix the warrantied problem and they DID NOT keep their promise of giving back what we paid them for their car.
DO NOT BELIEVE them if you buy a car and there is something wrong with it, that they will fix it with the 90-day warranty. They were more concerned about how much money they would be losing out of their pocket, instead of making sure the customer was pleased and got all their money back because they sold a defective car that they could not fix. At the end of the day, they LIED to us and they ripped us off!! Shame on such a large auto dealer like Autonation!!!! SHAME ON MERCEDES-BENZ CORPORATION FOR ALLOWING A FRANCHISE TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF!!!

I would like to share my recent experience with a local car dealership. I went to Auto Nation Ford in Frisco, TX to buy my new Ford Edge. As negotiations started the usual tricks were tried with me, at one point they decreased my trade value $3000, to give me a lower price on the vehicle, assuming I wouldn’t notice. I was ready to leave when Cody **, the sales manager took over. We eventually agreed on a price for my vehicle. At that time, Cody **, shook my hand, said sign here without reviewing terms and I went into financing. As I met the gentleman doing my contract, Lorenzo **, he proceeded to hit on me, suggesting that I wouldn’t need to change my initials when we got married, along with other comments. I ignored his advances and we sat down to do my paperwork.
After an exhausting exchange about a maintenance package, I began to get frustrated. Mr. ** said that I needed the package because I was a single, female. When I said I did not, he pushed and questioned where and who would be doing my maintenance, which is absolutely none of his business. Finally, I had to tell him to stop arguing with me, I would never be getting the package and to finish my paperwork. It is unacceptable to treat a woman like this in a professional environment. Going through the paperwork, I noticed an additional $1,500 in “optional” fees that were not disclosed to me. I told Mr. ** that I did not agree to these charges and wanted them removed, he left the room and Mr. ** came back in. He looked me in my eye and said that they could not be removed from my contract, period.
I am not a lawyer but am pretty sure lying about a contract is illegal. Regardless, I trusted him, signed and left. Once home, I was able to read every single word in my contract. Interesting enough, it states that the optional fees are OPTIONAL and can be removed. After realizing I was blatantly lied to about my contract, I called Mr. ** to let him know my frustration and demand the $1,500 be removed from my loan amount. Mr. **’s excuse for blatantly lying to me about my contract was that he was TRAINED to say that. Again, I am pretty sure that lying intentionally about a contract would constitute FRAUD. In the same conversation I mentioned my student discount of $500, which I had yet to receive. He assured me that they hadn’t received the certificate yet but as soon as they did, they would cut a check to me.
A few days later my new loan paperwork was ready and I went in to sign. Of course they, “forgot” to remove one of the $500 charges, which I caught. I had to wait another hour for a loan officer to open up. This one, thankfully, did not hit on me. I again asked Cody ** about my student certificate, he said he would take care of it then disappeared and I did not see him the rest of my visit. I finished paperwork and left. I emailed Cody to let me know when my discount would be ready. He ignored my email, so I called the next day, he ignored my call so I called and emailed the day after that. Then I called the store and left a message. Finally, I get an email from him saying that he can’t stack that discount with others and I would not be receiving my discount. Basically, he led me to believe I would get it the entire time, just to complete the sale. He is the Sales Manager and would know from the start what discounts can be combined.
After all of this, I received a survey, which I answered honestly. Next, I receive a call from retention manager, Jeannea **, she listened and I thought was receptive to my issues. She spoke with her GM, Mr. **, who said if I change my review to “Excellent” then I can have my student discount. I am not sure what that is called…extortion or maybe blackmail? I do know it is a bad business practice to force someone’s good review. I expressed to Jeannea that it was unethical to require someone to do this, she ignored that and just said my check would be sent when they received my “Excellent” review.
Regardless, I did what I was told and received my student discount. Now I want to know how much of my experience was legal and moral. I don’t expect much from dealerships but how they treated me here is disgusting. Is it because I am a woman? This is exactly why online car dealerships are exploding and retail store fronts will be put out of business.

We purchased a 2009 BMW 328i last August 2019. It had 92,*** miles when purchased. I was assured that I have a 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty if the car breaks down. Last October 30, 2019 the car started rough. I know it was a misfire. I contacted the dealer and dropped it off the next day for repair. I informed them that it is still under the 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty. The Service Adviser called me that I have engine misfire due to multiple failed ignition coil. She also informed me that my claim was denied since it was caused by a spark plug which was not a listed warranty item.
My warranty contract does not show spark plugs as included or excluded item. Also my warranty contract does not show ignition coils as covered warranty item. Pretty much my warranty contract does not show a lot of items covered. My contention is that if they want to be specific on what's covered they also need to be specific on what's excluded because if I was told that spark plugs are excluded I would have requested this replaced or checked prior to purchase. Spark plugs for BMW are recommended by BMW service since owners really have no idea when it should be replaced. I had a 2014 X3 and it was done every 50,000 and I had a 2007 X3 which was done at 90,000 just before my warranty expired.
Covered on my warranty are: Engine, Transmission, Electrical, front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, steering, front suspension, rear suspension, air conditioning, hybrid/electrical components, cooling, fuel delivery, safety system, seals and gasket. (Each item has a list of components.) Exclusions on the warranty are: modifications, abuse, misuse, negligence, collision, manufacturer recall, non covered condition. (Explanation and scenario on each line.)
I ask them which part of the exclusion applies to me. They said non-covered condition. Spark plugs are part of maintenance. But that exclusion line does not mention anything about maintenance. All they could tell me is that it is not on the listed item as covered warranty. I explained to them that under Electrical it mention distributor and coil. Modern cars don't have Distributor Ignition System but they have Coil on Plug Ignition System. This line should apply to my vehicle. I am still waiting AutoNation Warranty to respond to me. I have been in contact with the Auto Nation Warranty claim most of the time. The dealership is still undecided on helping me. The car has been in the shop for 7 days.

We purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation. When we looked at it, they were installing a new wiring harness. We almost didn't purchase it fearing future issues. They assured us they would stand behind the work, and stated it had passed their "rigorous inspection process". Nine months later, we had a catastrophic transmission failure. We towed it to our mechanic. He stated that the wiring harness was not installed properly. Many of the wires were not connected. The fuse box was dangling and was not secured. The engine was 1.5 gallons low on water. There were 19 "Check Engine" codes that we were never aware of, since the wiring harness was disconnected.
We contacted our salesman and were asked to tow it to them. He stated they would "work with us". He guaranteed they would repair the transmission cheaper than our mechanic. We had the vehicle there for a week. We were finally able to speak with the General Manager. He was rude, dismissive, condescending. He only looked up from his computer long enough to tell us that this was not their responsibility. They offered to repair the transmission for $1,000 MORE than our mechanic. We lost time and money believing that they would stand behind their work and "work with us" as they stated. We will never buy another vehicle from them. We will tell everyone we know to not deal with AutoNation.

I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Been dealing with this dealership for almost 3 months with numerous issues they can't seem to wrap their brains around even a simple alignment. They released information regarding the previous owner of the vehicle purchased (including ssn, contact number, home address, dl number, etc.). They then released copies of a driver's license with rental information for another young lady who had the rental prior to us.
They falsified the "inspection" by checking "meets standards" on everything except things like wiper blades. And they didn't even do that until He was back in there a week after purchasing it! Then again provides the previous owners diagnosis quote (along with all that other personal information) indicating the truck is NOT safe. The previous owners didn't want to eat the cost and traded it in. They turned around and sold it to us the SAME DAY as a "safe vehicle", after we SPECIFICALLY discussed the safety portion with our kids and hauling trailers. And they didn't bother to so much as vacuum it, let alone fix the wiper blades. SMDH.
*Please note there had been at least 2 weeks of back and forth with them regarding our needs/wants and our main concerns, they were well aware of what we were looking for.* I could go on, but I am sure by now you get the point... I truly hope you choose any other dealership than Autonation especially if you care about your life and the life of those in your vehicle; they will send you away in a death trap and convince you it's the best thing since sliced bread.

Dishonest company with Joe and Rob. First we agreed to the car being shipped from NY to NM for the price of 4,500 delivered to my door. Once I paid for the vehicle I was promised the title to be shipped overnight which did not happen. When I asked them twice why it did not they did not respond except with a tracking number. They assured me the car was in great condition and no major issues. I purchased the car sight unseen BIG mistake. After I paid the 4,500 and got shipping arranged a few days later the delivery guy called me and said my car would be in the following day and to have the 1,000 cash for delivery. I was like what? So I called the dealer and talked to Rob and JW and all of a sudden they said they don't recall that conversation and they thought I was scamming them.
While I was on the phone with them they continued to say my name incorrectly which I has previously told them stop saying wrong. I started getting irritate and started swearing. They told me don't swear. They started accusing me of trying to scam them. All of a sudden they said the car was 3,999 and the 500 was dealer fees. When I first called them they said they do not charge dealers fees. I even have a email stating since they gave me the runaround they would give me a better deal. If the car was 3,999 and they were going to give me a better deal how did it be 4,500? No 4,500 was supposed to be shipped to my door. I repeated this several times and they came back with well this isn't Amazon.
I had a hard time getting them to call me back but finally got them to. Long story short they said they will see what they can do Monday and they will call me back. I got the car today 9/29 and what a POS. The car LITERALLY puked oil all under all of the other cars on the transporter. Not a little but a lot. This is with the car OFF on the transporter. The truck driver was not happy because he has to clean all that.
I took several pictures of the car on the transporter. The bumper they said that was fixed look like they spray painted it. The inside still has all the previous owners stuff in it. They did not even clean or wash the car or clean the inside. The check engine light is on. The TPMS is on, the heated and cooled seats don't work. There were 4 wine bottle openers in it. Socks gloves and a lot of other things. Some of the interior is melted, the alignment is off and in the truck there is a white crystal substance.
The engine ticks when I actually started it and let it idle for 1 minute and after that there was a quart of oil on the floor. There are 2 huge stash holes I assume for drugs that they tried to cover. This is a shady company. I hope they take the car back and pay the full amount plus the cost of shipping. This car is unsafe to drive and how they could even think this is ok is beyond me. They say they are a honest company but the minute I sent them the money that was it. Then took to dealership for the work as I also have a prepaid service contract. They kept my vehicle for three days and then explained that they must run their own diagnostic for $165.
Called me back today to explain that they must "tear down" the engine in my vehicle to understand what is happening, but that the $515 they charge for that would be put towards the repairs. Car - Sales nice and bought car. However, despite AutoNation promise of “worry free” and “rigorous” inspection, that didn’t happen. After a few days the car's a/c never worked or vented rears. Was in service for a week. A/C addressed but vented rear worked for only a day. After driving less than 100 miles and taking on highway noise tire sounds from rear. Brought in again. They said bent back rims. So where is the rigorous inspection?? Irked on the car I wanted to buy another one almost 2x price and after being in service majority of time for lack of inspection they offered $4k less than what I bought for. Basically used car scammers dressed in a tuxedo. Legal will follow out of principle, not winning. Beware.

However, for some reason they are brushing off the We Owe portion of the agreement. The We Owe agreement required it be fulfilled within a week. It has been a month and a half. After repeated calls and emails, they still have not fulfilled it. They keep stating that it will be fulfilled "soon," or that they have to wait until after the end of the month (twice now), or that they need to speak with some other department, etc. The list of excuses is getting too long. Nice sales reps, but they don't seem to stick to contractual agreements. This is a big red flag.

I recently contacted two AutoNation owned Lexus dealers in Florida to inquire about RX350s they were advertising. The salesman energetically explained to me their "no haggle" low pricing, and then sent me a sales invoice that included not only a "documentary fee" and an "electronic processing fee", but an $800 "Dealer Service Fee", thus adding about $1000 to the advertised price of the vehicles. When I complained I was told this was part of their "no haggle" policy, meaning non-negotiable, and they charge this on every vehicle they sell. So their vehicle cost advertising is totally wrong, understated by nearly $1000, but they sure look good on all their "no-haggle" advertising. Avoid buying from them. I'm also very surprised that Lexus would associate their name with such deceptive trade practices. Inexcusable.

My entire family is in the auto business. We have several new car dealerships as well as many used car dealerships. So I know a few things about the business. The Fort Myers AutoNation Toyota convinced my elderly father with stage 4 cancer to get new brake rotors. After 2 months they started making noises again. They claimed that the brand new ones rusted because of salt in the air and he needed to pay for another complete installation... $650 more. I thought this was bad. But because my father was so close to passing away I decided not to make a big deal out of it.
Two weeks ago, an employee of mine had a Corolla coming off lease. I decided to buy it for my aunt. It's been more than 2 weeks and the Fort Myers AutoNation has not provided a title. I paid for the car with cash. I went to the DMV/Tax Collector down here and the paperwork for the title and the sale has not been filed with them either by Fort Myers AutoNation or by Toyota SE which is the lessor. After visiting the dealership several times, all I get is "we are working on it", and "it may take several weeks".
They are outright lying to me at this point and tomorrow I will have to get my attorney involved. I have tried to go above someone at the dealership to AutoNation directly, but cannot get anyone to take my call or let me speak to anyone. I am going to call out dealerships in the NorthEast and work backwards. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTONATION, TOYOTA SE LEASING and especially FORT MYERS AUTONATION. (Both AutoNation dealers) I took my Mercedes for an oil change, and the car was returned to me with no A/C. AutoNation insists they have nothing to do with it, and asked me 1.5K to fix it. My 2019 Nissan Murano have a grinding noise in the front right wheel since new. I brought it to the Nissan of Pembroke Pines because I was told that I will get loaner. I drove to find out that I either have to wait hours at the dealer or get an Uber to go back to work.
I could not wait, nor wanted to pay many Ubers to go back to work and go to different meetings. As a result, I drove my car back to work with the same noise. It might be just a series of bad luck events, but within 2 months I have had only bad experiences with 2 different dealers which happen to be both AutoNation dealers. Like many people have complained, this dealership is only about completing the sale. You will then be treated like nuisance for any requests that you make after you have signed the papers. After I signed all the papers and when they handover the key, they said the car has only one key. The fob and programming for an extra key costs $300. I tried following up to get the additional key and they tried pushing it beyond the 5 day/250 mile limit within which I can return the car. I had to deal with different people every time I tried reaching out. Every time you reach out, the previous person who responded will be out of office or not in the office. Which is stupidity. One Sales guy shamelessly and outright said that they don't have to disclose any problems with the car when they sell.
Then when I tried returning the car, they said they will get me another key at their company's cost under the 'We owe' program. I didn't know this was another crap story. I am still running behind them and now I have do not have a choice. Part of it is my fault, I shouldn't have believed that these people were genuine. When I picked up the car The seats had paper on them and I thought maybe because the seats were light and with people getting in and out they didn't want it to get dirty. I took the paper off because it's just myself using my car. As a couple weeks went by the permanent Stains started coming thru. In both front seats. Dark spots engraved in the seats. That was generous of him to say, but the point is I was given the choice to say if I wanted to purchase the car with the Stains.
I sent a email and video of the horrible Stains to the dealership and made calls but No one has gotten back to me. I am so disappointed in how I am being treated. Worst Experience Ever!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Sales Manager (Paul) is a lowlife jerk, typical screw you over salesman. This dealership is a complete joke. Bought a brand new 2018 Enclave with 24 miles on it. Our sales person was great however the Sales Manager (Paul) is your typical seedy, low life salesman. A complete jerk!! After we bought the car we noticed a vibration coming from the wheels. We took the vehicle back and they took almost three weeks to fix the issue. The problem was that every tire had a severe dead spot because the dealership never moved the vehicle. It sat on the lot in the same spot for months on end resulting in flat spots on each tire. Their fault not mine.
Anyways I learned that the reason it took so long is because the dealership wanted enough time to pass so they could have it fixed under warranty so that they didn't have to flip the bill for their own error. Once again Seedy!! Instead they make me wait without any communication of what was really going on. After an extensive wait and not hearing anything on the status of the repair my wife and I went to the dealership. We spoke with Sales Manager Paul and he was nothing but rude. Laughed about the issue and blamed the service department. He verbally insulted my wife directly in front of other customers. What's really funny about the whole ordeal is that when I complained to the Service Department about Paul, his unprofessionalism and lack of any care or compassion the Service Manager stated he had no idea how Paul ever became a Sales Manager. Paul has obviously been an issue before!
What does that tell you about the dealership, their leadership and their employees. Worst car buying experience ever. No wonder why they have very few people in their showroom compared to packed showroom right across the street at CarMax. I'm the CEO of a National Company and will be holding our annual convention in Vegas two weeks from now. Will be using this experience as an example to my 274 employees how one bad experience can destroy a business reputation. Sales manager Paul will be used as an example of how to NOT treat the people that are in essence signing your paycheck! One bad experience and now 274 people will hear my story and all about how AutoNation really feels about their customers. It's great topic material for me...
It's clear they just want your money and will tell you what you want to hear to get that dollar out of you. There are others that were involved in this experience that I didn't mention however the entire experience was horrible. The only positive experience came from the low man on the Totem Pole, our sales person!! We had an issue with the Sales Manager, Service Department and indifference from the finance department. Will never be back and will never spend another dollar with AutoNation or any of their affiliates for the rest of my life. I figured this was the case since the first thing that should have been done before disconnecting the fuel pump is to disconnect the battery. However this in-dealership purchase experience on 9/6/2018 was less than satisfactory.
Sydney my salesperson was a nice young lady, however she was not consistent in the information. Prior to completing the paperwork we discussed color options for the vehicle and if necessary she would drive to another location to get the color that I wanted, she assured me that I would not be limited. Once I completed the credit application, we did a test drive and while driving we discussed the pressure off by a car and that this was my first time working with a woman. She explained that she didn't work on commission so I didn't need to be concerned with that (OK that was transparent - understood) but, I do not think that would have been my response.
The real issue came in when we returned, she took my application to the credit dept. then returned and said because of the time of year we only have three colors: White, silver and grey. While that was annoying, I didn't comment. She showed me the colors and I selected silver and then decided to go with gray. I inquired about the cost of tinting the front windows on the vehicle and she said she didn't know but I could set that up when the car was delivered.
COULD NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON COMMITMENT - We returned to her desk area and she went to "Check" on the credit application - she returned and said "Good news, we will be able to keep your payment the same." She mentioned the finance dept want to haggle and she told them I didn't have time for that. After I said OK, she went back to them and got the paperwork outlining the sale.
She told me "Unfortunately, we do not have your car on the lot. It has to be brought in from the port and will not be here for a week." Again frustrated I asked her what if I opted to go with another color, she said the same situation would apply. Again, frustrated I said fine. She told me I would complete the paperwork when I returned to pick up the vehicle and so I left.
About 5 days later she texted me and said I could come get my car as it was being detailed. When I arrived, she placed me and my mother at a desk and said someone with finance would be with me shortly. After waiting 20 minutes she came back and said 10 more minutes, 15 minutes passed - no finance associate. She returned and noticed my frustration and said another 10 minutes and I didn't respond. A salesman came by and said 10 more minutes we are setting up your features in the car. So I told him, my car is sitting outside, no one is setting up the features, I have been waiting nearly an hour for the finance dept. He looked at me and said 10 minutes and walked off. After about 5 minutes he came back and walked me to the finance area.
The finance rep, told me my file was not his but he was doing a favor. He walked me through the paperwork "Telling me the name of the document I was signing." NEVER stopping to tell me my options, warranties, never giving me my detail kit like I received with my other 2 purchases and then shuffling me out of his office. While time was of the essence, decreasing the level of customer service was not a good trade out. After leaving the dealership I received a survey and shared my thoughts about the entire experience. A few days later I received a letter from Ms. ** that said if I had any issues to call - so I did.
POOR FOLLOW UP - Ms. ** explained she received my survey and she was going over it with her General Manager. She basically repeated the same thing over and over - that she had talked with Sydney and they would take care of the issue. Not once was an apology extended a means of offer a service or option for the inconvenience. She circled back around to the tint question and said, "Did anyone ever contact you about the cost for the tint." I told her no - she said, "OK. Well I will check on that and email you." I gave her my email address and guess what? I never received her email.
PAST DUE email. I received a payment pass due email from TOYOTA FINANCE - saying that my payment for my other Highlander was past due. When I called and inquired about speaking with someone, the customer service specialist said she would transfer my call - I was on hold for 12 minutes (the call was picked up 7 times and placed on hold again). I hung up and called back and was placed in a general voicemail with NO NAME. I called back and asked for the general manager (same issue). Left a message and waiting on a call. While this is not my standard - Jeopardizing my credit and being pushed assigned as if my feedback doesn't matter spiked this concern.
I am not sure if the dealership is under new management since 2015 or what has happened but there are some serious concerned that need to start from the top. While committed to return for maintenance, I will not return to purchase another car. Not only was my time wasted at the dealership, I am now spending time typing numerous reviews and well as filing a BBB claim.

On September 1st, @ 6:30 pm, we printed from the actual AutoNation website, NOT a 3rd party or Ad, 3 trucks that shows the price, packages, and the savings. So the following morning we drove 2 hours to the dealership. Before we turned our vehicle off, we again went on their website, to verify they still had the truck, and the cost. We took a test drive, returned, and told the salesman we wanted to buy the truck. Miraculously the price jumped up almost 5k!! We realized their scam, and left. We stopped for snacks and gas on the way home, and there was a family we recognized from the dealership, and the car they wanted, also went up around $3,500. I bought a 2015 VW Passat from AutoNation USA in Corpus Christi, TX on 8/18/18 and noticed there were dried hard water spots all over it. I returned on 8/25/18 to get an auto detail performed, which consisted of buffing the paint in order to remove the spots. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I observed that the entire car was covered in deep scratches and the Black paint had obviously been burned as it emitted an array of different colors (Red, Yellow, Green). The chrome front grill and VW decal had also been scratched due to the complete incompetence of the person(s) performing the service. The hard water spots were also still present.
AutoNation USA has denied any of my allegations and attempted to convince me that the scratches were already there and under the clear coat finish of this three year old vehicle. I would never have purchased and financed a three year old $20,000 vehicle if it had such awful scratches and dulled paint on it. I would have just kept shopping around.

I recently received a mail offer from AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes for service, advertising some complimentary items. Once there, I found that the service representatives (2) didn't know about the offer, and they had to call their manager (evidently, there's no communication or training about the dealer's policies). The text in the offer led me to understand that I was going to have new windshield wipers, amongst other items. When clarifying that it was only liquids top off, it was clear that the offer had grammar errors and led to misleading information.
Upon my remarks on the small size of the font used at the beginning of the coupon (quite difficult to read) and the grammar mistakes, the manager just insisted on the correctness of the offer, arguing that what I was expecting was "wiper blades", which for me is an unnecessary technicality because they were offering just "windshield wiper", and the term "fluid" is incorrectly used, not encompassing all the other items included. At the end he offered to give me the "blades", but I replied that, rather than free stuff, I was looking for a honest service, and requested my car back. Intentional misleading information kills client's fidelity towards the brand and their service.

Very dissatisfied with my recent and will be last experience with AutoNation 2 months ago. We test drove vehicle but sure needed more time to inspect a car with all the flaws we are coming across. 1st problem was that they sent our loan to a bank other than ours even after we requested and salesperson wrote down the bank we wanted to go with... 2nd they promised to repair/replace damaged trim from passengers side and headlights (not done yet). Now with all the rain we've been getting I have leaks inside my car???? WTH.
I just took it in because remotes were not working and TPMS light came on, well they had to replace a receiver/transmitter that was not covered by my extended warranty (why would it be right)? Of course after driving the vehicle off of their lot the car is 100% our responsibility, so why offer extended warranties for $1000s that don't cover anything? All this and I've only had the vehicle for 2 months, I don't even want to know what else might go wrong with it. 2013 Yukon with 40k miles on it, too good to be true? It was. :(

Then I have asked other Honda Dealers (Stevens Creek and San Leandro) because I felt it is too costly. We purchased a vehicle from Audi of Newport Beach, an AutoNation member this past January 2018. The vehicle is a 2007 BMW X3. It had many issues, some actually safety issues like breaks and main belt tensioner about to fall off that should have never been let out but in this world, I guess this is what a consumer is up against all the time. The vehicle developed an electrical problem since the first week we had it. It would randomly discharge the battery in about 10 hours. The problem continued to get worse and finally, we took the car to a trusted, local auto electrical repair shop. After days of troubleshooting, they found the problem which also includes a defective battery.
After calling the sales dealer since the battery was replaced by them prior to the sale, the service adviser informed us the only way the company would accept a battery exchange is if they first get to do a service on the vehicle. I informed them the service has been done and the only remaining item is battery replacement and that we live 2 hours away. I asked if either they stand behind the products they use, review the repair shop report and check the battery to determine there is no foul play but they said no.
Any auto parts house or battery house honors the battery warranty upon verification of no wrongdoing. This is a scam. We live 2 hours away from this dealer and there is no practical way for us to have them perform service when we are that far. Please know that the AutoNation policy is to hold the consumer hostage, probably use inferior products in repairs and deny warranty coverage unless they perform the service work. For that matter, their vehicle warranty was 2 days or 200 miles. Hell we went through most of that just driving home for 2 hours.

BLUF: The service technicians at #Autonation #Toyota did not secure a hose to the transmission after I paid $350 for a flush resulting in a CEL, damaged sensor, a rental, and a poor customer experience. I’m disappointed with the service department’s technicians. I’ll say that first of all, the employee that was helping us, Taryn, was courteous and accommodated my girlfriend and I as much as she could. Saturday morning we dropped off her RAV4 for a transmission flush that we were supposed to have picked up later that day. We paid $350 for this service. My dissatisfaction began as we were driving home. The CEL came on in her vehicle about 1.5 miles from the dealership. We took the vehicle back to have it looked at and waited in the lobby/customer area.
After a while we were given the news that the CEL came on because a hose wasn’t secured, which resulted in transmission fluid being sprayed all over the engine bay. This obviously caused quite a mess and they apologized and said they would clean it out and send us on our way. Well, more time went by and they approached us again stating that the leaked fluid is beginning to smoke on the hot parts of the motor which is causing other problems with the vehicle's sensors and to be safe they were going to replace it for us at no charge.
Due to it being Saturday afternoon, they weren’t going to be able to get a part or work on it because they’re closing soon and not opened on Sunday. What makes matters worse is that my girlfriend lives in San Antonio and she now has to come back down to get her vehicle back whenever it's repaired! As you can imagine, we’re both upset about this and all we can do is get a rental and deal with it. What is even more upsetting is that the rental we were given was a Corolla which, in my opinion, isn’t comparable to the RAV4 we were supposed to have been driving home that day.
I would not recommend service here because of this issue and the fact that no other efforts were made to make this better. I paid $350 for this dealership to damage my girlfriend's vehicle, keep it, give her a lesser-valued rental, and send us away displeased. I will be contacting the service manager about this. I don’t feel the dealership extended themselves at all to rectify this, but did the bare minimum to get us off the lot.

When we purchased the vehicle the door handle was broken and we were told that Jeep Chrysler no longer makes the door panel and they would have to go to a junkyard to get the dock door panel. Well they had the vehicle for two weeks and still no door panel. They should’ve fixed what was not checked on the vehicle prior to it being sold, when they had it in their service department. They gave us a 60 day tag instead of the 90 days so when we went to get our license plates we found out that the title has not arrived from Nevada. I contacted the then GM Steve (it’s now Erik/Eric). We came back on Monday 01/27/18 for a checkup, and guest what the car actually had balancing, alignment problems and the weird noise result that the car need it new control arms, tie rod and sway bar a total cost of 1500.00. The Nissan AutoNation contacted the other dealer and of course once again they didn't want to take responsibility. I really want to make any person that by any chance ends up in this unprofessional dealer. Please Be aware of what they are selling you and if possible check every single detail of the car that you are purchasing, check every paper that you sign, (They ARE LIARS) and my opinion run away from them. I bought my first car from AutoNation Ford in Littleton, Colorado and it was a 2008 Nissan Sentra. They claimed to have done a 125 point inspection however less than 2 weeks of having the car and it breaks down and has to be towed to the service center. There they told me it had a major oil leak to the point where there were metal shards in the pan. I was young (18) and they refused to help me in any way and said the ONLY option I had was to get a new car and roll the loans together. So they got me a 2016 Ford Focus. I had that car for about 3 months and its transmission went out for no reason or fault of mine. Then they said, "Well you’re screwed," and combined it all into a third car and at this point I couldn’t afford it and I told them that but they insisted that was my only option.
They tried to put me in 3 different cars only to calm anger various time periods that I couldn’t afford it and they had to take it back and try something else. In hindsight I should have known better and researched more carefully but it was wrong to take advantage of my position in the first place. The third car they coerced me into ended up getting totaled and now I have been fighting with AutoNation Gap Insurance for 7 months with no end which is destroying my credit (My bank puts a hold on payments but still reports to credit). Calif., Rocklin AutoNation Honda. I bought a 2018 Honda Pilot after looking at a couple of used Pilots. It was my choice. The initial salesman was nice, he said he wasn't paid on a commission, and it didn't matter what offer I would make, he'd take any offer to the sales manager. So that was fine. However, after we agreed on a price, they then send you to their Finance person in a back office. That is where the hard sales come from. Rather than just write up the loan terms, he tried to sell me on about a dozen add-on packages. He kept telling me things would go wrong with a new car after the factory warranty was up. When I kept saying No-thanks, he then tried to sell me an extended warranty.
I realized it wasn't a Honda extended warranty, it was a AutoNation extended warranty. I was sick of his hard sales, I told him 'I told you from the beginning I wanted nothing extra. Stop this, or I'm leaving.' I did 'escape' without agreeing to anything extra. I live a couple hours away, and will take my new car to a local Honda Dealer, not AutoNation. I did get a color and model that wasn't available elsewhere, so I'm ok with my purchase... I just will never go back there for warranty work or service.

Stated I need to sign but tried to say the finance manager put the wrong amount of down payment on paperwork in order to get me there. But in this new contract it had taken off my 2 year warranty and raise the amount of finance of vehicle 11,000 dollars more. Not knowing I know Banking you can not remove the lender/lien holder and put your name as creditor and slip in an increase of 11,000.00. Unless you get me to agree you can buy vehicle back from lender and resale... Which would be super dirty.
Wow so sorry. They just lost a customer... Advice once you get a vehicle and sign it look over your paperwork thoroughly. Make copies and get notarized. I hated to put this here because I thought I met good people. But this was very snaky and if I didn't know my stuff they could have gotten over. And I meant snaky not sneaky. This was a snake move... I would give this a zero star rating if it were an option. I would NEVER recommend anyone to do any business with a dealership that gets vehicles from AutoNation. When buying a used car, an additional fee is added to the cost of $800 which is AutoNation and they really could not give me an explanation as to what this fee was for. I viewed a car at Mercedes Benz of Sarasota. Emailed salesman that evening letting him know I wanted the car. Next morning was in process of signing papers to hold car when AutoNation rep calls and informs me that car has been pulled from another dealership. Bottomline they care nothing about customer service. And to top it off, I never even received a call from Mercedes dealership salesman afterward. So, will never grace their doorstep again either.

She did not respond to my email. 24 hours later, I contacted the chat on their website and was told someone would call me right away. 2 hours later I received an email from the sales manager and in a one liner he told me the customer was responsible for shipping and didn't bother to answer any of my other questions. I already knew I was responsible for shipping. I responded back with "will anyone be answering my other questions?"
I received an email response that said "ok, I will get your price on shipping but I will have to get back to you tomorrow. We don't discount prices." And that was it! No "thank you" or "please", or "can I help you further." Basically it was just a note to let me know that my business is not wanted or appreciated. That's when I decided if they are this hard to pull information from or difficult to work with, why would I want to give them my money and wait for a car to be shipped to me knowing what kind of non- customer service I am getting now. The car was for my 20 yr old son, within 10 hrs that Saturday a deer ran out into the side of it, I went to the dealership early Monday AM, and was basically told it was not their problem, had the GM and several others coming at me to get it financed that day, even though I had already told them I would rather finance through my bank. I explained to the GM that I did not know if my loan officer would even finance the car now, his words were "don't tell him about the wreck"... I explained to them that I was not financing anything with them that day or any day until the car was repaired. I then was told to let them know where the repairs were being done and when it was done, and that this was all my responsibility.
I have felt with towing, autonomy and the insurance (mine of course). Not once have they offered a hand as I had no clue how any of this works. 3 weeks and car still in the shop, now they're calling me. Doubting where the car is which Rick at Service King cleared that up. I have ask them to come down on the price a little to help me cover the deductible, rental and of course the 8k depreciation in the vehicle and the GM has refused to budge. I guessing if I give the car back he will not let any prospective buyers know about the 8k in damages. I'm trying to do the right thing, and the least they could do is lower the price a little so my bank will finance. So beware if you go to buy up there. They are not the most honest, and if this shaker blue Mustang is on their lot it just had 8k worth of damage repaired and I'm sure they won't mention it.

I waited about 6 months for the car to finally arrive. Once we got it, we went to buy our trailer. After some back and forth with the trailer dealer about weight distribution and a lot of online research, we figured out that we couldn't use the weight distribution hitch that was recommended. I confirmed with the dealership that I got my Q7 from and they told me "hook up the trailer, do your safety checks and go". Okay, so it's that easy! We went to pick up the trailer, which had a dry weight of 4380 lbs and a tongue weight of 730 (there are some reasons for the high tongue weight).
As the technician was lowering the trailer onto my hitch, my car back end just kept going down. When the weight was on, the car was almost undrivable. I talked to the dealer and he said that if we didn't want to do the trailer sale, we could cancel it (he was that concerned). We wanted the trailer, so we drove it home (and made it safely), but this was not recommended for safety reasons. Now we have a 67k dollar vehicle, and still had to buy a truck to tow the trailer. This is horrible false advertising. I contacted the dealership and they basically fluffed me off like I hadn't bought a 67k vehicle from them. I purchased a CPO 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ from Auto Nation Chevy of Clearwater, FL in April of 2017 with under 65k on the dash. Beautiful car. After having the car for less than a month it was having some issues with acceleration and a rough idle. I took it to the service department where I purchased it and they asked me if I could leave it with them for a day to figure out what was wrong with the car. I did but was not provided with a loaner due to their policy stating that I was supposed to have the car back same day. A mild inconvenience compared to what was to come. After half of the day I was contacted and told that the new car I purchased had a crack in the catalytic converter and a hole in the upper air intake hose!! How that got by them when I purchased the car is beyond me.
I picked the car up the next morning after it was "fixed" and the idle was better but still had poor acceleration. Let it be noted the is the 3.6 V6 High-pressure fuel delivery VVT engine. When working properly it was like a rocket. Two weeks went by and I was still very unhappy with the performance of the car so I scheduled a service appt and took it back in to get looked at and was told that the service department was inundated since it was a Holiday weekend, they wouldn't be able to get to it until Tuesday the next week. Understandable but still... this is a new car and is extremely frustrating that it is driving in an unsafe manner.
I dropped the car off Tuesday the next week and once again was reminded of the policy AutoNation has of not furnishing a loaner unless your car will be there longer than 24 or 48 hours. Because not having your car you are paying for 1-2 days isn't inconvenient at all. Wednesday I received a call from my service advisor that the car would need to be kept for a while because they are still booked up and haven't figured out what was causing the loss of power and they would now give me a loaner. I proceeded to pick up a loaner (of which, the gas tank was on E) and told I would be contacted when they found out what was wrong with the car.
After a day with the loaner I received a call from my service advisor stating they found nothing wrong with the car and that I would be responsible for a $128.00 Diag fee. Not a surprise being I signed stating I knew I'd be responsible if nothing was deemed to be wrong with the car. However, I was confident the service department would find out what was wrong. But since they plug these cars in nowadays and look for codes and no codes were being thrown, it was deemed there was "nothing" wrong with the car in AutoNation's eyes. I picked up my car and paid the $128.00 and left, very sad day for me. I talked my wife into getting this new car because we wouldn't have to worry about repairs and a car breaking down.
Four days later, the car broke down. I got it towed to the Dealership and had to get yet another ride home to my wife and had to tell her the car was back in the shop and we would be without a car again for at least a day leaving me with having to figure out again how to get my wife to work and kids to school the next day on less than 24 hour notice. Midday the next day I was contacted and told that my battery had an internal ground issue and caused my battery to short out. So I guess bought a CPO vehicle with an expired battery. Bought a new battery and the car was actually driving like a dream again. At least for the next few days. Fourth or fifth day after buying a new battery, the car started to underperform again.
After calling my service advisor 2 days straight and not getting a callback, I went into the Sales department to talk to the used cars sales manager and after being given the runaround for an hour was told that the used sales manager was not in and I could speak to the New car sales manager. I explained everything and he insisted that I drive my car around to the service department and they would get to the bottom of it and he was very sorry. I drove the car around and never saw the guy again. I received the same explanation from the service department I have been getting. Which was that there is nothing wrong with the car because there are no codes being thrown. I drove away with my tail between my legs. This is a perfect example of a company not standing behind their product. They not only sell, but certify as pre-owned and in top working order. Sick to my stomach.

He also then tells me it will take 4 to 5 hours to drop the tank, put on a new gas fill hose, and put the tank back up. I told him to give me my truck back.
I then asked for the corporate phone number, and not one of the 8 personnel in the service dept could give it to me. Told and shown that I was purchasing a "Toyota Glass" Package. This we were informed was to ensure that only Toyota Glass would be installed or repaired limitlessly over 8 years. Now, having not purchased a new vehicle in over 12 years, I’d never heard of anything like this. Well, upon requesting this service, I was told that this feature (which actually does exist) was never discussed with me. So no they can't fix my glass. How in the heck would I even know about this if it wasn't discussed? Nonsense.
I took the vehicle in to have a minor scratch repaired as AutoNation informed me that they would take care of the minor blemish no charge, just stop on by next time I'm in Denver. I show up and they refuse to even look at the scratch. (Spencer my sales idiot at AutoNation Arapahoe) you young man should find another career. A chimp has better customer service skills than you. While the vehicle was having an oil change completed, I inquired about a complimentary wash and vacuum and was told no. “Yes, that requires too much time and we don't have time for that today”, is exactly what I was told. Lovely.
My temporary registration wasn't submitted to the local DMV until 1 day before my plates expired. This caused me to have to stand in line for 2.5 hours to get a new temp tag while they waited for registration to arrive from AutoNation. I think we can all agree, one visit every 5 years to the DMV is painful enough, let alone having to do it multiple times due to the ignorance of the dealer. (Finance moron Tilo, thank you very much for your incompetence.) Spencer, (the worthless sales human) noted that I would receive a key chain and cargo screen of which I never received and was told they never promised. This just never ends. I was promised a new keychain for my $57k purchase and you guessed it. That too was never delivered.
Saving the best for last. I spent a total of 6 hours with my sales idiot and his finance moron. When we made an appointment for 10:00, we were told the car would be ready at 3:00. Our service advisor, Colby, never called so we did and said she will check on it. 4:00 passed and no word so we went up there. Almost an hour later, we were told 2 technicians looked at the car and found nothing. Before my son went back to school I took a look at the spot and noticed a rubber piece loose and pins missing.
Told my son to take it to the Dodge dealer in his town. What they found was not only the part I found but the control bar was bent and that was a serious safety issue and needed to be repaired. SO MUCH FOR AUTONATION'S 125 POINT INSPECTION. The repair guy said there was no way a technician could have missed this. After I paid the bill I asked Autonation who I needed to bring the bill to for reimbursement. Was emailed by Calvin ** and told to email the invoice for consideration. Now all they want to do is give me an oil change and rotation. Read other reviews and they seem to not know how to tighten oil filters so why would I do that. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALER.

Peoria Chevrolet AutoNation - I bought an older low mileage vehicle. Out of respect to my friends who sell cars I was sure not to treat the salesman with respect. The car had an obvious problem. I left a deposit and they told me they were going to fix it the next day. I went back and it was not fixed. The dealership's general manager tried to intimidate me which when I walked away I asked the salesman if I was correct in what I was experiencing and he quietly confirmed it. The boys who the salesman run to in the tower were out & out liars. These guys will say whatever they have to, to sell a vehicle. I will be researching my options of recourse.

My vehicle became inoperable due to an engine cooling system error which put the vehicle into "limp mode" and was not safe to drive on public roads. Being that my vehicle was stranded in a parking lot less than a mile from Ford AutoNation Scottsdale I called them seeking some guidance. I explained the situation to a gentleman in the service department and he advised I contact Ford roadside services to have the vehicle towed in since there was an open recall posted on March 27th, for the coolant level sensor (2013 Ford Fusion). I called the number he provided me and the woman took my information and a tow truck promptly arrived and I followed him to the dealership in another vehicle.
When I first arrived I was barely able to talk to anyone in the service department (understandably this was a Saturday and they were busy). Once I was able to speak with a gentleman and inquired where I should have the towed vehicle dropped off he responded that I can't just show up with a tow truck, I informed him that I had already called the dealership AND went through Ford's roadside service. He told the tow driver to drop it off in the back and then grabbed an envelope (the kind you use when no one is working in the service department) for me to fill out and asked what the issue was. I told him the vehicle was inoperable and I was told there was a recall for the cooling system. His reply was simply, "We won't have a chance to look at it until Monday" (again it was a busy Saturday but I could have done without the attitude).
I wrote my information on the envelope and in the field marked requested services I wrote "Manufacturer recall on engine cooling system". Surprisingly enough I received a voice mail later that day telling me they did not have the available parts for the recall issue (mind you, Ford themselves stated there is a risk of fire and engine damage from this issue and yes, the recall is marked as incomplete because a remedy is not yet available) but that they found my ETC sensor was bad and not part of the recall so it would be roughly $500 to repair. I called the dealership back and informed him that I only wanted the recall work done and that since they were unable to do so I would send another tow truck to pick the vehicle up to have the work done at my original dealer since it was still under warranty and it wasn't a recall issue (even though more than likely a direct result from the recall issue).
I asked him what they needed from me before I send the truck out and he said: "Well, there is a balance due of $130 that needs to be paid before we can release the vehicle". Dumbfounded, I asked him why I was being charged when I gave them in writing that I only wanted the recall serviced, he couldn't give me a straight answer. I finally get to the dealership and settle things with the cashier (the 2nd tow truck is there and waiting) and when I get the paperwork the $130 was classified under labor! As I read on, the description was that they ran an EEC quick check and found over temp codes. So, I was charged $130 to have a voltmeter hooked up to my car, something that probably took less than 10 minutes, which was not the service I had asked to be done to my vehicle. Needless to say, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth with AutoNation.

After contacting 3 different AutoNation locations after the hail storm which totaled my car, I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of wanting to help. I understand that the prices posted, but to have a take it or leave it attitude and approach is very slimy used car salesman tactics. I called and let them know what I was looking for, what my budget was and also called with vehicles to review from what they had posted to help speed up the process. With all of the fees, the vehicles were slightly above my budget and therefore I could not afford them. Instead of offering me a similar type of vehicle of trying to work with me on the price ($800 difference), I was told that there was nothing that they could do.
Now I am receiving phone call after phone call at my job and endless emails about how the vehicle I was interested in is still sitting on their lot and now want to negotiate! Yeah right! I then receive multiple emails from the GM asking how my experience was and I responded that it was not good! I have not heard back from the GM, but he was kind enough to send me another email asking me how my experience was! I am glad that they are reading their emails and responding accordingly. Very disappointed. The good reviews must be from family members because they are terrible!

Let me preface my complaint. I've owned 3 Honda vehicles since 1983. Have had very good experiences with all the Honda dealers previous to this. I searched the internet for Honda Accords that were within a certain price range my 17 year old son could afford. AutoNation showed one for the price of $3851.00, 206,000 miles, 2003 model. Took my son to look/buy it, 2.5 hr drive. James the attendant was very helpful and I have nothing but good to say about him. Then after we were done test driving it, he said there is a processing fee.
The fee was $699.00! to make a long story short, I totally missed the processing fee because it wasn't on my print-out page which shows the price very prominent but failed to see in "fine print" at the bottom under "Disclaimer" that they charged an extra $699.00. This in fine print in spite of their statement in larger print near the main priced which states falsely: "The price you see is the price you pay." It doesn't matter how "successful" and wealthy this company is; they are tarnishing Honda's reputation. They are not an honest company. The price you see IS NOT THE PRICE YOU PAY! It just happens to make them look $700.00 less on the internet search. I'm surprised Honda Corp allows a shady dealer to represent them.

I can say without a doubt that this dealership is right up there with the worst in my 40 years of buying and selling cars. By now I expect to be lied and scammed by the sales department. But not the service department. My primary complaint is with the Automation in Albany, GA. I was interested in a vehicle that was at another Automation in a nearby town. I had been watching and looking for a few months and had noticed that they seemed to switch used cars back and forth between their dealerships. So I went by and after several minutes someone came out to greet me. Told them exactly what I needed as far as specs, etc. knowing full well they didn't have one but Columbus did. Told they would get back with me. Never did.
This went on three times with three different salesmen. No returned calls. So I called and asked for a manager. Asked them could they get a car from Columbus brought here as I work six days a week. Told they don't do that, which I knew was a lie. So I called Columbus, asked what days do you swap cars around and he told me. So I asked could he send a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to Albany. He said he could, but he would knock $1,500 off the price if I would come to Columbus. So we did and managed a trade, and they drug it out as other people have commented. But now the real fun begins, the Automation in Albany and its service department.
The car was a CPO, so at least I had Jeep behind me, or I thought, but that is another story. So while the car was still under factory warranty, I found a crack in a plastic piece on the driver's seat. Looked like a scratch until you got out, then it would open up and pinch you if weren't careful. Took it by, asked if they could order the part and then call me when it came in. No problems, thinking, well at least the service department was OK. Was I ever wrong?
As summer progressed, it began to squeak by the B-pillar on the driver’s side, and a loud groaning noise from the steering. First time that noise sounded I thought it needed power steering fluid. Looked but then realized, it's electric steering. But the noise was intermittent, wouldn't do it all the time. I am in the computer business so I understand how difficult it is to find an intermittent problem and how subjective noises are. I may hear something that you don't and vice versa. So I isolated the conditions that would guarantee the steering noise and asked for an appointment, and that I wanted the technician that was to work on my car to ride with me, so I could ensure that we both heard and understood the noise and how to make it happen. I use this for work and wanted as little downtime as possible.
When I arrived for my scheduled appointment and asked for the tech you would have thought I had three eyes with the look I was given. I explained again to the service writer what the problem was, so he disappears and comes back and has someone who I was told was a technician, so we go for a ride and he acts like he knows what the issue is. This is on a Tuesday and I am thinking great I should have it back by Friday. So I had also requested a loaner to use. It's still under factory warranty and I have the extended warranty so I should be provided a loaner. Told me they don't do loaners, AutoNation's policy. Another lie, but they could do a rental, but it may be late that afternoon, so I get a ride home.
No call back on the rental that day as promised. Called the next day and was told to call Enterprise myself. Told them no way, they are renting the car, not me. Asked about the status of my car and was told the tech didn't come in that day, so it would be tomorrow. Again no call back on the rental. To make a long story short, this went on until the middle of the next week. They finally got me a rental car on the same day I got my car back.
But the car was not fixed at all. Was told the noise I was hearing was gravel under my tires. Excuse me. Been driving for longer that they are old, so I think I know what gravel sounds and feels like. Then they came back and said the technician couldn't duplicate the noise. Then come to find out, the person who they said was a tech wasn't. He was their porter and was posing as a tech to placate me.
Found the new general manager. Made him ride with me, had the car make the noise, looked him dead square in the eyes, and told him, "Now, hear that. Think a car should be making that kind of noise, and it damn sure isn't gravel under my tires or my imagination." They kept my car for almost three months off and on and to this day, has not repaired a single thing. In fact after the last time, it came back with grease stains on the headliner and they never finished putting the inside of my car back together. Plus stole every quarter, dime and nickel that was in the coin holder. Left the pennies. So stay away and avoid yourself a ton of grief.

Agreed on the trade, said I would call in the morning after I had time to think it over. Called as soon as they opened next day. We agreed on the trade/purchase. Was asked to come in on my lunch to sign paperwork. Spoke to salesman Bernard ** throughout the morning, transferred insurance for new vehicle, authorized my preapproval through Chase Bank, and then drove to dealership to sign the paperwork.
Was told by Bernard that paperwork wasn't ready yet, and was asked to return after work to sign the final documents. Went back to work. Received an apology phone call from Jessy ** at AutoNation Express expressing her regret that the vehicle had been sold earlier that morning. She said they would do everything they could to find a comparable vehicle. (Simply impossible. I spent weeks finding the vehicle I intended to purchase, and in a matter of hours, the car disappeared, even after speaking to several employees at AutoNation about the impending trade/purchase.)

I won't hold my breath. Never heard a word from Sales Manager (really?) John **. I don't expect to. I attempted to finance/lease a new 2017 Mercedes Benz S63 AMG through Mercedes-Benz of Naperville, owned by AutoNation. The salesman, Brian **, seemed really friendly at first, but was not the most knowledgeable about the AMG series, had to get the new vehicle manager involved, Joseph **. I told them I wanted to lease or finance the vehicle in my company name along with my business partner's credit, but this seemed to be a problem, which I slowly found out, as I was the person that had to chase them down for updates. I'd call into the dealership asking for the salesman Brian, but was always told that he was on the phone or with a customer. The problem with today's technology is that all of the employees at AutoNation/MB of Naperville have caller ID, and just screen the calls, and send you to voicemail.
I then tested the salesman Brian, and called him from the parking lot, while he was standing next to the door chit chatting wit his fellow salesman, and watched this first hand, as he avoided my call. I then walked into the dealership, and when he saw me, he looked like he saw a ghost. He didn't know what to say, and when I asked him for an update, he then walked me over to the finance manager's office, Zachary **, who was on the phone for the next 15 minutes, but then spoke with me. I then asked him what the status was, because no one is updating me on anything, or telling me a thing. Zachary apologized, and said that they are just so busy, and he had been meaning to call me back, but my observation was that they are extremely understaffed.
Zachary then said that he had no luck thus far with an approval, but would hear something back from Bank of America on Monday, and he would then call me. Brian the salesman just stood there dumbfounded, never saying a word, like a clueless marionette. Needless to say, I never heard back from him again, with any updates, nor anyone for that matter, Brian or Zachary.
I'm very happy to say, I immediately proceeded to contact the dealership that my car was going to be transferred in from anyway, the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the country, Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, CA, and financed my amazing 2017 S63 AMG through them, and I had it shipped to my home here in Naperville, IL. Strangely enough, it was financed through Bank of America, the same bank that Zachary was waiting to hear back from, how bizarre is that?
Even more bizarre, Brian the salesman, tries to say hello to me when I'm in for service on my wife's car, as if nothing ever happened, a complete twilight zone experience! I tried to call a complaint division of AutoNation, but a human never answers the phone, and I did leave 4 messages on various voice mails, but never get a return phone call. I guess AutoNation just didn't need to sell a $209,000.00 car?

I got my original 2013 Honda Ody OEM battery replaced under the new car purchase warranty on a service visit with a new (100 Month Honda Limited Warranty sticker) battery. Less than a year later the battery dies and needed to be replaced. The same dealership (Auto Nation Honda of Sanford) said, they will not be able to replace or prorate it because it is no longer under the 36000 miles or 3 year warranty anymore. They will warrant it if it was a purchased battery in the time that it needed to be replaced.
My question to them, then what is the 100 Month Limited Warranty on the Honda battery is for? Why do I need to buy the battery from them in order to get the battery's manufacturer warranty? Shouldn't they stock batteries from vendors that comes with warranty to begin with? I felt they replaced a bad battery on my car and just tell me, "It is your problem, we did what we need to and if it goes bad when you drive off the lot", it is not their issue. They said, "Talk to Honda Motor Co," they are just a dealership that install the battery and the warranty issue have to take up with Honda Company. Honda dealer and manufacturer pushing the responsibilities on each other and not helping the consumers to resolve their issues. The battery manufacturer should not put the 100 Month Limited Warranty sticker on their batteries. It is misleading to the consumer. This will be our last Honda vehicle in the family for sure.

The financing experience was super long. We waited hours throughout the entire process. It's the longest I've ever had to wait to buy a car. And I'm not talking about waiting for our turn, once we were in the office, the financing guy spent a ton of time pitching products or slowly filing papers, or just chatting instead of working. Anyone who has bought a car knows that you will be pitched all the bells and whistles. We opted for none of them, except for the windshield package which supposedly prevents chips and increases the durability of the windshield. This was sold to us as it would prevent tons of common windshield damage and it would be super easy to repair and replace should damage happen - less hassle than going through your insurance. We figured why not, with lots of gravel roads and hail in our area it could be worth it this time.
One of the first severe thunderstorms of the season hit a few days ago, and it must have sent a small piece of flying debris right at the car - now there is a small impact chip and a crack across the whole windshield. Mind you - it was a bad storm, but the winds were nowhere as strong as the winds you face driving down a freeway at 65. I've owned cars for 15 years and never had a windshield break barring a major accident - 4 months into owning this car with supposedly extra protection on the glass and the windshield is already shot... Finding the number to call from Auto Nation was the first hurdle. They did not provide me with the claims number to call in my paperwork, and I had to call/get shuffled around to multiple departments to get the contact info. I had to call twice as the first time they gave me the completely wrong number.
Once I had the number of the warranty service, I called to file the claim and was told that I would hear back within 24 hours. 72 hours later and no word. I call back only to find my claim has been denied as the vehicle was not moving at the time and small hail or debris is not covered by the warranty. I give this department/service 1 star for the following reasons: Pushy and deceptive sales tactics, sketchy product descriptions at the moment of sale and slow service. Questionable efficacy of the warranty/service provided. Horrible communications for trying to file a claim for the warranty, which was ultimately denied.

At one point as I was walking out of the service area I did turn and give him the finger (wrong on my part). This sent him over the edge and he increased his verbal assault on me and threats of physical harm. This entire incident occurred in front of the sales rep and those service techs in the service area at the time. I walked out of the service area and departed the dealership. This dealership should be ashamed to call this guy an employee.

We have just leased a new car from AutoNation Bradenton, FL. Our salesman Dave ** was the best salesman we have ever had. We have been purchasing car since 1955, so I guess we have seen many a salesman. Kind, courteous, understanding, helpful, & professional. Dave had us return to help with all the technical features on the vehicle, this was a big plus. All the staff that we dealt with went over and above to help us along. THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

This starts my experience - I took my Jeep Cherokee to AutoNation Chrysler, Phoenix, AZ with an appointment at 7 am yesterday. I explained prior to my appointment that I was having an issue with the Key fob not connecting with the computer and thereby not working properly. That I needed an oil change as well and possibly the recall item fixed. I dropped it off and after the service advisor took my car he informed me it would be 24 to 48 hours. "What about a rental. I am a single lady living by myself." "Nope. We do not have any cars to give you - we have 80 rental cars and they are all out and there is a list." My very expensive warranty covers a rental car.
Honestly I started thinking that Chrysler or MOPAR must not make a very good vehicle if they had that many cars in for work. I ask to be notified if they were going to keep the car overnight. No one called, so I made contact with Jacob a Service Advisor and not a very nice person - he basically dismissed me and told me to go to Midway Chevrolet to get a rental car and they might reimburse me since I have that coverage. I couldn't understand what was going on and extremely frustrated. I reached out to Eric the alleged Service Director and he said if I could drive a manual that I could have a rental car. I went there and picked up the manual, with a broken toe and have been driving it. He informed me that he would check the status of my car and call me first thing in the morning - I thought wonderful; however, I kinda expected that I would not have a call this morning and I was right. No call or anything by 11 am the next day.
I again called the service department and had someone check on my vehicle and they advised that no my vehicle was still just sitting and they numerous cars before mine. I ask if it would be done today and they said at Autonation they have 24 to 48 hours to get it into a bay to be fixed or looked at. When I purchased the vehicle this was not told to me nor was I informed. I had numerous problems with them after the purchase and decided to take the car to Airpark Jeep for any further maintenance needs. However, because my office is 1 mile from Autonation I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves. Now I am without a vehicle, which they could care less and if this is the way MOPAR dealerships conduct business I have no use for any of their vehicles.
If you purchase a vehicle from Autonation, be prepared for the ride of your life and a horrific experience. They are a ripoff in their sales department as well as their service is horrific from the Service Advisor to the Director of Service. Disgusting how they treat people after you buy their vehicle. Now I have to go pick up my car and not drive it on vacation because of the fob sensor. Hope this helps keep anyone from going through what I have gone through with this car dealership. Run.

My only complaint is they should let you take your car to your mechanic to have it checked before you buy and this whole situation could have been avoided.

Went to purchase a used vehicle. Wanted to take the vehicle to my mechanic and was told I could not, but they had a 5 day no questions asked money back guarantee. I purchased the vehicle with a cashier's check from the bank on Thursday. I then took it to my mechanic and decided it needed too much work doneso I returned it the next day. Returned vehicle on a Friday early afternoon. I was told the business office was closed and I would get my money back on Monday.
Called on Monday and was told it would be 2 weeks before I could get my money back because the check needed to clear and then they would issue me a refund.
What was the point of a cashier's check?? I have no vehicle and no money. This is unacceptable. I was told I would have my money on Monday and want to
purchase another vehicle, but am unable to until I get my money back.

My fiance financed a 1990 Ford Ranger with 150K miles for $5900 (Not very experienced with auto purchases). We brought the truck back in one day in accordance with CO lemon law to return it. They claimed to do a 160 point check on all their used vehicles before putting them on the lot for sale. This truck wouldn't go into 3rd gear (manual transmission) without forcing it with great strength. Also, one would think a 160 point check would find a wasp nest in the driver's side door. My partner acquired a nasty wasp sting as well.
Anyway, when I attempted to return it the day after purchase, I was told if I kept the truck, all the repairs would be done, as per the 60 day warranty, free of charge and I would be provided with a loaner vehicle. 4 days later, the repairs were approved to be paid for by the department which handles the warranties. I had the loaner vehicle for 3 weeks and when we picked up the truck, they wanted $3300 for repairs they said were not covered by the warranty (the transmission and the flywheel) and they would only pay for the clutch repair. They said the transmission and flywheel were normal wear-and-tear items. I only drove the truck for two weeks before having to return for repairs. How the hell can you wear out transmission and a flywheel in less than 350 miles?!? After a lengthy quarrel with the general manager, he agreed I was correct and paid for the repairs.
On the day we were to pick up the truck, it made an unusual noise on startup. I had the service advisor, Keith, come out and look himself. He said it was either the starter or the flywheel and the parts and labor are covered by the warranty. We hadn't had possession of the truck long enough to register it so he said he would get the repairs approved while we legalized our ownership with Colorado. I had just moved so it took us about 10 days to register. By that time, we took the truck back and turned it in for even more repairs. No loaner car was given this time.
They contacted me 3 days after and informed me my warranty had expired and they were no longer responsible for the repairs. If the repairs were requested from the warranty department the day Keith said he would, all would have been covered and the world would be a better place. Instead, the request was not made in the timely fashion promised and a few days later, I received a call from the service department and was told the repairs would cost another $2900. We had possession of the truck for a little over 3 weeks which is supposed to be the time we need to determine if repairs need to be made to the used vehicle. Most of the first 2 months of our ownership, the truck was in the shop getting subpar repairs. This is a scheme in which they pulled off very well and I can't believe it's the first time. Who did the work on the truck? Helen Keller?

The worst dealer ever. I experienced the worst customer service support ever. I was ripped by the people working in this location in the amount of $1500. They just cut it out from my check without my approval. We leased from them Toyota Camry of 2017 and trade in our Nissan Xterra of 2011. We have sold them our car for $11500 and we put $3999.99 as a down payment towards their Toyota Camry. They told us that they will send us a check in the amount of $11500. In the same time they asked us for a check in the amount of $3999.99 and they promised not to cash it until we get our check.
Beginning of February we started to worry about our check because we didn't received our check yet. Finally the February 13 I was able to speak with their accounter named Josh. He told me that our check was sent by the end of January. And then we found out that they send our check under very old address. I was told that there is miscommunication between me and my husband. I've checked an old address but no one under my old address seen anything addressed under my name.
So next day I've called Josh again to cancel the check and process a new one. He told me that I will receive my new check in 7 business days. Didn't happen. So I called him again because he/they never called us back even if we left them any message asking to call us back. I was told it will take another 2-3 business days. But this was already February 24. And again because it was about weekend no one could help because financial institutions are not working weekends.
After that beginning February 27 they became very mean, over the phone and in person. In this point Josh did not know anything and he changed all the statements that he told me before. Now he didn't know when will I get my check and he couldn't provide me any information when will I get my check because everything is pending so financial institution must review everything again before they will able to cut my check!!!
In the meantime February 23 they processed the check that my husband left at the time of signing the lease agreement with them. But the check couldn't be cashed because there was no coverage. So the next day I told them (Josh) that they won't get any money from us until they will pay us off. They didn't like it at all. They became very rude and mean over the phone even the person that transfers phone calls was very upset on me. So finally March 4th I decided to call General Toyota customer service. They couldn't help me but I was able to leave a complain and they have sent it over to AUTONATION Toyota in Libertyville. Also I was told that they should call me back within 2 days. And yes Josh called me back. It was March 7th. He told me that the check was processed and was sent to me and I will have it by Friday March 10. And finally yes I get check from them but not in the amount promised but $1500 less.
When I get there they of course couldn't help because it was Saturday and the financial institution is off duty. When I asked for bill of sale the supervisor asked me "what is it". Then he said "I don't understand you". And he said that if they do owe me something they will give it to me. Then he promised to call me back on Monday (him and Josh) in front of most of theirs employees but no one call me back. And when my husband get there Josh told him that if we have any paper that contains the amount that they owe us something then he will able to help us. 2 salesmen, the manager, accounter and another accounter totally forgot about our case.
And all the papers we have to prove that they lie to us means nothing to them. We didn't even get those papers. We just made a photocopy at the time we spoke to salesmen. We also have a copy of appraisal from Carmax dated January 17, 2017 that without buying anything from them they will give us $11000. So in general after all nobody was able to provide me the bill of sale of the vehicle I trade in with my signature. 5 employees totally forgot how much this dealer owe me. I was waiting 2 months for my check. In the meantime they just sold my car and right after I received my check, they just tricked us and now there is nothing they can do about it. Never do the business with them. All the papers I have make no difference to them. I was told that I made those up. Unbelievable.
I would never think that someone could do something like this to me. No one ever did before. Stay away!!! It is illegal not to provide all legal documents to customers and that's their responsibility. I was on the phone with them for over a month. I was receiving wrong information each time or none. I guess they needed more time to finalize their transaction so I can't have my car back. And of course for all this time I was promised that they will call me back and never did!!! Even the supervisor couldn't keep his promise. Very mean people!!!

I'd give negative stars if I could. DO NOT BUY USED HERE. New maybe you're okay but used, no. They do not have their qualified mechanics working on these trade-ins, they have a reconditioning guy Jesse. And they do not stand behind his work. They are not honest and will not do right by you. They have wasted so much of time pretending to try to figure out what is wrong with my truck that I bought, it's been there 3 days in a row. They let the 5 day mark lapse and now service manager Monty won't even return my calls. I made the mistake of thinking Monty was earnest. No. I was wrong. He did his job, got me to the point I had to go to a real professional for repair so no more money off their bottom line.
I was on my way to a major expensive catastrophe and they sent me away saying I was mechanically sound and the noise was more of a nuisance than anything else. Scouts honor, it happened. Could've had a customer for life but they proved even the big outfit dealer only cares about the pennies not the customer. Shame on you AutoNation Ford Sanford Florida.

Scam on Fuel System: I purchased a brand new Toyota Sequoia in 2012. Within 6 months we started to experience hard starting. When the car sat overnight, some of the time you would have to grind on the starter for a very long period of time before it would start. The car had a very low amount of miles on it and was less than a year old so I returned it to Auto Nation on the Gulf Freeway with my complaint. I was told that the fuel tank had water in it. I asked how that was possible? I informed them that I only fueled at reputable stations. I asked how much water was in the tank and was told they did not know. This was odd in itself.
I was informed that the fuel tank would have to be removed, a new fuel pump would have to be installed and all the fuel lines cleaned. I gave the OK to do the work and a day or so later was told that the work was completed and I could pick up the vehicle. The charges on the bill was a few dollars shy of 2,000.00. I paid the bill and when I got into the car to start it, it would not start. It had the exact same problem. I was then told that the computer had not been set correctly and was given a loaner car to drive while that issue was being resolved.
I was curious and went on the internet to see if I could find if there were any problems with other Toyota vehicles that had the flex fuel tag as mine did. I found that many customers had experienced the exact same problem that I had experiences. It seemed that there was an issue that caused the computer to confuse what fuel was in the vehicle. I informed Auto Nation of this and it seemed that they were not interested. I was always told that Toyota was very customer oriented and that customer service was their highest priority. I contacted them and they seemed concerned about the situation. They knew about the computer issues on the flex fuel vehicles. However after a few weeks to review the situation, they informed me that they could not make Auto Nation make good on the 2,000.00 charge.
Even after all of this the car had to be worked on 5 or 6 more times in order to alleviate the starting problem. Auto Nation refused to admit that they had misrepresented what was actually wrong with my vehicle. Auto Nation is so large that even the manufacturers will not cross them. I certainly would never recommend that anyone ever purchase a vehicle, new or used, from Auto Nation. They are very dishonest and will do anything to make a buck. Even though the Sequoia has been a very good vehicle after all this was straightened out, I will never buy another Toyota product after the way Toyota refused to uphold their customer.

In January of 2017 I went to Autonation in Westlake to get a car. I ended up being approved for a 2007 Ford Explorer. I took the car for a short test drive and it seemed fine. The temp outside that day was about 65. Within two weeks of having the car I noticed the car was only pushing heat when I was driving... A thermostat problem. But in winter would cause me to be late to work because the defrost wouldn't work in the front either. The seat automatically pulls me away from the pedals, I guess a common problem with these cars but was not disclosed to me. The rear wiper motor was broken. My belt needs replaced a few hundred dollars to fix since I couldn't do that myself and I need a new radio and those two things the warranty won't cover.
Those things needing replaced was not disclosed to me at the time of the purchase and I was unaware that I needed to bring someone to look at a car I am buying from a dealership. An extended warranty and gap insurance was added to my purchase and made to seem like it was included by the financing department but I found out from the bank that it was optional. I would not recommend this place for anyone to buy a car. I understand used cars are not perfect but I should have been made aware of these pre-existing problems with this suv.

The second issue just sent me into a foul mode cause I was at the red light and the first vehicle with others behind me and the car just shuts off with out any warning. I called AutoNation and explained what happened and was placed on HOLD.
Finally I got my car to crank up and drove to AutoNation and I do understand it was near closing time but Chris told me to bring my car back Friday (which is today) and I called and asked the day before if I was able to get a loaner car he said he would look into. Well that changed quick cause when I took my car back to AutoNation he flipped the conversation after I asked him again about the loaner, after telling him once again what's happening to my car.
Chris said to me "I spoke with the mechanic about your car and he said he didn't think they would keep my car overnight." They would check it out and give me a call when it's ready. I just need a loaner vehicle not the nice gentleman who always driving folks in AutoNation shuttle van to take folks back to work, home etc. I work long hard hours and AutoNation I promise you I maybe flipped upside down with this vehicle but the next vehicle I get it will not be from your car lot. THE AUTONATION LINCOLN DEALERSHIP HAD AUTO FRAUD. I am a widower that went in to trade in a Ford Edge. I was never given the trade OF THE FORD EDGE on the contract. I was paying ON THE CONTRACT for the MKX since 08/15/2015, thinking this was correct, as I signed a contract, even though I complained about the trade that was not applied in the 20 day period of the contract. The $810.00 every month was with great difficulty. I questioned the amount the first 20 days and they said I signed the contract and this has nothing to do with Lincoln it is the Lincoln financial third party. On the Contract it had Cab, LLC??? I asked that they refinance THE lease or do a buy, as I noticed the trade was not placed on the contract. This made the paying of this contract for two cars? I did not owe for two cars on this contract or lease? Do not know where the Ford Edge went?
Not only did they not listen to my complaint as a dealership they ignored me. And the Lincoln financial company was without any compassion or remorse. Now I am near a repossession of a car, I have only $22,000 owed ON THE MKX and no money owed on a Ford edge. And I am losing all of the value of the Ford Edge at $32000. And all the money fees and down payment on the MKX that I paid and I have lost my credit score and my reputation. They scammed me. When I went back in the 20 day cancellation period the person Wendy had quit and no one wanted to deal with me. Manager said "this is not our problem. We have nothing to do with Lincoln Financial." What a scam.
The dealer and the Financial Company will Make estimate $121,000.00 on me. I am disabled and now I will be without a car, unable to purchase a car, and my credit ruined. If they do not resolve this soon and stop the repossession I will be the one in a desperate situation. I did offer $5,000.00 cash to stop the Lincoln Financial Company then even though but I wanted all the money for the second car put back on my lease for the MKX 2016. They refused to do anything at the Lincoln Financial and a person said they will not accept the money and they will not do business with me, so Lincoln will just repossess the car. On Christmas Eve they called all My Family and embarrassed me asking where the car was and they went to my friends houses. I am devastated. I recently went in to have my 2015 Tacoma serviced and found out that the promised addition of 1 year additional maintenance (oil and filter changes) was deleted from their computer system after the former finance director left. My inquiry with the new finance manager left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when she noted that the system showed it owed me, but what was in question. I purchased the extended warranty, we'll call it the service agreement, based on the finance managers word that I was to receive an additional year of maintenance, which also was preprogrammed or noted in their computer system. My bad for not getting it in writing, but their bad for erasing it in their computer.
Additionally, they also quoted me at that time, almost 600 dollars to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and to have the spark plugs replaced. That's way ridiculous. The spark plugs can be purchased for @ 3.50 each, and the oil (@ 6 qts) for about 30. That's about 60 dollars roughly in parts/materials. So they were going to charge me about 500 dollars or more for two hours of labor. That's **. This is a facility that has never offered me a clean filter (checked my own filters and replaced them myself - they were FILTHY at 15,000 miles and their service manager told me they were clean and good to go... crazy **), and has burnt my carpeting, left tools in the engine compartment twice, and had managed to get grease all over the exterior of the truck, AND throughout the interior, especially on the seats.
I asked the new finance manager about my agreement with the former finance director, and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well. Like you said, your bad for not getting it in writing." She never looked up at me, nor offered me some help with regards as to what it was that they "owed" me. I told her I was never coming back there, for services, or warranty work, or to purchase another vehicle. She just waved at me, like, get out of here **.
Obviously they don't care about return business, nor do they care about you as a person, or the vehicle you purchased from them. Only that you buy from them, and they'll tell you anything you want to hear just so you will. So take my advice and stay away from AutoNation, any one of their dealerships, but Toyota of Buena Park especially. I will NOT be buying anything from them EVER AGAIN.

The old service person are not friendly and not finish their promised job. 11/22/2016 I went to service and the written quote was $938. Then they called me for $1400 for verbal approval which I approved. But 1 day later, Joe (the serviceman) called again to ask for another $700 (total will be $2100 quote) to fix my truck and make it safe.

After 2 hours and a 5 mile road test I was given my car back with the bottom panel under the driver's door all scrapped up and the paint scraped off and was told that the rear end was spraying fluid and that it was not a big deal. After talking to the service advisor I was told that the car should be driven very carefully and some time next week they would contact me for repairs to the car. In the meantime I feel unsafe and worried the car could have major damage so I have no way to get to and from work and I care for my disabled wife and have no way to get her to and from her appointments.

To condense this as much as possible My 84 year old father-in-law who has Alzheimer's disease, went to AutoNation Toyota in Ft. Myers, FL on his own without anyone knowing. At the time he had just had an evaluation from the memory care clinic, which four days later confirmed Alzheimer's. While he still was functional, it was obvious to anyone who talked with him for more than 20 minutes (that is generous) that he had no short term memory and was confused.
They not only happily helped him lease a new Camry for 36 months, but they took his Chrysler Town and Country off his hands for $1,600, AND to top it off sold him a: Vehicle Protection plan for $530.00, Theft Protection plan for $329.00, Appearance Protection plan $799.00, Dent Protection plan $499.00, Tire & Wheel, Protection plan $349.00, Excess Wear & Tear Protection $830.00. Yes the honest, caring salesperson sold that vulnerable man $3,336.00 worth of "PROTECTION", and took his car and $3,250.00 down to boot! Wow! He no longer drives. Great job AutoNation!

I scheduled a service appointment as requested by the cars maintenance alert at AutoNation Mercedes Coconut Creek for Tuesday 11/8/2016. I have had the car in the service department before using the exact same service rep. I dropped the car off late Monday afternoon 11/7. The service rep looked at the car, did whatever review of the car they do including a visual of the exterior. When he reentered the service area he reviewed everything that was needed and accepted the car into his shop.
On Wednesday when I picked the car up after speaking to the service rep and paying for the service a valet had my car waiting (with driver door open) so I could get in a drive away. When I got home and walked around the car to go into the house I noticed a large BLACK SCRATCH across the passenger side door. After dropping my bags off in the house I went back to the car and tried to wipe off the scratch but I was unable, it was deep into the car door. The next day when I went outside to the car I found a similar BLACK SCRATCH on the driver's side door, almost the exact color, size and direction.
I called the service rep and asked what could have happened to my car, those scratches were not there when I dropped the car off and the visual walk around performed by the service rep found nothing the day I dropped it off. My service adviser asked me to bring the car back in so he could look at it and "Take care of it" so I drove all the way back to the dealership to show him the damage. After he looked at the car his comment was "those scratches as weird". Not a comment he made on Monday when I dropped it off. He went to speak to his manager and after a few minutes they both came out with a complete different attitude. It was not their fault and would let me know what it would cost to repair. They took the car back into the shop for their repair folks to look at.
In the meantime I was standing in the service area where the service manager and another one of his employees were mocking me, saying "I guess we need to spend 20 minutes walking around a car before we take it". After hearing this I went outside to see what my service rep had to say about repairing the scratches. My rep said for $1,000 they could fix the scratches. After hearing that outrageous offer I decided to leave the dealership and find someplace else to repair the car but not until I confronted the service manager, letting him know I heard his disrespectful and mocking comments. After I left the dealership my service rep called me on my way home to apologize and then try to work something out. I refused his offer because I had no desire to return to that dealership to receive more second rate service.
I would suggest people stay away from this dealership and service department. My experience has not been good. When someone takes possession of your property they need to take responsibility for it or not take it in at all. If that means walking around the car for 20 minutes as the service manage and his employee mocked me about then that is what they should do. The people at AutoNation Mercedes Coconut Creek service department are disrespectful and rude to customers.

Took our 2013 Ram Dually truck in for the 60000 mile service and told the service writer that I wanted them to dismount my tires and rotate them properly due to it being a dually with polished outside rims on the front and outside rear. I paid the bill and went out to get my truck only to find that my front tires was still on the front of my truck and the service writer tells me she is sorry she forgot to write it on the service ticket.
But it is printed on the bottom of my receipt that I wanted my tires dismounted and rotated for a proper rotation, plus they charged me $69.00 to rotate my tires which they supposedly rotated side to side. I have contacted Dodge customer service and was told that they have to back their dealership. AutoNation said that this is the way Dodge tells them to rotate the tires on the dually with the polished wheels.
Any tire shop will tell you they need to dismount them and remount and balance them. AutoNation had my truck for one week and a day and did not do what I ask them to but no way will they make it right. It is going to cost me to take my truck to a tire shop and get it done right. AutoNation IN Albany, Ga is a ripoff.

I took my 2012 Jetta into the service department at AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia because I was having an issue with the car starting. Service Department stated the car battery needed to be replaced. Before the car battery was replaced, regardless of radio station, CD or IPOD both the song and artist were displayed on the front screen of the radio. After the battery replacement, radio display is sporadic, no display when playing CD's and all of my software and music were wiped out when I reconnected my IPOD. Over multiple visits back to the dealership, in an attempt to correct the issues, I was given the run around. I was told that none of the other cars like mine had this feature, and basically I felt like they were telling me to just deal with it, as they had no clue as to what was wrong nor did they know how to fix it.
Finally, I was sent an email from the service manager who stated that one of the technicians who worked on radios had this to say: "He explained that this radio had software issues from the manufacturer of the radio. There was a software update done on these radios either at the dealerships or at the ports before releasing. It is possible with your car that the software did not completely go through. So when the battery voltage got low or was removed, then the battery was replaced which then causes all systems to reboot, that the software completed its download." If the software update was done on the radio either at the dealership or at the ports before releasing, I feel like AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia should have taken care of the problems, by either correcting the issue(s) or replacing the radio. They did nothing!
I had additional questions that I sent back via email and to this day, almost a month later, they have not been answered. I have not received a response to my questions. I have never experienced this level of extremely poor customer service, therefore, I am both shocked and disgusted that a business such as AutoNation would operate like this. It would have been better to be honest and say, “There is nothing else we can do for you. We don't know what the problem is nor do we know how to fix it.
Almost a month later, I have almost given up hope that AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia will do the right thing and replace the radio. Both the General Manager and the Service Department manager should have training in Customer Service. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership or any other AutoNation Dealership and I am currently seeking another Volkswagen facility to take my car in for scheduled maintenance/service. It definitely won't be anyone affiliated with the AutoNation Name.

3 years ago my husband's Ford 250 had water in the fuel system. We took it here at their service department. After a appraiser goes and samples the fuel, our insurance company decided to total our vehicle. The service manager told our insurance company that the work had already started and close to being completed. We were not advised of any of this. Nevertheless, our insurance company paid over $35,000 dollars to replace the engine and anything the fuel touched. Since then our vehicle has been in various Ford dealerships with issues tying the fuel system as the main cause. We have had several warranty work. All these problems and breakdowns on parts that should be brand new.
3 months ago, we took our vehicle to Planet Ford, again fuel system problems. Their service manager, no longer with the company, advised us that there was water in the fuel system and there was a lot of rust and corrosion in the fuel tank. Our insurance company send a appraiser to the dealership and obtain a fuel sample. They discovered no water in the fuel. Their analysis found rust, corrosion, fuel filter particles, and no water. The dealership couldn't explain why the service manager, JC who's no longer with the company, concluded to water in the fuel system. Our insurance company won't pay for lack of workmanship from Gulf Freeway Ford. We are told to take our vehicle to Gulf Freeway Ford, since they were the ones who replaced or were supposed to replace $35,000 thousand dollars worth of work.
There should be no rust or corrosion if everything was replaced brand new. We have the analysis and paper trail to prove that they committed fraud and think they're getting away with it. We have called several times and spoke with Raymond, the service manager. He said he would communicate with Crystal at Planet Ford, and obtain a report on what the situation is. Speaking with Crystal at Planet Ford today 10/10/2016, she had not received a call, email or voicemail from anyone regarding our truck. We don't trust this dealership with our truck and can you blame us. How do you steal $35,000 thousand dollars from anyone? Our truck is still having issues with the fuel system. I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to this dealership.

AutoNation Tire and Wheel warranty is the worst. My wife had a flat tire on her way to work recently and she is riding on Nitto Grapplers AT 325 50 22. We bought the truck with the tires and lift already installed from the dealership. I have always purchased my tire warranties from Discount Tire and have ever had any problems. It took two days to get a new tire and after driving to the dealership to have it installed I sat there for 5 hours with an appt. Last week I went to get the oil change at the dealership and I noticed that one of the rims was bent. I pointed it out to the service tech and she initiated a claim. The claim was denied stating that even though the rim was bent and there was no damage or markings on the outside of the rim it could not be replaced because it was still holding air. So now I have a brand new truck with a bent rim and AutoNation will not replace the rim.
When I bought the tire package it was explained to me at financing that if we had a bent or cracked rim it would be covered 100%. Now AutoNation is stating that is not how the contract reads. Well that is how it was explained to me and my wife when we purchased the vehicle and warranty etc. And of course the spare tire is a 17" so if we have an issue out of town we will be in a bind. The truck rides completely different now and vibrates and shakes. I am now concerned that the bent rim is not letting the tire seal properly even though it is "holding Air" you can look at the tire bead and it's not the same all the way around the tire. I would never purchase any warranty from AutoNation ever again. So I have a brand new truck and I can't drive it out of town for the fear of having a issue with my rim and tire and being stranded on the side of the road. Safety is obviously not AutoNation's #1 priority.

We had the WORST experience with AutoNation Nissan. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Beware of inaccurately represented cars here. After countless hours, 6 visits to the dealership, and going through 4 different cars we finally and unhappily walked out with a vehicle. My fiance and I were shopping for a 2016 Nissan Maxima and had found one at AutoNation Nissan Dallas. After getting a good quote that said the car had 15 miles on it, my fiance went to purchase the car. I'll call it Car #1. While waiting on finance, he test drove Car #1 and it turned out it had close to 4000 miles on it instead of the 15 miles on the quote. That's clearly not a new car. The salesman promised to get another car for us from a different dealership in the color of our choice.
There was a lot of back and forth, and the salesman got another 2016 Maxima in to the dealership (in the wrong color, but we decided to look at it anyways) and we went to test drive and hopefully buy this Car #2. Everything seemed good about Car #2, but the back seatbelt didn't buckle. So they took it to maintenance to replace the back seat and when they pulled the seat out, they found a bunch of broken glass in the back and in the trunk. Car #2 had hail damage, presumably, that was undisclosed. They apologized and said they would get another car for us and that they would look it over thoroughly before we got it. We went back to the dealership to check out Car #3 which they had brought in from another AutoNation dealership. The salesman had apparently looked over it and the miles were accurate, there was no glass in the back seat, and things were supposed to be good.
I took a quick look at this Car #3 and there was clear hail damage on the roof of the car, the hood of the car, and the trunk of the car probably at least 5 noticeable dents and once I started looking harder, there were at least 15-20 dents all over Car #3 that were deemed to be irreparable. Again, undisclosed hail damage. Clearly the salesman either didn't look over Car #3 or he was incompetent to tell if a car was in selling shape. This was our 5th visit to the dealership and we left without a car AGAIN. The salesman and sales manager were apologetic and said they would have another car for us and that they would make it right. We went back later that week, our 6th time to the dealership, to look at Car #4. We finally walked out with this car, after haggling more over the prices.
I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience. I feel that the whole situation was completely dishonest as 3 out of 4 cars were inaccurately represented to us, and I hope that people read this review and take their business elsewhere so they don't end up with cars that have hidden issues that AutoNation Nissan hasn't disclosed. Our Salesman Charles ** and his Sales Manager Garrett ** were nice, but for them to try and sell us 3 flawed cars before finally getting one right is completely unacceptable.

I am beyond livid. I purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan 3 weeks ago from AutoNation Volkswagen in Columbus, GA and I am already having issues. My push to start had been struggling for a few days and I took it in on Thursday to find that it needed a new battery. I was very upset as I recently put down a large down payment to purchase the vehicle and was told the vehicle was under warranty. Oddly this battery was not covered under the warranty and the battery going bad is my fault.
I took the battery and had it tested to find that it was a bad cell. The individual who tested the battery was amazed that the dealership would not replace the battery being that the car was new. I have been doing my research to find that the battery is under warranty and that the dealership should make it good. Yesterday evening when I was leaving my Grandmother's house my car would not crank. Not only would it not crank, it would not even do anything. I wouldn't have been able to have even gotten in the car had it not already been unlocked. The system has shut down.
I called roadside assistance (which comes with my warranty) to find that my car doesn't have enough miles on it to have the vehicle towed in and I would be required to pay an initial starting fee of $75 plus $5 per mile to take the vehicle 45 miles to Columbus. Needless to say it has ruined my 4th of July. I would never encourage anyone to shop at AutoNation Volkswagen of Columbus, GA or better yet encourage anyone to buy a Volkswagen. #volkswagen #autonationcolumbus #volkswagentrouble #columbus #autonation.

AUTONATION FORD SCOTTSDALE HAS AN F RATING WITH THE BBB. Let me tell you my experience and you will understand why. When I finally got a raise at work, I decided it was time to get some heat and air conditioning. I have 3 stents, triple bypass, a defibrillator and a pacemaker, I didn’t want to go another summer driving 80 miles a day with no A/C. My credit sucked from the recession and that is how I ended up with these guys. They led me to their website and told me I could pick a vehicle off there from any local AutoNation and they would get it and bring it up to show it to me.
We saw lots of trucks online. But with a $2500 bad credit fee (don’t worry they add it to your loan) and 28% interest rate, most everything was cost prohibitive. The salesman I had went out of his way to find me something... I agreed to look at 2004 Dodge Dakota with157,000 miles. I was told I had to agree to purchase the vehicle before I saw it and had 4 days or 150 miles to return it if I didn’t like it. We agreed on a payment and I was off to the finance Manager.
This is where I met Mike. He offered me a Warranty and Gap Insurance. He offered me 6 more months on the loan for an extra $80.00 a month plus my payment. I asked him if it had unlimited mileage, he said it was good for 18 months and my truck qualified since it had less than 172,000 miles on it. I thought it would be worth the extra money ($3000.00) in case the A/C went out, only reason I bought the truck and the warranty. I signed all the papers and expected to get copies back and had 4 days to cancel so I just minimally looked at them while signed the stack of them. But he never gave me a copies..
I drove the truck the 12 miles home and got CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, plug went bad. I called them and met my next friend Ryan **. Ryan is as phony as a $3.00 bill. Spouts the company line before he even thinks. He told me to fix it myself and he would pay me back. He agreed to fix, why you ask ? They had forgotten to take it through smog. I told him the back wheels had some sort of problem and the CD had grunge album shoved it and wouldn’t come out. So I got the truck back about 10 days later. Asked him about the wheels, said there was no problem, they sold the safest vehicles, ran like an old Dodge truck he said.
Well I drove the truck to work the next day at 5 am in the dark, with El niño rain pouring down the truck would shake violently when I took my foot off the gas. When I looked at the rear wheel it was coming off and only had 2 studs remaining and both lug-nuts were almost off. Took 8 turns to get them back on. I called Mike again to see if I could get the warranty and get this fixed. Called all day - left at least 3 voice mails. Ryan fixed it after accusing me of having someone else work on it. They put new mags on it. Why you ask, because my rim was destroyed.
I finally got the truck in good shape but the tags had run out, I was hit and run on and the nice policeman told me that my registration never had even been submitted. Seems the title was lost. I finally got my paperwork with my new tag. My warranty was for 18,000 miles, 18 months, just the engine and transmission. I had asked for my paperwork for months. Got it 42 days after I signed it.
Fast forward to today 4 months later I 5000 miles left on a $3000.00 warranty that covers nothing. The A/C compressor went out, Ryan refuse to fix it, says he giving me a deal at $900.00. The other manager Tom ** is a bigger liar and creep than Ryan. I am to the hospital in the am for Heart Surgery and coming home in 114 degree heat with no A/C - Thanks to AutoNation Ford Scottsdale.

I was working on a deal for a car with one of the sales people when I found the same exact car for less money. When she called me I told her I was purchasing from another dealership and I was asked if they could match this offer would I buy from them, and they sent an offer letter with the numbers for the new price. I asked them to send the window sticker so I could make sure the car they found had the same options. They stalled me out for 3 days and the car I was going to buy was sold, so then they no longer wanted to match the price..
Now the sales person's manager calls me and aggressively tells me they need a decision on if I want to buy the car or not, and the price is back to the original price we were working with (which is $2000 higher). I told him "no I wasn't interested in buying a car from them", they stalled me out from a great deal and I wasn't going to award them with a purchase from their lot. He goes on to explain that a person selling this car at that price would take a $5000 loss and no one was in this business to lose money. So I asked if that was the case, why were they willing to take a $3000 loss, because the price difference was $2000.
Now he starts to stumble over his words and tells me they just wanted to sell the car because it had been on their lot a while (another lie). The car we were looking at they were going to have to trade a vehicle with another dealership to get so that was just a flat out lie.. I told him "have a good day." Now the General Manager emails me saying he wanted to help resolve the issues, I emailed him the entire spill of what happened and never heard back. Bottom line, they are not honest people, they made me feel as if I don't want a Chrysler now... Shopping for a Lexus...

I put down a down payment of $1,000. My understanding under the contract said my check will not be cashed for 21 days. The dealership AutoNation Fiat Roseville California cash my check the very next day which threw my account into an overdraft. I felt they violated the contract and I should be given back my thousand dollars and do business elsewhere.

Walked through showroom twice, and the lot twice before I finally got some help. Brad ** was able to help, he is fine as a salesperson. The new truck had a scratch and he scheduled to get it repaired and a full detail and the Android Auto Software update. I brought back the truck Thursday at 9 am for the repair, he let me know it be done that day. At 6:30 pm Brad called to say they needed one more day, they wanted to ensure it was perfect so they took it to their paint shop. I let him know that was fine I rather it be done correctly. Called Friday at 5:30 and Friday comes and goes no call back.
It is now Saturday, I called at 11:15, had to leave a message and no call back yet. They did give me a loaner, however it had less than a quarter tank of gas. Sales may be fine but lack of communication and timeliness - it horrible. I spoke with a manager named Ronnie at 12:15 - he was not very concerned and told me a paint scratch can't be repaired in 1 day. He told me that Brad was with customers and that is why he hasn't returned my call. I proceeded to tell him that the truck has been there 2.5 days, and I should have gotten a call on the second day, or at least when they opened. Having a customer is no excuse when you were given more than a day to call back. The only response "he will give you a call." Seriously??? It is now after 2 pm, with no call back.

My Aunt was told she needed a Co-signer to get another vehicle but to make a long story short the salesman knew her entire family - put her sister name on the paperwork until I notice what he did. He had her license and still put the wrong name into the system. My mom was the co-signer which at the end they made her the legal owner without saying a word until it came down to signing the paperwork about the monthly payments. That's when she was told she would be the owner of the vehicle. My aunt kept asking why did he make my mom the owner when he told her she had bad credit. She asked for her keys to the car she was trading in and he kept doing what he wanted to do. The car she picked out was sold but he came to her with a key and told her to test drive the car and all hell broke out. They tried to sell her a 4 cylinder car knowing she wanted a 6 cylinder.
Now this is where it gets even worst. They found a vehicle, told her it will take a few days to come in and they never called her. She had to call them. She was only given 1 key. They lied and said the second key will be overnight to them. A week went by still no call. Another week went by showing went up there and the salesmen was standing outside smoking, talking and once again she asked the sales manager about her key. He told her he had to order the key and it will take a week to come in. 3 weeks total and still no key!!! She called and spoke with a young lady where the vehicle came from and she told her she personally sent both keys with that vehicle.
Well now it's gotten worse. She went back up there to speak with the Jackass who sold her the vehicle and surprisingly he got her name right and acted like he didn't know why she was coming up there. This time I think their Boss that over them was there and things got rolling but still NO KEY!!! It's been a month now and it's not a pretty situation cause my aunt called to speak with their General manager and again they're claiming he's in a meeting and another person will handle the situation. Any answers anybody to resolved this situation???

These people actually get butt hurt over an average or poor rating given to them. They will confront you about it. Instead of fixing the problem they make it worse. I will never have any more auto body repair work done at this place. They do average to subpar work, take their time and give big attitude. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable and more professional service center. This place is awful and I'm not kidding!!
