In two weeks I’ve received over 8 calls trying to get me to sign up and I kept telling them to take me off the list but they choose not to. I’d stay away from this company they will just harass you time after time. Shame on them selling a product for the elderly then they harass you and probably how some end up committing! The management was just as unhelpful.

My mother fell and broke her hip. She pressed the Life Alert pendant and although she couldn’t hear the operator (she didn’t have hearing aids in) EMS and family were called and we were at her home within minutes.

When you call to get life alert for your loved one they fall all over you to get the service. But once your loved one passes it's very hard to get a hold of someone to help. I paid for the year 3000.00 in January and my mom passed May 1st. My refund for the rest of the year was only 500.00.

One time when I called Life Alert, they called my sister (emergency contact). That was going above and beyond.

I was researching life alert systems for my mother who's 82 years old. I contacted My Life alert and spoke to a representative named Greg. After researching I found out that they require a three-year contract and that is completely unacceptable. I'm from the representative that would not be interested. How much is gone by and this man continues to call my mother at home. I'm trying to get her to agree to something that my mother has already told him she doesn't want that her son myself is handling it for her.
