My walker and I fell backwards - much pain. Life Alert staff notified all my children and granddaughter. They came quick.

I fell in my room, couldn’t get up. Even my family couldn’t get me up. I pressed my Life Alert and they answered right away. Help came and got me up, I wasn’t injured. So grateful for help.

My thanks to all! At 89 I can’t do without Life Alert!!!

Mother had a UTI, in pain. Life Alert notified the local ambulance service to take her to the hospital.

Absolutely horrible cancelation policy… Absolutely horrible cancelation policy got it for my father after he had a fall, he doesn't like the system and refuses to take it with him, so I called and try to cancel it, they have no cancelation until the three years is up, or one of several other conditions, including his death in which they will cancel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone.

My mother felt safer with the Life Alert pendant. She basically lived on her own until 102. I believe they were called a couple times to take her to the hospital, but they also called on the machine when a smoke alarm went off.

What a successful operation Life Alert is! Your response for me and courtesy to me and my family needs to be spoken about, out-loud and seen and heard verbally too! Keep up the great work and pat those operators on their backs and tell them “Thank you for your Help!” from me too.
