As soon as I pressed my Life Alert necklace they answered and said they would stay with me until help arrived. Very comfortable to know someone is with me.

My mother had a fainting episode in the upstairs bathroom. Life Alert was notified and they stayed on the line with questions before contacting 911 for the paramedics. Very professional service.

Dad had small stroke, could not get up from the floor, and was disoriented. Tried to get up multiple times. Fell pretty badly. Broke picture and crawled around the glass, hit head. Finally remembered he had the Life Alert “Button” and called.

Life Alert. Do not purchase this product!!!! My 92 year old mother who has very severe hearing issues decided to order this product on her own over the phone. On 9/9/24 it arrived on the 12th and I was asked to come and get it set up for her. I knew nothing about this purchase. All she wanted was a pendant to where everywhere she goes. Joe Gianelli sold her the base unit, pendant to wear within 1000 feet of base station, a shower button and a pendant to wear when is outside of her unit. This came with a $248 non-refundable cost which was unknown to me. I spent over an hour setting up and testing the units which I was told need to be tested monthly after original set up. I left town for the weekend and 9/16 my mother was so mad she said pack this crap up and send it back.

I ended up using Life Alert the day after I got it. They did everything they promised including notifying my family. Thank you, Life Alert!

Fell. Contacted Life Alert; response was immediate and our fire department was contacted by Life Alert. I was helped immediately. The service is well worth it.

My mom fell while trying to get out of bed. She was not hurt and had slid from the bed to the floor and could not get herself up. Because the Life Alert person could not hear my mom (she’s not very audible because she had a stroke almost a year ago and cannot talk very well) they dispatched EMS and they assisted her. I had two bleeding veins that were draining blood to my stomach. I went to the bathroom at 8am one morning and fainted. Then laid on this bathroom floor and proceeded to vomit blood.
