Had a panic attack. Life Alert contacted EMT’s who came promptly and helped me calm down. No Dr. needed nor a visit to hospital.

I had got stuck in the bathtub and couldn’t get up. Life Alert got in contact with the fire department and they were able to get me out.

I fell down stairs cut my head and broke my shoulder. Life Alert called my folks and called the ambulance.

My mom who is 86 years old fell while using her walker. The Life Alert team called our local rescue squad, my brother and myself. She was able to get help in a timely manner. Thank you!

I fell and could not get up. My phone was in another room so I could not answer the calls from Life Alert that came immediately after I pushed the button on my device. Within 10 minutes the fire/ medic people were here helping me. I feel safe and well cared for!

Mom fell on glass table and cut open head. My dad pushed his Life Alert button and the ball started rolling. We were able to get there when ambulance ushering and followed to ER. Excellent!

Going down 2 stairs into garage; could not lift right foot to get onto cement floor. So, I held on to the grab bar and pressed my Life Alert button until the ambulance came.

I fell in my kitchen. While I could get up, I could not stand by myself. The Life Alert medic came, lifted me up and then checked my blood sugar. I did not need to go to the hospital.

She fell in the hallway and was able to push her Life Alert button. The ambulance came and took her to the hospital.

My mom fell and broke her pelvis (in 2 places) and also broke her tailbone. Luckily, she was able to push the Life Alert pendant on her wrist to get help.

Life Alert called ambulance for me and stayed on the line with me to ensure I was ok until ambulance came.

Had a medical concern while at home after surgery. Life Alert reached my contact members promptly notified EMS and continued to reach my family members to alert them regarding my situation. Also notified them with information about transfer to local hospital.

Had a UTI and was suffering from effects of two strong dose of oral baclofen. Because of this I was incoherent and acting strangely. Life Alert contacted EMT units who took me to the hospital. Where I was treated and stayed for approximately three days.

Fell on floor in bathroom and couldn’t get up. Pressed Life Alert and they got a hold of my daughter and she told the police man where the key was. He got in and helped me up and to the ambulance to check me out at hospital.

I fell on the ground. My right knee hit some dirt; I could not get up. My neighbors helped me into the house. I thought my kneecap had been injured. Life Alert came promptly and checked it. They said it was bruised and I should rest for several days. It is doing well.

Life Alert responded quickly and were very nice. Glad they said I should go to the hospital when I did, they told me I had three fractured ribs.

She was having trouble getting out of her chair and going to bed. So, I called Life Alert and they promptly had EMT’s respond to our house and gave us the help we needed.

I fell with my walker. I used the necklace to contact Life Alert. They got me up. I felt the paramedics did a wonderful job.

My mother was extremely weak and disoriented for lack of proper dialysis and we used Life Alert to have paramedics come.

Life Alert sent an ambulance to take me to the hospital. Stomach pain in a 1-10 scale was a 13. Life Alert gives me peace of mind in case I fall as I live alone.

The guy I spoke with was courteous. He had a calming voice. He kept coming back to me while I was waiting for help to get to our home. I am very happy with Life Alert.

My legs were injured in a T-bone car crash. The engine block of my car was shoved diagonally across my lap. As a result, if while using my cane, rollator, and fall I’m unable to get up because of my knees. Called Life Alert and the EMTs came to my home within 20 minutes. The 2 gentlemen hoisted me up by placing their arms under my armpits, grabbing their hands and lifting. Once I was up, they examined me for possible need to be taken for a ride to the ER. Once they were satisfied, they notified their dispatch and left it was a very kind and caring event!

Mom woke up dizzy and didn’t feel well. Alerted your great team and they talked to her and calmed her down. They called me and met mom at the hospital. Thank you so much Life Alert!!

My mother fell at 5:15 am, Life Alert called me and told me medics were on the way and would call me back to know what was happening. They did call me back and told me my mom was at the ER.

Hand slipped of end of railing when I started to come in off patio. I fell onto my concert patio on right side. Left forehead hit edge of first concrete step. I was wearing the Life Alert necklace and pushed the button. EMTs are close and they came fast and took me to the ER.

I fell in the hallway in my apartment. It was late at night. I was unable to get up. I pressed the Life Alert button hanging around my neck. Help came immediately, they were very kind, lifted me to my feet and made sure I was not injured. I was so thankful for the special help.

He has a replaced right knee and a torn meniscus in his left knee. We have called several times for he has slid off chairs, bed and car seat. Knees are a major problem, as neuropathy of hands/feet. Also, upon calling Life Alert they are a blessing to arrive and help him to his feet!!

My experience with Life Alert has been excellent. The phone response was very helpful and reassuring me that help was on the way and checking up afterwards. The “help team” was super quick and helpful and checking me carefully before leaving.

Mom has fallen a few times since we got her Life Alert and each time Life Alert has been fast. From talking to mom dispatching ambulance to calling me. Life Alert has been one of the most important things in allowing mom to still live alone and independently.

I fell in the bedroom and needed help to pick me up. The man on Life Alert answered right away and asked me all the right questions. He then informed me that the men were on the way. He was very helpful. Then Life Alert told him they were here and they hung up.

The man that answered the Life Alert stayed on the line with me and talked to me until the EMT people got into the bedroom. He made me feel safe during the whole experience. I signed up 3 years ago, 3 year term, for parents. Term ends 1/28/24. I called in December, well in advance, to notify them. They told me I have to call back on Jan 10th (they couldn't cancel until 10th) which felt like a scam. I canned right back to speak with another representative to confirm. I called today, Jan 10th, and now they tell me I have to call back on January 23rd. They are trying to force an auto renewal and even charge me for additional months. This service is a total scam once you sign up. No way to cancel online, have to call, and they play a game to make sure you burn out. They even said we need to arrange for someone to pickup equipment before 28th!

I fell in my driveway on the hot top. I broke my left elbow and right leg. We pushed the Life Alert button and the ambulance came right away and took me to the hospital.

I fell and I can’t get on my knees due to surgery and total knee replacement on both. So, I can’t kneel to pull myself up. The Life Alert dispatched EMTs came quickly to pull me up. I fell over my walker, actually I passed out, used my Life Alert to call my son. They called him and they stayed with me until the ambulance came. They all made decisions to take me to the hospital. X-rays showed three broken ribs. It took 30 minutes from first call to the hospital. Life Alert stayed talking until I was put in ambulance.

I was in the bathroom about 4pm when I got up from the stool. I lost my balance and fell face first onto the tile floor. I was lying in a pool of blood and didn’t have my telephone on me, so I hit my Life Alert button on my neck. So, in about 10 minutes a fireman came to my rescue and stopped the bleeding. I had a broken nose and needed five stitches. I live 10 miles from town.

A varicose vein in my right leg ruptured and we couldn’t stop the bleeding in a stream. They Life Alert dispatched response took me to hospital. They stopped bleeding there and showed us how to stop it if it should happen again.

My father passed away unexpectedly and he took care of my mother who had the Life Alert. We had to move my mom to my sister's for a few months and sell their house. She then moved in with me. I could only find 3 out of 4 devices. The guy I spoke with said it would cost 100$ if not found but he said if I found it, I could return it.

They got EMT ambulance to us so quickly, I couldn’t believe the speed. Much faster than if I had phoned 911. I had fallen outside my kitchen door when a downpour hit from one second to the next. I dislocated my left shoulder and fractured my nose that bled heavily because I’m on Plavix (blood thinner). Life Alert got me help so fast, I scarcely had time to pack a few things for the ER.

Had bleeding in my intestine. Called Life Alert, they called for an ambulance then called me back when I got home. They called to check on me. Thanks.
