I became “stuck” while trying to get out of bed and couldn’t alert family members. Life Alert made contact with my family and I then had help getting up.

Absolutely horrible cancelation policy… Absolutely horrible cancelation policy got it for my father after he had a fall, he doesn't like the system and refuses to take it with him, so I called and try to cancel it, they have no cancelation until the three years is up, or one of several other conditions, including his death in which they will cancel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone.
