Absolutely horrible cancelation policy… Absolutely horrible cancelation policy got it for my father after he had a fall, he doesn't like the system and refuses to take it with him, so I called and try to cancel it, they have no cancelation until the three years is up, or one of several other conditions, including his death in which they will cancel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone.

Communication is key when it comes to emergencies. Life Alert communicated consistently throughout the emergency.
