My husband fell in his bathroom at the other end of the house and I was unable to hear his calls. He activated his necklace Life Alert supplied and he was able to get help. They were very courteous and summoned help, stayed on the phone until help arrived and they were sure my husband was okay many thanks!

I recently had a serious vertigo attack. Thought it was a stroke. Could not stand, had to crawl around to unlock the front door. Used pendant to alert Life Alert system. Response was immediate. They stayed on the line with me, called for help and alerted my children. I was panicked. Thanks for making this even easier for me.

Getting ready for church one Sunday while getting dressed and my husband was in the shower. I was rushing and I slipped and fell. I was unable to get up or pull myself up on furniture. When my husband got out of the shower, he could not pick me up. We pushed the Life Alert and the one who answered the call got the EMTs who got here picked me right up and we went to church. I was sore for a few days but not injured.

Life Alert is AMAZING. They come immediately and are very sweet and helpful. They are eager to help in making sure I am ok. They always call my daughters right away and keep her well informed of what is happening to me. I love them!! I tell all my friends and family.

I ordered a Life Alert package for my mother who is 99 years old. After we received the package and tried to set it up for her, it became obvious that is was not going to work in her situation. Her hearing is very bad even with a hearing aid, and the pendant and help button volume are so weak that she was unable to hear and answer when asked if she was having an emergency. I explained this to the people at Life Alert, and let them know that we were told that the volume could not be adjusted, and requested a refund. I finally received a partial refund after a considerable period of time, and yet the refund was not in full for the money paid out. I found out the hard way that the product is not as good as was represented.

Once I fell outside my front door and was unable to get up. I pressed my Life Alert pendant and soon people came to get me up and inside. Taking time to see that I was indeed all right. There have been so many other times when help has come to get me up when I’ve fallen.

My father couldn’t breathe and lives alone and luckily had his Life Alert necklace on. He pressed it and they answered immediately. The lady called EMT’s and they were on their way ASAP. It was a quick response to call on his contact list. We all were informed in an adequate timely fashion. The service impressed our family greatly.

They came, very kind, helpful, they know how to do their job. Thank you, Life Alert.

My father fell while getting out of bed. He had his Life Alert pendant on and pushed it to get help, Life Alert notified 911. I was called by Life Alert but did not have my phone on me at the time. They continued to call me until I answered to follow up on my father condition and if he was transported to the hospital.

I was having a problem with atrial fibrillation. I called Life Alert for help. They arrived quickly and took me to the emergency room where I received treatment. They notified my children about the situation so they could come to the hospital.

He had shortness of breath and he pressed the Life Alert pendant and they were right there with him until the ambulance arrived. It was very comforting for him to have them on the line with him until help arrived.

I was on the floor when I called Life Alert, they were fast, very helpful and very concerned about me. I appreciate all that they did. Thank you so very much.

She fell coming back from bathroom at 5am. We tried to get him up, but because of his size and age he doesn’t have strength. We pushed Life Alert and they were wonderful in standing by us till help came.

After my husband’s death I lived alone a for short while. One night I got up to go to the bathroom and let the dogs out. What happened was I fell right in front of my chair. It was late enough that I didn’t want to call my daughter. So, I pushed the button on the Life Alert machine and said “I’ve fallen and can’t get up”.

Mother fell on her porch and she pushed her button. The lady talked to her and calmed her until I came upstairs and told her we were here with her(mom) but she stayed on the phone until the medics got here and talked to the Life Alert. Also, to let them know they were here with her. Thank you for always making me feel safe.

Mom fell in the kitchen and I was outside. Mom was wearing her Life Alert necklace, and was able to call for rescue. Me, being outside, had no idea she needed help. And her necklace was able to notify emergency car. Life Alert notified me while I was outside that mom had fallen and needed me inside. Thank you.

Called Life Alert. Fainting, my daughter was notified. Ambulance arrived, was checked by emergency workers. Taken to hospital due to severe dizziness. Kept in hospital.

I experienced extreme pain in my neck, I called Life Alert. They took me to my hospital of choice. The contact stayed on the phone with me until paramedics reached me. My children were also notified.

They let me know how far away they were and how long it would take to get here. It was no time at all before I heard them coming through my front door. They were the best. We had to call two days in a row. The Life Alert operator stayed on the line until the fire department got there.

My friends and I walk every morning. But this morning I was not feeling well. We always walk 3 miles. But this morning we only walked a half mile when I started feeling funny. Called Life Alert because this was not a right feeling. I am 69 years. I am old but not that old. The staff was very helpful. She stayed on the line with my friend until help came. I love you guys. I’m my mother’s caregiver and have picked her up off the floor numerous times unfortunately. I used Life Alert’s service this time because I didn’t want to cause more damage by moving her. EMS got her promptly and transported her to hospital. Would highly recommend your services!!

I have never given a one star review in my entire life. I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Life Alert. At first I was hopeful since my husband's grandma uses it but when it came time to try and set my own grandma up with Life Alert it was the absolute worst experience. Since my in laws set their mother up with Life Alert, I never knew the prices. But my experience wasn't bad because of the prices, I understood the reasons the representative explained, my experience was terrible because of what happened after our first call.

Life Alert answered the phone promptly and stayed on the line until local EMT’s arrived.

I had unknowingly suffered a heart attack. I felt weak and called my daughter who then pressed the Life Alert button. Life Alert immediately answered and called for an ambulance and stayed with us keeping us calm. They were very helpful.

Life Alert. Do not purchase this product!!!! My 92 year old mother who has very severe hearing issues decided to order this product on her own over the phone. On 9/9/24 it arrived on the 12th and I was asked to come and get it set up for her. I knew nothing about this purchase. All she wanted was a pendant to where everywhere she goes. Joe Gianelli sold her the base unit, pendant to wear within 1000 feet of base station, a shower button and a pendant to wear when is outside of her unit. This came with a $248 non-refundable cost which was unknown to me. I spent over an hour setting up and testing the units which I was told need to be tested monthly after original set up. I left town for the weekend and 9/16 my mother was so mad she said pack this crap up and send it back.

Fell. Contacted Life Alert; response was immediate and our fire department was contacted by Life Alert. I was helped immediately. The service is well worth it.

I ended up using Life Alert the day after I got it. They did everything they promised including notifying my family. Thank you, Life Alert!
