My friend has fallen, and has not been doing well physically and needed to go to the hospital a few times. He couldn't move his legs on another occasion. Life Alert literally has made it possible for him to live a life at home and not in an old folk's home.

My mother was very ill so we called Life Alert. The person was very helpful and stayed with us until help arrived. I have felt much more comfortable with my mom being alone and was able to stay in her own home. Thank you for that comfort.

I experienced a rapid heartbeat and was having trouble breathing so I called Life Alert about 12:30 or 1:00 a.m. They quickly responded and sent an ambulance right away. They called my neighbor who came over and also called my 2 children in other close by towns and both of them met me at the emergency room. My daughter tried to call 911 and could not get through, so she pushed my Life Alert button and got through. 911 were on the way while I was on the phone with Life Alert. Life Alert helped to save my life. I was unconscious and my blood sugar was down to 30. Much kudos to the staff at Life Alert.

I have diabetes and was having an unusual feeling. I thought I was having a heart attack and needed help. I pushed the Life Alert and in no time the ambulance came and away I went. I was dehydrating as I often do. Yes everything was great and I am happy to have Life Alert.

My mother was having a heart attack. She had taken an aspirin, and I got her nitro pills and my dad pushed his Life Alert button. They came right on the speaker, asked what the problem was and what we had done so far. They called the EMTs and communicated with me and the EMTs, keeping me informed as to how far away they were until they arrived. That was very helpful to me. It kept me a little calmer.

I fell outside while walking my dog. I thought I'd broken my hand and wrist. Neighbor helped me inside; I pushed my Life Alert and within 5 minutes you all were on the line. I had used Life Alert twice. First time I left a pot on the stove and water boiled out. Life Alert called my daughter and sent fire trucks over here and called me to see if I was ok. The second time I fell in my bathroom and couldn't get up. They called the fire department and then called my daughter and they sent help in minutes. I wasn't hurt. My walker wheels became tangled in the rocker of my rocking chair. When I tried to get them untangled from the chair, it threw me sideways and I fell to the floor on my right hip. I tried for about 30 minutes to get up by myself. I could not so I called Life Alert who called my daughter. She came quickly as did the EMTs, and I was taken to the hospital.

Well I, myself, did not feel good at the time this happened so I went to sleep. My husband told me there was a pot on but I did not hear him. I was having chest pain, and called for Life Alert. I had not got my finger off the button when Life Alert was on the line. I might say I've never seen anything go so fast and smooth. I believe they went the extra mile for me. Words of thank you to your company. The doctors told me that if I had not got to the emergency room that I wouldn't be here today.

I fell in the bathroom and pushed my Life Alert. Soon afterward the medics were in my house helping me. The medics told me that when Life Alert calls them, a screen comes up on the computer telling where my key is. I like that. They had no trouble getting in. I highly recommend Life Alert.
