Life Alert alerted the paramedics. They arrived to take her to the hospital in a timely manner. My mom is happy with the Life Alert service and so am I. It is reassuring that immediate help is available for my mom when I am not with her.

I am 91 years old and had sharp pain in my right shoulder. Called the squad and they were there in a few minutes. I was in the hospital two days. Life Alert was a big relief to all of us. Thank you for the quick action.

Life Alert was here as soon as possible. I was loaded into the ambulance and carried to the hospital. The treatment was first class. I’m truly excited about the care I received. I’ll recommend to anyone.

I had very high blood pressure, called Life Alert. They got in touch with the fire department for an ambulance, then got in touch with a family member. I am now taking different tests for heart and will be taking a stress test of the heart.

I fell going into the bedroom and hit my head as well as received several cuts in my arm from a glass jar that was filled with coins. When I came too, I pushed the Life Alert button and an ambulance came and took me to the hospital. Life Alert also called my daughter who came to the hospital.

My son ordered this system, therefore I had no say in which system I got. This system not only is more expensive than I would pay. I would NEVER be tricked into signing a 3 year contract. I live on a very low set income. The monthly cost is $69.99. I just spoke with customer service and was told there was nothing I could do about the contract and he could drop the cost to $59.99. Now I am stuck with a system that costs more than it is worth to me.

I called Life Alert and they answered very fast and helped me a lot. Thank you very, very much. I recommended Life Alert to everyone who is sick and scared to be alone.

Late at night I fell out of bed again and could not get up. Life Alert called the fire department and they came and picked me up -- called an ambulance and sent me to the hospital. My leg was badly bruised and I had a cut on my mouth which required stitches.

I was in the basement and tried to get up on the landing and fell backwards. Life Alert brought a chair down the steps, picked me up and sat me on the chair to catch my breath. They then got me up the stairs and made sure I was okay.

On July 4, 2015 – I woke up with short breath. I waited a while to see how my breathing was. It was so bad I called Life Alert. They got help right away and took me to the hospital. They saved my life.

BEWARE of the 3 year contract that Life Alert has for its elderly customers. My dad signed up with Life Alert and he now must be placed into a nursing home. I called Life Alert to cancel the monthly fee and were told that even though he was going into a nursing home, he was obligated to pay the remainder of the contract - over $800!!! Apparently the only way to get out of the remainder of the contract is to DIE!! Literally. I could document that he was no longer living at home alone, but that didn't make a difference to them. My Dad could have used the money they charged for the remainder of the contract. BEWARE!

My blood pressure was high and I was extremely dizzy. I would not give up my Life Alert for anything. They have been there for me twice. I live alone. Thanks to all of you and god bless you.
