I fell on the kitchen floor in the middle of the night. Life Alert was here in a very short time. No broken bones. They helped me to bed and were very efficient and courteous. I am 91 years old.

I fell in my home and pushed my Life Alert button. They sent the ambulance immediately as well as notifying my family so they could help. I am very thankful to Life Alert.

The paramedic’s crew was fast and very helpful. The Life Alert tech was terrific also. I have already recommended your system to my brother and his wife. They are also very pleased and feel much more secure.

I fell and broke my hip in my garden room when I was alone. I pressed the Life Alert button and the machine in the kitchen came on. When I said I needed help the operator sent an ambulance.

I have COPD and I’m on oxygen 24-7. I live alone and my only child lives out of state; therefore I have to depend on others for help. Life Alert has always been so helpful. For one thing they make me feel like I am not alone, even though I am.

The dispatcher couldn’t hear my mother-in-law after she pressed the button, so [Life Alert] called us (her son and myself) and they waited till we got there and also waited to see when I finally got her settled. Very satisfied!

My grandmother had a stroke, I pushed the Life Alert console. The operator came on, called the EMS and all our emergency contacts, and stayed on the line until EMS arrived.

Life Alert stayed on the line until help got here. So far I am really glad I have Life Alert and I wish to thank you for the help you guys gave me.

Fell from the chair when trying to get up and lost my balance. Fell painfully to the floor. Pushed Life Alert pendant and the attendant sent emergency medical service right away. Ambulance took me to the Kaiser emergency room.

I had fallen on the floor (like the commercial) and could not get up. The police and fire trucks were here unbelievably fast and took care of my problem so quickly, I still can’t believe it. It’s such a good feeling to know that there are people who respond quickly when you need them.

This is the third time I had to use Life Alert since I had it. They were here in no time and helped me to breathe as I have COPD. I tell everyone about Life Alert and that no one that lives alone should be without this. It is worth having this.

I fell in the bathroom and was unable to get up. Life Alert notified everyone and they were able to get assistance and got in my apartment. They were excellent in making sure I was not injured and could remain at home.
