I fell while in the shower. I started to sit down on the stool and it went over backwards. I couldn’t get up on my artificial knee; praise god for my Life Alert. The EMTs and fire fighters were very courteous and helpful. No bones broken just some bruises.

I fell out of my wheelchair trying to reach for something behind a table. [Life Alert’s] response was immediate and they stayed on the line with me which really helped me feel safe. Many thanks.

Fell from the chair when trying to get up and lost my balance. Fell painfully to the floor. Pushed Life Alert pendant and the attendant sent emergency medical service right away. Ambulance took me to the Kaiser emergency room.

This is the third time I had to use Life Alert since I had it. They were here in no time and helped me to breathe as I have COPD. I tell everyone about Life Alert and that no one that lives alone should be without this. It is worth having this.
