[Life Alert] answered very quickly and stayed with us the whole time waiting for the ambulance. They were very good on answering all questions we had. Very courteous.

I fell in my bedroom and hurt my elbow. I pressed the Life Alert button and the EMTs came immediately. They packed my elbow in ice and recommended I see my doctor. I went and found out that my elbow was fractured but no cast was needed. Thank you for helping me so quickly.

I had never called emergency of any kind before. When I called Life Alert, they responded quickly and called 911. When 911 came they offered info they had on record for me. Fortunately, I did not need to go to the hospital and all turned out well.
