My mother had Life Alert come in and talk to us about her getting their service. They left a contract and started the service. She wound up unfortunately going into the hospital. I was away on my honeymoon and I'm her only sibling. I returned home and they had already left a dozen messages. I talked to them and explained that she was in hospital on my cell phone. As I hung up they called her cell phone the second after. This went on at least 5 times a day - my house phone, cell phone, her cell phone in the hospital. We received over 150 harassing calls from them over her sending them back their contract. AT 1 POINT I GOT INTO A HEATED ARGUMENT WITH THEM AFTER THEY CALLED MY HOUSE 5 TIMES IN A ROW IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. They are despicable.

My father was having chest pains; hit the Life Alert button which the police department and ambulance responded immediately. They administered some medicine to help the pain. They transported him to the hospital. He was examined and released.

Mom has fallen a couple of times recently and the responders were there almost immediately. They were so gentle and caring and really put her at ease. It is such a comfort to me to know she will get a quick response.

I had pneumonia and Life Alert stayed on the phone the whole time and made me feel better, the whole time. They made sure the ambulance was here as soon as possible and they helped me to feel more at ease.

My dad was warming cabbage on the stove, he had on high heat, went to sleep and smoke alarm saved him and his house. 911 was called by smoke alarm, he would be gone without Life Alert!

Patient was unresponsive to light stimuli and touch. We believe he had a TIA. Life Alert was very helpful, quick to respond and very quickly contacted EMS and kept checking in with us until paramedics arrived.

I fell out of bed and could not get up. All I could do was push the Life Alert button; my phone was in the den and out of reach. EMTs came pretty quick and picked me up. No bones broken or cuts (injured) from the fall. Thank you.

Life Alert assisted mother when she locked herself out at night helping her dog. Life Alert responded timely and contacted family. They maintained in contact until completion.

Life Alert quickly responded. Police arrived quickly, were polite and helpful until medical staff arrived! All were supportive and friendly. All positive!

My remote control for the bed had fallen off the bed. Therefore, I could not get out of bed. Only one team came to help and that was perfect. Life Alert was responsible for their quick response.

I am 95 years old and Life Alert has helped me out in several incidents. The last one was when I became dizzy and fell on a bench in my bedroom. I called and Life Alert responded at once as always. I would not be without it.
