Life Alert has been a blessing to my family. The people who work for Life Alert could not be more helpful and nice. My father is 92 and can still live in his own home due to Life Alert.

My mother had a fall in her apartment. Luckily she had her Life Alert pendant on and called for help. Life Alert dispatched EMS and called me. We are both grateful to Life Alert!

BEWARE of the 3 year contract that Life Alert has for its elderly customers. My dad signed up with Life Alert and he now must be placed into a nursing home. I called Life Alert to cancel the monthly fee and were told that even though he was going into a nursing home, he was obligated to pay the remainder of the contract - over $800!!! Apparently the only way to get out of the remainder of the contract is to DIE!! Literally. I could document that he was no longer living at home alone, but that didn't make a difference to them. My Dad could have used the money they charged for the remainder of the contract. BEWARE!

I could not get up after I slipped from the davenport to the floor. We alerted Life Alert and they called ambulance and alerted family members and neighbors. Thanks!

My blood pressure was high and I was extremely dizzy. I would not give up my Life Alert for anything. They have been there for me twice. I live alone. Thanks to all of you and god bless you.

I have a heart condition; I had pain in my back. I thought it was gas but it didn’t go away. I pushed the button and the response was immediately answered and help was on the way.

My father has an emergent need for a medical alert system. In doing my research, I contacted this company. I made it known that I immediately wanted to make a purchase, but would not do so unless I had a few questions answered. They WOULD NOT take my questions or put me through to an agent unless I gave them my full name, phone #, and address. I explained that that information was unnecessary unless I was able to get detailed information (Ex: Does the company assist on the go, or in home only, etc.). 1st and 2nd calls I was placed on a 25 sec hold each time. This was my 9th research call. They were the absolute worse.

Anytime I call Life Alert they were great, didn’t waste no time and stayed on the phone with my sons till help came. Thank you for being there for me.
