I was having a reaction to new medication. Life Alert answered my call quickly. I was on my way to the ER in a very short time. Thank you for this service, I feel so much safer knowing you’re always there!

I had a very hard, unexpected fall involving a lot of blood but was able to press my Life Alert pendant, get up, and start to try to clean up. The Life Alert people were there almost immediately, cleaned up the blood on the floor, and took me to the hospital where I received fast and fabulous treatment for my various injuries. Life Alert also contacted my family as to my condition.

I fell in the hall at the front of our house. I called my niece – as soon as she got home, we called Life Alert for help. Two very nice young men came promptly – helped me up and asked if I needed to go to the ER. I did not go – the reason I could not get up was I have had 5 surgeries and could not put any pressure on them my legs.

I pressed my Life Alert button and received a response immediately – the operator stayed in contact with me until the ambulance arrived. They talked with the ambulance persons and my family was notified and was at the hospital when I arrived.

I got sick in the middle of the night and my sister and sister-in-law decided to call Life Alert. I was kind of out of it for a bit. The EMT’s were very kind and helpful, they saved my life. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure.

I fell in my kitchen and hit my head on the floor. My forehead swelled a big bump fast, as I take blood thinners. I couldn’t get up, but Life Alert called paramedics, who got me up and took me to get checked out. I’m better now. The Life Alert person stayed on talking to me until paramedics told her/him they were here. Thank you.

There was no emergency, however family could not reach patient on phone. Life Alert dispatched an ambulance and upon its arrival they confirmed patient was fine and the Life Alert representative then notified all family members that he was fine.

In July I called Life Alert to come send help. My husband at that time was 96 years old. He had fallen and we could not get him up. He could no longer stand alone. The ambulance came and took him to the local hospital. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Now I am the only one that needs your help – every time we call on you we are pleased.

I would like to thank Life Alert for being with me as we waited for the ambulance and rescue guys. My husband went to the hospital where he found out he had three broken ribs and a collar bone. He spent two days in the hospital and is doing remarkably well.

I was doing paperwork on the floor. I have had both knees replaced in the last 2-3 years. My husband fell in the bathroom. I called Life Alert. They stayed on the line until the paramedics came and checked him out to make sure everything was alright. About one to one and half hours later they called back to check on him to find out if he was alright. Very pleased with all concerned.

My husband fell outside - tipped his electric wheelchair over sideways while interacting with our Rottweiler. He pushed his button – that alerted me (inside the house). Life Alert called our local emergency and help arrived – the two1st responders and I were able to get him off the ground and back into the wheelchair.

She slipped off the toilet seat and got stuck between the toilet and counter, and couldn’t get up. Life Alert notified family members and EMS arrived promptly before the family arrived. Was admitted to the hospital for a fractured vertebrae. Doing ok now.

On 8/21/2018, I had to press my Life Alert button. The operator that responded was so caring and professional. He stayed with me until help arrived and gave them all my information and also contacted my people. I want to say thank you very much.

I am 65 years old with balance problems. I slipped and fell in the shower, hurting my leg as I fell. Could not get up and was alone. Life Alert operator always answers immediately. I always have help within 10 minutes. I haven’t had a major problem recently, but their prompt response has prevented a major problem from happening.

We were so impressed with this service – 1st they phoned me to let me know about my mom’s fall. They called emergency services, when I got there, mom was on the kitchen floor – Life Alert was on the line and talking to her. I fell in my kitchen away from the phone, so I pressed the Life Alert button. They called the EMT’s, told them the combination to my lock box by my front door, you have on file, so they could get in. They stayed with me until my daughter came and then they took me to the hospital.

My experience with the Life Alert staff has always been great (I have used them many times). I have recommended Life Alert many times and tell them that I have always gotten a courteous, positive and very helpful staff.

My husband, during the one hour time of day when there is no caregiver with him walked to the bathroom with his walker and fell in the bathroom and was unable to get up. I was experiencing chest pains on Aug. 18, 2018 at 2am. I pressed my Life Alert necklace, the operator came on immediately and called the paramedics, the fire department, the police and my brother and sister. Help was there within 3 minutes. Life Alert also followed up to make sure I was at the hospital.

My mom had a health scare. Blood pressure was very high. She pressed the pendant button. I was so happy to see the fire department come out. They were fast! They gave my mom the care she needed. I recommended Life Alert to my fiancée’s mom also. Wonderful service.

Father-in-law had just returned home from the hospital for a pacemaker/defibrillator procedure. Fell face first in bedroom because he wasn’t using walker to assist with balance. Call was made to Life Alert because he was told to go immediately to ER if there was any stress to his left arm -- as it was not to go higher than his heart. Mom fell on August 7 and had pain in the right hip. When pain became worse, I called Life Alert to take mom to the emergency room. Personnel arrived promptly and took great care in transferring mom from home to ambulance then to ER. They were all kind and courteous to mom.

I was in my living room with all my family visiting. The phone rang in the kitchen. I got up and my leg hit the coffee table and I got a huge cut. It took 18 stiches to close it up. Blood was everywhere. Called Life Alert and they were very helpful and brought me to the hospital.

I’m a 77 year old woman, I was home alone having difficulty breathing, I became very nervous and frighten. After speaking to a staff at Life Alert I felt more relaxed knowing help was on the way. On Friday Aug. 3, 2018 about 6:00pm in the evening I suffered some dizziness and was unable to stand up straight. I called Life Alert and informed them of my prognosis. My mom fell in the bathroom. Life Alert dispatched paramedics who came and helped her. They alerted me they were on the way to the house. They were prompt, professional and very helpful.

He lost all his strength while walking from his study to the bedroom to get ready for bed. He hollered for help and I helped him down to the floor, supported by a wall. I had no time to get a chair. Banging at window and door at night. Pressed pendant and Life Alert answered. Called police for me. I was very frightened. The Life Alert woman stayed with me on the line and kept assuring me police were on their way and to do not open door - she would call me when they got the police here. She was very kind. They caught the man. He was drunk and lost. They took him to jail.

My mom was short of breath and dizzy. She pressed her Life Alert and assistance was dispatched. The dispatcher stayed on the line calming her till the EMS team arrived. We’re glad to have that help is only the push of a button away.

On Aug. 7th I tripped and fell on our front porch which is cement. We called Life Alert – they called 911 for us. 911 came and got me into an ambulance and took me to the ER at our local hospital, where I spent a few days with a fracture of my right femur.

I woke up in the night suddenly – sweating horribly and also very dizzy and having trouble getting my eyes to focus. I called Life Alert to come and check me out as I live alone – the operator stayed on the phone till your help arrived. You got me quickly to the emergency room where I was taken care of.

Luckily, nothing more than an anxiety attack, though it was pretty severe. Life Alert was quick to alert ambulance, stayed with us until EMT’s gave the okay to sign off. Very courteous!

I was walking our little dog, have been living here 6 months and never knew there was a drop off, and went down the bank about 6 feet, my legs are very weak once down, could not get up. So when I went down, I could not stand up. My wife called Life Alert, and 2 men came and helped me to my feet.

My father signed up for the life alert system earlier in the year. The sales people were very pushy and used high pressure sales tactics. They told us that the system had a three year money back guarantee if the person using the system died or went into a nursing home within 3 years. 3 months later my father could no longer live by himself and had to go to a nursing home. They asked for proof which we provided and then they said the guarantee only applied if the customer died. This is a company that only cares about getting your money and wont honor anything it promises. There are other companies out there that will do more for you and cost much less without a 3 year commitment or dishonest salespeople!

My 87 year-old mother ordered Life Alert in a moment of panic. When the product arrived by mail, it had stickers all over the box saying that if you open the box you agree to all commitments made to Life Alert. When she found out that it was a three year commitment, she didn't want it. I called Life Alert and an obnoxious salesman told me that my Mom had to take it and that I couldn't cancel. He was completed rude and told me that "I was nothing to him." He forced me to have my mother talk to him and she tried to cancel. Then he started grilling her for information. She gave me back to phone when he hung up. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE!!!

My mom needed help, and was unable to move. Your Life Alert operator summoned fire and ambulance, and notified me. They helped my mom. Thank you. Also your operator was on line until she was transported to the hospital.

I fell while going out our front doorstep. I had a 4-pronged cane, but didn’t have it positioned adequately. I landed in the flower bed on my left shoulder. Didn’t break anything. I pushed the Life Alert alarm button and help was immediately on the way. Thank you.

I stepped off my carport (about 6”), lost my balance and fell. My friend was outside with me but did not have the strength to get me up. Life Alert got our local EMS to me promptly.

Have called Life Alert on two occasions. Both have been very positive. On one they took me to the ER, on the other call it was just a house call. Both because of falls. Both were answered quickly.

While getting ready for bed, she lost her balance and fell backwards, hitting her head on a table. With no way of getting back on her feet, she pushed her Life Alert button and the operator summoned 911 on her behalf.

My legs went out from under me and I was going down 3 flights of steps and could not get up. I hit the alert button and talked to the Life Alert people, and the fire department arrived within 10 minutes. Thank God for Life Alert. They were great and very professional.

I was scared but I needed help, I was having a problem with my throat. The Life Alert staff was wonderful. They were pleasant, really patient, and they were so nice and really seemed to be concern. I felt calm.

Mom had chest pains and the Life Alert attendant gave paramedics pertinent information about her medications and dosages and diagnosed conditions. She turned out to be fine and did not have to be transported to the emergency room.
