I got Life Alert for my mom. The morning of the incident, I walked in and found my mother on the floor having a seizure. I immediately pressed the Life Alert button and the woman answered right away. She called the squad and they arrived in a matter of minutes. Mom was admitted to ICU with DKA, stroke, and heart attack. Mom spent 5 days in ICU, 5 days in a step down unit and 8 days in the acute rehab unit in the hospital. She is doing wonderful at this time. She has regained the use of her left side now. Having Life Alert helped save her. Thank you for being there at the time that she really needed Life Alert’s service! I am so happy we picked Life Alert. Thank you and thank God!!

I had a TIA in December 2008. My doctor had been treating me for high blood pressure. When I called him on March 18, 2016, and told him my blood pressure was over 200, I had a headache and blurry vision. He said I needed to go to the emergency room. He said I needed to be evaluated and possibly given IV medications to lower my blood pressure. I called Life Alert and talked with the dispatcher. Everything went very smoothly. The paramedics, ambulance, and my neighbor arrived. I have been with Life Alert for many years and have always been satisfied with their kindness, skills and their professional manner! Thank you.

March 24 about 3:10AM. Woke up sick to my stomach, wanted to vomit, light headed—on the way to the bathroom I fainted. While responding to my elderly father’s request for a ride to the doctor’s, I attempted to hug the edge of the pavement to avoid hitting a dog that ran out in front of me. Recent flooding made this pavement unstable, which resulted in a bad wreck. The Life Alert operator not only sent me the assistance I needed but also sent my father the assistance he needed. In addition, my contacts were notified of which emergency room I was taken to, this provided the help I needed to get home that night. Now that is value!

I am so very satisfied with Life Alert. I lost my balance while coming through the bathroom door. I was using my 3-wheel walker and got tripped up. It all happened so fast. My head slammed on the floor and I was knocked but for a few moments upon regaining conscious. But I still could not get on my feet and I pressed the Life Alert call button that I wear around my neck and the paramedics arrived in less than ten minutes. Thank you so much, Life Alert, for your promptness and care. Love you guys!
