Each time that I had to call for Life Alert, I have been treated with respect, care, and kindness. I have a problem with falling. I am blessed to have Life Alert come quickly and help me off the floor. I could not do it without their services.

Mom fell off the toilet. I called Life Alert and they sent the local EMS here. They were here very fast and very gentle. Thank you, Life Alert, and paramedics.

My dad was hallucinating and locked himself outside during the night. Life Alert called me and the fire dept. Very quick response!! Thank you!!

Life Alert was summoned two times within two days because patient fell. Each time, the response was quick. He needed assistance getting off the floor. He has had Life Alert for several years. Life Alert always responds promptly.

I fell and couldn’t get up from the floor. I pressed my Life Alert button and got a rapid response. The EMS attendants were here in fifteen minutes. Very helpful- took all my history and gave me pressure and heart exam. I felt very secure and satisfied with the service.

I will celebrate my 90th birthday tomorrow. I was having difficulty breathing. Life Alert button was pushed. Soon three big firemen came, put me in a stretcher, and off to the emergency room we went. Discovered I had three liters of fluid under my lungs. Love you!

My mother fell again, and she pushed her Life Alert button right away, and there was someone there for her right away, and they got her help within a few minutes. EMS got her off the floor and everything was fine.

My mother had congestive heart failure. She was in her bed at the time and pressed her Life Alert. Ambulance was at her home by the time I was alerted. Thank you so so very much!

I fell when getting up from a chair. Unable to get up- I pushed the Life Alert button on my neck alarm, and the help was on the speaker right away, it only took a few minutes and the EMT’s were here. I was not hurt- just not able to get on my feet.

Mother fell at home when I was out. Life Alert called for ambulance, called me and stayed on the line, and talked with my mother until the ambulance arrived. She broke her leg and was taken to the hospital. Life Alert called me to tell me when the ambulance would arrive after. Thanks for great service!

I fell in my front room and could not get up on my own. Happily I wasn’t hurt but could not get myself erect. I have Parkinson’s and do not have a lot of strength. Called Life Alert and explained the situation, and within ten minutes or so four fire fighters came to my rescue.

Mother fell and hit her head. EMS was here in matter of minutes. Life Alert operator was professional and thorough.

I had an awful fall/tumble and blanked out, because I had my Life Alert on, the way I fell/ tumbled, it sent an alert and your services responded extremely quickly. I’m 99 years old and I live alone. Life Alert is a whole family in my house. Thanks.

I was leaning on my walker, while walking it tilted, with me falling on to the floor. Broke my right little finger and fractured right bicep. Life Alert stayed with me on my cell phone until medics arrived. Have had to use your services in the past and very impressed with everything. Helps so much when they stay with you on the phone. My husband was in the basement. I asked him to come upstairs but he was not ready. A half hour later I heard him on the stairs, so I went there. He was two stairs from the top, holding on to the railing. He was excitedly stated he was afraid he would fall backwards, down the stairs. I got him to sit on the stairs and got him back up the remaining steps and got to the landing. He was unable to stand and I couldn’t help. Called Life Alert and the fire dept came to help. Thank God!

The phone staff (operator) were so courteous to me. I was out of town during my father’s medical emergency. They had all the information for him right away. Highly would recommend Life Alert!!

I was in my kitchen one morning and all of a sudden I had excruciating pain in my chest and knew it was a heart attack. I have Life Alert’s unit in my kitchen so pressed on it and almost immediately it was answered. I told them the seriousness of my problem, they asked for my phone number and within ten to fifteen minutes the ambulance was coming down my driveway and in another five to ten minutes I was in the hospital being seen by the doctor who immediately started the surgery to put a stent in my clogged artery. I feel your Life Alert system and your employee saved my life. I’m also grateful for the fact that the hospital is only a very short distance from where I live.

Mom fell- she did not get hurt but, I could not pick her up- Life Alert operator stayed on the phone with me until EMS arrived and did not hang up until she spoke to the EMS personnel to make sure everything is OK. She spoke to me several times before help arrived to make sure we were ok. Very nice.

My husband was shaking and unable to get out of his chair or to walk. In fact, he could not even stand up. EMS came (thanks to Life Alert) quickly and took him to ER. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and was hospitalized for several days. Life Alert has truly been a “life saver” for us for many years.

Patient fell outside while getting the mail. The Life Alert operators stayed in contact until she knew patient was safely at the emergency room. That time, she contacted me, the paramedics, the secondary emergency contact, and then followed up with me several times. Great work.

The button I wore all the time got Life Alert here and picked me up off the floor and the EMS person got me to the hospital to be checked out. The small button I wear is a big help in getting me help!

I was cleaning my litter box and lost my balance, fell backwards and hit my head on cabinet drawer and door. Crawled to bed and activated my Life Alert pendant. Minutes later, eight firemen were in my bedroom. They made sure I was OK and helped me return to my TV room. Life Alert was there the entire time. THANK YOU!!! Haven’t needed you for a while. Again- THANK YOU!!!

My lungs are compromised and breathing became difficult. I have bi-lateral knee replacements which prohibit me from getting on my knees to raise myself up after a fall. Your wonderful Life Alert pendant allows the EMT’s to arrive and get me back on my feet! Wonderful service!

On the occasions when I needed to contact Life Alert, they were always prompt and courteous. They were very quick in contacting my family and friends. I highly recommend them whenever I can.

I have a broken shoulder due to my knee collapsing. Consequently, I cannot put weight on my hand, arm or leg. I found myself on the floor and was unable to get up. I couldn’t reach the telephone. I pressed my Life Alert bracelet. Paramedics arrived within minutes and got me up. Otherwise, I would have been on the floor for fifteen hours until my health aide arrived the next day. The Life Alert dispatcher kept in contact with me until the situation was resolved.

93 year old husband experienced weakness and symptoms of possible stroke or heart attack. Life alert provided immediate response and gave me a feeling that help was coming and I was not alone.

Patient fell at her home on December 13, 2019. Thank goodness she was wearing her Life Alert necklace. After activation, EMS arrived and successfully transported patient to the hospital ER for evaluation. Life Alert called contact numbers and stayed on the line with patient during rescue.

I fell in the driveway at 7:00 at night with no coat on. I broke my left hip. I pushed my Life Alert button. The ambulance came. Life Alert saved my life.

I was walking up my driveway, and fell. I landed on my face and had a concussion. I pushed my Life Alert button, and help arrived very shortly. I went by ambulance to the hospital, recovered shortly and didn’t have to be admitted.

My father had fallen and was unable to be assisted by my husband and me. We used his Life Alert to have him taken to the ER at the local hospital. It was prompt. The operator was courteous and stayed on line with the family until EMS arrived. We were very pleased.

Early one AM I got very bad pain on my right side. Not knowing if I needed to have my appendix removed, I was not going to wait, I pushed the Life Alert button, got really fast service, and had my appendix removed that day.

My mother walked out for a very brief moment in early time of the morning and slipped on icy concrete, fell, and could not get up. I was still in bed. Luckily, she had Life Alert. Pressed and called for help. Thanks Life Alert.

On September 20, 2019, I felt weak- could hardly get out of my chair. I realized I needed help. At that moment I pushed my Life Alert button around my neck and it called for help. Life Alert is wonderful. The people on the speaker phone stay with you while you wait for emergency vehicle. They help to make you feel at ease. I would refer anyone to use Life Alert.

Every time my father needs assistance he pushes his Life Alert button and my father gets instant attention and help that he needs, I feel better knowing that my dad has instant access to emergency help 24 hours a day.

First let me tell you how happy I am for having the pleasure, and peace of mind for joining Life Alert. You are wonderful. I could not believe your care and sincere concern in every aspect. I have many serious health problems but the latest is severe high and then severe low blood pressure. I was in good hands with Life Alert. Prompt medical emergency sent right away. Thank you. I fell in the bathroom, cut my arm and knee, and hurt my right leg and foot. I pressed the button and Life Alert answered and called for help for me. They were very encouraging and stayed on the line til help arrived, Thank you, Life Alert!

My mother fell down and utilized Life Alert to obtain assistance. Immediately someone was on line with her and assisted until EMS came to assist. Everything went as had been discussed when I signed for the service.

I was very dizzy and upset, I called Life Alert and they answered quickly. Two policemen came to the door, the first responders came, took my vital signs and decided I should go to the ER. Life Alert stayed on the line until the local people were handling everything- they even called my daughter so she could go to the hospital with me.

Patient fell, lost consciousness and arrested. Upon pushing her Life Alert button, I was able to initiate CPR and provide care while Life Alert notified EMS, provided her information, and dispatched them to the house. More recently, the carbon monoxide alarm rang and Life Alert contacted us immediately, provided instructions and dispatched EMS, giving us time to round up our dogs and get out of the house. Very pleased with the service.

My mom fell in the kitchen and couldn’t get up. Thank God she remembered to push the Life Alert button on her necklace. After she spoke with Life Alert, they called an ambulance and then me, and then my children- just like they said they would do when we got Life Alert. I was at my daughter’s house and all of the sudden I couldn’t breathe. I pressed my Life Alert pendant and the response was very quick and I was taken to the hospital very safely. Thanks Life Alert.

I was home alone and fell in the bedroom and could not get up. I pushed my Life Alert button on my bracelet. They answered and dispatched help for me. Got me situated and made sure I would be okay. They were very courteous and nice.

In the last eight years both my husband and myself have used the Life Alert system for emergency help. They also contact people from my emergency list and keep them informed until I arrive at the hospital. All promises in procedure are honored by Life Alert staff.

My son-in-law suggested I should get Life Alert after my husband passed away and I was living alone. I got Life Alert after I started having trouble with my balance. Once I fell to the floor because of my bad knee and hip- there was no way I could get up by myself. The people working at Life Alert are so kind and so helpful. I never feel alone because I know I can push my button and the people at Life Alert are there every time.

My husband fell and hurt his back. After a few days he woke up in the middle of the night in terrible pain. We decided to push the button on my Life Alert box and get help for him. The person who he spoke to was very nice and stayed on the box with him until an ambulance arrived. Also, they contacted everyone on my list.

I fell on my birthday at the door inside my apartment. I was not hurt but had bruises on my left knee. I used the Life Alert button and help came to me, got me to my feet and checked me over.

My mom had a fall alone in her home. She always wears her Life Alert button necklace and was able to access Life Alert by the button. They summoned the help she needed to be safely taken to the hospital. This is the third or fourth them that Life Alert has come to the rescue for my mother.

I fell head first in my living room carpet, I felt my head start to swell up and I called Life Alert, she answered right away and told me help is on its way- made me feel safe knowing help was coming. She also called my family, was so happy to see them. Thank you.

I was bathing and I slipped on some water and fell. I called Life Alert and EMS came immediately. I was cold and naked. They came in my back door and got me up. They so carefully checked me over and dressed me. No better help has ever been mine. They were wonderful.

My mother has experienced a stroke when my sister arrived after receiving her call, which was garbled. My sister pressed the button and Life Alert immediately answered. I was having a stroke at home- couldn’t talk at all- pressed my Life Alert button and got an answer immediately. I could only mumble. But the Life Alert woman knew I needed help. In minutes the ambulance was here and my contact people were called. And Life Alert called my contact folks to check up on me later. I’ve had two other episodes that were impressive also. I am very confident and take my Life Alert everywhere.

My mother (94 years old) was unable to get up from her bed because of hip pain. Had to use her Life Alert. EMS was there in a matter of minutes. Everyone was very helpful.

My father slid out of his lift chair as it was lifting him up. He fell on his right hip and broke it. My mom and his sitter could not lift him so momma hit the Life Alert pendant for help. I had terrific chills- even my toes were shaking. I pushed my Life Alert button and they were here in five to eight minutes. It was such a great relief for me when EMS came and immediately they were checking me out and felt I should go to an emergency room - which we did; and Thank God because everything they did was right!

Last month I had a severe bout with heartburn in my upper chest. I pushed my Life Alert pendant at 1:00 AM on a Sunday morning and the person I spoke with was very concerned and calming, and told me they would stay on the main unit till the EMS arrived. I appreciated their caring as I live alone. They eased my worry.

I lost my balance on the front porch. I had a visiting angel over who came to help me with laundry, shopping, taking a wash. I thought my friend had called me as she was putting garbage and recycles out. She did not call me. I went out on the front porch and lost my balance. Fell on my back and hit my head. My friend pressed the Life Alert button. Paramedics were at my house in ten minutes. They were wonderful. So was Life Alert and my friend.

My mother has fallen multiple times and Life Alert made it possible for her to get help. She would not have been able to be home alone without this service.

When my client alerts Life Alert the staff is always very nice and professional. My client is non-verbal with gait/cerebral palsy and often falls. Life Alert has helped many times with dispatching appropriate first responders. Thank you, Life Alert staff!

I fell backwards in my driveway and hit my head hard on the driveway (black top) and couldn’t get up. I pushed my Life Alert and the rescue squad was here within minutes and took me to the hospital. It was such a relief to be taken care of so quickly!

On 11-7-2019, I was so sick and my stomach hurt so bad , I thought I was going to pass out, it all came on sudden so I called Life Alert and they stayed on the system until the EMS came, EMS told Life Alert they were here. The EMS took over and got me to the hospital. All in all they saved my life. I was in the hospital for 4 days.

Our loved one suffered a stroke and first responders were there within fifteen minutes. We were thankful for Life Alert!

I fell in my home and was unable to get up. Life Alert responded to my call, and an ambulance with help arrived within a few minutes.

My husband was having trouble breathing and we pushed the [Life Alert] button and got help very quick. We are very pleased with Life Alert.

I fell in the bedroom (slid off a chair) and could not get up even with husband’s help, because of back pains and shoulder problems, and other things, called Life Alert , and four firemen soon were at the house and helped me get up and back into bed.

Life Alert is wonderful. My gran bumps her Life Alert button on her necklace and she gets worried, but they are so kind and tell her its fine! Also they always stay on the line with her when the ambulance is on the way.

Soon after I got Life Alert on a Sunday afternoon, I slipped and fell two times. EMS quickly came to help me up and wanted to know if I needed to go to the hospital. I know that they would come if I needed them, that’s a wonderful thing when you are living by yourself for the first time in 89 years.

My grandmother fell while at my mother’s home and my mother used Life Alert to assist with getting my grandmother to the hospital- she fell and broke her hip. Well worth the money and peace of mind.

If I did not have Life Alert with me, I would not know what would have happened. Thank god for Life Alert.

I lost my balance and fell and I could not get up. I was not injured, but due to arthritis, I am unable to get up from the floor. I pushed my button and quickly received an answer. I live alone, but could not without the Life Alert service.

My mom dropped the TV remote and leaned over to pick it up. She slipped off the chair in the living room. I had to call Life Alert because I cannot lift her. She wasn’t hurt.

I was in bed. It was close to 2 AM. I tried to get up but could not. I punched the Life Alert button and a lady, very courteous, came on line and asked if I was where I could not get up. I told her yes. The ambulance and EMS staff came and took me to hospital. I was so pleased with your help.

Wife fell out of bed. I was unable to get her up by myself. I pushed the button on my Life Alert monitor-quick response- from Life Alert. Rescue was here in about ten minutes.

Life Alert responded quickly with help getting my husband off the floor, and called later even to see how he was doing.

Life Alert responded quickly and dispatched paramedics quickly- kept family informed- stayed on line until complete- very efficient and friendly- cared about my wellbeing.

They were very helpful bringing my wife to the hospital and we were very lucky to have Life Alert. We don’t have a lot of friend or relatives, but I would recommend it to people, it’s worthwhile having it.

My sister fell coming out of the bathroom and couldn’t get up herself or with my help. Called Life Alert and they called the EMT’s. Help came within ten minutes. Life Alert was able to tell them all about her medical conditions and medicine she takes.

1st: She was unconscious on the toilet - no response. I hit Life Alert and they sent ambulance. They stayed on line until help arrived. 2nd: Her blood pressure was bottoming out and she collapsed. She broke her leg on the fall. Called Life Alert by wrist alert and they called ambulance and stayed on phone until they arrived. Very pleased with Life Alert.

I was in severe back pain. Life Alert called an ambulance for me and stayed on the line until it came. To have someone to talk to when you’re hurting is worth more than words can say.

My husband and I have used the services supplied by Life Alert. We are pleased with the help given. The suppliers were fast to the job, were friendly, and they were competent. We are very pleased!

Twice I’ve inadvertently pressed the Life Alert button on my wrist and twice they have sent me an ambulance which I’ve had to send away. After I called Life Alert to apologize and to thank them, they were very kind. I had to thank them because their prompt action made me feel safe and that should this had been a real emergency, I would have had backup.

Life Alert was helpful, my dad had two incidences where your services were necessary. Life Alert responded with the needed transport promptly. They waited with us (over their machine) until help arrived. Thank you so much.

I fell two different times and needed help. Both experiences were positive. Since I live in my own home, I find Life Alert to be a great comfort.

I had several falls and the EMTs were there quickly. The Life Alert person stayed with me until the EMT came and kept checking with them. Fortunately I was not hurt in any of the falls.

The Life Alert operator was courteous and stayed on the line to make sure I was alright.

Two falls within fifteen hours. Pressed Life Alert button and they called EMS, stayed with us and followed up that day and next. Absolutely wonderful service for anyone with disability or lives alone.

In June I had a bad fall, which needed hospital treatment. Since I live alone (I am 94 years old) I pressed my Life Alert and in no time the ambulance arrived! In mid-October I had a stroke, and was able to call Life Alert- and as always they answered immediately and I was taken care of. Thank you!

My mother fell out of bed, could not get off the floor and no one was home to assist her. She pressed her Life Alert pendant and Life Alert called EMS and my neighbors and me. My mom was helped quickly and was OK as a result.

Early in the morning I was going to get up out of my lift chair when I just slid out and planted myself on the floor. I couldn’t get up and my husband couldn’t lift me so we decided to use my Life Alert. It worked beautifully, promptly, the operator was very helpful and an ambulance crew was here within a few minutes to help us.

After closing the front door, I turned, using the walker, but my left leg gave way. Had my Life Alert pendant on and within ten to fifteen minutes the EMT’s were here. They picked me up, took me to the bedroom, and saw that I was OK. Very nice attendants!

My mother’s blood pressure was very low. We contacted Life Alert and an ambulance was dispatched quickly. The five EMR’s who reported to the scene were courteous and knowledgeable and took great care of my mother. Life Alert spoke with the EMR’s to ensure my mother was being cared for.

I was suddenly very ill - vomiting - called Life Alert. They kept me on the line until the ambulance arrived. I had to have emergency surgery that saved my life. Would not have survived the night without Life Alert - which I highly recommend.

I left to go out of town and my mother decided to boil eggs for breakfast. She then went to sit outside while leaving the stove on. Life Alert was alerted to the smoke in the house and called the fire dept. Life Alert then called me.

My husband woke up during the night experiencing increased breathing difficulty. We pressed the button on our Life Alert pendant and they immediately responded, called medical responders and kept reassuring us that help was on the way. Life Alert stayed on the line until the situation was resolved. We’ve only had Life Alert a few months but needed help several times already. We’re so grateful for this security.

Our father had fallen in the bathroom while trying to transfer from the wheelchair to the toilet. He was unable to recover, as a result he needed assistance. At the time, he was home alone. Had it not been for Life Alert’s services, he would not have been discovered and assisted for quite some time. Thank you and God bless you all.

I fell in my bathroom about 10:30 PM. Was incapacitated but called on my Life Alert button. Response was quick and stayed on until emergency response came in a locked window- I had a broken rib and punctured lung….it give me comfort as it never needs charging… I’ve had my system three years since my husband passed and it saved me that night. Thank you. My peace of mind is worth the price and my husband would be happy.

My helper was here. Gave me a shower. Got out the shower. Got my toe tangled in a towel. Helper was very impressed by the courtesy of the dispatcher. She thought you had left the line. She could not believe that you were still on the line until help arrived. She was impressed.

I have a small brand cell phone. I only use very little. I give my number to no one except for family, I use it at night for time. It rang at 12:47 AM on 10-13-2019 at 12:47 AM. I asked caller what they wanted and he said, “I am on your porch”, I did not know who he was. I punched my Life Alert button and they called the police for me and stayed on line until they knew I was safe. Thank god for my Life Alert button. I feel much safer as I live alone.

My husband was working on a project and got engrossed- was sitting in his rolling walker and got too close to the edge of seat and the walker tipped over, taking him with it. He received two pretty serious skin tears on his arm and we called Life Alert. EMS came quickly, assessed the situation- determined no breaks, dressed his wound and took him to the ER to be checked out. He was treated and was returned home. Thankfully no bones cracked or broken. We were thankful for Life Alert!

I fell in the bathroom- pushed the Life Alert button- help came very quickly and took me to the hospital emergency room. I would recommend this service to another friend.

I’m an 84 year old female who lives alone. While my daughter takes care of me, there are times I’m alone and this last episode, I got lightheaded and fell down. Pushed my Life Alert button and got a quick response. Dispatcher responded and I asked for help and paramedics checked out and all was good.

My mother was at the front door attempting to pick up a piece of mail from the floor. She went to turn around and she lost her balance. Life Alert allowed her to push the button and alert someone that she fell. Also allows family to be contacted immediately.
