I had fallen and no one was available to pick me up, so I called Life Alert. They were here in 5 minutes and picked me up. Fortunately, I had not hurt myself.

I pushed the Life Alert button for help because my blood pressure was rising and the doctor told me to go to the emergency room. Paramedics arrived soon and took me by ambulance to the emergency room.

I fell in my bathroom and Life Alert contacted the fire department. They came and helped me up. Life Alert was very prompt.

Mom fell and pushed her Life Alert button. Paramedics responded. Life Alert called family members to inform them.

I called Life Alert -- could not catch my breath. Ambulance arrived promptly, off to ER. The 2 EMT’s were very efficient and caring.

My mom was alone and had pain in her arm. She called Life Alert -- they dispatched 911 immediately. They stayed on the line until help was there. They notified me even though I was in Ireland. Very thorough.

I was in severe pain and could not get from my chair. Life Alert staff called an ambulance that took me to the ER where it was determined that I had an inflamed kidney.

My sister has Life Alert. It gives me peace of mind. She fell in the yard and used the pendant. They sent help right away, then called me. They were great.

My mother fell going to the bathroom and hit her head on the end of the TV table, resulting in a scalp laceration. Client, my wife, fell at 1:15am to 1:30am in the bathroom and my bed is at the opposite end of our home. Thankfully, she used the button around her neck and alerted Life Alert. I’m active and fall a lot so I am wearing Life Alert at home! I live alone (widow). I have had Life Alert for about 8 years or more! A Christmas gift from my son.
