I fell down in my kitchen and could not get up. From the instant I activated my Life Alert to the time EMT’s left was only eighteen minutes! I am so very impressed with my Life Alert and the prompt, caring service you provide. I am more than happy that I have my Life Alert! It is certainly worth every penny! Thank you for your wonderful staff and service.

Putting clothes in the washing machine, lost my balance, slid to the floor. Needed help to get up because I have a bad hip. Life alert dispatch stayed on the phone until help arrived, Dispatch contacted both of my children.

I fell and couldn’t get up. I pushed the Life Alert neck button. Within seconds someone was there. Within minutes the ambulance was here. Life Alert stayed with me until everything was okay. I am very satisfied with Life Alert. I wouldn’t give it up. Thank you.

I fell in my home, fell back and hit my head which cut my head. I could sit up, but NOT GET UP. I pushed my Life Alert button. In a short time- six firemen broke down my door to get in. Life Alert also notified my three adult children. My son lives and works in OC. Daughter lives in another county- forty minutes away. BUT other daughter, who lives two blocks away, came here quickly. Just knowing that Life Alert is available, makes me more relaxed and confident.

I fell on my cement porch and tried to get up- to no avail! I pressed my Life Alert wrist button and got an answer in a minute or two. I knew it was bad and I would not use the left foot at all. I had help in a short while and went to the hospital and found that I had broken a metatarsal bone on my foot. I still am not able to use it fully but am doing fine. If not for Life Alert I would have waited longer for help.

I work in a private residence as a nurse. The gentleman that I care for fell in the shower. Life Alert button was on shower door, easily accessible. They called the police/ fire dept. for me and kept in contact with us until help arrived.

On this night, I was feeling ill, my BP was 220/160. I was very frightened. Then I started shaking- it got much worse. So I pushed my Life Alert button. Promptly I got a response on my alert base- Very concerned person and soon help was here- all went well- I was very pleased.

Patient had fallen in the bathroom. He was not hurt, but wasn’t able to get up. The Life Alert person was helpful to him with encouragement and by calling the local medical response team from the fire department. We appreciate Life Alert’s calm presence and help.

I fell throwing some garbage away. No trees, etc. to pull myself up, crawled to my shrub, nothing strong enough to help me. I started praying and then remembered my Life Alert, pressed it, and sure enough, my son and the EMT’s came!! Happy I’m never without it.

I lost my balance while squatting down and couldn’t get up. I pressed my Life Alert and the firemen took me to the hospital. There they found I had a bladder infection and put me on antibiotics. My Life Alert was a real blessing!

Homeowner, who walks with a walker, tripped and fell. She pushed her Life Alert button and there was an immediate response. EMTs came right away, very helpful. Life Alert representative remained on line, constant contact, until released by EMT.

I fell in my backyard. I pushed my Life Alert button and was immediately connected to a member of your Life Alert staff. In about fifteen minutes, an ambulance arrived and two EMS people helped me get up. I appreciated the prompt service that I received.

I fell twice and couldn’t get up. The paramedics came and assisted me. They were courteous and respectful. I am grateful for the services you provide and would always recommend Life Alert.

I have had occasion to use Life Alert several times in the last two and a half weeks. They were all very courteous and helpful and efficient. I couldn’t ask for better treatment.

I was outside watering my garden and I lost my footing, tangled in the hose, I fell. Pushed my [Life Alert] device and the rescuers came. Thank God I was OK. Response was quick. You called my daughters- they came right away. Thank you for your service.

Fell, could not get up due to knee replacement years ago. Pressed the alert button and from that point, all was excellent. First aid squad arrived, got patient up, all was well, responders were terrific, compassionate, friendly, etc.

Patient fell in bedroom. He managed to get himself in bed which was about 9:00. He woke up around 1:00 hurting in the hip area where he had broken his hip in April. We called Life Alert, someone stayed on the line until the ambulance got there. I did not check the time.

I fell, couldn’t get up. I used my button for Life Alert. EMS came promptly and got me up. This is a much needed service, especially for the elderly. I would not want to be without it.

Patient took his lift chair upstairs. When it got to the top, he realized he didn’t have his cane. He got up and moved to get the cane, lying on the floor at his feet at the top of the stairs. He hollered for me and I came finding him lying on the stairs, face down and body followed. I did not waste time. I pushed the button for Life Alert. Keeping in touch with two responders, got [patient] up and on his feet. Thank God. Everyone had a job and they did it. He was banged up some, but not serious.

I was helping my husband with his shoes. All at once my legs went numb and I fell on the floor, face down. I couldn’t move and my husband (age 91) couldn’t help me. I had to call [Life Alert] for help. They responded very quickly. They were so careful and helpful to me. Thank God for their help!

I am 84 and have had both knees replaced. If I fall, I can’t get up. I use a cane always so I’ll be more stable. I bent over to pick something up and lost my balance. I fell and just couldn’t get up. I was surprised in how quickly EMS came, and my daughter had called. I’m so thankful I had Life Alert because I couldn’t have gotten to the phone to call for help.

When I called Life Alert the person on the other end of the phone was very helpful. Aid came to me as soon as he or she said it would. I’m very pleased with the response I received. I tell all my friends and family how helpful they were. I would recommend Life Alert to anyone.

On May 14, 2020, I started to get off my bed and slipped down onto the floor where I was unable to get up. I am 93 years old and in good health for my age, but I was caught in a tight spot. Twice Life Alert has been a tremendous help to me. Shortly after hip replacement surgery, my apartment caught on fire! The dispatcher asked my emergency so I was screaming, “My house is on fire.” He very calmly asked me, “Can you get out?” His voice was so soothing and calm that I calmed down and escaped! The most recent emergency I actually had fallen and couldn’t get up. And again the dispatcher calmed me. The paramedics were here within ten minutes.

My mom fell (three times in two weeks). The paramedics were called to help her. They were prompt and courteous. Life Alert person followed up with us. We are very grateful to have this service.

I live alone and have many health problems and am so glad to have Life Alert to help me in an emergency. It is comforting to know that help is available when I need it. I would be lost without it. Everyone is so helpful and courteous, and really appreciated. Thank you!!

We pressed the Life Alert button and in a few seconds a voice came on and said they are getting help! Then a real person’s voice came on and was quick and helpful. Two different ambulances arrived! I fell and was unable to get up- do not have hands that work so not able to get myself up- I don’t know what I would have done without Life Alert. They are not only helpful but kind and thorough.

I fell in the bathroom in the very early hours of the morning. Life Alert responded immediately and help came quickly. Luckily I was not in any danger.

First incident the paramedics came promptly and were very respectful. The second incident, no need for paramedics but the staff was courteous and helpful. I am very pleased with Life Alert and confident in their help.

I called Life Alert because of shortness of breath and they arrived, called the medics, and took me to the hospital. They thought I had COVID 19 and I was quarantined for two weeks. After ten days, I was having shortness of breath and at four in the morning, Life alert again called the medics. At that time they had testing and I had walking pneumonia, not COVID. I’m very grateful!

I got out of my car and stepped on an object in my driveway…. I lost my balance and fell against my car and was unable to get up. I did not get hurt. I pushed my Life Alert button. Life Alert responded right away and sent first responders to help me up.

A few years back I received an atrial valve implant. Since then, I’ve been more comfortable sleeping in my recliner which is in the living room. There was recently an incident which frightened me so much! At 2:30 AM, I heard someone walking across my front porch and then the prowler turned my doorknob two different times. I pressed my “Life Alert’ button and immediately received help from the police, and “Life Alert” scared off intruder.

Mom was walking with her caregiver and got dizzy and disoriented. Life Alert was called. Paramedics came. Life Alert contacted my sister and me to inform us about what was happening and kept us appraised. No transport was needed. Life Alert then contacted us again to let us know that she was fine and nothing else was needed.

I fell out of bed and couldn’t get up. I pressed my Life Alert button and was able to have the paramedics here in no time! I am home after a short stay in the hospital. Couldn’t have done it without Life Alert.

My mom fell in the bathroom and pushed her Life Alert button. Help arrived within a few minutes and got her off the floor. I received a phone call from Life Alert almost immediately!! The appropriate help was called to help her.

For some reason, I blacked out and fell backwards. When I came to, I was bleeding as I had cut quite a gash on the side of my head, and I was bleeding and couldn’t get up as I’ve got two bad knees. Luckily, I was wearing my Life Alert pendant and they answered my call quickly, notified my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter and off to the hospital. Had several staples to close the cut and many x-rays. I am so grateful that I have Life Alert!!

My Life Alert was a gift from a special friend. When I fell in my kitchen, I could not move because of my injury. Life Alert responded immediately when I pushed the pendant. Someone remained on the line and talked to me. At the same time family was called and also EMT arrived quickly. I live alone. Life Alert has enabled me to be independent.

I had very severe pain in my mid-lower chest and upper abdomen. It would not let up, so I called Life Alert. They responded within a few seconds and called for an ambulance and took me to the hospital. They immediately examined and treated me. The pain lasted for several hours before I had relief with the medication. It was esophageal reflux disease. Very happy with the response and care.

Mother’s day I fell in the shower and I needed immediate help. Bless Life Alert. They were almost there before I hung up the phone!!

I fell in my driveway after returning from the hospital for a broken foot and ankle. I was on crutches and lost my balance. I had my GPS device and pressed the Life Alert button. I got a fast response and the rescue squad was promptly there and got me into the house. They even moved some furniture so I could get about even easier! That was above and beyond. Through the whole event the Life Alert person stayed on the phone with me with encouraging words until I was safe inside. Thank you!!

I was unable to walk due to tremors. My arms would not support me. The speed in which I got help from [Life Alert] was incredible, I tell everyone to get a Life Alert.

I was entering the back door and tripped on the entry way. Fell forward and hit my face on the floor, got a gash on my right eye, on the bone below eyebrow. Was bleeding quite a bit. I have had my husband fall several times- many falls over the last two months and Life Alert was wonderful, caring, concerned and professional. They stayed on the line until help arrives. I would definitely refer people and recommend Life Alert to anyone!

Had a gas leak. Life Alert called the fire department and stayed with me until the problem was fixed. I can’t thank Life Alert enough.

Was falling and not competent enough to call for help but thankfully had my Life Alert necklace on, and they saved the day several times. They called my daughter and just beat her to me. So thankful, they were all very nice people, so appreciate them very much!

This time a dog jumped up and pushed me over. I fell backward and had a cut across the back of my head. As you would know, the head bleeds hard- and I am on a blood thinner! I called for help- as did a neighbor. My attendant on my “Life Alert” remained calm and helped me cope with the neighbor’s hysteria.

Patient fell in the shower and pressed the Life Alert button on the wall. I did not know of his problem until hearing the Life Alert speaker- The local EMT’s arrived promptly and helped get him up- All was okay and handled well.

The two times recently that I needed to use my Life Alert, they were very helpful and understanding. Both young ladies were so kind and made me feel less anxiety while the ambulance came. They were so helpful and professional, even though the emergency was anxiety over severe pain, which was not life threatening.

I fell and banged my head on a metal file cabinet-my head was bleeding a lot. Before I passed out. I was able to press the Life Alert button. I woke up the hospital.

My mother fell twice in the last month. After signaling Life Alert, they stayed on the line till the medics had her ready to transport with all her medical info and med info. Our home was without power for five days and no phone land lines. Life Alert contacted my mother and I via cell phone at least three times wanting to know if we were without power.

Life Alert called the fire department. They were here in fifteen minutes to help pick my mom off the floor- no further assistance needed. Thank you for the help!

Two recent (last four months or so) injuries: 1) Fell- gashed lower right leg above ankle; 2) Picture frame (metal) fell against leg- cuts. Life Alert staff very attentive, courteous and helpful. Very good.

Life Alert came on and I told them I was having trouble breathing and could not stop vomiting. The lady on the Life Alert stayed with me assuring me that help was on the way and kept talking to me till the ambulance came. I am very grateful for her concern and care over the phone.

I was at my sewing machine, sewing. For years I always sat on a piano stool at my machine. Well, the piano stool finally broke, with me on it, and I took a very hard fall. This was the first time I called Life Alert. The girls that came were very helpful, courteous, and very encouraging.

Approx 1-1:30 AM, my husband fell trying to get into the bathroom with his walker. I could not get him up myself. After I called [Life Alert], five EMT’s showed up at our door. After getting him up and back to bed, they made sure he had no serious injuries (just a badly skinned elbow). Life Alert stayed on the unit with me until they arrived.

I had a near destruction of my home. Smoke alarm went off and my home was filled with smoke. I set off Life Alert. Explained situation and my heater was bright red due to overheating. She told me get out of house. Firemen arrived quickly, checked to see if I was alright. Cleared house of smoke. Checked heater and turned off thermostat. Thank you X5.

Sunday morning- I was ready to step out if my house to go to church- when I tripped over my own feet and ended up on the floor. I needed help, so I pushed my “ Life Alert button” and short after- help arrived. A short trip to the hospital and I was declared- OK (blood thinner). Two small cuts on my forehead and a blue mark reminded me of the scare. Thank you, Life Alert!!

I had developed very painful inflammation on my sciatic nerve and was unable to move in my bed because of spasms. Since I live alone, I knew I needed help, this was at 2:30 AM and I used my Life Alert pendant button for the first time since I have had the service. Everything went just as described. My family and two neighbors were called, the paramedics found the lockbox key. All the while, Life Alert stayed with me, reassuring me.

My daughter found me passed out- She pressed my Life Alert button. Someone helped her immediately and summoned the paramedics. They were here almost right away and I was taken to the hospital. Thank you, Life Alert.

Fell and was unable to get up. Called Life Alert and they arranged to have first responders and fire department come to our home. They assisted in helping me up. They were all courteous and helpful. Life Alert was very helpful and also courteous.

I fell in my living room and was unable to get back up on my feet. I used my Life Alert button and the operator contacted my local fire dept., who sent help within five minutes. The operator was very calm and reassuring, and stayed on the line with me until the firemen had me up on my feet and had ascertained that I was not injured. Although I was embarrassed at not being able to get up on my own, I was, and am, very grateful to the Life Alert operator and the fire dept.

I had the flu which caused an asthma attack. My husband was sleeping. I started wheezing and became increasingly S.O.B., I couldn’t call EMS. I was so frightened. I pushed my Life Alert button. When the Life Alert operator asked if I needed help, I couldn’t speak above a whisper. The Life Alert operator responded right away, “I’m sending help.” Approximately ten paramedics and ambulance were here. P.S., my inhaler had expired! I feel Life Alert saved my life!

We have had to use Life Alert twice. Both times involved ambulances and a hospital stay. We both are very happy with the security Life Alert gives us!

Life Alert called first responders several times for my father’s severe nosebleeds. This led to a diagnosis that my father required a pacemaker. Without Life Alert, I do not know that my father’s condition would have been diagnosed. Thank you.

After I pushed my Life Alert pendant, the response from Life Alert was prompt and courteous. When I told her my emergency, she stayed on the phone with me until the paramedics arrived. She called my contacts. I was very pleased with the response during my emergency.

My mother fell and she pushed her Life Alert, and they notified next of kin and we took it from there. Hospitalization wasn’t necessary. She has had Life Alert for years and has had to utilize them many times. Thank you, Life Alert!!

Minor falls many times a month. Life Alert always calls everyone listed to let us know that the fire dept. has been dispatched and they always call back to inform of the current status.

When I arrived at my mom’s house, I found her laying on the floor of the kitchen. She was alert but I couldn’t get her up and I was leery to try because I didn’t know if she had hurt anything. We decided to call Life Alert for help. There was an immediate response and the ambulance was there in 10 minutes. The Life Alert person stayed on the call until help came! Thank you very much!

Within the last roughly three months, I’ve had occasion to call for assistance from Life Alert in an emergency situation at least three times, and each time Life Alert’s response was swift, professional, and concerned. They were exemplary.

I had stomach pains and shortness of breath, which turned out to be my gallbladder which was removed. As always, Life Alert helped me stay calm until the EMT’s arrived. I was taken to the hospital of my choice.

I fell getting out of bed during the night and had a slight breathing problem. I live alone and thought I should go to a hospital. I called Life Alert and told them my problem and an ambulance arrived very shortly. They were very attentive and also very good. This was the first emergency I had with Life Alert and it was worth everything!

I’m 94 years old and I was vomiting so bad. I’m thankful every day for “Life Alert”. Thank you ever so much. God bless and stay safe. God will get us through this virus.

My mom fell and was unable to reach her home phone or her cell phone. She knew something was wrong with her legs. She had her lanyard on and pushed the button. Life Alert called EMS and then me, her daughter. I beat the ambulance to her house and was able to let them in. I had just checked on her earlier in the day so she would have laid there probably for at least 24 hours before I checked again.

I called Life Alert because I was having trouble breathing. The paramedics were knocking on my door, and before I knew it, they transported me to the hospital of my choice.

My first fall I hurt and cut my right arm, six inches, and hurt and broke two ribs. About a week later I fell in my kitchen. I hurt my knee and ribs again, had a lot of black and blue. I am feeling better every day. I am very glad I have my Life Alert.

My mother, still celebrating her 90th birthday of 2/27/2020, drank a bit too much wine- lost her balance and fell. She had her Life Alert necklace and pushed the button for help. The EMS operator and Life Alert both called me to go over and let them in to lift assist.

I had one of those freak falls. Was quite shaken up and still suffering from the severe bruises. Life Alert was right here to assist me. I appreciate their rapid response and ready to assist me.

My mother-in-law fell on January 15, 2020, in the home and dislocated her shoulder. She was home alone and activated her Life Alert, you sent out a medical response team who rushed her to ER. Thank you, thank you to the Life Alert staff who made this happen.

I was on my wheelchair in the master bathroom and forgot to lock it and slid onto the floor. I could not get up, so I pressed Life Alert button and the firemen came and got me up from the floor. Life Alert also contacted my daughter-in-law who also came to help. Life Alert was very helpful.

My husband fell in the bathroom and was unable to get up. I could not help him get up because he is overweight, over 300 lbs. I called Life Alert and they came out and helped him get up and back to his recliner in the living room. I don’t know what we would have do without them. He has fell before and they have always been there for us and sent help.

My husband could not get out of his bed and pressed the button for Life Alert, and EMS took him to the hospital. Also, previously he fell in the house and called Life Alert. EMS arrived and raised him up and put him in his wheelchair. Both times they were courteous and very helpful.

My mother fell during the night while she was alone. She used her [Life Alert] button and EMT support was sent to the house. They entered using Life Alert info and when my daughter arrived, she was already up and fine. They checked her vitals, blood sugar, etc. And determined she would be fine in my daughter’s care. Thank you!!

A few weeks ago I woke up about 2:30 AM having a hard time breathing- I pressed Life Alert and they came on- I told the operator my problem and he called EMS - then stayed on the phone with me until EMS arrived- He was very courteous and helpful. He stayed on the phone and talked with EMS until they took me to the ambulance.

I passed out and fell in the hallway. Then when I came out of it, pushed my Life Alert and got immediate response. It is my security and they called the appropriate family members and rescue- Thanks!!

After I pushed the Life Alert button a gentleman came on and asked what the problem was and said he would send help. He stayed on the phone with me until EMS arrived and made sure I was OK.

I had been having excruciating pain in my left knee. After seeing the dr., she gave me a shot in my knee. She said to take it easy for two or three days. The first morning after, I decided I could do laundry OK. It exhausted me, I will be 90 in July. I fixed a cup of coffee and water, put it on my rollator walker. I fell in the living room - on hardwood floor. I pushed my Life Alert button. I knew I couldn’t get up. I wasn’t hurt as it turned out. I am thankful.

I had fallen and I couldn’t get up after struggling for thirty minutes. I used Life Alert and they responded right away. And they were very kind and understanding.

I contacted Life Alert (for the first time) in an emergency when I suffered a heart attack and EMS promptly arrived to take me to the hospital. Then February 14th (this year) I developed a very bad cough and virus and I was feeling very sick so I called Life Alert and they responded quickly and EMS took me to the hospital! It was not the coronavirus yet!

Life Alert saved my life! I made a huge mistake with my medication. I took morning Monday meds and then I forgot and took Tuesday in the morning. My friend was with me later and she was concerned about how I looked and sounded. I used Life Alert around my neck. Had an immediate response, and they notified the ambulance.

I was awaken several times between 10 and 2 AM with severe pain in my back. I called Life Alert not knowing what was going on. They respond immediately, so did EVAC. They took my BP, blood sugar, both was very high, and an EKG. Since my BP was so high, EMS suggested I go to the emergency room for further evaluation. I’m glad I have this service.

I fell in the bathroom (on the floor) – Thank God for Life Alert. EMS got me up (no trouble) and walked me to my chair- and Life Alert even called me back- to make sure I was OK. How very thoughtful.

Upon coming up from the cellar, I could not go from the stair to the 1st floor so I sat down so that I would not fall. Neither my neighbor nor myself could get me on my feet, so I notified Life Alert. The response was within five minutes (fire and medical) and successful. What was most appreciated was Life Alert’s personnel stayed with me through out. The person’s voice was reassuring and comforting.

The Life Alert response was very quick and I felt very at ease knowing they would respond quickly. I feel very comfortable with my Life Alert around my neck! The phone calls to my family are very quick and secure!

My mother-in-law fell recently and broke her hip. The Life Alert operator was wonderful. They not only kept her calm, but kept me calm and focused.

I fell and hit my head on the corner of the end table. I also hit the bridge of my nose and almost hit my eye somehow. I was bleeding (I am on blood thinner) and couldn’t figure out the extent on my injury, so I pushed my Life Alert button. EMS arrived in good time- decided I needed to have CAT scan, due to head injury.

I reached to far for something on a dining room chair, lost my balance and fell to the floor. Being unable to get up on my own, I used my Life Alert pendant to call for help. All of the Life Alert people were friendly, helpful and nonjudgmental. Also- they listen to the person in need of help. I am 81 years old, I’ve had my share of medical people, ER who ignore older people and only talk to their children. Having people interact with me is as it should be, and a real relief.

Was having chest and back pain. Pain down my left arm. I took all the necessary steps before calling Life Alert. They were very courteous and helpful. They stayed with us all the way until the ambulance arrived.

My mom fell and fractured her shoulder while alone at home. Life Alert sent help immediately and kept our family informed of each step being taken to get her to the hospital.

Somehow I fell in the kitchen (don’t know how it happened), face badly cut, needed 15 stitches, could not get up from floor. Pushed the Life Alert “button”, telephone rang, could not answer, fire dept. came, picked me up, took me to hospital (this was Sunday 9:00 AM). If I did not have the “button”- I would not have been found until next day at 9:00 AM when a helper was due to come.

My husband was having a severe nose bleed. I was trying to help him. I fell and was unable to get up. He called Life Alert and the response was good. Medical care came quickly and the responders were helpful.

Life Alert was very helpful and friendly, really know what they are doing. When I called, the operator was reassuring, talked me through it until the help came. Life Alert is a god send!

I woke up in the early morning of Feb 28 and was unable to breathe. I activated my Life Alert pendant and told the lady my problem, to which she replied, “Help is on the way.” Five wonderful words. Within a very few minutes, an ambulance arrived, took over and after giving me oxygen, transported me to the hospital.

My knee buckled and I fell backward on my back and hit my head and couldn’t get up. I pushed my Life Alert button and they called the ambulance. EMS arrived within what seemed like five minutes and Life Alert stayed on the phone until the ambulance arrived. I am so thankful I got Life Alert and would highly recommend it to my friends!

My client is unstable on her feet due to the entire right side of the body being paralyzed. Her gait often ends with a fall. Her Life Alert services have been life changing, adding peace of mind to not only her supportive living staff and program coordinators but HER as well! Thank you.

I had pain in my chest and the entire front body from neck to waist. Called Life Alert. The operator asked what was wrong. I said I thought it might be a heart attack- which it was. She stayed on the line and called a neighbor. EMS was here in about twenty minutes. We went to the Hospital. 2nd time I’ve used Life Alert! Nice to have!

I have nothing but praise for Life Alert. I have fallen many times. Life Alert has been right here when I pushed the button. I would recommend to anyone who needs one.

After I sat down for a while- I went to sleep- I got up and didn’t realize both my legs and both of my feet were asleep. When I stood up, I fell down- my right arm was bleeding. I was in my sixth week of recovery from a total hip replacement, when on my way back to my recliner from my kitchen I got dizzy. I fell into my chair, remembered the Life Alert button around my neck and pushed it. Instantly, someone was on the line, asked what my problem was and in ten to fifteen minutes had first responders at my door. It was decided that I had overworked myself so I remained home to rest.

My 87 year old dad absolutely loves Life Alert! He lives by himself and feels very secure. He falls and pushes the Life Alert button, and rescue is there in minutes. They call his daughter to let her know he is OK. He said he HIGHLY recommends it.

In the middle of the night, I fell in the bathroom. I could not get up! After struggling for a while, I knew I had to push the button on my Life Alert pendant. My machine, which is in the kitchen, had the operator answer but I couldn’t make her hear me. She called an ambulance and soon I was on my feet. I’m most grateful for Life Alert.

I have fallen several times, and every time I called Life Alert someone was at my side very quickly. Each responder treated me very courteously and respectfully. The person I spoke to on the machine was also very nice and caring. Thank you all very much.

fell in the snow and couldn’t move. No one heard me call for help. I pressed my Life Alert button several times. I was lying in the snow and it was still snowing and it was below freezing. I was very lucky my neighbor happened to be home that night, and about ten minutes later the paramedics showed up, I was taken to the hospital emergency. If no one had come I wouldn’t be here today.

I fell late at night in the bathroom. Life Alert answered my shower button and they called both of my sons to alert them and kept in contact with me. They checked in with my son who came to my house and alerted his brother that he was with me. Checked back fifteen minutes later to confirm that I was OK. They were great!

I was unable to walk- called Life Alert and they responded in a timely manner and EMS took me to the ER. Life Alert was very courteous and stayed with me until I was checked in at ER.

Life Alert arrived very quickly when I fell and pressed my button on my necklace, and offered to take me to the hospital. I did not think I needed to go to the hospital. I was very thankful I had subscribed to Life Alert only a short time before this happened and highly recommend their service.

I got sick in January 2020 and called Life Alert and they had help in fifteen minutes. I would recommend Life Alert to everyone. They will stay on the phone until help gets to you.

I woke up with a bloody nose that would not stop bleeding. I contacted Life Alert and they sent an ambulance to take me to the hospital. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. He stayed on the line the entire time until the ambulance arrived, and made me feel comfortable.

She had suffered a massive stroke.

I couldn’t breathe, so I called Life Alert. They responded very quickly, let me know what was happening at all times and that I had trouble breathing so ambulance crew walked in with oxygen-so helpful.
