I sincerely slid to the floor in the garage and attempted to use both hands to fill a small pail with kitty litter. I just lost my balance because I couldn’t hold onto something steady – I needed both hands to fill the pail. However – there was nothing to hold onto to pull myself up – so all that was needed was for the ambulance people to pull me up!

I had been experiencing falls, no injuries. A friend was staying with me at the time of this event and said, “Let’s use your Life Alert pendant.” So we did, and EMT were here in about 15 minutes. She had to let them in the gate. All went well. This led to having a key coded box installed at the gate. Emergency responders were notified of the box and code. It has been a great relief having the key box there.

At 3:30 a.m., I exited my bed to go to the bathroom located in the room next to my bedroom – and my legs failed to support me causing me to fall head-long into the corner door facing. Blood was gushing from the top of my head so I hit the floor. I immediately pushed the Life Alert button around my neck and help was on the way. Ambulance, EMTs, Hospital, 12-15 staples (not hospitalized). Staples now removed. Thanks to Life Alert system!

On Aug. 3, 2020. I pressed my Life Alert button to get an ambulance to get me to the hospital for a bladder infection and kidney stones. They were here fast and the person at Life Alert was very helpful. Thank you.

I fell and could not get up. Thank God I have Life Alert and you came to my rescue. Three men showed up a few minutes after I called and I was treated so nice. I feel so safe with Life Alert service. I live alone and don’t have anyone to help me.

My husband fell using his walker to get to the bathroom at 11:30 pm. He fell or blacked out, and went down very hard. He broke/fractured his hip. I hit the button in the shower and had a quick response and an ambulance was on the way.

I was in the back yard and I fell. I couldn’t get up and I did not have my phone to call for help. Thank God I had my Life Alert button. Life Alert sent help and the firemen helped me up after I yelled for them that I was in the backyard and to come through the gate.

I have fallen out of bed five times, out of a chair once, and on the kitchen floor once – and last of all – on the back porch. At no time do I recall any symptoms preceding fainting but I simply blacked out suddenly and woke up face down, unable to get up. I pressed my Life Alert each time and was rushed to the ER. Reasons for blacking out are not yet identified. Thank the Lord for the invention of your device!!

Promptly answered call and notified ambulance immediately. The operator stayed online with me and kept checking on the circumstances. When the ambulance arrived they confirmed their arrival. We have no complaints about Life Alert. Thankful we have it, thanks to our daughter.

My father became very confused and wouldn’t take his meds and thought we were trying to hurt him. He had a UTI that was severe. His doctor told us we needed to get him to the hospital. We called his Life Alert and they contacted the ambulance and police. Life Alert stayed online with us until they came.

I had a severe edema in both of my legs, which was very painful. About three am on July 23, I had dozed off in my chair. When I got up to go to bed, because of the pain, my left leg gave out and I fell with my walker. I pushed my Life Alert button. My phone was not by me at that time. When the phone rang, I couldn’t answer it. After about 20-25 minutes, the ambulance came. Thank God for Life Alert.

I fell in our drive. It was being replaced, it was rock and clay base ready for concrete. I caught my left foot and fell really hard, hitting my left shoulder and head and entire left side. My left shoulder was broken in two places and had to be entirely replaced. My left arm was badly bruised as well as my hips and legs. Fell in the bathroom. Used the Life Alert pendant. Even though I was a distance from the main unit, they were able to hear me and dispatched ambulance right away. Also notified both of my sons and one of them were here before they had me in the ambulance.

I have AFIB. I fell on my front sidewalk while watering my flower beds. I knew I would be unable to stand up on my own, so I used my Life Alert button. A staff member called my cell phone, asked about my emergency and contacted the local EMT’s to help me. He stayed on the phone with me until they arrived.

I fell down in my kitchen and could not get up. From the instant I activated my Life Alert to the time EMT’s left was only eighteen minutes! I am so very impressed with my Life Alert and the prompt, caring service you provide. I am more than happy that I have my Life Alert! It is certainly worth every penny!
