I was taking the trash out – my shoe got caught on the garbage can. I fell and broke my right wrist. My friend was just leaving and saw me fall. She pushed the pendant and Life Alert came to help me and take me to the hospital. Thank you Life Alert.

I fell at home on a kitchen rug. I couldn’t get up so I pushed my Life Alert button. Medics from our local hospital were here in no time! I was very pleased with the service.

I could not get up from my toilet so I had to call for help. So the police and rescue squad came to my aid. I did not know at the time that I was having trouble breathing until the recue noticed it. Having the Life Alert makes me feel safe.

Life Alert staff was very professional. They got to my home quickly and helped me up when I fell. They went above and beyond and helped hook my c-pap up before leaving.

Right leg went numb and I fell off front porch and onto sidewalk. No injuries! But couldn’t get up. Fire department arrived and stood me up. Very grateful for Life Alert.

I fell in my house about 2 weeks ago. I pressed the Life Alert button and after I got a dispatcher they called the fire department for me and they came very promptly. I am very thankful for the Life Alert service.

My husband fell on the bedroom carpet. Life Alert picked him up and sat him on the bed. They checked his vitals and asked him if he wanted to go to the hospital. They were wonderful. It is a tremendous service.

When one has health issues that could cause a fall or lose consciousness they should wear an alert system to get the help they need asap. Getting help in a timely manner is important to have a timely response. My wife fell about a year ago and if I had not been there she would have suffered for a much longer time with severe pain.

Patient slid off the couch to the floor and was unable to lift himself to get back up. First responders were here within minutes to assist him. There were no injuries involved. Responders were very professional in their care.

The gentlemen were helpful, very nice and very good. Thank you! I had fallen out of bed and I got tangled in my bedsheets. Without Life Alert I would be in a nursing home or some facility so I appreciate Life Alert!

My husband’s blood pressure got out of control. Life Alert had all his medication at and told paramedics as soon as they arrived. One thing I love is how prompt your dispatchers are and so very friendly and always polite! A+ for Life Alert.

I had a kidney stone. I was in a lot of pain. I pressed the Life Alert button and someone responded immediately. They were very courteous and professional. An ambulance arrived shortly after and I was taken to a hospital.

I was unable to identify my chest pain. Life Alert had help here in a timely manner. Since I have several serious health problems and live alone, Life Alert is essential to me.

There was the first time that I needed sudden assistance to get to the hospital ER. The Life Alert response was quick and the agent remained on the line until the ambulance staff took over and assured the Life Alert agent that they were here and covering my emergency.

At 6:00 pm, I was in my kitchen and tripped on a standing towel rack. I hit my head on the pantry door as I went down resulting in a large knot and could not get up. I pushed my neck pendant and Life Alert, knowing were my front door key was and who to contact, were here in minutes. I sat in a chair and it was decided I should go to the emergency room and get an MRI on my head and it turned out ok.

I fell in my kitchen and pressed my Life Alert button. There was an immediate response to my alert. Help arrived promptly and my two emergency contacts were notified. There were two responders who offered to transport me to the hospital. They checked me out and I told them, “Thank you, I’m fine and don’t need hospital care.” They waited for my daughter to arrive and then they left.

I have recommended Life Alert to two others who have signed up with you. After my first hip dislocation, lyed on the floor for seven hours before help came, and ended up in the hospital, and then two weeks of physical therapy and more at home. I called from the convalescent home to make arrangement to have Life Alert installed in my home when I was discharged. When my hip dislocated again at the AAA office, I had Life Alert.

I fell in the backyard. They Life Alert came immediately. I didn’t have the phone with me but they found me in the backyard and took care of me. They knew what to do, took me to the hospital. God bless them. Thank you to all of you.
