Day after I received “Life Alert” I was in terrible pain with neck pain that was new. I panicked and called and they were right there.

Life Alert is always excellent in getting help when I need it.

I tripped in my home and fractured my femur in 4 places. Life Alert responded very promptly and sent an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I thank Life Alert for being there.

We have had numerous falls and Life Alert have all been wonderful. The service provided was prompt and nice.

My mother fell while down in the cellar, could not get up! I am very pleased with Life Alert. My mother’s blood pressure was 238/121 and has had a stroke before. Life Alert called our fire department first which they were here in 3 minutes. The ambulance arrived 25 minutes later, but Life Alert and the paramedics stayed until we proceeded to the hospital, where she stayed for 4 days.

My dad experienced a syncope attack. Blood pressure was very low. Life Alert Dispatchers were very tactful and professional. He assured me that the paramedics were on their way. I am always at peace during a medical emergency with your monitoring service that is so good!

Life Alert has been great. The last time we used the service was during a power outage. This allowed me to be aware of what happened and to address the situation. If not for Life Alert, I would have not known that my mother’s power was out.

Called Life Alert for an accident. I thought I had a stroke, but it turned out to be a seizure. The ambulance came and they took me down in a gurney and proceeded to do my vitals and ask me questions. In a short time, I got to the hospital. Everyone was super nice and family was notified. They always give me personal care and comfort in a stressful situation.

Life Alert’s response was quick, operator communicated and reassured me constantly. Also interacted with first responders and EMT’s. Exceptional service.

I am getting up in years and live alone. Every day tasks are getting harder. I was trapped twice in the shower because the cleaning crew did not properly rehang the glass doors. Taking out the trash became an artic expedition and I was afraid of falling and no one to help me. I am much more confident as help is just a push away. If I fall then help will come.

We called Life Alert, they stayed on speaker with us until the Ambulance came. They were very helpful. When ambulance arrived, they filled in the EMT with all of her previous medical history. We were very impressed.

I fell outside near the street and could not get up. I braised my knee but no other injury. I yelled for help but no one could hear me. After about 15 minutes, I pushed the Life Alert button on my necklace. A neighbor finally came outside and helped me just as the fire department arrived. I’m very comforted to know I can depend on your help.
