Fell out of bed. Pushed the button and Life Alert responded immediately. They asked “what is your emergency?” and I said “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” (because it WAS what happened). EMT’s responded quickly and were very helpful.

Life Alert was comforting and called for emergency service to come assist with my problem and get me to the hospital.

Once I fell and couldn’t get up. Life Alert stayed on the line and stayed with me until they knew I was fine. I called Life Alert and they followed up until they knew everything was fine.

Having shortness of breath and A-Fib. It was difficult to stand or walk and having the [Life Alert] pendant was exactly what I needed to communicate with someone to get me the help I could not get on my own.
