Numbness in lower half of body, and then the horrific pain started. Life Alert responded to my screams of pain and “help.” It seemed they were with me so fast and relieved the pain and took me for help.

My mother (90-years-old) has used your service numerous times since we signed up a number of years ago and we are very pleased with it and the people that respond. She does tell people about how well the Life Alert system works.

I fell in our family room and did not have the grip to pull myself up. I’m 90 years old. Three helpers arrived very soon after the [Life Alert] call and offered help immediately. Very helpful. Most courteous. Brought my mail in for me. Such a wonderful feeling of caring!!
