They responded to my need, were gentle and king to help me off the floor. Asked questions to me and I asked them questions. Overall I like the service and would tell others about Life Alert.

My mom falls regularly and dad occasionally. It is comforting knowing that they or the caregiver on duty can get help with the push of a button.

I fell in the bathroom when I grabbed onto the towel bar. It hit me on my head and gave me a cut, I was bleeding. I called Life Alert (I had my pendant on) and they came right away. I couldn’t get up because I had a broken hip on the left side. Life Alert took me to the hospital where they immediately did surgery.

At 6:00 pm, I was in my kitchen and tripped on a standing towel rack. I hit my head on the pantry door as I went down resulting in a large knot and could not get up. I pushed my neck pendant and Life Alert, knowing were my front door key was and who to contact, were here in minutes. I sat in a chair and it was decided I should go to the emergency room and get an MRI on my head and it turned out ok.

I fell in my kitchen and pressed my Life Alert button. There was an immediate response to my alert. Help arrived promptly and my two emergency contacts were notified. There were two responders who offered to transport me to the hospital. They checked me out and I told them, “Thank you, I’m fine and don’t need hospital care.” They waited for my daughter to arrive and then they left.

I have recommended Life Alert to two others who have signed up with you. After my first hip dislocation, lyed on the floor for seven hours before help came, and ended up in the hospital, and then two weeks of physical therapy and more at home. I called from the convalescent home to make arrangement to have Life Alert installed in my home when I was discharged. When my hip dislocated again at the AAA office, I had Life Alert.

They were good at what they had to do for me. I’m so glad I got Life Alert. I wish I’d have had you many years ago.

I had been experiencing falls, no injuries. A friend was staying with me at the time of this event and said, “Let’s use your Life Alert pendant.” So we did, and EMT were here in about 15 minutes. She had to let them in the gate. All went well. This led to having a key coded box installed at the gate. Emergency responders were notified of the box and code. It has been a great relief having the key box there.

At 3:30 a.m., I exited my bed to go to the bathroom located in the room next to my bedroom – and my legs failed to support me causing me to fall head-long into the corner door facing. Blood was gushing from the top of my head so I hit the floor. I immediately pushed the Life Alert button around my neck and help was on the way. Ambulance, EMTs, Hospital, 12-15 staples (not hospitalized). Staples now removed. Thanks to Life Alert system!

On Aug. 3, 2020. I pressed my Life Alert button to get an ambulance to get me to the hospital for a bladder infection and kidney stones. They were here fast and the person at Life Alert was very helpful. Thank you.

My husband fell using his walker to get to the bathroom at 11:30 pm. He fell or blacked out, and went down very hard. He broke/fractured his hip. I hit the button in the shower and had a quick response and an ambulance was on the way.

I have fallen out of bed five times, out of a chair once, and on the kitchen floor once – and last of all – on the back porch. At no time do I recall any symptoms preceding fainting but I simply blacked out suddenly and woke up face down, unable to get up. I pressed my Life Alert each time and was rushed to the ER. Reasons for blacking out are not yet identified. Thank the Lord for the invention of your device!!

Promptly answered call and notified ambulance immediately. The operator stayed online with me and kept checking on the circumstances. When the ambulance arrived they confirmed their arrival. We have no complaints about Life Alert. Thankful we have it, thanks to our daughter.

I had a severe edema in both of my legs, which was very painful. About three am on July 23, I had dozed off in my chair. When I got up to go to bed, because of the pain, my left leg gave out and I fell with my walker. I pushed my Life Alert button. My phone was not by me at that time. When the phone rang, I couldn’t answer it. After about 20-25 minutes, the ambulance came. Thank God for Life Alert.

My father became very confused and wouldn’t take his meds and thought we were trying to hurt him. He had a UTI that was severe. His doctor told us we needed to get him to the hospital. We called his Life Alert and they contacted the ambulance and police. Life Alert stayed online with us until they came.

Fell in the bathroom. Used the Life Alert pendant. Even though I was a distance from the main unit, they were able to hear me and dispatched ambulance right away. Also notified both of my sons and one of them were here before they had me in the ambulance.

I fell in our drive. It was being replaced, it was rock and clay base ready for concrete. I caught my left foot and fell really hard, hitting my left shoulder and head and entire left side. My left shoulder was broken in two places and had to be entirely replaced. My left arm was badly bruised as well as my hips and legs. The advertisement: “I fell and I can’t get up,” truly happened to my mother. Without Life Alert, I am not sure for how long she would have laid there.

Life Alert is and has been very helpful and courteous during mother’s falls.

I fell recently at a very early hour of the day. We called Life Alert, received assistance reasonably quickly from local EMTs. No drama. Yours is a good outlet. I’m glad to be a customer.

I fell on my front porch. I was able to crawl into the house to the Life Alert box. I was unable to get up from the floor. I called Life Alert. They responded immediately. The local EMS and Life support team from the fire department was there quickly. They helped me. Thank God for this service.

I live alone in a 1st floor apartment. I fell off my bed about 12AM and pushed my alert button. After a few min. my land-line phone rang – which was close to where I was lying. I answered and Life Alert asked immediately if I was hurt, and about 10 min. later they entered my apt and picked me up. Took my blood pressure!

I am 90 years. They sure did help me. I was hurt really bad and stayed in the hospital for three days, I am doing better now. They sure do respond quickly. I am proud of that.

On June 8th, 2020 about 7 PM, I lost my balance in my bedroom and fell and hit my head on the bed frame and landed on my face on the floor. Couldn’t get up, pushed the Life Alert button – was taken to the hospital in an ambulance for a 9 day stay for tests and observation. Life Alert helped me get help very quickly – also contacted my son and other family members.
