I went in the garage to check the freezer to make sure the door was closed tight. I turned around to walk into the kitchen, I fell and not able to get up. I called Life Alert and they were here in minutes. Life Alert is great to have someone you can call.

Life Alert has always been so caring whenever my mum called for help. They always stay on the line until help got there and made sure my mum was ok. My dad fell and couldn’t get up – even with help from my mom. Life Alert called me and my 2 siblings and the ambulance. After we got everything settled, we got another call to check on him. They were very concerned and nice.

I am disabled and subject to frequent falls and once I am down, I cannot get up by myself. One time I fell and fractured vertebrae in my back and had to have surgery. Life Alert gets me the help I needed whenever I fall.

When Life Alert answered my call, she dispatcher kept coming on to reassure me that help was on the way.

My mother fell in the back yard, which has a privacy fence around it, so no one could see or hear her yell for help. She pushed the Life Alert button and a Life Alert rep called me to let me know. Paramedics got to her house and heard her in the back yard and helped her get up and in the house.

Awesome response! My family thought I was having a stroke by the way I was acting. My dog was trying to warn my son and my mom that something was wrong. Took a terrible fall backwards. Opened up my head in the back right inside my front door. Due to my history of polio, I am at a point in my life when my re-educated muscles are giving out at times. When my balance gives way and I go down, I am unable to get myself up. I fell and could not get up. Help arrived soon. Life Alert notified my neighbors and they came over immediately. EMS arrived shortly. I did not need to be taken to the hospital. I was very pleased. Life Alert was in touch all the time.

Help arrived within 5 minutes – All were very efficient, asked questions and had me on the way to the hospital in a short time. Even cleaned some of the bloody mess on rug. Everyone should have Life Alert. Thank you for your excellent service and care.

When one has health issues that could cause a fall or lose consciousness they should wear an alert system to get the help they need asap. Getting help in a timely manner is important to have a timely response. My wife fell about a year ago and if I had not been there she would have suffered for a much longer time with severe pain.
