I had fallen in my bedroom and could not get up. We called Life Alert and two local firemen came, who were very helpful.

Life Alert came on the phone very quickly and engaged me on the line until the medics arrived.

I fell and hurt my hip and leg. The pain was unbearable. The Life Alert operator was very kind. She stayed on the phone with me until the ambulance arrived. It was very calming knowing that I wasn’t alone.

I woke up with chest pains. I used my inhaler but it had no effect. Finally, after 30 minutes, I pressed my Life Alert button. The operator called rescue and my family. When rescue came, the operator was able to give them my symptoms and my list of medications. I have recommended Life Alert to many people!

My husband fell in the family room and I was unable to get him up. Had to call for help. They answered and were here in 5-10 minutes.

When I pushed the button on my wristband, Life Alert answered immediately, sent me an ambulance and called my niece who went to the hospital to be with me.
