Fell at the top step (going upstairs from basement). Pressed Life Alert button and the emergency team came quickly and I was taken to the hospital. My sister was called by your Life Alert dispatcher and told about the accident and kept in contact with her about me. Very good service and feel safe.

Life Alert is a life saver. It’s always right there when I need help. I tell everyone about how good they are.

I have used Life Alert 3 times. All of the times, they rescued. Life Alert people were really great. I couldn’t do without it.

My father in law lost the use of his legs. He tried to sit in his recliner but slipped and fell, landing on his back where the seat area of the chair was. He pushed the button and was able to respond to the Life Alert dispatcher. Even with his problem of not being able to hear at times (selective hearing), the service worked perfectly.

I am sorry that I had to request the service of Life Alert. I must have passed out in the shower and have no recollection of that evening, but I am so glad to have had a quick response that evening.

I fell in the yard over a hole my dog had dug. I had a lady here with me, but she wasn’t able to get me up. I pushed my button and Life Alert picked up right away and notified the fire department and also my daughter – meanwhile staying on my machine with me – very nice lady.

My gf almost passed away twice in 3 months from COPD. We got Life Alert because her attacks came by surprise, no warning. Her last attack put her into the hospital again, but this time the found a bad heart valve. They replaced the valve and she is no longer on oxygen. We still kept the system and during that time my Dad ended up needing to get a system. We were already paying $90.00 a month and not using the system so we wanted to have my Dad instead. We were told we couldn't do that either. I called and had the bad luck of getting Jasmin as my "customer service". She is very condescending and rude. We have a three year contract that We couldn't do anything other than pay.. "We had a contract" was her go to along with a little snicker to let me know how important she was.

A minor fall in the bathroom, chair slipped away and I sat down (I got a new wheelchair soon after). City Fire department was called, they are the VERY best, had good words to say about “Life Alert”!

Called Life Alert for an accident. I thought I had a stroke, but it turned out to be a seizure. After about 15 minutes, I pushed the Life Alert button on my necklace. A neighbor finally came outside and helped me just as the fire department arrived. I slipped and fell in my bath tub and could not get out. I always wear my pendant so I pressed the button and immediately heard a comforting voice reassuring me that help was on the way. The voice stayed with me until help arrived and I was saved. I so appreciate the voice and Life Alert – Thank you.

I fell outside near the street and could not get up. I braised my knee but no other injury. I yelled for help but no one could hear me. After about 15 minutes, I pushed the Life Alert button on my necklace. A neighbor finally came outside and helped me just as the fire department arrived.
