I was trying to transfer from my power chair to my bed. My left leg “works” but my right leg does not. My “bad” leg got stuck in/on my foot rest and down I went! The guys and gals from Life Alert that came to my rescue were wonderful!!!

This was my 1st time of need and Life Alert talked to me and kept me posted as to help was on the way. I especially liked the follow up call after my problem was resolved and showed an interest for my need!!

It was a Life Alert emergency. The patient was given loving care and the family was given loving care. Excellent loving care!! Thank you!!

I visited my friend and fell in her kitchen and Life Alert responded and never left me. Gave me the assurance, telling me my family was being told I had no bleeding and help was on the way. He asked if I had no feeling, dizziness, and they were helpful in many ways. I thank God for this.

So far, have not needed the service but am reassured every time we communicate. I hit my bracelet a lot and am always getting calls. Everyone is very courteous and caring. I really hope I never need the service but I know that I am in good hands if need be. Thank you for being there.

I leaned over to pull a weed from the front yard plantings near the house. I have two prosthetic hip joints. The left joint dislocated when I bent down and, of course, I fell. I yelled to alert my wife who pushed our Life Alert button. The e-unit arrived soon thereafter and transported me to our local hospital. I was anaesthetized and the joint was put back in place.

The Life Alert button we take to the car was just what we needed to get help when I fell outside, next to the car.

My husband fell on the patio and I was unable to get him up. I pushed the button on our machine and Life Alert sent the nearest fire fighters to get him up and be sure he was alright. They were very professional.
