At a time like this, (hurting a lot), it really helped having a Life Alert because they gave info to the ambulance people so I did not have to, that was a real blessing.

I woke up unable to move from my waist down. I contacted Life Alert and they responded immediately asking me the appropriate question and stayed on the line with me until the emergency unit arrived.

I fell and notified Life Alert that I needed help. I wasn’t able to get up on my own. Life Alert people were so helpful. They got me up right away. They were so kind and courteous. I was so thankful for their help.

Life Alert was very nice talking to me and made me feel safer and I knew someone was coming to help me. With Life Alert, I never fear that I am alone. Life Alert keeps me living in my home. Life Alert calls my daughters to let them know what is happening with me.

My daughter was with me and I felt very weak and could not make it to my chair with my walker. I had to sit/lay on the floor. My daughter pressed the Life Alert button and the fire department was here within 10 minutes to help me up into my chair.

My mother (90-years-old) has used your service numerous times since we signed up a number of years ago and we are very pleased with it and the people that respond. She does tell people about how well the Life Alert system works.

I fell for the third time and then knew I needed help. I pushed my Life Alert button and heard a voice and told them I needed help. Within 15 minutes, EMS were there. I spent 5 days in the hospital and was able to walk to the car to go home. Thanks Life Alert!

I fell in our family room and did not have the grip to pull myself up. I’m 90 years old. Three helpers arrived very soon after the [Life Alert] call and offered help immediately. Very helpful. Most courteous. Brought my mail in for me. Such a wonderful feeling of caring!!

My mother became ill at home. She was disoriented, etc. She is bed bound, so being able to use Life Alert to get help immediately was a God-send. They always stay on the line until EMT’s arrive, and provide medical history. I love this service and have used it a lot over the years for my mom.

Called Life Alert and had the fire department come to the house to pick up mom off the floor and they did. They also put a bandage on mom’s arm because it was bleeding. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I/We highly recommend Life Alert!

I needed help getting up out of a chair and walking. I called Life Alert and asked if they could help me. They said yes and came quickly and were so polite and helpful. I will always tell someone about how kind they were.

Dad fell and lacerated his forehead (bleeding). He was able to push his Life Alert button to receive help. They called 911 for him and called myself, my husband and daughter. They also replaced the string on his Life Alert device that was all bloody.

I was feeling sick. Couldn’t think. Short of breath. I felt like I was being choked. I had gone to Walgreens, I had to have help getting to my car! I was so glad I had Life Alert because I didn’t really know what to do.

I fell down – couldn’t get off my knee. Husband couldn’t get me up. Called Life Alert – you sent an ambulance. The 2 paramedics could not get me up – they called another crew. One of them got me up, took my vitals – everything ok. Thank you for being there for me – you are tops in my book.

My wife had fallen in the shower. Life Alert sent firemen who got her up and into her bed. No medical problems, but they offered EMS if we needed it. We declined. Life Alert was very responsive and concerned, and we certainly appreciate the service.
