Life Alert contacted rescue units first, stayed connected until rescue left to transport to the E.R. Then contacted next of kin and informed of situation.

I had fallen and needed assistance in getting up. Ambulance arrived very quickly and helped me. I didn’t need to go to hospital. Life Alert notified all my relatives.

He fell off his chair and we couldn’t get him up. So, I called for help. They answered me right away and called for ambulance and they came in 10 minutes from the Life Alert call. Thank you, Life Alert!
