My dad was sick, weak and needed help. He pushed his Life Alert button and you got the EMTs to get him and then called me. Thanks for all you do for people.

My husband has a chronic neurological condition and as he ages his legs have weakened. Should his legs go out from under him, he falls and cannot get up. Life Alert operator called the local police and sent them to our apartment. Since he wasn’t hurt, paramedics were not necessary. We received a follow up call to confirm everything was good. Operator was reassuring and comforting.

Life Alert has been wonderful. Every time I needed them they would stay on the phone until help got there. They would talk to me and calm me down. They have so much caring and compassion. I thank God that I got Life Alert. Everyone is so helpful and kind.

I fell in my garage. I was able to move myself to the help button I had mounted on the wall by the kitchen door. My house was locked but my neighbor has keys to my house. I informed the Life Alert person to send the ambulance driver over there for the keys. All was taken care of in a matter of minutes. I was most grateful.

I have felt safe wearing my lifeline PERS emergency response system. My device has a GPS tracker in it and so no matter where I travel to my location is picked up on the nearest AT&T tower. It also works well around the house. I like to wear it when I am driving because it will pick up in the instance of a car accident. The agency calls you through the device, and if there is no answer then they send police, and fire emergency response right away to your location which is detected by the GPS device. Also when there is a false alarm the responder is very polite, and simply re-sets your device. After a false alarm you can also simply reset it by pushing the button down for two seconds.

My dad fell, hit his head and had a concussion. Life Alert was quick to answer and get us an ambulance on route. They stayed on the phone with us until the ambulance arrived. They explained everything to the ambulance attendants and gave them all his meds and medical history. They were very sweet and helpful.

Life Alert is extremely helpful. They stay on the line until everything is settled and EMTs and Fire Department arrive.

I have now had to use my Life Alert 3 times for emergencies, all 3 times it has been major emergencies -2 heart attacks and 1 with serve stomach pains. Life Alert’s promptness was great. My LifeAlert device allows me to live in my own home. I know that help is available with a simple push on the device which I wear around my neck all day, everyday. It is placed within arm's reach by my bed at night, where it charges and I can press it if needed. My family and 2 neighbors would be alerted to my need for help should I press the button and help be necessary. The device is lightweight, I charge it every night. I feel secure should an emergency requiring help occur since I can signal a request for help. There is a phone number on the device that I can call if I have questions.

I fell in the middle of the night and about twenty minutes after I pressed my Life Alert, the EMS showed up. Very grateful for Life Alert.

Slipped in shower, could not get out. Called Life Alert and they were here in 15 minutes. Don’t use often… but when needed I was sure glad I have Life Alert.
