I fell in my living room. I hit my head on the way to the floor and was unable to get up out of the floor. My best friend was here but she is 85 years old and could not help me. I pushed the Life Alert button on my necklace and asked for help. The Life Alert people stayed on the line and talked to me until the help they requested arrived. EMS took me to the ER and I was admitted.

Middle of the night I slipped off the toilet seat into the bath tub. Two very nice young men helped me up and out. Got me calmed down and laying back in bed. I am 88 years old. Thank you, Life Alert.

I have had Life Alert for 5 years. The first 2 years I had fell several times. I called Life Alert and they came to pick me up, check me to see if I was ok. They check my blood pressure. They were nice and concerned about me.

My mom fell, Life Alert got help via 911 for her and stayed on the line until help came.

My husband fell and broke his arm. They came within 10 minutes. They took wonderful care of him and took him to the hospital. Life Alert is wonderful. It makes us feel very safe. I would recommend them in a minute.

My husband has fallen several times and I am unable to help him get up. I have had to push my Life Alert button each time to get help for him. Life Alert calls my daughter and my son to notify them and then once action has been taken Life Alert notifies them of what action was taken. This is the best money we have spent. My son and daughter have peace of mind.

My dad passed out while sitting and my mom was able to press his button, quickly Life Alert responded and assessed the situation. Because they had trouble hearing my mom since she was keeping him from falling over and thus unable to get to her phone. They quickly called me so I could get to their home and meet the paramedics. Great job with the response.

I fell again, paramedics were called. Life Alert is very helpful.

I had Covid, fell in the bedroom. Couldn’t get up. Had my husband push the Life Alert button and in 5 minutes there were two large men to pick me up. They were the most beautiful two men I have seen in a while. Life Alert is well worth having. Thank you again.

I had leaped out of bed and landed on my behind unable to stand up by myself. An officer was called and helped me stand up. No injuries no bruising!! The Life Alert monitor is kept with me the whole time.

I was at home and was starting to have slight chest pain that ran down my left arm. I was also experiencing being light headed and dizzy. I pushed my Life Alert button and in no time at all they had an ambulance on the way. I thank God for my Life Alert Team. They are always there when needed. Thank you!!

Life Alert staff was very helpful. Life Alert got the emergency people here very fast.

My mother fell at 1:30am due to her blood pressure being high. She was able to hit the button on her pendant to call Life Alert. Life Alert called me and everyone on my list. First responders were on scene in around 15 minutes. I’m 2 hours away from mom so it gives me great relief knowing how quickly Life Alert responded. Excellent service and I would recommend it to anyone.

Responders were very kind and professional. I had a new cast on my leg and it slid when I tried to stand. Turned out my husband was on the back porch and the TV was turned on and the door was closed so he couldn’t hear me calling. Very appreciative for all of Life Alert’s kindness.

My mom fell and broke her hip. She used her Life Alert and they followed her direction. Although it’s sad she fell it’s reassuring to know Life Alert was there to help in this crisis.

I signed up 3 years ago, 3 year term, for parents. Term ends 1/28/24. I called in December, well in advance, to notify them. They told me I have to call back on Jan 10th (they couldn't cancel until 10th) which felt like a scam. I canned right back to speak with another representative to confirm. I called today, Jan 10th, and now they tell me I have to call back on January 23rd. They are trying to force an auto renewal and even charge me for additional months. This service is a total scam once you sign up. No way to cancel online, have to call, and they play a game to make sure you burn out. They even said we need to arrange for someone to pickup equipment before 28th!

I fell in my driveway on the hot top. I broke my left elbow and right leg. We pushed the Life Alert button and the ambulance came right away and took me to the hospital.

My mom needed ambulance assistance. Reached out to Life Alert. My mom was at my home! Called Life Alert and they made contact with emergency unit and stayed on the line with us until assistance arrived.

My daughter fell and couldn’t get up. Life Alert helped her up. Thank you, Life Alert.

Doctor did some cutting on my nose. Later while cleaning it I hit the cut with the wash cloth and it started bleeding bad and I couldn’t get it to stop. Life Alert check my address and said EMTs were on the way. EMTs got it to stop. Life Alert was told when EMT arrived and when they were in the house. Life Alert did a fast/wonderful job.

I fell and couldn’t get up. Life Alert called the EMTs and stayed on the line with me the whole time.

I fell and I can’t get on my knees due to surgery and total knee replacement on both. So, I can’t kneel to pull myself up. The Life Alert dispatched EMTs came quickly to pull me up. I generally never hurt myself unless I fall forward. The EMTs take my vitals and make sure I’m ok before they leave. They are very kind, well trained and concerned about my well-being.

I fell over my walker, actually I passed out, used my Life Alert to call my son. They called him and they stayed with me until the ambulance came. They all made decisions to take me to the hospital. X-rays showed three broken ribs. It took 30 minutes from first call to the hospital. Life Alert stayed talking until I was put in ambulance.

I fall a lot and Life Alert responds and gets the first responder team out to my house.

I was in the bathroom about 4pm when I got up from the stool. I lost my balance and fell face first onto the tile floor. I was lying in a pool of blood and didn’t have my telephone on me, so I hit my Life Alert button on my neck. So, in about 10 minutes a fireman came to my rescue and stopped the bleeding. I had a broken nose and needed five stitches. I live 10 miles from town.

A varicose vein in my right leg ruptured and we couldn’t stop the bleeding in a stream. They Life Alert dispatched response took me to hospital. They stopped bleeding there and showed us how to stop it if it should happen again.

My father passed away unexpectedly and he took care of my mother who had the Life Alert. We had to move my mom to my sister's for a few months and sell their house. She then moved in with me. I could only find 3 out of 4 devices. The guy I spoke with said it would cost 100$ if not found but he said if I found it, I could return it.

They got EMT ambulance to us so quickly, I couldn’t believe the speed. Much faster than if I had phoned 911. I had fallen outside my kitchen door when a downpour hit from one second to the next. I dislocated my left shoulder and fractured my nose that bled heavily because I’m on Plavix (blood thinner). Life Alert got me help so fast, I scarcely had time to pack a few things for the ER.

Had bleeding in my intestine. Called Life Alert, they called for an ambulance then called me back when I got home. They called to check on me. Thanks.

My mother fell in the house. Prior to this she wouldn’t even use the Life Alert. Twice in one day she fell. Used Life Alert and EMS came very promptly. I am very pleased with the reaction to the emergency.

I fell. I couldn’t get up. My son and daughter-in-law came but were afraid to try. I called Life Alert. The quick responders were here within 10 minutes. I take Coumadin and had hit my head. They were afraid of a brain bleed. I was in the ambulance and they took me to the hospital.
