I signed up with Vista on the phone and the rep was very professional and very easy with the transition process. It happened quite efficiently and very quickly as well. I’ve been with Vista for about two months now, and the overall quality of service that I have received has been fine so far. I’ve been with four other companies over the past two years and Vista was one of the easiest companies with dealing with the account number and everything in the initial phase of transferring over. That was just very pleasant and nice to deal with.

I went to PECO, which is the Pennsylvania energy company hub, and searched for providers. Vista Energy Marketing was one of the companies that came out in the list. My rates had been up and Vista had a short period of time where the rate wasn’t locked in and it was a decent bit lower than what I was getting. Plus there was no contract commitment and yet it was still locked in for me regardless. So I converted to their service this month. The process of signing up with them was all online. Their actual website was okay but getting to there from the hub was a little convoluted. But that wasn't the fault of the company. It was because I hadn’t done it before. If I do it again, it would be straightforward. Other than that, the signup process was very easy and swift and I was satisfied with the experience.

Got a letter from Vista that my contract was expiring. I wish it included more info on the available packages. Tried to renew online, but it wasn't that easy, so I called customer service. Joe was helpful and made it easy to roll over my service.

I pick the cheapest provider and use them until my time is up. And then I switch users. When I switched to Vista Energy things went fine. There was a website and went to it. It's on the cheapest. I clicked on it and done. I have nothing negative to say about them.

I just signed up with Vista Energy the other day and as of right everything seems fine. They're the provider who will be giving me the ability to have cheaper energy. All the setup process was done online. It was through PP and L’s website and I had no issues whatsoever.

I called because my gas bill increased even though I used less last month than the month before because PG&E charged me for delivering the gas. The person I spoke to was very helpful and told me about a lower cost plan that I’m going to try.

I'm currently with Vista but like other companies, to be locked in for an extended period of time is a higher rate. That's why I do my search for low rates depending on my plan, usually every three to five months. But I’m getting tired of searching for low rates all the time. I just wish someone would just give a consistently low rate.
We have an electric heater and an air conditioning unit so I’m looking for something to carry us through those peak times. Also, I’m just not sure how the flat fee will affect my rate. The transmission charge is really low. But I’m hoping the flat fee on top of that doesn’t take it over the top. That makes it a little bit more confusing to compare.

Got my PGE bill today. Vista gas charges is ok but on the top of delivery charge from PGE is not practical. It didn't make me save money but more expensive than I expect. Cristal helped me processed my cancellation request. Professional and accommodating. Thank you.

Vista Energy is the cheapest one there, with about 5.50 cents per kilowatt, while everybody else is at around 6 or 6.50. I signed up with them online through PP&L. I just had to put some name, phone number, account and then that was it. It was easy. It’s a little different than the other ones I’ve used. Their actual website was like an offshoot of PP&L’s website or something, where I just clicked on the one that I wanted. I'd definitely recommend Vista Energy.

I came across Vista Energy through a recommendation of a friend. I looked at the terms of the contract and decided to push through with them because there were no fees, there was no cancellation and the pricing was right where I wanted it to be. The sign up process was also very easy. I did it all online. Everything went smooth and the price went down. The price will also become less than what I’m paying now

I'm so impressed with this company. I was initially upset with my price so I wrote a comment expressing my concerns. Within a couple days Vista called me to let me know they revisited my bill and lowered it by almost $22 a month. This is now an even better rate than I had for the last 2 years. Thanks Vista!

I received an email on Nov. 20, 2017, that stated, "For being a valued customer, we are offering... when you renew..." That, in combination with the fact that "Black Hills" is shown in bold 3 times on the Delegation Agreement, led me to believe that I was renewing with my current provider, Black Hills Energy. So, I feel tricked into changing providers. Second, the "$50.00 in gift cards**" that I was promised had a footnote requiring "**Your account must be eligible as determined by Black Hills Gas..." When I learned that I had erroneously chosen Vista, I called and spoke with "Anna" on 2/20/18 to ask about the gifts cards. She said she'd check with the Marketing Dept. and call back to let me know when the cards would be sent. 2 months have passed and I've heard nothing. I'm absolutely sick that I'm stuck with this company for 2 years.

Tha price I was quoted on the phone is not what is shown later. $ .10 higher. I’m Very upset! I ask for the price to be put on the contract before I signed it but was told they couldn’t do it until after it was signed. I have two accounts and it was done on both. Never again will I do that. It sounded so good I signed a two year contract on both.

First year in Nebraska and Vista treated us great. Kept us warm all winter. Just tough using fixed rate when nothing for history so had to pay higher than what was used most of time. Made easier to plan bills out though.

When I was contacted by Vista Energy, they never told me it was Vista Energy. I originally have Black Hills Energy and when I was contacted they used my account number with Black Hills so I thought it was Black Hills calling me. I set up an account thinking it was Black Hills. Oops. I then read the contract and it said I can’t get out of it. Need to contact again about some questions regarding. I should have been more responsible and double checked the company but they should really inform customers of who’s calling.

Was quoted my rate to only be around $40 a month and it is over $100. I switch due to the fact that we are on a very limited budget. I can't afford to pay more than what was quoted. If a lower rate comes along I will be changing providers.

I have been in Pennsylvania for almost two years and we used four different gas provider companies. Vista supplied my power. When I compare them to the other providers, Vista is transparent. I signed up, pay the bill and the electricity comes. I do all deals online so I don’t have to deal with anybody. Their website is easy. I just add my name, address and customer account number. I usually sign up for the introductory price and it’s a three to six months’ contract and then we’ll change to another company with an introductory price.

I just started with Vista Energy and it’s similar to PPNL but way better than PECO. My interactions with them have been a hundred percent online. They sent me confirmations and said they would take care of everything and would coordinate everything with my current carrier. And then, I got a letter from my current carrier. Vista Energy did everything. I did nothing other than sign up and I got one bill.
Their service is easy and it’s the cheapest available, although there is an issue. On the selection criteria, there are 200 places that you can buy electricity from in Pennsylvania and Vista Energy is very low at the bottom of the alphabet. I probably never would have gotten down to V if my son hadn't sent me an email and said he switched over to Vista. I downloaded the entire website and did the sort by alphabetical to find Vista. Overall Vista Energy is great. I’m curious to see what they’ll do when my twelve-month, first contract is up. But if the rates are anywhere similar, then we’ll continue.

We’ve had Vista Energy for two years. They guaranteed the same monthly amount for two years and they've lived up to what they promised. Compared to Black Hills, Vista Energy is less money and the quality of service they offer is all right.

Compared to the previous energy company I had, Vista Energy is cheaper. Their price is right and there is no fee, so it's an excellent quality of service.

I spoke with Vista Representative Joseph **. He was courteous and assisted recording my service cancellation request, # **. He told me to call PG&E, my distribution supplier to request they expedite processing of my Vista cancellation order. PG&E informed me that Vista was responsible for processing the request, and that if it reaches PG&E by the end of my billing cycle on 3/27, the billing transfer would be effective on 3/28, the first day of my next billing cycle. I would be very grateful if you can complete that request, made 3/13/18.

The agent knew exactly what I was looking to understand, explained it well, verified the discounts I was expecting. The agent was very capable and well trained. Ms. ** directly handled a problem that was made by one of your salespersons. The salesperson who came to my door threw a pitch at me saying that Trump was raising gas prices and she was a supplier for PG&E and wanted to make sure that my gas prices weren't going to be raised. She didn't tell me who she was or what company she was from until I asked her. She asked me to sign something that said my gas would be locked at 99 cents and didn't tell me it was a contract for your company. When she left thought the whole thing was odd and read what she sent me only to find out it was a contract. I contacted your company to put a stop to this contract, explaining what happened. Christine emailed me a day later and said she would put a stop to this matter. I appreciated her attending to it and understanding how serious the situation was while responding to it immediately. She is extremely professional.

Vista Energy's price was comparable. I had it set up online, but their website could be made a little simpler. It takes a bit to do it for people who aren't computer oriented, and you get to start and do it over again. Nonetheless, I'm happy with the quality of service Vista offers for the price I’m paying.

We’re moving in a couple of months. Vista Energy called me and they told me that if we have natural gas in the other house we were moving to, we can move our service, our gas selection, to that house. We had a great interaction with their reps and it was really easy. They just texted me the forms. When I was on the phone with them on my cell phone, I just opened the texts, then I used my finger and signed it. I texted it back and we just did it in two seconds. And I’m terrible. If they didn’t call me and we did the selection process over the phone, I’d forget about it. So, that was a good thing.
I can do a yearly or a two-year plan. I just did a year this year. During the summer, it’d be like $28. And then the winter, it’d be like $400 if it’s really cold. We just pay 80 bucks a month year-round. Then it doesn’t matter if we use 10,000 gallons of hot water or 0 degrees for the whole month of September and we use the heat from September until May.

I looked on a website for the best rate and Vista Energy had it. I’ve used many other gas providers and while they're all the same, Vista is comparable price-wise and service-wise. I just signed up with Vista and the representatives were very cordial and prepared. They must have had a good level of knowledge and expertise. And I had a good experience with them.

Before I went with Vista, we had a yearlong contract with some other company. And when the contract expired, it went to a variable rate. We didn't realize that it went to variable rate where it saved double for our electric bill for a month. And then we made a switch. I've been shopping around through PPL market place every time they send an update with the prices change. And because of Vista's pricing and since there were no fees attached to their short term plan, I decided to sign up with them. So far, Vista Energy has been good. And I like that they can reevaluate the prices change in the market.
I usually do everything online and Vista's service has been great so far. I'm not getting a bunch of telemarketing phone calls from them. I'm also not seeing my electric rate jump sky high without any warning, so I'm happy. The service is good in comparison to the price. I would tell my friends to give them a check out. It's definitely worth it and they'll save some money.
