I got better service than I expected. I simply called to find out about the nature of the administrative fee. After I found out about that, I was enrolled in a lower-cost plan which will save me money for the coming year. That was great.

Rebecca was incredibly kind and swift in helping me through my problem. Great experience with her. Couldn’t have asked for a more understanding and intelligent representative. Ask for her whenever you need help.

Spoke with Rebecca. She was very kind and helpful with my situation, I had no idea what was going on with it to begin with but in the end she was able to help resolve it and I couldn’t have been more appreciative.

I really appreciate this company. I was just scammed out of almost $500 by Statewise energy. So as of now I want absolutely no 3rd party gas. The lady was very understanding and kind. She offered me other plans but I'm not comfortable using another 3rd party at the moment so she did an early cancelation free of charge.

Kathy was very knowledgeable and friendly when I called to inquire about new rates for the new year. She even said she could send me a text notification when the rate term expired so I could get a new rate.

This company has been harassing tenants and forcing their way into apartments in Clovis California. Beware do not open your door to these people. They lie about their service being mandatory and will do anything they can to harass you into doing business with them. These people deserve prison.

Vista gas went above and beyond to clear up the problems getting Pg&E to acknowledge vista as our gas supplier. Have used them for over a year and made an error in changing to another supplier. Happy to be back with Vista. Thank you Chris and Jackie for your assistance.

Called to cancel but Rebecca was nice enough to fully explain how I could get locked into a lower rate and save money. I ended up keeping my service and locking in the low rate for 12 months. Rebecca also instructed me to call back every 12 months to lock in that low rate. Thank you!

He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Even when he wasn’t sure about an answer he was willing to go find out. He was very polite. I didn’t have to wait on the phone for a long time either. I’m hopeful that I will save money on my bills this year.

Door to door salesman came Saturday after call centers were closed. They did not tell me about the monthly service fee. I only noticed after I signed up. Would prefer everything digital up front, with clear messaging of how much my bill is expected to change.

Rebecca was very helpful. She assessed my past year gas usage and recommended a change in my plan that will reduce my expenses in the coming year. She was very informative and pleasant to work with. She is definitely a great asset to Vista Energy. Thank you.

Every week they knock on doors ignoring the signage to not do so. Rude and aggressive sales people. They argue and threatening if you don't listen to them. Bait and switch scam. No solicitation signs at every entry way in the complex. No trespassing signs on the roadway. These criminals don't care. Police come out and chase them away. And the following week a new group of thugs come around. Scammers!

Great customer service from Tiellie! She was very professional and understanding when I called in for assistance. Tiellie made sure to address my concerns and make sure all my questions were answered.

I am Satisfied! I found out my contract rate has expired one week ago. The customer service was able to give me new rate and reinstate my contract. She also gave me some information I did not know before.

For personal reasons (nothing to do with Vista's good service) I called to cancel my account. I was helped through the process by Kathy, who did a quick and efficient job and was kind and patient the whole time.

Rebecca was fast and efficient. Good job. She was able to quote me a more favorable rate per therm, renew my account, and advise me as to the next renewal date. W really just needed this information and the renewal to be processed.

I called to cancel my 90-year-old father’s account. He didn't understand what he was signing up for. I spoke with Tiellie and told her what was going on. She was very kind, friendly and understanding. It was a pleasure speaking with her and all customer service representatives could learn something from her.

Kathy in Customer Service was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. A++ experience. I called to have my natural gas service by Vista canceled and Kathy took care of it right away without any problems at all. The whole process took about 3 minutes (unlike this survey…haha…which is taking longer to complete)

I spoke with Kathy in couple phone calls regarding my service plan linked with PG & E. She is always very pleasant and polite in providing assistance for helping me and getting answers. I appreciate much of her help and professional assistance! Vista Energy is fortunate to have employee like Kathy.

First few years were great. Later noticed that the PG&E gas procurement credit was significantly less than the Vista Energy Credit. Example for January 2023 bill (Vista Energy Procurement Charge $244 vs PG&E Procurement Credit $114).

I got great customer service from Rebecca, I had questions and she was able to answer all of them. Rebecca was very helpful. She gave me the information I needed. She gave me more knowledge about the plan and the benefits of the company. Thank you Rebecca. You were knowledgeable!

Rebecca was awesome. She help me with my account. Haven’t had great Customer service in a while. She was great. She was really helpful with all my questions and help me understand my plan. Sairy, was great help. It’s always good to talk to somebody that has the right knowledge in what they are doing. Customer service was definitely a 10/10. I know I didn’t make a mistake using this service provider, maybe rethink to train employees like Sairy is trained. I cannot express how satisfied I am with this call today, thank you!

The customer service agent Rebecca provided excellent customer service when I called. She was very helpful and explain the plan to me. She also offer me a better rate to help me save money. I still decided to cancel but I appreciate her trying to help me save money. Thank you Rebecca for helping me you were great!

I was going to cancel because I felt I was mislead. I was told joining your service, my bill would be cheaper. Come to find, you were charging me $1.19 per therms while PG&E was charging $.71. You lowered it to $.69’so I’m satisfied. If this did not happened, I would of cancelled service with you but all is good now.

This call was very helpful. Tilly was very prompt and courteous with the customer service. I found it especially helpful that she was able to text me the email address on file to clarify a misspelling in my email that led to not receiving a cancelation request that I submitted earlier this week. I do have autism and sometimes auditory processing and speech challenges make phone calls difficult especially with things like clearly spelling things out so I greatly appreciate the text message method used in this situation, it was especially helpful in this situation.

Today I call and talk to Kathy to cancel my plan. Kathy did her job very professionally and quick. I am very happy with her service. She did explain the plan very well but I regret to cancel this plan. But I will recommend my friend about this plan

So I signed up with Vista on the phone and the rep was very professional and very easy with the over the phone enrollment. My questions were answered promptly. It happened quite efficiently and very quickly as well. I signed up with Vista Energy for the quality and the service that I have received has been fine so far. I got a competitive rate. I’ve been with other companies over the past two years and Vista was one of the easiest companies dealing with. That was just very pleasant and nice to deal with and I would recommend it to anyone.

I called for some help, and was greeted by Chris. He was very helpful and provided some information to me about Vista Energy. He cleared some doubts and concerns. Very thankful for his patience and willingness to help.
