Every week they knock on doors ignoring the signage to not do so. Rude and aggressive sales people. They argue and threatening if you don't listen to them. Bait and switch scam. No solicitation signs at every entry way in the complex. No trespassing signs on the roadway. These criminals don't care. Police come out and chase them away. And the following week a new group of thugs come around. Scammers!

I called to cancel my 90-year-old father’s account. He didn't understand what he was signing up for. I spoke with Tiellie and told her what was going on. She was very kind, friendly and understanding. It was a pleasure speaking with her and all customer service representatives could learn something from her.

I never have an issue when I call customer service in regards to my account. I always get the help I need. Today I spoke to an agent who assisted me promptly, in a very professional manner. I wish other companies did not have such a long wait time like Vista, the call was answered right away after I made my language selection.

Kathy in Customer Service was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. A++ experience. I called to have my natural gas service by Vista canceled and Kathy took care of it right away without any problems at all. The whole process took about 3 minutes (unlike this survey…haha…which is taking longer to complete)

First few years were great. Later noticed that the PG&E gas procurement credit was significantly less than the Vista Energy Credit. Example for January 2023 bill (Vista Energy Procurement Charge $244 vs PG&E Procurement Credit $114).

Rebecca was awesome. She help me with my account. Haven’t had great Customer service in a while. She was great. She was really helpful with all my questions and help me understand my plan. Sairy, was great help. It’s always good to talk to somebody that has the right knowledge in what they are doing. Customer service was definitely a 10/10. I know I didn’t make a mistake using this service provider, maybe rethink to train employees like Sairy is trained. I cannot express how satisfied I am with this call today, thank you!

The customer service agent Rebecca provided excellent customer service when I called. She was very helpful and explain the plan to me. She also offer me a better rate to help me save money. I still decided to cancel but I appreciate her trying to help me save money. Thank you Rebecca for helping me you were great!

I was going to cancel because I felt I was mislead. I was told joining your service, my bill would be cheaper. Come to find, you were charging me $1.19 per therms while PG&E was charging $.71. You lowered it to $.69’so I’m satisfied. If this did not happened, I would of cancelled service with you but all is good now.

The young man that came to my door stated they are with PG&E, and even had me open my PG&E account to show him my bill, and how if I sign up for the Program, It will help me save money on my PG&E bill. After he left and I received my contract, I realized I was tricked into signing up to some 3rd party energy supplier. After reading all the bad reviews, I'll be canceling that service in the morning.

My experience was very pleasant and professional. Kathy provided service that was quick yet personable and did not make me feel bad that I was cancelling the service. After explaining to her the reason I had to switch providers, Kathy was understanding and invited me back at a later time.

Customer service helped me understand the requirements for obtaining one and how to activate it. Very helpful. I had received, in the mail a 6-digit activation code. But the website requested a 16 digit code. I was advised to wait for the 3-month period before I get the card. This is why I gave a 5-star review.

I called a few weeks ago about switching back to Vista from another Company which was unsatisfactory. Kathy gave me the information I needed, and that it would take a few weeks for the other company to complete my cancellation. So I called back today and Cathy very quickly switched me back to VISTA energy just as she had said. It only took a few minutes! And I appreciate that I didn’t have to wait on the phone in a long queue…

Initially wanted to leave a bad review due to the door-to-door sales rep misrepresenting the company and lying that she's from PG&E. I was tricked in to the product and decided to cancel the next day after digging around for information. Called customer service line the next day and spoke with Chris. Had no issue cancelling and only took minutes. He didn't push for me to keep the product or explore alternatives and simply went along with what I wanted. Bad experience with the company sales practices but I think at least their customer service is top tier. Will leave another review later after keeping an eye on my bill to make sure no tomfoolery is happening.

Due to our personal situation, we have decided it is best to not have any disruptions at this time in switching service from our local provider…PG&E Northern California to a third party vendor. We spoke with Kathy who was absolutely fantastic and is extremely pleasant to talk to. A real joy!

Called in about a few billing questions and the hold time was very short. Also the representative that assisted me was able to answer all of my questions in a professional manner and very quickly. Very helpful in explaining the energy program and my savings. Very patient and knowledgeable. The follow-up in getting my program established was quick. I never knew what the problem was beneficial in lowering my electric bill until she explained it to me and she got me a better rate which I appreciate!

One of your sales representatives came to my house failed to disclose that he was a third party for PG&E which is fraud. I called pg&e. I was informed by them you were a third party & they would charge me a fee to use your services. That is why I called you and canceled.
