My sister owns property at Westgate Resorts, so we decided to go there. It wasn't a good experience at all. When I got there, everything should have been set where I did not have to pay a deposit. But I had to pay a deposit at 3:00 in the morning and I did not have it. I had to wait until I could get someone to send me the money in order to get in the room. That was from 10:00 to almost 3:00 in the morning.

We booked our stay at Westgate Resorts through Interval. Everything went great. The staff were really nice, friendly, and very helpful. The resort weas really nice. Our friends were with us and we played golf.

We stayed at Westgate one time, and ever since then, we’ve liked staying there. They were super nice to us. They had our rooms ready and they was just real nice. We’d get complimentary coffee and they interacted and talked with us. The times that we stayed, we stayed in several different areas, and we didn’t have any problems with it. Westgate is a good place to stay.

We saw one of the Elvis shows at Westgate Resorts. Checking in and out was excellent. I had no problem. The food was great. The price was reasonable. I really enjoyed the Westgate, so I have no complaints. In fact, I’ve already booked another stay. I really liked it.

We were very pleased with our stay at Westgate. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the room accommodation was excellent. We loved the hamburger place, and we went there a couple of times. We had a positive experience staying at Westgate.

I own one of the Westgate timeshares. This allows me to choose any of their eight resorts that they have during my week of stay. I stayed at Flamingo Bay and everything was great. It's a family resort off the downtown hustle of Las Vegas and I had a fantastic time. It's nice, quiet, and friendly. The location of the swimming pool and the workout room is great. They also have a bus service that will take you up and down the Las Vegas Strip. They have a little galley store, but they don't have food on the resort.

My company booked Westgate Resorts and it was close to the Expo Center. That was good. The amenities and the cleanliness were very nice. It was next to a tram station, which was awesome. Ours also did come with a dining credit. But three of the four elevators were broken most of the time I was there. Other than that, it was great. I really liked staying there. We have another expo at same place in December, so I hope we pick Westgate again.

I stayed there a couple of years ago and had the most awful experience. It was my first day checking in and got my room. Went down to get a drink at the bar and played on the machine. I was there for maybe and hour enjoying myself because I have not been to Vegas in a long time. The person sitting next to me informed me that my drinks should be comp because I've been playing on the machine. I didn't realize that that was a thing because I have not been to Vegas for quite some time. The issue started when I asked the bartender if my drinks was comped and she said no because I haven't been playing. I told her that I've been playing for more than an hour, so how could she have not known that. At the bar you can not sit there unless you are playing. They have a sign that said so. If she thought I was not playing why did she allow me to sit there.

We’ve actually been staying at Westgate for a long time. We always go out there. The check-in and check-out process was great, and the customer service at the location was exceptional. The food option was also good.

I was planning a trip and needed six different hotels for a car trip, through Priceline, Westgate Resorts came up. I didn’t have any problems with the check-ins. The room accommodations were very good. We were over there for the weekend and spent most of the time seeing shows in Branson, but the time we were there was nice and enjoyable.

My stepdaughter picked the hotel for our whole family because she and her sister had stayed in the same property last year and loved it. So she used it again. We had three rooms booked at Westgate Resorts.

Westgate Resorts was recommended to us, so we tried it out. Checking in was fine ‘cause our room was ready when we arrived and it was clean and spacious. I had a chance to walk around and check out the pool, the spa, and the fitness facility, and they all looked good.

Check-in at the Westgate Resorts was smooth. The room came with everything including a kitchenette, although it could have been more modern. The food options were great, and we went to the Mexican Restaurant. The resort has an arcade, water park, and it is close to Universal. The price is affordable. However, I haven’t gotten my deposit back yet.

Westgate Resorts had the prettiest brochure on one of the booking sites. I was down in Arkansas for a week, doing all the sightseeing and had a wonderful time. And I can guarantee that Westgate Resort is one of the nicest hotels, granted it was a little older than some of the nice new ones. The room accommodations were the most pleasant.

The Westgate Resorts place we went to is a very nice place. Check-in and check-out were fine, and we didn’t have any trouble. We enjoyed the pool, and we had a good time staying there.

It was actually my third time staying at Westgate. We were there about a week for a family event, a birthday for the kids. Both the check-in and check-out were very easy. The staff were friendly. They even reached out to me in a text and asked me how things were and everything.

I’ve been to Westgate before, and it’s just a beautiful place. The customer service was great, and everybody was very friendly. The location was easy to access and the place was well-maintained. Checking in and out went very smoothly. Their coffee shop was spot-on. We had a great experience at Westgate, and I would recommend for others to stay there.

My wife and I were at Westgate Resorts a few years back, and we decided to come again for two days when they added the water park. We brought people with us this time. We brought two motorhomes and we just camped out. We also had our grill so we cooked most of our food.

Our experience with Westgate at Painted Mountain was fine. This was not a fun vacation stay. It was just convenient because the price was right, and I knew how close it was to my niece’s house. And we just needed a place to lay our heads at night, because it was late. So, they just gave us our keys and told us which room to go to. There wasn’t anything special about it.

I am a Priceline Gold member, and I can go through Priceline and get my rooms booked at Westgate at a fairly reasonable price. We liked everything at the Westgate Branson Woods Resort, especially that it was located close to the Sight & Sound Theaters and it was off of the business route. My husband and I really liked it there.

We booked Westgate Resorts for the first time through Priceline and it was a reasonable price. The location was fabulous for Disney. Just two miles and we’re on property which was great for us. We were usually in one of the parks and we just needed a clean place to lay our head that’s close and where we don’t have to deal with the hectic traffic. We didn’t use the amenities so much other than the pool and the hot tub, but we enjoyed our stay. The resort was comfortable and clean. The staff has been wonderful, very polite, kind, and helpful. We had no problems and were very happy with our stay. We’ve come back and stayed there many times over.

The photos on the website are misleading. Our room was in a building around the back of the main building. The room has a musty smell. I would rate it as a 2.5 star, especially for the price. The price was close to $200. With taxes etc. a Motel 6 would have been better.

Westgate is a wonderful facility. And at the time I was looking to go, they had good deals going. But we've used Westgate a second time. We used them in March and again in August, because we had a good experience with them in March. Their staff was top-notch. They were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Whatever they’ve got going on there, they’re doing something right. My room was fantastic. It was comfortable and clean. The availability of different activities and things going on there was incredible. My son used the outdoor pool, and he loved it. They’ve also got a great setup and great location. I’ll stay there again next time I go if they have an opening.

We were at Westgate Resorts to visit friends. The place was really amazing. We had an interaction with the staff, and they were professional and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We didn’t spend much time at the resort since we had planned to go to Disney World, but I’d definitely stay at Westgate Resorts again.

I was invited to stay at Westgate, and I liked my experience. Checking in and out was pretty easy. I’ve been to Westgae There wasn't much amenities at Westgate Towers the last time I stayed there. It was better at Westgate Villas, the one I recently went to. I like the location and their customer service. It was a really good experience. I would just make a suggestion that they need to have the same standards for all their locations

My wife and kids like Westgate because of the amenities. Check-out is super easy, with no contact or conversation needed. Check-in is getting better. I’m in the military and have been staying there for the past four years, so I’m on a fast schedule. I prefer a quick process where they can just give me my key and let me go about my business, since I already know where all the buildings are and don’t need a map anymore. I also really like the food. My only complaint is that they need to start restricting the pouring of alcohol.

We stayed at Westgate for one night as the place that we usually went to only let us stay two days. But we didn’t want to stay as we don’t have time. The location is close to Universal which we appreciated. They gave us a room with a lake view that was very pretty in the morning during sunrise. The room also had a Jacuzzi tub, which is hard to find in a decently priced hotel. The shop onsite was very clean.

I stayed at Williamsburg and that place is awesome. I love the fact that the parking was right out front of the room. I wouldn't call it a room. It was more like an apartment-type thing. I really enjoyed that aspect of it. Although, I wasn't able to use any of the amenities, the fact that they were there prompted me to want to return and bring my wife with me. There's a lot of stuff that you could do for fun.

We came in a little late but the person was really nice and gave us pretty good directions on how to get to our room. Checking in went really smooth. The room was really clean. It was a really nice room. It had a great view of the lake from where we were. So I really enjoyed it. The resort had a pool, hot tubs, and volleyball and basketball court. We played volleyball and used the pool and hot tub.

My sister went to Westgate and we went to visit her, and I ended up booking for the weekend for my anniversary. I liked having my own private apartment and everything was so clean. They also have restaurants and pools. We ate at Draft and the food was good. We're gonna go back to Westgate.

My experience was great and I wanna make a reservation this time for a month. I like staying at the Flamingo Bay. I used their pool and it was good. The only thing is that the price is too expensive.

My job has discount programs for certain areas, so I used Westgate’s website. The West Lake location was a nice place, and it was a reasonable price for the stay. I was expecting the room to be cleaned and the towels changed but they didn’t do that. I was told I have to request it. I went to the restaurants and the game room, and they even have a water park. But they charged separately for it. You have to pay every day. If you just pay one price while you stay there, it would have been a fair value. I had a good experience but with minor improvements, my experience will be a whole lot better.

We had a conference held at Westgate Resorts and it was a good experience. It’s a nice resort. I love the amenities and the spacious rooms, and the kids were able to swim in the pool. If I have to do something in Orlando, I would probably visit Westgate again.

Westgate had the lowest price compared to the other resorts and hotels near the Grand Central when we did our reservation. They also had good reviews, which was why we decided to stay there. It was our first experience with them and the location was perfect. We really liked it. We stayed three nights and a day and after the second night, we enjoyed the people's behavior, the location, the coziness and the cleanliness. I would recommend Westgate and we’d prefer to go there if we would like to stay again in New York City.

The location was great. We were looking for something close to the golf course I was gonna have a tournament at. Everything was great. The only thing was that we were right next door to the air conditioner units and they were very noisy. They should put some sort of a fence or a partition to block some of the noise.

Westgate is a comfortable, familiar place that we like to go to for a staycation. We usually bring our own food or go out to eat. Their customer service is always sweet in the lobby or if I ask for a later check out, they've always been accommodating. Westgate is comfortable and roomy, and there are a lot of amenities that you don’t even need to leave the property. Over the years, we have used the tennis court, playground, arcade and all the pools. Westgate is top-rate clean, even in the Jacuzzi area and the sauna. The website is tricky and makes you think you're renting something for that price, and when it comes to it, it bumps it up. So, it's not transparent. When I ended up booking, it was double what I thought. The prices are high, and I wish they would give locals a better rate.

My niece got married and Westgate was our hotel. It was over at the golf course. We had a good stay. Everything was well.

Horrible! I made reservation and now someone calls me to told me that if I wanted to keep my reservation I have to pay 600 more… this is the fourth time since I got this membership. Don’t spend your money buying this thing.

West gate refused to refund me an extra day of stay I added an additional day. The additional day was not part of the package. I had to leave because of a family emergency. They did not refund my money. I will never stay at a Westgate Resort in my life. Hilton Resorts are much better.

I've been coming to Myrtle Beach every year for the past years with my family and friends. I’m used to the area. I normally stay across the street from the ice cream parlor. There were so many of us, we got the two-level house, actually smack across the street from Westgate.

Everything was good. I wish I didn't have to leave early because of one of my grandkids. Other than that, the site is beautiful. The people that work there are beautiful and very respectful. They treated me right. I had to leave Sunday morning because of an emergency.

I have stayed at the Westgate location before and I like the quality and the prices. It's close to everything. I checked in online, but I just went in and got the keys. When I checked out, I just dropped the keys to the gate.

Somebody told me about Westgate Resort when I went to Universal Studios. The location is good and I like it. Everything is all right. My family likes it too. I tried their pizza and didn't like the pizza they had, it's just not the kind I like. But everything about checking in and out went fine.

I wanted to go to Las Vegas but didn't want to be around all the casinos. I took my grandkids so I needed something family-friendly. I saw that Westgate was on the outskirts. I like that it was well-kept and very clean. It's a little condo type apartment. So, instead of having to go out to eat all the time, we were able to make something there. The staff was really attentive. Someone kept texting me. Everything was really nice and there was the pool downstairs.

My wife's cousin made the reservations at Westgate. The overnight manager was Kayla and she was outstanding. They have all kinds of activities for kids like karaoke. My biggest complaint about the place is that the pool is too small for the amount of people. Everything else like the lazy river, was a killer. It's close to the ocean, which is great. Everything else was spot-on. The staff was friendly. The wife, grandkids, myself, we all enjoyed it.

Checking in at Westgate was good. When we mentioned to Kevin at the front desk that my daughter hadn't been to New York before and we were there to try some pizza, he made a recommendation that panned out. When he was there next, he asked about it. So, that was nice.

The room was good except for the internet that was bad. It didn't work. You can connect to it, but you weren't going nowhere. If you try to open up a browser and go anywhere, it’d say, “No connection.” I reported it and their response was, “Well, yeah. It's kind of weak in that area.” To me, that wasn't a proper response, but we were hardly in the room anyway, so it didn't really matter. The one that we went to is a nice place to go, especially if you have kids, because it has a water park.

This trip to Westage Florida was for my grandson, and I wanted to take him to the rodeo. And we had a great time. The room was clean. Everything was as promised. The check-in was great. The only thing I would find a tiny bit of fault with is the concierge that we dealt with had an English speaking issue. She was very fluent in Spanish but she couldn't speak English. And I don't speak Spanish, so we had to interpret with hand signals. And you don't expect that from a concierge. I think you could put that somewhere else but not at a concierge, right? At least not with a backup.

Requested 6 rooms together, at least in the same building, when we booked and the night before checking in. They separated us in different buildings far apart. Really screwed up our family vacation. Basically one part of the family is having one vacation and one another.

My embassy is working with Westgate, so I went there for business and it was amazing. Checking in was very fast, they have very helpful staff. This was something unique.because my previous hotel was not so good. For breakfast, I was able to change into espresso and it's all I needed. I would recommend a friend.

We went to Westgate with a softball team several years ago, and we enjoyed it because we felt safe. Our softball girls were 14 and under at the time. They're 16 and 18 this year.

My stay at Westgate Resort was excellent. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The front desk was very nice and polite, very easy to work with. It was a very clean room, well taken care of. Room was great except I wanted regular American coffee and they didn't bring it. They had coffee but not what I asked for.

The room was nice. It's just that I did find rodents in the room. I found rodents like big roaches coming in. As far as the room, that's the only thing I did hate about it. Other than that, the staff was great. I loved it. We went for pizza there, and something quick, and it was good. I will come back and stay.

We stayed at Westgate Branson a couple of times, and the second time was because we stayed there the first time. We lucked into it off of an internet deal the first time we stayed there, and came back, because we enjoyed it so much, the second time. The staff were very polite and seemed efficient. It didn't take very long at all from the time we pulled up and went inside to get our room keys and make it to the room. We spent a lot of time in the pool and my son played on the volleyball court with some kids, and the arcade as well. We had a great time and we're actually trying to find an excuse to go back.

We went to Westgate Resorts at Branson Lakes. The check-in process was very drawn out. There were two customer service agents. Both were with a customer that was clearly having a very difficult time. There were two people having very, very bad days, and that left 4 people waiting to check in for a very long time. It took over an hour to get checked in. It was no fault of the staff, but there were only two people working. But leaving was super easy.

Our experience with Westgate was wonderful. We did not have any problems at all. The food options are wonderful. They were also very kind people.

I like the location of Westgate Resort and the water park, too. The check-in and check out process was easy and efficient. Everything went well. It was a little too crowded for my liking in their amenities, but it's just the time of the year. They have a restaurant there. But the AC was not working. But other than that, the food and the service were good. Our overall experience was nice. If I had the opportunity, I would go back to that same hotel because of the location and amenities. I was traveling with children.

Westgate was expecting me when I got there. The check-in process was very easy. The staff was very friendly. I was was pretty satisfied with them. They were very polite, and they showed me around the grounds, a map of the grounds, and where my room was. I couldn't ask for better. The location was good. It was downtown Gatlinburg. The only drawback that I had on the place that I stayed at was the restaurant there. It looked like it was closed down. The one adjoining the parking lot seemed strange that it wasn't open. Otherwise, our experience with Westgate was great. We had a good time.

I'm 45 minutes away from the Westgate Resort, and my kids and I just ran down to spend the night, and they had some kind of a special going on. It was also pretty cheap. The rep I interacted with was very friendly, really nice and answered all my questions or anything I needed. He also told me where to go when we left. The only thing that would be on the negative side was that the website makes you think that you're staying in the large building, but you're actually staying at the inn, like a regular hotel. But it was totally fine with me. It wasn't something that ruined my whole trip. I would recommend Westgate to someone, especially if you are kind of local. It's close to everything, but it is gated, so you don't have traffic going through all night long. I felt really safe. They have a lot of stuff to do there as well.

We've been to the Westgate in Branson before. We liked it the first time. The villa we stayed in was really nice and the grounds are beautiful. It's a very nice area. I went to the store and got ice cream, and the guy in there had a really good personality. We were satisfied with the pricing, too. We're happy with everything there. So, I'd recommend Westgate.

I like Westgate. I love the location, it was right there at SeaWorld. The people there are really friendly too. If I had a problem, they worked it out for me. I ate at the resort too and they got good options. Only problem we had in the room, we got the fold-out bed and we could tell the sheet hadn't been changed. We took that blanket out the top and just laid it over top of it. We slept on top of the blanket.

When I'm traveling, sometimes I go for a week and stay at Westgate. Their customer service has been great. The front desk person in the check-in has been nice. They text me and see if I need anything every day. Everything has been great. The bus driver wasn't customer savvy, but everyone else was good.

My experience with Westgate has always been great. This is our second time staying at Westgate. Both times, it's been wonderful. The people working there are great and very attentive. They're very helpful, answered all my questions. They're not rushing you.

We were going to Branson. I googled and was trying to find a hotel. We went with Westgate and it was good. We liked how it was secluded. You're far away from the hustle and bustle of Branson. We had a nice view of the lake too. The check in and check out was easy as well.

I stayed at Westgate Resorts about 10 years ago when it was still rebuilding. I stayed in a location that was nice, but the rebuilding ones were even better. The one that was in Orlando was nice and pleasant. The staff was great and made me feel comfortable. If anything was missing or wasn’t in my room, the staff brought it to me right away when I called. Sometimes the room had a Jacuzzi, and sometimes it didn’t. The last time I stayed, which was in June, the bed was different. Usually, it’s a sofa bed, but this one was firmer. The food options were mostly fast food, like burgers. The marketplace seemed like it was going out of business. Things like finger foods were gone. If you were having lunch and you were by the pool, it was great.

My family and I would go to Westgate Resorts every year. On our last visit, the check-in went well. There was a young lady that was standing there, and she cut in front of me. But the attendant that was there reassured me. Then, somebody else took me. So, it wasn't bad. I also love the room that we got. It was really nice and I loved the paint. There were some upgrades from the last time we were there as far as the decor, the Jacuzzi, and the kitchen appliances.

A few years ago, I wanted a timeshare with Westgate, which was how I was exposed to them. Every time I go there, everything is always good. I stayed at a condominium and it had a jacuzzi, a nice big shower, the master bedroom and another room in the back with two queens, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony and an enclosed balcony with a screen. It was outstanding. I could go to the stores, the restaurant, the parks and everything in that area. There was a GoMart where they had milk and frozen things that you can take up to your room, and then you can microwave or make them in the kitchen in your room. They had food for lunch, breakfast, or dinner. And the pizza place was good. They make great pizza.

I'm a little upset at Westgate because they have never put my money back on my card for the incidentals charge. There was a $50 charge placed on my card for incidentals on June 28th. They say it's been released, but I've never gotten it back. I have called them numerous times. I have emailed them numerous times. Other than that, I love the hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. They're very accommodating other than this issue. The tavern that is attached has wonderful food.

I like the price and location of Westgate. Our check-in experience was good. The reps I worked with were great too. The room was clean, but I thought that it could be updated. The floors looked worn and it seemed humid in the room as well.

Westgate was physically close to an event that I was going to, so a proximity search first put it on my radar. We arrived late at night, and the check in process was seamless. There were several text messages that we received that told us to do some pre-registration stuff to make our check-in go smoother and easier. I tried to do some of it successfully, but some of it were unsuccessful. When I got to the resort, it didn't really seem to matter. I could have just not taken the time and it would have been just as easy to check in. Either way, it was easy. It took about 5 minutes.

I had to go to a funeral and I decided to stay at Westgate Resorts because I was pleased when I last stayed there. Also, they renovated some of the rooms and I liked the layout. I even asked my husband if he would consider staying in an apartment that small. Everything went well during check-in, and the staff were respectful and courteous. They asked questions and I gave them answers. They gave us a flyer for the shows and some of the restaurants that were available. But we had no time to visit. I would recommend Westgate Resorts because it is a good place. My kids are grown now, but even if you have kids, it’s a good vacation place because they have a lot of amenities and things to do. They have a water park, a restaurant, outdoor activities as you're walking, rest areas and stop areas to just observe the place. So, it was nice. I enjoyed it the last time I stayed as well as this time.

Westgate Resorts has so many different amenities and the room was updated. It was very nice, modern and had a very nice view. They also had a lot of activities going on. The lady was helpful and recommended things that I already wanted. She was warm and accommodating. I like her. I had a Jacuzzi room, so it would've been nice if they had put a couple of candles in the tub. I stayed for one night only and it was a little pricey, but I’d go back.

We were driving from Louisiana and I told my wife to find us a place to stay the night. She got on her phone and it was probably a combination of reviews and the amenities that were available, that’s why she ended up choosing Westgate. They had a lot of stuff available there like the pool and the little putt-putt golf.

We did everything at Westgate. The only terrible thing is the pizza at the little pizza place there. They need to improve the pizza quality. Other than that, Saddle Car was great. Everything was wonderful.

We had a retreat at Westgate and I had an excellent experience. Everything was great, even with the dining, the check-out, check-in process. The room was great too. Also, when I needed towels, they came right away.

As a Westgate Las Vegas owner, I was appalled at this disgusting property. It is NOT a resort, by any stretch of the imagination. Booking reservations in Gatlinburg via Westgate is VERY DECEPTIVE. My wife and I called the Smoky Mountain property for a reservation. When we arrived (June2025), they told us we were at the wrong resort. We were at the River Terrace. When we pulled up to this place, we were shocked at how rundown and disgusting this place is. Yes, the location is fantastic, but this is NOT worthy of being a Westgate property. Also very deceptive are the 'resort amenities'. Advertises two pools, which is not true. Only one small pool to accommodate more guests than it can handle.

We went with some friends who were looking at Westgate Resorts and it was nice. We had a nice stay but the walls were a little thin on the rooms. We could hear all the next-door neighbors. Plus the fact that there wasn’t an elevator and we had someone who needed an elevator really bad. Other than that, everything was good.

I have stayed at Westgate about two or three times a week, I’ve been going for about 20 years. I like the convenience. But honestly, the biggest thing is the staff. They're just unbelievably friendly. Anytime I have a concern, they're right there taking care of it ASAP. I've never had any issues. In fact, most of the staff that's been there at all knows me. As I walk in, they call me by name and welcome me back and want to know when I'm coming back.

My kids loved the water park at Westgate Resorts. It's in a perfect spot for us for vacation. It was a good experience. Checking in and out was great. So were the food options.

I like the fact that the Westgate Resort had several pools. It was child-friendly and not too far from other amenities. The location wasn't bad at all, coming in from New York. The staff was absolutely stupendous. The food’s pretty good. There was one place in particular I was interested in but it was under renovation.. I can't wait to get back.

From when we went there, we liked the accommodation that we were in. And it's pretty much more so with my husband than I. We liked the fact that the facility was very clean, and by having allergies, we don't care too much for a lot of carpet on the floor, so that was a plus as well. The people there were very nice and considerate, so we enjoyed that.

We made the reservation through booking. We chose Westgate because of the placement of the resort. We like the view from it and the place, in general. The staff was friendly when we checked in and out. The whole stay was a good thing. We are thinking about redoing it again in the future. We went to the swimming pool, the infinity pool. The water park and the service there was amazing. Even the people there were friendly, because there was a thunderstorm, and they refunded us because we entered, then the storm started and they stopped. They refunded us, which was fair and good service. We also tried the restaurant there. It was good. Everything was awesome. So, we will recommend it to anybody who wants to visit the place there.

Westgate Resorts is fun and very family-friendly. We enjoyed all the activities that were on site. I would definitely be coming back. I like all the amenities they had and how everything it came with was included.. I like the on-site activities too. They have a pool. They had wine glass paintings and tie-dye shirts. They have on-site mini golf, chess, and little fun activities. They have on-site barbecue pits that were gas, electric, which were a plus too. The staff are very helpful and nice. Also, I also enjoyed that the suite that we had came with everything as far as napkins, tissue, mop, and broom. The washer and dryer was a plus as well.

I enjoyed the swimming pools. I spent a lot of time in the pool, chatting with other people. I also enjoyed walking. There were some stores very, very close that I could get food at.

My experience at Westgate is always amazing. I feel like I never have to leave the resort. I get to relax. All their swimming pools, the rooms or the condos, are amazing. It's always my favorite place to go. Checking in is very easy. You pull up to the building, and go to the counter. And they check you in. It takes five minutes.

The Westgate location is very good. The room was fine but the drain for the tub didn't drain very well, so there was always ankle deep water on the shower. We had a handicap. It was kind of hard pushing the wheelchair up the ramps, but we managed. I wish they had handicap service.

My son and daughter-in-law had an amazing experience at Westgate and it was referred to me. It was a great getaway. The check-in process was very nice, including being able to say when we were estimated to be arriving. It was explained that it doesn't guarantee anything 'cause you just never know when the last people left and with cleaning the room. But everything was really nice. Geo was very, very professional, very polite, and even sent text messages and replied any time I had a question. Overall, everyone had a great disposition. The checkout process was practically nothing. Because we had the option, we were told to either leave the key in the room or take it to the front desk. But I wanted to get a copy of the printout of our charges.

We stayed at Westgate, River Terrace. It was very nice for the price. We understood that it was a little bit lower price than some of the others, but they had everything that we needed. It definitely was in need of some upkeep. But everyone was very nice and helpful.

I recently returned to Westgate as I’d been there before. The service was great, especially this one guy, Miguel. He was driving around a golf cart. He had informed me that they could take us anywhere on the property, which I didn't know, as no one ever told me that. But he was really friendly and informative. We did the activities in the resort. We didn't eat at the restaurants though as I utilized the kitchen. The amenities are good. But the movie selections are geared towards smaller children. I went with my 14-year-old. So

I love the location and I like the amenities. The thing that I'm seeing that's going wrong with it is cleanliness. Our bathroom had hairs in the shower. I had to clean all that myself. The floor didn't feel like it really had been swept or mopped.

Westgate is a very nice place to be, right on the beach. I really enjoyed my time there. You're allowed to have dogs there. The only thing about it was that there's no restaurant actually at the hotel. You have to go out of the hotel and down the street to a restaurant. I was actually hoping for something right there. But it's in a spot where you're close to restaurants. There is a lot of activity that goes on during the weekend in the area at the moment. The lazy river is very nice. I did not get to go into the pool but the tiki bar is nice, too. Everything was fine. The staff was very busy taking care of the rooms constantly.

We just went to Myrtle Beach and we had an amazing time. The room was absolutely beautiful. All of the events that Westgate did with the kids and the adults and the dancing up by the pool was really fun. Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful.

We had been there before and we liked it. We just walk across half a block and we’re on the main strip. It's nice to sit by the river. However, this time, the amenities weren't all that great. The restaurant was closed. We didn't like that.

There was an indoor water park in Gatlinburg area and I got a decent deal to to stay there. Check-in was fairly quick and seamless. People at the counter were very nice. As far as it goes, it's up there as far as being very easy and pain-free. The customer service was very good. The amenities were excellent. The pools are by the cabins. They were very nice. The water park itself was very nice and clean. They always had fresh towels.

Westgate Resorts popped up with a very good price when I was surfing the web for hotel places to stay. Checking in was nice, and the ladies at the front desk were perfect. It was around Easter time then, and I was glad they did have something for the kids like the Easter egg hunt. That kept them busy. As for myself, I was satisfied with going in the hot tub in the pool. It was the second time we were there, and I enjoyed both times.

I stayed at Westgate a lot as a child. I definitely would recommend them. Reservations were seamless. We used the pool and the mini golf, and there was a kitchen, so we cooked. Recreational activities were great, too. The facility that we stayed in was a little bit outdated, though. There were cracks in the wall where it had been painted over, and there were little bugs. But other than that, it was perfect.

We were looking for an oceanfront property and found Westgate. On the website, the rating was not as good as any of the other more expensive places down the road, so we were skeptical about it, but we went there and it was astronomically better than the rating they gave it. Louis was the one that checked us in. I just walked up to the counter and gave him my piece of paper and we were done in about five minutes. It was very easy.

The resort's food options were good. We tried the Mexican place and the one near the ice cream by Starbucks. We visited the water park, and it was enjoyable. There were a lot of people, and the crowd was big, but for that area, I think it’s fine.

We went to a Westgate water park and they had great service. But the food was poor. In the restaurant, no waitress ever came. It had been 15 minutes.

We go to Orlando all the time for my kids’ spring break or just vacation. I was just Googling and it pulled up different resorts and hotels. I chose Westgate because of the amenities, the price, the location and very good reviews. Their customer service was A1. When I notice that I'm getting treated well, I do recognize that. Every question I had, and I had a lot of questions, there was a response back in under five minutes. They went above and beyond.

I went to Westgate for a conference. The amenities in the resort were gorgeous. I liked having everything right there and I liked the bar I went to. I did have a few issues. When I checked in, they didn’t give me a map. There was also no TV channel guide or general information in the room.

We chose Westgate because of its location during our trip to Gatlinburg. It was within walking distance to downtown. The check-in was very simple. They let us choose a late check-out since I had to be in convention with my son the day we checked out. They offered a small continental breakfast and what we had was good. They were pet-friendly and very accommodating. We did not do much in the resort because this is the smaller of the resorts. It has no indoor pool, and everything was outdoors. We just stayed in the room while we were there. However, the property needs to be upgraded. It's older and needs some freshening up.

This is our second time staying at Westgate this spring. The first time, we swam, because everything else was under construction and there was nothing else to do. The pool was very warm and very clean. The second time, my husband and I played Skee-Ball. Check in was a little slow. It seemed like they took a long time on their computers, and then I had to sign a jillion things. I like the updated rooms. The first visit, I loved that there wasn't carpet in the rooms, but our feet were all brown from walking on the floor. They looked very clean, but they might need to change their mop water more often. The second time we stayed, they put us right by the dumpster. It was right behind our car. I got a really good price on the room, but the resort was not full. It wasn't very appetizing because the dumpster was less than 100 feet from where we walked out of our room. If I paid a premium price for that room, I would have been disappointed.

Westgate was under construction on some of the amenities. They were still building a bowling alley and something else. We didn’t use the pool, but there was a place to buy pizza and other food, and there was also a Starbucks there.

I’ve known about Westgate in the past because we used to own at their Florida location. Recently, I came down for a family gathering at Westgate. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the location was the main reason we spent most of our time outside the hotel. Their customer service was good, and I was impressed with how well they kept the properties clean. As for the price, with everything going up nowadays, it was okay.

I’ve been to New York multiple times, and this location was great, very central and close to Times Square, the tour buses, and everything else. The staff was friendly, and we liked the little bar and the Starbucks downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

For best value and convenience, go to Westgate. We had a great time at Westgate Pigeon Forge. The staff was top-notch, and we had no issues at all. When we got there, they accommodated us to a different room that was just a two-level apartment hotel. We didn't want to be on the top level, and they gave us a room at the main level, no questions asked. The room was smaller than we expected but it fit what we needed, it was clean, very well kept, the food was fantastic and well-priced.

We liked our stay at Westgate. The staff members were pleasant, and rooms were awesome. Very nice and clean. We were able to see their new game room, water park, and pool, but we didn't have time to do a whole lot ‘cause we didn't stay that long.

The only thing I would complain about is that the walls were really thin. We were on the bottom floor, so we could hear everything that was going on. I took my son, daughter-in-law and the grandkids to Westgate River Ranch and we had a great time. We did everything from horseback/pony rides, to fishing, to rock climbing, and the Rodeo was exceptional. We ate at the barbecue place and the food was good. It was a little expensive, but that's the world we live in now. The only eyesore that left a little negative thought was one of the bathrooms had mold and mildew on the shower door and the tile, which was not very sightly and sanitary either. The other thing is the foldout couch had no bed linens, no sheets. We called it in, they delivered the next morning, so we worked through it, no big deal. But it’s something they can look into going forward. Everything else was very positive.

I’ve had a great experience with Westgate Resort, and I can't really say there was anything that I disliked. The location was really nice, and the staff, attractions, and food were all great. I have no big concerns, and I’ll definitely be back. I have already recommended it to someone, and they went this weekend.

I've been an owner at Westgate Resorts for years. The process of checking in and out was easy and excellent. Everyone I encountered was absolutely nice and helpful. I had a great experience. I loved it.

It was just a quick trip to Florida. I chose Westgate because of the price. It was under 100 bucks a night, and I got a room with a huge living room.. I had a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a patio, a jacuzzi tub, and two bathrooms.

We thought Westgate Resorts was something new. My husband and I decided to try them because the resort looks nice. Checking in was smooth and wonderful. There was quite a bit of a line. We knew it was very popular because we waited for a while, but the counter was full. The staff that checked us in were so informative, upbeat, and wonderful.

Westgate Lake was not far from the location and a family stayed there who had a good experience. After looking at everything that was at the resort, we decided it was better for us. There were activities that my daughter and I were able to participate in throughout the day so that was great.

The check-in with Westgate was all good. I registered and did everything online, so it was pretty much set and waiting on me when I walked in. I told them my name, they handed me my key and I went on to the room, which was very nice. We’ve stayed there twice before we became a member.

We wanted to go out west to a dude ranch but it's such a long haul that when my friends found a dude ranch here in Florida, we said, “Great. That's for us.” They were fine once we got there, but like everything nowadays, you get multiple emails. I don't want a relationship. I just wanted to go to the thing and rent a hotel room. But everyone involved with it was very polite.

It was really great location for us. It wasn’t Westgate’s fault that construction was really bad right where we were, and we found a way to work around it. Checking in was a little difficult. We wanted to be in the same place together, and they had booked different rooms than I did, but in order for me to be the same location, they needed to downgrade my hotel room, and I wouldn’t get any of my money back even though I was getting a different room. They said the room that I had was hard to get and they didn't like to give those away. So, I was surprised that they weren’t willing to give me the difference between the room that I got. I wish it was clearer when I was booking my room, so I could have avoided that and saved my money since I didn't stay in a nicer room anyway.

We stayed at Westgate for our late anniversary/Valentine's getaway. It was the first one that had an availability and it seemed like a really nice place. It wasn't cheap either. We were going for nice, not cheap. Checking in was quick. They had a queue, but it moved very quickly, so it wasn't bad. Granted we didn't spend much time in the room, when we did, it was just in the evenings to eat dinner or to go to bed, and it was a very comfortable bed. The kitchenette was perfect for what we wanted, which was to cook for ourselves and not eat out every night. Overall, for what we did, we were very happy with it.

My wife booked our stay with Westgate, and we picked them because of ease of use and location. Disney World, Universal, all that stuff that we did is all right there. The location is awesome.
