Westgate Resorts Reviews

A co-worker told me about Westgate and our experience was good. We have no complaints. The check-in and checkout processes were easy. We were in and out. The food was all right. There could have been more options, but the water park had good food.

It was spring break and Westgate Resorts was the only one available. And I'm glad it was because it was amazing. The check-in and check-out were really quick and easy. The resort staff was very respectful and they had very good food options. We did the pool and the hot tub, then we went down the activity center. That was really fun and my six-year-old enjoyed it a lot. The resort's location was very convenient and it was the perfect spot. We will be coming back. It was our first time being in Missouri and it was worth it.

I am a Westgate owner but when I stayed at the Smoky location, I didn't even get to use my to-rent there. It was a crazy experience because it was the first time that I stayed in one since I purchased mine. It was supposed to have been a week that she was able to get for 149. Or if I trade to a different one, it was 199 full week. I ended up paying well over that for one day. My check-in and checkout experience was great. I checked in 5:00 in the morning and then I checked out 11:30. Over $500 for one day is way overrated. But it is what it is. I loved it there. It was clean and nice. They have the water park, which has a spa. They have the tiki bars. They have arcade rooms. They have where the Smoky Bears come out. It was different characters and they do activities with the kids. Staying at Westgate is something that everyone should experience, especially with your kids.

I've been staying at Westgate for years. They have a nicer place, especially the remodeled ones. I'm a general contractor and I'm pretty picky. In my house, I build them beautifully, and I keep them nice and neat. When I went to Westgate, everything was nice and neat. There's nothing that I'm unhappy about. I like it and I will go over there again. I've had many family, including my daughter and her husband, who still got the timeshares with them. I'd rather give Westgate the business and go there 'cause I'm more comfortable. It's a bigger area with great price. I love it over any hotel.

We were in Branson for a night stay, and we had plans to go up to go see the St. Louis Park. But we couldn't get tickets so we decided we would stay in Branson the extra night. I was online looking for some place that might have a room and one that wasn't going to break the bank. I came across Westgate and the price was good and there was a room available. I went through Booking.com, but since we were there, we realized we could just go directly to Westgate. We really didn't know anything about this place till we got there, and we were very impressed with it. It was excellent. We have the B side which is the smaller side, but that was perfect for us. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We felt upscale.

I liked the price of Westgate. It was not expensive. The booking process was good too. The front desk rep was excellent and helpful as well. The room was an older room, but it was nice and clean. However, the guy at the front told me there was a tour. But they lied to me. They took me to the resort itself. Also, they said it was just gonna last this long and no pressure. But it was a lot of pressure. We were supposed to get out at 11 o'clock, and it was 2 o'clock before they let us go, trying to pressure us to buy the timeshare there. I told them, no. The guy talked us into it. He said, "You get a good hot breakfast, and then you get $150 to go through it." He also said, "I’ll let you go in there, you'll be out there by 11:00, no pressure. You just tell them no if you don't want to, and they'll let you go." But that was not how it worked.

We had a little bit of problem because we changed our reservations, but when we got there, we canceled, and then we had them reinstated, but Westgate Resorts got the year wrong. So, they had it dated for 27 to 26. But they accommodated us. The issue happened on the weekend, and on Monday, we called back in and got everything straightened out. So, we were fine. The resort staff was excellent. The food options were great. We ate at the bistro. It was a great experience. The location was great. We've stayed there three times before. It was a relaxing experience.

My booking experience at Westgate was good. The app was pretty easy to use. The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was great. It was good and spacious. It wasn't too crowded and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was great. We were able to cook, and everything was great. I already told people that if they are going to Orlando, they need to book through Westgate. I have already planned my next vacation, and if I go there, I will be staying at that same resort.

We went to Orlando for a few days. I use Priceline a lot. And I liked what Westgate offered there. We absolutely loved it. It was a great place. We’ll be going back, for sure. We were on a road trip, and we’d driven for 10 hours, and we were tired. We pulled up the front. As I walked in and saw the atmosphere around there, I was impressed at how active everything was, how bright it was and clean. There was only one person ahead of me. Before they even got finished, somebody else grabbed me and said, “Can I help you?” It was a pretty smooth process. I wasn't in there five minutes before I was in my room.

I was looking at all the different hotels and comparing them. Westgate had way more pools and amenities, versus the other resorts there. And the price was perfect. The check-in and check-out were quite easy. Just checked in and gave me my room, and then they sent me over to the desk to let me know more about the amenities they had there. I had a perfect vacation, so I plan on coming back.

My experience setting up reservations at Westgate was very good. The check-in was really good, too. There was no wait. Their team was really friendly and good. The room was very good and clean too. They have a coffee maker and a mini fridge too.

My experience with Westgate was great. There were a lot of us up there, but the line went pretty quick at check in. I was only standing in line around for five minutes at the most. As far as the rooms and the stay, everything was good. I had a stove in the room, so I didn't buy any food from the place. I also loved that Walmart was right there so I didn't have to go far for that. There were a lot of kids with me, and we went to the pool as well.

I was going through Airbnb or Booking.com, came across Westgate Resorts, and we decided to check it out. Booking was quick and easy. The website asked what days we wanted to be on vacation for then let us know if any availabilities were there for those dates. If there were, they told us the price based on the rooms we were looking for.

I went to another resort in the area a couple of times. First time was great. The second time was terrible. I just wanted to try a new place. Anytime I go to Orlando, I just look at places with water parks for the kids. I was looking for a place that had things to do on the property. I wasn't going to theme parks. I just wanted a place where we can hang out, the kids could have fun, and have restaurants. Westgate seemed to fit the bill.

My parents have always stayed at Westgate since we were younger, and I've always loved Westgate, and I've never had a problem with it. It's always been my go-to hotel every time I go to Orlando. The check in process was super quick and easy. It took less than 20 minutes in total. The gentleman that helped me check in was super nice. Then I did the check out over my phone. I just dropped the key in the box, and it was super quick and easy too.

We enjoyed staying at the Westgate Resort. When we checked in, there were several people in the line and it took about 30 minutes, but that wasn’t bad. The resort was nice and clean. It was easy to get to. If we get a chance, we’ll do it again.

Checking in and out of the resort was easy. Everything was great. The resort had a nice little outside venue with the DJ and a little luau and I watched it. It was fine. The only thing that I didn't like was when the power went oit for about four hours. I had no choice but to go to sleep right there. They didn't give us anything. But they did say it wasn't their fault. It was something that happened in Florida. My family is planning to go back because I might be graduating next year in Florida. So we are planning to stay at the Westgate Resort again next year.

We had a competition out there, and Westgate Resorts was the hotel that the group that we went in with offered and showed us. We looked into it, and it was beautiful. Check in was easy and the customer service was top-tier, the best customer service I ever had. We were able to do a lot of cooking in our room because it had a whole kitchen. That was wonderful, because it was me, and my sister had another room. There were nice bars as well, and there was a sandwich shop. Even at the pool area, it was like Wild Bear. They had great food down there too. There were different places on site to eat. The only thing I hated was some of the places that I enjoyed closed a little early, but for the most part, it was really nice.

I found Westgate Resorts and it was a nice place to stay. They had openings for us when we were going and the reservation, check-in and checkout processes were easy. The location was good too.

I went through Booking.com and I was looking at different results and it looked like Westgate Resorts would be a good motel for my great grandkids. I took my granddaughter, her husband, and two of my great grandkids. They enjoyed the pool with what little bit they could because it was cold. The lady at the front desk was super nice. All we did was tell her our names on the two rooms and we checked in. They said if we needed anything, we could call the front desk and they’d come right down. They were very good. I know the maintenance guys and the laundry people there. On the second day, we needed extra towels and it was after hours, but my granddaughter had to go get towel. They came to the room and handled everything.

I stayed at Westgate a couple of times. I went through a third party when I book, so the price was better. I liked the area and the old structures. The place offered a quiet stay and I liked the space. hey upgraded recently and it was really nice with the remodel. So far, I never had an issue except with my last stay, but they made sure they took care of it. So everything turned out fine. Their check-in and checkout processes were easy and the customer service was excellent.

The check-in was a little chaotic, but for what I paid for, what the resort had to offer was absolutely shocking to me. There was a restaurant and a nice little ice cream shop, and candy shop in the resort. My kids loved it. We were there for Disney and normally, we stay on property, but we couldn't get any hotel accommodations at Disney this time. We will be staying at this Westgate resort again.

My huband and I's anniversary was coming up and we tried to book Westgate but it was sold out because this was on a spring break time as well. T-Mobile had Westgate on their site and we looked up all the deals they had there. We picked one and when we got there, it was more than what I said. It was really nice. I had to pay another $100 when we got there. But it was a good price for two days. It was under $300. Everybody else was asking for more than that for two days. The staff was nice. It was a great experience. We walked around the whole resort and saw the lake. It was so nice. We had a good time. Everything is right there. I'm coming back again in June for my birthday and Father's Day.

Y'all should really be ashamed of yourselves for charging what you all are when it cost not even 20% running the damn place. The real shame is what people do to make a dollar. What parents do for their kids to get some fresh air, to get them out of city and into a little bit of country and they get ripped off in the process and I'm sure there's hardly anything "real" on there! I understand a lot of people put that price on there to try to keep the riff Raff out, or let's be honest, to keep out the "not so fortunate clientele". Another truth it's a shame that you're even ripping off the more fortunate clientele, too. Just so you know, things about cowboys and country Life is truth and your word is everything.

Westgate Resorts had a lot more amenities, and they also had the size that I needed to fit our family. We were able to get a two-bedroom, two-bath, and a living room. All of that mattered. I’ve always used Hotels.com, but it was my first time doing a deposit and then paying it later when I got there. That was pretty cool. I was glad that they offered that. That was also what made it an option to be able to do that because I didn't have all of it upfront. So, that was a plus.

Westgate Resorts is part of the partnership with Choice Hotels, and I try to book with Choice Hotels as much as I can. I went to a Westgate Resort and my experience with their staff was great. We had little difficulty with the shower, and when we called them about it, they were there within five minutes. The condo was well-furnished. If you want to do any cooking, which we did a little, they adequately have what's needed. We also went to a show that's real close to them. I could have picked a resort that was less expensive, but I wanted to get my Choice Hotels points. We were happy at Westgate and I'd stay there again if the price was right. However, Westgate is a little lacking on pictures of the rooms. I looked at their website and on one particular type of unit I was wanting to look at, there were only two pictures, and it wasn't enough to show me if I wanted to select it or not.

The check-in and checkout process at Westgate Resorts was very easy and the reps were great. The food options were good, even the little market and we did the water park with the kids. It was very convenient.

I use Hotwire.com and saw a good Westgate deal. We went and our experience was wonderful. We love the Starbucks there. There were some ice cream that we took advantage of in the little shop as well. The kids did a basketball competition in the arcade and that was fun. The location was perfect. We were there for a cheer competition, and anywhere we wanted to go to eat, to the cheer competition, and to the shopping at Tanger outlet was a 10-minute max drive. We loved all the amenities. Westgate was wonderful. We really enjoyed it and we'll be back some time when we go to Branson. I definitely want to come back in the summer and use the pool. That looks really fun. I have recommend Westgate to a friend and they stayed there last week.

My sister normally stays at Westgate when they have a vacation, and I was recommended to come. This was my first stay at Westgate and the price was fair. While I was there, we used Groupon for different activities. The kids used the arcade and the pool. They really enjoyed it. It was mainly for them for spring break but I also enjoyed it myself. Just staying there was a very good experience. The location was very convenient as well. It was right in the area where we can go right down the road to Walmart.

My experience at Westgate was very good. The price I got was good as well. I like that the unit was one bedroom. They had a kitchen and everything was equipped. I'm a Chef and was cooking everything. I really love that they have grills and if we needed anything, we called, and they brought it in. I really love coffee and it's one of the biggest reason I went there. I like Westgate Resort Hollister. It's better than home. It's very clean and has a very good view even if it didn't get a good view. The boys like to see the lake.

I used Booking.com to book Westgate. When I got to the property, I got the gate code and got in to get my room keys. It was all super easy. When we checked in, the rep was super nice and pleasant. Explained everything, all the activities for the kiddos and the amenities. That was really good. And check-out was super easy as well. The kiddos did the Sharpie art, and they enjoyed the indoor pool, the hot tub, and the games under the pavilion. The location is convenient too. It was an eight - nine minute drive there to the strip. I wish there had been a convenience store a little bit closer. But outside of that, it's a very nice property they've got branching out there.

I liked the location of Westgate. The check-in and check-out were easy and quick. We also went swimming and did the water park. The water park was good. The pool was a little on the colder side, but it was cold outside. Otherwise, the experience was great. There was construction going on, but the resort was beautiful. The scene that we had from our room was amazing. We had a great first time there, and we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend them.

Several different options came up on a Priceline search. We were given a choice of three, and the system selected Westgate Resorts for us. It was very well located, and both checking in and out were excellent. We enjoyed the room, and the facilities were very good. But the room wasn't quite as clean as it could have been. The cupboards around the stove were still a bit greasy from the previous user of the room. Also, the shower pressure wasn't as strong as it could have been. If it had been a bit stronger, that would have been nice. We were only staying two nights, so it didn't matter that the room didn't get serviced every night like other hotels. For two nights, it was fine.

We've gone to Westgate Resorts for 20 years. It's where our home is but I’m not happy with it, and next year we're not going. It's getting too big. You're a number, not a person anymore. We've complained about the internet for years and Westgate hasn’t done anything to change it. You call to get something, and it takes hours to get it. They said that the units would be updated every five years, but they haven't been. We stayed in ones that were the same as 20 years ago. It's not the home we started in. They used to be picky on who they let in there and now, they let anybody in. I don't even feel safe there anymore. The amenities and activities are good, but it takes you out. They offer good things to do, but since we go during a busy time in March, there are a lot more people. If you don’t get there right away, it’s hard to find a seat because there are too many people.

The first time we went to Westgate Resorts, we liked it a lot. The staff was phenomenal. It was easy, and they're always there to help. Also, the food is very good. We went to boat rides, horseback, and the swamp buggy thing that almost killed me, but it was fun. Our grandkids have been with us to the one up in Myrtle Beach and River Ranch. We were at River Ranch for a night with another grandchild, and it was excellent. However, River Ranch doesn't have much around it other than River Ranch, which is fine. The rodeo and new water park are phenomenal. We've also been to the Gatlinburg.

That was my second time at Westgate Resorts with some friends, and I love it. Checking in and out was super easy. Everybody was kind. We're all happy with that. The food was good. We tried to reserve at the restaurant, but it was Valentine's Day so it was sold out. We enjoyed the tours and the boat. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We also love the style of the rooms. We stayed in a tent the last time that we went. This time, we tried the hotel, and it was good. We plan to go again next year. A big baby group.

Choosing Westgate Resorts was a value purchase. I was looking for a nice place that wasn't too expensive. There were nicer places, but they were also more expensive. There were cheaper places, but they weren't as nice. I was there with my wife, assisting her mother who lived in a care facility, and it was near to the Westgate, so for us, the location was excellent.

I had a conference being hosted at the Westgate Resort. So I booked there and the people that I interacted with at check-in were very friendly and helpful in giving directions. The room was great. The location was very accessible for the conference that I was staying at. The one issue I do recall from it was that the water wasn't exactly the hottest. There were some issues with that and other people were mentioning it as well. Other than that, it was a good experience. I would definitely tell friends and family to consider Westgate.

We were out there on a soccer trip, and Westgate Palace was our recommended hotel. Checking in and out was an easy, friendly, and a great process. Our kids were in the pool, and my wife and I were in the hot tub. We went to the little restaurant thing there every day for eating breakfast. Also, we went to Universal and Sea World. Westgate was a very nice hotel. Great location. We will be back. I'd recommend it.

There was a long line during our check-out and check-in at Westgate Resorts. But I just had to wait the line out and the customer service I got was good. We stayed there for two nights and the food options that were there were very limited. But overall, our experience was good and we would use them again.

My daughter's volleyball tournament was a Stay and Play, and we had to stay at Westgate Resorts, which was next to the convention center. We ended up liking it, and it's very convenient. Three times this year, my daughter has to be at the convention center at Vegas for tournaments, so we just stayed at Westgate because we've had a past experience that was great. The restaurants are great too and they allow our dog. A lot of other hotels do not allow dogs unless they're service animals, and that's a problem if we can't take my Pomeranian with us.

I’ve gone on sales trips to tour the facility and get a free stay, and Westgate Resorts had the best value. They offered the amount of flexibility and additional perks, and it made sense for how we liked to travel and what we like to do. I visited the New York City location about two weeks ago and checking in and out couldn’t have been any better. Everything was quick and I was given an opportunity to do a lot of the things in advance. I spent less than two to three minutes at the counter and away we went. And on the way out, I dropped the key off, told them my room number, and that was the end of it. It was about as perfect as I could imagine a check-in and check-out would be.

The people at all the Westgates that we went to were very, very friendly. The first time that we experienced the Westgate was at the town center in Orlando and we enjoyed it. As soon as we got into our room, we noticed that the tub was not washed. So, they brought somebody right away to take care of that. They moved us to a different location without us even asking for it or they just moved us. So, we liked that. They didn't take a while and it got done right away. We went to the Westgate in Tennessee as well for the same reason. It was amazing as well.

We had visited the Westgate Resorts 17 years ago with family and stayed for a week or so. My dad was a veteran and he came through the Veterans Vacation Club. We really enjoyed it. So, we were looking for someplace to just have a short stay en route to Naples. I found Westgate and it was a good price. I booked it through Extra Holidays, which I am a member of. The check-in experience was very good. We were a little bit early, but the fellow who checked us in was able to get us a room earlier to check in. What we thought was described on the website of what we were booking turned out to be not what they were showing. We thought we were booking a one bedroom suite with a partial kitchen.

I searched online for a decent deal for a quick stay in Orlando, and Westgate's rates were good. The place also looked nice and had good reviews. I was able to book something, but the app was not very intuitive or integrated. When I book something, I get an email, but it doesn't show up in the app again. On every other hotel app, I book and the reservation shows up. I had to re-add my reservation.

I went to an international builders’ show, and Westgate Resorts was one of the selections that I found on the list. I did everything online before I got to Westgate. Then when I got there, they had all my stuff ready. When I left, I left the key at the gate, and everybody was happy. I ate at the grill there and the food was great. The service was great, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the unit was that I occupied. There was a separate bedroom and a separate living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and bath. It was considerably more than I expected it to be. So, that made it a good value for the dollars I spent. Everything was clean. The resort was in very good shape. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

I was looking in the area proximity to where I had business, and Westgate was a good location. I wanted to be off the strip but close enough to it, and I didn't even know they had a shuttle which was very cool. We took full advantage of that. Check-in was very easy. It almost felt like we were getting checked in by a personal concierge, so that was great. We did appreciate that. Also, we weren't competing with a lot of other people, but the attention to us was great during check-in.

The reservation and check-in process was fine. It was accommodating. The manager did upgrade our room, which I appreciated. The thing I wish they had was a little more of a buffet for breakfast. That was the only issue I had with Westgate. Because, normally, if I stay at another hotel, I always pick the buffet breakfast. They don't necessarily have to be free, but they don't have a selection. They only have that coffee shop. I do like the restaurant though. The grill that they have there, we enjoyed that. Everyone was satisfied with their food. And the football game was on, so everybody was happy with that also. That was a fun time.

We stayed at Westgate a few years ago in the past with my husband and we liked the fact that the location was right on the monorail. So I was going with my sister this time and she's never been there. So we decided to stay there again. The check-in and checkout process was good. Their customer service was fine. The food was awesome, too. We tried several different places within the Westgate, and we were very happy with all of them. However, they need to update their current hours so everybody knows what time they're open and closed. We had a really hard time getting the correct schedules for the different restaurants. We went online, and it would say they were open till 2:00 p.m., but then we would go down there and find out that it's closed.

I saw Westgate Resorts through a website and did a bundle for my flight and my stay. It looked really nice for the price and it was. It was clean. We enjoyed every minute of it. The weather was a little chilly when we were there, so we weren't able to use the pool, but it was very nice. We went in the shop and bought a few things. The children's play area and children’s waterfalls, although we weren’t able to use it because of the weather, were very nice as well.

I liked the size of the room of the Westgate resort I stayed at. I booked it online through Priceline. I had never been there before, but I went through the pictures and all the amenities online. The check-in process was very easy. We got in pretty late, so I was a little worried about that but everybody was so nice. It was so easy to get to everything at the resort. We stopped at the market that was there. It was great and we got a few things there. We weren't there for too long. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to view everything that was there. We also went on the paddle boat. We were gonna go down to the pool, but we didn't have much time. We were pretty much out for the whole day every time we were there. We really had a great time. I've been telling everybody to go book with them.

The girl that took care of me during check in did a terrific job. She was very quick and precise. She showed me where to go and how to go, and was very good. It was fantastic. We ate in the main restaurant for two nights, and it was extremely good. The waiter was fantastic. There were five of us at the table, and he was right on the ball. But the following night, the waitress wasn't really up to par. She was a little slow and got quite a few things mixed up. The food in the resort was average. The only thing that was missing was condiments for the coffee. There was no sugar or cream. So, I had to go out for coffee. I really enjoyed my stay in Westgate and they allowed me to have my dog. But overall, accommodations were terrific.

Westgate's location was really good. We had to go to the conference center, so it was a quick drive there, which was really nice. We also liked the pool and the water park. The reservation, check-in and check- out processes were easy peasy. As far as food options, I only ended up going to the ice cream parlor, but that was fantastic. I did enjoy the customer service via texting. They were super accommodating that way. It was nice that we didn't have to run down to the front desk every single time we had a question. I would recommend Westgate to anybody.

I received a timeshare phone call years and years ago, and we went ahead and took advantage of that. We never bought a timeshare, but we constantly just look up Westgate to stay at now. We stay at the one in Kissimmee which we find to be the best one. It's the best bang for your buck. Westgate has really good pricing in terms of the cost to stay and it's a very well-kept property. The rooms are spacious and the amenities on the property is great as well. It has all the amenities you need. We love staying there and we stay there all the time. The location is perfect. It is very well convenient and close to parks. I made a mistake and booked the one off International Drive, and when I got there, the receptionist made a phone call, took care of us, and booked us a room over at Kissimmee the same day without a problem.

The accommodations were very spacious and nice. The people were all great. The food options were okay. The breakfast stuff was a little bit big portioned for me, and not quite as good as I liked. So, I went out and bought myself some cereal for the final two days.

I wanted to try something different and I had a good experience with Westgate Resorts. The check-in and checkout process as well as the customer service, were all good. We got a coupon for food but we were moving out the next day, so we didn’t have anything to eat. The price was good too since I had a discount rate.

We liked Westgate Resorts' availability, price, and amenities. Checking-in and out were very good, especially the check-in. I liked the hotel's size and its natural beauty. We liked how we could walk around and see a lot like the outside trail. It was something nice to do. There was always so much to do, but I enjoyed being able to walk around to be able to see what we wanted to do. Also, the location is very convenient. I'm a huge breakfast fanatic. I would have liked a bit more breakfast options. But it didn't make or break my stay. I'm gonna stay there again.

Westgate Resorts is totally different from other places. I came across them at the car show every February and before that, I never knew about something like that in the middle of Florida. Now that they have the big water thing, they're going to attract so many different people. My check-in experience with them was excellent. Their rooms were old but nice. It was a little bit different this time, looked like somebody upgraded some things in the rooms.

We arrived very late at night and my experience at Westgate's check-in was fine. The room was perfect too. Their amenities were also impressive.

Our stay with Westgate Resorts was nice. We went with them for the price, but the location was good too. It was right there. The staff were so nice and the check-in and checkout processes were good. They even got us in really early. We used the pool, but we didn't have breakfast at Westgate because it was at a different location.

With the annual gun show that I like being held at Westgate Resorts, it was a privilege to stay there. Their booking process was very good. I usually call for a lot of booking things and making appointments instead of using a computer, so I called Westgate up, got right through, and got my room. Unfortunately, the rooms that were reserved for that particular show were all sold out. That's what I get for waiting a week or two before the event to book. Other than that, it was very smooth and nice. I enjoyed it.

We went out for the antique gun show that was at the main Westgate motel, and it was full. When I went on that site, they showed me that the one at Flamingo Bay was available and that they had shuttles up to the main one, so I chose it. I actually liked it much better than the main Westgate. The location was great, because it was away from all the glaring lights and hubbub. I really liked it. Also, I thought for the price, it was really good. The check-in and check-out went smoothly as well. They were also very accommodating.

The gentleman at the front desk, Michael, was really helpful and gave us a lot of information about the area. It was excellent. The check-in and check-out process was great. The food options seemed good. We didn't use any of them, but they seemed plentiful and a lot of good options.

I stayed one night at Westgate. It was nice and comfortable. I didn't have any interruptions with my room. I was just there for relaxation. While I didn't participate in any of the activities because of the weather and short notice, my experience was amazing. I would tell people I know that they should go check Westgate Resorts out.

We were looking for camping, but we're scared of it. So, we thought going to a resort was the best option for a first time. Checking in at the Westgate Resort was very easy. Everybody was good. As far as the activities, we did archery, mini golf, the rodeo, and we did the adventure park there for the kids. We fished a little bit, but it was cold when we were up there. So, we were gonna do the dune buggy thing but we didn't. The experience was very nice. We upgraded to the glamping tent and it was gonna be 37 degrees when we woke up Monday morning. So, the heater was a great thing. They had little carts that came with coffee in the morning. That was very good. Also, with the glamping tent, you get your own bathroom with a key card like in a hotel. So, I would highly recommend that.

I had stayed in Westgate Resorts previously, so I knew it was pretty decent. The price was good, so I booked again. The reservation process was quick and simple, and everybody was nice. Checking out was even easier. It was all good. There was a small market store available although there weren't any on-site restaurants. We went to Westgate Resorts for a family trip to Gatlinburg and it was most enjoyable. The resort was fantastic, but a couple of nights were disrupted by people next door, including a screaming kid at six in the morning. The main issue was soundproofing between units. You could hear everything, even someone coughing. I talked to other members, and they said the same thing. I had to shut my bathroom door just so I wouldn’t hear a baby screaming. I was exhausted.

We left that place not knowing all of the other places were booked. So it was a blessing in disguise for us to be able to get in Westgate. They accommodated us. It wasn't the right size what we needed. It was for four ladies and that it was just a room with one king bed. So I made a bed on the floor and Westgate accommodated me with as many pillows as I needed to make a bed, and also blankets and sheets. They gave everything I needed to get comfortable.

A few years back, I had a conference with my job and they booked Westgate Resorts. I liked the place, it was clean, had a lot of activities for the kids and for people to do on and off the resort. When my grandkids wanted to go to Disney World, I said, ""Let's go to Westgate.”

However, the dishwasher’s inside was in a bad condition and didn't work. Everything was rusty. Plus, I'm used to a softer mattress but the mattresses there were so hard. We always stay at Wild Bear when we go to Pigeon Forge. The resort's location is convenient and the staff is top-notch. We've always had a great experience with all the girls in the office there. They know us now that we're there so much. The rooms need to be updated, but other than that, everything's been great.

My daughter wanted to ride a horse. But I did not know that we had to make a reservation before. So unfortunately, she didn't do what she wanted, but we enjoyed the whole thing at Westgate. We went in the pool and the play area for the kids. The pool was really cool. The renovation was really nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. It was awesome. We had a great time.

The Westgate Vegas staff were fabulous. Everybody was nice. When I called to book, they were pleasant on booking me for a good price. They had different kinds of restaurants there. They had the Benihana and the Italian place and the steak place. And then, they had the food court. They also have all the big screens where you can watch sports and all that. So that was good. I had no problem while I was there. The room accommodation was very nice. I was over there where they had remodeled the other towers and it was very pleasant and very quiet.

Everybody at the resort was very friendly and accommodating, but Sarah, the young lady at the front desk, went above and beyond. We decided to stay, she booked us an extra night and gave us almost the same rate we got for booking the other three nights. So, I can't complain. The place was awesome and they treated us very well.

It was my second time staying at Westgate and it was even better. Check-in and check-out process was quick. The room division manager and the check-in lady were excellent. I needed something, and they sent them right away to my room. I've been going to Orlando for years, and I got turned on to Westgate and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. It's such a great location for me to get to and from where I wanna go. I'm coming back again. Last year when I came, I came for the classic like I did this year between Florida and the Bethune-Cookman. But the next time I’ll come, I'm trying to pull up a plan for me and my cousins for us to come and just enjoy two days and shopping and stuff like that.

They got the Draft Bar, which is the best food on the property. When we’re in the resort there’s always something to do, like the water park. Where they're located is convenient too because they're around everything.

Also, I have a five-year-old daughter, so I was looking to do something like stay somewhere that also had activities and something that we could do. I used ChatGPT and Westgate Resorts popped up. I grew up right down the street. I live in Doctor Phillips, so I've always passed by Westgate or by Turkey Lake but never stayed. It was our first time staying and we loved it. We had the best time.

So, we were able to go get our food and eat on the property over nine-tenths of the estate. We also did a few activities. They were pretty good. I couldn't find anything wrong with that facility.

We walked up to the desk and they answered the questions and we were on our way. I tried out both restaurants, the Smokehouse and the Chophouse, and they were wonderful. The food was delicious. It was an excellent experience. It's a good vacation spot. It's nice and fun. They have lots of activities.

The Westgate in Las Vegas is right by the convention center. So, that's how we decided on staying there. We've stayed there four times for the convention being held out there. As far as our reservation process, they're very accommodating. I have had the full gamut of rooms out there. The last one I stayed in needed remodeling but it had the bathtub that my wife wanted and the view of the sphere. So, it was exactly what we wanted. It just needed a little sprucing up.

I found Westgate Resorts when planning a birthday celebration for myself and my boyfriend in January. Westgate's offerings at a reasonable price caught our eye, and attending became a tradition. We go back every year for our birthdays in January. We've also taken my dad for his birthday twice. Altogether, seven times so far. We plan on going back again this year for our birthday. They're always super helpful and friendly. Checking in and out is always super quick and easy. I've used their website a couple of times to see what's on the premises to find them. That's how I found the Drafts Sports Bar. But they also give a map which lists all the amenities and places. I use that most of the time.

I had never been to Florida before, and the Westgate location looked pretty. We booked with them and it was very easy. Everyone was wonderful and the food was good. Unfortunately, we did not have time to do any activities there, but next year, we will. This year, we went to Epic and Universal. It was our second time coming to Westgate. Our in-laws go there all the time with their camper. We usually either camp, or get a little cabin with them. The check in process was super easy. The girl gave me a lot of information about the restaurants and stuff to do there. She was great. Everything was perfect, including the grocery store, the pizza place, and the coffee place. I didn't go to any of the restaurants because we were only there on Thursday and Friday, and a lot of them weren't open or we just didn't have enough time. But the water park and the petting zoo were great. The wildlife on the property was great too. We loved it there. We would definitely plan to come back.

Westgate Resorts was nice and I liked the place. I enjoyed everything. It was very roomy and comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were really nice too, including the check-in lady at the front and the other lady that walked me towards the check-in spot. It was a good experience. The only thing I had an issue with was the water park, being able to purchase the tickets in a certain place and knowing more information about the water, if it was heated, because I had a baby. Everything else was great.

I own one of the Westgate timeshares. This allows me to choose any of their eight resorts that they have during my week of stay. I stayed at Flamingo Bay and everything was great. It's a family resort off the downtown hustle of Las Vegas and I had a fantastic time. It's nice, quiet, and friendly. The location of the swimming pool and the workout room is great. They also have a bus service that will take you up and down the Las Vegas Strip. They have a little galley store, but they don't have food on the resort.

My company booked Westgate Resorts and it was close to the Expo Center. That was good. The amenities and the cleanliness were very nice. It was next to a tram station, which was awesome. Ours also did come with a dining credit. But three of the four elevators were broken most of the time I was there. Other than that, it was great. I really liked staying there. We have another expo at same place in December, so I hope we pick Westgate again.

I stayed there a couple of years ago and had the most awful experience. It was my first day checking in and got my room. Went down to get a drink at the bar and played on the machine. I was there for maybe and hour enjoying myself because I have not been to Vegas in a long time. The person sitting next to me informed me that my drinks should be comp because I've been playing on the machine. I didn't realize that that was a thing because I have not been to Vegas for quite some time. The issue started when I asked the bartender if my drinks was comped and she said no because I haven't been playing. I told her that I've been playing for more than an hour, so how could she have not known that. At the bar you can not sit there unless you are playing. They have a sign that said so. If she thought I was not playing why did she allow me to sit there.

We’ve actually been staying at Westgate for a long time. We always go out there. The check-in and check-out process was great, and the customer service at the location was exceptional. The food option was also good.

We liked everything at the Westgate Branson Woods Resort, especially that it was located close to the Sight & Sound Theaters and it was off of the business route. We had no problems and were very happy with our stay. We’ve come back and stayed there many times over.

The photos on the website are misleading. Our room was in a building around the back of the main building. The room has a musty smell. I would rate it as a 2.5 star, especially for the price. The price was close to $200. With taxes etc. a Motel 6 would have been better.

Westgate is a wonderful facility. And at the time I was looking to go, they had good deals going. But we've used Westgate a second time. We used them in March and again in August, because we had a good experience with them in March. Their staff was top-notch. They were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Whatever they’ve got going on there, they’re doing something right. My room was fantastic. It was comfortable and clean. The availability of different activities and things going on there was incredible. My son used the outdoor pool, and he loved it. They’ve also got a great setup and great location. I’ll stay there again next time I go if they have an opening.

My wife and kids like Westgate because of the amenities. Check-out is super easy, with no contact or conversation needed. Check-in is getting better. I’m in the military and have been staying there for the past four years, so I’m on a fast schedule. I prefer a quick process where they can just give me my key and let me go about my business, since I already know where all the buildings are and don’t need a map anymore. I also really like the food. My only complaint is that they need to start restricting the pouring of alcohol.

We stayed at Westgate for one night as the place that we usually went to only let us stay two days. But we didn’t want to stay as we don’t have time. The location is close to Universal which we appreciated. They gave us a room with a lake view that was very pretty in the morning during sunrise. I stayed at Williamsburg and that place is awesome. I love the fact that the parking was right out front of the room. I wouldn't call it a room. It was more like an apartment-type thing. I really enjoyed that aspect of it. Although, I wasn't able to use any of the amenities, the fact that they were there prompted me to want to return and bring my wife with me. There's a lot of stuff that you could do for fun.

We came in a little late but the person was really nice and gave us pretty good directions on how to get to our room. Checking in went really smooth. The room was really clean. It was a really nice room. It had a great view of the lake from where we were. So I really enjoyed it. The resort had a pool, hot tubs, and volleyball and basketball court. We played volleyball and used the pool and hot tub.

My sister went to Westgate and we went to visit her, and I ended up booking for the weekend for my anniversary. I liked having my own private apartment and everything was so clean. They also have restaurants and pools. We ate at Draft and the food was good. We're gonna go back to Westgate.

My experience was great and I wanna make a reservation this time for a month. I like staying at the Flamingo Bay. I used their pool and it was good. The only thing is that the price is too expensive.

My job has discount programs for certain areas, so I used Westgate’s website. The West Lake location was a nice place, and it was a reasonable price for the stay. I was expecting the room to be cleaned and the towels changed but they didn’t do that. I was told I have to request it. I went to the restaurants and the game room, and they even have a water park. But they charged separately for it. You have to pay every day. If you just pay one price while you stay there, it would have been a fair value. I had a good experience but with minor improvements, my experience will be a whole lot better.

We had a conference held at Westgate Resorts and it was a good experience. It’s a nice resort. I love the amenities and the spacious rooms, and the kids were able to swim in the pool. If I have to do something in Orlando, I would probably visit Westgate again.
