My experience at Westgate was very good. The price I got was good as well. I like that the unit was one bedroom. They had a kitchen and everything was equipped. I'm a Chef and was cooking everything. I really love that they have grills and if we needed anything, we called, and they brought it in. I really love coffee and it's one of the biggest reason I went there. I like Westgate Resort Hollister. It's better than home. It's very clean and has a very good view even if it didn't get a good view. The boys like to see the lake.

I used Booking.com to book Westgate. When I got to the property, I got the gate code and got in to get my room keys. It was all super easy. When we checked in, the rep was super nice and pleasant. Explained everything, all the activities for the kiddos and the amenities. That was really good. And check-out was super easy as well. The kiddos did the Sharpie art, and they enjoyed the indoor pool, the hot tub, and the games under the pavilion. The location is convenient too. It was an eight - nine minute drive there to the strip. I wish there had been a convenience store a little bit closer. But outside of that, it's a very nice property they've got branching out there.

I liked the location of Westgate. The check-in and check-out were easy and quick. We also went swimming and did the water park. The water park was good. The pool was a little on the colder side, but it was cold outside. Otherwise, the experience was great. There was construction going on, but the resort was beautiful. The scene that we had from our room was amazing. We had a great first time there, and we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend them.

Several different options came up on a Priceline search. We were given a choice of three, and the system selected Westgate Resorts for us. It was very well located, and both checking in and out were excellent. We enjoyed the room, and the facilities were very good. But the room wasn't quite as clean as it could have been. The cupboards around the stove were still a bit greasy from the previous user of the room. Also, the shower pressure wasn't as strong as it could have been. If it had been a bit stronger, that would have been nice. We were only staying two nights, so it didn't matter that the room didn't get serviced every night like other hotels. For two nights, it was fine.

We've gone to Westgate Resorts for 20 years. It's where our home is but I’m not happy with it, and next year we're not going. It's getting too big. You're a number, not a person anymore. We've complained about the internet for years and Westgate hasn’t done anything to change it. You call to get something, and it takes hours to get it. They said that the units would be updated every five years, but they haven't been. We stayed in ones that were the same as 20 years ago. It's not the home we started in. They used to be picky on who they let in there and now, they let anybody in. I don't even feel safe there anymore. The amenities and activities are good, but it takes you out. They offer good things to do, but since we go during a busy time in March, there are a lot more people. If you don’t get there right away, it’s hard to find a seat because there are too many people.

The first time we went to Westgate Resorts, we liked it a lot. The staff was phenomenal. It was easy, and they're always there to help. Also, the food is very good. We went to boat rides, horseback, and the swamp buggy thing that almost killed me, but it was fun. Our grandkids have been with us to the one up in Myrtle Beach and River Ranch. We were at River Ranch for a night with another grandchild, and it was excellent. However, River Ranch doesn't have much around it other than River Ranch, which is fine. The rodeo and new water park are phenomenal. We've also been to the Gatlinburg.

That was my second time at Westgate Resorts with some friends, and I love it. Checking in and out was super easy. Everybody was kind. We're all happy with that. The food was good. We tried to reserve at the restaurant, but it was Valentine's Day so it was sold out. We enjoyed the tours and the boat. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We also love the style of the rooms. We stayed in a tent the last time that we went. This time, we tried the hotel, and it was good. We plan to go again next year. A big baby group.

Choosing Westgate Resorts was a value purchase. I was looking for a nice place that wasn't too expensive. There were nicer places, but they were also more expensive. There were cheaper places, but they weren't as nice. I was there with my wife, assisting her mother who lived in a care facility, and it was near to the Westgate, so for us, the location was excellent.

I had a conference being hosted at the Westgate Resort. So I booked there and the people that I interacted with at check-in were very friendly and helpful in giving directions. The room was great. The location was very accessible for the conference that I was staying at. The one issue I do recall from it was that the water wasn't exactly the hottest. There were some issues with that and other people were mentioning it as well. Other than that, it was a good experience. I would definitely tell friends and family to consider Westgate.

We were out there on a soccer trip, and Westgate Palace was our recommended hotel. Checking in and out was an easy, friendly, and a great process. Our kids were in the pool, and my wife and I were in the hot tub. We went to the little restaurant thing there every day for eating breakfast. Also, we went to Universal and Sea World. Westgate was a very nice hotel. Great location. We will be back. I'd recommend it.

There was a long line during our check-out and check-in at Westgate Resorts. But I just had to wait the line out and the customer service I got was good. We stayed there for two nights and the food options that were there were very limited. But overall, our experience was good and we would use them again.

The people at all the Westgates that we went to were very, very friendly. The first time that we experienced the Westgate was at the town center in Orlando and we enjoyed it. As soon as we got into our room, we noticed that the tub was not washed. So, they brought somebody right away to take care of that. They moved us to a different location without us even asking for it or they just moved us. So, we liked that. They didn't take a while and it got done right away. We went to the Westgate in Tennessee as well for the same reason. It was amazing as well.

We had visited the Westgate Resorts 17 years ago with family and stayed for a week or so. My dad was a veteran and he came through the Veterans Vacation Club. We really enjoyed it. So, we were looking for someplace to just have a short stay en route to Naples. I found Westgate and it was a good price. I booked it through Extra Holidays, which I am a member of. The check-in experience was very good. We were a little bit early, but the fellow who checked us in was able to get us a room earlier to check in. What we thought was described on the website of what we were booking turned out to be not what they were showing. We thought we were booking a one bedroom suite with a partial kitchen.

I searched online for a decent deal for a quick stay in Orlando, and Westgate's rates were good. The place also looked nice and had good reviews. I was able to book something, but the app was not very intuitive or integrated. When I book something, I get an email, but it doesn't show up in the app again. On every other hotel app, I book and the reservation shows up. I had to re-add my reservation.

I went to an international builders’ show, and Westgate Resorts was one of the selections that I found on the list. I did everything online before I got to Westgate. Then when I got there, they had all my stuff ready. When I left, I left the key at the gate, and everybody was happy. I ate at the grill there and the food was great. The service was great, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the unit was that I occupied. There was a separate bedroom and a separate living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and bath. It was considerably more than I expected it to be. So, that made it a good value for the dollars I spent. Everything was clean. The resort was in very good shape. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

I was looking in the area proximity to where I had business, and Westgate was a good location. I wanted to be off the strip but close enough to it, and I didn't even know they had a shuttle which was very cool. We took full advantage of that. Check-in was very easy. It almost felt like we were getting checked in by a personal concierge, so that was great. We did appreciate that. Also, we weren't competing with a lot of other people, but the attention to us was great during check-in.

The reservation and check-in process was fine. It was accommodating. The manager did upgrade our room, which I appreciated. The thing I wish they had was a little more of a buffet for breakfast. That was the only issue I had with Westgate. Because, normally, if I stay at another hotel, I always pick the buffet breakfast. They don't necessarily have to be free, but they don't have a selection. They only have that coffee shop. I do like the restaurant though. The grill that they have there, we enjoyed that. Everyone was satisfied with their food. And the football game was on, so everybody was happy with that also. That was a fun time.

We stayed at Westgate a few years ago in the past with my husband and we liked the fact that the location was right on the monorail. So I was going with my sister this time and she's never been there. So we decided to stay there again. The check-in and checkout process was good. Their customer service was fine. The food was awesome, too. We tried several different places within the Westgate, and we were very happy with all of them. However, they need to update their current hours so everybody knows what time they're open and closed. We had a really hard time getting the correct schedules for the different restaurants. We went online, and it would say they were open till 2:00 p.m., but then we would go down there and find out that it's closed.

I saw Westgate Resorts through a website and did a bundle for my flight and my stay. It looked really nice for the price and it was. It was clean. We enjoyed every minute of it. The weather was a little chilly when we were there, so we weren't able to use the pool, but it was very nice. We went in the shop and bought a few things. The children's play area and children’s waterfalls, although we weren’t able to use it because of the weather, were very nice as well.

I liked the size of the room of the Westgate resort I stayed at. I booked it online through Priceline. I had never been there before, but I went through the pictures and all the amenities online. The check-in process was very easy. We got in pretty late, so I was a little worried about that but everybody was so nice. It was so easy to get to everything at the resort. We stopped at the market that was there. It was great and we got a few things there. We weren't there for too long. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to view everything that was there. We also went on the paddle boat. We were gonna go down to the pool, but we didn't have much time. We were pretty much out for the whole day every time we were there. We really had a great time. I've been telling everybody to go book with them.

The girl that took care of me during check in did a terrific job. She was very quick and precise. She showed me where to go and how to go, and was very good. It was fantastic. We ate in the main restaurant for two nights, and it was extremely good. The waiter was fantastic. There were five of us at the table, and he was right on the ball. But the following night, the waitress wasn't really up to par. She was a little slow and got quite a few things mixed up. The food in the resort was average. The only thing that was missing was condiments for the coffee. There was no sugar or cream. So, I had to go out for coffee. I really enjoyed my stay in Westgate and they allowed me to have my dog. But overall, accommodations were terrific.

Westgate's location was really good. We had to go to the conference center, so it was a quick drive there, which was really nice. We also liked the pool and the water park. The reservation, check-in and check- out processes were easy peasy. As far as food options, I only ended up going to the ice cream parlor, but that was fantastic. I did enjoy the customer service via texting. They were super accommodating that way. It was nice that we didn't have to run down to the front desk every single time we had a question. I would recommend Westgate to anybody.

I received a timeshare phone call years and years ago, and we went ahead and took advantage of that. We never bought a timeshare, but we constantly just look up Westgate to stay at now. We stay at the one in Kissimmee which we find to be the best one. It's the best bang for your buck. Westgate has really good pricing in terms of the cost to stay and it's a very well-kept property. The rooms are spacious and the amenities on the property is great as well. It has all the amenities you need. We love staying there and we stay there all the time. The location is perfect. It is very well convenient and close to parks. I made a mistake and booked the one off International Drive, and when I got there, the receptionist made a phone call, took care of us, and booked us a room over at Kissimmee the same day without a problem.

The accommodations were very spacious and nice. The people were all great. The food options were okay. The breakfast stuff was a little bit big portioned for me, and not quite as good as I liked. So, I went out and bought myself some cereal for the final two days.

I wanted to try something different and I had a good experience with Westgate Resorts. The check-in and checkout process as well as the customer service, were all good. We got a coupon for food but we were moving out the next day, so we didn’t have anything to eat. The price was good too since I had a discount rate.

We liked Westgate Resorts' availability, price, and amenities. Checking-in and out were very good, especially the check-in. I liked the hotel's size and its natural beauty. We liked how we could walk around and see a lot like the outside trail. It was something nice to do. There was always so much to do, but I enjoyed being able to walk around to be able to see what we wanted to do. Also, the location is very convenient. I'm a huge breakfast fanatic. I would have liked a bit more breakfast options. But it didn't make or break my stay. I'm gonna stay there again.

Westgate Resorts is totally different from other places. I came across them at the car show every February and before that, I never knew about something like that in the middle of Florida. Now that they have the big water thing, they're going to attract so many different people. My check-in experience with them was excellent. Their rooms were old but nice. It was a little bit different this time, looked like somebody upgraded some things in the rooms.

We arrived very late at night and my experience at Westgate's check-in was fine. The room was perfect too. Their amenities were also impressive.

Our stay with Westgate Resorts was nice. We went with them for the price, but the location was good too. It was right there. The staff were so nice and the check-in and checkout processes were good. They even got us in really early. We used the pool, but we didn't have breakfast at Westgate because it was at a different location.

With the annual gun show that I like being held at Westgate Resorts, it was a privilege to stay there. Their booking process was very good. I usually call for a lot of booking things and making appointments instead of using a computer, so I called Westgate up, got right through, and got my room. Unfortunately, the rooms that were reserved for that particular show were all sold out. That's what I get for waiting a week or two before the event to book. Other than that, it was very smooth and nice. I enjoyed it.

We went out for the antique gun show that was at the main Westgate motel, and it was full. When I went on that site, they showed me that the one at Flamingo Bay was available and that they had shuttles up to the main one, so I chose it. I actually liked it much better than the main Westgate. The location was great, because it was away from all the glaring lights and hubbub. I really liked it. Also, I thought for the price, it was really good. The check-in and check-out went smoothly as well. They were also very accommodating.

The gentleman at the front desk, Michael, was really helpful and gave us a lot of information about the area. It was excellent. The check-in and check-out process was great. The food options seemed good. We didn't use any of them, but they seemed plentiful and a lot of good options.

I stayed one night at Westgate. It was nice and comfortable. I didn't have any interruptions with my room. I was just there for relaxation. While I didn't participate in any of the activities because of the weather and short notice, my experience was amazing. I would tell people I know that they should go check Westgate Resorts out.

We were looking for camping, but we're scared of it. So, we thought going to a resort was the best option for a first time. Checking in at the Westgate Resort was very easy. Everybody was good. As far as the activities, we did archery, mini golf, the rodeo, and we did the adventure park there for the kids. We fished a little bit, but it was cold when we were up there. So, we were gonna do the dune buggy thing but we didn't. The experience was very nice. We upgraded to the glamping tent and it was gonna be 37 degrees when we woke up Monday morning. So, the heater was a great thing. They had little carts that came with coffee in the morning. That was very good. Also, with the glamping tent, you get your own bathroom with a key card like in a hotel. So, I would highly recommend that.

I had stayed in Westgate Resorts previously, so I knew it was pretty decent. The price was good, so I booked again. The reservation process was quick and simple, and everybody was nice. Checking out was even easier. It was all good. There was a small market store available although there weren't any on-site restaurants. I appreciated the accessibility and convenience of the location.

We went to Westgate Resorts for a family trip to Gatlinburg and it was most enjoyable. The resort was fantastic, but a couple of nights were disrupted by people next door, including a screaming kid at six in the morning. The main issue was soundproofing between units. You could hear everything, even someone coughing. I talked to other members, and they said the same thing. I had to shut my bathroom door just so I wouldn’t hear a baby screaming. I was exhausted.

The reservation process was very easy. The check-in was okay and the checkout was easy as well. You just leave. Everything was fine.

I always come to Westgate for things that I like to do, like vacation. I've been coming to Westgate for a while. I didn't have to do anything but just go and check in and when I checked out, everything was perfect. I'm just still waiting on my deposit to come back. The food there is pretty good. Other stuff in the area is pretty good too. Westgate is the place to go.

Westgate was recommended to us by a close friend of mine. Their check in and check out process was very efficient and effective. The location was perfect. I liked it.

We stayed at Westgate during Christmas time. They had a little Christmas something going on and the kids went to see Santa. The food options were great. There's a variety of places to eat. The only problem I had is that I tried to do an upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom, but that wasn't possible. It was a fantastic and enjoyable experience. The kids really loved it.

The check-in process at Westgate Resorts was very smooth and all was good with the accommodations.

A family that we dog-sit and house-sit for gifted us a flight, the resort, and three days at Universal and Walt Disney. Westgate was the hotel resort that they chose. Both the check-in and checkout process was great. The check-in was better just because I actually got to talk to a person and interact. Sebastian was fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also interacted with my son to make sure we felt welcome. They let us check in a little early because our flight got in early.

We were looking for a place to stay in Vegas and went with Westgate. The check in was easygoing. The rep was really nice and very kind. The room was really pretty and very clean. I recommend for others to stay there.

We spent five hours sitting in the car driving from place to place trying to find a hotel because when we arrived at the original hotel that we had reservations, it was not to our preference. We left that place not knowing all of the other places were booked. So it was a blessing in disguise for us to be able to get in Westgate. We were driving around since 1 o'clock and we didn't get to check in until 8 o'clock. Their customer service was excellent, friendly and caring. They offered us the only thing they had available. They accommodated us. It wasn't the right size what we needed. It was for four ladies and that it was just a room with one king bed. So I made a bed on the floor and Westgate accommodated me with as many pillows as I needed to make a bed, and also blankets and sheets. They gave everything I needed to get comfortable.

A few years back, I had a conference with my job and they booked Westgate Resorts. I liked the place, it was clean, had a lot of activities for the kids and for people to do on and off the resort. When my grandkids wanted to go to Disney World, I said, ""Let's go to Westgate.”

We had a great stay at Westgate. I got them for price and availability. The check in and out process was good and easy. There were a lot of food options, but we didn’t eat at the resort. Overall, everything was good and we will come back.

Checking in and out were very quick and easy. It was nice that we were able to get in a bit early. We had a two-bedroom with a kitchen, and we liked it. However, the dishwasher’s inside was in a bad condition and didn't work. Everything was rusty. Plus, I'm used to a softer mattress but the mattresses there were so hard. Other than those two, everything was very nice.

Making a reservation and checking in was straightforward and simple. It was good customer service. Their food was delicious. The location was very convenient with the stores all around. It was my first time there and I was very impressed. If we have another gathering or if I just wanna come visit, Westgate would be the first place I'll suggest.

I've been there before back in high school, so I knew it was a good hotel. Check-in was quick. I came in and said my name, and the person told me where my room was and gave me my key card. He also told me about the amenities, which was very informative.

My son's mother-in-law booked our stay in Gatlinburg for a family outing. The resort being in a mountain city, I liked the decor and how they made the room feel like it was a little cabin with the fireplace. We really enjoyed the little cozy fireplace. They also allowed dogs. There's a little bit of a breakfast bar in the morning, which was just individual muffins and microwave oatmeal, and a bottled orange juice. They also had a pool. It was a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay up there.

We always stay at Wild Bear when we go to Pigeon Forge. The resort's location is convenient and the staff is top-notch. We've always had a great experience with all the girls in the office there. They know us now that we're there so much. The rooms need to be updated, but other than that, everything's been great.

My daughter wanted to ride a horse. But I did not know that we had to make a reservation before. So unfortunately, she didn't do what she wanted, but we enjoyed the whole thing at Westgate. We went in the pool and the play area for the kids. The pool was really cool. The renovation was really nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. It was awesome. We had a great time.

We chose Westgate Resorts because of the convenient location, which was pretty much within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, helped with popular cities and parking, as well as the price and the other reviews listed on the website. The check-in and checkout process was very simple, and they had a concierge and someone explaining the area, amenities, attractions, and entertainment, which was very informative.

We went to Branson Woods in March after my mom found Westgate. We liked it then, so we returned in November. We did the rock climbing and the arcade. It was really nice that it was included in the room fee. I have three boys that enjoyed the rock-climbing wall. The staff were prompt to give me the amenities and toiletries I asked for whenever I called them. We had a great experience, and I would recommend it.

The Westgate Vegas staff were fabulous. Everybody was nice. When I called to book, they were pleasant on booking me for a good price. They had different kinds of restaurants there. They had the Benihana and the Italian place and the steak place. And then, they had the food court. They also have all the big screens where you can watch sports and all that. So that was good. I had no problem while I was there. The room accommodation was very nice. I was over there where they had remodeled the other towers and it was very pleasant and very quiet.

I've never been to Westgate Resorts, it was something new for me. The reservation process was excellent. The staff were great and helpful. The food options were good, with some items I haven’t had a chance to try yet. There was a lot to do there. We did the swan boat, the sack back, rode a bicycle, and walked around.

A few friends stayed at Westgate and told me about it. The room was nice and clean, just as I expected. They had a bar a grill downstairs, and breakfast. The food was very nice and affordable.

My nephew was already there at Westgate Resorts. I got a room there, too. They had it in his name, but I paid for it. It's a nice hotel.

Westgate Kissimmee was only 20 minutes away from Disney, where our grandson’s high school band was marching. I'm not good at the technology end of this stuff, but it was easy to make the reservation online. Once they got it, they kept me informed. Then my phone crashed, so I had to contact them to get all the information ‘cause I lost it all, and they sent it while we were talking. Checking in went very smooth. Everybody at the resort was very friendly and accommodating, but Sarah, the young lady at the front desk, went above and beyond. We decided to stay, she booked us an extra night and gave us almost the same rate we got for booking the other three nights. So, I can't complain. The place was awesome and they treated us very well.

It was my second time staying at Westgate and it was even better. Check-in and check-out process was quick. The room division manager and the check-in lady were excellent. I needed something, and they sent them right away to my room. I've been going to Orlando for years, and I got turned on to Westgate and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. It's such a great location for me to get to and from where I wanna go. I'm coming back again. Last year when I came, I came for the classic like I did this year between Florida and the Bethune-Cookman. But the next time I’ll come, I'm trying to pull up a plan for me and my cousins for us to come and just enjoy two days and shopping and stuff like that.

When I arrived at the location, it was decent. The amenities were good. I used the Jacuzzi. I ate at the resort using a $75 voucher they offered. Checking in and checking out were a bit of a wait, but it was all right. The only thing I had a complaint about was paying for parking. I didn’t know about it beforehand. Even though it was just $10 a day, I didn't like that.

I’ve always dealt with Westgate and have been with them for about 10 years. Everything went smoothly with the check-in and checkout process. The staff were great, always going above and beyond. It was very nice. The food options are great, but I hardly ever eat there since the kitchen lets you cook. I always go out to eat. Westgate Resorts has a great location and a view I like. My experience with them has been above and beyond, such a great experience, both my trip and stay there.

It was very comfortable to check-in and out with Westgate. The staff there were very accommodating and professional, no issue at all. The place felt safe and was clean. The amenities were more than adequate, making it comfortable and nice. In fact, I played a couple of games of pool. I would recommend Westgate, I'm sure anyone would enjoy it. If someone wanted to go to Disney World and the Orlando thing, it's not that far away at all. I would go back there.

Our stay at Westgate Resorts was amazing. The room that we had was so beautiful. It was a updated room. My friend had stayed there two weeks before and they loved it. But they didn't stay in the one I stayed in. They stayed in the bigger one, but I loved where we were. Everybody was very polite and nice. Everything was close and near.

Checking in and out took a bit longer. Normally, the room would be ready by 3:00, but this time it was 4:00. I know it was a busy day. The staff was great, and everything was fine.

The Westgate Lakes is an excellent location, a beautiful spot and I got a great deal on the room. Everything is super clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodated me the entire way. It was one of the best times I've had in Florida in a long time.

Westgate Resorts is awesome. They have what I look for when I go to Orlando. The process of making the reservation and checking in and out was a breeze. They got the Draft Bar, which is the best food on the property. When we’re in the resort there’s always something to do, like the water park. Where they're located is convenient too because they're around everything.

I was looking for a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday, as we are locals living just a short drive from Orlando. Also, I have a five-year-old daughter, so I was looking to do something like stay somewhere that also had activities and something that we could do. I used ChatGPT and Westgate Resorts popped up. I grew up right down the street. I live in Doctor Phillips, so I've always passed by Westgate or by Turkey Lake but never stayed. It was our first time staying and we loved it. We had the best time.

We stayed in Westgate a couple of years ago and enjoyed the property. So, we were familiar with it, so we wanted to go back. I didn't have any issues with the reservations. It was seamless and customer-driven. So, I appreciated it. The employees that I met with the night of check-in were friendly, upbeat, and very welcoming. The room was good. I do like the setup of the property. One of the reasons why we wanted to go back was that the rooms themselves were fitting for what we needed for our family for the weekend.

My last experience with Westgate was fabulous. It's a very good location. Between setting up the reservation and doing everything, we had all our questions answered. Then we went in there and it was a very smooth process. We stayed in a small unit. There was no food there. However, the kitchen was beautiful. So, we were able to go get our food and eat on the property over nine-tenths of the estate. We also did a few activities. They were pretty good. I couldn't find anything wrong with that facility.

We stayed in the tent. It was set up clean. The area was clean. Everything was good to go, just as we expected. It was phenomenal. Checking in was easy and very seamless. We walked up to the desk and they answered the questions and we were on our way. I tried out both restaurants, the Smokehouse and the Chophouse, and they were wonderful. The food was delicious. It was an excellent experience. It's a good vacation spot. It's nice and fun. They have lots of activities.

The Westgate in Las Vegas is right by the convention center. So, that's how we decided on staying there. We've stayed there four times for the convention being held out there. As far as our reservation process, they're very accommodating. I have had the full gamut of rooms out there. The last one I stayed in needed remodeling but it had the bathtub that my wife wanted and the view of the sphere. So, it was exactly what we wanted. It just needed a little sprucing up.

We had never been to Branson and the Westgate was in a good spot up there. So, we decided to stay there. It was really nice. It had tons of amenities. As far as the check-in, I walked in there and I did wait in line for a few minutes. Then I went up there and our room was already ready. We happened to get it an hour before, which was great. Our room was nice, clean and in a good spot. The only thing is I gave a deposit for our room on 10-15, and I still have not gotten that back.

I found Westgate Resorts when planning a birthday celebration for myself and my boyfriend in January. Both of us share January birthdays, so we were looking for something special near Orlando since we live in Ocala. Westgate's offerings at a reasonable price caught our eye, and attending became a tradition. We go back every year for our birthdays in January. We've also taken my dad for his birthday twice. Altogether, seven times so far. We plan on going back again this year for our birthday. They're always super helpful and friendly. Checking in and out is always super quick and easy. I've used their website a couple of times to see what's on the premises to find them. That's how I found the Drafts Sports Bar. But they also give a map which lists all the amenities and places. I use that most of the time.

I had never been to Florida before, and the Westgate location looked pretty. We booked with them and it was very easy. Everyone was wonderful and the food was good. Unfortunately, we did not have time to do any activities there, but next year, we will. This year, we went to Epic and Universal. There wasn't a shuttle available during the times we wanted to go, so we had to take an Uber, which was fine. We really enjoyed the short time we were at Westgate.

I usually stay on International Drive when I go to Florida. But the hotels out there aren't it. I stumbled across Westgate Resorts. After looking at the photos, the price wasn't bad. It was cheap. I got a good deal. We wanted to try it out and see how it goes. Everything I did was online. It works fine. The app, not so much. It was glitchy.

We've known about Westgate for years. One of the nice things is that they offer rooms available through Expedia and Hotels.com. Going online and renting a room is easier for us. On our most recent stay, the check-in was good. Nothing was slow. They had everything ready to go, and it was just a matter of getting through the line which wasn't that long. The front desk staff was polite and she did her job. We stayed in a room that my wife had selected. It was clean. I'm a Realtor, so I'm very observant of things, and I observed that the laminate flooring seems a little older because it was curling and peeling away in certain areas like at the seams.

This was the first time I stayed with Westgate and the check-was was good. The room was really good too. One thing though, at the door, I needed to drive around a couple of times to find where to do the self-parking.

It was our second time coming to Westgate. Our in-laws go there all the time with their camper. We usually either camp, or get a little cabin with them. The check in process was super easy. The girl gave me a lot of information about the restaurants and stuff to do there. She was great. Everything was perfect, including the grocery store, the pizza place, and the coffee place. I didn't go to any of the restaurants because we were only there on Thursday and Friday, and a lot of them weren't open or we just didn't have enough time. But the water park and the petting zoo were great. The wildlife on the property was great too. We loved it there. We would definitely plan to come back.

Westgate Resorts was nice and I liked the place. I enjoyed everything. It was very roomy and comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were really nice too, including the check-in lady at the front and the other lady that walked me towards the check-in spot. It was a good experience. The only thing I had an issue with was the water park, being able to purchase the tickets in a certain place and knowing more information about the water, if it was heated, because I had a baby. Everything else was great.

It's a family resort off the downtown hustle of Las Vegas and I had a fantastic time. It's nice, quiet, and friendly. The location of the swimming pool and the workout room is great. They also have a bus service that will take you up and down the Las Vegas Strip. They have a little galley store, but they don't have food on the resort.

My company booked Westgate Resorts and it was close to the Expo Center. That was good. The amenities and the cleanliness were very nice. It was next to a tram station, which was awesome. Ours also did come with a dining credit. But three of the four elevators were broken most of the time I was there. Other than that, it was great. I really liked staying there. We have another expo at same place in December, so I hope we pick Westgate again.

I stayed there a couple of years ago and had the most awful experience. It was my first day checking in and got my room. Went down to get a drink at the bar and played on the machine. I was there for maybe and hour enjoying myself because I have not been to Vegas in a long time. The person sitting next to me informed me that my drinks should be comp because I've been playing on the machine. I didn't realize that that was a thing because I have not been to Vegas for quite some time. The issue started when I asked the bartender if my drinks was comped and she said no because I haven't been playing. I told her that I've been playing for more than an hour, so how could she have not known that. At the bar you can not sit there unless you are playing. They have a sign that said so. If she thought I was not playing why did she allow me to sit there.

We’ve actually been staying at Westgate for a long time. We always go out there. The check-in and check-out process was great, and the customer service at the location was exceptional. The food option was also good.

I was planning a trip and needed six different hotels for a car trip, through Priceline, Westgate Resorts came up. I didn’t have any problems with the check-ins. The room accommodations were very good. We were over there for the weekend and spent most of the time seeing shows in Branson, but the time we were there was nice and enjoyable.

The photos on the website are misleading. Our room was in a building around the back of the main building. The room has a musty smell. I would rate it as a 2.5 star, especially for the price. The price was close to $200. With taxes etc. a Motel 6 would have been better.

Westgate is a wonderful facility. And at the time I was looking to go, they had good deals going. But we've used Westgate a second time. We used them in March and again in August, because we had a good experience with them in March. Their staff was top-notch. They were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Whatever they’ve got going on there, they’re doing something right. My room was fantastic. It was comfortable and clean. The availability of different activities and things going on there was incredible. My son used the outdoor pool, and he loved it. They’ve also got a great setup and great location. I’ll stay there again next time I go if they have an opening.

My wife and kids like Westgate because of the amenities. Check-out is super easy, with no contact or conversation needed. Check-in is getting better. I’m in the military and have been staying there for the past four years, so I’m on a fast schedule. I prefer a quick process where they can just give me my key and let me go about my business, since I already know where all the buildings are and don’t need a map anymore. I also really like the food. My only complaint is that they need to start restricting the pouring of alcohol.

We stayed at Westgate for one night as the place that we usually went to only let us stay two days. But we didn’t want to stay as we don’t have time. The location is close to Universal which we appreciated. They gave us a room with a lake view that was very pretty in the morning during sunrise. The room also had a Jacuzzi tub, which is hard to find in a decently priced hotel. The shop onsite was very clean.

I stayed at Williamsburg and that place is awesome. I love the fact that the parking was right out front of the room. I wouldn't call it a room. It was more like an apartment-type thing. I really enjoyed that aspect of it. Although, I wasn't able to use any of the amenities, the fact that they were there prompted me to want to return and bring my wife with me. There's a lot of stuff that you could do for fun.

We came in a little late but the person was really nice and gave us pretty good directions on how to get to our room. Checking in went really smooth. The room was really clean. It was a really nice room. It had a great view of the lake from where we were. So I really enjoyed it. The resort had a pool, hot tubs, and volleyball and basketball court. We played volleyball and used the pool and hot tub.

My sister went to Westgate and we went to visit her, and I ended up booking for the weekend for my anniversary. I liked having my own private apartment and everything was so clean. They also have restaurants and pools. We ate at Draft and the food was good. We're gonna go back to Westgate.

My job has discount programs for certain areas, so I used Westgate’s website. The West Lake location was a nice place, and it was a reasonable price for the stay. I was expecting the room to be cleaned and the towels changed but they didn’t do that. I was told I have to request it. I went to the restaurants and the game room, and they even have a water park. But they charged separately for it. You have to pay every day. If you just pay one price while you stay there, it would have been a fair value. I had a good experience but with minor improvements, my experience will be a whole lot better.

The location was great. We were looking for something close to the golf course I was gonna have a tournament at. Everything was great. The only thing was that we were right next door to the air conditioner units and they were very noisy. They should put some sort of a fence or a partition to block some of the noise.

Westgate is a comfortable, familiar place that we like to go to for a staycation. We usually bring our own food or go out to eat. Their customer service is always sweet in the lobby or if I ask for a later check out, they've always been accommodating. Westgate is comfortable and roomy, and there are a lot of amenities that you don’t even need to leave the property. Over the years, we have used the tennis court, playground, arcade and all the pools. Westgate is top-rate clean, even in the Jacuzzi area and the sauna. The website is tricky and makes you think you're renting something for that price, and when it comes to it, it bumps it up. So, it's not transparent. When I ended up booking, it was double what I thought. The prices are high, and I wish they would give locals a better rate.

My niece got married and Westgate was our hotel. It was over at the golf course. We had a good stay. Everything was well.

Horrible! I made reservation and now someone calls me to told me that if I wanted to keep my reservation I have to pay 600 more… this is the fourth time since I got this membership. Don’t spend your money buying this thing.

West gate refused to refund me an extra day of stay I added an additional day. The additional day was not part of the package. I had to leave because of a family emergency. They did not refund my money. I will never stay at a Westgate Resort in my life. Hilton Resorts are much better.

I've been coming to Myrtle Beach every year for the past years with my family and friends. I’m used to the area. I normally stay across the street from the ice cream parlor. There were so many of us, we got the two-level house, actually smack across the street from Westgate.

Everything was good. I wish I didn't have to leave early because of one of my grandkids. Other than that, the site is beautiful. The people that work there are beautiful and very respectful. They treated me right. I had to leave Sunday morning because of an emergency.

I have stayed at the Westgate location before and I like the quality and the prices. It's close to everything. I checked in online, but I just went in and got the keys. When I checked out, I just dropped the keys to the gate.

Somebody told me about Westgate Resort when I went to Universal Studios. The location is good and I like it. Everything is all right. My family likes it too. I tried their pizza and didn't like the pizza they had, it's just not the kind I like. But everything about checking in and out went fine.

I like that it was well-kept and very clean. It's a little condo type apartment. So, instead of having to go out to eat all the time, we were able to make something there. My wife's cousin made the reservations at Westgate. The overnight manager was Kayla and she was outstanding. They have all kinds of activities for kids like karaoke. My biggest complaint about the place is that the pool is too small for the amount of people. Everything else like the lazy river, was a killer. It's close to the ocean, which is great. Everything else was spot-on. The staff was friendly. The wife, grandkids, myself, we all enjoyed it.

Checking in at Westgate was good. When we mentioned to Kevin at the front desk that my daughter hadn't been to New York before and we were there to try some pizza, he made a recommendation that panned out. When he was there next, he asked about it. So, that was nice.

The room was good except for the internet that was bad. It didn't work. You can connect to it, but you weren't going nowhere. If you try to open up a browser and go anywhere, it’d say, “No connection.” I reported it and their response was, “Well, yeah. It's kind of weak in that area.” To me, that wasn't a proper response, but we were hardly in the room anyway, so it didn't really matter. The one that we went to is a nice place to go, especially if you have kids, because it has a water park.

This trip to Westage Florida was for my grandson, and I wanted to take him to the rodeo. And we had a great time. The room was clean. Everything was as promised. The check-in was great. The only thing I would find a tiny bit of fault with is the concierge that we dealt with had an English speaking issue. She was very fluent in Spanish but she couldn't speak English. And I don't speak Spanish, so we had to interpret with hand signals. And you don't expect that from a concierge. I think you could put that somewhere else but not at a concierge, right? At least not with a backup.

Requested 6 rooms together, at least in the same building, when we booked and the night before checking in. They separated us in different buildings far apart. Really screwed up our family vacation. Basically one part of the family is having one vacation and one another.

My embassy is working with Westgate, so I went there for business and it was amazing. Checking in was very fast, they have very helpful staff. This was something unique.because my previous hotel was not so good. For breakfast, I was able to change into espresso and it's all I needed. I would recommend a friend.

We went to Westgate with a softball team several years ago, and we enjoyed it because we felt safe. Our softball girls were 14 and under at the time. They're 16 and 18 this year.

We spent a lot of time in the pool and my son played on the volleyball court with some kids, and the arcade as well. We had a great time and we're actually trying to find an excuse to go back.

There were two people having very, very bad days, and that left 4 people waiting to check in for a very long time. It took over an hour to get checked in. It was no fault of the staff, but there were only two people working. But leaving was super easy.
