The vehicle and the host was the upmost reason on why I love Turo so much! It’s so convenient and the host was so respectful and responsive. The host’s neighborhood was very beautiful and safe. This being my first trip he explained the check in and check out process great. Even though the app does it was just easier hearing it from the host. I’m going to book again soon!

I thought the pick up and drop off were easy and efficient. I was supposed to have airport fees removed from my charges but the tax was still on the bill. I didn’t pick up at the airport. I picked up at Park DIA in Aurora, CO. I was instructed via the renter to do this to avoid airport fees. Makes no sense to me. Why put that in the rental if I still get charged?

Easy way to get a rental without having to wait in long lines, getting exactly what you wanted to rent, and no huge guessing game on total price of what you're renting or a if there is a huge deposit or not. Everything is written out and all taxes and fees are shown before completion.

Excellent car and excellent experience with host. The Car was in excellent condition and host very nice and accommodating. I will rent a car from this host again as I have already done it in the past. Location of host was very convenient for me and the host was very accommodating for pick up and drop off of the car.

Very happy with the vehicle I ended up with. Host accepted my reservation on very short notice after the vehicle I originally booked, cancelled on me just hours before my trip. Unhappy with Turo support and their effort to help accommodate me. I originally booked a vehicle 2 months prior which helped me lock in a great price. I had to pay a higher amount because I had to rebook another vehicle 4 hours before my trip due to the cancellation

I really enjoy going through Turo when looking for my next vehicle for my next trips. It gives me a variety to choose from with an affordable price. I also like that it is very safe as far as picking up and dropping off. Just an all around easy and great experience.

Everything was good. Once my scheduled car got dropped about two minutes later Turbo Customer Service was asking me if I needed assistance for another car and also explained that the dropped car was not up to safety standards. The owner of my last trip was excellent. Thank you for everything and thank you Turo.

First off I'd state that Turo cancelled my reservation at the last minute because the car was in a crash so what about a replacement? Company was not concerned with me being left stranded at the airport but the replacements they even offered didn't even fit my budget or mileage requirements. Because of TURO I had to spend an extra 2-3 hours at the airport scrabbling to get another car at the last minute none of which I was compensated by the company if it wasn't for me not ruining my vacation Turo would have seen a lawsuit for me for leaving me high and dry in an area I did not know about.

This last trip was horrible. I always rent from you guys. I never had an issue, but they left the oil cap off the engine by time I we got in Lafayette Louisiana the vehicle started jerking real bad. I had to exit off then the low oil light came on flashing on the dash as I was exiting off the freeway, oil was all over the windshield, all over the car in the front and side, all the hood. It was horrible. We went to the truck stop and my husband had to buy oil and in the vehicle this was horrible.

I was literally 31 minutes from landing when I received a Turo message that my trip had been cancelled! How? Why! I didn’t do anything! Traveling with small children is already hard enough and this situation made it more stressful. Luckily the added funds to help rebook a different vehicle allowed me to only have to spend an additional $24 but the whole ordeal sucked!

The Audi was a great vehicle! It was very clean. I do not normally drive an SUV. It was very convenient for shopping at the outlet mall and for transporting all of our luggage. It was easy to drive and park. The owners were very responsive when I had a question. I would definitely rent from them again.

Turo charged the wrong card account and then when I tried to correct it they would not respond in a timely manner. Very unprofessional as if they are so hard up for a payment. They won't even allow you to pay properly. Made the account overdraft which left an extra $50 bill on my end. Thanks a lot.

We rented a 2021 Jeep Compass from Theresa and she was very accommodating. We arrived on a cruise ship and she parked the car right where we got off the ship which was very convenient. The Jeep was spotless and in great condition. We drove around Ketchikan and went to the beach, took hikes in the forest and had a great time. We will be renting from Theresa on our next trip to Ketchikan!

Best way to rent a car ever!!!! Plenty of cars to choose from in any category. Easy to find what you need. No lines and no waiting to pick up our drop off the vehicle. Prices are better than those through big car rental companies. I'll only rent through Turo from now on!

Have been a loyal Turo customer for years and have never had a problem. However, we won't be using Turo anymore and will be discouraging others from doing so. This last weekend, we booked a vehicle to use between when we disembarked from our cruise and when we needed to be at the Miami airport the next day. I messaged the owner of the vehicle to request a pick up and port and a drop off at the Miami airport. No reply until the start of our trip when the owner sent a picture of the vehicle 15 min away. When we tried to contact them, all they stated was that, "We don't provide delivery." I tried to inquire about what we could do to resolve the issue and they refused to reply. I even tried to call them without success.

It’s convenient, but the fees are kind of higher than traditional rental car companies. For people who don't have a credit card, or have a low credit limit I would recommend Turo because they don’t require a deposit. I have experienced picking up vehicles that have not been clean and the gas level was not full.

First time using Turo and it was great. I recommend it if you have never tried it. Instructions on how to pickup and dropout were excellent. Rented Porsche Macan and it was very clean and fun to drive. I will use Turo again. For the week the cost was less than the major rental car brands.

Most definitely recommend this site to family and friends. So far, I've had good experiences with this site. Vehicles were on point, communication was good from when we pick up vehicles and dropped off. Cheaper than rental company. I'm glad someone had recommended this site. I didn't believe it at first until I'd booked my first trip and it went well.

I had to go to Texas on short notice and so booking flights and hotels and out of all that the car rental was the easiest by far. The car was ready for me at the airport. Made my life so convenient because I didn't have to stand in a rental car line after a long flight.

We really enjoyed the FIAT SUV very much and loved having the car play feature in the Houston traffic. The fuel economy was great too and we were thankful to have paid in advance for the refuel. No need to stop on the way to the airport. Thanks very much again!

David was on time with an impeccable vehicle. The entire experience was flawless from registering, selecting the vehicle to pickup and dropoff. One smooth operation, no standing in line or taking a shuttle to an off airport area and no filling out endless forms at the counter because there is no counter to delay you from your travels.

This is my second time renting through Turo and it’s easy and fast. The prices are excellent when you only need a vehicle for a couple of days. I feel that when using a personal vehicle it’s clean and taken care of better than a large rental company. The pick up and drop off has been simple and convenient. The host is always responsive and checks in throughout the rental time. There is a large selection of choices which is a great benefit.

I’ve been using Turo for quite some time now and all I can say is phenomenal experience, Turo make it so easy and hassle free to rent either for a trip or if you want to drive your dream car for a few days. So far I’ve only had very happy memories with turo and as long as it’s around, I’ll keep using it, I do wish they could give more discounts for their elite users like myself.

This man is trying to get money out of $11 dollars for gas that just let you know how petty he was and for Turo for y’all to let him charge me for that as many times as I haven’t been with y’all and I never had this problem out of nobody else that rented a car to me come on. He ain’t got no pictures of the inside of the car so now he trying to get down. That’s all that is.

William was a fabulous person to deal with. His communications were timely, informative and complete. Highly recommend William and Turo! Our Bronco Sport was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable to ride in and haul our luggage. Got great gas mileage and in the Florida heat it cooled down quickly. Beautiful color too.

Our host was great response to our question and able to arrange our early arrival. He communicated well to me and was able to drop the vehicle at our campsite. It was clean and well mantain and great for family of six. I would rent from him again and will recommend to our friends. Thanks again.

It isn't what goes right that makes a host great. It is when something doesn't go as expected and then the host corrects and makes the situation right. In every case, Vito made the situation right and I so appreciated his honorability. The car drove great. It was comfortable. Had some dings and some worn areas inside and out but that just made it that more comfortable because although we took great care of this car, we weren't so nervous about driving a brand new rig around Alaska.

I have rented several vehicles through TURO and I absolutely love it. All the owners have been amazing. I tell everyone about TURO. I go out in costume around the country and so I take that opportunity to tell people about TURO. I rented a cute pink BMW. I recently rented Joel's green Jeep as I went to Georgia to be filmed in a music video for my good friend Glenn Baker's song Soldier Strong.

We love Turo for renting a car versus the traditional options as it's much easier and quicker. No waiting in lines, no needing to be picked up to go to another location, and it's much less expensive. There aren't hidden fees. Pick up and drop off are easy. We've used Turo twice and will continue to use them for rental car needs.

This is my second rental in Herber within one month. Honestly, I would look to rent his car all the time ... He is so professional and kind and his car is TOP NOTCH. The car was very clean, pick up and drop off was VERY easy ... and the entire rental experience was AWESOME!

Just the right size and vehicle we need for 5 adults. The covered bed was the best since we did have rain and it was also very roomy to hold all our luggage as well as fish boxes. Truck was very clean. Pick up and return was seamless. Very helpful and supportive host.

I’ve been using Turo app quite a few times and love the simplicity and flexibility of it. It also helps every now and then when Turo sends promo codes or offers. It’s like you can’t help but book something. Please keep the offers coming. It’s what makes you stand out even more than rental car companies.

For a 77 year old that is not very tech savvy this was as easy as it could be! It seems that everything was set up for people like me, and I so appreciate that. I have been telling everyone I know about the ease of Turo and will continue to do so.

The vehicle owner Shannon was great and very communicative and helpful even with our problems with internet because of my old cell phone.. The Ford 350 van ran great, tires had right pressure and everything worked plus it got good gas mileage. The sign in was easy even with old phone and communications good by Turo, as well. We were first time Turo customers and will use Turo and Shannon's cars ....

The best part about renting through Turo is that there are no rental car lines picking up or returning. And of course, better pricing. The car was clean and drove as expected. I waited too long, so there was only 1 car available. The owners of the car responded immediately to all my questions by phone and through email.

Host blamed us for pre-existing damage to vehicle. I will never use Turo again. I’m glad I purchased the additional insurance but never expected to be blamed for damages that were already there. We haven’t heard back from Turo and their customer service needs to be more than just AI.

I rented a long range Tesla Model 3 for a combination business and pleasure trip to the main destination of Harrison Arkansas. The car performed exactly as expected (it is an older model so the range was not as good as more recent models). The Superchargers I used worked flawlessly providing a nice bathroom and snack break on the way down and back. There was no chargers at my destination but staying with family the car charged overnight using the regular outside wall outlet.

The car was perfect and drove great. Anthony was very easy to work with. Easy to find the car and return the car. Will definitely want to rent from Anthony again. All questions asked were answered in a very timely manner. Working with Turo is a very easy process. Thank you.

It was an easy transaction to pick up the car and drop it off. Gorege was easy to contact and get the information need. He even was supportive when I needed help. Turo has been very helpful over the years. I’m very grateful. To experience being able to rent different cars from different owners and states. I haven’t experienced anything bad deal yet. Which I am very happy about.

So I left him a 5 star review and then 3 days after I returned the car, he text me on Turo app and I didn’t see it. He then text me on my personal cell phone accusing me of putting 2 knicks in one of the rims on his car. I still have the text exchange if you would like to see them. He wanted me to send him $150 to fix the rim. I asked him for a picture and he refused to send me a picture. He then accused me of painting the rim and trying to be deceptive. I really do not understand. I know that I did not paint anything. And I did not see any knicks in the rims and I have a video of the entire car that I walked around and took before I returned it. I do not appreciate the accusations and I should get an apology from him.

The car was great, like new and very clean. The service was even better! They picked me up outside my gate and drove me to the waiting car. The car had a toll transponder and was full of gas. Afterwards he dropped me off right outside my gate again! Will definitely rent from these same folks in the future.

I was assessed unfair parking fees after the owner waited a full day to retrieve the car, and Turo refused to hold the owner accountable or follow their own policy. I had used Turo 10+ times prior to this issue, but this handling by customer support was so poor that I will not be using Turo ever again.

I have always had great experience with the rentals I chose. Most of the owners are very communicative & supportive once you are away with their property so you are served with rightfulness. I am a 6th time Turo user. And I continue to use it when it’s needed.

Raphela was a beautiful host. SUV was immaculate and drove well. She kept in communications with me to ensure I had no problems. The vehicle does have a tracker, but I found that comforting, because I knew if something were to happen that it wouldn't be hard to find me or the vehicle.

There was a slight setback with the original vehicle that was booked but the host had a replacement that made my expectations. I liked the van he provided for my booking, it was nice & clean with a full tank. I'll likely will book a new trip with this host again.

It was good experience, had a little trouble finding place to pick up the car but Billy was very helpful, getting a hybrid vehicle was good. It saved me some money and renting price was good too, next time in LA I will try to get a car from Turo.

I have not had any problems so far, I will use them again. I know some people who rent out cars, they can be a problem, Turo needs to work on those people. They are ruining it. People told me that some car owners will cancel your rental the minute you go to pick it up.

Smooth, you will get the vehicle you signed up on. There were many vehicles to choose from with different prices per day, I was able to pick out the exact vehicle that I needed. My experience with Turo was positive. The host was friendly and accessible. Also, the vehicle was of high quality and had good gas mileage. Picking up and returning the vehicle went smoothly without any issues. Finding a car on Turo was quick and straightforward. It was easy to download my driver license information.

I chose to use Turo because I always experience difficulties with car rentals through airports. We had a rock strike our rental windshield. Owner wanted to use a friend to replace the glass and didn’t want to accept my glass insurance coverage. I was told, “he gets the glass cheap through a third party right from China.” The glass repair estimator that I had evaluate the damage said, “this is cheap aftermarket glass and it’s probably why it cracked in the first place.” I was still doing back and forth conversations about invoices and repairs over a week after my vacation was over. I will not use Turo again.

Turo has excellent host with reliable new vehicles who always do business in a positive professional manner. Turo and its customers who rent out their personal vehicles provide a higher quality of customer service than any other leading commercial car rental company. I will continue to always use Turo as I said very dependable & reliable. I could always get an immediate response from owner, you can’t get that result with other leading companies.

Love Turo for the convenience. I love walking past all of the rental counters and going straight to the car. Same on the returns. No hassle on either end. Also is typically a little cheaper than the big rental companies. There are always enough options to meet our needs. We travel for sports and have 7-8 kids with us at times. We can always find something that works.

Everything went well. The pickup and dropoff at the private lot near LAX went smoothly. Car was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. Host was quick to respond to questions about the car’s warning lights during rental. He was very responsive both before and during rental and answered many questions before I rented from him. Turo’s rental system and the app worked fine for me.

First off I want to say the host is very responsive. He helped me with every detail from finding the car to assisted me on how it worked and the functions. The car itself was very clean. Well maintenance and drove with a luxury fill. I loved how the sunroof went all the way to the back, which also gave my backseat passengers a full sunroof view. The stereo system is loud and all my guests were very comfortable. Car is very roomy. I visit Miami quite often so I will definitely be renting this vehicle again, the overall experience was wonderful. Thanks for being a great host

This is my 2nd time renting with Turo. I have been impressed. Richard has been a wonderful host. I enjoy renting from him. He is accommodating and takes great care of his cars. The car was good on gas and very smooth to drive. It was a comfortable ride and easily maneuvered through traffic.

After finding my car at the airport, I was thrilled with its comfort and cleanliness. The Host was helpful, kind and responsive. The checking in and out process was easy and efficient. The Defender was fun to drive. I will definitely rent this vehicle again if I find myself in Anaheim California.

The car met all expectations and was way better than using the traditional rental companies. You get to pick the exact car you’re getting and it's not a random car or “similar” car so there are no surprises. The coverage levels are simple and easy to understand. You know what you’re getting through and through. You don’t have to wait in line, your car will be there waiting for you with specific step by step instructions.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Turo. We love all the options and the convenience of the service. I love the flexibility, add on possibilities, and complete control over what car we can choose that we want to rent. We will always use Turo when traveling and recommend it to others!

Not going to pay the fraudulent charges from LA Spot my last and final rental through Turo. I am talking to my lawyer about this. Situation this company is saying I put more miles on the vehicle when it's literally impossible to do so they put up fake pictures of another car.

I have rented twice going on a third now. Great options of cars especially minivans for family getaways. The most reason I rented on Turo was for the non ridiculous amount of deposit or insurance approvals others would ask. Love that is easy to book and happy that the Host are available to answer any questions anytime.

My overall experience was great. First the host was so thorough and helpful. Second the vehicle was nice and clean. You can tell it was well maintained because it got great gas mileage. All in all it was a pretty good trip with a clean and reliable vehicle. Pick up and drop off were a breeze, started with a full tank. Also the host wasn’t overbearing and only replied when needed. I would definitely rent from this host again.

Turo has been my go to when I need a car. I drive older vehicles that just aren't past the age of long drives. To avoid any unforeseen breakdowns, expensive tow bills and dreaded repairs bills, I simply find a getaway car on Turo. Quick, easy and most importantly convenient!

Great experience with this vehicle. Excellent car and will definitely use again when in the area. Plenty of space, road great, plenty of room. Host responded when needed. Car was clean and easy to locate. I recommend PC Twelve when visiting the Queen city! Great price on Gas purchase from host as well. Did I say Clean! Ok. Fit at least 2 sets of golf clubs.

Curbside pickup and drop off could not have been easier. Immaculate car, fully fueled, EZ pass attached and little tread wear on the tires. My rental agent was readily available by text or phone and quickly responded. While the rental was costly, I was glad to pay up for a premium German SUV and would rent the same car again.

Process was easy, smooth and seamless. Communication with renter was clear, and super easy to follow. The time it took from check in to driving the car was less than 10 mins which was way less than going the traditional car rental route. I look forward to using this service and service provider in the future.

My son got sick. I cleaned it up real good and the host still charged me....then Turo sent me a ridiculous email. Won't be renting for a while... I spend a lot with turo... Just don't understand why corporate America is so greedy when it comes to high spend customers. So I'll be telling a lot of my friends. The cleaning fee should not be charged. The host should pay it's called part of doing business.

I rented the car from Mark **. He was flexible and his car was amazing. AC worked amazing. Mark is a great host. Turo customer service sucks and they are con artists. Charged me sales taxes then said I didn’t pay them. Tried to get double then I called and they act like they don’t speak no English. I will never rent from Turo again.

Eric was great at communicating. The car was clean and in great condition, and it drives really well. Bluetooth is easy to set up for music. Pick ups and returns were a breeze too. Fantastic experience overall and I will definitely return to this car and Eric whenever I need to rent.

Rosa was very responsive and the car was clean and spacious. We were there for a family trip and we enjoyed the trip as well as the vehicle. Very easy instruction to pick up the vehicle as well as dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle is very good at gas efficiency, I drove about 400 and had to put the gas once only.

So convenient and much more affordable than the average rental car company! We have rented several different times and each experience has been great. We have even rented car seats and they have been very convenient! The communication has been clear and concise keeping everything seamless. Love Turo and would recommend to friends and family!

Hello my experience so far has been great with you guys. I’m always able to find a car that meets my needs for travel or in town trips. I do wish they offered more like discounts if you’re only renting one day because the charge for one day is like really to charge for two days but other than that, it’s pretty convenient. We recommend highly.

I Have you used Turo in the past, but the Resla/Tesla rental via Turo was great. No issues, vehicle was amazing, support from my contact was awesome. Pick up and drop off was flawless. The only complaint I have, is the digital key that they give you, I only used it through the web page link that I was provided. But there were a few times where I had low service and there was some latency. This made me a little nervous because I was completely reliant on internet service get access to the vehicle. But ultimately had no issues and it was a great experience.

Great experience renting via Turo. Car owner was very quick and responsive whenever I had a question. Car was in good condition and was a pleasure to drive. The entire process was easy and checking and checkout was simple and straightforward. My only problem was internet access at the airport when trying to check out!

I use this for the commute to work and back. This has been super easy and pretty affordable although I’ve had some good cars and bad cars it was always worth the money. The hosts are always there to help and respond if any issues. I’m glad something like this exists for people who actually need it.

I really appreciate the ability to adjust when our flights were cancelled and rebooked for a later time and her vehicle was still delivered. I would definitely recommend this host to a friend or a family member who is wanting to visit the area again and also with the mileage being 1600 miles was very helpful as you can’t explore the state without getting out and driving and everything so far apart, we were able to do everything we wanted to do in the different locations we needed to visit. I rented two separate cars from Turo. Both were very easy pickups and dropoffs. Much less hassle than renting a car from a major company. There were many options to choose from and different price points with all costs laid out before choosing a car. The ability to cancel with no penalty as you get closer is also a major plus.

First time I used it on a trip to Hawaii. Rented three cars. Everything was great. Only problem I had was with the app and the times of returning and picking up. It seems like the app needs some type of improvement because it will say that it's not available only if you change it by one half hour so I believe even when trying to extend it on the same day it kept telling me that it was unavailable so I had to switch cars even though I wanted to keep the same car.

This was the BEST decision we made for our Girls' trip. We rented the Kia Carnival from Chris and it held ALL of our luggage and us (7 of us) with no problems! It was AWESOME! It drove like a DREAM! The space and the comfort were just right. The vehicle was clean when we got it, and had everything we needed to get around.

After 34 reviews by Turo hosts with 5 which is a perfect reputation as a guest I rented a car from Ahmet ** in Miami Beach who claimed about $2,960 in damages (limit is $3K). Isn’t that a coincidence? When it went to dispute even the Turo staff said, "It looked good. This would be rejected." Then see in fact the claims were won by the host. The review left for the host to tell others about this trip was deleted but the host review on guest is up now. So disappointed in Turo. Now will dispute this with credit card company and maybe get a lawyer to dispute it with credit agencies. Never use this company. The host could be doing insurance fraud and customer service is not good with a language barrier.

This is my second time renting from Turo and all I got to say is it easy to set up and make an reservation to get a car rental. They have car rental from compact, medium size and van rental. They also have where They can also deliver the car to you for a fee too. Never had any problems, friendly and they respond fast.

My host/Turo support is not working with me to resolve my issue with a host and Turo charging me extra for something that wasn’t true, and I have full proof I didn’t go over mileage. My trip said 750 mileage and I only traveled 622 miles and they charged me more and then the host/Turo changed the mileage to 500 the day after my dispute. And I’m still having to wait for Turo to remove charges that were false on my account.

The Prius was super easy to pick up at the airport. Any questions I had along the way were quickly answered. I went 380 miles for 7 gallons of gas. Even better I wasn’t required to wash the exterior! Of course we kept the inside very clean. This was an all around A+++ experience.

The car was great and the owner was very polite and assist me once I booked for the wrong date. He walked me through the steps to correct it. My trip was nice and had no issues with the car. I would recommend this service and car to my family and friends.

I am very happy with the experience of renting a jeep this past week. Rafael, the owner was very accommodating and delivered, picked up the vehicle where I needed to drop my truck off to get some work done. My trip and vehicle were great. However, I was charged parking fees AFTER I returned the vehicle. I returned on time. Host did not pick it up for 13 hours after my return and I was charged as a result. NOT FAIR. NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. Turo will be losing my business.

I consistently recommend Turo to everyone I meet. I have used Turo consistently for the past few years and my initial experience was when Turo was previously relayrides. Over the years the number of Turo hosts have consistently increased and the caliber of car/models have exceeded my expectations every year. The cost of trip fees have gone up from the insurance prices to trip costs to delivery fees expected. I have also noticed that delivery requests have declined and most request an Uber to their location to pickup cars to help cut down delivery fees.

Easy to use and reliable. I have used Turo before in Oregon and Washington and no problems. My son recommended site to me initially and I am happy to use during the last few years. Great SUV to drive. Excellent communication with owner. I recommend Turo and I would rent from same person again. In Florida we hit a lot of bad rain and our SUV drove perfect. No problems. The SUV even had nice ice cold air conditioning. Great driving on the highway. Owner was understanding with our plane being couple hours late from the worldwide Microsoft issue.

I filled up the gas tank before entering the airport parking area but then had to drive around for over 30 minutes looking for a parking spot to leave the car and ended up on literally the furthest most spot you could possibly park. I even messaged the guy and apologized for how far away I had to park. I returned the car earlier than required and gave him all 5 stars on his profile rating and the about 5 hours later I get a “bill” for $25! Saying it was for gas because I didn’t fill up. Not only was I dealing with a mess due to my flights being cancelled that only made it worse. I will never rent from him again especially when I told him I filled the car and what happened and he said he can’t absorb the cost. I literally rented the car at the airport drove it 15 minutes to my hotel, spent 1 night at the hotel and drove it 10 minutes the next day to the cruise terminal where it was parked for an entire week.

For the first time ever, I attempted to rent a car from Turo. After Turo charged my card, the host contacted me stating that the car was not available and that Turo shouldn’t have rented it to me. Turo kept that money and then represented that another car was only $85 a day. After renting the car for what I thought was $85 a day I was informed that $85 was the difference between the first car and the second car. In addition, my travel plans changed, and I returned it in less than five hours. Instead of a refund, I was only offered a future discount from the host, not Turo. That 5 hours in Dodge Charger cost me $376! It was a nice new car but it was not worth nearly $400. I will never rent from Turo again.

The app wouldn't consistently change the value of the trip when I would select between airport pickup and home address pickup. Also, I had to go into each car selection just to see if they had the option for home pickup. This should be an option on the search screen due to in some cases most of the rental value of the rental was the airport drop-off.

This was my first time using Turo. I had heard about it but I had trepidation. For my first experience, I am now a believer. I had a great host who was very accommodating with respect to pick up/drop off locations and was even flexible with respect to the time of pick up and drop offs. The car was clean and was just as described. I will definitely be using Turo again for my car rental needs.

I love the cars! I don't like how the trip fee has gone way up doubling the price of how much the car costs. When I first started using Turo the trip fee was less, but now it doubled in price which makes it become almost unaffordable. I use Turo for business and leisure, but mostly until I can find a new car, because I sold mine because issues with it.

Only downside to me was the somewhat confusing process to actually rent the vehicle. The app led you step by step but it would be nice to have an explanation of the process beforehand. I like Turo, because it's fast. Free and always has something available. The prices and selections are great. So far the 3 cars I've rented the owners have had excellent customer service and response time was on time and to the point. Never no run around. Owner was responsive and helpful from the moment we booked until we returned the Durango. It was also great that he was able to meet us right at our arrival and departure location. Unfortunately, everything was great with the car until I received an invoice for damage that I did not cause to the vehicle! Make sure you take photos of before and after. My phone died during drop off and I was not able to submit post-trip pictures. He will take advantage if you don't submit the before and after! Never had this experience before!

After renting 4 vehicles I was suddenly blocked from renting again and wasn’t told why. I rent cars when I’m away on contracts to get to and from so to be told after being able to rent 4 vehicles I don’t qualify to use the platform was insane to me.

My very 1st Turo rental was a bust, but fortunately for me Turo customer service was on point. T customer service assistance is something I can always have an easy mind about. They do their best to help out and I’m not just talking about the first time I called them. All the cars I’ve rented on Turo has been nothing but the best! (except one). The vehicle and host (Juan) were awesome. There is 3 TURO billing mistakes charged to my Credit Card. Case ID **. Due to Delta Airlines flight cancellations I extended the trip twice but my CC was charged 3 times with erroneous fees. If this is not resolved and credits isssued to me, I will not use Turo again.
