I’m an avid Turo user, I love this app! It’s so simple, easy to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I recommend this app to anyone who needs it! It’s much easier than renting from a company. I like the fact that you can do it from your phone and you don’t have to talk to anyone in person!

Easy experience, made my trip more enjoyable. Whoever thought of this, kudos... I love it. Again 2 for 2 1000% satisfied. Turo takes away the hassle and they have a wide range of cars, SUVs and trucks to choose from. The prices are great and I have saved time and money. I'm very pleased.

Since I've been using Terrell the host that I meet have met have been very nice, mountable, polite, always return the call on for and I clean the car for them because I'm thankful for them letting me use their car. What else can I say! I’m a proud owner of a 2017 JKUR and tried this Bronco out for a rental and I’m planning on trading it in. Bronco was awesome, clean and strong, A/C brrr, loved every minute of it, no problems during performance so you can rest easy not worrying if it’s gonna break down.. Communication was flawless and easy. Will be coming back again..

Last minute first booking did not show. Luckily for me, the event I was going to attend was hours away. At first I was somewhat frustrated, being that my previous bookings with the company were professional experiences. Turo Team made it a pleasant experience to rebook and even upgraded for the inconvenience. Worked out GREAT!!!

The SUV was absolutely nice ,clean and drove so smooth. The a/c blew very cold air and the inside interior was so nice and clean and sat so comfortably. I was able to drive at least 7 family members comfortably.I would recommend this vehicle and the host to anyone looking for enough room for a large crowd and a smooth riding car.

The communication and availability was great. Vehicle wAs amazing for our trip and can't wait to go again. This car is well taken care of and drives amazingly! I was very pleased with Chelsea and the vehicle itself! She is very accommodating and answers any questions in a very good timing.

I am having to pay for an action that did not occur in the vehicle when I had it. Charges being made are false. Host is trying to charge me for smoking in vehicle and I don’t smoke. Her a/c is out in the vehicle and she is trying to incur charges to pay for it.

The car owner says I did some damage to the car. All the damage that was done to the car appeared before I even got in the vehicle and drove off. I have submitted pictures and have the time stamps for ALL PROOF, so I will not be liable for this false claims. On top of that, I was given a fee for over $90 because I returned the car later than usual. I got to the destination on time and asked the owner if I had enough time to fill up the gas since it needed fuel. Owner said yes that is no problem and did not state anywhere or did not make it clear at all that they would give me a charge for taking the extra time to refuel the car to full. This is outrageous. I have sent the owner (Red) an email but have not gotten a Reply back.

The car was great. All descriptions were perfect. Was all we wanted. The only thing we had a problem with was our phones, which had nothing to do with the car. The car was in excellent shape. The car was clean. The gas tank was full. Praney was an excellent host. We were very happy with the entire process

We picked up our car at the Savannah airport. It was very smooth to pick up and drop off. The owners were in contact with me to let me know how to pick up and return car. All questions were answered and it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Turo to all my friends.

This vehicle was perfect for our family getaway to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday. Rahim was an amazing host with excellent communication. The convenience of the entire process was absolutely wonderful. I definitely will be utilizing Rahim’s service again in the near future! The car was perfect and equipped with the latest technology gadgets!

The Vehicle was very clean inside and out the pick-up process and drop off process was great and convenient. I would definitely rent through Turo again such a convenient selection and price point to pick from. I wish that I would have used Turo many years ago. I would have saved money and alleviated many headaches.

Bart is amazing! He is quick to respond and super helpful. We even left some nice sunglasses in his vehicle and he mailed them back to us! His customer service is top notch! The van was perfect for our needs and we had no issues the whole week we were in Vegas. There’s even a cooler he provides between the two front seats to keep drinks cold and we just kept refilling it with ice. It was so nice to have a cold drink right there when we got in from the heat of Vegas! Would definitely recommend if you need a ride for a group!

Turo, Turo TURO! I mean I spent a lot of money never got any credits NOTHING..!! Was with a host 7 months!! He didn’t appreciate the business I guess but overall I’ll rate them 6.5 because I was able to drive to point A & B and I needed a car at the time

We enjoyed both of our rentals on our vacation in Hawaii. We rented an older model 4-runner and it was in pristine condition! We also rented a Jeep on Oahu and while it did not have power door locks or windows - overall it provided a great experience cruising around the island!

This was the first time using this service to rent a vehicle. It was really straightforward. Very easy to satisfy the requirements to rent. The choices were fantastic. Very easy for a first time experience and no hassles. I would definitely use the app to shop for a rental car again before hitting up the major rental companies. He was late (I told him our flight changed but he didn’t tell me I should change the reservation), no gas in the car and charged me when he didn’t pick the car up for 4 hours. If my trip ends, I should not be charged because he chooses to let the car sit there. That is nickel and diming and it’s wrong.

When I picked up the car from the Palm Springs airport it had been there for more than 24 hours. I wasn't expecting to pay that much to get the car out of the airport parking lot. The car was perfect the only suggestion I have is to tint the windows.

I rented out vehicle through Turo in Naples last week near beach area, to be able to travel from my children from hotel to the beach. I returned a vehicle on time, without trash, spills or dirt. It had some sand on the floors. Violation of policy explains that vehicle can be returned in normal wear. Since it was near beach area, sand is acceptable. They charged me additionally $164. Turo not following their own policy. Will not book with them again. Karin was awful host.

The van was in good shape, clearly detailed prior to drop off. It got my family of 5 around as needed for a week in Florida. I really appreciate the contactless pick up from an airport parking lot. Francisco laid out pick up and drop off instructions clearly so it was a smooth easy process. Overall I saved a good amount of money from going with a standard airport rental.

Johan's vehicle was very nice and comfortable during our vacation. He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with the entire time. Would definitely recommend Johan's vehicles. We are looking forward to renting Johan's vehicles for our future visits to south Florida. I would highly recommend his services to anyone visiting.

The car was dirty on the outside. It had this writing on the front window fingerprints everywhere. This is the second time that I’ve had a car that is dirty. The first time was a Ford fusion, it was absolutely horrendous. I’m going to be paying this money then I should get a car that’s immaculate.

I loved the car. It was great on gas. It was so clean and smelled real good when I picked it up. The pick up and Drop off was easy. The host is very friendly and easy going! Would Definitely Book Again. FYI. The mileage is hard to hit as well.

We hit a deer and we almost all died! Now I have to pay 3000 for damages. 1st and last time I will use Turo! Going back to regular car rental companies that actually have Insurance on their vehicles. It may be less than regular rental companies but the big national car rental places you can get fully covered.

Turo was super easy to book, communicate, pay and find vehicle! Very impressed from booking to turning in. I particularly liked how easy it was to adjust my return time when my flight was changed on the last day. Will definitely consider using Turo for any of our future travels! My hosts were absolutely amazing! I had to travel to get a procedure done. My hosts worked with me and were so friendly, and understanding of the situation. I would recommend them and Turo. Most rental car companies require a deposit to use a vehicle. With Turo you pay for the vehicle and it recommended to get their protection. It still doesn't cost as much as with top brand rental companies. I absolutely love Turo! Some of the vehicles have limited mileage, but if you change the filter. There is a way to look at vehicles with unlimited mileage. I used this filter my last trip. Which was the best option for me. Also, with Turo you can rent any type of vehicle you like from compact to luxury. Also you can rent hybrids and electric vehicles. Look at Turo for your next rental. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was exceptional. The host was very good with communication and handled any concern professionally without any issues. Also the reminders about the car were on point as well and he definitely kept in touch about the trip. From the service to the car. Hands down will book again, highly recommended.

The car was great. The location was great for pick up, but I wish we could have just had it at the airport waiting. It was clean. No maintenance was needed on the car but all in all it was really good on gas, which was the thing that counted to me because gas is so high in Hawaii.

The car was great. Working with the owner using Tyra was easy and efficient. The car was clean and performance was great. Using Tyra for selection of cars was easy.Each car had clean pictures and info of the car which made selection easy. There were a wide variety of cars for selection.

I have used Turo a few times now and I recommend to my family, friends and anyone else that ask me about rental cars. All of my host have been great with the exception of 1 no show. Turo customer support quickly handled the situation and found me a replacement vehicle for my trip.

The car itself was perfect for our trip. However, we felt like the host was trying to scam us to replace 2 of his tires afterwards. The car also had various small damage, approx 300,000 miles on it, and the check engine light came on our last day. I would have given 4 or 5 stars, but I did not feel good about what happened with George afterwards requesting we pay for the “damage” to his tires, which we did not cause. The tires were just fine when we checked out.

Love using the app and being able to choose the vehicle I want to drive. The process is so simple. I always use it and let friends and family about it. If you have not used this app before you are missing out and need to get in the train!

FIVE stars for the host, wish I could leave him 10 stars. Brandon was professional, courteous and punctual. Clean vehicle, smooth ride and excellent on gas. I was sad to return it. I would rent from him again. The pickup and drop-off was easy and I was pleased with quality of vehicle.

One of the best Turo experience I've had so far. All have been good but this one a tad above. Pick up of vehicle was as easy as walking outside. Car was everything the pictures showed, just a pure joy. The owner of the vehicle was a complete doll, so pleasant and very helpful with any of my questions.

Once We had our car the trip was 5 out 5. The Nissan Rogue was great and the car owner/host Kyla was great. Two weeks before pick up, I contacted the host of a different vehicle to confirm pick up of the vehicle only to find the car was sold. To make a long story short I was able to contact Customer Service at 415-965-4525. They were very helpful and ultimately hooked us up with Kyla and the Nissan Rogue. Kyla was and her vehicle were great. The lack of communication that the other car was sold was troublesome. Luckily I checked two weeks before our trip.

There was a miscommunication with the host. If ANYONE were to read the messages, one can see where the miscommunication was, and it was on the host. I requested to return it Thursday afternoon and the host said it was due out at 3:00 to another client. He asked if I could have it back by 2:00. I said yes. Despite his message allowing more time, he called Wednesday evening and threatened the cops saying I was late. Instead of trying to understand how his message was easily misconstrued, he yelled at me.

I had an easy time renting the truck I needed for work for a couple days. The truck was clean and well taken care of. It was an easy pickup. The owners were very thorough and responsible with their messaging and instructions. It was my first rental experience and it was pleasant and well designed. Thank you!

The service fee, etc. that gets added on makes it hard to estimate the cost of rentals while searching, but overall Turo makes the car pickup, return, and communication with the host very easy. It's great for trying out the exotic cars that you cannot get from regular rentals, or generally better optioned regular cars.

My experience was great. I would use this person again for my next trip and it was convenient for me!!! I had no problem contacting the owner when I call him, it was a quick response. The owner checked on me to make sure everything was alright and ask me, did I have any problems while I was on the road. I’m very comfortable with this person!!!

This was my second time of renting on Turo. We couldn't find the type of car we needed to meet our needs via rental car companies but Turo's options are endless. We had a very positive experience with Turo and the Host. I highly recommend booking Turo. Turo is available pretty much everywhere so I would encourage all to give it a try.

From the point of first contact to wrapping up and dropping the car off everything went without a single problem. Communication was timely and always contained enough information. The trip was great. Jeep ran fine. Will use you for all our rental needs. However due to my malfunctioning Google GPS sending me to a dead end road we were 40 minutes late returning Jeff's Jeep. I kept him updated. I can understand a late fee if we were hours late and had no communication with host. But a late fee for 40 minutes? I don't believe is Valid. If I get charged a late fee I won't be using Turo again.

Thank God for the invention of Turo. I no longer have to put up with car rental companies. Turo is simple and efficient, I got the exact car I wanted at the exact time and location I requested. There was no waiting time, no last minute changes. I have rented with Turo twice and I am happy with both experiences. The cars were in great condition and there were a lot more EV and luxury car options than rental companies.

Vehicle was as advertised, service from provider was good, interface of app was excellent. I paid for a 5-star vehicle with attendant benefits, and feel that the provider delivered on promise. Only recommendation would be for stronger emphasis for provider of high-end vehicles to fully detail interior and exterior prior to delivery.

I think Turo is the best thing that ever happened in the car rental business. No more do I have to deal with these car rental politics. High deposit, major credit cars, they pick your vehicle, standing in lines just to be told no, round trip tickets, it was a headache. I'm just really thankful my friend told me about Turo.

Hosts are responsive and helpful. Vehicles are clean and often have EZ Passes in them for long trips. The prices are much better than most car rental places. Vehicle selections are more diverse also. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to rent a car quickly and easily. Much less hassle than most places.

We were using turnaround before it left NYC due to difficulty in operating under new NY state law. This was the first time to use Turo and it was relatively hassle free. There are less options and more expensive than Getaround. Comparable to Kyte. Would like to see more offers and discounts to be more attractive. Fees that are added at the end are not as transparent as well.

This is a very good place to rent the cars. Great support all around. With the customer service and the app very easy to book a car. Very easy to get help. Very easy to drive and pick up a car. Love the service, easy to get ahold of someone.

Renting with Turo has been ok. Some hosts are excellent and it's worth the money. Some hosts rent cars that shouldn't be allowed to rent at all. It's not worth the fees if you don't rent for at least 3 days. I had one hosts try to sneak in an additional fee that I had to dispute with my bank.

This was the easiest car rental I have ever done. We walked out of the airport and our car was the second one waiting for us. The best thing is getting the exact car you rented. Not something similar. No waiting at the car counter. Turo was very good at keeping me informed every step of the process.

I rented at Harry Reid Airport (Las Vegas) and it said pick up at airport. LIES!! After the transaction was complete - I learned I had to take an UBER to a sketchy neighborhood - walk up to a random chain link fence - with a bunch of lockboxes on them to retrieve the keys to the car that was parked a half a block away. Car was dirty. Horrible. NEVER AGAIN.

Easy to rent a car. Very convenient and safe. Yes I recommend this to all my friends. They love the vehicles that I rent. Very smooth rides. I will use Turo every time I need to just in a nice smooth ride. No long waits, no hassle, easy and convenient. Prices are fair and reasonable.

My husband and I just want to say that the car was excellent and we enjoy our experience with the car. It got us to our destination and brought us back home safe and sound. During our experience to Maryland was such an excellent experience. Love the color of the car. Would rent from Turo again. Our next experience will be when we go to Colorado.

I would book again. He was attentive with any questions or concerns. I had a blonde moment and didn't know how to lock the key back in the lockbox; I messaged him and he messaged right back. I still couldn't figure it out, so he called and made sure I did it correctly.

I love the fact it was no hassle booking. Pickup was a breeze. They also reach out to see if you would like an extension and the process is pretty easy. Drop off was a no hassle as well. I love Turo and will be booking again in the future.

The host began with complaining about my delayed arrival of flight for 2 hours? I notified him ASAP 2.5 hours before. Then on my return I notified him 24 hours prior to leaving to make sure we had a good plan as I felt he was already not a happy host. He then notified me he would not be there at that time. Then he said he had to travel by Uber twice to the airport and told me he wanted money but not to go through TURO! This is fraudulent activity. I have tried to communicate this through TURO but am having a very difficult time with the AI help!

I have used Turo multiple times in different states and each time it has been great. I opted to have the vehicles delivered to my location and I am able to enter the vehicles via the app. Drop offs have been the same. Simple, reliable and easy to use. There are always multiple vehicles to choose from so I can get the exact vehicle that I want.

Turo has always worked well for us, but this experience was as smooth and straightforward as it gets. Right there on time, the car was clean and full of gas. This is a cute, sporty little Mercedes. Good handling and good mileage. Nice car and very helpful host. Thank you!

Joel is the perfect person for the job. Respectable guy and answers the phone! Very big on answering the phone! He will work with you. At first we were a little rocky due to the times had to be switched around for pick up but my guy Joel got it handled.

From the price of booking the trip, seeing the car in person and seeing the features that were described, the maintenance and the whole interaction, was spot on. I would definitely rent from this host again. He answered every question I had in a timely manner. He made the hand-off with the vehicle very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the ride very much.

Turo services have been a great experience for me. Very satisfied with who I have rented from. I travel every 6 weeks for work and this has been a game changer for me. I don’t need anything fancy just a reliable car to get to and from work and it has met my needs.

My original vehicle reserved developed engine issues. I was given the opportunity to use another vehicle provided by my host, in which I did. The vehicle was clean and drove perfectly! The pickup and dropoff instructions were spot on! Unfortunately, the vehicle I had incurred damage while in my possession. My host was expedient in coming to a resolution. I definitely will use Explore Traveling again!

It is the best way for me to rent a car that I want. I know the costs up front and the process of getting the car can be flexible. I get to deal directly with the hosts which makes it so much more personal. And the cars are nicer than using a rental car agency.

Very first experience was amazing. Second experience however not so much. The vehicle was very dirty, unkept and had issues mechanical wise. I'm not a mechanic obviously but I know what a well running vehicle should and should not do. Also was given one address for pickup then day of given another address not previously discussed, then at dropoff was asked to take to separate destination from the pickup

I have been using Turo for 7 years and telling others about it as well. I know how difficult it is to scale growth while retaining whatever it's is the makes a startup unique. Turo's offering is still compelling, but it is losing some of its value. Specifically, in Kauai, Turo had grown so large that there is a dedicated Turo shuttle which comes every 25 minutes and drives a full 10 minutes to a distant lot (behind a Target). That is potentially 35 minutes each way, or over an hour combining pick up and drop off.

Overall, I'm satisfied with this rental. It will be perfect if the host can include some basic operating instructions as every car is different. The host was very helpful and the car was easy to find, following his instructions. One negative was that I had to pay for premium gas which was quite expensive in California. I would certainly recommend it to friends and relatives. The car was clean and fit 4 people easily. However, the trunk was small. It's nice that the host has installed a holder for dell phones.

Well I don’t know where to start, One hour before I am to pick up the car. I was asked if I could pick the vehicle One hour after pick up time, due to she wanted to wash the car. I declined due to I had a schedule to keep that’s 1) the second and third thing is the car had been hit a couple of times and dirty on the outside. Not too bad like bird poop. The 4th and biggest thing in my book is I was kind enough to wash that vehicle and my granddaughter pulled her brand new Disney crocs off and left them in the car. I notified her on June 24 when I realized I could not find the shoes. She will be back in town and will give me a call back when she check the car and I still today July 1 have not heard from her so that’s very distasteful for services and I choose not to ever use her vehicle again..

Omg, what a relief to remember TURO!! I couldn't find a cab service and saw Turo advertised and realized I had used their services before and immediately booked a car!! It was simple, good variety of vehicles, close by and very accommodating for my drop off. Quick response I mean within seconds so it was awesome. I will use them always in the future.

Awesome experience. It was so smooth, no issues. We Love Turo and we will not go back to renting anywhere else. Really enjoyed the car and the owner of the car was so friendly and she gave clear and way instructions on pick up and drop Off of the car and how to navigate in and out us Airport, we will definitely use her again when we go out to Colorado.

TURO Power Host Support deemed validated regardless of supporting documentation enclosed disagreeing with the condition of violation submitted by host. I have provided clear evidence that rubber car mats were present in both the check-in and check-out photos. Yet, the host reported the rubber car mats were removed to violate Turo smoking policy during my trip on the vehicle carpet and replaced the rubber car mats back afterwards to be charged a fee. Make sense of this concept Please! I carefully read and adhered to the smoking policy throughout all trips. There were no burn marks evident in the check-in photos, and none appeared in the check-out photos either.

I wish I would have heard of this app sooner than later. My husband is the one who found it and I have had no problems getting a car rental since because the lack of a credit card. Thank you for the 2nd chance for those of us who don't have a credit card.

The host was very professional and responsive but my trip was ruined because the air conditioner stopped working on the 2nd night of my rental! It was extremely hot and I have respiratory issues and I was traveling with small children! This issue made my trip very uncomfortable and was a huge inconvenience!

Our Turo host, Richard, had an exceptional vehicle that made our family's trip in Phoenix/Mesa a memorable one! I have used Turo several times and each time is better than the next--Richard's attentiveness to detail and care of his vehicles is a clear indication of care for the folks and families whom he serves. When out in the area again, we will absolutely look to his fleet of cars for our family's needs.

We started using Turo a few years ago and since then, we have never went back to the conventional rent a car companies. Our host JB was extremely helpful and very communicative during the process. It was amazing driving on the island of Oahu in a Porsche. Next time my family and I and back in Hawaii will definitely reach out to that host again. Turo has always provided me a cost effective alternative to rental car companies. All the people I have dealt with were very responsive and I have never had trouble with pick ups or drop offs that Turo did not immediately rectify. I travel for business and have recommended Turo to my company as an alternative to using the major rental companies.

Turo is so easy to use. The variety of cars you have to choose from is second to none. The prices are reasonable. It’s super fun to get a weekend convertible or a comfy van for those family trips! I am a repeat renter with Turo and I am already planning my next trip!

Very efficient and enjoyable rental of the Honda Insight Hybrid. Excellent car and phenomenal gas mileage at just over 50mpg. Million was great to work with as the car was conveniently located at the parking garage at Dulles airport. I was able to drop the car off at Dulles in the same manner that I had picked it up. I did not meet Million in person but communicated very well with him by email. He quickly responded to any of my emails. I highly recommend renting his Honda.

Before return, host messaged saying don't worry about cleaning, just tidy up. I made sure all trash and personal items were out and vacuumed. Upon return I removed my child seats and a stain was discovered. Host said she understands accidents happen. Then told me to send her $250 outside of Turo to cover cleaning charges or she would give me a violation. $250 was outrageous.

Our Owner, Bradley was easy to work with. He communicated in a timely manner and always very clearly. The car was very clean. The air conditioner worked very well and handled on the road very well. We would rent again with Bradley. Thank you very much for an easy experience with car rental!

Great second experience with Turo. They Make it easy and the price is right. Won’t use anyone else in the future. Car was clean and parking at airport was easier than other car rental companies. The host was very easy to communicate with and made the entire process was great. No waiting in lines is the biggest perk.

Turo is literally the best way to rent a car. I’ve never had an issue, the app works great, and I like being able to filter for all star hosts. I’ve had 3 rides and all have been smooth and trouble free. I also enjoy the selection of cars available, just wish that the young driver restriction goes away after a few rides, so that a young driver can eventually rent cars of higher value.

The whole process was great, I had no problems and I would recommend to anyone. I wish that the trip fee was a little lower. Turo is great. You have a variety of cars that you can drive that you wouldn’t be able to rent a regular rental company.

Pick up for the vehicle was super easy, as well as the drop off. Communication with the host was good. The gas mileage was pretty impressive, we drove everywhere and only filled up once for when we dropped it off. This made our trip very smooth and worry free! Great experience!

I had a great experience using Turo for a vacation. Our host Kirk was THE BEST. He responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions I had. I appreciate that Turo sends reminders along the way like for checking in and checking out. I will plan to use Turo again on upcoming trips.

It shouldn't take 5 full minutes to upload a handful of photos when you're trying to check out. The mobile data was fine - I was able to start streaming a 1080p YouTuber video within seconds. But the app can't handle uploading some photos within a reasonable amount of time apparently. The worst part though, as I was waiting for the painfully slow app to upload 4 exterior photos, IT KICKS ME OUT to the main trip page when the trip officially ended and didn't finish uploading!! Why on Earth would you kick someone out of the check out process WHILE THEY'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF CHECKING OUT?? Who's responsible for that awful UI design?? So I have to take pictures AGAIN and have to wait way too long AGAIN for the app to upload a couple of pictures. I dunno what it is.. The app is up to date. The internet/mobile data was working great. Am I the only one who's ever had this complaint?

Majedul L. What’s a phenomenal host. He was very understanding and flexible. He didn’t give me any problems. When I needed to extend my rental there was no problems and he even allowed me somewhere to stay and wait for my ride to come. Again I will rent rent from him and I would recommend anyone to rent from him!

We have had several Uber drivers over the past few days, and Awal was by far the best! He was helpful with our bags at pickup, friendly with conversation during the drive, and thoughtful at the hotel drop off getting the car as close as possible to help with unloading (we had a lot of bags!). His car was spotless and smelled great! 10/10 would recommend all day long!

I Rented the Ford Focus. We were going to a funeral. We went over some railroad tracks and the tire blew. When I got out of the car and saw that the tires were bald. I guess I should have inspected the tires a little more thoroughly. We got the tire changed and I took it to the tire service store to change it. When I tried to get reimbursed for the repair expenses, the owner refused. When I contacted Turo they told me that it was up to the owner whether he wanted to reimburse me or not. After a lot of insisting on my part, Turo finally agreed to reimburse me. I would not rent from this person again.

Tyronne was amazing and helpful in insisting when I didn’t understand something or needed more clarification. He was very hospitable and I will definitely use his services again and I also would recommend him as well. The car was very nice and clean, comfortable and the amazing and a smooth ride I.

Vehicle pick up and drop off were both smooth. Directions for these steps were clear. Communications regarding the rental were addressed quickly. The vehicle was in great condition and allowed 6 adults to travel comfortably. Rental through a traditional rental company couldn’t meet our needs. We will plan to use Turo again.

Cleanliness, smooth, roomy and everything was just fantastic. Also host communication 100%. Brandon I everything perfect. I loved everything thing about the rental. We took the train to the Sacramento station. Vehicle was already there when we arrived. Host unlocked the vehicle. We were on our way to check into our Airbnb. And returning the rental was also quick and easy. Same location.

I love using Turo! I travel almost weekly for work and instead of having to go through different rental companies and waiting in long lines, I have been using Turo very consistently. It would be nice if there were rewards built in similar to rental car companies, but I will gladly lose out of those for the convenience and ease of using Turo. All hosts I’ve used have been great and cars in wonderful condition.

Great experience and customer care. After our flight was canceled we were able to get ahold of another vehicle within minutes! The vehicles were clean, full of gas and easy to find in the parking lot. The Toyota Corolla was excellent on gas and extremely to navigate across town. I will be using Turo again for next trip or rental need.

I had a great experience renting from Turo. The only negative feedback is the price of service fees. They have gone up recently and if they weren’t so expensive I would be renting more often. When I first signed up and started using turo it was because renting a car from Enterprise or elsewhere was too expensive. Now turo is more expensive and I don’t rent as often as I need to because of this. If service fees were cut in half I might start renting again.

Went without a hitch. Van guys were helpful and the wait time was much better than the time before. Nice to have a vehicle that was a little smaller for small parking places. We love Kauai. The summer is busy so for us winter is better! That’s it. Thanks.

The Chevy Tahoe was huge! The vehicle was nice and clean. The owner was nice and efficient. Responded in a timely manner. It was spacious too!! There was plenty of room for my family and all of the luggage that we had. I Wish we had rented it sooner! When I come back to this area I hope this Tahoe will be available again because I will definitely request to rent this baby again!

I was a bit nervous to rent a car as I never used Turo and the owner didn’t have any previous rides. I am pleased to report that my experience was so much better than all my previous renting experiences from the big name renting companies. The overall process with Turo was easy, communication was professional and timely, and the car was clean and well maintained. The owner of the van was not there to meet me and I had no clue I was supposed to take pictures at check in. So now I am being accused and talked to like a child of the van because there is damage to the roof that I didn’t know was there and didn’t report it. Worst experience. If she would have been there to meet and explain things including use of the van things may have went differently.

I commend my host and contact for doing a wonderful job with the particulars. But Turo wouldn't give me an accurate quote on price and made the pickup farther away to increase the delivery fee. If you want to make it better state all fees upfront and show host's area to know how the delivery will be. Thank you.J

This is my second time renting with Turo, it was another good experience. I have rented a large SUV and a Corvette. Both rentals met my expectations and did not disappoint. I will definitely do it again when I want to rent a non-traditional vehicle for fun or necessity. App communication makes it easy. If you expect the car to be freshly washed or completely detailed, you should communicate that to the owner to confirm that everyone is on the same page. The Corvette that I rented was not dirty, but the wheels and tires were full of brake dust and bI cleaned the wheels and dressed the tires myself which I would have preferred not to do, but it looked great afterwards.

For some reason, the car I rented was totaled and my reservation wasn't modified, cancelled or changed. Turo helped me move the reservation to another vehicle and covered the difference. So much more stress free than probably every other car rental experience! Not only are the pick ups and returns easy, but it is more economical. Thank you!

Overall I’m satisfied with my experience. I had one hang up regarding the car pickup. The car was in a garage but I had to pay $30 just to get it out. This should’ve been communicated prior to pickup and I do not believe it should be paid by me or any other customer who is renting. There should be a requirement for lenders to indicate this on the site.

Alan was awesome and the truck set up was perfect for our family vacation. Truck bed cover came in huge and we were grateful that Alan hooked us up with a cooler for our cold stuff and drinks. Just wondering if you guys inspect the unit before next customer use it because not always is cleaned. Well just that because the whole process is very easy and affordable then my strong suggestion is if someone can inspect the units before to be rented to the next guest should be great and for sure I will rent it again but just trying to help you to improve your service.

Turo was definitely there when I needed a vehicle. I needed a car super fast and the app allowed that for me without a super big hassle. It was also so much cheaper than a regular rental at the airport. I would definitely keep using the app and recommend to others.

The car was a little under what I’d consider something perfect. Dents and scratches and the bumper was a little weird but like I said for 100$ as opposed to a 300 $ rental for a Sentra I’ll choose the better deal every time. I drove to Leadville from Denver. Great gas mileage and a nice sound to the stereo.

The Turo app was easy to use and made communication with my host a breeze. The variety of cars, prices and pickup locations were super convenient. The alerts were timely about when my car would be ready, when my rental would be due and it was easy to check out and end my rental.

I find the service convenient and reasonable. I have used it multiple times in the cars always seem to be clean and I’ve never had an issue. They are always cordial, polite and do their best to help when I need to change something. I have always reviewed every car I have used and it as has been five stars every time.

I’ve rented multiple cars in many cities from Turo and I’ve always had an amazing experience! The process on the app for choosing a car is so easy and being able to filter what kind of car you’re looking for is a bonus. Every car I’ve rented has been clean and well maintained and the owners are always responsive and make drop off/pick up so easy. I recommend Turo to everyone I talk to who gripes about renting a car from a standard rental agency!

So I filled up the car the morning day it was due back. The closest gas station from the drop off house was 10 miles away. Then when I dropped off the car he hit me with a $7 refuel and another $10 for the inconvenience. He didn’t even put in 2 gallons. He squeezed every penny out of me. Smh. Not a cool host.

This was a Dream to drive. Great Family Vehicle. I would love to own this type of family SUV. The best part was the camera in front and back. Not bad on gas either. Very very smooth. Roomy and comfortable. You get all that and some in this SUV. Made us feel right at home in LOS ANGELES. The transition for the Airport was very easy. I really appreciate the host and the use of the amazing SUV.

Everything was fine; car was clean; etc,. etc,. However, I was charged ~$6 for gas and $10 service charge. Prior to dropping off the car, I filled it up at the local gas station. My mistake was assuming when the gas nozzle popped off the tank was full. I dropped off the car minutes later. Because the owner checked the car 1 hour before the end of my periods, I would have appreciated a message about the discrepancy in gas level so that I could have come back to fill out the tank, which was ~1 gallon off. Just common courtesy I believe.

I rented a Tesla Model Y. Navigation and Communication via the Turo app was easy. After selecting the dates for my trip and finding the vehicle wanted the process was smooth. Even vehicle pickup was streamlined, although there was a downpour so that made it not so fun. I ended up getting back earlier than expected and modifying my trip through the app was easy enough to figure out. I would definitely recommend this service, whether you are going on a trip or want to drive a vehicle you wish to purchase in the future! Or even splurge for date night, since there are some exotic cars on Turo.

I had put off trying Turo for a few years thinking there were too many ways it could go wrong. Well, I was wrong! Turo has transformed the rental car experience in every way for the better. I first used Turo in Denver in May and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I used Turo again in Salt Lake City just this week and although the location, host, and car were different, the entire experience was just as good as my experience in Denver, so easy and so much better than a typical car rental company.

Easy and convenient app for renting cars. The only thing I would like them to improve is the possibility to see the final price when searching. Absolutely not interested to see the price excluding tax and fee.

I had originally planned the trip for different dates and they didn't end up working out. I had to adjust them and that car was no longer available however I was able to work with the owner and one of his other cars was available which worked out perfectly! Communication was amazing. The car was perfect. Can't ask for more. :-)

We love the easy and affordable rental option through Turo when we travel. Matching a vehicle to our needs and having an easy pick up drop off transaction is so simple. We always price compare and have consistently found Turo to be our best option. Everywhere we have traveled there have been plenty of options to accommodate our requests. Even if the rentals we have reserved aren’t available at the time of pick up, Turo has stepped in and found a nearby replacement to allow us to continue on our trip without a delay.

Day rental, convenient, good value. Good drive. Easy communication. The car was clean and easy location for pickup. The car has all the safety options and got good gas mileage. The weather was great, pleasant temperature, sunny. I took the coastal drive and we had great views.

The past two rentals fell far short of the host's description/condition of vehicle upon pickup. When I use Turo I’m spending big bucks, so when I rent 100K cars for a week or two at a time for business, I expect them to be 100% accurate to the host's description and condition. All hosts claim that their vehicles are in great condition and will be delivered WASHED/DETAILED inside and outside upon pickup. HOWEVER, the last two rentals fell FAR SHORT of that as they were both very dirty inside and outside to the point of being disgusting with spills, dirt, and trash.

I absolutely love using Turo! Every trip I’ve had has been wonderful. The application is super easy to use and to navigate. All the hosts I have encountered have been great. I love how the hosts and Turo provide all the details I need for a smooth trip. 10/10 recommend.

I love using Turo! It’s so easy! Always great and quick with communication. Love the variety of vehicles. The airport pickup and drop off is a huge bonus too. I used that feature on my last trip. I rented a 2024 VW Taos recently with unlimited miles and drove through Oregon and Washington, along the coast, through the mountains. I was able to go to all of my bucket list destinations within that area. I will always recommend using Turo over car rentals.

I had a green 2020 Ford Mustang that was a huge flex while driving around Texas. Next time you think about renting a car. Choose Turo!

Had first car cancel on me, but was super pleased to find a better car for my trip. Had no issues with trip, and had excellent communication with owner. The Cadillac Escalade was loaded and super comfortable; it was also a much better bargain than renting from a car rental place. Owner even left a little treat bag in the car on our arrival. It was a great trip.

I rented ILZEL'S Toyota Camry while in Florida and his communication and willingness to help me after my brother left his phone in his vehicle was top-tier! He expedited the phone back to very quickly and maintained excellent communication throughout this entire process! Highly recommend him and his vehicle!

Best way ever to rent a car. You never know what you’re going to get with car rental companies, but with Turo, you can choose what you want and know what you are getting! Plus rates are so much lower than car rental agencies. I will never use a car rental agency again. Every trip I take, I will always use Turo!

I rented a Porsche for my 50th Birthday / Father's Day weekend. The experience was great. Turo makes fun cars accessible, I could not have rented a boring Chevy Cruze, Nissan Sentra, Ford Fusion, or (enter boring car name here) for the price I paid for the Porsche. To my surprise there weren't a bunch of bogus fees either. Just double check the mileage they give and what they charge for each mile after, but other than that, it was straightforward. Excellent experience.

Great experience, aside from the insane jump on the rate of vehicle on the last day for was over 400, I thought that was excessive. My past 3 rentals have all been wonderful experiences, all with different vehicles across a wide variety of cities in America. I feel like I save time and money renting through Turo, especially when picking up at the airport and avoiding airport taxes normally associated with standard car rental places.

Instead of letting me upload photos of the car the host uploaded them himself and once I received the car it was filthy with ashes and cigarette holes in the seats, while in my possession I cleaned out the car as best as I could. I did expend the days which he was very accommodating to but when I dropped the car off the host blamed me for the mess he did not clean after the car was previously rented. With me not in the right mind state I just took his word with the uploaded pictures that he uploaded himself. Which was mistake number one. I don’t recommend renting with this host because he is sneaky and will blame you for things you did not do.

I've rented with Turo 6 times, always worked out well. I like the variety of vehicles and the pricing options for additional insurance. The hosts are great and the locations are convenience. Support has been great when needed. I will continue to use turo and recommend others to do the same.

No hassle quick pickup and drop off. Everything went extremely smooth. The Equinox had incredible MPG. Had a convention to attend 250 miles away. My F250 would of been more expensive in fuel than it cost me to use Turo. Lol. Would for sure use again. One of the best services I've ever had the pleasure to use

I had a terrible experience. The car I rented had a low tire warning light which I didn’t notice until after I submitted pics and started the vehicle. Benefit of the doubt it was a older vehicle and would never guess someone would rent out a car with a warning light. Anyway returned the vehicle and he charged me a $100 for a tire repair. I tried to reach out to Turo multiple times but was difficult. Man said if I didn’t pay it within certain amt of time I would have to pay $200 so I paid it. It’s unfair and I’m so disappointed in the experience as well as help from Turo. Also I gave him a glowing review. Then after he stuck me with the bill Apparently you can’t change the review. Very likely I won’t use Turo again due to my terrible experience.

Check in and check out were both very seamless. Host was quite responsive. The car was very nice to drive. Smooth driving. Loved the car. Would drive again. Turo was also very nice to use. I used the website to book and then I used the app from there. They were both very nice.

Planned this trip a few months ahead and even with the last-minute change, I was able to easy pick up a car near my stay. The owner was always a text away and made pick up and drop off super easy. The first car I had reserved had to be canceled, but Turo helped me every step of the way to make sure I could find another for my trip. Customer Service was super helpful and am so grateful for their time.

Great platform to rent vehicles from whether it's for a trip or even just a weekend. Turo has vehicles for all occasions. The hosts I've rented from on the platform have all been amazing. Cars are always clean and filled up upon pickup. Pickup/ drop off process is so easy! Strongly recommend using when looking to rent.

The car was great and clean and ran smooth. Pick up was awesome and my husband and I got lost on our way back from the airport and had to park in a different parking lot and the people were so kind and flexible because we were late for our flight. I would definitely go through them again!

Instructions and directions were spot on. Car was clean and there when I wanted it. Got great gas mileage and I washed it before returning, because it was...a great car. I would definitely rent this one again. We drove all over Salt Lake City and up to Park City, Church Falls, Wasatch Mountain State Park and Layton for a family wedding.

So easy and seamless! No lines to wait in after a long flight. Communication was great and the car was super nice and exactly as described. The return was so easy and right at our terminal. We will absolutely be using Turo again when we travel. Thank you for great customer service.

It’s convenient without having to go through a rental company. It less of a hassle and I had a good experience so far. I did have a previous experience with a prior trip when the person didn’t give us an exact address to pick up the vehicle and did not deliver it to the airport and we had to take an Uber 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle.
