Instructions and directions were spot on. Car was clean and there when I wanted it. Got great gas mileage and I washed it before returning, because it was...a great car. I would definitely rent this one again. We drove all over Salt Lake City and up to Park City, Church Falls, Wasatch Mountain State Park and Layton for a family wedding.

So easy and seamless! No lines to wait in after a long flight. Communication was great and the car was super nice and exactly as described. The return was so easy and right at our terminal. We will absolutely be using Turo again when we travel. Thank you for great customer service.

It’s convenient without having to go through a rental company. It less of a hassle and I had a good experience so far. I did have a previous experience with a prior trip when the person didn’t give us an exact address to pick up the vehicle and did not deliver it to the airport and we had to take an Uber 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle.

Will was very quick to Respond to any and all questions. He was very easy to work with. I highly recommend using his car. It was very clean inside and out and ready with a full tank of gas. I would definitely use his car on my next trip again.

Excellent, convenient. Flexible and very satisfied with service. The fact I can rent a car at anytime is amazing. Turo has really changed the process of renting cars. The variety in models and variety of pricing is doable. All my hosts have been excellent. So the amount of standard Turo has for the hosts really shows.

Turo is my number one app for car rental. It's always easy to deal with, pricing is usually well below the standard car rental agencies, and most providers are reasonable. There are a few issues from time to time but it's no big deal considering the pricing and availability. The last rental was slightly shady as I've been charged for things that are not relevant to me but I'm hoping it will get resolved soon. Turo customer support does a wonderful job in taking care of any question. Keep it up Turo! Best rental business out there!

Great cars and awesome hosts. Clean, fueled up and a personal touch made the experience perfect! I travel for a living and always use Turo. No bad experiences. Much much cheaper and much much better vehicle every time. Feels like your personal car and nothing like a rental. Also very flexible with pick up and drop off times. No worries about not having a vehicle for the reservation and you always know exactly what you’re getting and there’s no surprises. And no waiting for someone to find you a car.

I am feeling that I felt down into a trap the host set up. So exhausted. At first everything was OK even the plate number on the car was not the same when I booked. And after I gave 5 stars as the host requested (I am too nice...). After few hours, they sent a picture to me saying that they found a big crash on the windshield and asked me pay $500 for it. I didn't have any incidents and didn't hear any crash noises during my driving. I drove very carefully and didn't see any crashes when I returned the car. I never had incidents report during last 10 years except this time no matter how carefully I drove. The picture that the host sent even doesn't look like from the same car I rented. I felt like I was trapped and cheated. So exhausted to deal with this host after my long trip.

I had a great experience using Turo. The booking process and the actual experience was seamless. I like that you are able to add driver(s) after picking up the car in the case of surprising a loved one. The car owner was very helpful and accessible and the car itself was a dream. Would book again.

The use of the "lock box" to and flexibility to dropoff/pickup work great!!!! I will definitely recommend TURO to anyone. The application work flawlessly as well. The only concern is I recently successfully booked a car and it was cancelled after my flight landed. That was unfortunate but thankfully a car was available asap.

Car rental went amazingly smoothly. Car was at the airport when we arrived and it was easy to leave it at the airport when we left. The car we rented was 9 years old but in excellent shape and clean. It was easy to add an additional driver and the car owner was very accommodating.

I will never rent a car again from a regular rental company. You cannot beat the prices, great selection of cars and great customer service. The app makes it very quick to ask questions and responses are very quick! We rented a car in Florida for a very cheap price for the week! Worked great!

Jeremy was great, easy pick up and drop off. Me and family loved the car. I would rent from him again, even when minor things happen he was quick with responding and very helpful. My kids even wanted to keep the car because they love it so much. If you want a nice car with plenty of space then book with Jeremy.

Great experience, just some fees are a little high but it’s ok. People who I’ve rented from has been great. Car selection is good, just not too many in my area so if you need to rent you better reserve the car early but overall my experience with Turo has been great.

Vehicle was great for 6 men and fish boxes we brought home. A very easy exchange by the airport. I will use Turo in the future and recommend this to other people that rent vehicles. Much cheaper than renting cars at the airports.

Easy, fast, and convenient all at your fingertips. I would recommend this app to my family and friends. I use the app a lot especially when I’m on vacation. My cousin and I always go half on everything so it’s saves time and money. The app is better than any rental car business I ever used. They always ask for a larger deposit or major credit card.

This is my second time using Turo and I had another great experience with it. I love the fact that I know exactly what car I’m getting and the variety is excellent. The prices are pretty comparable to the big rental companies but the benefits of knowing exactly what you’re getting makes it the better option in my opinion. The hosts were courteous and very easy to communicate with making the experience perfect. Will definitely use Turo in the future.

It is the second time we have rented this vehicle, and couldn’t be more pleased! Hosts were SO very accommodating and just plain nice to us! Any questions I had were answered promptly. The vehicle was clean and perfect for my family! We needed a vehicle to fit 4 adults and 2 car seats for our grandbabies and this totally fit!! We will definitely go back to them when we need a larger vehicle than our jeep!

My experience wasn’t good at first. Jalen who I had paid to rent his car cancelled on me the day of my trip. No excuse for that., but thank God Turo found me cars comparable and I chose Amy’s Lexus truck. I loved the truck. It was dependable and clean and Amy was very pleasant and accommodating. I will rent from her again.

When parking fees were explained a price of $3-65 was quoted. Naturally the closer you arrive to your reservation time or return time one would think that’s what determines the prices. Not at all. The owner can park it whenever and stick the renter with the surplus charges. Not an ideal way to handle “free airport drop off“

Our car rental, booked months in advance, was suddenly canceled the day before our trip began. The car had been repossessed, and the Turo host we were dealing with did not own the car, only managed the bookings. Why would a third party be necessary for your service? Our experience from there did not improve. The operator put us on hold for long stretches, e-mailed us a few options with vague statements that they might be able to make up a cost difference. They said they'd call back once we received the listings to review, and never did. After the one conversation with customer service, Turo never reached out again. The car we ended up with was fine, and the trip went on. But cancellation less than 24 hours before we were set to fly out and pick up the car, was a terrible way to start a trip.

I was unable to add my wife as a driver on the rental vehicle even though she was registered on Turo. The website would not accept any required documentation like drivers license for her. Many attempts were made and helpline was contacted. They recommended that she register for a Turo account which she did. This didn’t work to allow her to be added as a driver. No success.

Everything from start to finish of the trip was great. The pick up and drop off were smooth and communication was great from the host. I would definitely rent from this owner again! As far as Turo the company goes, I feel disappointed that there is no one you can contact about issues. I have sent multiple emails with proper documentation that our organization is tax exempt but no one will help me. Everything is automated and there are no people to help you with your problems or questions.

Awesome hosts, make traveling easy and the process is user friendly and easy to use. I live the flexibility and not sitting in an airport line or always having to return to property. Cost is similar to a traditional rental but the car selection is superior. There is also an option to extend or delay the return if you get in a bind or flights change so the flexibility is amazing!

I have rented several cars, across states and the experience is always consistent, simple and easy from finding cars to the end-to-end rental process. Far superior to the old-school rental car process. I would highly recommend to a friend to rent higher quality cars for great prices.

Staff were quick to respond and very helpful. For a charge they can pick you up with a shuttle. The shuttle was quick and came back to the lot about every 15 minutes. Overall, the car was clean and operated fine. Great for 6 adults but can handle up to 7 and lots of luggage space!

I definitely had a good time and my rental was very much what I expected it to be. It took me from point A to point B with no issues at all. Gas was at a full tank when picking up. Vehicle was very clean inside and out. Everything was worth every penny spent. Absolutely great host that always checks up and ask if I needed anything else that could accommodate my trip. Very friendly and I would definitely recommend this host and services to my friends, coworkers, and family.

My host was the best I ever had thus far. His patience and committed to my experience was amazing. His car was in tip top shape, comfortable and clean. I felt safe. It easy to pick up and return.. I will use this host again. He has made my weekend carefree.

Our Turo Host made our van rental experience absolutely perfect. The van was parked for pick up literally one block from where we disembarked our cruise. Since we were unable to heck into the home we leased, we stored our luggage in the van as we explored Sitka based upon Nicki's suggestions. The van was in clean and great mechanical condition. Nicki even let us drop off the van at the airport when our lease ended. Nicki's communication was first class, and that made our stay nothing short of awesome.

From the time I decided on the Tesla, it was a great experience. I can’t wait to get back to Florida to rent from Kevin again. The selection and details of trip was spot on. No issues. Great communication from start to finish. Kevin even went out of his way to help with delivery and pickup. Quick responses as well.

Every time I go to Hawaii I use Turo. It makes it very convenient to just pick up a car in the parking lot. Take a few pictures and head out. Returning the car is usually pretty easy too. I normally park in the same place that I picked it up with a full tank of gas.

Turo offered me range of vehicles to choose from across a spectrum of pricing. They clearly marked A-Rated hosts, and provided a good infrastructure for communicating with hosts and ensuring a quality transaction for all parties. They followed progress through the trip to ensure the protection and safety of each party. Well done!

The prices on Turo make no sense. You have low value cars at almost $80 a day plus the trip fee is somehow just as high as the daily price and then there’s extra taxes added on at the end. Do not recommend. Most host are rude and don’t communicate. I’d rather get a rental with Enterprise or Hertz. At least you know you’ll get a high value vehicle that’s well maintained.

We had a great time in Kirkland visiting family and the Subaru was clean and easy to drive and park in tight spots. We went to Bellevue, Snoqualmie Falls and hiking and the Subaru was a great choice. It also got great gas mileage. It also was a great value.

Overall my experience was good. However, at the end of the service. Owner quickly rushed to his back right rim. Mind you he didn’t check anywhere else just that side of the car. So he was already plotting. He then lied and tried to tell me that I scratched his back right rim. I told him it can’t be me because I never parked his vehicle by the side of a curb. Everything I had the car, I was either driving or it was parked in a parking lot. He then showed me an inaccurate pic of a different rim to try and prove that this was the rim wasn’t scratched before he gave me the car. Mind you the pic wasn’t even the back right rim. It was a pic of a front rim. I notice he was lying.

My rental experience was exceptional, the team was quick to respond and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The Van I rented was clean and well taken care of. I needed to extend my pickup time due to my flight being delayed, I emailed my host and was instantly approved for my new drop off time. All in all I would say this was an Exceptional Experience. Thank You Turo.

Omg! Where do I start. My experience was amazing. The vehicle was everything!!! I had a family emergency that happen and he was able extend my trip and made it easier for me to pay. 10000% recommend!!! I am glad that I got the opportunity to experience the great customer service and a great vehicle. I will most definitely rent through Turo again!

I was able to quickly find and book a vehicle for my upcoming vacation through the Turo app. I appreciate the ability to pay later, as I had a lot of funds drawn from my account for other aspects of the trip. I would like to see some future updates to the app where you can set certain criteria (unlimited miles is high on my list) and also a feature where you can compare vehicle prices prior to checkout after the taxes and fees have been assigned. When I first use the Turo app last year, I was able to book a vehicle and then look at other vehicles to compare the prices, but there must’ve been an update that that option away as it wouldn’t let me view any other vehicles because I had a vehicle already booked for the timeframe.

The car was as promised and the response for assistance was right on!! I wasn’t up on how to get started with a Tesla, the owner called right away to assist!! Easy to drive and easy to get around town. Thank for a great rental!! I would rent again from Turo!!

I was set to pick up the car at 7am. The owner sent a message and asked “Could we move closer to 8am?” That way he could have the car cleaned. (Not too big of a deal) I picked the car up and at 8:53 he sends a message that the car is gps tracked. (That should have been sent prior.) Their car ran great and did the job while we were away. Then we get back.

I had the best experience with Antonio and his handling of every single aspect. Communication was timely, the car was easy to find and amazing to drive. Fun and well-maintained BMW. I will definitely use Turo and rent from this host again! So much better than using a rental car agency. No waiting in line for an unknown vehicle. I like to know exactly what I am going to drive. Picked up the van at Denver airport as requested with no problems. Van was as advertised, no problems at all. Would definitely recommend this vehicle and owner to anyone looking for an efficient vehicle that was reliable. The drop-off at the airport on Saturday was effortless as well. We had no issues with the vehicle, the gas mileage was also great. I had to add my wife later in the week to my account and it was very easy.

I ordered the car the day before I needed it. He responded fast and approved it. The car was nice and clean. He also will work with you to make his customers happy. I had to make changes at the last minute and he approved them. I will go through him again!

We rented a brand new ‘24 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Upon landing - learned that it had been canceled by Turo. With grandparents in tow and graduation to get to, and no rental cars available. We were desperate. Turo put us in a 2019 Dodge Caravan with 110,000 miles on it the host was nice but car was not safe. And then Turo charged us a premium for “renting“ this car same day - so we basically paid the same price for the 2024 brand new grand Cherokee and a 2019 dodge caravan. Also waited at airport for hours for car to get to us. Terrible customer service - I cannot believe they charged us the premium for renting same day - even though they canceled on us. The trip with that car - the going rate is less than $200.

The owners made this very pleasant for me. They helped me out and were quick to reply. The detailed instructions made the pick up and drop off easier. The owners were also incredibly friendly and made check-out easy for me. The car is in perfect condition. I would be happy to rent from them again.

Andre was a great host. The car was beautiful, well maintained & clean. Very informative and lots of helpful tips. The car was easy to access and in convenient location. We were on a cruise ship with no WiFi or cell service until the morning of rental. Very difficult to send driver's license photo. This should be an option any time after booking, not within 24hrs of rental time. The host was very helpful and car/key was easy to locate.

Never seem to disappoint me. Always available and is adaptable to change. Mo is an awesome host and extension is an overstatement. Car clean. Reliable maintenance on his vehicle is superb. If you want a reliable vehicle Mo is the person to rent from. Price and car is dependability is far superior in my book.

No big shock, but I would advise if you are picking up and dropping off at the airport, mention there maybe a parking fee. Not a big deal but no one likes a surprise fee.

I rented a Honda civic and had a horrible experience and when I reached out to support they were no help them nor the host. I'm 9 months pregnant and live in Las Vegas Nevada. The temperature is extremely hot and the car I had the w/c would go in and out blowing hot air at times which was a discomfort. The car itself would drag at times when driving.

Hello the Turo experience was very quick and easy. Cars was new and clean. Owner was easy to communicate with even if he don't speak english. The turo app platform is very easy to use, just click and accept then wait for confirmation and you are all set. A very good variety of cars to choose from. I rate my experience as perfect.

The McLaren was an amazing car to drive. Very good experience. The service was excellent. Also easy contact. Fast response. Everything’s great from the beginning to end. The reservation was canceled 5 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. I was informed by customer support that I would receive a callback for assistance in securing an alternative vehicle. In addition cs told I would get a voucher for a Lyft to get back home, which neither commitment that regrettably was not fulfilled.

Michael was responsive beyond belief. I've only used hero twice but the difference in responsiveness was amazing. He was fantastic. I will use him every time I'm in Bozeman! He provided us a clean reliable vehicle for our trip and was extremely professional! When we arrived Michael had the vehicle exactly where he said it would be, and due to unforeseen circumstances when we had to return a day early he met us at the airport and even refunded the extra day we didn't use the vehicle. The experience was so easy and made our trip start off perfectly. I have already recommended Turo and Michael to many of my friends.

My friend and I really enjoyed driving this zippy little Mini around. It was a fun drive, and I was glad to discover it had driving safety features on it. I would definitely rent from them again. The drop off to my home address was very convenient. Also, the air conditioning was nice and cold, and though the car is compact, we had room for all of our traveling supplies. The best thing about the size of the car was that it was easy to park in the tiny spaces in California. I would recommend.

Turo did great, I believed my host was too. The car was ready when we got to the airport, they answered me and everything was great. The car was a great vehicle as well. No issues until a few days after I dropped the car back off at the airport. The host kept calling me and messaging me that I wrecked their car. I told them I had no clue what they were talking about. They started a claim even tho I had pictures of the vehicle when I dropped it off. The pictures they took were not even at the airport where we left the car. They didn’t message me until days after the rental was complete. Made me really uncomfortable.

Everything was above and beyond, I would definitely recommend. I give the service, communication and timeliness a 10/10 for sure. Car was beyond clean inside and outside, worked perfectly. I had no issues with driving at all, the pick up and drop off was a breeze and when I needed to make adjustments or had any questions they were answered.

My experience with Caroro was great, he respects their customer. They are on time. Their cars are practically brand new and very clean. With their Schuyler service they make it easier for you to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I will highly recommend my friends to rent their cars from Turo because it is convenient and safe.

Smooth transaction excellent communication clean vehicle great mileage allowance. When arrived in Houston we were lost in that big airport and Brandon was very patient. He went above and beyond to deliver the truck. He talked to us until we made contact and drove my hubby to show him the drop off spot. Even we had all of our grandkids he was very patient with us. Will definitely use the services again.

The car was fine. I booked the car for one day 10a to 5p she to late flight and my party and I had multiple pieces of luggage. I returned car at 4:30pm and sent pictures with parking location. Not sure what time owner picked up car but I was charged with 2nd parking cost of $25. I paid the same when picking up car from airport as well. I understand the cost incurred when picking up car but not when returning car within 30 minutes of my end of drive time.

The first rent was not the best, they were not responsive and it was in the middle of nowhere. We decided to cancel the rent. Super bad experience. We decided, only the day after, to book a new one and the customer service was super nice, even if I was super upset, they have released a credit for a new rental that I have used. New rental was perfect!

Turo is awesome. It is a great way to drive a rental car when you were out of town in a different area. Easy free of stress. The only thing that I have an issue with when it comes to Turo is the high truth fees, it almost makes it impossible to rent the vehicle. I understand you have to have fees, but sometimes they’re twice as much as the rental of the car and that’s not OK.

Car was great. Host was great. The only issue was the host did not charge the car prior to me picking it up. However, I brought the car back on 80% charge as that was as high as it would go. I was charged for the very first charge on the car. I disputed it and was never contacted by anyone. Not the host or anyone from Turo.

I am very upset with our rental expected to have a reliable vehicle. Had a tire blowout on the interstate on our 1st day of our trip. It was so scary. After looking at the tires they all need to be replaced. I am thankful that no one was hurt. On the second day the SVU back hatch started opening on its own, locking itself, the key fob stopping working to start it or unlock. Spent hours on the phone only for them to not even try to fix it they just sent a tow truck. We were told we would have to go through 3rd party rental to get a car to come home in and they would reimburse us. Still have NOT been reimbursed. Spent a lot of money for a vacation that we could not enjoy because it took till the Friday evening before we were leaving to find a rental to come home in. I was lied to and have the calls and emails to prove it. Will never rent from them again.

Turo always delivers for me! This past trip was perfect. Everything worked seamlessly, and the car was fantastic on gas, which made a big difference for my budget. The air conditioning was outstanding, especially in the sweltering South Florida heat, providing a comfortable and refreshing ride every time I drove. The cleanliness of the car was another highlight; it was spotless and well-maintained, making the experience even more pleasant. The host was exceptionally easy to communicate with, which added to the overall smoothness of the rental process. From the initial booking to the return, every interaction was clear and helpful. They were responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had all the information I needed for a hassle-free trip.

The trip fee are quite expensive but plausible.

Multiple seat controls help. I'm 6', but not an issue like when I drive our Civic.

Had a nice weekend trip visiting my grandma. It’s a V8 so gas runs quickly. It’s a nice luxury vehicle with a nice sound system. The ac blew just perfectly to beat the heat! The leather seats also are heated and a really nice trunk space. Getting the car wasn’t an issue. You do have to pay to get it out at the airport. You also gotta pay to put it back in the economy lot. All in which are easy.

I had a great experience so far. It was fast and a little reasonable. I will rent again. The car was clean and the host was 1awesome and understanding and the car was a good ride. Turo is great for people like me. Great experience. Thank y’all. I didn’t even know about until someone told me and I try it for myself and it was great. I will definitely let the word out about Turo.

Gene's Hyundai in PCB was a flawless pick up and drop off. He's so understanding and kind. The car is perfect for getting around, in good repair, good on fuel, and met our needs. This was my first time renting through Turo, and I don't plan on rental agencies again if I can help it. I love Turo!

Rented a premium vehicle. Expected premium quality. Inside was pretty worn. Rear wheel bearing was bad and made a loud noise entire trip. The struts were shot in the front. The car needed an oil change. The gas cap tether was broken from the vehicle. First two hose canceled my trip losing my early bird special and causing me to rebook with limited selections. I booked early and picked a vehicle in budget. In term had to pay more both rebookings.

Car was clean and in great shape. I asked for a car seat & that too, was immaculate. Owner was a good communicator. Pick up and drop off instructions were clear and accurate. Car was exactly as described. Car handled well and was obviously well serviced. I would rent from this owner again.

Everything was phenomenal from the beginning to end. The host was exceptional and quick to respond. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to rent with him! They provided chargers for all phone types and a nice complimentary gift bag. The car was super clean and fresh. I loved everything about this rental experience.

Upon entering the vehicle I found a burnt marijuana cigarette in the center console. The customer was notified and she gave me a 10% coupon for my next Turo rental. The customer service was exceptional. I think for extending the drop off time four hours later and having to pay $150 for four hours is very pricey.

I have no complaints about my Turo rental and/or trip whatsoever. My Turo trip with Will's 2011 Chevy Cruz was smooth, safe, comfortable and fun! Great gas mileage, so you don't spend $50+ to fill up. UNBEATABLE RATES, TOO! I recommend Will as your host, and I will definitely be renting from him again.

Had a awesome host. Very grateful car was nice and clean. They were neat and sweet. Very reasonable and I would recommend them to others and I also would recommend using the car again. Pick up was successful and drop off was successful. Was able to switch to another vehicle that was successful.

The truck that I rented had a small buzzing noise while I was driving underneath of the hood. When I picked up the truck the owner informed me to ignore the service warning on the dashboard because Volvo was just trying to get her to pay for service. Meanwhile, when I returned the vehicle, the owner tried to accuse me of breaking her vehicle which I only had for two days. During the time of the rental I was informed to only place 93 gas inside of the truck and to make sure that the receipts were presents. I did everything that I was instructed to do, but yet she tried to blame me for the noise coming from underneath the hood of her truck. I have rented from Turo on several occasions and never received a complaint. The truck also has high miles and is clearly in need of some type of work.

I really and truly do LOVE this app. It's saved me many a day when my car was out of commission and especially when I was transferred across the country without a car. I use it now instead of rental companies whenever available and HIGHLY recommend! The car selection is off the chain and the prices are wonderful!!!

I have rented from Turo at least 5 or 6 times. This time has been the worst. I rented a car and was charged for smoking fee and I don't even smoke. The ashes came from my portable grill that I used. When I was moving the grill around in the car some ashes fell out. It was not smoke damage from smoking in the car. My history with Turo is 5 star. I never smoke in any of the vehicles. Hopefully I get refunded. I really enjoy using the service and have referred Turo to many people. I would hate for this one time to ruin my experience and stop me from referring the service.

My experience with the company was wonderful. Everything that was needed was provided at a timely manner. Every step of the process was excellent. The person that rented me the vehicle made sure it was in tip-top condition. Everything was done as described. The vehicle was excellent. I had no worries throughout the whole process. Every time I rent from Turo it’s always a great experience. Every host always explains details on pick up and return time for vehicle. I’ll keep renting from Turo because it has helped a lot when it came to getting to work or even taking a small weekend trip. It’s very easy to use anytime of the day. I would recommend to a friend because it’s that easy to rent a car from Turo.

My recent trip to Canada was my first experience using Turo! The host was very responsive, friendly, and professional. She was very accommodating when my flight time got changed and made sure the car was ready and available for me upon landing as well as allowing me to drop the vehicle off early. She answered all my questions and made the process seamless. I got exactly what I paid for and we will definitely be using Turo again for our next trip!

I rented a car for a vacation. I was pulled over the second day of my vacation by an officer that said the car has expired tags since 8 months ago. Called the host and Turo for help to replace the car as I had two 78 and 75 years old ladies with me, none was willing to help and replace the car with a legal one that an insurance will cover and I won’t be pulled over again during what was supposed to be a relaxing time but ended up to be a nightmare. Turo seems to not care about their customers and allow hosts to rent cars with expired tags. This is a breach of contract as their cars are not reliable and legal to drive. Worst experience ever, I will never rent a car again from such company with such shady hosts.

This is my second time using Turo. I rented the same vehicle from my host, Mr. **. Both the vehicle and host were absolutely enjoyable to use and deal with. Love the service that Turo provides. I wish I had enough money to invest in a few vehicles to rent out through Turo. Since I do not, I will have to continue to rent.

GMC was great overall but in the description, it says smoke free but the whole car smelled like cigarettes and found some ** in the car also. I did inform the owner and he said he knew about it but didn't tell us anything. It was too late for me to get another car.

Have used Turo a handful of times and have never been disappointed! Cars are always in great shape and the best part is I don’t have to wait in long lines at a car rental agency! Also, much more affordable! And they even brought the car to us at the airport! It’s a no-brainer!!

Probably my last time using Turo. We had a very positive first experience so I was excited to use it again. Unfortunately, this time around the experience was terrible. We rented a minivan in Hawaii (paid over $1600 for 10 days of rental w/ Premier protection). We drove around the island, parked the car at a resort and rental and drove into town. Paid for unlimited miles and pre-paid gas, though we ended up using less than a full tank during the week. However, apparently, we committed the crime of parking next to a sprinkler during our rental period, which got water spots on the car.

Andrew the host was great! The car ran good and got me to Pueblo safely and on time! I was running late and Andrew was willing to extend my time. I wasn't able to vacuum as I wanted to but everything went as planned!!! I would recommend Turo to all my friends and family! The savings were as amazing and customer service is impeccable!

I really love the idea of Turo! I definitely think it’s the future of new rental cars. Turo is very realistic with the society we live in today and is flexible. Normal rental cars limit groups of customers. Turo was able to take that problem and find a solution for that group of clients that are not able to get a car rental with “credit cards” issues. They are also very discreet so it takes from talking to a customer service operator that may be stressed out and take their emotions on clients and lowers client experience. I love that Turo took advantage of Covid contactless effect. They gave a solution to people's problems of anxiety. Extremely flexible company!!’

We were picked up in front of airport arrivals and met at the departure drop off. Convenient, easy with outstanding communication and support. The car was as pictured, clean and got great gas mileage. It was also much cheaper than using a rental car company - so the experience with the price was a winner. We highly recommend using Turo and will use the service again.

The car was very clean. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. He was thorough with pictures and any previous visible marks. It was a convenient location for me and the car was easily accessible to pick up and return. There were no problems with the car. I prefer unlimited miles but this car had plenty of miles offered.

I love the Turo program. The only I don’t like is I got charged $8.00 because I overcharged the Tesla. At least I brought it back fully charged. At least I should of gotten a heads up. Now I know because I wasn’t told about that and read the instructions on profile the charge has to be 80% or better.

The BMW I had was great. The host Todd was amazing, friendly, and communicated very well with me. I had to extend my reservation a couple times and Todd responded within minutes. My experience was great! Also my experience with Michaels charger was great. Only concern was some maintenance issues with the car. Would highly recommend both hosts!

After paying over $500 for a trip he planted a cigarette in the car stating that it was smoking in the car. Which was a lie to get an additional fee and Turo believed him after sending proof the car wasn’t clean when picking it up. I was told that my side of the story was inaccurate and the host is telling the truth.

Renting this car thru Turo, and this particular car owner, was so convenient, so dependable and so easy — it could not have gone better. And, the car owner was kind enough to let me retrieve something left in the car by mistake. Very grateful for his help and consideration!

Turo rentals have been excellent for us. We especially love contactless pickup, and always have great communication with the owners. Makes trips worry free and easy! Highly recommend. Trip fees can be a little much sometimes, but if you click around on vehicles you'll find that some vehicles have smaller fees and you can decide what works best for your needs and budget. Sometimes we want sporty, sometimes we care more about value. Either way we find something that works.

I rented Rachel's Jeep Renegade specifically because it was red, and the price was great. A friend and I were taking a trip to Austin to visit family. The vehicle was cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go. Rachel gave details that helped me easily locate the vehicle and instructions for the return.

I had to change my payment method with my booking that was at the end of July. I notified my host to let him know, he was OK with it. I would cancel and rebook right away. The trip fees were an additional $50 that the host was unaware of. He asked me to call support. Support promised a response within 2 hours. 48 hours later I followed up. I finally received a message 24 hours later stating it's their policy to charge more when you cancel and rebooked. Basically a penalization. They are firm and provided no resolution. My booking was for over $1000. They would rather lose me as a customer for $50. Terrible service. I feel bad for the host, because it's out of his control. Just a money grab on Turo's part!

Emik’s GMC Denali was in excellent condition and very clean. It suited me and my family’s needs perfectly. Emik was excellent with communications and delivering the vehicle to us. He also did an excellent job when it came time to turn it back in to him. We will definitely use the Turo service again. I thoroughly enjoy using Turo and recently rented again. Being able to pick up and drop Off a vehicle with flexible timing has made it so convenient for my schedule. I love that there is a wider array of vehicle selection to pick from and that it helps individual people also. I have had no issues even when a claim had to be made for a rock hitting my windshield heading home. On my trip. Turo customer service team made the process super easy to use.

I've rental on multiple occasions now; my hosts were fantastic, cars were great, rental fees also good. What really gets to me though; what really makes me want to say forget it each time, the trip fees. I'm not sure how those are determined but it's ridiculous, in most cases the same price as the car rental fee. So, hypothetically I find a car for $50/day, in actuality it's $100/day, insane. If it wasn't for that my review would be 5 stars on everything.

Super easy pick up and return! Very responsive and very worth it to get the return at any level fuel upgrade!! Loved the truck. It was very nice to drive and very comfortable. Sound system wasn’t super loud but that’s okay!! The truck bed was large and fit a lot of items. I would suggest using bungee cords. It was very helpful!

I'm overall very pleased with the app experience and the booking experience with the host. The only thing I really don’t care for is how long the security deposit takes to refund to my account. But besides that, I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. The host was very helpful, polite & made the pickup and drop off as seamless as possible.

I used Kevin’s Toyota 4Runner rental. The vehicle was in good condition but was billed after the trip. I needed to paid for share ride services. Need to be more transparent with customers. Remove subjective and hidden fees. Traditional car rental are cheaper and more transparent. I never had this experience with another Turo location.

Everything was good. Quick and easy. Car was very clean. Host was very nice. She responded really quickly to text messages. I will rent her cars every single time. She very nice about everything. Car runs very good.

So far I have had responsive host and well maintained vehicles. I did have one host who was a no show which was a disappointment. He never responded or communicated the reason. Turo helped with that but ensuring that I was not the one penalized. I did not however receive compensation for the Uber I had to take back home. I will however continue to use Turo because it has been easy and convenient.

This message is directly to Turo. I understand that this is a business and that the business has to make money but what I don't understand is how is it the business make more money than the host. It should be no way. The trip fee cost more than the actual rental but all of the hosts that I've dealt with are awesome people. Very clean cars. Reliable.

Chase was very responsive and helpful. The Fiat was immaculate and a very fun and sporty car to drive around the Denver area. It gets great gas mileage. Turo has been a helpful and convenient option and is cheaper than most other rental companies. The app is easy to use and I haven’t had an issues with any of my rentals. I have been able to easily find cars nearby and all of the hosts have been great to work with.

I have rented 4 time with Turo. Three times in Connecticut, same car, owner Mike, and one time in Florida. Our experiences with both people have been excellent. Mike has always been very helpful with the process of picking up his car and returning it. We have always been very pleased with his vehicle, very clean and has many upgrades.

Went on Turo to rent a car 2 weeks ago and ended up renting from the same person (different car) that we did last year. Very easy to get car and to drop off. Owner very easy to deal with. All went well and very happy with the whole process.

Last rental was very unpleasant, due to the host having a lack of understanding to my own circumstances and I never will use Turo again because the fact they taking her lies and not letting me tell my side of the story before deeming my account inactive. And also they lied and said I’d get a full free day of a rental after my 10 trip but only offered a small amount in a promo. Lots of red flags. Will use other rental agencies but I think my relationship with turo is halted.

I had been canceled twice the very morning that I was supposed to pick up vehicle, so I quickly looked up another vehicle to rent and supposedly I had another car and 15 min later it was also cancelled. This had never happened to me before... so I did contact the number given by Turo, the lady was very cordial and helped find me a vehicle.

I find the app easy to use and the host was very responsive. I have previously used the same vehicle and it continued to be exactly what I needed. Vehicle was perfect for my needs and host was great. The only negative were all the reminders about getting the vehicle back on time through the app. I use Turo to grab a car when I need one due to repairs or whatever else pops up. My plans are carefully planned to make sure that I get the car back on time sometimes while trying to navigate family, work and traffic schedules. It's not a major issue, just adds a little more stress that I don't necessarily need in those moments.

This was my first time using this app to rent a car, although I wasn’t fond of the limited amount of miles which cause me to pay additional fees. Overall I would recommend using this method for renting a vehicle. It was hassle free, the place where I picked up the car was cool, and returning the vehicle was easy.

I had no problems with my trip, and as for the rented vehicle, it met my expectations, an excellent car, economical and reliable. The vehicle was also at the agreed time and agreed location and also had an easy toll pass, which made my journey much easier, I didn't drive many miles, it was just for visits to restaurants and shopping centers.

The value of the car was great with no hidden fees attached other than the TAXES. The pickup and dropoff was very convenient to my home which made it a huge plus.

Overall I was pleased with everything. The only complaint that I have is the gas issue. I misread the odometer and I was short 2 gallons. The owner went to fill up the car and the $6 transaction turned into a 17. That way too much money for 2 gallons of gas mistake. After I paid for 3 days use of the car and had to drive it back to the point, I think $6 is fair. Not 17.

My family rented a vehicle for our vacation. The day we went to return the car, traffic was horrendous so I requested an extension in time over 6 hours in advance of our vehicle return time. They did not respond in regard to a time extension and charged us by the minute for being 42 minutes late. Because we were late and didn't receive in extension in time (though the app sends automatic messages through the trip saying to avoid fees ask for an extension ahead of time) we were not able to clean the car from a sandy beach day. Thus, receiving a cleaning fee in addition to a late fee of an additional $165. I contacted Turo in regards to disputing the late and cleaning fees being unjust and they sided with the vehicle owner and refused to return my money. I won't be using this company in the future and wouldn't recommend using them.

Have been using Turo to help my business, taking clients to events, or transport to airports. Occasionally, vehicle owners disappointed me as to the condition or safety of the vehicles. One particular owner blocked my future use from his cars because I honestly rated the poor condition of his vehicle. For most vehicles however, I have been happy with the cars.

I loved Turo. I enjoyed my experience. The car was accommodating for my family my children and friends. It was a good car. I had limited miles, but I was able to get to and from all the places that I wanted to take my children while we were on vacation in Texas.

Turo has been great! Easily flip through cars and find the car that best fits our needs. I do wish I could contact the host pre booking so I can be sure that the right amount of car seats and/or the right kind of car seats. Just love using this app though!

Great car on highway and local roads in Sedona. Great contact with host—quick and helpful. The pick-up and drop- off procedures made it super-easy at beginning and end of trip. I plan to rent from this host again. I don’t know what more to say about a very good experience. Phoenix airport rental cars usually require a long wait, shuttle, etc. This was much better.

Richard is a great host who communicates in a timely manner. Richard’s vehicle is clean and well maintained. Richard’s cybertruck will have people amazed and picture ready. I would definitely recommend Richard and his vehicles any time. I can’t wait to drive with Richard again. Thank you for your great customer service!

The guy overcharged me said I smoked in the vehicle when I don’t even smoke so no I’m not happy at all and I am disputing the charge and I will not be using Turo again. I don’t have money to just throw away not to mention it was brought to my attention 3 days later.

It was easy to make a reservation and to access the car and return it. I had a very good experience and would do it again. This is actually my third time going through Turo. My son rented a car last year and my husband and I did the same earlier this summer. We have become familiar with the plan.

It would be better if you could sort by total price. I want to find the vehicle and have it sorted from total out of pocket from lowest to highest. One car looks cheaper then there is fees that make it more expensive. There needs to be a sorting feature for total out of pocket cost. Fees included in the sort. Thank you.

In the few months I’ve been on this platform I Have only had one bad experience with a host but customer service was so helpful in fixing the issue. The fees seem a bit high but for the convenience it’s worth it! There are so many hosts in my area, there’s always a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

A friend of mine suggested this app to me. She said it was a total life saver when they were in Seattle! So I gave it a go here in Arizona! Be selective, read reviews, go for what you need, what fits your budget and make sure you keep communication with host. I've used the same 2 hosts in my short experience and both are amazing! They responded in quickly and helpful. When I am in need of a vehicle I will surely be utilizing this app!

Chase was a great host to deal with. His communication went above and beyond from start until finish. Originally I booked another one of his cars. He suggested this Kona instead for my travel purposes. We are nothing but grateful for our experience with Chase using Turo! The Kona had great gas mileage and all the new features.

VW ID.4. Vehicle was available, host was exemplary. First time driving an EV, car was 2023, cute, clean and fun to drive. Needed to adjust pick-up and drop off times, messaging was quick, reply prompt and facilitative. Will definitely utilize Turo for future trips to Austin. Unlike commercial rentals, the right size car was available @ reasonable cost.

I have used Turo twice for my trips to Illinois. I have had wonderful experiences and no issues. My last experience was May 14 2024 to May 29 2024, Danuta met me at the airport to drop off my car. it was lovely meeting her and she was very friendly and most accommodating. Drop off was just as smooth, when I arrived she was waiting and again very friendly. The car was a 2020 Toyota Corolla which was in great shape inside and out. Rode well and I had no issues. Would use them again when I travel back to Illinois. Thank you for a great experience both times and I highly recommend to my family and friends.

I parked the Tesla I rented in a parking garage at a charging station so it could charge. I didn’t know you have to remove the car out of the space immediately once it’s done charging. I received a text from the host the next day telling me I could be charged if the vehicle stays parked at the charging station. Had I known I wouldn’t have left it in the space but the host neglected to provide the information to me PRIOR to renting or picking up the vehicle. I was charged $137! He lied and said he called me after he received an incident report. I never received a phone call. I’m furious and he should pay the fee since he never informed me. I will never rent from you guys again.

The hosts are always amazing. It’s typical to run into issues but most of the guests have been accommodating & never have an issue with an extension. If only the customer service from the app was just as great it’d be an amazing company. I was passed around to at least 5 agents before my last issue was resolve, but nonetheless it was fixed.

I just wanted to say this was by far the best experience I've had with any car rental. It was cheaper than most. Reliable and trustworthy host for my trip. Safety of the ride and no problems going there and back. I love it and would truly recommend. Enterprise, Uber, Hertz, etc doesn't compare. Again, I'll definitely recommend. Wayyy better!!

I was charged for 3 hour parking tickets with this rental and when I contacted Turo they did not help me in any way but told me that I was responsible for the ticket no matter how long the host wanted to leave it in parking. I will never use Turo again.

Great vehicle and communication. Would recommend. A little higher price but nice vehicle. I would rent from them again. Hope to get more Toro vehicle rentals companies or people like them. I just wish that there was a better price point on this vehicle ran good and was reliable. When I returned to Orlando I would rent from them again in the future.

We had a good trip. Ryan was easy to communicate with for pick up and drop off. Didn't need to communicate at all during the trip. The pick up was a little different than what we have done in the past, but it worked out just fine. Drop off was easy.

I have used Turo multiple times, and it’s always easy to use. The prices are affordable, and there are many options when deciding on what kind of car you need. You can filter on price, mileage, car options, etc. I’ve found that in the end, it’s actually cheaper to go through Turo rather than other companies.

This was the perfect rental for our journey in the Four Corners region. Clean, spacious, easy to navigate & easy on gas. Mikey’s excellent service made the experience the best I’ve had yet! I have confidence in TURO more & more because of Mikey’s management. I hope to use his vehicle again in the near future.

Had a fun trip, no issues with Jeep, easy pick up. Nice Jeep, good gas mileage, would rent again. Thanks, renter has great communication and sent good directions for pick up, took top off and road around Texas. Looking forward to my next Turo rental. Taking a Florida trip soon and will rent another from Turo.
