Our host was clear and easy to communicate with. The car was in great condition and we love being able to skip the car rental counter and have a seamless trip. This is our second time renting this vehicle and we would happily do it again. We are a family of five with kids from 11 down to 1 year old.

Daniel's highlander was a great vehicle to use while on a girls trip. It was enough space in the trunk for our 3+ suitcases and then some. The car was fully loaded and it was in great shape. Obviously it is a well taken care of car. Daniel was very professional and kept in great communication. I will always book with Daniel, when in Texas.

The host Andrey made checking in and out so simple. Responded within 15min. Clean car, smooth ride. I will be renting from Andrey in the near future. He has a great selection of cars/suvs to choose from. I would highly recommend renting from Andrey to all my family and friends.. Thank you... Hazel M

The host gave me a car with a messed up tire and I still had to pay even after I paid to get it fixed. Turo still had me pay again 122$ and blame me after his wife told me on the day of the pick up the car had issues but nothing to worry about and still I had to worry about tire.

Clean interior, smooth ride, easy access. Host has a good response time. Would definitely recommend. Although the interior smells like dog, the interior was definitely clean. Was able to get to my destination with ease. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Dropped off the vehicle a little late and there were no issues.

Turo is pretty good, I had my car waiting for me at my hotel twice, once when we landed from Seattle, and when I was in town for a meeting trip, so I like using this app, thank you guys for making this app, it’s easy to use! ☕️ So far this is the only place I’ve rented a vehicle from, and I don’t know what to say about the other places, but this app makes it too easy. I recommend this app for everyone traveling to try it out! Thank you for your time. I really appreciate it!

Justin was very helpful! When trying to arrange for a pick up near my home, he gave me clear instructions about contactless pick up...and that's the way that it worked. When we returned to town early, he accommodated our request for an earlier-than-planned drop off, even though it was on the Memorial Day holiday. The van has seats that can go down into the floor, if desired. We lowered the back seats into the floor and had plenty of room for suitcases and a rollator walker, with plenty of room to spare. The car was clean and the gas tank full. Would definitely rent again.

Loved everything about the experience. Much more enjoyable than standing and waiting at a traditional rental office. Very quick, convenient and easy to use. The people at the location were very friendly. The day I was to return the car I decided I needed one more day. They were very happy to accommodate my request even on such short notice. I couldn’t have hoped for better customer service.

My host answered quickly. The car was clean with a smooth ride. Customer service was excellent, Mary helped me she was so nice. I really need help and she guided me on how to deleted previous car and get a new one and also very knowledgeable. Thank you for your patience.

My rental was perfect from the pick up appointment to the term of rental to the drop off appt. Flexible and very communicative host. Car was in perfect condition. Clean and well maintained. A very comfortable vehicle and fuel efficient. I will recommend it to family and friends. Thank you.

Nathan was the best host I've come across, very understanding and accommodating. However, the customer service of Turo is below average and are not willing to resolve any issues. I requested to add the standard protection 2 minutes after checking in and they declined. That is not cool. I called the customer care and requested them so many times but they were extremely rigid about the policy and was not able to accommodate my request. If you are able to increase the insurance during the trip then why let me add within 15 minutes of checking in??

Hello. It was good until the end. I was absolutely 100% set up by my host Shivek! He made fraud pictures. Turo charged me 150$ for smoking cigarettes and marijuana when I cannot even smoke. I carry a CDL and we drug test regularly. He literally put cigarette tobacco in the cup holder and ashes on the floor, and took pictures. I feel setup because he knew I was pressed to take my flight and he could not meet me to check in the car. Also I was suspicious off the start because he told me I don't have to take any pictures when I first picked up the car because he already handled it. I told him that my app required that I do take pictures. He got a attitude with me but at the time I thought no Big deal, because I read his reviews and they seemed decent. I was wrong there.

Great experience. From the start our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and gracious enough to park the car in short term so we had easy access. The car was clean, comfortable and very nice. Turo was a new experience for us although we have encouraged many family members to use this service in the past. We were very pleased and would highly recommend renting from Tessa and David. We did have a hard time contacting customer service both online and over the phone but we can't fault our hosts for that.

Great experience, we have used it for a few rentals. We have enjoyed it. Thank you for a great service. Having the opportunity to try out cars we may or may not buy like a Tesla has been a great opportunity. We will definitely be using you in the ongoing future.

It was great even with obstacles he made it happen. The car was nice and clean. He responded to questions in a prompt manner. High quality customer service. I would recommend my friends and family. The cost per day was cheaper than most making it affordable for our church to sponsor the vehicle for a very special event.

I enjoy using the Turo app for rentals/emergencies, even last minute it is so convenient and easy to secure transport. From traveling on road trips, leaving my own car at a repair shop, or flying to another state, this app has been stellar for me! Please keep this service alive!!

CC was a great host and very prompt on responses. She my friend but I also enjoy doing business with her because she’s just an overall great person and very reliable. The Jeep was definitely a joy to ride down to the beach for Memorial Day weekend. The weather was perfect, so it was nice to have fun vehicle!

I would definitely recommend to anyone. I’ve never had problems with the trip but for some reason it doesn’t allow me to book a trip. Still trying to figure this out.. Before this problem, I really loved the app. The prices are fair but I can’t seem to get thru with customer service.. This is a bummer!!

Always convenient. Customer service has helped with a few issues. Responds in a timely fashion. Most of the host have been very good at answering when needed. Most cars are up to date. The extension are usually good at last minute extensions. The last house used had multiple cars which is really convenient. Drop off and pick up at same location is beautiful. Different cars to choose from the selection is great.

The process was easy, fast, convenient when picking up and dropping off. No issues at all. The owner responded to my questions very quickly and was helpful during the process. I was surprised how easy it was to rent a vehicle on the Turo app. Other rental businesses take forever to check in and check out. I really liked the speed in which things happen.

Cyrus was super responsive and on top of things. My daughter had an amazing time with this rental. My daughter and I are domestic violence survivors and I wanted to rent a car to just have her enjoy life a little bit because I just started working again and rebuilding life.

Our very first experience with Turo was very good. The host was very friendly, great with communication, accurate, etc. We didn’t feel rushed in meeting up with our host as we had some questions regarding driving an EV for the first time. So we felt more at ease driving it.

There should be discounts for 5 star customer because the total amount of the vehicle be a lot. The customers should get promo codes from time to time that use the platform consistently. For example those that Don’t get into accident, have great reviews from owners and no complaints. Basically rewarding for following the guidelines.

The host is amazing, the cars are very nice and clean. Well kept and a joy to drive. The overall experience was a absolute delight. I would recommend the host to anyone looking for a seamless experience. Top notch from door to door. I have rented several cars from several host here on Turo and this experience is by far the best of them all. I did not have a single issue and have rented from this host more than once and multiple vehicles. Very happy with every one.

I like supporting local businesses in the area I travel. With Turo, I not only get that but I often get better styled cars and amazing pricing. I've used Turo locally too when I need a bigger car when family is in town or if I need a pickup to haul something. The Turo reviews are helpful too since they accurately give me an idea of the rental to expect. I really appreciate this alternative to large agencies.

Great experience renting from Turo. Very easy online verification with well designed communication capability in the Turo app. Everything was easy, check-in, check-out, payment terms and host was exceptional with instructions. I’m certain to rent another time. I now prefer using Turo over major auto rentals when needing transportation local to my home.

Soon as I returned the vehicle cleaned I never thought to look under or pull up the seats prior to me picking up the car. I sent pics, there wasn’t anything wrong upon returning them all of a sudden they saw I was an officer and **, I start getting accused of different things. When nothing was wrong with the car when I returned it. I submitted proof.

We have used Turo a few times and have NOT been disappointed with the vehicles we borrow. Everyone has been great. The communication has been great with all of the owners. And they have been very helpful. All of the vehicles that we have rented have been very clean. We are always able to find a vehicle in Turo that meets our needs.

I had actually deleted the Turo app after my previous experience. I decided to give it one more go. And so glad I did. The experience this time was really good. Vehicle was super clean. Communication was quick and easy. Couldn’t have gone much better. Very very happy with our rental from Turo.

It’s very disappointing to be customer who uses Turo app frequently and to attempt to get charged for something they didn’t do. Just because a host reports and Turo doesn’t even bother to look into the host and check their background they automatically assume the host is right. I don’t smoke and if I did what human leaves behind evidence. Please make it make sense. It’s obvious customer was upset that they had to pay for a tire that I had a flat in the vehicle reached out to host and still no response. Very disappointing that I was a 4.9 guest to be taken down to a 4.3 off lies.

Audi 2*seater was Fabulous. I went to an All white event in Kent. I live in Ballard & the car was in Renton Highlands. I Looked Phenomenal getting in & out of the drop top All white. The host was awesome, I was able to communicate with him 1st try calling. Will rent again!! Thanks.

I've booked through Turo a few times and each time was a breeze. The car was easy to find and book through the app. The car that I booked was exactly as described and a joy to drive. I picked the car up at the airport and returned to the airport, much quicker than if I went with a traditional auto rental agency, and I drove a much nicer vehicle for less money, can't beat that!!

Shannon is a great professional and communicates extremely well with the customer. She cares about your well-being as much as she cares for her vehicle. The service itself is easy and very beneficial to the customers utilizing it. I thank Turo and the team for always assisting in providing me with excellent experiences.

They accommodated for everything I needed and I would rent from them again, already recommended them to my friends and everything because of the simple fact they were very nice to me and helped me get my stuff together. Great experience from the start! We had the car dropped off at our hotel, for an extra fee, and then met curbside at the airport. Our flight was delayed and they were fast and responsive to adjust the time. It could not have been easier. Car was great and clean. We have already recommended Turo to several family members and friends. Pricing and convenience and the fact that you are guaranteed the car you book made it a no brainer not to use a typical rental car company.

I have used Turo twice, both with the same host. It has been a great experience. I love being able to rent a Tesla and make it like my own car and not have to worry about using a key or waiting at a desk to get a rental car. And I can pick it up at the airport. Would definitely do it again!

So far, the car I rented was an absolute dream. Turo is highly affordable. Way better than going to a normal rental car place and paying hefty fees. I love Turo by far. Definitely recommend! And you can book anytime of the day. Only thing I don't like about Turo is the mileage add on fees if the car isn't unlimited miles.

Turo makes renting easy and customer oriented. I like that I have the choice to use debit cards as well. Good hosts and customer service. Owner was responsive to all questions including helping us when we couldn't find the car at the start. The car was all that I hoped it would be. We got all of the luggage for 4 people inside the trunks. Car was clean and ran smoothly. I would rent from them again based on this experience.

I will never rent from another Hertz, Enterprise or Budget rent a car again. Turo your selection is a wide variety the process is not stressful at all and the host are so nice and accommodating. I have used Turo several times, there was a time I had to wait 3 hours for a car, and I still returned it back on time, and the last time I used this car, there wasn't any windshield fluid in it, and still I didn't complain. I feel I was way over charged for 2 day. $43 A DAY @ $200 and then to get charged $124 for 2 hours. It's not worth the trip, not to mention I used much less than 400 miles.

I really enjoyed the ride. Unfortunately my trip was cut short because someone hit the car and left the scene. The agent at Turo and the host was very understanding and I got the incident resolved. I would definitely recommend Turo to a friend. This is not the first time I’ve driven a vehicle from Turo. Each trip was expecting.

I was very pleased with the convenience of the Turo rental that our family utilized for the wedding of a family member in the vicinity of Sacramento. The ease of pick up and drop off of the vehicle at the airport was very good. The instructions for both pick up and drop off were very clear and concise. I would recommend highly and would utilize this company and vehicle again if the situation arose.

I absolutely love using Turo. It is so convenient with an insane amount of vehicle options and price ranges to choose from. My host had my rental ready to go in the parking garage at Dulles Airport. He was very prompt with communication and I would 100% rent from them the next time I'm in the area. Drop off was equally as smooth and convenient!

The seats were gunky when I get In. It's about 3 dash lights on. Gas tank wasn't full, and soon as turned the AC on I was hit in the face with smoke smell so I rode most of the time with the windows down. So it was plenty of debris under the seat that I cleaned out. Fries and candies and gunk just to recover my phone. At one point I took it all in stride. All to get charged $160 for smoking, ridiculous. I'll never rent from that host ever again.

I highly recommend renting from Scott if you get a chance. He is very courteous, flexible, and quickly responsive. The vehicle was very well maintained and reliable and clean. He contacted me and offered to extend my trip when I mistakenly put the wrong return date. The whole process was very smooth.

WHAT IS THE RISK IN USING TURO? BEWARE! There are several red flags:

I really enjoy working with Turo when I need a rental. The process is user friendly and great selections of vehicles to choose from. Looking forward to my next trip. Turo is an excellent alternative to Big Box car rental places and they are rates are better than the big box stores and the customer service of the actual car owners is second to none.

Turo is great, I get to select the exact vehicle I will be renting from an All Star Host. Instead of just getting a “similar vehicle” or better put “whatever the Car Rental Company like AVIS or Hertz currently has on their lot.” Pick up & hand off is usually seamless and non-contact. Which we prefer. Excellent communication with our Host before, during & after our trip. Response time is quick usually within 15 minutes. Questions are thoroughly answered and issues are quickly resolved. Would definitely rent again from any of the All Star Hosts!

Host was repeatedly messaging for reimbursement. Contract was prepaid for fuel and airport parking. Turo support has not informed me of dispute results. App was asking me to end trip a second time. I rated host five stars after ending trip first time, but it would have different after host started messaging. Messaging should stop once trip ends.

Super easy to use the app. Great prices and options to splurge on a fun car. There's always new cars/hosts with endless options to choose from. Hosts can even send their customers discount codes for their next trip. And usually within 10-16 miles of me. There's a few exceptions here and there with not so up to par hosts/vehicles....but all in all I'd say it's still 5 star service that is very, very convenient. 100% would recommend anyone to try it out.

Easy to book and very convenient! Clean cars and very affordable. Would highly recommend. Our booking was last minute but through the app, we were able to rent the car that we wanted. Easy and contactless. It’s also designed in such a way that’s there’s a low chance of being scammed because everyone is screened.

Just had an awesome experience using TURO instead of a traditional rental car while visiting Kauai. Kyle (owner) was extremely helpful and very good with communication with questions and especially the pick-up and drop off process. The vehicle itself was just as described and very clean and was perfect for our trip. I've never had a bad experience using TURO but this was one of the best.

We had a fantastic experience as always with Mario (the host)! Car was as described and easy to find at the airport parking lot. Excellent communication with host! We’ve used him several times and will absolutely be renting from him again! Turo app was easy to use, transaction was nice and smooth.

Overall a good experience. Hosts were extremely accommodating. Two things I would change is not to have to wash the car and the car interior had an unpleasant smell. With the fees charged by Turo, perhaps they can help with the upkeep of the cars. We appreciate that multiple drivers can be added to one vehicle. Picking the rental up at the airport is very convenient.

Everything was perfect. The car was awesome and the host was amazing. Driving around the Bay Area brought back a lot of memories from when I was stationed there 35 years ago. Most were good, but I also remembered the earthquake and driving on the lower level of the Bay Bridge was a little creepy.

The Tesla model Y long-range AWD rental was great. I’m thinking about buying one and this was a great way to try it out for more than a quick test drive. Pickup and drop off was convenient and quick. The car is in great shape and nice to drive. The host was informative and very responsive. I will probably rent again sometime in the near future.

It’s always a pleasure to take a Suburban ride with the family. And my host was incredibly kind. She made the whole booking seamless and very easy. She was on hand to assist and resolve issues. GoGo rentals was quick to respond the exchange was smooth and they was very polite and understanding would recommend them to anyone and definitely would rent from them again! The car was excellent on gas as well. It was my first time using Turo and I definitely will use it again so convenient.

I booked a 2021 Nissan maxima from Nasir j outta Fayetteville nc. The vehicle was great until it was returned and they said I caused damages to the vehicle that was already there that I have pictures of. I admit to going over on the miles yes but the vehicle was refilled everything but 10 miles like be for real how could I possibly pump 10 miles of gas into a car that’s like some cents which was outrageous. Not to mention the weed and bullet from a firearm that was found inside the vehicle.

Overall, the experience was sufficient. This was not my first nor will it be my last trip with the host. If there is ever a concern they address it or attempt. My only downfall with Turo, and reason for returning to rent with a commercial service was the denial of my 26y/o daughter as a driver. This would be understandable if it were explained or we could see a reason why due to some formal negligence. Sadly, this definitely will hinder some future business with Turo as we travel together often.

Returned the car with the exact amount of fuel it was delivered with. Then after I posted a good review he turned around and hit me with a $50 invoice for fuel. I escalated with Turo, they never contacted me and took the money out of my account and left me with no recourse. I find it disgusting that this occurred after I left my review and cannot change it. I’m reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to lodge a complaint for deceptive business practices. I reached out to the host and he told me to stop texting him.

The car was excellent, gas saver… and very comfortable. Great service and communication with the owner! Great customer service. Easy process with the Turo app. I will continue to rent vehicles with this Owner and using the Turo app. Way better than any rental company, I used before. Great car. Great value. I haven’t used a traditional rental company since I discovered Turo. Each host I’ve dealt with has been helpful and honest, and it’s far more convenient than taking a shuttle to the rental car area when dealing with airports. I’ve recommended Turo to several friends and now have favorite hosts in a couple of my most-traveled cities.

I had the easiest time with this trip; the host delivered and picked up the car for free, and the car came with unlimited gas mileage (but it was so good on gas I only had to fill it up once during my trip). The host was polite and responsive during our communication. Great experience overall. (I actually do tell people about Turo all the time!)

I needed a large vehicle for a trip to Fort Worth & vans are not usually available at the rental places. Robert's van was perfect! It was easy to find and actually much faster than having to take a shuttle to the rental places. It was clean and full of gas. It has a Toll tag which is very helpful in the North Texas area. Drop off was also quick and easy. I would recommend Robert and any of his vehicles to anyone looking for a car while in Texas.

Amazing, smooth, clean inside and outside, in short brand new Tesla, ride ever used. I recommend everyone to try it, including my enemies. Amazing experience, when the battery get low the car alert you to charge and charging is fast, it take you the most 20 minutes to fill up the battery. Nothing negative. Just check it out by yourself.

Firstly, I had a great experience booking this vehicle! Communication was easy, location was close and easy to find, They were very helpful even with the storm the day before, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the car cleaned at any gas stations or car cleaning place and they didn’t charge me! Which was great because the storm took me back some bones!!! They were understanding and helping. Overall 10/10. Would recommend to my friends in Houston!

This is the second time I’ve used Turo and the host. It is easy to reserve, pay, pick up and return without all the paperwork and hidden fees! Unlimited miles available. I will use again! Too easy not to! Download the app and getting set up and approved is easy. Do that first then find a car you like!

Michael was awesome to work with! His vehicle was as described and very clean and ready for us at pick up. We loved the contactless pick up and drop off option. The transit itself drove very smoothly and it was perfect as a shuttle option for our wedding guests. Will be using Michael and his transits again!

We’ve used Turo several times and always had good experiences. You can spend as much or as little as you want on a car. And it is super slick if you rent from someone that drops the car off to you instead of going to an airport lot to pick it up.

Nice car as a described. Host provides helpful communication: fast and easy! The car was clean. There were phone chargers and wet wipes. There is one thing I would love to have in this car is phone holder. In general, I would definitely rent this car again and recommend to my friends.

They answered all my questions and assisted me with all my questions and guided me to using the app seeing that this was my first time using TURO. Very polite and user-friendly. Vehicle was very nice and clean, cheaper than a rental. I would rent from them again.

My trip was Great. The car that was rented well very much as described and the Host was fantastic. I am still new to this platform but will continue to use for a very long time. The Prices could be a little better as they seem to get a little high after you add in the Trip Fee but other than that the platform is great and better than renting from a big company like Enterprise.

To start, they canceled the car I booked 10 days before the trip. They messaged me to tell me that they were no longer using that car and that they needed to change it for me. I said, “Okay, as long as you do not change the price”. They then, again, sent the same message about needing to rebook the car for me. I responded again and said, “Yes? I already confirmed this?” That interaction made me feel like I was talking to a bot and it felt sketchy. But I waived it off once a new car was booked and no charge came through.

My experience went well on major issues.. The only thing is the oil light came on, would recommend to customers, family, friends was OK, current inspection went OK as well, area was OK for pick up. Return went well, host was kind and friendly.

Joshua was above exceptional in providing an immaculate and well maintained vehicle let alone very personable and kind. We enjoyed our experience thoroughly and will definitely rent our future vehicles with him and highly recommend him to all of our family and friends. Mahalo again Joshua! I rented a car for a weekend road trip, but there was a problem with it. Turo helped find a replacement car that actually cost less than the original car. It was ready for pick up at 7am the next morning and my trip went off without any problems. Enjoyed the customer service and support.

Turo has been my go to with renting a car. It’s so easy and I have no issues. The car I had was clean & had a car seat as well which I needed. The owner replied very fast and gave clear direction on where the car was and what I needed to do to return the car. Will be using again.

Have had two Turo trips booked this month and when I ran into a problem with the first one the customer service was excellent. I was able to be connected to a new vehicle within 15 min of me being on the phone and had a complimentary Lyft to my new pick-up spot. Turo also covered all price differences for my new reservation. Both the rebooked and second reservation were easy and the host was clear and communicative.

When I got the vehicle, the following day, I had a family emergency and Carlos immediately helped me and worked with me. He was amazing and a blessing and I hope to work again with him soon. He was great with communication and truly a blessing. I could not have asked for a better first time than with Carlos. He also inspired me to want to purchase a vehicle like this in the future.

I love that I’ve discovered TURO. I’ve booked with some amazing host and haven’t had any issues. I’ve used Turo for business and leisure time, short rentals and long term rentals. I always clean the vehicles and fuel or charge them back up and retried on time. I would recommend TURO to others because I’ve had great experience with them.

I have used TURO many times. Sometimes the renter cancels. Then a person has the option to rent again from someone else. I like how TURO is set up that you can pick your price range and even be specific and get the exact car. I like to rent a vehicle that is the same that I own. Then I know how to operate without having to learn where all the needed switches are. I've only had one undrivable vehicle, which I canceled at the time I found out there were barely any brakes. TURO refunded the entire amount of my funds. Thank You!!!

Turo and Ben made getting a car from our cruise ship in Kauai a breeze. Just a short walk from the pier and our car was waiting for us. It was also easy to park it in the same place overnight. No taking an Uber or taxi to the airport for a car rental...perfect!

We were traveling for a good friends wedding w/ our two kids. We needed a good size SUV and had not used Turo in the past. The app was very easy to use, contained customer reviews for the people you would rent from. The pick up and drop off was easier than a car rental company and cost was much less for a comparable vehicle. Great experience and we will rent through Turo again.

I’ve only taken two trips with Turo so far but both have been a great experience and I plan on continuing to use their service vs a normal car rental service. I rented a Tesla last year for a family reunion in Seattle and another Tesla this last week to visit my wife’s family in Oregon.

Don’t ever use this company. They lied and said I smoked in a vehicle and I didn’t because I don’t even smoke. They took extra money from my account. This is the second time this company has gotten over on me and I tell anyone don’t use them. The only reason they got one star because you can’t select anything lower than that.

Love the car and the interior. Everything was easy from booking to the check-in process. The car was easily accessible and the communication with the owner was perfect. The car was so easy to drive and the technology is pretty cool too. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to Dallas, TX.

I am a little disappointed because I rented so many vehicles and have not received any discount vouchers. I’m loyal and I really don’t reap any benefits. Please reward your loyal customers. Also drop some of your fees to better accommodate pricing for the customers. Can I request a discount code or voucher?

Best hostess I had so far. Communication and everything else was great. We started off rocky because how much weight I lost but after that it was cool and I was couple minutes late. He was very understanding alway until the car was returned. Definitely worth booking with and the car was just as the pictures even better but it’s a fast car. I couldn’t go fast cause I’m not a fast car driver, just loved the style. It’s gorgeous

We had a great experience with my first time using Turo. Even though our connection flight was missed due to airline. Our host stayed in contact with me and was more than helpful. The car matched all the pic and was a great experience. We were on a 2 day hunting trip and did a lot of dirt road driving in the mountains and it work great.

The Turo owners that I have dealt with have all been friendly people who deliver clean, comfortable cars for folks to drive. There is a wide variety to choose from at prices which are much less than the rental car companies, although there is the issue of coordinating schedules. But if you are trying to catch a flight and aren't planning to return the car early or take the car late at night, it can work well.

The Lincoln I rented from Cassandra was terrific. It was clean and operated perfectly. I got great mileage and spent less on gas than I had planned for. Cassandra was very accommodating and provided 5 Star customer service. The fact that she dropped it off and picked it up at my house was extremely convenient.

Car was OK. Ran and looked fine. Got there a little late. Said due to a flat tire. The last day the tire pressure light came on the communication between us was a little bit odd but got thru it. The one I rented car from was in Miami but his cousin was actually taking care of the business in Ft. Lauderdale so overall it was a good trip. Thanks.

The car was great but the host not so great! The host notified me the night before I picked up the car that the car is not allowed to leave the State of Florida. Which was not in his description upon the date I reserved the car. Secondly, he continued to send instructions e-mails regarding the car. Needless to say, he didn’t give any instructions on the lengthy process on how to charge the car and how long it takes to charge the cars. I reached out to the host for help sending several messages which he read but never responded to help me. I will never rent from the Host David again!

Eduardo was very responsive. Car was clean and in good repair. Answered questions quickly when needed. Guided us the entire way from beginning to end. He had a mishap the morning of our scheduled trip but was honest about the incident. He did follow up at the end of the trip also. App is easy to use.

I rented a 12-passenger Ford Transit van for a school trip. The Turo app makes it simple and the van I rented was great. I had the pleasure of renting this vehicle for 4 days and it was perfect! Easy to take the top off and enjoy the sun and even easier to put it back on for evening rides. This was my first time using Turo. The process overall was very smooth and the pricing is extremely competitive. The host we had was extremely helpful and professional. The vehicle we received was clean and in perfect working condition. Communication with the host was excellent and always timely. The vehicle was easy to locate and the pick up and drop off were both contactless. The check in and check out does ask for you to take a lot of interior and exterior photos of the vehicle. This is done to ensure that no false claims are made which is wise, but can be difficult if you’re renting in an area with minimal service. I would definitely recommend Turo and will be using again in the future.

We picked the car up at the airport. Airport parking is confusing to get to preferred high level 7. Eventually landed on the correct floor and found the car. Honda passport fit all of our needs for the trip. Car was clean and very spacious inside. Shorter people may have difficulties with seat adjustments to reach pedals and see over the dashboard at the same time.

Easy to book and pick up and drop off was great. The platform itself is an amazing idea and it has been very helpful for me. It’s great to be able to drive all kinds of different cars. I rented a hybrid which was the first time I had driven one and I am now considering purchasing one.

Terrible. The company refused to give me the option to do a proper check out process after I made an amendment to my reservation. The host refused to provide me with proof of something they accused me of. The host refused to provide requested information and tainted me about not reversing the inaccurate charges(which I did get reversed partially). Turo refused to provide me with the info I requested in order to prove my case.

It was our second time on the TURO platform and enjoyed each one of them. This last trip was great, the vehicle was in good condition, comfortable, and appropriate for our purpose. It is easy to use and very convenient. We love the TURO service and will definitely return for the next trip.

My trip with Turo and host Andrei went exceptionally well. Pick up/drop off was very easy and I had no problems at all during my trip. Charging my electric vehicle was no hassle at all, you just drive up to the supercharger plug-in and all of the charges that you incurred during charging get billed to you at the end. if I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely rent this car again, for the price you just can’t beat it.

It was fine other than the host sending the info for the lockbox almost 30 minutes late that had me off schedule and the car door would not lock. The host charged me for a lockbox that was still fully functional. I probably won't book again because people are dishonest.

I attempted to extend using my free earned day and I was unable. The purpose of extending was to cover my mileage, so that I would not pay the extra. On top of that I was told I smoked inside the car when I do not smoke. I’m also certain the host damaged his own vehicle and trying to get me to pay for it. His vehicle was nice, but in poor condition. Yet you leave me very little leeway to argue my case. It would be nice if you had people that could actually come and inspect a situation rather than just taking a host's word costing me an immense amount.

I really appreciate Manny for dropping off the car and picking up the car. I will always rent from Manny. The car was perfect. Very clean. He communicated very well. He didn't have a problem locating my house and I would recommend that all my friends if looking for a rental to try Turo.

I had to make a last minute decision on renting a car and I was appalled at the trip fee! It was the same price as the car rental. I paid 166 to rent and 166 for the trip fee. The only thing stopping me from renting again is the crazy fees and 200 deposit.

I was double charged but no one will help resolve my issue. Host was amazing. Car was too. Turo itself is awful. I been trying to get this handled and fixed but they refuse any help at all. I will never use this site again and I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

We rented an SUV in Anchorage for a few days while in the area. The host delivered the vehicle to our hotel and picked it up there as well when we were done! Love having an app to use! The vehicle was a 2018, clean and ran well. We will use Turo again in our travels.

I absolutely appreciate this platform for rentals. Generally the savings are what drew me to Turo. Renting without hefty deposits short term is top tier for me. The trip fees however are a bit much. Most times it’s over half the cost of the rental. A rewards program, coupons booking incentives birthday and Turo anniversary discounts etc. would be nice to see. It’s also hard to reach a live rep for questions and issues.

I was very scared this time using this car and I'm glad the road was empty when the tire popped off. Scared the mess out of me. I normally get good cars from this place but this time It was a very bad experience. If there was other cars on the road at the time I'd been in a very bad accident.

It takes way too long for the security deposit to come back. If you wanted to book another rental you might not be quick to rent another rental. Other than that the app is great when you need a car for one day. I wish they offered more miles but that’s their stipulations.

I was accused of having a smoking odor in the vehicle by the host when I don’t even smoke and Turo sided with the host just because and then after that he kept on finding extra things to try to send in on me after I tried to dispute the charges of the smoke odor fee. He said I returned the car not being clean after I texted him and told him I vacuumed the car back out. It was ok because he was going to clean the car behind me anyways. I sent proof of that and Turo still sided with the host.

Renting through Turo is always super easy and convenient to check in and check out. The car was as described. The host was super responsive. Arrival and Departure to the airport was easy to access from the parking spot (free shuttle through rental car). There were some small damages outside of the car, so to protect your trip make sure to take before and after pictures.

I love the car that Jaime allowed me to drive! I am not satisfied with the refund policy though. I was upset when I was told I could not get my money returned to me or just transferred to the beautiful car I reserved. Turo is a great company to reserve a dream car and I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

It's way more convenient compared to traditional rental services. Being able to pick up the car anywhere with easy check-in steps is awesome. I wish it were international for my summer travels. The only thing I would suggest for some car owners is that if you have a pet that gets in the car that you are loaning out please try to get the car cleaned before loaning it out. I am a happy customer and will continue to use this app.

Philip was the best host! The car was easily turned over, it was in great condition and even allowed me to use the transponder for tolls! The host was available at all times, and would respond to a text within minutes. He made my trip very affordable & easy. I will definitely use his service again when in town!

Please change your search filters back to the way they were with the fast and fun category. Also, for the number of seats, add an only two seats category so people can find sports cars. Maybe add a number of cylinders category if customers don’t want cheap four cylinder cars. I would like to be able to exclude certain vehicles like EVs if I don’t want a Tesla or if I’m in an area with no charging stations. Finally, I believe there used to be a filter for free or cheap deliveries, that would be nice to have back too.

We own a property in Florida and it's not feasible for us to own our own vehicle. This host was very easy to communicate with, and he was even willing to pick it up at a location that was very convenient for us. Plan to use them for their next mini visits to Florida.

Everything went very smoothly and Nolan was super helpful. Our car was clean perfect and fuel efficient. We had pick up and PAE airport so the car was waiting for us when we landed and dropped off same place when we left.. Everything was perfect….. We will be back and perhaps get the same vehicle.

Vehicles are always available in my area so pick up and drop offs are simple. The protection package is helpful as well. Y'all lie trying to get money out of people. And when you owe people refunds it's 10 days, when someone owes you it has to be immediately. Can't ever reach a supervisor. Whole service sucks!! Accuse people of smoking when no one smoked. I would delete my account if they let me.

I first used Turo back in 2021 when I had to go to a funeral out of town. I like the fact that you don’t need a credit card. You have the option to extend your trip if needed. They have a lot of great hosts who have been a host for years and have great reviews. I like that you can check the review of a host to help you determine if you would like to book a trip with them. Turo has cars for ANY budget most of all. Turo is the future of car renting.

Would highly recommended booking with this host! This experience was seamless from the time I picked up the car until the time I dropped off. I loved the contactless pick up. The key was safely left in the drop box. This was very convenient and I would book again and again.

I thought that when you rented a car that it would be ready to go. The car had only 1/8th a tank of gas and the outside of it needed a good cleaning, there were lip prints all over the back windows. There was no clear instructions on the drop off so we just left the car in the same parking space and put the keys in the center console

Everything went smooth from the car selection to pick up and drop off and payment. Also customer service was a plus, fast response. Overall everything was great. The Doctor was great. Everything went smooth as silk. The car was waiting at the airport and drop off was just as easy. The car was clean and drove very well. My host is currently claiming I got into a collision. He has placed, and then retracted a damage report. He has also bullied me to settle outside of the app - which seems like a scam. Turo has given me no responses. I will get footage from the airport parking garage security camera to prove the car was dropped off in the same condition it was picked up in. I did submit pictures at the end of the trip and the host is claiming damage to the front of the car - which I could not picture due to being parked against a wall.

Host/car owner is making false claim that I damaged vehicle. I have photos showing no damage to said vehicle. No scratches on the hood of car, near windshield. I will never use this service again. Someone is always looking for a way to make a quick buck. It's disgusting that this young lady would even attempt such false accusations. I will be contacting my attorney.

The vehicle I rented was amazing and the host was absolutely great. I will use the service again. I had no problem. The car rented was very clean and drove perfect and I like the fact that I was finished with my trip, I was able to go get it cleaned up and didn’t have to pay anything extra.

The Car was at airport when we arrived. We Found it and started our vacation. The car fulfilled its purpose. No standing in line at the airport to get car. It was Very convenient. Dropping off the car was also a breeze. It was cheaper than renting a car at the airport. And no extra charge for another driver. Which is a big plus. Very easy process to rent a car. My host was great. He answered all my questions and concerns.

Turo helps me chose which vehicle I need for trips. I always do price comparisons via Priceline & other car rental apps. This app always has the better price, no weird encounters for me so far. Everyone has been pretty normal and responds in decent time. All my friends know about this app because I use it so often!

I got a great deal on a car in Albuquerque. Easy pick up at the airport and easy drop off too. I will be a returning customer as the experience was excellent! The car owner was available to answer any questions. And no waiting in a car rental line at all! Thank you Turo!!!

My son was graduating from the United States Marine Corps boot camp in Dan Diego and I needed a dependable vehicle. The VW Taos was a very nice ride. The car was practically brand new and exceptionally clean. Picking up and dropping the vehicle off was super easy and convenient. Also really good on gas mileage. Communication with the host was fantastic, he was quick to respond and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints and I will definitely book again

The host was awesome. I would rent from them again. When I text he reply right away and the car was really clean on the inside and the airborne was I e cold and driving that car saves gas and lots of room and was cheap to rent per day. Overall experience was great

Turo has been a great resource right now that I don’t have a personal vehicle. I am able to rent an affordable ride when needed. Would be nice if there was a referral program or points program for frequent users. I will continue using Turo for my transportation needs as sometimes it is cheaper to rent from Turo than to be Ubering around

I've used TURO multiple times, and it's always very easy to get your car and drop it off. The rental owners always are responsive and nice when needed. The value is so much better than using big car rental companies. You can also pick the exact car that you are looking for.
