Because Turo doesn’t follow the typical car rental experience, poor communication could create stress and confusion. I’ve had nothing but great experiences, the latest experience is no exception, with easy directions and constant follow up to make sure I was good to go. I’ll continue to rent with Turo for all business and personal trips.

The truck is brand new, very clean, and spacious. It was perfect for our family trip. The host was very nice and accommodating. The process renting through Turo was very easy and my refund was quickly processed after having to cancel trip because my daughter came home from school sick. I will definitely rent again!

Turo was able to save my trip at the last minute, there was an unexpected issue with the car I had chosen to rent and Turo was able to not only find me options but work with me to cover the costs of the new rental. The new rental was amazing, and both the car and host provided a great experience. I will definitely rely on Turo for my car rental needs in the future.

Very professional and kind, also great quality vehicles to choose from. The crossover SUV was a smooth ride and I would definitely choose them again soon. The vehicle was also clean and all of the features were functional, good on gas, also nice sound system. Yes, I will recommend them to friends.

Open communication with the vehicle host 24 hours before rental start time and 24 hours before end time to check if any changes needed to be made to the origin reservation time. Host was caring and punctual with reveal start time including additional items with the vehicle. Chat was done through the Turo app and worked out great! Looking forward to my next Turo rental.

Hi rented a Tesla Y for my very first Turo rental. Everything was great. My host was fantastic as helped me navigate the through the details. Very convenient way to rent a vehicle. I loved the Tesla and my experience with Turo. Turo gladly assisted me with a rental modification during my rental. I would highly recommend using Turo.

Renting a car with this service was easy and awesome. The contact person was awesome with me and patient and the pick up place was easy to find. I do love this service and I would recommend this business to any of my friends as I am renting another car very soon for another trip. Thank you Turo.

From its inception Nirav couldn’t have been more personable or accommodating. He was available for every inquiry and systematically walked us through every step of the rental process. The Discovery was exactly as advertised. It was impeccably maintained with a few amenities such as an automatic scent dispenser and additional phone charging cord that were not advertised. Both nice additions. We will most definitely rent from this host again.

The system changed my return location when I extended the time. I didn’t catch it because one would think it would default to the same return. Caused major confusion and frustration on both my part and the car owner. The car selection is great but platform defaults need improvement. They are also getting as bad as Airbnb with the fee cost.

Great car! It was so easy to zip around in and drive! Super cute, fun and we would definitely rent it again! Everything was as described and parking was super easy. For such a small car there was actually a lot more space than expected. We had a great time!

Stinel did a great job getting us our car and transitioning to pickup. It was a great experience. I will use Turo again. I will use Stinel again if possible! Reliable and somehow even fun picking the exact car I want. Be it for running errands locally to a sporty fun weekend. Absolutely love Turo. Can't see myself using a traditional rental company ever again. The hosts are easy to to work with and the app is as user friendly as it gets.

Great communication from Tim made my first rental through Turo a smooth experience. The availability of a hybrid car saved me gas money, as well. Plus, I have a new favorite airport. I loved the live music at Nashville international airport and the available food options. Picking up my Turo rental at the airport worked well with my schedule.

Great experience. Will continue to use Turo for my rental needs. They help you got with finding a car in your area. If you have a problem with something they are there to help you out. I love being a customer. Sometime you get discount and that help out a lot.

The car worked really well. The inside was very clean. The outside was a little dirty. The person that rented the car to me was very nice and responsive. My only complaint is that I felt so much pressure to use the Turo app. I did attempt to add it to my phone, but was unsuccessful. When I scanned the QR code, something popped up on my phone that asked me to fill in information. Once I had done that, I found out that I was charged $39.99 for something I never intended to order. My bank notified me of the charge, and then canceled my card. I am still waiting for a new Chase Visa.

Turo has been a blessing to me and my family.. I have been able to attend all my childrens' High school GRADUATIONS..; Also beIng able to travel out of town to spend quality time is what THE TURO APP HAS GIVEN ME A CHANCE TO accomplish. I'm also able to make money doing Instacart which contributes to income.

This is 100 times better than going to any rental car company. Just follow the instructions and everything mapped out for you. The communication between the you and the owner was great. The location of the vehicle was on point. Like l mentioned earlier it's mapped out for you step by step.

The host of the initial vehicle that I booked, messaged me the day before I was to pick up the car stating that he would need to cancel. I was anxious and slightly frustrated, but I understand that issues occur. I contacted Turo Customer Service and the representative (with permission) accessed my account, located available vehicles, and rebooked the new vehicle for me. She even offered to cover the extra expenses had I chosen a vehicle most costly than the initial one. The process of picking up and returning the vehicle was seamless and the new host was awesome.

We love using Turo. It’s definitely affordable and makes choosing the car and connecting with the owner extremely easy and rewarding. We will continue to use Turo for all our car rental needs. Even if the one you select is not available for some reason, Turo makes picking a new vehicle extremely easy.

My husband used to scoff when I first used Turo. He's not anymore! Great prices, good discounts, responsible, communicative hosts, cars with great gas mileage.... We can't ask for more. The drivers license issue they had years ago has been resolved. My second driver was added on in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend.

I was charged a smoking fee with no concluding evidence of any kind that anyone smoked in the car. The host offered me coupon for a 5 star review and when I gave them a 3 star due to communication they submitted a fraudulent smoking violation. I will be reporting Turo to the BBB and closing my account and never recommend Turo company to anyone in the future.

Great experience with Turo. Car was clean and very comfortable. The only thing is that it rain my whole experience so I wish I would have drove more during my time. But I will definitely be using Turo in the near future for my upcoming trips to better my brand.

The car was incredibly clean inside and out. Robert was extremely easy to communicate with. We would most definitely rent from him again. Had zero issues getting to the car and returning the car. It was extremely spacious, I really liked the fact that we could fit everyone we needed plus all of our stuff.

This is the best rental car service. I've used it four times and I'm never disappointed. It's an easy process and there is a good variety of cars plus insurance options. You gotta try it at least once. You'll be hooked. The weekly rates are affordable and there's even a discount for how many days you book. There's also rewards you can earn for booking.

I ordered a vehicle through Turo, which was not available the day I went to pick it up because the previous renter got into an accident. So when I called Turo the next morning to get a vehicle, they supplied me with one of their choosing. I didn’t know that you couldn’t bring animals with that one. I was able to bring animals with the original one that I ordered. I shouldn’t be charged $164.25 because I picked a vehicle that would allow me to take my 5lb chihuahua. A charge for $150 is absolutely ridiculous and I didn’t have that money in my bank account so it ended up costing me even more with overdraft charges.

My experience with Turo, has been great. The searching for a vehicle part is more fun than strenuous. Mainly because you get to see what they have to offer in your area or anywhere you plan to visit. The host that I’ve encountered so far has also been great as well. Haven’t had a major or unfixable problem yet.

Always a breeze to look up availability and book. Usually honest and transparent owners. Rules are laid out simply for anyone to understand. I prefer Turo over rental car companies for the unique selection alone. Never seen a glitch or UX issue. Fees don’t seem to get out of hand.

Never used Turo before and was a bit nervous about the process and vehicle issues. The entire rental process was easy. Host was very responsive and vehicle was just as described. Made our family vacation so smooth and enjoyable. Turo customer for life. No more rental car agencies.

My only complaint would be limited availability within a "convenient" pickup area in the San Diego area where I rented a Turo vehicle. The host was very nice but the 5 automated messages for check in instructions were so long and tedious. And then I got checkout instructions in long wordy messages as well. Was a little annoying but did not ruin the experience and the host was courteous and polite and not overly demanding.

I started using Turo app last year for my daughter's gender reveal. My car had went out on me didn't know how I was going to get things done until she told me about Turo. I was very impressed with the service it gives you. I have also told family and friends about Turo. I definitely will be using Turo again.

Everything was perfect from picking the car up from the airport to dropping it off. Ran smooth! Good on gas. Love the drop top for the weather! The owner was very punctual and professional.. Got the car and it was clean.. No issues or problems at all with the car.. Will definitely rebook again whenever I’m in Orlando.

The rental transaction went seamless, and was easy to locate the pick up and drop point. The vehicle was in good condition, well prepped for the rental, and drove well. The restrictions imposed were acceptable and were easy to follow. I experienced no issues while driving. I would definitely recommend this vendor to others.

I only use Turo when I need a rental. It’s so much easier and quicker than standing in line at a rental counter and filling out all the paperwork. No one trying to upsell me for insurance. Turo fits my budget. I have used Turo 3 times and rented various vehicles from a convertible Camaro, mini van and a Prius depending on my needs. The app is easy to use to locate the type of vehicle that I want.

I enjoyed driving the Jeep. There was more than enough space for the items we put in the trunk. It was easy to fill the vehicle up and the owner was very easy to talk to. The lot to pick up the vehicle was easy to locate. Locating the key was simple to locate. I enjoyed renting a vehicle that was simple to find in the lot. It was very safe in the area as well.

The car was clean and spacious. The owner of the car responded quickly and I faced no issues. The pick up and drop was easy. Got the tank full and had to return the car with a full tank. If you have insurance already, it will be even cheaper for you. I had to add the insurance with my booking. Definitely recommend Turo and specifically this car.

I had the best interaction with Ewry! Very pleasant and friendly person. They made sure to give detailed instructions on everything from pickup to the Bluetooth to Ezra’s. Pictures were as described and the pickup/drop off was seamless! I would highly recommend this host if you’re in the north Jersey area. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Ewry! You rock!!

My experience with Turo was great. For my trip to California I ended up renting a Honda Accord from a host named Samantha. She was super helpful and very detailed with her instructions. She provided easy to follow instructions from the airport all the way to where I ended up picking up the car which wasn't far. Her car had a nice smooth ride and was very spacious. Unfortunately even though I loved the car, it did end up malfunctioning and it was deemed not drivable. Samantha was quick to respond and help out with the situation. She provided and alternative vehicle and the process with Turo was pretty simple to switch over. I ended up in her Ford Escape and finished the rest of my trip with my family pretty happy. Dropping off the car was also super simple thanks to Sam. She too provided simple instructions to follow. Overall, I had a great experience using Turo.

Have used Turo multiple times. Beats the rental car places every time! Great cars, better prices and personal hosts. You get the car you want! Clean cars and response times. No lines at the rental car dealerships. We will always use Turo! The personal attention to detail is unmatched. Turo will always be our first choice when renting no matter the destination!

Had a great experiencing renting CJ's Ford Fusion for three while visiting California: CJ was incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had promptly. Great host and awesome van. No problems and surprisingly great on fuel economy. Host was very nice and strived for customer satisfaction. We booked the wrong arrival date and the host was gracious enough to cater to our needs. We also had to move the drop off location and had no problems doing so.

Turo has a wide selection of motor vehicles at great prices. The App is very interactive and user friendly. I have recommended Turo to family and friends and they are very grateful. I had an occasion where a host cancelled at the last minute and the Rep at Turo went above and beyond to solve the issue. I recently rented a BMW X5 from Adam in Dallas TX and it was a great experience. The app worked great and he was definitely a pleasure. The only issue I have with this app is not all “all star” providers are on his level. With that being said, hopefully you have a great experience and definitely use this guy!

Was able to locate a vehicle closer to home for pick up. Was looking for a 6 seater. Booking was easy. Owner was responsive. Spoke Spanish was a plus. Returning vehicle to owner was easy. Turo app makes it easier than car rental places. Having car options and inventory to choose from is great.

Host was prompt in replying and nice. Had a little car trouble but I messaged them and they were on it! The service person they sent out was super nice and informative. He even blew up our floats while he was there fixing the car. I would rent from the host again. When the service light came on I wasn't expecting them to respond as quickly as they did.

I had to go to a 3-day convention for work in Salem, and I rented this E300 Mercedes from KC Rentals. They are very helpful and have great communication. The car was a dream to drive. Very clean, comfortable, and a smooth ride. If you’re going to Spend 3 days driving between 2 major cities 2-ways, might as well rent a great vehicle to be in while you do it. TURO makes renting so much less of a headache than traditional rentals. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

I rented a car on Turo and these people said that I damaged their vehicle and I’ve never damaged anyone’s view so I won’t even damage my own vehicle. Let alone return someone else’s property damage if I am repairing my own vehicle. Why would I want to damage someone else’s vehicle? That makes no sense at all.

Ride was cancelled one hour prior to pickup. I was obviously without a car and had already paid someone to take me to the pickup location and was in route to wait. I had to scramble to go to another location. The vehicle/owner is what saved this review because they were both fantastic. Crazy thing was I needed to extend an extra day and was denied.... The irony of it all.

Had a great experience even with a small hiccup at the beginning. The SUV was easy to find and as described. It was clean and well maintained and gave us no issues at all. The only surprise was finding out less than 24 hours before I was returning it that I was expected to clean it. They made it easy with the unlimited pass to Mister Carwash. Renting this through Turo was almost 1/2 the cost of going through one of the typical rental car companies.

This was my 4th time using the Car Rental App and as always did not disappoint. Less expensive than using the big companies. Also it’s peer to peer. Communication is easy and you deal directly with the owner of the vehicle. That right there just makes it a more pleasant experience. So many cars trucks, suvs and even luxury to choose from. Hey what else can I say… I’ll continue to use Turo when on vacation where available. Thank You!

Renting on Turo was one of the worst decisions that I made recently. I rented an electric car to go to Aspen and had no idea that this car could NOT HANDLE the mountains. The battery would overheat and lose all of its charge. I was frantic, constantly trying to find more places to charge it. It took me 11 hours to go 3.5 hours. It was a nightmare! When I called Turo to complain and ask for a refund, they made it very clear that they didn't care at all and were not going to reimburse me a single dime!

Everything about this experience was a 10/10! The host was most gracious and the vehicle was very tidy and smelled nice, not a single vehicle issue on my trip to my destination or from my destination! I would prefer to book with this host everytime I have to take a trip (business and leisure).

I returned my trip earlier than planned and I noticed no option for early returns. I contacted the host and asked how to do an early drop off. I was told that the option doesn’t exist and to just upload pictures of the mileage and exterior photos and wait until the time expires to finish closing out the return. I uploaded pictures of the miles and the car but I didn’t close the doc like I had before with a previous rental. I went back onto the Turo app to complete the finishing process and I wasn’t directed to do so. Long story short. I think Turo could make itself better by offering an early drop off option. Turo charged me saying I smoked inside car after more than one month after using the service. I called them and said they gonna email me and they did saying that I have to pay it. I didn’t smoke inside the car and I asked them for any proof but they didn’t send me the proof and never respond my email. I am still waiting a proof from turo that the charge is valid. I know I didn’t smoked inside the car and I believe Turo don’t have the proof that’s why they ignore my email nor call back. It is very frustrating when you are charged for no reason. I hope that I am gonna get reply from Turo.

Overall, it has been a positive experience. The only thing that has gotten more negative has been the upfront charges are quite different than the final cost. It would be helpful to have that be more transparent when selecting cars, as it can be a bit of a let down.

We booked this ride for my daughter's drop off for move in day (out of state). Car was perfect for our college drop off. It was as described, clean and an amazing ride. Pick up and Drop off was ideal. Host was responsive and gracious. I will be booking again.

This was a great experience and the car was very nice, definitely drove smooth but you will definitely have to get accustomed to the vehicle and all it does before driving so when planning on renting please allow a few extra minutes to look at all the features. The owner was very pleasant and responsive when message with any questions. Will definitely rent again.

Turo is convenient and affordable. I get to pick from various host and specific cars. I like the variety and specificity of how I can book. I like I can see the history of hosts and cars. I hope Turo continues to be more popular with anyone looking for a car rental.

Was an experience renting with Turo. Sometimes they have a good deals. Been renting cars for a while so I do get discount. Sometimes you get discounts on better cars. Great service. Enjoy renting deposit Free. You don’t have to worry about a deposit. Nice company to rent from. No issues at all.

I had a great experience with Turo. The price is right, there’s a great selection of cars all the way from economy to sporty to big and brawny. The process is so much easier than waiting at a rental counter for a car that you may, or may not get depending on the demand and to have the rental car company, hold your money hostage in the form of a security deposit. I will never go back to renting cars the old fashion way.

This was the first time using Turo and everything was great! The check in and drop off process was great. I was in good contact with my host and had a vehicle in excellent working order and met my needs for the week. I would definitely recommend Turo and my host, and will book again!!

The car was great, I had no issues with it. The car was Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. Plus they made it easy when I had to extended my trip. The only thing was the price for the extension kinda pricey but overall great and satisfied. The vehicle was fully equipped and ready to go. Turo was great about the cancellation from my first vehicle and helped me get a new.

My host did not show up to deliver vehicle. He cancelled after I arrived 2,800 miles from home! Had to spend three hours arranging to get another vehicle. After four hours he called to apologize. Just as bad is that Turo does not let you review the host that does this. You can only review completed trips. In the meantime this guy gets rave reviews. Your review process is not transparent or accurate for guests to see. Shame on Turo. Turo did assist in helping get a vehicle. Was not the same size or quality. But it we had to take what we could get.

I’m 24, and being charged a young driver fee adds up with the amount I use Turo, I have used the app many times and should no longer be charged this fee as I have proven safe and reliable. Will take my business elsewhere. This fee should not be charged or maybe only far those under 20 or something…

I will take a break from Turo as I don't like surprise fees when I rent a car. Don't get me wrong, the host was very efficient, helpful and completely correct about everything. The issue is that the pickup fees were stated as free for the LAX airport, but in the fine print it stated that the driver would need to pay the parking fees for the car. In my mind, this is not free and $70 (2 x $35) should have been listed as the actual cost that is incurred when picking up a car from LAX. Oh well, live and learn I guess. I like renting cars via Turo, but in the long run this will hurt Turo's reputation. Thanks for the opportunity to comment, Thomas

Turo is a very useful app. It opens up options to those without a car to easily score an affordable ride. And can be fun to try something new if you have a car also. The app is very easy to use and provides insurance options for every trip! Turo will have you on the road almost instantly.

Great app and company! I've been using the app for almost a year now and I've always been able to find Great options for my family and I. I've now rented in the different states and is been the same experience. The ease of use that the app offers makes it a desirable car rental experience. I've picked up cars at homes and airports, it's all been great.

I booked a car 6 months in advance. I found a car close by to our hotel and at a great price. I showed up at the agreed time but the host and the car were not there. I had to wait 30 mins to cancel, sitting on the sidewalk in the summer heat. Finally when I was able to get customer service to cancel the reservation, it took them 1.5 hrs to find me another car at the same price, and I had to take a cab to get there as it was over 1 hour away from my hotel. They only reimbursed 70% of the cab (though I've yet to receive the reimbursement after 1 week).

Great overall experience with Mario. Great communication as well as a great vehicle. Would recommend to all my family and friends. Mario also left his vehicle at the airport to help accommodate my family's needs which was a huge help. We were also able to leave the vehicle at the airport when our trip ended.

Always a great experience. My host name is Iftikhar A, such a great host, timely and great customer service. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this host, everything was easy, host is very great with details as well. Since I've learned about Turo, I will only be using Turo, all of the vehicles that I rented were very nice, with plenty of space inside of the vehicle as well as plenty of trunk space.

Everything was going great. The first day when we got a blow out coming over a bridge in Tuscaloosa Alabama and when I pulled over there were 6 other vehicles that had a blow out at the same Spot but after about 5 hours and finally finding the same tire Everything was fine from there on out. Made it home safely and we had a great time. Thanks for a good ride. Will use for my next trip.

Was recommended by a friend and decided to give it a try. Was very surprised how easy and affordable it was. Loved it and the host was great and responded when needed. We will definitely use again and recommend to all our friends. The app was easy to use and all the information was needed was provided.

The host had to change the pick up time twice, so I picked up vehicle two hours later than intended. Then, she accused me of not turning in the vehicle a day and a half after I turned in the vehicle. I turned in the vehicle early and ended my trip. I thought everything was ok until the host contacted me a day and half later asking me where the vehicle was. I told her exactly where I left it. She said ok but hasn’t answered my phone call or texts since. I have tried to contact her to see if everything is ok with no response!

Great service and very friendly. They also offer a great selection of cars. When dropping the car off they give you a hour or two to get the car back. Safely first always. I will always use this location going forth. They offer a discount when returning the car. I like the fact that they are right by the airport.

Whether you’re looking for a fun new vehicle experience or more of a strict mode of transportation the Turo app offers it all. I’ve recommended the Turo app to many of my friends and family. I’ve also thought of exploring the Turo platform as a host. I see the potential the Turo app has as a passive income source.

I have had the app on my IPhone for a few years now and finally after finding car rental prices unreasonable for a recent business trip I pulled the trigger on a Turo rental and I was happy I did. It was a lot easier than I anticipated from beginning to end. I got a brand new truck for a great price! I will be using Turo a lot in the future!

I had a great time on vacation and using Turo for my rental was great no standing in rental car lines. This was my second turo trip and I will be using it again. The rental car was ready for me when I arrived at the airport. Pick up and return both went very smooth.

The van was great and provided me a smooth ride. There was no problem or whatsoever that would cause me not to come back for it. I recommend to those traveling in and around Des Moines or in IOWA as a whole to rent this van for reliability and smooth ride. The owner is also a good man. Though I did not see this guy but he related to me when necessary thru Turo.

The host is great, she went above and beyond, and the car is incredible. We literally drove around for 3 days and only used less than half a tank. We filled up for $50 our whole trip. It was great and she was great. We will rent from her again definitely.

I had a great first experience with Turo. David the owner was superb and the rental went smoothly. The Turo experience was seamless. The car was exactly as advertised. I plan to use Turo again soon. The only thing which is not Turo issue the cost of the rental was high but it is supply and demand. David the owner was very responsive for this rookie.

The car was in great condition. Pick up was easy. The owner was a little late but it was communicated so it’s alright. The car was very comfy and did not have any smell of smoke which is big for me because I don’t smoke! The car was very good on gas also. I was very pleased at the end of our trip. I would definitely go through this owner again.

I left some stuffs when I return the car. I am immediately contact automobile owner, But they are very un-cooperation & very disappointed. I am still contact her now. But they didn't answer me yet. I don't understand what's going on. If they didn't answer me, I will contact police dept. and file the claim and report.

I've now rented 3 times. 2 times from the same person. Easy to access, reasonable process and prices. Great communication, and really responsible owners make this the best. Great availability of many different models. No huge deposit, as with traditional rental companies. Can pay up front, no issues. Insurance cost is reasonable. 10/10 recommend!

This is wrong, that is not how I gave him that car back! None of that is mine and I do not smoke! At this point I feel highly offended. Apparently we live in a world where someone can say someone does something and you just take their word for it. Did you date or time check the photos he sent you? Is there actual proof of a scent? I need you all to look into this before you try and charge me $170 plus off of a person's word! I want to dispute this! I WILL NOT LET THIS GO!

Scripted customer service, not oriented to resolution. I have called at least 4 times. All the reps give me different answers about a reimbursement, sent 5 emails with no response. I’m thinking that what you save in TURO vs a traditional rental is not worth it due to the bad customer service.

Turo App is easy to use and to communicate directly with the car owner. Was looking for an inexpensive rental, as we were going hiking and were only using the car to get to and from the location. Great experience with TURO! Usually shuttling to the rental area, standing in line, filling out all the paperwork, being taken to the car… Long process that sucks when you want to start your vacation and that is if everything goes smoothly. Our TURO car with a private owner was SO easy. Minimal and easy communication with the car waiting for us to just get in and drive away. The cost was half what all the rental companies were charging.

I was not knowledgeable at all with how an electric car performed before renting. I will say everyone I communicated with was pleasant and helpful. Car was clean and ready to go. Return was easy as well. I was told to where I could charge and given an app to help locate charging stations. Overall, I’d give it a 10/10 for experience. 10/10 for cost to charge. 5/10 for how long it took to cool off the car in the hot AZ heat. 10/10 staff communication.

This Outback was an excellent car for exploring the beautiful mountains, on highways and country roads alike. Subaru’s safety features are exceptional. The car offered a comfortable ride, good gas mileage, and plenty of packing space. We experienced an easy pickup and drop off, and clear, friendly communication. I would highly recommend this vehicle to others who want to spend time seeing Idaho and Montana.

The vehicle and the host was the upmost reason on why I love Turo so much! It’s so convenient and the host was so respectful and responsive. The host’s neighborhood was very beautiful and safe. I thought the pick up and drop off were easy and efficient. I was supposed to have airport fees removed from my charges but the tax was still on the bill. I didn’t pick up at the airport. I picked up at Park DIA in Aurora, CO. I was instructed via the renter to do this to avoid airport fees. Makes no sense to me. Why put that in the rental if I still get charged?

Easy way to get a rental without having to wait in long lines, getting exactly what you wanted to rent, and no huge guessing game on total price of what you're renting or a if there is a huge deposit or not. Everything is written out and all taxes and fees are shown before completion.

I really enjoy going through Turo when looking for my next vehicle for my next trips. It gives me a variety to choose from with an affordable price. I also like that it is very safe as far as picking up and dropping off. Just an all around easy and great experience.

Everything was good. Once my scheduled car got dropped about two minutes later Turbo Customer Service was asking me if I needed assistance for another car and also explained that the dropped car was not up to safety standards. The owner of my last trip was excellent. Thank you for everything and thank you Turo.

First off I'd state that Turo cancelled my reservation at the last minute because the car was in a crash so what about a replacement? Company was not concerned with me being left stranded at the airport but the replacements they even offered didn't even fit my budget or mileage requirements. Because of TURO I had to spend an extra 2-3 hours at the airport scrabbling to get another car at the last minute none of which I was compensated by the company if it wasn't for me not ruining my vacation Turo would have seen a lawsuit for me for leaving me high and dry in an area I did not know about.

This last trip was horrible. I always rent from you guys. I never had an issue, but they left the oil cap off the engine by time I we got in Lafayette Louisiana the vehicle started jerking real bad. I had to exit off then the low oil light came on flashing on the dash as I was exiting off the freeway, oil was all over the windshield, all over the car in the front and side, all the hood. It was horrible. We went to the truck stop and my husband had to buy oil and in the vehicle this was horrible.

I was literally 31 minutes from landing when I received a Turo message that my trip had been cancelled! How? Why! I didn’t do anything! Traveling with small children is already hard enough and this situation made it more stressful. Luckily the added funds to help rebook a different vehicle allowed me to only have to spend an additional $24 but the whole ordeal sucked!

The Audi was a great vehicle! It was very clean. I do not normally drive an SUV. It was very convenient for shopping at the outlet mall and for transporting all of our luggage. It was easy to drive and park. The owners were very responsive when I had a question. I would definitely rent from them again.

Turo charged the wrong card account and then when I tried to correct it they would not respond in a timely manner. Very unprofessional as if they are so hard up for a payment. They won't even allow you to pay properly. Made the account overdraft which left an extra $50 bill on my end. Thanks a lot.

We rented a 2021 Jeep Compass from Theresa and she was very accommodating. We arrived on a cruise ship and she parked the car right where we got off the ship which was very convenient. The Jeep was spotless and in great condition. We drove around Ketchikan and went to the beach, took hikes in the forest and had a great time. We will be renting from Theresa on our next trip to Ketchikan!

Have been a loyal Turo customer for years and have never had a problem. However, we won't be using Turo anymore and will be discouraging others from doing so. This last weekend, we booked a vehicle to use between when we disembarked from our cruise and when we needed to be at the Miami airport the next day. I messaged the owner of the vehicle to request a pick up and port and a drop off at the Miami airport. No reply until the start of our trip when the owner sent a picture of the vehicle 15 min away. When we tried to contact them, all they stated was that, "We don't provide delivery." I tried to inquire about what we could do to resolve the issue and they refused to reply. I even tried to call them without success.

It’s convenient, but the fees are kind of higher than traditional rental car companies. For people who don't have a credit card, or have a low credit limit I would recommend Turo because they don’t require a deposit. I have experienced picking up vehicles that have not been clean and the gas level was not full.

First time using Turo and it was great. I recommend it if you have never tried it. Instructions on how to pickup and dropout were excellent. Rented Porsche Macan and it was very clean and fun to drive. I will use Turo again. For the week the cost was less than the major rental car brands.

I had to go to Texas on short notice and so booking flights and hotels and out of all that the car rental was the easiest by far. The car was ready for me at the airport. Made my life so convenient because I didn't have to stand in a rental car line after a long flight.

In every case, Vito made the situation right and I so appreciated his honorability. The car drove great. It was comfortable. Had some dings and some worn areas inside and out but that just made it that more comfortable because although we took great care of this car, we weren't so nervous about driving a brand new rig around Alaska.

The vehicle owner Shannon was great and very communicative and helpful even with our problems with internet because of my old cell phone.. The Ford 350 van ran great, tires had right pressure and everything worked plus it got good gas mileage. The sign in was easy even with old phone and communications good by Turo, as well. I rented a long range Tesla Model 3 for a combination business and pleasure trip to the main destination of Harrison Arkansas. The car performed exactly as expected (it is an older model so the range was not as good as more recent models). The Superchargers I used worked flawlessly providing a nice bathroom and snack break on the way down and back. There was no chargers at my destination but staying with family the car charged overnight using the regular outside wall outlet.

So I left him a 5 star review and then 3 days after I returned the car, he text me on Turo app and I didn’t see it. He then text me on my personal cell phone accusing me of putting 2 knicks in one of the rims on his car. I still have the text exchange if you would like to see them. He wanted me to send him $150 to fix the rim. I asked him for a picture and he refused to send me a picture. He then accused me of painting the rim and trying to be deceptive. I really do not understand. I know that I did not paint anything. And I did not see any knicks in the rims and I have a video of the entire car that I walked around and took before I returned it. I do not appreciate the accusations and I should get an apology from him.

The car was great, like new and very clean. The service was even better! They picked me up outside my gate and drove me to the waiting car. The car had a toll transponder and was full of gas. Afterwards he dropped me off right outside my gate again! Will definitely rent from these same folks in the future.

I was assessed unfair parking fees after the owner waited a full day to retrieve the car, and Turo refused to hold the owner accountable or follow their own policy. I had used Turo 10+ times prior to this issue, but this handling by customer support was so poor that I will not be using Turo ever again.

Raphela was a beautiful host. SUV was immaculate and drove well. She kept in communications with me to ensure I had no problems. The vehicle does have a tracker, but I found that comforting, because I knew if something were to happen that it wouldn't be hard to find me or the vehicle.

There was a slight setback with the original vehicle that was booked but the host had a replacement that made my expectations. I liked the van he provided for my booking, it was nice & clean with a full tank. I'll likely will book a new trip with this host again.

I chose to use Turo because I always experience difficulties with car rentals through airports. We had a rock strike our rental windshield. Owner wanted to use a friend to replace the glass and didn’t want to accept my glass insurance coverage. I was told, “he gets the glass cheap through a third party right from China.” The glass repair estimator that I had evaluate the damage said, “this is cheap aftermarket glass and it’s probably why it cracked in the first place.” I was still doing back and forth conversations about invoices and repairs over a week after my vacation was over. I will not use Turo again.

Turo has excellent host with reliable new vehicles who always do business in a positive professional manner. Turo and its customers who rent out their personal vehicles provide a higher quality of customer service than any other leading commercial car rental company. I will continue to always use Turo as I said very dependable & reliable. I could always get an immediate response from owner, you can’t get that result with other leading companies.

Love Turo for the convenience. I love walking past all of the rental counters and going straight to the car. Same on the returns. No hassle on either end. Also is typically a little cheaper than the big rental companies. There are always enough options to meet our needs. We travel for sports and have 7-8 kids with us at times. We can always find something that works.

Everything went well. The pickup and dropoff at the private lot near LAX went smoothly. Car was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. Host was quick to respond to questions about the car’s warning lights during rental. He was very responsive both before and during rental and answered many questions before I rented from him. First off I want to say the host is very responsive. He helped me with every detail from finding the car to assisted me on how it worked and the functions. The car itself was very clean. Well maintenance and drove with a luxury fill. I loved how the sunroof went all the way to the back, which also gave my backseat passengers a full sunroof view. The stereo system is loud and all my guests were very comfortable. Car is very roomy. The car met all expectations and was way better than using the traditional rental companies. You get to pick the exact car you’re getting and it's not a random car or “similar” car so there are no surprises. The coverage levels are simple and easy to understand. You know what you’re getting through and through. You don’t have to wait in line, your car will be there waiting for you with specific step by step instructions.

Not going to pay the fraudulent charges from LA Spot my last and final rental through Turo. I am talking to my lawyer about this. Situation this company is saying I put more miles on the vehicle when it's literally impossible to do so they put up fake pictures of another car.

I have rented twice going on a third now. Great options of cars especially minivans for family getaways. The most reason I rented on Turo was for the non ridiculous amount of deposit or insurance approvals others would ask. Love that is easy to book and happy that the Host are available to answer any questions anytime.

My overall experience was great. First the host was so thorough and helpful. Second the vehicle was nice and clean. You can tell it was well maintained because it got great gas mileage. Car was clean and easy to locate. I recommend PC Twelve when visiting the Queen city! Great price on Gas purchase from host as well. Did I say Clean! Ok. Fit at least 2 sets of golf clubs.

Curbside pickup and drop off could not have been easier. Immaculate car, fully fueled, EZ pass attached and little tread wear on the tires. My rental agent was readily available by text or phone and quickly responded. While the rental was costly, I was glad to pay up for a premium German SUV and would rent the same car again.

Process was easy, smooth and seamless. Communication with renter was clear, and super easy to follow. The time it took from check in to driving the car was less than 10 mins which was way less than going the traditional car rental route. I look forward to using this service and service provider in the future.

My son got sick. I cleaned it up real good and the host still charged me....then Turo sent me a ridiculous email. Won't be renting for a while... I spend a lot with turo... Just don't understand why corporate America is so greedy when it comes to high spend customers. So I'll be telling a lot of my friends. The cleaning fee should not be charged. The host should pay it's called part of doing business.

I rented the car from Mark **. He was flexible and his car was amazing. AC worked amazing. Mark is a great host. Turo customer service sucks and they are con artists. Charged me sales taxes then said I didn’t pay them. Tried to get double then I called and they act like they don’t speak no English. I will never rent from Turo again.

Eric was great at communicating. The car was clean and in great condition, and it drives really well. Bluetooth is easy to set up for music. Pick ups and returns were a breeze too. Fantastic experience overall and I will definitely return to this car and Eric whenever I need to rent.

Rosa was very responsive and the car was clean and spacious. We were there for a family trip and we enjoyed the trip as well as the vehicle. Very easy instruction to pick up the vehicle as well as dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle is very good at gas efficiency, I drove about 400 and had to put the gas once only.

So convenient and much more affordable than the average rental car company! We have rented several different times and each experience has been great. We have even rented car seats and they have been very convenient! The communication has been clear and concise keeping everything seamless. Love Turo and would recommend to friends and family!

Hello my experience so far has been great with you guys. I’m always able to find a car that meets my needs for travel or in town trips. I do wish they offered more like discounts if you’re only renting one day because the charge for one day is like really to charge for two days but other than that, it’s pretty convenient. We recommend highly.

I Have you used Turo in the past, but the Resla/Tesla rental via Turo was great. No issues, vehicle was amazing, support from my contact was awesome. Pick up and drop off was flawless. The only complaint I have, is the digital key that they give you, I only used it through the web page link that I was provided. But there were a few times where I had low service and there was some latency. This made me a little nervous because I was completely reliant on internet service get access to the vehicle. But ultimately had no issues and it was a great experience.

Great experience renting via Turo. Car owner was very quick and responsive whenever I had a question. Car was in good condition and was a pleasure to drive. The entire process was easy and checking and checkout was simple and straightforward. My only problem was internet access at the airport when trying to check out!

Peter was great and On-Time. Even got up early to accommodate taking us to the airport. The car was clean and performed well. Not much else to say other than I would use Turo again. That's all folks, I gotta run.

First experience with TURO and quite pleased. No standing in line at the counter. Price was reasonable. Car was in excellent condition, even at 10 years old, and just like new Lexus. Owner was very attentive. Done with Hertz & Avis! Post-Covid, the big boys have gotten way too expensive and too impersonal. This was just the opposite. I'll be back!

I use this for the commute to work and back. This has been super easy and pretty affordable although I’ve had some good cars and bad cars it was always worth the money. The hosts are always there to help and respond if any issues. I’m glad something like this exists for people who actually need it.

I have rented from Turo many times and it's always easy and convenient! It's a great way to rent pretty much any car you want at a decent price! All the hosts have been amazing and customer service can't be beat! I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Turo in the future!

Very nicely done. The host was very helpful. And communication was perfect. I really appreciate the ability to adjust when our flights were cancelled and rebooked for a later time and her vehicle was still delivered. I would definitely recommend this host to a friend or a family member who is wanting to visit the area again and also with the mileage being 1600 miles was very helpful as you can’t explore the state without getting out and driving and everything so far apart, we were able to do everything we wanted to do in the different locations we needed to visit. I rented two separate cars from Turo. Both were very easy pickups and dropoffs. Much less hassle than renting a car from a major company. There were many options to choose from and different price points with all costs laid out before choosing a car. The ability to cancel with no penalty as you get closer is also a major plus.

First time I used it on a trip to Hawaii. Rented three cars. Everything was great. Only problem I had was with the app and the times of returning and picking up. It seems like the app needs some type of improvement because it will say that it's not available only if you change it by one half hour so I believe even when trying to extend it on the same day it kept telling me that it was unavailable so I had to switch cars even though I wanted to keep the same car.
