This was the BEST decision we made for our Girls' trip. We rented the Kia Carnival from Chris and it held ALL of our luggage and us (7 of us) with no problems! It was AWESOME! It drove like a DREAM! The space and the comfort were just right. The vehicle was clean when we got it, and had everything we needed to get around.

Easy to use. Website very simple to find exactly the type of vehicle we are looking for. Have booked with Turo multiple times in the last few months. Have never had a problem and are very happy with the experience.. Will definitely recommend to all my friends to use turo instead of going to traditional rental car agencies like they have in the past.

Gets me where I need to go!! I enjoy each and every one of my experiences with Turo, I personally has never had an issue with them and if so the host handled minor issues right away. I highly recommend if you’re in need of transportation to get back and forth this is the place to come.

After 34 reviews by Turo hosts with 5 which is a perfect reputation as a guest I rented a car from Ahmet ** in Miami Beach who claimed about $2,960 in damages (limit is $3K). Isn’t that a coincidence? When it went to dispute even the Turo staff said, "It looked good. This would be rejected." Then see in fact the claims were won by the host. The review left for the host to tell others about this trip was deleted but the host review on guest is up now. So disappointed in Turo. Now will dispute this with credit card company and maybe get a lawyer to dispute it with credit agencies. Never use this company. The host could be doing insurance fraud and customer service is not good with a language barrier.

Had a nice time. Car was nice. David was nice. The experience overall was very good and I was happy with the entire experience. Thank you for a good time at the right price. I wanted a sports car and got one and it was the best idea I had in a while. Great time. Honestly couldn't say more. Thank you.

This is my second time renting from Turo and all I got to say is it easy to set up and make an reservation to get a car rental. They have car rental from compact, medium size and van rental. They also have where They can also deliver the car to you for a fee too. Never had any problems, friendly and they respond fast.

My host/Turo support is not working with me to resolve my issue with a host and Turo charging me extra for something that wasn’t true, and I have full proof I didn’t go over mileage. My trip said 750 mileage and I only traveled 622 miles and they charged me more and then the host/Turo changed the mileage to 500 the day after my dispute. And I’m still having to wait for Turo to remove charges that were false on my account.

The Prius was super easy to pick up at the airport. Any questions I had along the way were quickly answered. I went 380 miles for 7 gallons of gas. Even better I wasn’t required to wash the exterior! Of course we kept the inside very clean. This was an all around A+++ experience.

The car was great and the owner was very polite and assist me once I booked for the wrong date. He walked me through the steps to correct it. My trip was nice and had no issues with the car. I would recommend this service and car to my family and friends.

I am very happy with the experience of renting a jeep this past week. Rafael, the owner was very accommodating and delivered, picked up the vehicle where I needed to drop my truck off to get some work done. I had a minor problem with the jeep, contacted the owner and he immediately took care of it!!! Turo and Rafael were awesome!!

This was a great experience overall! This is my second time using Turo and I’m pleasantly please my experience. Love Love Turo! So easy to reserve exactly the car you want, pick it up when & where you need it! There are no long lines or waiting to get checked in, just follow the directions to your car and get in and go. Communication is easy and fast. Reasonable prices too! My trip and vehicle were great. However, I was charged parking fees AFTER I returned the vehicle. I returned on time. Host did not pick it up for 13 hours after my return and I was charged as a result. NOT FAIR. NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. Turo will be losing my business.

They were very professional, very accommodating. Car was very clean. They answered all the questions and had a quick response time. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and if I am again in the area I will try and reach out to them. Instead of the airport. They dropped the car at my hotel and picked it up from there. I wasn’t able to fill the gas tank up. They took care of all that. Once again, very professional. Keep up the good work.

Chris was so cool and understanding. Best host so far. Definitely will rent from again .10 stars. Car was nice, clean, very easy to pick up. He didn’t bother me at all like most host. He have a selection even offered me a replacement cause car had an issue came picked up car. Really had no problems with him whatsoever. He was responsive and I pulled up and pulled off. Really love car. Wish I could’ve kept it.

My host was very professional and polite. Would definitely rent again. They gave good directions and reminders. The car was in good condition and a reasonable price. It was super easy to get started. I just downloaded the app and picked up the car the same day. Would definitely recommend Turo.

I consistently recommend Turo to everyone I meet. I have used Turo consistently for the past few years and my initial experience was when Turo was previously relayrides. Over the years the number of Turo hosts have consistently increased and the caliber of car/models have exceeded my expectations every year. The cost of trip fees have gone up from the insurance prices to trip costs to delivery fees expected. I have also noticed that delivery requests have declined and most request an Uber to their location to pickup cars to help cut down delivery fees.

Easy to use and reliable. I have used Turo before in Oregon and Washington and no problems. My son recommended site to me initially and I am happy to use during the last few years. Will use in the future. The prices are competitive to other car rental options. Thank you for help and making it easy for me. Thanks again. Appreciate the car and the site.

Easy pick up and drop off! Everything was as advertised! No surprise charges and easy communication with the host! I was happy with the vehicle options I had to choose from and it was easy to find the vehicle that worked for my needs! I would recommend to my friends!

It was great time and my Host Davell was very responsive and I enjoyed the vehicle. We’ll definitely rent from him again! I drive a BMW and he has a fleet of different models, so I’m good. Looking to come back to ATL in two and rent an SUV from him.

The vehicle was absolutely amazing and incredibly stylish. I had an unforgettable time driving it, with everyone turning their heads to look. I would recommend. Customer service was great and host was very responsive. Easy answered any question I had. Relieved that everything was completely hassle free. It was an Easy pick up and drop off. Definitely renting again soon for immediate needs and short term trips and weekend getaways with the family.

Great SUV to drive. Excellent communication with owner. I recommend Turo and I would rent from same person again. In Florida we hit a lot of bad rain and our SUV drove perfect. No problems. The SUV even had nice ice cold air conditioning. Great driving on the highway. Owner was understanding with our plane being couple hours late from the worldwide Microsoft issue.

Host is a scammer and I deserve to leave him a honest review, but instead he attacks my integrity. Tried to hit me with smoking fees when not myself or my 4 year old smokes. Don’t recommend to a friend at the moment! If we can get this corrected I would be more than happy to recommend!

I filled up the gas tank before entering the airport parking area but then had to drive around for over 30 minutes looking for a parking spot to leave the car and ended up on literally the furthest most spot you could possibly park. I even messaged the guy and apologized for how far away I had to park. I returned the car earlier than required and gave him all 5 stars on his profile rating and the about 5 hours later I get a “bill” for $25! Saying it was for gas because I didn’t fill up. Not only was I dealing with a mess due to my flights being cancelled that only made it worse. I will never rent from him again especially when I told him I filled the car and what happened and he said he can’t absorb the cost. I literally rented the car at the airport drove it 15 minutes to my hotel, spent 1 night at the hotel and drove it 10 minutes the next day to the cruise terminal where it was parked for an entire week.

For the first time ever, I attempted to rent a car from Turo. After Turo charged my card, the host contacted me stating that the car was not available and that Turo shouldn’t have rented it to me. Turo kept that money and then represented that another car was only $85 a day. After renting the car for what I thought was $85 a day I was informed that $85 was the difference between the first car and the second car. In addition, my travel plans changed, and I returned it in less than five hours. Instead of a refund, I was only offered a future discount from the host, not Turo. That 5 hours in Dodge Charger cost me $376! It was a nice new car but it was not worth nearly $400. I will never rent from Turo again.

The app wouldn't consistently change the value of the trip when I would select between airport pickup and home address pickup. Also, I had to go into each car selection just to see if they had the option for home pickup. This should be an option on the search screen due to in some cases most of the rental value of the rental was the airport drop-off.

This was my first time using Turo. I had heard about it but I had trepidation. For my first experience, I am now a believer. I had a great host who was very accommodating with respect to pick up/drop off locations and was even flexible with respect to the time of pick up and drop offs. The car was clean and was just as described. I will definitely be using Turo again for my car rental needs.

I have not had any issues with the previous rentals from Turo. In this rental I never have had a better experience since my couple of years in using Turo. None of my rentals were a negative experience. Yet I surely will be back, for this specific user and his immaculately kept automobile. Kudos, to you at Turo also.

I arrived to pick up my rental and there were some damage from the previous guest. My host conducted a swap so that I could make my trip. They contacted the help desk and in no time I was on the road. Above and beyond service!! I will definitely use this host again.

Nothing bad to say. Car was great. Host was great in communication. Location of the car was easy to find. I love the Turo app and will continue to use the app when needed. Will also recommend to friends and family. Oh I also received a birthday coupon that I never got to use. By time I was ready to use it it was gone. I was sad about that but hey. Still love the app. This app also comes in handy because I don’t have a vehicle of my own at the moment.

I love the cars! I don't like how the trip fee has gone way up doubling the price of how much the car costs. When I first started using Turo the trip fee was less, but now it doubled in price which makes it become almost unaffordable. I use Turo for business and leisure, but mostly until I can find a new car, because I sold mine because issues with it.

We had a great experience. It was our first time the vehicle was awesome. We had so much fun driving it, very easy to rent and go pick up. Very easy to get in touch with the owner. Everything overall was amazing. Definitely will use it again and recommend it to all my friends.

I thought this would be complicated. But in fact, we had an easy time picking up our car and overall good communication with the vehicle's owner. It was faster than getting it at a rental counter by far. The owner was professional and friendly and I'd recommend renting from him.

Good vehicle selection, reasonable prices (comparable to or better than name brand rental car companies), communication with the vehicle owner was very good. Only downside to me was the somewhat confusing process to actually rent the vehicle. The app led you step by step but it would be nice to have an explanation of the process beforehand. Only an issue for first time users, I’m sure the next time will be much easier.

Rented a vehicle and it was great!! The host communicated with me via text and responded in a timely manner. Vehicle was returned to host as it was given to me. We enjoyed our day trip with our young adult children. This was my 3rd trip, and will be using Turo again in the next 2 weeks for our 5 day trip next.

The pick up and drop off was super easy, very detailed directions. We loved the car, it was kept very clean and once I remembered how to use all the features, it was a breeze! I have used Turo twice now, and I am very impressed with the whole experience! I definitely will be using Turo for every rental, and recommending it to everyone! I like Turo, because it's fast. Free and always has something available. The prices and selections are great. So far the 3 cars I've rented the owners have had excellent customer service and response time was on time and to the point. Never no run around. When you text they respond with in 20mins which was awesome.

Fantastic vehicle. This was a trip my friend and I took with our children and the experience could not have been easier for us. Owner was responsive and helpful from the moment we booked until we returned the Durango. It was also great that he was able to meet us right at our arrival and departure location. The entire process with Turo is simple, affordable, and user friendly. We will definitely be using Turo in the future.

Unfortunately, everything was great with the car until I received an invoice for damage that I did not cause to the vehicle! Make sure you take photos of before and after. My phone died during drop off and I was not able to submit post-trip pictures. He will take advantage if you don't submit the before and after! Never had this experience before!

After renting 4 vehicles I was suddenly blocked from renting again and wasn’t told why. I rent cars when I’m away on contracts to get to and from so to be told after being able to rent 4 vehicles I don’t qualify to use the platform was insane to me.

My very 1st Turo rental was a bust, but fortunately for me Turo customer service was on point. T customer service assistance is something I can always have an easy mind about. They do their best to help out and I’m not just talking about the first time I called them. All the cars I’ve rented on Turo has been nothing but the best! (except one). Don’t think twice about using Turo as a car rental. In my opinion they’re the best.

The vehicle and host (Juan) were awesome. There is 3 TURO billing mistakes charged to my Credit Card. Case ID **. Due to Delta Airlines flight cancellations I extended the trip twice but my CC was charged 3 times with erroneous fees. If this is not resolved and credits isssued to me, I will not use Turo again.

Turo is great. It is so easy to use. Our host Dale was accommodating and friendly. His cars are clean and conveniently parked at Orlando International Airport. It is so convenient to have a vehicle while at Walt Disney World and be in control of going back and forth from the airport. We will always book with Turo.

Great experience using Turo. Samuel was a great host. Very professional and very prompt in all of his responses. I'd recommend his vehicles anytime. It was a great vehicle that has been well maintained and kept up. It was super clean both inside and out. The vehicle operated well with no problems. It was perfect for our needs. Very easy to access vehicle selection. Communication with the Hosts have been great! I wish when it comes to cars being picked up from the airport it would always be the same way! The first time was better than the second time but I know how to adapt. I also like the fact of the option to pay now or later.

Turo offers a straightforward booking process with a variety of vehicle options and generally reliable vehicle owners. However, my experience was marred by significant price differences across platforms. Customer service was particularly disappointing; response times for escalated issues were excessively long, and when assistance was finally available, representatives often failed to provide clear or consistent information. This inconsistency and poor communication detracted from an otherwise convenient service.

This was my first experience but it was a great experience and because of it I will be using this app more often. I had the car for 2 days, and it ran very well. I had zero problems with the owner as well as no problems with the vehicle.

Everything was very easy from pick up to communication to drop off. My host was super responsive and the car was accurately Bed when I booked it. We were able to drive it from Seattle to Canada. When we couldn’t drop it off at the same spot because our flight was too early, the host was super helpful.

Personally have used the app twice, and it has worked out very nicely. Renting the car that you can pick up at the airport and then drop it off at the airport without having to make any lines it’s just so convenient. The instructions that they give you and they provide you to get to your car is precise and such time saving. I love that the two experiences that I’ve had have been great and with no issues whatever subscribed is what you get.

I recently rented a car from Syed and had an amazing experience! The pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, making the entire process a breeze. Syed was very thorough, ensuring everything was in order before I hit the road. The car was spotless and smelled incredible, which was a nice touch. While the car’s range was around 215 miles per charge, which isn’t the highest, it wasn’t a major issue. Finding a charger did take some effort, but that’s more about the infrastructure than the vehicle itself. Overall, I highly recommend renting from Syed. If you’re looking for a smooth and pleasant rental experience, look no further!

I just came back from vacation from 3 destinations. 2 out of my 3 bookings were canceled hours before arriving. Turo's response was not fast enough and had to scramble and find transportation on my own. I was one hundred percent on board with Turo prior to this experience. Now I look at all options now. Clean vehicle. Superior location directions. Precise. Easy. I recommend this host. Honda CRV. Great condition. Good gas mileage. This host responds literally almost instantly and is very helpful. I will rent from this host again when in this town! I had a host cancel on me 11 hours prior to my rental (!) and was freaking out. This host accepted my rental request 9 hours before rental was to begin, delivered to Midway and I had a car again. Although I was very frustrated and stressed that the original host cancelled, I am thankful this host was able to kindly help me without a huge upcharge.

Meticulously clean and oh so fun to drive! We loved taking the top off while cruising around Denver. The owner was communicative and gave clear instructions on how to retrieve and return the vehicle. I forgot my sunglasses and he mailed them to me right away which was so amazing!

Renting from Turo is great! It's painless, no long lines at the rental counters, and the prices are competitive. I'm so happy that I've found my Go-To Turo host in Dominick, and have already given his name to my friends and family. He has a large selection of clean, well maintained cars to choose from, and being able to pick up at the airport is an added plus. Dominick is readily available when needed - Customer Service at its best!

From the start of the trip to the end - the car rental was extremely smooth. This was my first Turo rental. I was a little reluctant to use this service but I decided to give it a try. David is a super host! Communication was timely and the car was in great motor condition. Ignore the outside of the car. You can tell David takes great care of this car! I am waiting for a refund and it’s been several days so that is a bit concerning.. The cars I have rented and the car hosts have always been on time, professional and friendly.

The truck and Travis were great. Truck was the perfect choose for Montana outdoor activities and Travis was an awesome host. Couldn’t have had a better experience. We highly recommend renting from him. If you have not visited MT you should know that many places you might want to go are only accessed via unpaved roads and passenger car don’t have the suspension or ground clearance needed. Also when you are the parking over grass is a huge fire rick.

Signing up with Turo was a bit tedious but it worked out well. I think there should be more regulations on the cars that are rented out. Like if the car's check engine light is on, we should be able to know ahead of time. Or if something in the car doesn't work, we should be informed by the owner. Otherwise, we came to Houston and the prices of rental cars were astronomical in addition to the really long lines to get a car on 4th of July weekend. We had a really cool Italian car! But the seat warmers didn't work. The car had weird alarms going off all day. The check engine light was on, etc. It got us to where we needed to go, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. The process with Turo was good!

It was a smooth, easy, satisfying transaction from top to bottom. I loved dealing with this company! The car was well maintained and functioned nicely. Everything was just as advertised and they were good to work with from the beginning of the transaction to the drop-off. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

I was accused of having someone else drive the car when that was not the case. When I told the host to locked the door no one had access to the car..I dropped my boyfriend off drop off location of the car and left. My boyfriend realize that he forgot his house key in the car and went back to the car after waiting for 42 min for host to retrieve his items he forgot after I dropped off the car. Went to the vehicle and retrieved his keys from the passenger side.. Obviously the host either didn't lock the door when I asked him to or it only locked the driver side, for my boyfriend to be able to retrieve his items. He lied and said he saw my boyfriend take an Uber but he took a bus...Like I feel like the host could of asked me instead of making an assumption and leaving a lie my review. Anyway the car needs maintenance. There is a knocking/rattling sound on the driver side every time you turn.

Great experience plus saving money on a rental! Jonathan was great and very accommodating! Will do it again. The directions for finding the car at the airport were precise and instructions relating to actually getting in and on the road were perfect. The car was clean and in excellent shape.

I typically book higher end cars to avoid what I read about regarding dishonest hosts running slumlord businesses. This time, I figured I’d try a lower tier to save money and it was exactly as I expected. The first host charged $50 for airport pick up, which I prefer and paid for, but when messaging back-and-forth with that host he said he does not offer airport pick up and instead gave me directions and how to get to a nearby hotel, where he would leave the car, even though I had paid extra for airport pickup/drop off. After canceling the first car and booking with another host (that seems to run a scam business) the car was fine (not as clean as were in the photos) and the windshield was cracked, but I did not complain as I just needed a vehicle to go to and from work each day. The car was exactly as I got it upon returning it. I literally used the car to drive to and from work and one evening to a work dinner where no one else was in the vehicle with me.

Turo is one of the best rental apps out there. It's easy to resolve issues if they ever arise due to 24/7 customer support. Endless amount of cars and great prices, also being able to choose a pick up time that works for you is great so no matter the day, night or graveyard, you'll find something. It's also a great way to get paid if you're looking for a side hustle and have more than one car.

My first time renting and I went through hell and back. The first car the engine light came on. Second car went dead at Walmart. I had my sick mother with me. I had to stop and ask people for help. I will never rent from this particular company again. Horrible response. The host was out of town so It was hard to communicate. Overall my experience was just horrible.

Could not find the vehicle for over an hour. Then the host said he would make my reservation for 44 dollars and I said ok then to scan the ticket from the airport. I had to pay 58 bucks because the car was there 3 days prior so then he said he will refund me the whole parking fee and he didn’t he only refunded 58 in total.

Turo system is very easy, useful platform. Don’t ask us too much, the best part is not to wait long unlike when we rent a car at the airport or other service. Recommend take way a lot of photos of both interior and exterior. Thanks again and I’ll def rent again.

After exhausting every resource I had in trying to rent a vehicle so I could get my kids from out of state, I decided to try out Turo after someone recommended them to me. It was incredibly fast and easy to obtain a vehicle the next day, and I was able to go get my girls and bring them home. I am disappointed in the other car rental agencies and will never again go through any of them.

I was charged for a tank of gas after explicitly receiving an agreement from the owner that I wouldn’t be charged. I disputed the claim it and 72 hours later I still haven’t heard from customer service. But I have a charge on my credit card. Will never use service again.

Turo is great. Makes checking out, checking in, pick up and drop off so easy. Best value for your buck and if there is any issues, it's been my experience that they take care of it quick. Most importantly Turo has made car rental convenient. I definitely recommend Turo to all my family and friends.

Working with PATRICK was amazing. Communications was excellent less than 30 seconds to a minute. Car was immaculate. Will definitely ride again. The car was very clean. It was what I expected. A renter (car owner) staged a photo cigarette ash in the car to charge a $150 cleaning fee. We don't smoke and didn't happen to take a picture of the exact spot where they put the ash. Turo sided with the car owner and there was no recourse. We tried contacting Turo customer service and they were pretty unhelpful and rude. Unfortunately we were also given a low rating by the car owner. Really quite a hassle and no way to correct for bad actors in the system.

After using Turo for a couple of my trips, I'll never use the typical rental agencies again. I love the ease of picking up my bag at the airport and walking out to the vehicle I have rented and driving away. The hosts are so responsive and the vehicles I have used are well suited to my needs. Great service and I recommend Turo to everyone!

Mostly the experience was good. The location of the truck I rented was bit far and inconvenient to get to, but it was the only truck available. The truck itself was fine, bare bones older model but very clean and ran well. The thing I am most frustrated with is that there was a damage claim by the host when I returned the truck. I was only shown pictures of what appears to be a slightly bent license plate, no further description, so other than the plate, I don’t know what the claim is for, because I did not receive a written notice or description. I did get a text that someone from Turo would call about the claim but never received a call. Next thing that happened is that I got an email that said I was responsible for the damage, but still no description of what the claim is for. It has been very frustrating and the claim is still not resolved and I still don’t know what exactly the claim is for!!

So much easier and cheaper than rental companies. Depending on your driving, no deposit. Cheaper rates for liability and a choice of how much coverage. No lines to wait on. Simple and easy. Most rental companies won’t let you use a debit card and the ones that do, their prices are higher for the rentals. Try it, you will never go back to regular rental companies.

I feel like my experience with Turo this far has been convenient, pleasant and possibly the most hassle free part of my trip. I also love the choices of different vehicles that are available. This experience has made traveling and arriving at the airport that much more a pleasant experience.

Shelly was so nice and helpful and worked with me with delivering the car due to the fact that I came by ferry. The car ran very well. We were able to go to Palmer and Wasila and stayed at a lovely AirBNB. We also visited a Musk farm and reindeer farm. Aleskia ski resort was also amazing. Thank goodness we had a safe reliable car.

Clean-easy pick up and drop off- great and quick communication. I left my house key in are and owner found it, and was able to return it. However next day I receive an email letting me know I was being charged for a late return. Car was not returned late. I contacted Turo and problem was resolved

Everything was as described, great communication with Mike, directions were down to a tee. Only note bring a holder for your phone if you're going to be using it for driving directions, was a little hard putting phone in cup holder and looking back and forth. Other than that, loved everything!!! Car is roomy, good AC!!!

First time using Turo and was kinda nervous, but it was the easiest experience ever! From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. If we had questions, our host responded within just a couple of minutes. He even supplied us with snacks and a phone charger! I will ALWAYS rent from Turo moving forward!

It was my first time using Turo. I rented a Mercedes 2018 C class 300, Wonderful Drive. The host was wonderful. I think his name was Dave. When I first call customer service they were very friendly because I was new to the platform and made me understand the process, picking up the vehicle was easy and also dropping it off. Everything went exactly as planned. The car was perfect and we enjoyed our trip. The car was at the airport parking deck when we arrived with instructions. We returned the car at the end of our trip and owner provided instructions for the return. Beautiful SUV that was suitable for our 4 guest.

Turo is super convenient. The only issue I would say I have is the fee to use Turo is sometimes really high. Otherwise 10/10 definitely recommend. Had 1 issue but customer service resolved it within an hour. Wish there were a lot more cheaper cars to choose from but the ones I have booked were great. Great on gas. No complaints here.

I have had several trips with Turo, mostly through LA Auto Spot in Dallas. They are almost always less expensive than major rental companies with fewer charges and restrictions and no credit card holds. I’ve had some good cars- even brand new, minor problems, good service and communication. I will definitely use Turo again in the future.

My trip was fine. I have recommended a couple of people and I will keep using Turo. Sometimes it's just hard to book last minute trips when you need but at the end something plays out but it just be too far at times but I think we should get more discount when you rent or a free day of rental.

Without Turo, I feel a lot people would be in a major bind. This company had bailed me out so many times, I cannot count. It gives you the opportunity to rent a vehicle you WANT AND NOT WHATS AVAILABLE. There Is this one host I love to use, because I know the quality of vehicles I am getting when I use Amy's Cars. I am actually using her vehicles this weekend and also for the next few weekends to come. I travel a lot so I just wish the millage was a bit better with some other host.

On both rentals the vans were very clean and just like they were described by the listings. We enjoyed both vans during our vacation. The only issue we had was the drop off section at Sea-Tac airport for big vans was not very easy to walk to due to the parking garage's layout. This is a Sea-Tac issue not Turo or the Van owner.

I had a great experience other than the exterior of my car was slightly beat up lots of scratches dents and dings. You notice more and more as the days go on and you just hope that owner has seen them already. It is hard to see them all at once and if you don’t see them they could easily charge you as if it wasn’t.

The car wasn’t clean, maintenance light was on and the owner took 3 days to get back to me. Radio Bluetooth didn’t connect. I was charged a late fee for being 36 mins late. $40. It wasn’t as advertised. I’ve included pictures of the cars paint and the maintenance light which I showed my concern the day I rented it which was Tuesday. The pictures shows how late the owner's response was. I was worried about the car the whole trip and didn’t use the AC during humid weather because I wasn’t sure the car was properly working. I want a partial refund at least. Disappointed and unsatisfied.

I have been using Turo for the past month now. So far I've had Pleasant experiences with the cars and the host. If I had to say any cons that I've run across so far has been the late cancellation of two cars that I've had experience with, but customer service was very helpful. It just caused me a challenge of trying to find another car in short notice and it usually cost me a little more out of pocket. I will continue to use Turo for future trips. There are a couple of hosts that I've really enjoyed working with and will continue my relationship with them and renting from them.

I normally use a national car rental agency when traveling, which has certain advantages. But in this case I needed a bigger car than any of the chains had available. The entire trip and rental process was seamless. Faster and easier than a traditional rental with access to a bigger selection of vehicles. Will use Turo again.

Couldn't have gone smoother!!! Using the app is easy, intuitive. Communicating with the owner easy. I was even able to modify mid trip and extend with no problems for early. Satisfied. Will use Turo again!!! Additionally, there was a slight issue with my verification and initially I could not complete my request but I was able to use the support chat feature. They realized my application was pending submitted and approved it and within 30 minutes I had my rental booked and again everything from their own went flawlessly!

Great alternative to rental car and much more flexible. Was able to start the trip at one location and end it at another without having to pay anything additional. Also, the communication was much better than when dealing with a traditional rental car company. And the vehicle was better than any rental car I've ever had.

My lender was nice. However when I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was overtaken by ants. The lender's initial suggestion was for me to take the car to the car wash myself, with no mention of any assistance financially for the car wash. I had to suggest to be placed in a different vehicle. Upon returning the replacement vehicle, I cleaned it, and it was certainly cleaner then how I received it. Unfortunately I could not remember what the tank was on when I received the new car, (again it's not even the original rental) so I added gas but the lender informed me it was full, so he charged a fee. I would just like this fee to be waived because I feel as though I went through enough trouble getting the car. Additionally I love Turo and I don't want to lose my account for this one lender.

Renting from Turo and the host of the vehicle was nice. It was Great experience overall, I got to my destination safe and sound and was able to return home due to the mechanically sound vehicle. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member so that they may also experience a fast and easy way of renting vehicles.

I will never go with Turo again. I'd rather walk everywhere. My sister and I both got separate cars on Turo for our brother's wedding in Happy Valley, Oregon. We both got a charge from the host of 1,200 and 1,500. For things we did not do whatsoever! It was such a huge scam and I will NEVER get a car off of Turo again!!!

Car I rented was bumped and bruised and falling apart. Yet $500 deductible for trim that was ready to fall off any day. Horrible experience. Will stick with Sixt next time. Customer service was not great. Really no incentive to rent with Turo again. No thanks. Cars need to be checked more frequently by Turo. It's like renters use Turo to simply upkeep their own cars for insurance purposes. Really bad experience.

I love the concept of Turo overall and for the most part my past rental experiences. But I think this trip last week highlighted for me some things that could be improved with the service.

Very easy and Ivy and her team were awesome. I will use them when I return to San Fran. I gave my host the wrong drop off time and she offered alternative way to drop off that work out great. Operator error on my part and Ivy quickly figured it out. This has been my 3rd experience in three different States and I have another booked in Oct.

This was my first time using Turo and my host made everything a smooth and easy process from pick up to drop off. I will definitely look at Turo when I am in the market for a rental vehicle again as I like the availability in different locations as well as the app makes everything very convenient.

We had a great experience with Poipu Car Rental renting a minivan in Kauai! The van was a 2024 and felt new. It fit our family of 7 and luggage. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Pick up & drop off were a breaks. We will definitely use them again next time we are in Kauai. We highly recommend them!

Great experience with Turo. I will probably no longer book with rental car companies. The majority of my hosts are great, and the cars have all been in great shape. The cost is not too much, they do not hold money for incidentals and after a certain amount of bookings, they give you a free rental.

I loved this car, it fit me and my 6 friends comfortably. There was a hurricane while in Houston and our flight got delayed and the host had no problem letting up keep the vehicle for 6 extra hours. When returning home to Fresno. The rental passenger rear tire blew out on interstate 5 around Lebec area. I'm on the side of the road in a dangerous highway. If I open my door without looking I will be dead. A simple tow request turned into a nightmare. I was with my girlfriend (7 months pregnant) 17 months old son. We were left in a 100 plus degree weather. In the car was 100 degrees with the AC running. The AC was running hot air. So we was burning up. Outside was 100 plus degree (116). I fellow you guys order filled a damaged claim and notify the host of the car. We both agree is too dangerous to change the tires on the side of interstate 5. One wrong move and it's over.

My first time getting Turo was great. His name Ricardo. I love renting his cars but then you have others because Ricardo car was already rented out that I went to another host and it was horrible. The car was very bad. The radio didn’t work. The tires was bad. The car had many other problems and you have host try charge for stuff like gas being off on notch and charging you 30 dollars for that

Renting a vehicle from Toro is an easy process and very convenient. Turo has a variety of cars, I have always found a vehicle that is great to drive and within my price range. There have been a couple of problems but Turo and the host have promptly resolved and the solutions have been above my expectations. My first choice in a rental car service has been and will continue to be Turo!

It was an enjoyable experience and the car was more than I could've asked for. Comfortable, economic on the gas, and overall a good ride and got me to where I needed to go with no issues. Loved the unlimited miles even though I didn't drive as much but it was 1 less thing to worry about.

I had a great experience with the hosts. They were able to deliver the vehicle to me and had great communication. The car appears to be current on its maintenance. No issues. Lower gas mileage but I used it for business so it was not a big issue. It may be an issue for those needing to drive a little distance.

I was signed into my wife’s account on my phone when I made a reservation. This was a problem because I was picking up the car and not my wife. Manuel in customer service made the switch to my account perfectly. Madyson, who I rented from, was great to communicate with and my time using the vehicle was great.

This is my 2nd trip with Turo, and with my host Elmore, who is the best Host you could ask for from checking in to checking out. I would definitely would recommend Turo for your vehicle needs. Again thank you Turo for everything when it comes to Vehicles. You won't be disappointment by all means!

After a rocky start, the rental went well. Good car and easy to drive. Love the fact that due to our late arrival the Host was able to bring the vehicle to us and the drop-off process was seamless. I wouldn't change anything else. The car was great for my in-laws to enter and exit. The plug-in hybrid feature was wonderful Thanks Dayanne

Always a great experience with Turo. I have had hosts on two occasions cancel within 24 hours, and Turo always makes it right. In big city markets we are always able to rent a car we actually want to drive. Surprising that when I mention it to people, they generally are not familiar with Turo. I hope Turo has lasting power and would like to see municipalities better accommodate the service and customers (ie at DFW we had to Uber offsite to pick up the car.)

My experience was amazing!!! Tony My host was professional, courteous, understanding, and very responsive!!! Vehicle was great, overall awesome! If I am ever in Houston again Tony is my go to host for sure!! Thanks again! I was skeptical about Turo at first but after my last two trips and host experiences, I am convinced this is definitely the way to go!! So much easier than rental car nightmares!! Don't have to deal with no car availability when you show up, or rude sales reps at front desk that have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Car was very reliable and clean and the host was amazing and communication very respectful. Definitely rent from him and future. Host answered every question and his responses were very fast. I was so happy with the vehicle. I’m actually looking into possibly purchasing one…. Thumbs up

Turo directed all my income to another person and will do nothing to help me. They have his name and bank account. Been weeks trying to get manager to contact me direct. Said it’s my fault. My bank accounts are blocked and they sent my thousands to another person. They know his name and bank information and won’t correct. My only income sent to wrong person. Management won’t call. Just automated emails pointing finger at me. Kick rocks.

Hi, I love this App. It’s been a great experience for us so far. Dennis was so kind and helpful and we loved how clean his vehicle was. He communicated with us quickly when we had questions. We even spoke on the phone and he picked us up from the airport and took us to the car! Above and beyond! I also had a question for Turo and the person I spoke on the phone with was very helpful. The car was awesome. The trip was fun. The car was pretty. The app easy to use. The windows were dirty. I like the car. I wish it gad a sliding glass windows. The car spoke beautifully to my grandma. I like road head in the car. I didn't like the gas mileage.

I contacted customer support about the app not letting me change the pickup location and was never followed up with. Not to mention that I had same problem changing the drop off location as well. I told the representative that the host had approved the change. Plus the Tesla I rented had a glitch that I reported to the host and they didn’t address my concerns.

Yoshi provided great communication, Minivan was in excellent condition. I didn’t even notice it had a sunroof until the last day. The windshield fluid was empty but it didn’t negatively impact our ride. Yoshi supplied car seat for 2yr. old & booster seat for 6 yr old, as requested. They were perfect.

Nicholas was very flexible with all of the last minute changes I made prior to me picking up the car. The communication was great and the car gave me no problems. I really liked the features inside of the car that told me how many miles I had until I needed to refill on gas. That was definitely helpful. I will definitely be booking again soon.

Turo is the greatest app that anyone could have ever branded. It is fast and easy to use and the great part is people are allowing you to use their vehicles at a reasonable rate as long as you take care of them. I love this app and the great people.

Had such a great experience with the using the site for the time! My host was I incredible which made the entire process effortless! I look forward to using the site again in the future! The app was user friendly and easy to move around! I loved everything about the site! It's like Airbnb but for vehicles.

My experience was fascinating and interesting the car was clean and in well condition. This is my 5th time renting from TURO. I've never had any issues that weren't addressed immediately. The SUV ran well, and it was right where it was supposed to be. Easy to understand directions and response time. Picking up another TURO rental in two months. I already booked it.

I’ve used Turo several times for leisure travels with my family. I love the search filters available on the app. I enjoy the wide variety of cars available. The app is user friendly. I’ve never had a negative experience with Turo or any of the vehicles I’ve rented or owners I’ve communicated with.
