Our family has utilized Turo for the past 3 years & have enjoyed the inventory of automobiles available & have had great experiences with the hosts. Turo’s system has worked well for us & highly recommend anyone to utilize. Turo app is quite thorough & allows quick and easy communication with customer and host.

I like renting from Turo. They have many cars available at an affordable price… Since I’ve been a member for a few months now I never had a bad experience with the host or have a problem with a car that I have rented…. I would recommend Turo to all my friends, and family.

I had a great experience. Car owner had issues with the initial car I chose but got me a replacement quickly. Great host! I would definitely recommend Turo for your next car rental!!! The car was clean and easy to drive. Great gas mileage! Communication throughout my rental time was great and I appreciated the air conditioning.

The vehicle I took on was excellent, it was a Hybrid which means it was fuel efficient, I only filled up once, and that was in the amount of seventeen dollars out of a five day stay, and 3 of the 5 days were for out DC engagement. I truly enjoyed this vehicle and I'm thinking of purchasing one.

I had a great time using the Turo car that I had, the guest was wonderful. He checked on me and made sure that I was ok and that I got the car and that I brought the car back on time and when I was late he asked was I ok and I told him that there was a lot of traffic and he said ok.

We recently rented a car for just over a week for our trip to Seattle and Vancouver. The selection of cars was great and cost was reasonable. Comparable to a rental from a car rental company (i.e. Hertz, Enterprise, etc). Our host was good to work with and overall a great experience.

We rented from Turo for a week and everything was well until we end up with flat tire in middle of highway in LA. As we contacted the support and stayed on the line they could not locate us and we end up calling 911 so that they can send us tow truck. The agent from Turo confirmed that they will be paying for our tow truck cost and they also confirmed with tow truck guy as he needed confirmation. So fast forward to today Turo is not paying for the cost and the owner is not paying as well as this was Turo who asked us to pay up front. We also paid for insurance and they won’t cover the cost for the tires and asked us to dispute.

Excellent experience renting a vehicle (Toyota Camry) through the app. I selected the car from Mitch and was very satisfied. The organization is top-notch, the instructions are easy to understand, and I picked up the car completely clean, refueled, and ready to go. Mitch was always available and responded promptly. Returning the car was also without any problems. I definitely recommend it!

From start to finish with this reservation, it has been extremely smooth. My host, John, was amazing from the moment I reserved his vehicle. I received my confirmation shortly after I booked - which took away any anxiety of the possibility of it being cancelled. The area when I picked up the vehicle and dropped off was conveniently located - right off a major highway and it was parked in a well-lit parking lot. The vehicle was clean and gave a smooth ride! Would definitely book again.

I had a good experience with my most recent Turo rental, in fact so far all of my past experiences have been good without any issues whatsoever. The one thing I do wish to point out is somewhat of a communication issue with my last rental, it took me a little longer than I had expected to reach the host. However I was able to reach host and had zero issues. I will definitely rent again from my previous host and will certainly continue to use Turo as my first choice for vehicle rentals.

I had an brake issue with my vehicle, so I contacted my host. He apologize and offered me to return the rental and pick up another vehicle that he has available for me. So I modify my trip to end two days earlier than my initial reservation. I completed the returned process on the vehicle with the break issue. As I started a new reservation as I was instructed by my host, TURO sent me a notice saying I'm not eligible to rent a vehicle. I needed this vehicle to get to work. Keep in mind my initial rental was for four days but I ended it early as instructed by host to pick up another vehicle. I was left with no vehicle and had to Uber myself the rest of the long weekend. Next time I'll choose Enterprise for my car rental needs.

The best way to rent a car is through Turo! Great selection of cars, extreme value and outstanding service! Rahim and the company were very helpful and informative when we picked up the car. And return was also very easy. Their location from the airport was also very convenient. We will continue to use Turo for our car rental needs.

Great experience but the only thing need of new wipers doesn’t work well when you're driving in the rain. Other than that car runs great and thank you. I will recommend it to anyone else. Great cars I have driven in so far. So again I thank you very much

Everything was great with the Bronco! No issues whatsoever. For those of you curious, the bronco has a soft top for the summer months and hard top starting Sept 1st. That was a question I had. That being said once I booked John responded to all my questions and catered to all my needs and did so with flying colors! He went way over the top for my wife and I and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re reading this, the bronco was fun, but if you’re considering any one of John’s vehicles, you’ll get great customer service whichever you choose!

Randy and Nate accommodated our early arrival in Boise, dropping off the van at the airport an hour before we scheduled. The van was clean, full of gas, and ran beautifully during our one week stay in Boise. Plenty of room for luggage behind the seven passenger seats. Highly recommended. Thanks much.

All went very smoothly and vehicle was as advertised. Pick-up and drop-off was exceptionally easy. The truck was clean and ran well. It was perfect to have on the island as I was helping my son set up his wedding beach party and needed to haul a couple tables and chairs, etc. to the beach for him. I can highly recommend this Turo host for sure. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The pick up location is ideal and the Host Dustin is amazing! He answers your call on the first ring and shows all his clients respect. He has an amazing fleet. All great trucks and cars you will love. Wish I could give 6 stars. I would. The customer service is A1!

You need to allow the user to close out the trip prior to the last day and time for the trip on your app. I returned the truck the night before my return date and had to wait till the next day to click the return button and upload photos. I think this button should be an option available any time after you start the rental.

I rented out a car in Chicago. It wasn’t cleaned in the first place so when I dropped it off I was accused of smoking in the car and charged a smoking fee. Was called a liar it was just a complete disaster and I would never rent through Turo again.

Was my birthday weekend, and as always, when I use Turo, I'm looking for great prices, how new the vehicle is, and of course mileage. Even if I know I'm not going over the miles, they are still great to have. My experience was really great. I was able to get errands handled as well as enjoy days/nights out in the city and not have to worry about transportation or leaving at certain times to catch great rates. I will definitely use you guys again. When and if I need a car for the weekend, and since we are about to travel in the upcoming months, I am already checking rates out in other cities.

If it wasn't for Turo I would not have the option of renting a car. I have been using Turo for over a year, and every host has been incredible. My favorite is Patrick as he is top-notch to rent from. His cars are always clean and well-maintained and he is flexible with me. He is also very responsive if I have questions. I will continue to use Turo and rent with him. Best host I have come across and Worth every penny. If you are considering using this service--DO IT! I'm glad I made the switch from National Rental Cars.

I truly enjoy renting exotic vehicles from Turo, the vehicle selection is great and the competitive pricing gives you more options when looking for the best vehicle to choose from and the customer service is above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced, if a issue arises with a trip/vehicle Turo totally takes care of all of your needs and desires. I will continue to use Turo for all of our ‘special vehicles trips.’ (This vehicle did have a few issues that were not disclosed beforehand, cracked windshield and buttons/switches that were broken, we found out upon pick up)

Gabriel's Turo rental was a fast, easy, and reasonably priced option for us for our long weekend getaway for two. His instructions for the rental were spot-on and easy to follow- everything was just as he described and where he said it would be. The car ran great and was super clean. Would rent again and would highly recommend!!

I never saw in Turo agreement that you can track where a person go when you use one of their cars, like if that person wanted to hurt someone they know where you are because of the air tag. Also the host had personalized license plates what if someone was looking for that person you could die just because of a person license plates. And I thought when the host got your information they was supposed to send you something what if the cops had stopped me thank god they didn’t. Overall the front end of the car shakes I reported it to the host but I guess that’s how turo does business. And the car needed a car wash.

We have used Turo in four states across the country. Our recent visit to Charlotte, NC, included a minivan rental from Turo. From reserving the vehicle through the app to pick up through the return process, the experience with Turo was seamless and enjoyable. I feel that I paid a very fair price for the rental, and the experience overall made it worth it - especially after seeing the lines at the rental car counters at both the Des Moines and Charlotte airports.

A very easy, flexible experience. We were able to pick the car up early and drop it off a little later as the extensions fell within our two day rental. The pick up and drop off was very easy despite the very urban location and setting. We’d rent with Kyrylo again.

This was my first time using TURO to rent a vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. It was very easy communicating with the car owner, Charity. She was extremely helpful with our transactions. The car was exactly as described, the pick up was easy as was the drop off. Car was clean, filled with gas, and in very good shape. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone needing a car while in New Mexico.

Rental was excellent. Turo app needs a modification to allow the name on the account to be changed. Turo took my email account name Information and made it my first name. I can't correct it. The app should allow modifications of the name.

Judy is an absolute all star Turo host who goes out of her way to make your trip trouble free and enjoyable. Her vehicles are in excellent working condition and she takes pride in maintaining them and keeping them clean. She is also a great communicator both through the Turo App and through texting.

Using the Turo app is easy and the selection of vehicles is almost overwhelming! It's easy to find budget friendly options as well as luxury options available for rent. Being able to pick up vehicles from private owners is great because you can skip the line at the airport rental counters and go straight from your flight to a vehicle, in most cases. Everything is paid for upfront so there is no hassle searching through luggage for wallets and purses. Get in and go!

I would definitely recommend a friend. The whole experience went smoothly. From booking to drop off. The host made our comfortable and convenient. The vehicle was clean and maintenance was perfect. Everything was going OK. The Host gave me a five star review and everything. Then I get a invoice for $86 for something I didn't understand where the host was trying to charge me for a extra day. I talked with the people at Turo Support team, had a conversation with them and they took care of it. And I will recommend Turo again like I always do.

The rental car worked well, and the owner/renter was courteous and timely. Civic was a bit dinged up, but clean and in good shape otherwise. I would certainly consider renting again from Amir in the future.

The vehicle I rented for the weekend was very clean. The host was very communicative and made the pick up and drop off very easy. He also offered (for an additional fee) a drop off if needed. Renting thru Turo is so much better than renting through a rental car company, not only is it cheaper, the vehicles are very clean, because people own them and take care of them, unlike rental agencies!

We rented a 2022 Ford Explorer from Michael for our recent trip to Zion National Park! Michael did a great job with instructions about picking up vehicle and dropping off at the end of trip. The vehicle was nice and clean and drove well! I would totally recommend renting from Michael!

The last few vehicles through Turo I have rented have been relatively cost-effective and energy friendly. The process was seamless, little to no hiccups and suited my travel needs. For the last two trips, I have been very pleased with the outcome of my Turo experience. I will definitely recommend this travel method for others.

The car was ready on time, very clean and ran very well. Everything went smoothly. Communication was great and I plan on renting again from Wissam. The pickup location is very convenient for me for both pickup and dropoff, just a mile from my home. Pricing is very fair and availability is nice. This is my very first experience with Turo and I must say that Ricardo is a great host. He explained the process, guided me throughout whenever I had a question. I am disappointed in the way the changes have been implemented for the pricing of my vehicle as a host. I would like the old calendar back and the pricing to be fixed. You cannot price a vehicle that is over $100,000 to be rented at $80 a day. I don’t appreciate it getting warning letters for pricing changes that you all made without my approval. The experience as a guest was fantastic.

Anything can happen especially when you have made plans. Turo knows that, and I'm so grateful for the creators! It's like so convenient, I get to meet real people from the cities I visit. The vehicles are from all neck of the woods. From Audi's to Jeep, I even saw a Maybach.

Very accurate and vehicle was clean and durable. Great ride. Host was friendly and communication was great. I will also be renting from Turo again soon. No hassle. Always something available when I need it and love that I get to choose which car I want to drive. And it give me ideas of the vehicle I might want to purchase in the future.

I have used Turo several times now and I will never go back to old fashioned car rental again. I walked right past the lines at the rental counters and found my car easily. I used the remote unlock feature which made drop off/pick up at the airport super easy. Clean and well-cared for Mercedes. I will use them again and again.

You guys close and restricted my account and can’t give me a valid reason why. Customer service is terrible and the decision is unfair. I’ll never recommend you guys to anyone I know. Great experience with Turo and our car host. I don't know why anyone would ever go thru a traditional car rental company again. Turo was cheaper, car was exactly what I rented, super simple to unlock, didn't have to wait at a rental desk, too many pluses to list. App is well done.

Great trip besides being tracked by AirTag, made my wife very uncomfortable knowing that every time we drove we were being tracked, I understand the worry about renting a car but to Track your every move seems a bit overkill, DON'T rent to people you don’t trust or at least be honest about tracking customer's movement.

Rented this truck for a business trip to travel thru Tennessee for the week. This was an Amazing truck and fun to drive. Adam was very responsive and easy to work with for delivery and drop off. For the most part, it was a great experience. I did fill up the tank to full tank but didn’t like the charge of tank not full when it was. I filled the tank up to full and still charged an extra $18 after returned and drop off. I will know next time to fill it up closer to the return spot. I technically paid $30 for gas at drop off when I just needed to and did pay $15 to fill the tank a little over full. Car was good on gas. Good communication.

Great communication and ease with pick-up and drop-off! Perfect vehicle for our trip and it had plenty of space for storage. The storage bin and cooler made all the difference since we were flying in and planned on camping. Customer service and friendliness were excellent! I would recommend Turo to a friend!

It was easy to book and the host was super responsive for any questions. The car was nice and rode great. I didn’t have any issues on this trip. The daily price is reasonable and fair. The young driver fee wasn’t terrible either. I would highly recommend Turo and will be using this service again in the future.

I booked this specific vehicle months in advance for a fishing trip in Montana. Alex communicated very quickly through out the process, and I am well pleased with the experience. The vehicle was exactly the one that I had reserved and was in great condition. Alex is so easy to deal with, and whatever she told me was spot on. I will rent from her again whenever I come back to the Boseman area. Thanks again Alex.

Purchased coverage (aka insurance) for about $300 for a short trip. Apparently it does not cover lost keys, which it should. The truck I rented was the biggest vehicle I ever drove, but the key was the tiniest. Turo should recommend host to put it on key chain and then it’s a tracker.

Arriving in Atlanta Airport was overwhelming but Janelle was very helpful and quick to respond. Car was clean and exactly as described. The only downside was that I didn't have any idea how far I would be walking to get to the car and used a fully packed carry on duffle bag which was heavy and difficult to keep on my wheeled suitcase. Overall, great first time TURO experience and I would rent from her again!

I was able to choose an affordable car, it was pristine clean, communication was perfect and accommodating. When I texted with a question, I received a response immediately. I felt safe and comfortable picking up the car in a populated, well-lit space. Overall, it was an excellent experience! I would use Turo again.

The owners of the vehicle Mercedes benz AMG made false statements on me stating I removed a gps tracking device. Also they made some false statements on Turo stating that y'all put speeding trackers and GPS trackers in their vehicle. I would not be renting from those owners anymore unfortunately. They definitely need to show proof to Turo of telling me through a message that they said I didn't removed any tracking device.

Will recommend to family and friends, it was a great experience, I will use again for my next trip out of town. Will recommend. This is a great app and way better than Enterprise or another car rental I have ever gone to and I know friends would use this app.

A piece fell off the car because it was so old and I had to pay for it. The owner would not listen or lessen the amount. It was also hard to drop off the car at the location selected by the owner. It was not a pleasant experience for me.

I’ve registered to use Turo.com a few years back, however, didn’t get to finally utilize it till this time…came across one of those real dishonest hosts, whose trying to abuse renters by overcharging later on. Also, he has filed a bogus claim, no accident took place, however, he’s accusing me of damaging the car underneath, like hitting something, which never happened. Vehicle was old, beat-up and had numerous issues, very disappointed.

We took a vacation last year in Virginia & this year in Kauai and used Turo for both trips. Wouldn't do it any other way. Turo is the way to go! Both of the trips we took had great owners who were very communicative throughout the process! The cars were in good working order and easy to pick up/drop off! Can't wait for our next vacation and another opportunity to use TURO!

These ease of using Turo was great. My host was excellent and felt more comfortable renting from Turo than a regular car rental company. The rates were affordable and I found that the hosts are reliable. The car I rented was very well maintained. There are also so many choices of vehicles to choose from. I highly recommend Turo.

This was my second time renting a convertible through Turo, so I am still relatively new at this. I love the fact that I can rent the exact car that I will be driving through Turo. Hoping to try out a few more convertibles to see which make/model I like the best. :) I live in Florida and would love to own a convertible some day, but I still need my SUV for work purposes right now. It is so nice to be able to get that "top down" experience, without the commitment and for a very competitive rate. Love the occasional discounts and promos that come through email!

I had a nice experience renting Larry's Tesla Model 3. The drop off went smoothly, he delivered the vehicle to the airport. The car was clean and we didn’t run into any issues. Drop off was smooth and communication was clear. I would definitely rent again the next time I’m in FL. It's a great car for the weekend!

Would definitely recommend to others. I can validate why the host is rated an All Star host. I originally rented a vehicle that had a small issue, but when I contacted Cortney the cohost, he immediately contacted Turo Customer Service and had it resolved within 20 minutes. He offered me a different vehicle and the remainder of my trip was flawless. Excellent five star host.

Worst experience. I would highly recommend a different host. Someone that tells their guest all the details about Turo policy. Because from my experience with being a turo guest once I was never charged for something I wasn't informed about. All my life being with turo I didn't have a problem until this host started making complaints about dog hair. If I knew about it I will never take my dog inside that damn car. Worst experience ever. And they charged the card that's not even on file. I mean who does that? I'm never renting again from this host. Lack of information and lack of communication.

We have used Turo twice and will never use any other rental service. The process is easy, communication is great, pricing is fair (and typically lower than other services), and I like that it benefits a person rather than a corporation. Also, the experience is more personable and much more pleasant than going through a call center or typical shop. I highly recommend! A+.

On Aug 28 I dropped off one rental (Great), paid Lyft to pick up another that was DOA (terrible) and forced to quickly find another rental (good). I was able to ultimately find a car but I had to take a few hours off from work and pay for Lyft to get me around; it was very inconvenient.

We had a very good experience with our rental. The car was easy to find at the airport and easy to return to the parking garage. The car worked well for a 2014 & was in excellent condition. This is the 3rd TURO vehicle we have rented. We recommend TURO to family & friends.

Turo has now become my favorite and most convenient way to rent a car. I have had wonderful experiences with hosts and the overall Turo system while renting a car for the time needed. All of my host have been responsive, fast and very friendly. I have been recommending the Turo app to all my family and friends! I don’t think I will ever go back to renting at a rental counter anymore thanks to Turo!

Horrible customer service, getting charge for pre existing damage, had a very dishonest host, worst experience ever. The host knew the car already had old scratches underneath the car and dents and still continued to charge me $200 knowing it was already damaged. Blamed me and said it was my fault for not taking enough photos of the vehicle. VERY DISHONEST

Great experience and amazing and friendly host. Car was super Clean, host was a great help in pickup and drop off and suggestions for things to do on our trip. Host was next level. The car is perfect, but the owner is bitter and petty. He does not like to tell us exactly what his problem is with us but to send us extra charges without explanation. He lied about the cause, claiming he only cared about conducting business properly, yet he complained he was not compensated for the extra cost. We are willing to pay for that, but not in the wrong name.

It was a real hassle to pickup and drop a car at LAX. Had to take the bus to the Uber/taxi port and then pay another $25 to have a taxi/Uber to get the car. Real inconvenience and if I would have known I would have cancelled my reservation.

Stay away from Turo! The renter has many days after the rental to send you an invoice of fake fees (tool pass, ticket, other). The dispute process is not even a process. And then you get your credit card billed, because you have to pre-authorize to book a rental, with nothing to say. Be aware this app protect fraudsters. Traditional car rental business play by the rule. Not these guys.

Very convenient, no deposit required, And the car drove perfectly!! Thank you Turo. I conveniently picked my car up with no physical contact. The lock box was placed on the window, the owner of the car sent the code. And I was on my way for the whole weekend and was offered extend time. Great!!

The process was so simple and quick, basically contactless. The vehicle was clean and ran very well, appreciated the unlimited mileage for sure. I would love to rent from this host again. This is my 4th time choosing Turo for a trip and the cost and quick process makes it more ideal for me than Enterprise. I love Enterprise but I do not think I will use them again.

The pick up and drop off was a breeze. The host put cute little waters in the cup holders when I picked up the car. The host was super communicative and nice. The mini cooper was a fun and easy car to drive. I will absolutely be using this wonderful host for future travel trips.

Reasonable price and adapted to a late return. Disappointed 1st choice was in an accident but was offered a replacement at same price. Car was clean and well maintained. Syncing with communication/navigation system was easy and intuitive. Especially liked the ability to respond to text messages verbally while driving. On August 23, 2024 I rented a 2017 black Toyota tundra truck from Sherika **, she was really nice at first then I found out otherwise, I returned the truck on time and everything like I always do when I return on Turo I returned the truck the same way I got it on August 26,2024 to the same location I picked up from, I texted Sherika and asked her if she could please let me know how many miles I was over so I can get her paid, her or whoever she got helping her immediately texted back and said $300 and some dollars worth of miles. I don’t understand how it’s that’s much only God knows, she doesn’t give you but a 1,000 miles from the 23rd to the 26th. I don’t know why. I guess cause it’s an old truck or something, then she was like can you leave me a 5 star rating and if you can’t let me know why, and if you ever need another truck in the Panama or Panama City beach area let her know, I said ok, then I did her a 5 star rating,

My host was super accommodating and very kind. He even had complimentary water. He made sure that I made it into the car safely even after my flight was delayed and was able to guide me directly to the car with ease. I will definitely be checking in with him the next time I decide to rent a Turo vehicle!

I loved the car ride, good music played on Bluetooth, we had a great weekend. I would definitely recommend it. The price was great, easy to find, Lyft was about 25 to pick up from airport which was not bad. So if you are in the Miami area rent this car, you won’t regret it.

The trip was great. I returned late the night before I was supposed to return the car so I returned it early. Once it was late at night I was extremely tired and skipped taking pictures. I had such a great experience with the host previously so I didn’t expect to be accused of smoking in the vehicle. There was one cigarette butt that just so happened to be in the floor and ashes that were in the plastic part of the console. This was submitted after I gave my 5 star review on the app and I can’t change it. It looks suspicious and since I didn’t take pictures, I can’t dispute anything. I don’t smoke, never have.

I really enjoy my experience with Turo. The host that I have came in contact with have been very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and very helpful. My trip with Presley's Camaro was excellent. He was quick to communicate, met me in the pickup line at the airport right when I arrived and dropped me at the departure lane when my trip was done. The car was clean and well maintained, ran and drove like a dream. He included car chargers and my choice of air freshener even. Will definitely be renting from him again when I'm back in Charlotte.

As I was in line to wash the vehicle, the car wash broke down with a car in the tunnel and 4 cars behind. So I was stuck. I notified my host about the reason for delay in returning the car. I was nearly an hour tardy due to the broken down car wash and car that would not leave. My host showed extreme patience and understanding to my dilemma and we kept in constant communication. It made it all less stressful than it could have been. Thank you.

Would have loved a better pick up/drop off situation to keep all parties from having to wait to drop off keys, otherwise we had a great time with the car. It ran well, the miles we were able to use worked out great even on a 4 hour road trip to the coast and back.

Easy to use, quick responses, the app provide you a lot of options and easy to update any information such as addresses or credit card information, you can change it every time. I used it for my trip to Chicago and works really well the entire trip, I also do a couple of changes during the whole trip and gave me the option to talk with the owner and modified stuff there like extend the days, so I love it.

Had a great experience renting Toni’s Sprinter Van for a concert and tailgating! It was big enough for 9 of us and all of our tailgate stuff. Toni was so easy to communicate with and she was also very flexible! The van actually fit into a regular parking spot in the VIP lot and that was very convenient. Also, it was easy to drive as well!

This was my 18th Turo rental. It is so much easier than standing in line at the rental car agency to find out they don't have the car you reserved. The last time I rented from an agency we had 5 people and just got off a cruise so we had lots of luggage. After an hour and a half wait, they didn't have the minivan I reserved. They said I could wait for one to come in or take the first available. We ended up in a small sedan with luggage on people's laps. The variety in vehicle choices is awesome.

This is the 2nd year we’ve rented from Honming W. He’s always prompt, meeting us at the airport. Cars have been great, fuel-efficient and clean. He always checks in a few days later to be sure all is well. This year we had to adjust our trip because of impending storms - not a problem even we he had to meet us at the airport at 5 am because of our early flight. Next time we’re coming to Kona, he’s our first call.

Had a wonderful experience renting a van via Turo. All aspects of the transaction were easy and efficient. This includes booking, payment, communication, pickup and return. The automated process was very intuitive and included verification processes for security. While I did require customer service help at check-in, I received that help quickly and the problem was diagnosed and resolved very effectively.

I always last minute need a car and Turo always has something close by that I can pick up quick for the day, or more if I need it. My needs are simple, a car close by for errands. But there is such a huge variety I could really enjoy other options. Great for car shopping! My first experience was a good outside of losing my first automobile due to not making check in time and being charged for not making it off of work in time. Never thought about owning a prius until it only needed gas every 2 days. The car didn't accelerate as quickly as I am used to but that's a small price to pay for the gas mileage it gets. Ron was great. Always is, even came to pick me up when I couldn't find a ride to pick up car. His customer service was outstanding. Thanks again for being so awesome.

Good experience. Responsive hosts. When I called Turo for help with adding an additional driver (I was stuck in a loop. It was saying he wasn’t approved, but wouldn’t let me resend.) the phone service what not helpful at all. I figured it out on my own, essentially wasting my time in hold and just getting an actual person.

I came in town to move my son to his dorm on the Columbia campus. The fact I was able to have a car dropped off to me at the airport made my trip hassle free. Rented a vehicle that got hot. When I called the host aka the owner he admitted that it was a problem. Instead of the owner being responsible for the car they are charging me $3500. They say it was because I tried to improve the vehicle. I changed the water reservoir with the consent of the owner. Total scam.

Super easy and convenient. So far I love it. My only complaint is the additional "hidden" fees that aren't shared with you until checkout process. If they were minimal, it would be ok, but basically they double what the owner of the vehicle is charging you for the total rental fee, plus a little more. And then, if you want to add their insurance, or extra protection, etc, that's even more on top of that. But, you should expect to pay at least double what is listed in the app.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the conduct of Turo, which, based on my experience, operates in a manner that can only be described as fraudulent. I am preparing to escalate this matter to the Attorney General's office of the State of California, as I believe this situation may warrant their intervention. Additionally, I am actively exploring the possibility of initiating a class action lawsuit, given the apparent widespread dissatisfaction with Turo, as evidenced by numerous complaints online.

The experience was very easy and pleasant! Our host was fantastic! We had no problems whatsoever! Would definitely use again. The only objection was not having unlimited mileage and not having the company close me out. I’m still not sure if I’m done or not. I do appreciate the 900 Miles…. Pat

The vehicle from Ben was exactly as the pictures showed. Ben was very responsive when our flight was changed. We also requested a cooler from Ben and he provided a nice Igloo cooler. Any time I had questions Ben responded quickly. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was very easy. Ben was a pleasure to work with. The messaging in the Turo app was excellent. The two cars I had were well maintained and the pick-up as well the drop-off process were butter smooth. But I feel like the M2 owner could be a little more generous with the mileage included. Charging 150$ per day for the unlimited mileage option is a bit out there. Moreover, I feel like the trip fee is bit high.

We have found Turo to be much easier to deal with and quicker in long run. We have had great experiences with the owners and find them to be very nice. Turo is much easier to deal with than the car rental places at the airport and such. We have just rented another car for our next trip.

The host lied about the car mileage. My trip was completely ruined because I had to stop for hours to charge the car twice a day. The host pretended to be understanding and seemed like they wouldn’t charge extra fees. Once the trip was over, they changed an extra $520. Customer support took the host’s side and after months of trying to dispute, sending them evidence, they never returned any money.

My host charged me a smoking fee for minor debris left behind in the vehicle. Completely unfair and Turo customer service did nothing to help. I would’ve loved to receive some assistance in filing a complaint and requesting a refund. I made sure to follow the guidelines of the owner to a T and was charged for some rubbish. There was no odor of smoke and no ashes. Cannot believe I was still charged with a smoking fee!

We had a great host with a great vehicle. Our host provided us with so much information about the area. It was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend for a future rental. We will certainly use Turo again in the future. We will use our Myrtle beach host Alan again as well.

I booked a car and got the confirmation of booking. I messaged the owner to say hello and never heard back but didn’t think much of it. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used Turo. Before my flight took off, I messaged for instructions about how to find the vehicle at the airport. When I landed, I still did not hear anything. At around an hour before pickup, the owner cancelled the reservation, leaving me in a very frustrating position.

My 3rd Turo experience. I'm 68 yrs old so the tech part of the experience stretched me at first. 2nd and 3rd times were pretty smooth, so I think it isn't excluding people in my age bracket, and I do recommend it to friends. The parking lot fees for picking up and dropping off are peculiar: My owner dropped the car off around 9am for a car I was picking up at 3:30pm - so the lot fee was full-day rate. Other times it was minimal because the owner dropped it within a hour or so of pick-up. $ 25 bucks this time - Feels like another hidden fee, which reminds us of the Hertz and Budget crowd - which is why we all switch to Turo. I'm not sure how to solve this, but it is something you should be aware of. Otherwise, all good.

I've used Turo 3 times already and never had an issue everything has been great and would even recommend you guys to others. But this last experience will make me not recommend it to others no more and will most likely not come back to turo. The owner is charging me for a small scratch of 1300...for a scratch and said if I don't pay it I'll have to pay 3000 through you guys. I explained to him I didn't cause that and a car left her info because looks like she backed up a little and bumped me and I even took a picture. But he said it doesn't matter it's my responsibility to take care of it so I'm like so if I use another car next time and a car hits me and it's their fault I would have to pay for it!?! I can't even afford this 1300 so I'm super upset

We had an excellent experience! Vehicle was in great shape and pickup instructions were extremely easy to navigate! We had a minor vehicle maintenance issue that the owner called me back on quickly and was able to easily guide me to quickly resolve it. We would absolutely use Turo again and would rent the same vehicle if we return to the Denver area! Excellent experience!

I’ve been a Turo customer for over a year now. There is nothing bad to say about the service. I love the independence of choosing a car through the app, the booking is super easy, instructions, host communication, and expectations are all easily accessible in the easy to use, super functional app. The prices are much more affordable than any other rental company too. I will never use another rental company ever again. Turo is amazing!

Malik's car was perfect for our long weekend trip. The car drove great and was a fun ride. Malik was easy to communicate with and responded very promptly to any questions we had. The pick up and drop off experience were both quick and Malik provided clear instructions for getting on the road. I would definitely book again and recommend the green machine to others.

Vehicle was awesome! Clean, well maintained and we had a great time exploring all that Maui had to offer and then some!! Highly recommend this Turo rental for the ease of communication and well kept vehicle. The fact of being able to pick up from the airport was a great selling point as well.

Excellent first time experience renting with Turo. Communication was excellent. The Jeep was clean and ready to go. It was a wonderful vehicle for our Alaska adventures. The hosts provided superb guidance on how to pick up and return the vehicle. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely rent from them again.

I use Turo every time I need rental vehicles, the process is usually so much easier than using a rental car company. The vehicles are always in better shape than rentals from the big companies and you have a greater range of vehicles. I have always been able to have the vehicles dropped off at the airport and return them there as well and have never had a problem with any of the vehicles or the owners either.

It was really easy to find and schedule the van we needed for our trip. The Van was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and the check in process was super easy to follow on the app. The check in process was just as easy and all terms or charges such as not filling the gas tank on return were all known ahead of time and was exactly as expected. This is my second engagement of Turo for something like this and I'm 2 for 2 on great experiences. The app and communication are easy to use and follow. Options including a cooler and camp chairs were on in the app. Definitely a great service and I've already recommended to my friends.

Always check your trip price. Turo can't change it afterward.. It sucks when they tell you they understand but they do nothing. I persisted and got it partially credited but, it ruined my trip. I trusted them and I was let down utterly. Truly a shame. No business as big as this one is, should be without a means to change their own system.

Almost perfect. Had the first car cancelled a week before my trip due to a recall. Booked second one same day and everything went flawless after that! Pickup and drop off was super quick and easy! Car was clean! Will be using TURO again! Highly recommend to use this app for any future car rentals!

All exactly as advertised and good service. Car was fine, communications were right on and all went very well. We will rent from them again as we go to visit our son in Denver a few times each year. Left stranded on Mahi with no vehicle, Turo gave me a code saying they would reimburse me because they had no other vehicle available after the last vehicle was infested with beetles. I was told to rent another vehicle from a 3rd party company. I followed their directions to a T, Turo asked for the receipt to reimburse me by email and then denied saying they refunded the original amount and the rental was less, this info is not true and not sure if Turo knows how to do Math. I am out groceries, a parking fee for the airport, we had to stop our vacation to return the vehicle 45 min away to the airport, and money spent on another vehicle.

I was traveling to San Diego for a family trip and needed to rent a vehicle. I wanted to try out an electric car so, I visited the Turo platform. I rented a 2024 Tesla SUV and it was an amazing experience. There were so many luxurious options and being able to pick and choose based on my budget was great. I highly recommend Turo if you're looking for luxury, options and affordable rates.

Great experience and they have a broad selection of cars and hosts. You can sort by distance, price, make of car, etc. Sorting by distance makes it easier to find something closer to your home. The site shows several pictures for each car as well as reviews from other renters. In my opinion, it's way better than over the counter/phone rental reservations. Easy payment process as well.

The rental of the truck was good and went well. The only thing I would change would be the fact that the host did not have the vehicle at the airport so I had to get a Lyft to go get the vehicle and get a ride after I returned it.

It’s obvious Turo C/S Reps are paid based on volume. I spoke to several very nice Reps, but after over half an hour & confirming no less than 4x that she would call me back if we got disconnected, when in fact we did get disconnected, she did not call back, causing me another 1.5 hour headache time waste at rental pickup location.. The wrong email was used for my account and caused great headaches to attempt to fix.. You need to stop making the account id based on email.. I still have an incorrect history listed due to this. Although I did my first rental, it does not reflect.. My one & only email used is **…

I made sure it was a full tank and I got the car cleaned for her..

Great communication. Car was clean. Very reliable to where I needed to go. I would recommend this car. Host was very quick in response and great communication to say the least.
