Great car and great host!! Answered all questions quickly and very professional! I’ve never driven an electric vehicle before so I was a bit apprehensive but after driving this one I will definitely do it again! The charger stations were plentiful and easy to find with the app that was on the dashboard!

I will refrain from using Turo in the future. If you get stuck with a host that is unreasonable, you will get stuck with unreasonable charges after the car is returned. For example, I was charged for violating the smoking policy because I dropped a vape in the car when no smoking occurred in the car. Furthermore I was charged $18 because the host dropped off the car in the parking lot the night before - personally I believe that if you are dropping off a vehicle, you should try to minimize the cost of the renter. Especially since you are charging for every single thing. Many hidden costs. Rather rent from a traditional rental company.

The ease of reserving a car was a plus. The host was very accommodating. I had originally reserved a car through a major rental company and there was so much red tape. I thought well I can try Turo and there were cars available with short notice and not to mention a vehicle I'm familiar with driving. Vehicle was well maintenanced and clean.

Aaron was easy to work with and the car was easy to drive. I would recommend Aaron and use his service again. I was a little late with the return, but under 39 minutes and Aaron kept in contact with me to assure I could return the car soon. I did make it within the 30 minutes and he he happily gave me a ride back to the airport.

Clear instructions on how to go about the process, fast responses, clean car, shuttle from car to car! I lost an item in the car and they found it and advised! Will use them on my next trip for sure! So glad this was my first choice! It did not disappoint! Thanks to Amir and his team!

I’m not sure how the normal car rental places stay in business in some areas. Turo offers better deals with much better vehicles that I get to choose from. The app platform is easy to navigate and painless to use. I know I’m a fan and will continue to use them whenever we travel and need a vehicle.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I booked with Turo. I must definitely say that my experience thus far has been outstanding. The daily rental rates are great and the ability to rent a vehicle without a huge security deposit is definitely helpful. Every host is hospitable and courteous. I definitely have recommended this service to my friend and family. I hope to become a longstanding, loyal customer for many years to come.

Turo app was not functioning properly at check-in and check-out. My pictures did not seem to upload and I had to spend nearly half an hour trying to upload at both check-in and check-out. Later, I found all these duplicates eventually uploaded. App functionality needs to be improved!

We had a great experience with Turo. The vehicle we rented was just as advertised. The check in process was easy as well as check out. Cody communicated all of the instructions well. We will definitely use Turo again for future reservations. We loved the fact that we could pick up the car close to the airport.

The car was in great shape. The host was very nice and professional. He dropped off and picked up on time. I really loved the power of the car. It was clean. The radio system and speakers were spectacular. The ride was very smooth. I enjoyed this truck very much and would definitely rent it again.

Turo has been an amazing app to rent cars from. Renting is fast and easy. Prices are comparable to Budget/Enterprise but you don’t have to put a huge deposit down and you don’t have to use a credit card! The pickups and drop offs have been convenient and local to me.

A little hard to find something spacious and with unlimited miles. Lucked up with what I got before. They only beat enterprise because of enterprises $300 deposit on top of what you pay for the rental otherwise Enterprise is cheaper but Turo is cool. I like it so far but would be better if it was more vehicle lane with unlimited miles. When I travel I TRAVEL.

My experience with Turo was not only better than expected I also was able to contact the sponsors of the vehicle and get answers to questions about the vehicle and the area we were traveling to. I am a huge proponent of Turo as I feel it promotes the individual business of the vehicle sponsor and local business to the area you are visiting.

Vehicle was returned, I was charged a smoking fee for crumbs on the floor. Literally some sand and like grass crumbs from basic foot traffic. Nothing destroyed or not cigarettes butts, no smell, nothing; made Turo aware, they charged my card $200 and won’t refund it or try to correct the error with the host because I explained, "This must be an error. Let’s call the host." They refused. Crazy part is I have a medical condition and I literally can not smoke even if I wanted to. Absolutely no customer service, they left my email on read after they just sent me an email about the smoking policy. Also they charged me for some host literally submitting old tickets from a year ago and was telling me I owe tolls, took about 2 months of arguing with them to get that corrected, they don’t read anything the host puts as proof. They just charge the customer. See the return and beginning pictures they provided and tell me where you see $200 worth of damages.

Vladimir could not have been a better host! Communication was on point, no details left out. Car was as described and well taken care of. It was the first time my girls had been in a Mercedes and a convertible at that! His rates were super affordable, probably less than a commercial rental. I will defy book with him again next time I’m in the area!

We enjoyed this car so much. There was plenty of room and the Drive ability was perfect for me. I am the primary driver, even at home, and I enjoyed driving all over the area. Only thing I had a concern about was seeing out the back window, but removing the headrests off back seat solved issue.

I love using Turo because I get better quality cars and I dont have to wait in line. This was a brand new Toyota Camry. It was pristinely clean. The pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier. Communication was great. We knew exactly where to find the car and where to drop it off when we were done. Highly recommend

It’s always easy pick up and drop off for the car. Maintenance on the car is up to date. The car was clean and the host made sure lots of conveniences were in the car. Like trash bag, umbrella, etc…. The host was Friendly & helpful in every interaction. The host responded in a timely manner.

Kelly was amazing and very responsive! I would definitely recommend her and rent from her again. The car was clean and her directions were very clear. We arrived late and didn't have to worry about finding the car or not being able to reach Kelly. In addition, she provided instructions on how to return the car and was right there to answer any questions that I had along the way. I chose Turo so I didn't have to worry about the wait in line. My only issue was how long the shuttle took to Park DIA but that is out of her control.

This car was truly a gem. I enjoyed the smoothness. The owner was great making sure I was able to find it. The car was very clean. I really love the orange color and will be renting from them again. Thank you so very much for allowing me to enjoy this experience.

This car I got was very nice and clean. The host was nice and understanding. I would love to have him as a host again. I went on a date with my family. My car wouldn’t have made it so I rented from Turo and I made the best decision by far

I have only had a few un-savory occurrences. Once a car wasn't available after I had paid and got to the location to pick-up. Turo helped me and waived fees, but in the moment it was awful. One review I received was so not true. That Buick smelled like straight smoke and she tried to say it was me. I do not smoke anything and I have never smoked in my life. Another review I received was because the lady gave me the wrong lock box code and said we had some hiccups. No WE didn't. If she had given me the right code the first time it wouldn't have been any issues.

Our experience with Turo was amazing! Our host was very communicative and made it very easy for us to find the car and return the car. It was perfect. we have been using Turo for a few years now and it’s the only way we will rent a car in the future.

I had a couple questions and Tyler was awesome with answering questions and concerns. He reached out to me in a timely fashion. The rental was park in secure and safe location for pickup and return. This is the first time using a diesel vehicle but it was pleasant experience.

Booked a trip almost a month out, that original person didn’t reply and I needed to be on the road to work pick up my friend at the airport. When I called Turo I was worried I would get passed around like Doobie at a Snoop Dogg concert. However, the situation was handled quickly efficiently and with kindness and understanding. I was able to quickly find a replacement vehicle that met all my requirements, then the host had an issue with the vehicle I first booked with them. They did have another vehicle they transferred me to. A wild morning but I still made it to pick up my friend on time. I will still use Turo in the future.

The fact that the person brought the car to me and that the car was amazing! The car was a Tesla and It was so much fun to drive! I absolutely love the quality of the rental and the fact it was actually cheaper than our conventional rental! The app made it so easy for the rental.

I had a wonderful weekend all thanks to Angel's truck! He was very helpful and responded to my messages promptly! The truck was very clean inside and out. It was an easy pick up and drop off. I drove from San Antonio to Austin for the Texas Longhorn football game and the F1 race. It was a family and friend trip that I had been planning since February. I’d definitely be renting his truck again. All in all, my experience was very positive and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Turo makes it so easy to rent vehicles and to get a good description on what vehicle I’d like. From using the filters to seeing the owner's score and reviews, this is by far the best site to use. I recommend it all the time to family and friends.

We had a great time and a fantastic experience in Kona. Everything went just as planned. The communications were timely and clear. It was very easy pick up and even easier drop off. The car was in perfect condition - clean, ran perfectly had zero issues with either the car or the arrangements.

Turo is great and works out for me when I need it. However, where are the incentives to continue to use Turo and maintaining a 5 Star rating as a customer??? I rented a car that had the lights go off at night on the freeway and was extremely unhappy with how Turo never even offered a gift card, discount, apology, nothing.

The experience was very wonderful. Also very convenient. I would recommend Turo to anyone. The convenience of being able in a tight and being able to rent a vehicle is awesome. I was able to make it to work and run the necessary errands. Shane was very understanding when I needed to extend due to my car not being ready when I needed it. Everything was greatly appreciated truly.

The trip was very good except when I came back from the yellow tire pressure light came on. Other than no issues. Plus I got the car back on time 20 mins early. Also my host didn't respond by phone instead of text that would've been nice to be more personal. You know what I mean.

You have some wonderful customer service representatives. They are very understanding. They work with me. They even help me find a vehicle in my price range and if they make a mistake they work the hardest and to fix it. The reps I talk to have been very courteous and polite.

I really enjoyed this Tesla. My first time renting a Tesla. Communication was awesome with Yoanna. Will look for this car again when I am back in St. Louis. Pick up and drop off was offsite from the airport but was smooth and easy. Already booked Turo for my next trip. Looking forward to my next ride with Turo.

Overall it was very nice and simple! The only thing to be careful is the renter. Sometimes, at least on my experience, the car wasn't as tidy as they sell it. The car wasn't clean, therefore they add an smelling odors to hide with a good smell. Also, the car wasn't showing scratches it does have, which becomes disappointing whenever you're paying for a premium car. I definitely think Turo should have better management of the cars their renters publish; because in my case it was 70-80% accurate.

I’m a very active person on Turo. I think it would be nice to get some free days. For the time, I don’t have the extra money. But other than thank you for your services. It’s much better than others, and it’s way convenient. Thank you again and hope to get free days on my account.

First of all, I had one of the nicest host on the Turo Platform. His car was clean, inviting and not hard to learn. I was extremely impressed of the hospitality I received when I rented his car. He left us bottled water in the vehicle and did not bother us unnecessarily. He checked on us only when our trip was coming to an end. Our arrival and departure was seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed renting from him.

I highly recommend Ken. Very easy to work with. Avoid the lines at the rental company and go with TURO. Grabbed the car right in the a parking garage right outside of the airport and returned at the same spot. Also a 7-11 right by the airport is great for a last minute fillup. Will definitely use again!

This was my first experience with Turo and it was great. The first car I reserved cancelled on me but Turo made up the price difference and helped me find a different vehicle. Car was not very clean and Pretty banged up but I figured it was a Hawaii budget vehicle.. Not a big deal. I am a host so I gave 5 stars. Host asked me for extra 50 to clean minimal sand? She gave me 2 stars after I looked the other way on a dirty beat up car...

I have a great time in the car. The app is fun and easy to use. I had to put my car in the shop and at the last second I was able to not only book a car but find something I could have an adventure in. The app itself made it easy. The communication with the pick up was easy and streamlined by the app. I like being able to drive dream cars I’ve never thought of at the same time the options far, far outweigh any rental company.

App works well. It was good to have a Turo shuttle in Lihue, HI airport. It was misleading enough as there was a hidden fee for it in the rate. Convenience was good. There was some confusion as our provider had 2 locations and the shuttle did not service both so that part was confusing. That part needs clarity.

We have used Turo twice and have had great experiences. The first was in Seattle in June and the last in Punta Gorda, FL in October during Hurricane Milton. Both of the people we have rented from have been very easy to communicate with and were willing to answer any question or issue that has come up. The vehicles were extremely clean and newer. We will definitely use Turo again.

This is the second trip I’ve taken in this car. The car is great but the hosts James and Lucas made the entire process super easy at the Myrtle Beach airport. Excellent TURO hosts to work with. The car always arrives super clean and looks very flashy. It’s really a fun car to drive and try always top down weather at the sea shore. Would definitely take a third trip in this one!

This app has to be the easiest way to rent a car. No line to wait in, and you can pick what you want to drive. And no arguing with someone else about which car is theirs and which is yours. The car selection is my favorite part, you pick the style you want, the brand you want and the model. As long as there is one in the area you can get it.

Discovering Turo has been a lifesaver. Especially now that I’m without a car at the moment. So much cheaper than renting a car through a rental company. I have saved so much money. The customer service is amazing and the people I’ve rented from so far have been the best. LOVE IT!!

We decided to Dave some money by picking up the car at the owner's house. Doing so saved $85.00 since airport pickup charges a lot. The Uber was $20 each way. Took a little longer but we were in no hurry. Returning the car was simple and uneventful. Recommend Turo as you save hundreds over regular rentals and car insurance is all inclusive in price.

I was falsely charged for a smoking fee. Extremely upset as this was a $150+ charge. I am currently attempting to dispute the charge as I had my children in the vehicle with me and do not smoke. The "proof" that was sent to me looks staged and the vehicle smelled of smoke prior to my trip. Additionally I noticed burn holes as soon as I entered the vehicle. Customer service is unhelpful & unwilling to be transparent. They automatically side with the host even if your proof is valid. I've had multiple negative experiences with this company, including finding drugs in one of my rentals. This was the last straw!

Great experience. Glad I was able to use my promo code which was even better and the owner was very understanding and nice. Extended trip without any complications or anything. I booked a Turo car to be picked up at Charlotte, NC (CLT) airport. Following their instructions, my son and I went to the Express Deck Self Park row 2G and the car was nowhere to be found. I contacted the host who did some checking and told me the car was not returned and the next thing I know I got a text saying the trip was canceled. So here we are in the middle of a parking garage with no transportation. We were supposed to be at an event an hour later. The host told me Turo will contact me to set up another car. They did call as we were walking back to the street area. While talking to them, I booked an Uber just in case.

Car was a hybrid Ford Escape, semi clean when picked up with 1/2 tank of gas. The car was adequate for our needs. Did not do a lot of driving. Will continue to use Turo in future trips wherever I can. Have mentioned to friends and they were surprised by the cost savings they could have had.

Easy to book, good communication with hosts! Easy to request updates to reservations or cancel if need be before the free cancellation date is up. Can't wait to use Turo again on our next trip! Especially good for renting Jeeps in Hawaii! Easy pick up and drop off close to airports, just a short Uber ride away.

Not happy about the smoking charge that was added. No smoking occurred in the car. How do I prove I did not? The owner of the car probably up charges others as well just to make more money. So the charges are on and seems nothing I can do about it except don’t rent through Turo again.

Always love using Turo car rental. The BMW experience this time was excellent. Great communication, drop off location. Excellent. The car was beautiful and easy to drive. The Turo application is very user friendly and with so many options of vehicles to choose from in every city. The hosts take pride in their vehicles that they rent out and they are so accommodating to the renter’s needs. Vehicles are all well maintained. I am always recommending Turo to family and friends.

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding my recent rental experience (RESERVATION #**]). Unfortunately, the vehicle I rented from Mrara experienced significant mechanical issues due to a dead battery, which severely impacted my plans and caused a great deal of inconvenience. On Sunday, October 13th, the car battery died, rendering the vehicle unusable. I was unable to get to my destination, forcing me to use a rideshare service that a colleague ordered for me. Despite waiting over an hour for roadside assistance, the vehicle died again, requiring me to seek help from a stranger to get another boost. I then had to personally go to Walmart to clean the corrosion on the battery cables, further delaying my day and pushing back all of my work appointments.

Beyond Luxury Rentals provided a great value for the price. Any questions I had were quickly responded and the pick up and drop off process were very simple. Would definitely use them again in the future. The car they provided exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and well-maintained. It was very fun to drive around in as well as very comfortable.

I have used Turo now for at least a year, I’m very happy with it and prefer it to using rental companies. The service has been great and the response from the people that I am renting from have been phenomenal, very happy with the service. When I have contacted the Turo customer service they were efficient and called the owner of the vehicle that I was trying to reach and had an answer quickly, and they got back to me in a speedy manner. I would definitely recommend her to others who are traveling and need a car. The cars have been clean and in good working order and nice.

Awesome communication. Easy pickup and drop-off. Car was clean, other than really small tires that seemed to walk the road a bit, ride was smooth, gas mileage was great, and trip went well. I had a check engine light, messaged host, answered some questions and we agreed that it was something minimal. (Turned out to be gas-cap was loose/missing.) I would recommend and will definitely chose Turo again.

The time frame I had the car for everything went well. From the time I picked it up it was very clear. Ran amazing on gas as well. Would definitely rent again and even recommend a friend or family member to rent from Mathew's company again. Needed it for a few days at first but ended up extending for a few more days and no issues.

This is and will always be a better option for car rental for me. No more conventional car rental companies for me. From the unlimited range of rental vehicles to choose from, to the ease of rental pick-up and the so much more. I can’t stress enough just how convenient and reasonable renting on TURO is.

Everything about the vehicle was terrific. Did not care for the long walk to get the vehicle at the airport. A better alternative may be to have the owner available at the terminal with the vehicle to show us everything about the vehicle and then the customer can drop off the owner of the vehicle at a location of their choice. Just a thought.

Overall this was a good experience until the trip ended and I received an incidental fee that I disputed. The communication was great with owner while I was on my trip and then as soon as I needed clarification for the fees all communication stopped and I felt as though I had to dispute the charges. It’s unfortunate that communication did not continue as clarification was needed. So, I had to dispute the charges. I do not recommend using this owner again, as transparency was not important even though the trip had ended.

JMJ were great and would use them again when we come back in December. The pick-up was no problem and the representative explained everything on the spit. They also answered subsequent questions regarding a possible extension. Although l had missed the short-term parking they were able to find the car in the parking deck, thanks to the photos l provided.

Nice car - host very nice and quick to answer questions regarding operation of convertible top. Even offered to send link to Youtube video. They were on time with delivery and drop off was not problem. I would rent from them again. This worked out just great with most of the rental cars at the airport unavalable due to the hurricane and fall break holiday.

Ericsson and Renato’s vehicle was in amazing shape. Clean, ran well, no issues. They both had excellent response time when it came to having questions or getting out any form of information. With everything going on with the hurricanes and all the cancellations, I could not have asked for better understanding and communication regarding everything going on.

My wife went to fill the car up and there was a radio station at the gas station where I filled up. I have the receipt and when I arrived to meet the host I saw that it was not full. I told the host to give me a sec. Called the gas station and they confirmed they ran out of gas. I then asked the host if I could take it to fill the rest up around the corner or send him the money. He said he would take a look. And then I get a 30 dollar invoice for 15 dollars in gas. This is just a plot to get as much money as possible from us and I’m not giving them any more business.

It was awesome. Our flight were delayed and still Danny assured us not to worry. Drop off went smoothly. Upon return, Danny were very accommodating, told me where to park the vehicle at the airport to where it was convenient for both of us. The drop off was close the the departure gate, so that’s a bonus. Mahalo nui loa. Aloha ahui Hou. Malama Pono.

Alex made the entire experience easy. His communication, the vehicle, the pick up and drop off experience were all exceptional. Would rent from him again. From beginning to end he was there immediately to answer any and all questions. He providing excellent directions. I specifically had a question while renting the vehicle and he responded within minutes. The vehicle ran well. The passengers all were impressed with the Turo experience as many had never been part of the Turo app.

My rental was canceled after I was notified by the cohost they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved. They said my ID didn’t match what was on the app yet I had already booked and had 2 trips prior to this one with the same host and used my same ID and not a word was said to me about this supposed issue with my ID. I was almost 2 hrs late for a business meeting and I lost that account because of being late. My client did understand but it didn’t change the fact that they were waiting for 2 hrs while I had to find others means of transportation because my trip was cancelled last minute due to something that I had no clue about. When I called customer support I was told that a supervisor would call me back and they never did anything at all.

I returned the car early and there was no button to say "Trip is done" - I guess it just expired at the regular time. I was a little concerned since I left it unlocked with keys in it, as directed by host. Also unclear about insurance - I declined the Turo ins and the host asked me to send a photo of my auto insurance before the trip. Is this normal? Also a little unclear about where to pick up car, and it was only 3/4 full although the host told me it was full, so I documented with a photo and did not return it full

This was such an awesome concept!! It's convenient, you get to drive cars you want to know more about, you get to drive cars at your economic comfort level, you get to drive cars conveniently located for you and literally everyone I've dealt with has been incredibly nice, great communication and they all keep their cars in great condition. There is a bit of a learning curve, you have to be able to follow directions and just be a considerate person to be in the Turo community but it's been an awesome experience for my Wife and I.

Turo is easy and very convenient to use, pick where you are going, scroll through cars available, pick your car and pay. When you get to your destination, you get a text from wherever you are renting from, where your car is located and how to get your keys. Drop off is just as convenient. Anytime you have questions just contact your host by text. Very easy and convenient!

I must say my first time was amazing. The car was clean and fill up with Gas plus she answers all my questions especially going out city of Atlanta. All cars owner are do like she did, clean car, Gas up, and communicated with the driver. Even though they rent car on app there make be few more questions that they need to ask so keep line of communicated open at all times. If driver see where he can return car early even though he has already paid try to see what you can do I believe you always Want your products sooner if possible. Also if someone renting from you on regular basic give little discount or discount code they can use, trust me if you are giving good customer services they are going tell tell friends and family all about it!

Using Turo is so much easier and cheaper than renting a car. Will always use and recommended. I was really nervous at 1st using someone's car but once I tried it, I found the process to be so seamless and affordable that I use it for every city I travel to.

We flew in very late and all of the rental counters would have been closed. It was very nice to not have to worry about dealing with a late night rental or having to return in the morning to pick up a car. In the past we've had issues using the Turo app to unlock the car so I appreciate that the driver had an analog option so getting into the car was not a worry at all. The car was clean and very easy to access. The host gave us clear directions making everything even easier for our late night arrival.

I tried to get this resolved multiple times Monday. Neither agent could understand what my messages were saying. I selected pay later option and given the date of November 1 that the funds would be deducted from my account. That’s about three weeks from now and exactly what I wanted. Each time I attempted to book a trip I received the message that my funds are insufficient. I’ve used this option multiple times in the past. Why is the system looking for funds three weeks in advance. I selected the car and payment option at the time the money would be in my account. Yesterday I responded to an email from an agent with all of this information. I’m awaiting a response. I really like Turo and have recommended it to several people but this has been extremely frustrating.

I booked a trip to Scottsdale and the owner of the car had to cancel at the last minute so I was on my way to the airport for the trip without a car. It was too late to book something else so I was forced to Uber for the duration of my trip. I understand things happen but this really put me in a bind. This is not a problem with rental car agencies so I will need to take this into consideration for my next trip.

The first car I rented on the island of Oahu should NOT be on your platform. 140K plus miles---The headlight was out, the car barely started, and the owner (a bunch of guys who were running their own business) knew it! They came to where I was staying to fix the light, and replace the battery, but the car wasn't even safe to drive, it was shaking when you hit anything over 20mph! I picked up the car at 8 pm (in the dark) and text them immediately, ONLY drove 5 miles. They came at 8 am... and I returned the car only later that afternoon because I had no ride to where I was staying AND STILL GOT CHARGED AN ENTIRE DAY $52!!!

This is far from my first time using the services of Turo. I have used Turo on multiple occasions and it has always been a good one. From the time of securing the online reservation to the return of the vehicle, the process has been smooth and consistent each time. I will definitely use them again.

This was the easiest car rental process ever. The app allows you to narrow down your choices by price and vehicle trips... the app even allows you to search different locations helping assist with an easier drop-off and pick. The owner was also very helpful allowing me to extend my drop-off time with no charge.

This experience with Turo rep and host are really frustrating. I have not received the promised reimbursement of airport ticket. See details. Turo, please protect your guests and remove this host from your list. A lot of problems given to us by this host, Freddy. He ruined the whole first day of our trip, deceived and lied to us. I will also reach out to US public safety and transportation regarding this issue. It is really traumatizing what we went through, we were physically, emotionally and financially drained. We don’t want another victim on this scheme.

Have enjoyed every one of my Turo rentals over the past 12 months since becoming active. Every time the process has been easy, the prices have been more affordable than what legacy car rental companies charge, and the airport pick up and drop off has been breezy every time. I am dissatisfied with my experience because although the host had great communication before and during the trip, the vehicle was not ready to be driven as it was not sanitized nor cleaned and was making a loud noise occasionally over 60 mph, no freon in the vehicle making the a/c barely blow, and were in Houston. I notified the host and still kept the vehicle despite the lack of readiness due to immediately needing a vehicle to move my things out of storage.

I will only rent cars from Turo! The convenience of the whole process is what sold me. No need for crazy down payments like big rental companies and they are really reliable! I had to rent 2 cars in a week and it was smooth process. I will definitely be renting from Turo whenever I need to travel!

Turo again came through! Being able to pick your vehicle, not just type of vehicle is important to me. Driving a beautiful Audi through the desert was bucket list material. The car was comfortable and sporty for our 1500 miles of driving. The host was responsive and fantastic. All around perfect experience!

I used Turo on a recent trip for business in Grand Rapids Michigan. I absolutely loved the convenience and accuracy of this service. I travel often for work, and I am often in need of a rental car. I find it very frustrating that often you are provided a generalization of the type of vehicle you will get, but you do not get to pick your vehicle. Additionally, even if the vehicle is equipped with Apple Car Play and/or GPS, the rental company charges you additional fees to use this daily. I find Apple Car Play a must for me when I travel, due to the easy and convenient mapping features.

Everything has been simple and easy. Each car I have rented the prices are great. I have yet to run into a host that’s not willing to help. I like it because you don’t have to have all the extras the big rental companies make you have. I’ll choose Turo over any of them any day. The selection is a lot better too in my opinion.

What I appreciate most about Turo is being able to pick out the exact vehicle I want and being sure that's the one I'm going to get when I arrive. As a guest I'd like to be able to better filter cars be features. For example, the Hyundai Palisade. There are multiple trim levels. I only want the top calligraphy edition with the massaging drivers seat and air conditioned seats and am willing to pay more for it. It's hard to search for it though and you have to wade through a lot of regular palisades. I don't think Turo should be penalizing hosts if guests choose not to leave a review.

I was just in Kona, Hawaii for two weeks, and really enjoyed my Kia Turo rental. Great gas mileage, easy Bluetooth navigation, plenty of room! I would highly recommend this vehicle. It was a wonderful experience. I look forward to using you again on my next trip. The pick up and return was really convenient!

Renting from Turo was so much better than rental companies! Nathan was SO helpful and responsive with everything! We had step by step instructions for pick up and drop off and the suburban was SO clean and perfect for our family! We especially loved the dvd player for the kiddos!

I had a very nice experience with Turo. My first time to make things better. It will be nice for the host to meet you at the car. So they can do a walk around the car together instead of taking a thousand picture. The pictures are cool for protection. Sometimes pictures can't always see everything. So if the person is doing, it would be a little bit better.

This is our 2nd Turo rental and the process is very easy. Car was super clean and got great gas mileage. Owner was very responsive. We found the same to be true with previous rental. Turo allows you to pick the car you want, which is significantly nicer with more options than using a rental car agency.

Extreme Auto is a great host, with beautiful vehicles. Very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The CX9 I rented was well maintained and spotless. Great gas mileage, plenty of room for luggage and passengers. Great sound system, surround sound. Bluetooth, Apple car play, navigation system and sunroof. I found dealing with Usman to be an absolute pleasure. He's very professional and friendly with a good sense of humor.

It was easy to choose a car and reserve it. Six hundred miles was plenty for the 3-day rental. When I changed from 2 days to 3 days, the host and site were very accommodating. The car was clean and ran well for the 3 days. Most importantly, I got to see some great fall color and visit some fabulous Maine farms.

Each time I rent with Turo it’s always an easy exchange. The host give clears instructions on where the car is and how to obtain the keys. I have yet to have any issue with picking up the car and dropping it back off. Turo is great and so it most of the host that I’ve encountered so far.

Earlier this year Truro canceled one of my trips based on the car's safety issues. Turo should have offered me vehicles at the same rate that I agreed to pay for this vehicle to rent which was taken away from me I ended up paying nearly $150 more. My last trip I ended up paying nearly $75 in parking fees at the ramp I'm not happy about that either. I've never had to pay so much money for parking.

I told the host I was 15 mins away, 1 min later he canceled the reservation. I was at his gate at his home when he canceled the reservation. You can check the messages in the app. Then I was charged the for the booking as a no show even though he didn't open his gate. This was a scam and if I dont get a refund I will sue Turo and post my experience on every social media I can find.

When my sister recommended Turo, I thought it seemed too risky and feared unprofessional inexperienced lenders of the vehicles and shady issues with the vehicles I rented. In fact my experience with my last two trips, one to Colorado and the other to Phoenix, have proven that the lenders have made this a viable solution to the high priced chains and provide a unique set of older vehicles I enjoy driving. So if you are looking for something beyond a bland econobox and love cars as much as I do, this might be a great option for you too!

I returned the car back the way it was rented to me. The next day I received. Message from Turo stating there was damage when I know there wasn't any. I took pictures all around the car when I dropped it off. Including the roof. I am very disappointed that a person can request this when they clearly have pickup in a park where balls can hit the roof or cars. There is a lot of traffic at that park and this is very discouraging. I'm pretty sure I won't rent from here again and I will also be recommending to my friends and family to not rent from here either or to take current pictures of the rental. Thank you.

I was falsely charged for a smoking fee. Extremely upset as this was a $150+ charge. I am currently attempting to dispute the charge as I had my children in the vehicle with me and do not smoke. The "proof" that was sent to me looks staged and the vehicle smelled of smoke prior to my trip. Additionally I noticed burn holes as soon as I entered the vehicle.

Fast, easy, conveniently located ride rental share app that are located in remotely located places that rideshare Uber-Lyft are not at. They have class, they have style, the vehicle renters are easy to work with. The platform makes problems resolution easy if any should arrive. Far better than that other app that is ghetto. I was so glad I found a Jeep that allowed the top to go down with a push of a button! It was so easy, I had it down every time I drove anywhere. The drive was a lot smoother than I had expected based on negative remarks from other Jeep Wangler drivers. Even with its modified tires, I didn’t experience any discomfort. I booked for 33 days. On the 22nd day I wanted to end the trip assuming I will get some refund because the discount I got was for 2 weeks and more so I still qualified but they gave me no refund and wouldn’t let me undo the change even though it was made a couple minutes before.

Multiple situations in my case were all horrible. I lost the key. It seemed easy enough. Until I was emailed about a $150 smoking fee. Out of habit I put my items under the radio. Since I couldn’t clean the car up before taking back, I was automatically assumed to be smoking in the car. Without any contact to even ask me anything - charged $150! This is outrageous! First and last time with this want-to-be rental agent.

Beautiful car, very easy to drive. Felt safe and comfortable. Second time renting from Turo, this car was much nicer than the other one last year. Super fun to drive a Hybrid, got excellent mileage and didn’t cost very much to gas up. Thank you Dennis, will rent it again if possible.

Yes the car was clean. We like the soli because it’s a solid car that is small and easy to get around in. Herman was a responsive host. The only difficulty I had was getting the lock box back on car when trip was over. Might’ve been nice to have more instructions on that.

Buyer beware!!! In July, 2024, I began the process to rent a car in Portland, Maine, for ten days in October. I was traveling Down east to bury the ashes of my mother and father. Found a car offered by Andre in Portland, on Turo, that fit my needs and rented it. Had to change the original rental dates due to airline changing flight schedules to the Portland airport and did that with Andre's acknowledgement, using Turo's web service. Then, a week before I was to leave on Oct 12th (Columbus Day weekend), the billing arrived. Andre had increased his rental charges by over $300. I reached out to Andre who claimed not to know why his rental charges changed. He directed me to Turo's Help Line. They explained that, after I rented his car, Andre had increased the daily cost with 'surge pricing' to reflect the Columbus Day holiday weekend.

Very good experience. I was so happy. Customer service excellent and the car was so good, nice and clean! My communication with Turo and the owner was easy and I had a good assistant! I can’t wait to make my next trip! Turo is amazing. I suggest every one in the world to come to Turo and the rental car problem will be resolved. I was extremely pleased with my drive, that vehicle was one of my dream cars. The sound was crisp, the ride was smooth. I felt like a movie star. The Genesis G80 is a fine piece of art. I never wanted that rental to end, I must drive it again.

Better than a car rental option. Super quick to get the car, the car was better than expected. Quality and comparison to a car rental place is superior. I won’t be renting a car from another app! Ease of use and being able to rent a Tesla was super easy.

I have nothing but 5 star reviews by hosts and rent a car about 1 to 2 times a month. Turo randomly and without notice/or reasoning blocked me from renting cars all because I used my wife's card by accident on my account to rent a car. I have 7 other cards on my account as well. They said I was fraud and if I want to rent another vehicle then they require a credit card to be put on file. This is the worst experience I have ever had. You would think that they would treat a customer that treats other hosts vehicles as If they are theirs as well as someone who rents vehicles through them often with respect and dignity. I have been treated like dirt via their support team with absolutely no help in this matter and forget about asking for a supervisor because you will never talk to one. I would have highly recommended Turo before this experience but now that I know that they undervalue their customers. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Keep up the great work and don't over think it - you've got something good going on, don't spoil it by trying to do something more or by cramming functions in, there aren't any features more valuable than keeping costs low.

We had a great week in Miami going to the Everglades National Park and the beaches. The jeep was perfect for our needs and the host was helpful and accommodating. Easy pick up and drop off. We would rent from the host again next time we are in town. Thanks for a seamless experience!

If he is available I will always rent from him, he is always on time and very accommodating with any needs I’ve had, I also recommend Turo on several Facebook groups I’m in, I like the fact that I’m member the airport and I don't have to take the driver anywhere and I don’t have to meet at a parking lot.

I love this app, this app is the best app in the world, it's convenient. Everything does what you need to do the whole star very good. It’s just amazing now we can fix is the trip fees. The trip fees be too crazy. It’ll be a lot. They have to cut that down that I love this, I love love love love love love to my friends my sister is my family create a convenient locations all the above.

When godson introduce me to Turo I was kind of skeptical at first but I tell you what. It is the best decision I've made and the service is awesome. The representatives they pay attention to what you're saying and they get to the bottom of whatever the issue is. I wouldn't trade it for nothing and I've also recommended it to a few of my family members and they enjoy the service too so turo is my number one go to rental car people.

The Nissan was in perfect condition, the host was great and very responsive to messages. The car was exactly as listed and very good on gas mileage. Would definitely use this host again in the future if we visit the Fort Lauderdale area again. PS the airport at FLL is very nice and easy to access.

Jeff, is a great host. He always supplies a very clean car and goes out of his way to help. He makes arrangements to pick me up. Is flexible when needed and makes it a pleasure to work with. Have used multiple times and will be using again. I have already booked the next trip.

Karen my host was awesome. Car was clean perfect no problems. Even had to extend my return time with no problems. Would rent from her again. Turo is great for anyone who doesn't want to go through those big name car rental places especially if you don't have extra money for deposit and don't have a credit card only a debit card.

Rented a vehicle and was notified that trip was canceled. Called Turo. They made it right at offered me a different vehicle. Sam was wonderful at communication. The 2024 Kia Carnival was great. Worked for our family of 8 to be together during trips. Would highly recommend Turo. Will continue to use this for all my future needs.

My experience with Turo was a good one. Host was quick to respond to all my questions. It was a very easy pick up and drop off. I definitely rent from Turo again. I have rent from Turo now three times and all of my experiences were great. Turo has cars this trip and most cities I have checked. This trip I rented a convertible Audi, which was spectacular. Great fun driving around Los Angeles with the top down. Looking forward to my next trip and renting from Turo again.

Car was very dirty as he described. He lied on me and said I was smoking. I never smoked a day in my life. He charged my card 165 for smoking and I never smoked at all. He manipulated me and told me he gave me 5* so I can give him 5* when the experience was horrible. If you book make sure you take pictures ‘cause he will lie and put cigarettes and say you was smoking.

Ana is an amazing host. She not only provided a great vehicle, she also helped me to find great places to visit and eat. Her help made our time fun and memorable. I do not have enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude to our host. I would definitely choose to rent from Ana again.

Last car that I rented was dirty and the engine light was on, also another light was on the car was shaky. It smell bad. I feel the car should be clean and without any problems. Also has a big not professional. I feel like he was really rude.

Had some issues with the condition of the first car, but everything was made right and I was given a new car. Turo’s customer service was excellent. They handled everything quickly and efficiently and got me on the road right away. I was very satisfied with Turo’s service and will use them again.

When returning my last vehicle I was charged for cleaning fees for some spilled yogurt on the seat and crumbs on the floor even though the car came to me with bodily fluids and pet hair everywhere. When I contested, I was denied only moments later with no investigation. This is how the disabled are treated!

Only taking a star away because I didn’t have car location info prior to arrival at airport but after I did get the car everything was perfect. They let me extend my trip a few hours to finish up some errands. The tutorials were also very helpful. I needed help with the car return and got through to customer service quickly.

I needed a car for most of my stay due to the loss of my son. The owner was so thoughtful and kind, that he put a little gift box with flowers in it. The car was very clean and was very economical. Thank you. I made sure to clean the car inside and out, as that’s how I received it.

This was my first time using Turo. Had a great experience except customer service. I wanted to understand more about the check in process. Juan was his name. I didn't think he was experienced enough 'cause the information he gave me was different from when l met up with the host. I thought he'd gave me false information. Other than that I would definitely rent from Turo again.

Super easy to get car and drop off car. Host answered any and all questions quickly and was great to work with. Host worked with me on coming in eariler at no cost! So much faster and better than traditional rental companies. Will rent from again. No complaints at all.

Booked a car several weeks in advance for a family vacation in Boston. Vehicle looked good and price fair. While I'm on the plane landing, I get a message I need to upload my license. This never happened for the weeks prior. I sent a text and called the Host of the car, no reply. I received a call from a foreign person stating the driver had cancelled my trip but he would help me after 45 minutes on the phone, NO HELP. Stranded at the airport with 3 other waiting. He promised to call me back with a solution. NO HELP, NO CALL BACK. I took Uber to hotel and rented from a Reputable car rental place. I will never attempt to rent from them again.

Please read the messages with Karbuddys. I thought the person I spoke to was completely unprofessional and through your messaging service. He is a representative of your organization and should not talk to customers like he did. I’m in the customer service business and if I did that I would be fired. Your own customer service helped us out and they were great but the host for Karbuddy was awful

This is not directed at the owner of the car we ended up in, rather completely at Turo and how they did not handle a cancelled vehicle. Our first car was cancelled. We weren’t notified. Found out a day before the trip from the car owner. When I called Turo they said the trip wasn’t cancelled, but it was. She essentially called me a liar, then called owner 1 and found out the car was cancelled/unavailable. She then apologized to me for calling me a liar, and found a subpar car for us to use during the timeframe. I’m still upset and irritated with Turo, and your ineffective customer service and communication. I got a car that was not great for our needs, rather than a minivan. I won’t have a lot of positive things to say about Turo

Good experience, great communication, didn’t expect to have the quick response! Easy pick up location and drop off was great as well. Friendly and a delight talking to. I would recommend to friends and family. Didn’t have any problem. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes to to renting again. I look forward to renting in the near future.

Was a nice vehicle and Adam was great. Just was too confusing with 2 people replying and asking questions. Now I'm getting messages that the vehicle was returned dirty... UM YEAH, we used the vehicle and I have a kid, you should tell us that we needed to run it to a detailer.... But that is why people rent and PAY you. There was no garbage, she stated there was glitter, UMMM I have a daughter. Won't deal with her again but will continue to use Turo when I can. Not my first time and didn't get messages days later about cleanliness. Some advice to her, don't badger your customers after all payment transactions are complete. He was wonderful and very helpful. I paid for the majority of tolls, didn't know I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED but I paid it and it's done.... Good day.

My last Turo rental was honestly a nightmare. Car was good and host was alright. While I had the car, I went downtown to eat dinner and while the car was parked someone hit into the rear of the car causing damage. I didn't notice it until the day I had to return the car. When I returned the car I told them about the incident to one of the guys that worked at the drop off. He took pictures and seemed alright, then another guy that worked there came up to me trying to intimidate me into what happened. So I told him exactly what happened. Would I rent from this host again, probably not. Due to the fact that I dealt with 4 different people during the time of pick up and drop off.

Yes I definitely would recommend Turo AND Nathan's vehicles to a friend. My experience with Turo is always great. The Kia Carnival van I rented from Nathan was beautiful, spacious and clean, a smooth ride, with endless options and just overall a pleasant experience. Can't wait for my next excursion, I'm coming right back to Turo & Nathan! Turo offers a plethora of vehicles in all styles, colors with all the options, etc. It truly is a transaction of ease, comfort, reliability and security. Kudos to Turo & Kudos to Nathan!

I would highly recommend Jessica!!! She was a wonderful host. She was very helpful with all my questions, and so quick to respond. Her vehicles were so nice and clean. (fresh from the car wash) The pick up and drop offs were so simple. I will definitely be renting from her again.

Quick and easy very helpful! Super convenient. Parking directions were clear and easy to find! Customer service was on point. Car was clean and ran great! I was unethically charged a fee without sufficient proof that I violated any cleaning rules. The representative that I spoke to was condescending and put me on hold multiples time over more than an hour and never transferred me to a supervisor. My $150 rental ended up being $500 before this situation was remedied. Though in the end it was resolved, this was the worst experience and I likely will not use this service again.
