When I'm in town on business I always turn to Turo for the best and most economically friendly car rental platform there is on the market today. No matter if you're looking for an economical car, or a sedan for the family or if you're there for the weekend and a fun trip and you're looking for a convertible you'll find it on the turo app!

The host was trying to steal from hard working people. He doesn't reply when you drop off the car so he can lie and say you didn’t drop it off at the right place and charge you 55$. He done it to a lot of people. Turo allows him to do that so I think you guys and him deserve 0 stars. I will not use this app again. Worst experience I ever had renting a car. His name was Alejandro P. I’m not the only person he has done this to. I dropped it off at the location given to me on the app. Nowhere else. He didn’t reply for help nor does he give directions plus he picks a big shopping mall on purpose so he can say you brought it to the wrong place like it’s not his house or anything. We just parking it where we can at the location given. I recommend you ban him from Turo. He’s a snake and you guys let him get away with it.

Flawless rental process, Excellent vehicle as advertised. Always available to answer questions. Even a cost-saving method of bypassing some of the absurd Las Vegas airport fees. Always a pleasure to do business with Turo and its associates. Andy was constantly updating our arrival, driving (across three states), and drop-off since this was my first time in the complex Las Vegas system.

Whenever I travel back home, I'm asked what rental agency I got my car through. I always praise TURO. I've not once had a bad experience. The cars are always good and clean. The hosts are always easy to get a hold of and communication is always easy. I highly recommend them and so happy I found them.

I was able find specific vehicles not available in regular rentals. Insurance cost is decent. App works as it should, most of the time (few kinks to work out). Interface is user friendly, checking in and out is easy to go through. I love the opportunities and value Turo.com provides. Customer service responsive and gets it done.

I have used the Turo app on two different occasions and each time has been very easy. Convenient communication has been excellent. Very pleased by using turo. I definitely prefer to use this app over the big companies. It's a lot more personable and the host cares about your experience.

Host decided to try and charge me for an additional day and late fees for being less than 3 hours. Late and I communicated with the host about the situation and I could extend because the car was being rented out the next day. I wouldn’t have had a problem paying for the late fee, it’s a business, but him trying to charge me for an extra day is insane. I reached out to the host Sudip B. And he stopped responding, wouldn’t recommend. As I’ve never had any issue with other host.

This is the 2nd time I have rented from the Owner listed as Donnelly. Richard is excellent and has the best service. I will rent from Richard again on my next trip to North Carolina. I have often recommended them to my work colleagues and friends in the NC/Greensboro area.

I really liked the service, the vehicle and had a very satisfactory experience. The possibility of picking up and dropping off vehicles at airports is essential for travelers. The quick response is also essential to facilitate communication. I will not hesitate to seek out the service again on new occasions. I really recommend it. Congratulations!!!

Punit's RAV4 is a great vehicle that got excellent gas mileage. Considering the gas prices in California, this vehicle saved me some money. Communication for pickup and drop-off was super clear and timely. I liked the RAV4 so much, I'm thinking about getting one for myself. I'd definitely get his RAV4 again.

Using the app is convenient, with Turo Go, but Turo fees are too high, it’s the same as the price of the car, and that’s even without the added protection. That’s not normal, I can book cheaper from the classic rental companies. And I clearly see that it is Turo who charging that fee, not the host, whose price is very competitive.

Best experience ever! Easy pick up & easy drop off. Vehicle was so smooth and really well taken care of. The family & I felt safe all around. Great communication from host! Love the option to add a 2nd driver as well! 4th time using TURO & it just keeps getting better! Will definitely be back.

Yes l would, host was professional and courteous, vehicle was clean, in good condition and had a full tank of gas. Easy and convenient pick up and delivery location. l have zero complaints with Turo or any of the hosts that l have encountered. Yes l would rent again and recommend a friend.

Great place to rent from. Easy going people, very helpful, I would gladly rent here again. Very nice, clean, well maintained vehicle. He even gave me a ride back to my place after I dropped it off, I had planned to walk a couple to my friends house and have him give me a ride. Goes the extra mile for his customers.

Our first Turo we had reserved canceled the morning of our trip and I was quickly able to find this one and get it booked for an even better price without any hassle. He was extremely responsive and quick to answer questions and add extras that we needed for our babies. Highly recommend as the car was super clean and very nice.

We received excellent service and the vehicle we received was just as advertised. The App was very user friendly & safe. My friends were very impressed and surprised how very reasonable the pricing was. They will definitely try it out. While contacting with the vehicle owners, they were quick and response in resolving minor issues. Making changes with our reservations without problems. I first bought a rental that I was excited to receive then the guy told me that his car had problems and would be in the shop so then I book another car that I didn’t even want but hey a car is a car. So as I’m driving to my destination I get there I turn the car off. I go by my business. Later I come back to the car. I try to start it and it won't start. I inbox the renter and he said he’ll refund me a full amount due to my inconvenience and I called roadside assistance to help me get a replacement and I had to wait 2 hours for that trip to start.

I have had a really good experience with Turo. Each car I have rented has been in good condition and the hosts have been amazing. Easy 1-2-3 check in and out. Definitely recommend it! Plenty of cars to pick from for any occasion, they even have “Muscle Cars” which I plan to use next summer. Don’t miss out, you will kick yourself!

The host I rented from is claiming damage when there is none on the car whatsoever. I have hundreds of photos throughout my rental showing the car in pristine condition. His photos of damage show MASSIVE dents that somehow have no paint damage surrounding them (which would be impossible) and the pictures are not even in the same location I dropped the car at. He has stopped communicating with me. I spent my entire trip caring meticulously for this car only for the host to ruin the entire experience. He left me a 5 star review and waited for me to leave one in return for him to file the damage claim. The photos he posted clearly show damage that is not in any of the photos I posted and they seem to be edited. The host is Vladyslav **. Unfortunately I will never use Turo again due to them enabling scammers on their platform.

Each time I contacted Customer Service, they were able to help and do so in a timely manner. There was seamless communication with the host. At the time of booking I had a wide selection of cars to choose from. The on-boarding and verification process was a bit tedious and glitchy. The booking was easy, though the cost was a bit more than I would like.

The car was perfect for my trip, we had a larger party with 5 adults and 1 car seat. We each had a carry on and one large luggage. They fit perfectly in the back seat with a little room to spare. I loved the easy, convenient pick up/drop off location. Had great communication with Carlos.

Have always hated traditional rental options. Turo’s a perfect solution for those that relate. All costs are negotiated in advance between Turo and car owner. Turo manages the agreement and keeps both parties accountable to their commitment. I like being able to pay for coverage, reserve car seats when available, and the option to cancel before a specific date.

We had a great time with the car we rented from Turo. It was exactly as represented... It was easy to find and communication with the owner was wonderful....we had a great time in Maui and had a pleasant experience with our vehicle. We definitely got our money's worth and gas efficiency was great. I would rent from Turo again...

I have been very lucky with renting through Turo! Great hosts! Excellent cars in great condition! The only thing I would like to see is more cars with unlimited mileage. The extra mileage is very important because you go over it quickly when you go out of town and then the only way to get more miles is to book for another day or two.

Everything was wonderful! Denzel had everything in order and extra attention to detail. Turo did not keep up their end because their door lock/unlock app was not working but Denzel handled all of it for me. The car was clean and full of charge right where he said it would be & everyone in airport knew Denzel and had wonderful thing to say about him & his cars. Thank you!

Ever since I started renting from Turo, I haven’t went back. This is the best app and way to rent a vehicle. No hidden fees, no huge deposits, and no mandatory credit cards. You get to pick the best insurance option for your trip and all the hosts are really nice and informative. I’ll never go back to traditional rental companies. It’s Turo only for me and my family.

I recently rented Bing’s Sprinter Van on Turo, and it was fantastic! The van is incredibly spacious, making it ideal for road trips, moving, or any activity that requires plenty of cargo room. It was clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive despite its size. Bing was an excellent host, communicative and helpful with any questions. I highly recommend renting from him if you need a reliable and roomy vehicle!

Darrin was a great host with fast responses. Car was conveniently located in a lot by the airport with easy to follow instructions. Vehicle was clean and drove nice. Air conditioning worked well and was much needed. Car was excellent on gas. Highly recommend Darin. Will definitely rent from Darin again.

The owner tried to scam me. The vehicle had previous damage. When I returned the car he tried to use old photos saying the damage wasn’t there and they were. He tried to get me to pay him outside of Turo. I would never book with him again. I’ve rented other vehicles before with no issue. The car has cigarette burns on the inside also and damage to the front end. He tried to write a horrible review on my account when he’s the horrible person. I will never do this again!

Darius was extremely helpful. This is the first time I picked up a vehicle at the airport with lockbox. Darius was helpful in leading me to the vehicle and getting on my way. Will rent from him again in the future. Also, was kind and answered me immediately while I was waiting.

Great rental with Turo. Picked up/drop off at the airport in the parking garage, which worked really well for us. Also appreciated the affordable option of renting a toddler car seat to avoid having to carry the heavy seat with our other bags. Would use Turo again in the future.

The host was (is) great, kept things simple and not a lot of wasted time. Instructions are easy to follow and pick up and delivery was simple, made renting a car (van) very easy. Being a host and renting a Turo for the first time makes me think I will use a Turo rental from here on out! Thank you

From the first minute when we met Cameron at the airport to pick up the Jeep from him it was a wonderful experience. The Jeep was in perfect shape and we returned it in the exact same or better shape. Cameron was a gentleman to deal with. I would recommend him as a Turo provider.

First and last time Turo user here. I had a 3 week rental. Everything was good. I returned vehicle. Then I get a charge of $150 for smoking. I am a non smoker. I’ve never smoked anything. Even if I was I certainly would not do in a vehicle I didn’t own. I’ve disputed, but it was days ago and I don’t even know how you would prove I didn’t. Lung x-ray? This is ridiculous and should be illegal. They are just stealing money. I’m filing fraudulent charge with my credit card company.

Consistent A+ service from Turo and the Turo app. The app layout doesn't change all the time like other apps so it’s easy and familiar to navigate. Easy to view and select cars, great support for accessing Tesla vehicles and messaging the owners is quick and efficient. A streamlined experience as always. Bravo Turo team!!!

It was very well Drivable, runs good. I definitely would recommend a friend and will be renting again very soon. I really appreciate when I got there the car was available and the key was left for me. That’s called great customer service and when I return he was so nice and very polite to help me with renting in the near future of what cars I should use for my Jobs

Great rental experience-Turo is of less value-issues with app preventing pick up or check out each time. Multiple added expense after rental agreement started. There is not a value compared to traditional rental options. Seems all disruptive options-ABnB, Uber, Lyft, prime..all start out with price and value quickly using algorithms to increase cost beyond traditional options

I would diff recommend James, he was so helpful to me. The vehicle was small but it was a nice size for me. If I needed transportation again, I will call him. It was easy on gas for where I had to go and the best thing ever, it was unlimited mileage that was so awesome. Thanks, James.

This is the second time renting from Rodney's Rental, and like the first, I had a great experience. Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and easy. Great communication. The team answered my questions in a matter of minutes after sending texts. Rodney's Rentals have become my first choice when needing to rent cars.

Our experience with Zippie was fun, and it got us to and from without a problem. My wife was considering getting a Mini Cooper, and I think this experience helped her make up her mind. The car was zippy, and got great gas mileage. WHen in Phoenix again, I will happily rent again. I recommend this car!

This host was excited. I was very pleased with the car. Love it and will rent from him again. In Turo it gives me a peace of mind when it comes to me running a car, everything is at the push of a bunny. I can actually pick what I want when I can afford and what’s available to me for a cheaper price and don’t have to wait. I would recommend this place to anyway of my friends and family. Turo is a great way to find a car rental for your needs without using a rental agency. For my needs, an older beat up vehicle is better than a pristine newer one and those are hard to find. Had an issue with my first rental but it was more related to the car owner than Turo so no faults to them. All in all quite satisfied with how it works and what you get.

I would never go through a different service to rent a vehicle. It's fast, easy and the host(ess) are always 5 stars. The people that rent their vehicles are Turo customer service representatives, so it's a make or break situation with coming back a second time. Going through the major car rental companies are a NIGHTMARE, so thank you for making a great idea and a positive experience.

Everything went great. The convenience and quality was amazing. The car was perfect for our family size and ran great. The price was better than expected especially in such a short notice. We will be using this again in the future. Whether it be a vehicle with 8 seats or 2 seats.

Unfortunately when we got to our destination my phone died and needed to be replaced completely. I logged in on another device but it sent the two factor authentication to my cell phone number which I could not access. If a second method could be added that would be great should others experience this as well.

Start to finish - our host was amazing! Car was nicer than expected and the communication and convenience of its location were perfect! Add described the process in detail so there were no questions along the way. Have already saved his info to book again with him next time we travel to Phoenix.

We had to wait for an attendant. It appears a few of the folks are multi-tasking. The car is in ok shape except the guys prepping the cars are so busy that they missed wiping down all the windows and windshield. The Corolla is in ok condition but can use some inspections and adjustments.

This rental and the host were great on my last trip. Great communication, great on gas and nice color. The unlimited miles, for the car, is what attracted me in the first place. It was definitely as described and very clean. Easy pickup and drop-off. My overall Turo experience has been a great one. I'll continue to use the platform for my rental needs.

10/10 experience on my Turo rental in Indy. I came in for work and needed a ride. Ben was very professional and quick to respond to messages. The car was dependable and got me where I needed to go. I would recommend using his car if you are in the Indianapolis area.

Overall decent experience. Only downside was the car was a bit older than I expected for the cost. I was also overcharged to refill a smidge of gas. It was at the line just under full by the time I put to the drop off spot. I was charged for over a half tank of gas for that. Really sucked and dampered my first and possibly only experience with Turo.

My recent trip was great. The car was exceptional, was easy to find and in great condition. The communication from YA was great and effective. I would definitely rent from him again. I loved the Mustang. Great on gas, mileage was also good, I loved the Apple Carplay feature as well, navigational map was easy to see as well.

The process was easy, and the car and owner were great to work with. We wanted to try out a Bronco and this allowed us to use one for 5 days and now we are looking at buying one. We will use the service again. The pickup and drop off was easy.

I rented a Toyota Corolla from Lissa, it was an excellent ride! She was kind enough to deliver the car so I didn’t have to take an Uber to pick it up. I would happily rent from her again. Hopefully she’ll have one available at that time. If it’s the same car that will work for me.

I recently booked a vehicle through Turo. Unfortunately, the reverse camera was inverted, which I didn’t realize initially. Trusting the camera's functionality while parking, the reversed display led to a dent, costing me for the repair. While I’m not placing full blame on the camera, I expected a Turo vehicle to be fully functional with modern features that I could trust. When renting, we rely on these systems to be in proper working order for a safe and hassle-free experience.

This is my second time using TURO for car rental. I could not be more pleased with the service. Great selection and communication. The process was simple and was completed while I sat by a pool with friends. I appreciate the reviews on each vehicle that allowed me the option of picking a safe and close vendor.

Overall good - One incident when the Turo sided with the owner versus the client. The incident was reported to the owner. I replaced the tire with a used tire since it was a used tire on it previously. The owner wanted a new tire. The owner did tell the client to purchase a new tire when the owner was contacted. The client paid for a used tire and continued the use of the vehicle. The client had to purchase a new tire when the vehicle was returned.

They have been excellent with every rental. Only things we would like to see is more vehicles available in Oklahoma City. Seems there is not many individuals renting. Mainly companies. Would like to see that change eventually. But the options are much better than what you would get if you were to use a regular rental agency . Will definitely be back. Thank you.

This was my 1st time renting a car using the TURO app. I booked it last-minute yet the price was super affordable & the owner was helpful & responded to all my messages promptly. The whole process couldn't have went any smoother or better. It exceeded all my expectations. The owner was professional & had a laidback personality. The car was just as the picture showed it would be. There wasn't any surprises. I will recommend TURO to anyone who may benefit from using the service. I will use the service again in the future myself.

I was accused of smoking in my last trip and I did not. I took pictures when I checked out because I was accused before and had no proof that no smoking was done. This time, I took pictures and was still initially charged a smoking fee. I disputed it and it was denied and I had to dispute it again and refuse to pay before I got someone to actually look at the pictures. Now, that horrible review is still on my profile and I want it removed.

This is the second time this year that I have used one of Fiona‘s cars and each time I have appreciated and truly enjoyed corresponding with her and using her Subaru Crosstrek. Each time it has been exactly what I needed as far as size maneuverability low gas consumption.. Each time it has been spotless. Easy to find in the parking garage and communicating with her is just a real joy. I look forward to arranging future experiences with her and I just recommend her even though that would limit my availability ha ha ha ha ha ha!!

We have always had great success with Turo. It is our go-to rental car company now, and is much easier and more affordable than the usual rental companies. Every owner has always been very attentive and responded very quickly to any need or question we had. We have used Turo in numerous cities too and always had a great experience.

My trip was awesome, the vehicle I chose was perfect. I enjoyed it and it was clean. I would definitely rent it again, the owner was nice and respectful. A definite rerent. Turo is the best site to find or rent any vehicle. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

We had two couples and wanted to have some extra room to do a little touring during the color leaf change in this car worked out really well. We picked up the car at the airport and she told me exactly where it was at and everything worked out very convenient. The only issue we had was it seemed like the car was very squeaky and we did have a tire warning light that was on from the beginning. Actually barely put any miles on it, but in all everything was very good.

I found an excellent car for my family's recent trip on Turo! The car had plenty of space, premium amenities, and our host was great to work with too. This was my third trip booking a Turo and I've consistently had fantastic experiences, great cars, and wonderful trips because of it!

I had a great experience renting from Matthew. I’ve always wanted to try out a Ford Bronco and was happy to find it available for my trip to Myrtle Beach. Matthew was very communicative and his instructions for pickup and return were concise and easy. The car was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be renting from Matthew again on my next trip!

Gotta say it’s the best app to rent a car, very easy to get access to the car you need or always wanted to drive. They pretty much make the transaction very smooth and have great selection of cars, also the owners that I have encountered have been awesome. I have rented 2 Teslas and both have great experiences, will be looking to rent another in the near future.

I had a great experience with Turo. The system was pretty easy to use. The host was great to communicate with and shared advice on how the process worked considering this was the first time I had used Turo. Easy access to the car in the long term airport parking lot - pick up and drop off. My main concern was connecting auto insurance coverage with my Turo rental. I think if a Turo were able to workout and rental car agreement with auto insurance companies it would make the process that much easier.

Loved it! Will rent again from same person. He was nice, friendly and easy to rent from. Turo is becoming my first choice in rentals since I travel so much.. I ❤️ the extra driver feature. Thank you once again. Ready to book my next rental already.

Great car and great host!! Answered all questions quickly and very professional! I’ve never driven an electric vehicle before so I was a bit apprehensive but after driving this one I will definitely do it again! The charger stations were plentiful and easy to find with the app that was on the dashboard!

I will refrain from using Turo in the future. If you get stuck with a host that is unreasonable, you will get stuck with unreasonable charges after the car is returned. For example, I was charged for violating the smoking policy because I dropped a vape in the car when no smoking occurred in the car. Furthermore I was charged $18 because the host dropped off the car in the parking lot the night before - personally I believe that if you are dropping off a vehicle, you should try to minimize the cost of the renter. Especially since you are charging for every single thing. Many hidden costs. Rather rent from a traditional rental company.

The ease of reserving a car was a plus. The host was very accommodating. I had originally reserved a car through a major rental company and there was so much red tape. I thought well I can try Turo and there were cars available with short notice and not to mention a vehicle I'm familiar with driving. Vehicle was well maintenanced and clean.

Aaron was easy to work with and the car was easy to drive. I would recommend Aaron and use his service again. I was a little late with the return, but under 39 minutes and Aaron kept in contact with me to assure I could return the car soon. I did make it within the 30 minutes and he he happily gave me a ride back to the airport.

Clear instructions on how to go about the process, fast responses, clean car, shuttle from car to car! I lost an item in the car and they found it and advised! Will use them on my next trip for sure! So glad this was my first choice! It did not disappoint! Thanks to Amir and his team!

I’m not sure how the normal car rental places stay in business in some areas. Turo offers better deals with much better vehicles that I get to choose from. The app platform is easy to navigate and painless to use. I know I’m a fan and will continue to use them whenever we travel and need a vehicle.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I booked with Turo. I must definitely say that my experience thus far has been outstanding. The daily rental rates are great and the ability to rent a vehicle without a huge security deposit is definitely helpful. Every host is hospitable and courteous. I definitely have recommended this service to my friend and family. I hope to become a longstanding, loyal customer for many years to come.

Turo app was not functioning properly at check-in and check-out. My pictures did not seem to upload and I had to spend nearly half an hour trying to upload at both check-in and check-out. Later, I found all these duplicates eventually uploaded. App functionality needs to be improved!

We had a great experience with Turo. The vehicle we rented was just as advertised. The check in process was easy as well as check out. Cody communicated all of the instructions well. We will definitely use Turo again for future reservations. We loved the fact that we could pick up the car close to the airport.

Turo has been an amazing app to rent cars from. Renting is fast and easy. Prices are comparable to Budget/Enterprise but you don’t have to put a huge deposit down and you don’t have to use a credit card! The pickups and drop offs have been convenient and local to me.

A little hard to find something spacious and with unlimited miles. Lucked up with what I got before. They only beat enterprise because of enterprises $300 deposit on top of what you pay for the rental otherwise Enterprise is cheaper but Turo is cool. I like it so far but would be better if it was more vehicle lane with unlimited miles. When I travel I TRAVEL.

My experience with Turo was not only better than expected I also was able to contact the sponsors of the vehicle and get answers to questions about the vehicle and the area we were traveling to. I am a huge proponent of Turo as I feel it promotes the individual business of the vehicle sponsor and local business to the area you are visiting.

Vehicle was returned, I was charged a smoking fee for crumbs on the floor. Literally some sand and like grass crumbs from basic foot traffic. Nothing destroyed or not cigarettes butts, no smell, nothing; made Turo aware, they charged my card $200 and won’t refund it or try to correct the error with the host because I explained, "This must be an error. Let’s call the host." They refused. Crazy part is I have a medical condition and I literally can not smoke even if I wanted to. Absolutely no customer service, they left my email on read after they just sent me an email about the smoking policy. Also they charged me for some host literally submitting old tickets from a year ago and was telling me I owe tolls, took about 2 months of arguing with them to get that corrected, they don’t read anything the host puts as proof. They just charge the customer. See the return and beginning pictures they provided and tell me where you see $200 worth of damages.

Vladimir could not have been a better host! Communication was on point, no details left out. Car was as described and well taken care of. It was the first time my girls had been in a Mercedes and a convertible at that! His rates were super affordable, probably less than a commercial rental. We enjoyed this car so much. There was plenty of room and the Drive ability was perfect for me. I am the primary driver, even at home, and I enjoyed driving all over the area. Only thing I had a concern about was seeing out the back window, but removing the headrests off back seat solved issue.

I love using Turo because I get better quality cars and I dont have to wait in line. This was a brand new Toyota Camry. It was pristinely clean. The pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier. Kelly was amazing and very responsive! I would definitely recommend her and rent from her again. The car was clean and her directions were very clear. We arrived late and didn't have to worry about finding the car or not being able to reach Kelly. In addition, she provided instructions on how to return the car and was right there to answer any questions that I had along the way. I chose Turo so I didn't have to worry about the wait in line. My only issue was how long the shuttle took to Park DIA but that is out of her control.

I have only had a few un-savory occurrences. Once a car wasn't available after I had paid and got to the location to pick-up. Turo helped me and waived fees, but in the moment it was awful. One review I received was so not true. That Buick smelled like straight smoke and she tried to say it was me. I do not smoke anything and I have never smoked in my life. Another review I received was because the lady gave me the wrong lock box code and said we had some hiccups. No WE didn't. If she had given me the right code the first time it wouldn't have been any issues.

Turo is great and works out for me when I need it. However, where are the incentives to continue to use Turo and maintaining a 5 Star rating as a customer??? I rented a car that had the lights go off at night on the freeway and was extremely unhappy with how Turo never even offered a gift card, discount, apology, nothing.

The trip was very good except when I came back from the yellow tire pressure light came on. Other than no issues. Plus I got the car back on time 20 mins early. Also my host didn't respond by phone instead of text that would've been nice to be more personal. You know what I mean.

Overall it was very nice and simple! The only thing to be careful is the renter. Sometimes, at least on my experience, the car wasn't as tidy as they sell it. The car wasn't clean, therefore they add an smelling odors to hide with a good smell. Also, the car wasn't showing scratches it does have, which becomes disappointing whenever you're paying for a premium car. I definitely think Turo should have better management of the cars their renters publish; because in my case it was 70-80% accurate.

First of all, I had one of the nicest host on the Turo Platform. His car was clean, inviting and not hard to learn. I was extremely impressed of the hospitality I received when I rented his car. He left us bottled water in the vehicle and did not bother us unnecessarily. He checked on us only when our trip was coming to an end. Our arrival and departure was seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed renting from him.

I highly recommend Ken. Very easy to work with. Avoid the lines at the rental company and go with TURO. Grabbed the car right in the a parking garage right outside of the airport and returned at the same spot. Also a 7-11 right by the airport is great for a last minute fillup. I have a great time in the car. The app is fun and easy to use. I had to put my car in the shop and at the last second I was able to not only book a car but find something I could have an adventure in. The app itself made it easy. The communication with the pick up was easy and streamlined by the app. I like being able to drive dream cars I’ve never thought of at the same time the options far, far outweigh any rental company.

App works well. It was good to have a Turo shuttle in Lihue, HI airport. It was misleading enough as there was a hidden fee for it in the rate. Convenience was good. There was some confusion as our provider had 2 locations and the shuttle did not service both so that part was confusing. That part needs clarity.

We have used Turo twice and have had great experiences. The first was in Seattle in June and the last in Punta Gorda, FL in October during Hurricane Milton. Both of the people we have rented from have been very easy to communicate with and were willing to answer any question or issue that has come up. The vehicles were extremely clean and newer. We decided to Dave some money by picking up the car at the owner's house. Doing so saved $85.00 since airport pickup charges a lot. The Uber was $20 each way. Took a little longer but we were in no hurry. Returning the car was simple and uneventful. Recommend Turo as you save hundreds over regular rentals and car insurance is all inclusive in price.

I was falsely charged for a smoking fee. Extremely upset as this was a $150+ charge. I am currently attempting to dispute the charge as I had my children in the vehicle with me and do not smoke. The "proof" that was sent to me looks staged and the vehicle smelled of smoke prior to my trip. Additionally I noticed burn holes as soon as I entered the vehicle. Customer service is unhelpful & unwilling to be transparent. They automatically side with the host even if your proof is valid. I've had multiple negative experiences with this company, including finding drugs in one of my rentals. This was the last straw!

I booked a Turo car to be picked up at Charlotte, NC (CLT) airport. Following their instructions, my son and I went to the Express Deck Self Park row 2G and the car was nowhere to be found. I contacted the host who did some checking and told me the car was not returned and the next thing I know I got a text saying the trip was canceled. So here we are in the middle of a parking garage with no transportation. We were supposed to be at an event an hour later. The host told me Turo will contact me to set up another car. They did call as we were walking back to the street area. While talking to them, I booked an Uber just in case.

Car was a hybrid Ford Escape, semi clean when picked up with 1/2 tank of gas. The car was adequate for our needs. Did not do a lot of driving. Will continue to use Turo in future trips wherever I can. Have mentioned to friends and they were surprised by the cost savings they could have had.

Not happy about the smoking charge that was added. No smoking occurred in the car. How do I prove I did not? The owner of the car probably up charges others as well just to make more money. So the charges are on and seems nothing I can do about it except don’t rent through Turo again.
