Have used Turo a handful of times and have never been disappointed! Cars are always in great shape and the best part is I don’t have to wait in long lines at a car rental agency! Also, much more affordable! And they even brought the car to us at the airport! It’s a no-brainer!!

Probably my last time using Turo. We had a very positive first experience so I was excited to use it again. Unfortunately, this time around the experience was terrible. We rented a minivan in Hawaii (paid over $1600 for 10 days of rental w/ Premier protection). We drove around the island, parked the car at a resort and rental and drove into town. Paid for unlimited miles and pre-paid gas, though we ended up using less than a full tank during the week. However, apparently, we committed the crime of parking next to a sprinkler during our rental period, which got water spots on the car.

Andrew the host was great! The car ran good and got me to Pueblo safely and on time! I was running late and Andrew was willing to extend my time. I wasn't able to vacuum as I wanted to but everything went as planned!!! I would recommend Turo to all my friends and family! The savings were as amazing and customer service is impeccable!

I really love the idea of Turo! I definitely think it’s the future of new rental cars. Turo is very realistic with the society we live in today and is flexible. Normal rental cars limit groups of customers. Turo was able to take that problem and find a solution for that group of clients that are not able to get a car rental with “credit cards” issues. They are also very discreet so it takes from talking to a customer service operator that may be stressed out and take their emotions on clients and lowers client experience. I love that Turo took advantage of Covid contactless effect. They gave a solution to people's problems of anxiety. Extremely flexible company!!’

We were picked up in front of airport arrivals and met at the departure drop off. Convenient, easy with outstanding communication and support. The car was as pictured, clean and got great gas mileage. It was also much cheaper than using a rental car company - so the experience with the price was a winner. We highly recommend using Turo and will use the service again.

The car was very clean. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. He was thorough with pictures and any previous visible marks. It was a convenient location for me and the car was easily accessible to pick up and return. There were no problems with the car. I prefer unlimited miles but this car had plenty of miles offered.

I love the Turo program. The only I don’t like is I got charged $8.00 because I overcharged the Tesla. At least I brought it back fully charged. At least I should of gotten a heads up. Now I know because I wasn’t told about that and read the instructions on profile the charge has to be 80% or better.

The BMW I had was great. The host Todd was amazing, friendly, and communicated very well with me. I had to extend my reservation a couple times and Todd responded within minutes. My experience was great! Also my experience with Michaels charger was great. Only concern was some maintenance issues with the car. Would highly recommend both hosts!

After paying over $500 for a trip he planted a cigarette in the car stating that it was smoking in the car. Which was a lie to get an additional fee and Turo believed him after sending proof the car wasn’t clean when picking it up. I was told that my side of the story was inaccurate and the host is telling the truth.

Renting this car thru Turo, and this particular car owner, was so convenient, so dependable and so easy — it could not have gone better. And, the car owner was kind enough to let me retrieve something left in the car by mistake. Very grateful for his help and consideration!

Turo rentals have been excellent for us. We especially love contactless pickup, and always have great communication with the owners. Makes trips worry free and easy! Highly recommend. Trip fees can be a little much sometimes, but if you click around on vehicles you'll find that some vehicles have smaller fees and you can decide what works best for your needs and budget. Sometimes we want sporty, sometimes we care more about value. Either way we find something that works.

I rented Rachel's Jeep Renegade specifically because it was red, and the price was great. A friend and I were taking a trip to Austin to visit family. The vehicle was cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go. Rachel gave details that helped me easily locate the vehicle and instructions for the return.

It was raining hard while I was trying to unlock the auto and app was not working. Host promptly returned the call and resolved it. The car was clean and it was in full tank. Returning process was also breeze which saved my time. I would recommend service for future. Thanks.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Booking is easy and picking up and dropping off the car made a huge difference in our trip. It was right at the airport. The car was clean and the host was very communicative. Will continue to use this service anytime I need to rent a car.

I had to change my payment method with my booking that was at the end of July. I notified my host to let him know, he was OK with it. I would cancel and rebook right away. The trip fees were an additional $50 that the host was unaware of. He asked me to call support. Support promised a response within 2 hours. 48 hours later I followed up. I finally received a message 24 hours later stating it's their policy to charge more when you cancel and rebooked. Basically a penalization. They are firm and provided no resolution. My booking was for over $1000. They would rather lose me as a customer for $50. Terrible service. I feel bad for the host, because it's out of his control. Just a money grab on Turo's part!

Car was nice. Clean. Everything was easy access. I will recommend them. I really enjoyed the car. The price of the car. If you text with questions they respond quickly. Very prompt. I have no complaints. I highly recommend. Thank you for having the car nice and clean. Thank you for answering all questions I had.

Emik’s GMC Denali was in excellent condition and very clean. It suited me and my family’s needs perfectly. Emik was excellent with communications and delivering the vehicle to us. He also did an excellent job when it came time to turn it back in to him. We will definitely use the Turo service again. As a matter of fact, we have already booked another trip for the end of the month of June.

I rented thru Turo with A1 Car sales. I can't complain. From communication to pick up to drop off, they are on top of everything. They communicate for everything which I loved. Easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond. I will definitely used them again. Love the staff and the service.

I thoroughly enjoy using Turo and recently rented again. Being able to pick up and drop Off a vehicle with flexible timing has made it so convenient for my schedule. I love that there is a wider array of vehicle selection to pick from and that it helps individual people also. I have had no issues even when a claim had to be made for a rock hitting my windshield heading home. On my trip. Turo customer service team made the process super easy to use.

I've rental on multiple occasions now; my hosts were fantastic, cars were great, rental fees also good. What really gets to me though; what really makes me want to say forget it each time, the trip fees. I'm not sure how those are determined but it's ridiculous, in most cases the same price as the car rental fee. So, hypothetically I find a car for $50/day, in actuality it's $100/day, insane. If it wasn't for that my review would be 5 stars on everything.

Super easy pick up and return! Very responsive and very worth it to get the return at any level fuel upgrade!! Loved the truck. It was very nice to drive and very comfortable. Sound system wasn’t super loud but that’s okay!! The truck bed was large and fit a lot of items. I would suggest using bungee cords. It was very helpful!

The car was in great shape, and a joy to drive! The owner was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this vehicle and owner to anyone traveling to Houston Texas in the future, and will look for them when I return. I rented a 2018 Mustang and it looked wonderful, sounded great, and ran terrific. It has all the gadgets and doodads, was great to drive as well as fun. The driver made it easy to find in the garage, and was very friendly and helpful any time I had a question or concern.

Perfect vehicle rental! Great communication. Easy pickup and drop off. Sedona Van was as described. Would rent again. A/C worked. Great gas mileage. Plenty of space for my daughter’s golf clubs and our luggage. Went above and beyond to make it easy to pickup and drop off the vehicle. Can’t wait to go back to New Orleans next year and rent it again.

What a wonderful experience. Great communication from Robert. The car was a 45 second walk from baggage claim in San Jose. The lock box was very easy to access, store, and put back on the car once the trip was over. The car was immaculate and a pleasure to drive. I will use Turo again and will certainly look forward to working with Robert again. Super fast communication. GREAT.

Marlon was awesome to deal with throughout our whole experience. We were delayed by a day with our flight being cancelled and everything worked out great once we reached our destination. The vehicle was clean and in good working order. We would definitely rent from him again. Thank you, Marlon!

Thank you for providing a great services. I have booked three times, and each time was hassle-free. Any questions I had they were answered quickly. I truly enjoy Turo services, I will use this service anytime I need a car. I will most definitely recommend.

I’m grateful I found a nice car nearby with good communication with owner and it’s was reliable and helpful at a wonderful prices for 10 days. I only needed while my vehicle was being serviced and I only had to drive it locally, they gave me 2000 miles free but I only used about 220-250 miles. Thanks to Frenz ** for all your help and great price and reliable vehicle.

I'm overall very pleased with the app experience and the booking experience with the host. The only thing I really don’t care for is how long the security deposit takes to refund to my account. But besides that, I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. The host was very helpful, polite & made the pickup and drop off as seamless as possible.

The car worked well for us. The car was clean and full of gas when we picked it up. Francisco responded promptly and with very good details. He told us where the car was located and how to get to it by taking a shuttle. Pick up and drop off was very easy.

This was the first time I rented from Turo. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The scheduled pick-up for the vehicle was completed at the right time. The owner met me at the location, to go over the details of the car. He was very accurate and professional.

I love this app! I use it at least once a month when I go out of town. I have the choice to pick up from a private location or have a vehicle delivered to the airport upon arrival. It is very convenient and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The app overall is really good and easy to use. Car selection is wonderful as well as the details on what you’re renting. While I rate the app and the general process high, the fees associated to renting are too high. Turo needs to really reevaluate the fees associated to renting.

I have had a great experience with using the Turo platform. It is a seamless and easy process to access vehicles and the hosts I have rented from have been great to work with. I had one issue recently with a vehicle, but the host responded quickly and replaced the vehicle within the hour.

This was my second experience renting a vehicle through TURO and I am never, ever, ever, going back to the conventional car rental companies, The vehicle options are plentiful and you are guaranteed you get what you reserve. The checkout and return was a breeze. No lines to wait in or paperwork to fill out, everything is completed before you pick up your vehicle. Changes? Easily done. I wanted to add an extra day to my rental and it was only a matter of messaging through TURO and it was done. Rent with confidence from TURO.

Everything went great. It took a bit to get to the location from the airport, taking a train and then an Uber, but super quick to pick up the car. The car was in great shape, and worked perfectly for our 7 adults. Clean inside and out. The return was also super easy.

I had a wonderful time driving the car around. Car looked great and the inside of the car was well kept. It drove really well so I imagine the maintenance is on point. From the moment I booked I was in contact with the owner. They were clear and precise in their instructions for the pick up and drop off. 5/5. I've been a dedicated customer for some years now, and I must say Turo always has the best deals! And Lowest Prices from my experience. All the vehicle owners have been courteous and reliable with communication. I highly recommend Turo for all your travel needs and to all my friends and family!

I used Kevin’s Toyota 4Runner rental. The vehicle was in good condition but was billed after the trip. I needed to paid for share ride services. Need to be more transparent with customers. Remove subjective and hidden fees. Traditional car rental are cheaper and more transparent. I never had this experience with another Turo location.

Everything was good. Quick and easy. Car was very clean. Host was very nice. She responded really quickly to text messages. I will rent her cars every single time. She very nice about everything. Car runs very good.

So far I have had responsive host and well maintained vehicles. I did have one host who was a no show which was a disappointment. He never responded or communicated the reason. Turo helped with that but ensuring that I was not the one penalized. I did not however receive compensation for the Uber I had to take back home. I will however continue to use Turo because it has been easy and convenient.

This message is directly to Turo. I understand that this is a business and that the business has to make money but what I don't understand is how is it the business make more money than the host. It should be no way. The trip fee cost more than the actual rental but all of the hosts that I've dealt with are awesome people. Very clean cars. Reliable.

Chase was very responsive and helpful. The Fiat was immaculate and a very fun and sporty car to drive around the Denver area. It gets great gas mileage. I only had to put less than a 1/4 tank in after driving it for 4 days. I would definitely like to rent from Chase again. Thank you Chase for sharing your car!

Turo has been a helpful and convenient option and is cheaper than most other rental companies. The app is easy to use and I haven’t had an issues with any of my rentals. I have been able to easily find cars nearby and all of the hosts have been great to work with.

I have rented 4 time with Turo. Three times in Connecticut, same car, owner Mike, and one time in Florida. Our experiences with both people have been excellent. Mike has always been very helpful with the process of picking up his car and returning it. We have always been very pleased with his vehicle, very clean and has many upgrades.

I love Turo. It help me around and handling some business and I will definitely recommend to families and friends some time. The price can be so high but it definitely worth it. Thank you Turo. Since we do not get a heads up notice prior to technical issues with our cars, we need a solution at the last minute typically. Turo has been great for me to find a last minute reliable vehicle that fits exactly what I need. Each host I have used has been great and easy to work with. Highly recommend the Turo app!!

Vehicle was ready when we arrived and owner met us within a couple minutes upon our return. Nice clean comfortable ride. Vehicle was free of dents and scratches. Interior and windows clean and free of dust, dirt, hazing. Obviously well taken care of vehicle. Satisfied our needs for maneuvering Vancouver BC traffic. Working with Turo is easy, practical and affordable. I am using Turo every time I can and absolutely love it. Our Turo experience was great! The car was easy to find at the airport. Being able to pick up from there was really convenient for us. We drove it all over Arizona and it was a great car. Took it through the car wash before dropping back off at the airport.

Leonard and his Tesla Model Y could not have been a better experience. Leonard was readily available if I needed any assistance with the vehicle and offered many helpful recommendations and resources to enhance my driving experience. The Tesla was AMAZING. It is easily the best vehicle with the latest technology I have driven. The app made the rental process very easy.

Went on Turo to rent a car 2 weeks ago and ended up renting from the same person (different car) that we did last year. Very easy to get car and to drop off. Owner very easy to deal with. All went well and very happy with the whole process.

Last rental was very unpleasant, due to the host having a lack of understanding to my own circumstances and I never will use Turo again because the fact they taking her lies and not letting me tell my side of the story before deeming my account inactive. And also they lied and said I’d get a full free day of a rental after my 10 trip but only offered a small amount in a promo. Lots of red flags. Will use other rental agencies but I think my relationship with turo is halted.

I had been canceled twice the very morning that I was supposed to pick up vehicle, so I quickly looked up another vehicle to rent and supposedly I had another car and 15 min later it was also cancelled. This had never happened to me before... so I did contact the number given by Turo, the lady was very cordial and helped find me a vehicle.

I find the app easy to use and the host was very responsive. I have previously used the same vehicle and it continued to be exactly what I needed. Vehicle was perfect for my needs and host was great. The only negative were all the reminders about getting the vehicle back on time through the app. I use Turo to grab a car when I need one due to repairs or whatever else pops up. My plans are carefully planned to make sure that I get the car back on time sometimes while trying to navigate family, work and traffic schedules. It's not a major issue, just adds a little more stress that I don't necessarily need in those moments.

This was my first time using this app to rent a car, although I wasn’t fond of the limited amount of miles which cause me to pay additional fees. Overall I would recommend using this method for renting a vehicle. It was hassle free, the place where I picked up the car was cool, and returning the vehicle was easy.

My second trip where I rented a Turo. What a great owner Timothy was. He was communicative and he was very helpful and overall nice human. 10 out of 10 I would rent a Turo again. I think the value to me is having interaction with positive people that really want to help. And that’s what this service is all about. Connecting good people with good people. I can’t wait to get back to Montana because I will definitely rent from Timothy again.

I had no problems with my trip, and as for the rented vehicle, it met my expectations, an excellent car, economical and reliable. The vehicle was also at the agreed time and agreed location and also had an easy toll pass, which made my journey much easier, I didn't drive many miles, it was just for visits to restaurants and shopping centers.

Such an easy experience! I got to use a super nice car and the owner of the car was super helpful and easy to work with. Will definitely use this over traditional rental cars. My friends were surprised at how cool the car was and I want to use this again.

I have loved using Turo. So glad for the services and great host I have come across. So far I have used about 4 times and I can see myself using it more. I love how hosts respond in a timely manner and the app is so easy to use.

The host was very helpful and pleasant, help me out when my flight details got changed. Turo customer service and the host worked out the best and smooth solution. As soon as I knew that I needed to extend my stay, I contacted the host. The host had already booked the car out to another guest. The host figured out how to get me another car so I’m not stuck without one. Would definitely rent again from Turo.

Excellent customer service and a great car. I will surely use again and recommend a friend or relative. Good car condition and Great vehicle gas mileage. Excellent for inner city driving. The value of the car was great with no hidden fees attached other than the TAXES. The pickup and dropoff was very convenient to my home which made it a huge plus.

Overall I was pleased with everything. The only complaint that I have is the gas issue. I misread the odometer and I was short 2 gallons. The owner went to fill up the car and the $6 transaction turned into a 17. That way too much money for 2 gallons of gas mistake. After I paid for 3 days use of the car and had to drive it back to the point, I think $6 is fair. Not 17.

My family rented a vehicle for our vacation. The day we went to return the car, traffic was horrendous so I requested an extension in time over 6 hours in advance of our vehicle return time. They did not respond in regard to a time extension and charged us by the minute for being 42 minutes late. Because we were late and didn't receive in extension in time (though the app sends automatic messages through the trip saying to avoid fees ask for an extension ahead of time) we were not able to clean the car from a sandy beach day. Thus, receiving a cleaning fee in addition to a late fee of an additional $165. I contacted Turo in regards to disputing the late and cleaning fees being unjust and they sided with the vehicle owner and refused to return my money. I won't be using this company in the future and wouldn't recommend using them.

Great and perfect experience. I would definitely be using the service you provided again and the renters were great and very nice with the vehicle they provided for me to use on my family trip perfect. I love this app and the services that are provided here, thank you and me and my family are totally happy and felt accommodated.

Customer service was very good. The car was in good shape, nice and clean. Economic. All recommended to other people to rent. I enjoyed it the days I had it. I will surely recommend the vehicle to friends and family. I’m staying in Texas and I went to visit my family in California and it was a great car.

Using Turo has been a great experience. Easiest way to rent a vehicle for any budget with many selections to choose from. No more waiting in line after getting off a plane. The only draw back is the crazy fees that Turo is charging for the service. I would still highly recommend Turo as a car rental of choice.

Okimia was very prompt while picking me up, even though I missed my flight. She made my time going and coming back a breeze. The car was very clean and the gas was very sufficient for the traveling I did on Oahu! I would totally do it again. The prices are reasonable for a born and raised Local.

Have been using Turo to help my business, taking clients to events, or transport to airports. Occasionally, vehicle owners disappointed me as to the condition or safety of the vehicles. One particular owner blocked my future use from his cars because I honestly rated the poor condition of his vehicle. For most vehicles however, I have been happy with the cars.

I loved Turo. I enjoyed my experience. The car was accommodating for my family my children and friends. It was a good car. I had limited miles, but I was able to get to and from all the places that I wanted to take my children while we were on vacation in Texas.

Turo has been great! Easily flip through cars and find the car that best fits our needs. I do wish I could contact the host pre booking so I can be sure that the right amount of car seats and/or the right kind of car seats. Just love using this app though!

Great car on highway and local roads in Sedona. Great contact with host—quick and helpful. The pick-up and drop- off procedures made it super-easy at beginning and end of trip. I plan to rent from this host again. I don’t know what more to say about a very good experience. Phoenix airport rental cars usually require a long wait, shuttle, etc. This was much better.

Richard is a great host who communicates in a timely manner. Richard’s vehicle is clean and well maintained. Richard’s cybertruck will have people amazed and picture ready. I would definitely recommend Richard and his vehicles any time. I can’t wait to drive with Richard again. Thank you for your great customer service!

The guy overcharged me said I smoked in the vehicle when I don’t even smoke so no I’m not happy at all and I am disputing the charge and I will not be using Turo again. I don’t have money to just throw away not to mention it was brought to my attention 3 days later.

It was easy to make a reservation and to access the car and return it. I had a very good experience and would do it again. This is actually my third time going through Turo. My son rented a car last year and my husband and I did the same earlier this summer. We have become familiar with the plan.

It would be better if you could sort by total price. I want to find the vehicle and have it sorted from total out of pocket from lowest to highest. One car looks cheaper then there is fees that make it more expensive. There needs to be a sorting feature for total out of pocket cost. Fees included in the sort. Thank you.

In the few months I’ve been on this platform I Have only had one bad experience with a host but customer service was so helpful in fixing the issue. The fees seem a bit high but for the convenience it’s worth it! There are so many hosts in my area, there’s always a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Easy to book, every time I’m traveling always come to Turo. Nice car, great service, I’m happy my friend told me about this app, I will always come back here, I tell all my friends about Turo because we used to pay too much for rental and we didn’t even get good car.

A friend of mine suggested this app to me. She said it was a total life saver when they were in Seattle! So I gave it a go here in Arizona! Be selective, read reviews, go for what you need, what fits your budget and make sure you keep communication with host. I've used the same 2 hosts in my short experience and both are amazing! They responded in quickly and helpful. When I am in need of a vehicle I will surely be utilizing this app!

Chase was a great host to deal with. His communication went above and beyond from start until finish. Originally I booked another one of his cars. He suggested this Kona instead for my travel purposes. We are nothing but grateful for our experience with Chase using Turo! The Kona had great gas mileage and all the new features.

VW ID.4. Vehicle was available, host was exemplary. First time driving an EV, car was 2023, cute, clean and fun to drive. Needed to adjust pick-up and drop off times, messaging was quick, reply prompt and facilitative. Will definitely utilize Turo for future trips to Austin. Unlike commercial rentals, the right size car was available @ reasonable cost.

I have used Turo twice for my trips to Illinois. I have had wonderful experiences and no issues. My last experience was May 14 2024 to May 29 2024, Danuta met me at the airport to drop off my car. it was lovely meeting her and she was very friendly and most accommodating. Drop off was just as smooth, when I arrived she was waiting and again very friendly. The car was a 2020 Toyota Corolla which was in great shape inside and out. Rode well and I had no issues. Would use them again when I travel back to Illinois. Thank you for a great experience both times and I highly recommend to my family and friends.

I parked the Tesla I rented in a parking garage at a charging station so it could charge. I didn’t know you have to remove the car out of the space immediately once it’s done charging. I received a text from the host the next day telling me I could be charged if the vehicle stays parked at the charging station. Had I known I wouldn’t have left it in the space but the host neglected to provide the information to me PRIOR to renting or picking up the vehicle. I was charged $137! He lied and said he called me after he received an incident report. I never received a phone call. I’m furious and he should pay the fee since he never informed me. I will never rent from you guys again.

The hosts are always amazing. It’s typical to run into issues but most of the guests have been accommodating & never have an issue with an extension. If only the customer service from the app was just as great it’d be an amazing company. I was passed around to at least 5 agents before my last issue was resolve, but nonetheless it was fixed.

I just wanted to say this was by far the best experience I've had with any car rental. It was cheaper than most. Reliable and trustworthy host for my trip. Safety of the ride and no problems going there and back. I love it and would truly recommend. Enterprise, Uber, Hertz, etc doesn't compare. Again, I'll definitely recommend. Wayyy better!!

I was charged for 3 hour parking tickets with this rental and when I contacted Turo they did not help me in any way but told me that I was responsible for the ticket no matter how long the host wanted to leave it in parking. I will never use Turo again.

Great vehicle and communication. Would recommend. A little higher price but nice vehicle. I would rent from them again. Hope to get more Toro vehicle rentals companies or people like them. I just wish that there was a better price point on this vehicle ran good and was reliable. When I returned to Orlando I would rent from them again in the future.

We had a good trip. Ryan was easy to communicate with for pick up and drop off. Didn't need to communicate at all during the trip. The pick up was a little different than what we have done in the past, but it worked out just fine. Drop off was easy.

I have used Turo multiple times, and it’s always easy to use. The prices are affordable, and there are many options when deciding on what kind of car you need. You can filter on price, mileage, car options, etc. I’ve found that in the end, it’s actually cheaper to go through Turo rather than other companies.

This was the perfect rental for our journey in the Four Corners region. Clean, spacious, easy to navigate & easy on gas. Mikey’s excellent service made the experience the best I’ve had yet! I have confidence in TURO more & more because of Mikey’s management. I hope to use his vehicle again in the near future.

Had a fun trip, no issues with Jeep, easy pick up. Nice Jeep, good gas mileage, would rent again. Our host was clear and easy to communicate with. The car was in great condition and we love being able to skip the car rental counter and have a seamless trip. This is our second time renting this vehicle and we would happily do it again. We are a family of five with kids from 11 down to 1 year old.

Daniel's highlander was a great vehicle to use while on a girls trip. It was enough space in the trunk for our 3+ suitcases and then some. The car was fully loaded and it was in great shape. Obviously it is a well taken care of car. Daniel was very professional and kept in great communication. I will always book with Daniel, when in Texas.

The host Andrey made checking in and out so simple. Responded within 15min. Clean car, smooth ride. I will be renting from Andrey in the near future. The host gave me a car with a messed up tire and I still had to pay even after I paid to get it fixed. Turo still had me pay again 122$ and blame me after his wife told me on the day of the pick up the car had issues but nothing to worry about and still I had to worry about tire.

Clean interior, smooth ride, easy access. Host has a good response time. Would definitely recommend. Although the interior smells like dog, the interior was definitely clean. Was able to get to my destination with ease. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Dropped off the vehicle a little late and there were no issues.

Turo is pretty good, I had my car waiting for me at my hotel twice, once when we landed from Seattle, and when I was in town for a meeting trip, so I like using this app, thank you guys for making this app, it’s easy to use! ☕️ So far this is the only place I’ve rented a vehicle from, and I don’t know what to say about the other places, but this app makes it too easy. Justin was very helpful! When trying to arrange for a pick up near my home, he gave me clear instructions about contactless pick up...and that's the way that it worked. When we returned to town early, he accommodated our request for an earlier-than-planned drop off, even though it was on the Memorial Day holiday. The van has seats that can go down into the floor, if desired. We lowered the back seats into the floor and had plenty of room for suitcases and a rollator walker, with plenty of room to spare. The car was clean and the gas tank full. Would definitely rent again.

Loved everything about the experience. Much more enjoyable than standing and waiting at a traditional rental office. Very quick, convenient and easy to use. The people at the location were very friendly. The day I was to return the car I decided I needed one more day. They were very happy to accommodate my request even on such short notice. I couldn’t have hoped for better customer service.

Nathan was the best host I've come across, very understanding and accommodating. However, the customer service of Turo is below average and are not willing to resolve any issues. I requested to add the standard protection 2 minutes after checking in and they declined. That is not cool. I called the customer care and requested them so many times but they were extremely rigid about the policy and was not able to accommodate my request. If you are able to increase the insurance during the trip then why let me add within 15 minutes of checking in??

Hello. It was good until the end. I was absolutely 100% set up by my host Shivek! He made fraud pictures. Turo charged me 150$ for smoking cigarettes and marijuana when I cannot even smoke. I carry a CDL and we drug test regularly. He literally put cigarette tobacco in the cup holder and ashes on the floor, and took pictures. I feel setup because he knew I was pressed to take my flight and he could not meet me to check in the car. Also I was suspicious off the start because he told me I don't have to take any pictures when I first picked up the car because he already handled it. I told him that my app required that I do take pictures. He got a attitude with me but at the time I thought no Big deal, because I read his reviews and they seemed decent. I was wrong there.

Great experience. From the start our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and gracious enough to park the car in short term so we had easy access. The car was clean, comfortable and very nice. Turo was a new experience for us although we have encouraged many family members to use this service in the past. We were very pleased and would highly recommend renting from Tessa and David. We did have a hard time contacting customer service both online and over the phone but we can't fault our hosts for that.

CC was a great host and very prompt on responses. She my friend but I also enjoy doing business with her because she’s just an overall great person and very reliable. The Jeep was definitely a joy to ride down to the beach for Memorial Day weekend. The weather was perfect, so it was nice to have fun vehicle!

I would definitely recommend to anyone. I’ve never had problems with the trip but for some reason it doesn’t allow me to book a trip. Still trying to figure this out.. Before this problem, I really loved the app. The prices are fair but I can’t seem to get thru with customer service.. This is a bummer!!

Our very first experience with Turo was very good. The host was very friendly, great with communication, accurate, etc. We didn’t feel rushed in meeting up with our host as we had some questions regarding driving an EV for the first time. So we felt more at ease driving it.

There should be discounts for 5 star customer because the total amount of the vehicle be a lot. The customers should get promo codes from time to time that use the platform consistently. For example those that Don’t get into accident, have great reviews from owners and no complaints. Basically rewarding for following the guidelines.

I've used Turo locally too when I need a bigger car when family is in town or if I need a pickup to haul something. The Turo reviews are helpful too since they accurately give me an idea of the rental to expect. I really appreciate this alternative to large agencies.

Great experience renting from Turo. Very easy online verification with well designed communication capability in the Turo app. Everything was easy, check-in, check-out, payment terms and host was exceptional with instructions. I’m certain to rent another time. I now prefer using Turo over major auto rentals when needing transportation local to my home.

Soon as I returned the vehicle cleaned I never thought to look under or pull up the seats prior to me picking up the car. I sent pics, there wasn’t anything wrong upon returning them all of a sudden they saw I was an officer and **, I start getting accused of different things. When nothing was wrong with the car when I returned it. I submitted proof.

We have used Turo a few times and have NOT been disappointed with the vehicles we borrow. Everyone has been great. The communication has been great with all of the owners. And they have been very helpful. All of the vehicles that we have rented have been very clean. We are always able to find a vehicle in Turo that meets our needs.

It’s very disappointing to be customer who uses Turo app frequently and to attempt to get charged for something they didn’t do. Just because a host reports and Turo doesn’t even bother to look into the host and check their background they automatically assume the host is right. I don’t smoke and if I did what human leaves behind evidence. Please make it make sense. It’s obvious customer was upset that they had to pay for a tire that I had a flat in the vehicle reached out to host and still no response. Very disappointing that I was a 4.9 guest to be taken down to a 4.3 off lies.

Audi 2*seater was Fabulous. I went to an All white event in Kent. I live in Ballard & the car was in Renton Highlands. I Looked Phenomenal getting in & out of the drop top All white. The host was awesome, I was able to communicate with him 1st try calling. Will rent again!! Thanks.

I've booked through Turo a few times and each time was a breeze. The car was easy to find and book through the app. The car that I booked was exactly as described and a joy to drive. I picked the car up at the airport and returned to the airport, much quicker than if I went with a traditional auto rental agency, and I drove a much nicer vehicle for less money, can't beat that!!

Great experience from the start! We had the car dropped off at our hotel, for an extra fee, and then met curbside at the airport. Our flight was delayed and they were fast and responsive to adjust the time. It could not have been easier. Car was great and clean. We have already recommended Turo to several family members and friends. Pricing and convenience and the fact that you are guaranteed the car you book made it a no brainer not to use a typical rental car company.

I have used Turo twice, both with the same host. It has been a great experience. I love being able to rent a Tesla and make it like my own car and not have to worry about using a key or waiting at a desk to get a rental car. And I can pick it up at the airport. Would definitely do it again!

So far, the car I rented was an absolute dream. Turo is highly affordable. Way better than going to a normal rental car place and paying hefty fees. I love Turo by far. Definitely recommend! And you can book anytime of the day. Only thing I don't like about Turo is the mileage add on fees if the car isn't unlimited miles.
