I have not received my deposit back that I put down on the car. It’s no reason it should take this long and I’ve been trying to contact you guys about it now. I’m leaving a review. The car was cool. The host were fine but where is my money.

I had a great experience using the Turo app to schedule a private vehicle rental. I was able to rent a custom Jeep Wrangler that would never have been available from the big car rental companies. Thanks Turo!

Communication with the person I rented a car from was amazing. Got to me quickly. Car was nice. Clean. Great. Overall great experience. Thanks Joshua. Would definitely recommend renting from him again. He was understanding regarding my delays in my flight. Was able to still get my car there on time.

This was my first time working through Turo, and it was a great experience. It obviously is dependent on the owner that you work with, but Jason was very responsive and made the experience so positive. It was a fun car to drive and the pickup and drop off couldn’t have been easier.

My host was very upstanding with great communication.. My trip was good. No problem with it at all. The car drove great. I really enjoyed my trip. I will choose my host again if I have to make another trip. Every thing was great. No problem with the car or the host so I would I to say thanks so much for your service.

I had a great time driving Gabriel's 2024 Honda Civic. Great communication overall with Gabriel, he always stayed in contact with me and if I ever needed help I could reach out. I would definitely rent from him again. He has other cars I could rent and it would make me happy.

Wonderful, professional and easy. I use Turo over and over again. Turo have been safe and reliable. Their site make it easy to find a vehicle that’s nearby and is very easy to use. The companies with the cars have great staff and pleasant. Good customer service for problem solving.

The best way to “test the waters” as you are doing your own research for a specific type of vehicle. Turo is dependent on the owners to make a good experience for the renters and to be a convenient place for renting a vehicle. I wish there was a less expensive way to rent a really nice sports car but I get it that the more money you spend the more you get.

A great convenience when you need to rent a car for whatever and whenever. I love the different selection of cars, trucks, SUVs and more. The app is very easy to understand and use. I highly recommend Turo for all your car renting needs. I wish there were more apps like it!

A great ride. Zippy and comfortable. Nicely maintained and clean. Would certainly rent from this host again. He was quick to respond and very accommodating. He responded within hours to our questions. Pick up and delivery were convenient and simple. The cost was reasonable for this great car! And IT WAS RED!!! This was my first experience with Turo and it was smooth sailing. The host was absolutely amazing! Very responsive and it could not have been nicer. We did this for my daughter's senior prom and everything went perfectly. Would absolutely do this again and have recommended the same host to my co-worker that is about to be go through all of these things with her own daughter.

I paid the car for 4 days but decided to take it back early on the day, but I was late for 1 hour since I couldn't lock the door and was in contact with the owner. They charged me for 1 hour late and other fees that I don't know what they were.... They charged me $45 extra and we went back and forth via email with no resolution but I saw the charges on my credit card which I am going to dispute.

I had a great experience with the availability of vehicles. It was real easy being able to rent the vehicle, the response from the owner when I needed help and access to the vehicle. Vehicle was great on gas, very clean and had a lot of space. The owner was very friendly and she was responded fast and very helpful.

I enjoyed the car, it was clean and it was full of gas. Everything was as advertised and I appreciate Leo the host. When I needed him, he answered my question clearly and he was able to be reached at any time. The location was easy to find and the pick up and drop off went smooth.

The Convertible Corvette was a definite head-turner wherever I went, and was well-maintained, and in great condition. I had an awesome experience with this Corvette, host was super accommodating and friendly! I would highly recommend. Perfect car to cruise around Florida. Felt like the car made my trip so much better, and although I've rented this car twice, I would rent it again in the future.

The entire Turo rental process was well communicated and easy. Cody did an exceptional job of communicating where to pick up his car. He communicated in a very timely manner and very clearly. He always responded to my questions within an hour. The car was very clean at pick up.. I highly recommend renting from Cody!

The car was very clean, great maintenance, easy to pick up and drop off, communication always easy and fast response from host. Service was convenient and accurate. I literally feel that the car was my own. I do like that Host does everything to accommodate you. I asked to extend my trip 1 day and he accepted right away. Definitely will recommended it to friends.

Rented a Boxster S at the PHX Airport and the shuttle to the lot with a breeze. Found the car no problem and then got on the road to Lake Havasu. Communication with the auto owner was prompt and super easy using the Turo app. No issues over the 4 day trip and the return was just as easy and quick as the pickup. Made it to the airport in plenty of time. Will definitely be using Turo again on future trips.

I had the pleasure of renting a Jeep Gladiator with Charles. The process was quick and easy, no hassle. The vehicle was amazing. At short notice the host accepted my rental. I needed to go to Ohio to check on my Mom. I am so grateful for a rental experience like Turo. This way of renting will put all competitors out of business. This was my second rental and I’m sure more to come.

My experience with Turo is always amazing, even when I had a problem with a vehicle they were very helpful. I will continue to use Turo in the future if I have a problem with my vehicle. My wife is also approved to drive with Turo which is extremely helpful since I am a marine veteran.

Your Host and pick up was a breeze. She made the transaction a breeze. She explain the details of the car and features of it. The bolt is electrìc and run on fuel from the pump. I was happy with the performance of the vehicle. I had no safety issues. I was very satisfied. I will be back.

Great service and was delivered as requested, I had a mishap with the car but not Turo fault. I will use Turo again and would recommend them as well. I have had issues with Turo before not delivery my vehicle and that’s why I use the owner that I have been using now. Thanks again and hope all works out on my claim damage.

It’s always a pleasure when I rent a vehicle with this company! Always friendly, easy process always responding with a quick timely manner. Any time I go on Turo I look for Isho brothers first. Thank you as always for making our trip safe and comfortable. Vehicle always clean, smelling good, gas already full, ready to go.

Instructions for reserving and communication with the vehicle owner was great. Great selection of vehicles. Was able to upgrade to "no need to charge" for the Tesla. Was able to drop it off with ease. After originally reserving the vehicle, and paying, I tried to upgrade my insurance that was taken out. I was unable to upgrade and could not find instructions to do so. Multiple times I tried to upgrade to no avail.

The car I eventually got and the owner were fabulous. My complaint is with Turo. I rented a vehicle way in advance to have the owner cancel less than 24 hours before the trip. This is the 2nd time this happened. The first time Turo gave me no help in getting a new vehicle. This time I flipped out and Turo did help with finding a new vehicle however if I had not contacted the owner to find out how to pick up car he wouldn’t have cancelled and just not shown up. Turo allows an owner to cancel saying the vehicle is “under maintenance” but they don’t have to prove that at all.

This our second year using Turo when we ski out West. Great selection of vehicles and great owners. Both trucks were perfect for the conditions at Snowbird and this year at Heavenly. Turo offers competitive pricing, simple pick up and to drop off of the vehicle (10x easier than renting from major processors). I highly recommend this platform for rentals on the next trip

Host of Ford Bronco was professional, and communicative and made the whole experience from pick up to drop off smooth as silk. I recommend this host for this or any other vehicle he may for use with Turo. If I ever go back to the area I will most assuredly use this host.

When going on our trip we saw the prices of rental cars and thought we cannot afford this. We then were told about Turo by two coworkers and we looked at the cars available, at the prices listed, and were amazed. We were skeptical of the service but it was even better than dealing with a rental company and the ability to pick your car was great. Each car had a different pickup/cleaning/dropoff policy so just make sure to pay attention to that.

I had a wonderfully smooth trip with my rental and my host was amazing. I will definitely be connecting and renting again soon. I would definitely recommend the seller and this app to any and everyone looking to rent for a trip or just locally. It was a lot smoother than actually going to a regular rental company.

The owner and host of the vehicle was the very, very BEST I could've ever asked for as a first time user and renter on TURO. The owner and host treated me like he knew me during the entire rental process from beginning to the end. And in my humble opinion should set the industry standard for all owners and hosts on the TURO platform...

My host decided that they wanted to report fraudulent damages on the car and the car sat for four of the seven days that I had it wild. The car reported maintenance required within two hours of me driving the car on the road for a work trip. The host also took pictures at night so you cannot see any scratches and none of them were up close and then all of a sudden when I returned the car which was old, the bumper was falling off and so was the rear bumper. It was just a crap car and the host that they were going to come up off of me.

Cheryl was an awesome renter - she graciously let me use her 2020 Toyota RAV4 and told me it was her car’s first real trip. I could tell it was taken care of really well, and although I had a flat tire before we left Las Vegas, Cheryl got me into the closest Discount Tire store and had all her tires replaced. I would definitely rent her car again, should I come back and visit Las Vegas!

Great and hassle free. Car Great on gas. The best so far that I had from Turo which is Big factor. The only draw back was non elecrtric. Roll down windows and only one lock on driver's door. So made getting stuff out a bit cumbersome. I have long acrylics so the insides locks tricky..

I am feeling that your conclusions about the damage caused to my car by Client Antonio ** are not being processed fairly, this Person left the car with the keys inside and left without making a formal delivery of the car as I did with When he handed over the car, he didn't face me and give me no explanation? Why did he break the glass? And why was the car left with a strong and impossible to remove Marijuana smell?

I took a trip to Florida with my wife. Typically we rent a Mustang convertible, one of the most common cars in the Keys. I wanted something different. Turo has an awesome selection of vehicles. It's like having all the car dealers at your disposal to rent a car from. It was a difficult decision on what to rent. Eventually decided on a Bronco with a soft top so we could still have a convertible with style and not see one at every intersection.

My rental experience at Franks is always great. I would not rent from any place else in this area. It’s always a chance you take with rental vehicles being clean and reliable but you don't have to worry about that here.

Turo continues to be my "go to" for car rentals. Pick up and delivery are easy, and the people I've dealt with have been quick to respond and willing to help when needed. All the cars I have rented have been clean and well maintained. I've never encountered a problem using Turo!

Turo is great! I can book a high end luxury car or sports car for about the same as I can rent a regular car from a rental agency. Easier to use too. I booked my last car and was sent a pic of car's location with keys in it. Dropped it off and sent a pic bag of location I left it.

This app made it very easy for me to rent a car while I was on a business trip in Vegas. I would definitely use this app again and I would recommend it to my friends. The car was clean, had a full tank of gas and very comfortable. This was my first time dealing with this app and I do not regret it. The host was very prompt about answering my messages and any questions I had.

Please be careful and take lots of photos inside and outside of the vehicle. I was falsely accused of smoking in the vehicle and when I contacted Turo I was told this scam with the same photos has been done before so be careful. Make sure once again to take photos and submit them to Turo. If you have any correspondence between you and the host hold on to it for your proof.

I’ve been wanted to rent a Mercedes G Wagon for some time now to take the family out on a nice day trip and what I ended up renting was a G wagon squared from a lovely host and we had the best experience. TURO app made it very easy to book and the overall experience was worth doing it again in the future.

The trip went smoothly. The vehicle was easy to get to. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and the size I needed. My communication with the owner was accurate and helpful. I would use this person and vehicle again on a future trip.

What a fabulous car & host! The spotless BMW drove as smooth as silk. It handled effortlessly & was a pure delight to drive. Gabor was quick to respond to messages. When we needed to return the car late, he rearranged his schedule to make it possible. Most importantly, he found my personal car keys under the passenger seat after we left. He went out of his way & rushed to deliver the keys to me at the train station in time for us to meet our train. Gabor went above & beyond to make our experience a special one - and it was indeed. Thank you, Gabor.

I much preferred Turo to other car rentals. Not having to take and shuttle or wait in line was amazing. The car was clean, communication was easy. I loved this process! We were given detailed instructions to park which was appreciated. Also having a car seat available and not having to pack one made the flights much easier.

Not bad at all, still cheaper by hundreds of dollars for a 5 day rental for Tesla Model x than you would ever get for equivalent car on traditional rental car companies. Also renting LAX anything even Ubering is a nightmare. This Turo renter used a nearby parking lot so bus ride was shorter than anything else nearby. Thankfully. But it's good to call the lot ahead let them know you're there.

Abdel is an excellent communicator. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle was an easy transition at the airport. Instructions to locate the car were clear and accurate. The car was clean and mechanically sound. Car performed well and took us to the places we needed to go. Would recommend Abdel’s vehicle.

The car was delivered effortlessly at the airport right by baggage claim. It was clean and ready for enjoying - dropping the top and touring in a classy car was fun. I really appreciated the host’s attention to delivering a great ride and with no hassle. And drop off was also easy peasy with my host meeting me at the departures lane at the airport. He was flexible and able to accommodate a last minute schedule change to drop him the vehicle a bit earlier than was planned.

Car was clean! I left my work cell in the vehicle by mistake, I was able to go back and retrieve my phone with no issues! Customer service was flawless start to finish! The communcation was on point whenever I had any questions, fast response and very detailed response everytime! Would definitely use service again!

I used Turo for two months, while my personal vehicle was being repaired. I was able to find a variety of cars, and they were all clean and well maintained. The owners were quick to respond. I talked with customer service twice. They were efficient and knowledgeable. The price range and selection of cars allowed me to stay within my budget. I love Turo, I recommend it always. It is a great way to stimulate the local economy.

Everything was great, however there were two issues. First, the self check out over the app didn't work. I didn't want to least the key in the car unlocked. Thankfully, someone showed up that was able to do it for me. I almost missed my flight though. Second, I was charged an airport fee, even tho I took an Uber to pick the car up at the office. I was told it would be removed, but it wasn't.

The service is great quality, precise in helping find the car, accurate and on time in making the vehicle available to pick up. Car is always ready in having a full tank of gas and clean. You all are far more better than other car rental businesses.

Too much additional cost and no gas reimbursement. Will never use it again. At first, spending 30 minutes looking for a car that was not clearly stated where it was located. The host told me was on the 4th floor and I walked around the 4th floor and finally found the car at 5th floor.

I've always had a great experience with Turo and renting other people's vehicles. The variety of cars to choose from is usually plentiful and within my budget. The pick up is easy at most locations and directions are always easy to follow in the notes. Tolls are easy to pay as well after returning the vehicles.

I would highly recommend this app after my first time using this. Travis who I rented from communicated well and made the process easy. His car was clean and ran well. Price much better than a rental. Great job! The app was easy to use and I plan to try this again soon.

Turo was amazing to work with! Having a rental made our trip a success. Turo had reasonable rates, many options to choose from and flexibility. I received an email with a discount for my next Turo rental experience. When I tried to use it, there was no place to put the discount code into the rental site. When I asked the owner of the car he said I had to take that up with the Turo site. I recommended having a way to put a code in when renting to see if the coupon can be applied.

My experience with Turo has been pretty great so far. I've only rented 2 vehicles from it but plan to keep on using the app in the future. The app itself is easy to use. I love the idea of people renting out their own vehicles that they don't use often. I plan on doing the same thing someday. It's much cheaper than going through Enterprise or other rental places. Plus there is more of a selection of vehicles. Including fancier models to choose from.

The car was nice, however it needed an oil change and many things were non-functional in the vehicle (sunroof, etc). I will book again but with a different vehicle. I also had trouble contacting customer service. I would like to have better access to a live agent next time to solve any problems with host and vehicle issues in the future.

Turo is great! It's simple to use the app, affordable, convenient, and most of all reliable. Love Turo!! We've used the Turo App on our last 2 vacations, Laughlin, Nev and Biloxi, Ms. Both times our rental vehicle was delivered directly to us at our hotel with the convenience of leaving it at hotel for pick up as well! It just couldn't be more convenient!! 5 stars for Turo!! Will never use any other car rental agency. Turo is the best by far and I highly recommend it to my fellow travelers.

Our car rental from a Turo host was great. The pickup point, above Kona Airport was easy to find and the car owners were helpful, professional and friendly. The car was immaculate and mechanically sound. A great car for exploring the Big Island. The car, Nissan Rogue, was fuel efficient at about 28 mpg.

Had a great experience from Dallas Love Field for the eclipse. The person renting the car did everything perfectly, and the car was immaculate as advertised. We could not be happier with the entire experience. I would absolutely rent from Turo and this person again, without any hesitation. I think everyone should use Turo, rather than rent from a big company.

First time using Turo and I wish I knew sooner about it. Great car service. At first it was kinda difficult because it wouldn’t unlock from the app but our host was able to do it from her location. Great car selections. Some host are a little outrageous with their pricing for car seat, etc. but overall I was able to find someone with a great reasonable price and was happy overall.

My trip was great as always with Supreme Auto. Friendly customer service and clean and reliable truck. Drive smooth and convenient. Host response time was excellent. My Turo experience always five stars. I recommend Turo to my family and friends. I will be renting from Supreme again.. I think Turo should have more rewards for their customers who rent all the time.

I loved using Turo. They were on time. Car was clean. It ran good. Smooth ride. The person who car we used was very nice, checked on us, see if we needed anything, asking was we ok. I love how easy and convenient was to rent a car with Turo. The app is very user friendly. My car was in very good condition, driver responded so easy and what I love the most is that I didn’t had to call nobody to get answers, everything I needed was listed.

The vehicle served us well although we did have to add air to the rt passenger front tire twice as it seemed to have a slow leak. Turo was easy to use and the vehicle was ready for pick up as promised. It was fairly clean other than some animal hair.

I was charged 165 fine for not cleaning the floor mats and they called it a "smoking fine". Literal tree leaves. These morons are going to lose all their customers for being idiots. If I would have smoked in the car you would be able to smell it but I did not and you can't. Never have I been this upset for such a grand lie and scam i will never be using Turo again.

Raphael did a great job to be prompt in getting the vehicle to us in a timely manner. It was very clean and comfortable to drive. He communicated with us beforehand to make sure the instructions were clear. The drop off process was simple and we were really glad to work together with him!

This was my second time renting this truck from this host and she's easy to work with! Truck is in good working condition and fun to drive! We had a little confusion at drop off, but the host was great and worked with me to get it back. I locked the keys in the bed and she met me to get the spare key so I could drop it off where she wanted it dropped.

Morris was excellent to rent from. Great at communicating & helpful with our questions. Although it is always a bit stressful when you don’t know the lay of the land, pickup & drop off went quite well. We would definitely rent from Morris again if needed. The KIA was the perfect vehicle for us.

Great experience with Guillermo & Kiki. The car was clean and ready on time. Kiki met us just across the street from baggage claim. She also met us the morning of departure at shirt term parking even though it was early morning (about 6:15 AM). For a quick day trip. It was very enjoyable. Ride was nice. The convenience of getting a car close to home without have to go to the airport to rent is wonderful. Personable and no lines. Owner is nice and always available. If I have questions I can just text or call.

From now on, I will always use Turo, where available. I really like the efficiency in getting the vehicle. Communication was clear and concise. For a first timer, it went pretty smoothly. Next time will even be better now that I know what to expect. I would highly recommend Turo to anyone.

The process of renting a car through Turo was very satisfying from the start to finish. Rhonda made things very easy and she communicated with us every step of the way. The process of getting the car at the airport was efficient. The car was clean and we felt very safe driving it around the city for our stay. We will rent with Turo again. During my last trip, the host had to switch out my rental, at the last minute, before picked it up. The host advised that while the replacement was a bit more expensive, I'd be able to extend at my original rate. The host kept their word and adjusted the rate. However, in order for it to show on my end, Turo had to push it through. I spoke FIVE different reps in a five and a half hour period to not be helped, ultimately. I asked to speak with a manager and was given the run around. The host agreed to let me extend and they'd refund me the difference during drop-off. I have yet to speak to a Turo manager or be refunded my money.

Guillermo's 2014 VW Jetta was perfect for my short stay in Seattle! The car was clean and mechanically fine. I was going to rent with my usual Enterprise however when I compared pricing it was a no brainer! Pick up and drop off was made easy and this is a great Seattle car that has excellent gas mileage. Guillermo was very pleasant and responsive in communication. Guillermo, thanks for making my first TURO experience a great one!!!

Everything about this trip was fun. The rental car through Turo is the best way to go. No wait. No Up-sell and you get exactly what you rented. It is also a great way to help our neighbors out with their side hustle, helping the risk taker to get ahead is what America is all about!

The best part of Turo is you don’t have to wait. With other rental companies it becomes a hassle just to rent a vehicle. They ask a million questions where sometimes you have to wait an hr just to get a car. Turo makes it hassle free and fun to enjoy your vehicle. As long Turo is available I will be renting from them. Azden was an amazing host. He was always available. He responded in a timely manner, was helpful and willing to meet earlier if needed. Vehicle was clean and at location as posted. Was very satisfied with rental. Would definitely do business with him again. Would recommend to anyone as a rental.

We had a good experience with Bryce in renting the Dodge Minivan for the day. It was good to have a car for us to go see the Hermitage estate outside of Nashville, TN, and grab some lunch afterward. We were all very comfortable. The minivan was big enough to fit us all. It drove great. Overall we had a good experience - Five stars! I will definitely use TURO in the future as it's easier, cost-effective, and more comfortable. Everything was easy and seamless. Thanks.

Seamless pickup on shuttle to lot and also on return to airport. Vehicle was well kept and just the right size for the four of us, luggage and golf clubs. Was extreme pleased how economical it performed. Not a big deal but vans are adequate to a point, drivers do great but wait time could improve with larger van/bus.

Got charged a late fee when there was a rainstorm and traffic. Explained this to the owner and Turo. Next time I will speed in the rain and not get his car washed. The owner insisted I go to his car wash. I felt pressure to do that. And the fact that he followed me everywhere I went on the trip no privacy at all might as well put a camera in the car.

Host was great. When I was planning my trip to the Cleveland area, I knew TURO would have been the first choice to find a car. This car was easily accessible, clean and in great condition. Enjoyed the rental. I would definitely rent from Keaton again if I am traveling to the Cleveland area. I highly recommend you rent this Jeep Cherokee.

The Turo reservation system was very easy to navigate and to reserve the car. The Host's pick up and drop off of the car was super easy. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Car was very clean. Great gas mileage and very roomy for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The host also gave recommendations on where to fill up gas as well as car wash if needed. I thought this was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this host if you are traveling to Honolulu.

So far, I enjoyed using the app and it has a lot of filters that are useful to make a selection, especially distance of pickup. I wish requesting time change is a faster process. There is a bug where if it takes more than 24 hours, you get negative minutes.

Every aspect of my most recent trip was very smooth. The host gave very specific detailed instructions and directions to follow. The car was in great condition and perfect for what we had planned to do on our trip. Drop off was simple also. I went the extra mile in taking the car to get washed before returning it. The host was very appreciative.

I had the best experience with Tee’s vehicle. It was nice, clean and I received top notch customer service. Working with Tee and Turo through flight cancelations and extending the rental were stressful on my end, but they both worked to make sure I was covered!!! Would def recommend Tee, moving forward

My favorite part about using Turo is knowing that when I land at the airport, I can go straight to a parking garage, get in a car, and leave. There is no waiting in long lines for a rental car that may or may not be available. I know exactly what I am getting, how much it costs, and (in my experience) exactly where to go to pick it up. When you frequently land after 10:00 p.m. at a destination, that makes a huge difference in the entire trip.

I’ve rented 2 cars via Turo. I must say, this is the easiest rental experience I’ve ever had. Bye bye to Enterprise and Hertz. Turo is so much easier and convenient. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from Turo. I’ve only rented in the Orlando area but both times have been smooth & easy. Rolls and Juan were a pleasure to work with in the St. Cloud, Doris and Davenport, Florida area. I’m looking forward to renting through Turo again. I have a 38 dollar credit and another coupon for 15 percent off of my next rental. I’m super thankful.

I've been very impressed with all my recent Turo trips. All of the hosts have been excellent to work with and their vehicles have been very well set up and enjoyable to drive. Definitely liking using Turo for all my trips and will continue to use. I'm also enjoying Turo sending out incentive and promo codes to continue using the service.

My host was accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. The car performed as advertised and our host met us at the airport upon arrival AND departure. I’ve been renting cars for 30 years. This experience was a huge improvement upon long lines, long bus rides and complicated contracts. I truly appreciated the support and simplicity of the entire transaction.

Turo doesn’t deserve the one star. From start to finish with Turo has been a nightmare. Rented a car off of Turo from Baltimore going to Atlantic City. Car was nice and clean. Driving to Atlantic City red lights on the dashboard comes on. My daughter and I on the highway praying to Jesus we make it. Going through the EZ pass lane cause the car is running hot at this point. Pull up at my destination. My brother ask, "Is that car running hot?" That’s exactly what you see. Get on the phone with Turo support 'cause my host is nowhere to be found. I’m stranded. Turo towed the overheated, broke down car back to Baltimore.

I was emailed a invoice to pay a additional $225.00 damage claim after I had already received and paid and settled a fuel reimbursement for returning the vehicle with low fuel. The host filed a damage claim saying that the front windshield had been chip "4 chip dots all less than a 1 inch" after I returned it slightly untidy but there was no damages to the vehicle.

We had a great experience with Paul on our recent trip to Phoenix. He was easy to reach and always gave great advice on what would work best for us. It was a smooth check-in and check-out process. The van was perfect for our 4 golfers. The van was clean and in great working order.

We had an awesome time due to our rental with Turo. While in Houston you have to have a source of transportation. Turo made that happen and my husband's first experience in Houston turned out to a great getaway. We will definitely be back and we will be using Turo again.

I don’t feel that I should be charged $150.00 for something that I didn’t do because you charged me a smoking fee when I don't even smoke. I understand that under the seat was not clean and I don’t have a problem with that but to claim I was smoking in the car is far from the truth.

Ryan and Jamie made things extremely easy from start to finish during this entire rental process. Their vehicle was also luxurious and reliable. My recent rental with Denny was a smooth ride and experience altogether. Denny is a responsible man and makes sure that his renters are happy. The renter that had his vehicle before myself complained about the smell of the vehicle, but I had no complaints whatsoever. It actually smelled very nice and was clean. I will definitely rent from him again.

Rocky’s Corolla is comfortable and fuel-efficient. The leather seats are supportive of the lumbar and the tinted windows keep them from getting hot in the sun. Rocky communicated clearly and promptly as I had to change my pickup and drop-off times. She was very patient with me! I would highly recommend the car for travel around the Big Island.

The app tends to be slow to take, select, and upload photos. The user interface is also confusing for uploading photos. I had slight difficulty finding how to take new photos and then was unsure if those photos actually uploaded. Adding a display of the number of photos uploaded would be useful before moving from exterior photos to interior photos to finalizing check in/out.

I had a great experience picking up the car in Washington DC at the airport. It was smooth and everything worked out beautifully. The car was clean and in good shape. I liked that it had rubber mats in the back so I did not get anything dirty. Thank you Alison. I will use you again.

I've used Turo twice and both times they have been so convenient. I will continue to use them and it's almost so good I don't want to share it since I luck out finding affordable vehicles in high demand areas. I would highly recommend Turo for those trying to find a better alternative for vehicle rentals.

We love Turo, we have used Turo on several islands in Hawaii and back east and each experience has been so smooth and so easy. I never even bother to check rental car sites, because Turo is sooooo much easier, faster and usually less money, The cars are always just as expected and always clean. We can’t say enough good about our experience.

I really enjoyed my trip with the 2020 Equinox hosted by Gilad. The SUV was very clean, smell fresh and very well maintained. Gilad always responded in a timely manner and helped when needed. I will certainly rent from this host again. I love the equinox and it’s smooth riding.

Leasing through Turo can be a good or bad experience, as I’ve heard the others, however, I had a very pleasant experience. The Vehicle was exactly as subscribed. Ventura was very accommodating and even extended when I needed it. Easy and pleasurable to deal with, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Exactly the experience we should expect from everyone.

The experience with the owner was excellent. He was friendly and everything was clean and in perfect order. He also had very good communication. Would rent again and would recommend the renter. Renter kept in touch throughout the trip to make sure the vehicle was working well and to make sure there were no issues that needed to be addressed.

Great experience, easy pick up and delivery of the vehicle. I would do this again in Asheville or another market. My favorite pert is not having to wait in any lines. This was only a one day trip and the cost was better than I expected.

The customer service agent hung up the phone without calling back when I needed help on side of the road when my car selection was towed away when I tried to go pickup at my appointment. The host never told me prior to me coming to get the vehicle that it was towed the prior day. I was stranded in a city that I did not live in.

I love how easy it is to rent a car from pleasant people who are caring and understanding on the needs of others. Customer service was very good. I think that Turo should have more bonuses for the customers that right with the money that we spend. I love my 50% off. I think we will have more people with deals like that.

Surprise family trip to Charlotte, NC. Nice comfortable ride. Lots of trunk space in Jason’s Suburban. I had a couple of small issues and Jason was right on it. Very good communicator. Very good trip. Convenient way to rent a car. I have used Turo a couple of other times. I would recommend it and have to others.

Only had one issue in 10 plus rides and they worked with me and made everything right plus some. Excellence customer and problem solving. Great reimbursement rules and even go above and beyond to help accommodate when issues arise. The customer service is excellent. Cars are all nice and in good shape. I will do business with them again!

This was our first time to rent a car with Turo. The car we got was clean, new and reliable. The price was great! There was a few things we had to do to set up the Turo account but it was reasonable to ensure the reliability and safety of both the car owner and driver.

Our Turo experience went very smoothly. Would definitely go with Turo again. Pick up and drop off went without a hitch. The van we rented worked out for our 5 passengers plus all our luggage. It was definitely a plus not to have to stand in line at the car rental counter especially upon arrival and departure.

The experience was fantastic. Jessie does a wonderful job ensuring customer satisfaction. I’m 6’3” and my son is 6’6” and the Gladiator is a bit small for us but we had a good time and the vehicle did its job without issues. I will definitely use the service again, everything went smoothly.

This particular person gave me a grace period. I couldn’t figure key thing at first but I did and the vehicle was wonderful on gas. 25 fill up. Car start you can’t hear it. I was like, "Is it on?" Loved this about the car I truly. The experience in a hybrid car is legendary and I believe everyone should definitely experience riding in one.

Such a nice owner - he awaited for us patiently as the flight was delayed - car was in great shape, good mileage and fun to get around in - pick up and drop off at EWR was the best - even though we had delays - they didn’t complain - we kept car another week and was another easy transaction! Car was as described, and efficient to pick up/drop off. No complaints about this rental. I did however have a poor experience with 2 earlier bookings for the same trip that got canceled on me (San Antonio). I suspect the owners wanted to charge more than originally advertised during the solar eclipse. I ended up renting in Houston and driving west.

Great experience, Just need to be a lot more transparent when it comes to PRICING, and additional $48.00 is minor. However it does not allow you to shop for the best price when you have additional charges. TRANSPARENCIES is must when doing business. I understand tolls, however paying for parking to and from is not a good look.

Clean car, convenient, better than lines at an airport rental counter. I'd recommend our host as he was responsive and had great communication. The car was easy to find and having a remote entry was also a plus. Turo is such a much better experience than traditional rental cars. I have not had a bad experience yet renting to Turo. If you are new to this, I would check it out and give it a try. I would make sure you check on your insurance when you book a reservation. As of now most private insurance do not cover Turo so you should purchase one of the insurance plans most of the time, though it seems to be or equivalent to a rental car agency. It is nice to be able to see reviews about cars and hosts prior to your trip and have the option to communicate with the host for any additional questions.

The rental was the cleanest I have ever rented on Turo. This owner took the time to clean all 3 rows of the car. The Honda was very comfortable, well maintained, and good on gas if driven properly. This particular rental requires insurance or it will not be rented out. But to be fair the guy definitely cares about his fleet.

This was our first experience with TURO, and it was excellent. Our host was on time and made the pickup and drop off super simple. We experienced a flat tire because it was punctured by a nail in an area that could not be patched. I messaged our host and he quickly directed us to a nearby Discount Tires, and happily paid for a new tire. We were on our way in about 90 minutes. He made a difficult situation easy for us.

Our experience couldn’t have been better. Was sooo thankful we choose Joshua❣️. Only thing I would have liked different was when we were selected a car. It took extra time because we didn’t select electric cars but they ALL were in our viewing. It would have been nice not to have to scan past them all. Also safety is huge priority when traveling & in reviews some people didn’t feel safe where they picked their cars up at. So maybe add something about that so I didn’t have to read all the reviews. BUT I felt reviews helped A LOT❣️. Just took a lot of time. But with Joshua, he was a great communicator & delivered what he said❣️. Totally felt safe❣️. 10/10.

Had a great experience with Muhammad, he even met us at the airport at 1am! He explained everything about the SUV, and because it was an electric vehicle, he showed us how to charge it. He was very accommodating, and was very quick when responding to all my text. I will definitely use Muhammad when we go to San Antonio again.

The car and host were super! The reservation process was misrepresented. The price advertised was different when selected! Bait and switch is what I would call it. Need consistency if you want customers to return. Free mileage was also never the same for the same car on a different day.

It was our first rental with Turo and overall it was a very good experience. We rented a 2023 Camry for a month and the car was great. The process actually went smoother than it felt due to my anxiousness as a first time user. It was parked at airport garage with a lockbox for the key. Easy enough except I didn’t see the parking garage ticket in the box as well and initially couldn’t exit out of the garage. I think communication with the host could have been a little better, but as I mentioned I was anxious as a first time user. I would definitely recommend Turo as well as Reynald the host for a rental. It was wonderful not halving to deal with rental counters, shuttles etc. Cost was slightly more but totally worth it.

Asked for an extension, I got charged for it but the host wanted the car back. I did returned it one day early still waiting for my refund, avoid using Turo. Go to any rental car, it will be cheaper and nicer car and you will not get ripped off.

I had a great experience renting Miguel's Genesis truck...The truck was clean and well taken care of... People asked about it everywhere I went... Miguel was an awesome host... He was responsive and he even dropped the car off to me and picked it back up... I'll definitely been using his car again...

From the moment I got into the vehicle, the check engine light was on, tire monitor system light was on, halfway home I’m in the mountains and find out there is only 1 headlight working. No other lights worked, I had to put air in the back tires a bunch of times, I had to replace a bunch of parts to ensure I made it back to return the vehicle safely, then I got hit with a bunch of fees for things out of my control, then the host filed damage report against me. Thank God I had photos to prove it was already there, I know she knew it was damaged previously, she just wanted someone else to pay for the damage that was ALREADY there, I think after this last trip by the way I’ve been booking non stop for 4 months and I’ve spent a lot of money but never any breaks, but I think after this last trip I should get some travel credit.

Everything was fine. I think myself and others were very confused on "Turo airport lots." I thought, as others, that the Turo airport lot is at the airport. Didn't realize, nor did the host specify that you had to wait for a shuttle that only operates at certain times, to take you to a Turo lot located at Target? This in and of itself is very inconvenient. Might think twice next time. Also you charge extra for "airport" pick-up and drop-off, when it's not actually at the airport?

Bryan has an amazing collection of vehicles and he is super nice and personable. Very helpful giving an intro to the vehicle and was very responsive responding to my questions/messages. I did sustain some curb rash on one of the wheels and he came up with an option to repair the wheel that actually saved me money compared to my Turo deductible.

We've used Turo several times for vacations and have had a great experience. Most recently, we rented a model that we are interested in purchasing. Having it for a few days on vacation allowed us to experience it fully, as opposed to the short "test drives" you get at a dealer. The messaging feature makes it really easy to communicate.

I really was impressed at how easy it was to work with Conrad. He’s so professional and very responsive. From checkin to checkout — the entire experience was wonderful. Car was as described and ran perfectly. The only issue was LAX now requires you to pick the vehicle somewhere else so we had to arrange for transportation to get the vehicle elsewhere. But no big deal.

The car owner did not have correct information about vehicle and expectations of use in description. No smoking, pick up location issue address was not where pick up was. Gas was not full but I got charged extra because I didn't take pictures correctly during pick up, app did not walk through the steps and owner had pictures already on there.

Once again Turo pulls through even when my original car was canceled two days before my trip. Got the other car all set up and ready to go. Used the same place I did last year and even booked the same car. It was a smooth transition. Car was clean and well taken care of.

The cars I've rented have been clean. Easy pick up and returns. I've had to extend trips and the owners have been more than accommodating. Communication is great and prices are decent. Turo have been a cool and easy experience to renting a car. As an existing customer, I wish we had more coupons or deals, besides being a first time customer seeing as I’m renting on a weekly to bi weekly basis due to work. It would be nice!! Since I’m already 3 cars in my renting with Turo, I’ve gotten a $57 back to put towards my next rental which is still nice.

The booking process was very easy. The car was brand-new and in pristine condition. The owner’s communication was exceptionally prompt, with very straightforward instructions for pickup and return. We will try to rent from him again if we’re back in Tampa.

Not happy about the hidden charges that I was charged with. I had to pay $8 to get the car out of the airport parking garage upon pick up after dragging all my luggage and struggling to find the car. I had to pay another $8 when I returned the car. There's a simple drop off and pick up area right outside at SEA airport. The owner of the car does not explain this to you till after you land. Bad communication and then there was more nickel and dime charges after the rental was over. I'll think twice before renting with Turo again. I've rented many times from good Turo owners but this last one has really soured me on the whole process.

The Host is an Amazing Host. Ms ** is kind, very understanding and has great open communication! A very nice conservative vehicle. The vehicle is very clean and highly taken care of. Good ergonomics for a person who may need the support to ride comfortably. This ride will have you driving like Air Force One. The overall experience is truly 1st Class from the Host through to the car!

I have found renting from Turo to be soooo much easier when visiting Phoenix because there is no insanely long lines at the rental car hub. This was my second time and I am now officially sold that I will continue to rent cars from them on my 3 or 4x a year business trips.

The car we rented was exactly what was expected. The only thing I wish would have been different was I wanted to extend my time a couple of hours because my flight was later, and Turo wanted to charge 100$ for 2 extra hours. When booking I didn’t realize you could change your times.

We had an incident on our vacation in Hawaii. The car we rented had an issue and the person couldn't provide us with the rental completely as the car needed to go in the shop. Turo told us we would receive a full refund for that incident. However, we have had nothing but trouble trying to resolve the incident and the supposed refund we were to receive. This went on from the time of our vacation at the end of February this year till now. We have tried diligently to work with them through their difficult communication process. They never returned call as promised, which resulted in our having to recap the whole situation with a new representative every time we tried calling back. As of this writing, not only did we not receive our refund, but we were told they will not be refunding us after all and that they consider the matter closed.

Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Car was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Overall, it was a way better experience than through a traditional car rental service. This was my first time using Turo and will do so again in the future. Turo will be my first option.

Was a great trip to Texas. The only concern was pick up and drop off extremely inconvenient. Out of the way to get car and to return was a nightmare. I found out that Texas doesn't have cab like that. So if had DFW pick up and drop off would of been 5 stars. Then first car was canceled for no reason which was extremely inconvenient.

The car was easy to locate. I was even able to leave my own there with little worry. I appreciate the communication throughout the process. It was my first time using this app and going through the process. The car was clean, and ran well. I felt safe driving with my family.

This is my 2nd time renting a car on Turo. It’s saved me at least $2k in these last 2 times. Hosts I’ve rented from have been friendly, communicative and had very nice cars. I’m 100% happy with my rentals and recommend this app to everyone. Both times my vehicles were dropped off at the airport and the train station for me. The big rental car companies don’t do that for you

Turo is the best possible way to find a great car for a good price. I’ve had nothing but overwhelmingly positive experiences. Most hosts are very nice and will walk you through anything you have questions about. Some hosts can even make local recommendations and add local recommendations and add necessary equipment for outdoor fun (ski rack, boat rack etc)

I had a good trip until he lied about the gas. Then he found out I didn’t take pics and lied about smoking. I’m a hard working woman and I don’t smoke at all. My job doesn’t allow it. It’s my fault for not getting pics. It’s ok because I’m not paying those fees. I’m not paying for something I know I didn’t do

Before this trip my trip was unacceptable but it was handle by next person but it was still a problem. Should been compensated more because it was my daughter wedding day. But overall I Probably use them again. Very good job with handling the situation. Thanks to all y'all do.

I was a bit hesitant about renting but my sister said she had used it a few times and it was better than all the other companies I had rented from. So she talked me into it. I have to say I was impressed the simpleness of the process amazed me. So I arranged just for a few days to see how it would worked. I was sold by everything that I rented the rest of my trip from Turo. Thank you so much for the simple yet professional way of renting that is lost from other rental companies. I will rent from Turo from now on.

On my most recent trip, my only issue was I was not allowed to book my car for 2 days at once. I had to do two separate transactions at the same time which led to two different deposits being taken from my car and I only have one refunded and when I contacted the Turo about the matter they only seen one deposit and couldn't refund the second one.

Great car. Terrible host. Sent no information regarding the car location. He told us to come inside to meet him before getting the car. It was in a full parking lot. We never went inside anywhere. He never even gave us location or directions to retrieving the car until we asked for it. Then replied late as we’re standing outside for 30 minutes waiting with all our luggage. By then we had already found the car in the full parking lot ourselves still waiting for directions.

The host was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. I had no problems with the vehicle, it was exactly as described. The entire process was simple and I plan to use Turo again in the future. This was a great alternative to renting a car from a rental agency.

Turo is so much better than the big rental car companies and about 1/2 the price. You are dealing with an individual that you can correspond with in a timely manner. If there are any issues, concerns, or other conditions that need to be addressed you are able to contact the owner and get a timely response. I got a vehicle that was actually bought for the area I was in (heavy snow) and not something without critical equipment.

Awesome experience with my host. Will definitely rent again. Car was in great condition and host was helpful with any request in minutes. I would recommend her to anyone renting on Turo. I will be back in a month and will use her services again for sure. Turo is a great platform for rentals and have recommended to my friends traveling.

Took a trip to Las Vegas and rented a Turo (dodge Caravan) to drive to see family in Arizona for Easter. The owner was fantastic and unfortunately our car broke down in Arizona, 4-5 hours from Las Vegas. The Turo owner was 5 hours away and only had a Camaro available that would not fit our family of 5 and our luggage. The Turo representative said it was the best option to rent a car from a third party so we could get back to Vegas and we would be reimbursed. He said all I had to do was call the support line back and give them the receipt & he notated everything in my account. When I called back with the receipt they said they will not be reimbursing me and lied to me and had me wait over an hour & a half for a response. This was completely unacceptable and I will no longer be using Turo or encouraging anyone else to do so. All calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes so how about you run back that conversation, Turo?

Jimmie was a great host during my recent trip and I enjoy being able to pick a car with a reasonable price! I definitely recommend Turo to everyone! Pick up is easy and they keep the customer in mind. I would choose Turo over Enterprise and Avis and Budget for my rental car needs.

I would like to say that both my experiences with Turo have been fantastic!! Both of my vehicles and their respected owners have been outstanding! My only request would be to change the name from my wife’s name Colleen to Anthony. I’m not entirely sure how this happened since I’m the only one who has reserves these vehicle. I have been lucky to have picked great hosts in multiple states while using Turo. I have never had an issue. Saved thousands over rental companies as well as countless time not waiting in lines. Turo is a no-brainer. Will never use a rental company again. From Florida, using sedans to Colorado and Utah to rent all-wheel drive SUV’s there has always been great selection.

I’ve used Turo twice now and both times have been a much less expensive alternative to traditional rentals. The pickup and drop off have been fairly smooth. I do wish in listing more specific end-of-trip directions were available. For example, my first trip offered free airport drop off and pick up, but a few weeks after my trip I was billed an extra fee from having the car parked at the airport by the Turo host. My second trip required that there be no sand in the car at the end of the trip which was in Hawaii so we had to find a way to vacuum out the entire car the day before.
