From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out the process was nice & easy; very smooth to get the car and drop it off. I would definitely consider this location whenever I come back to DFW. My booking was a last minute booking and when I arrived the car was not prepared due to the last minute booking & I arrived a bit earlier than scheduled but the staff was quick with getting the car ready for me.

The host, Rulio, is professional and maintains his vehicle with care. It was clean and well-maintained. Instructions and directions to the location were easy to follow and find. The car was waiting, clean and full of fuel, ready to drive out of the space. This is the second time I've used Rulio's car and I'll use it again because of the ease and the professionalism. I feel safe using his car and his services.

Great car, had some features I could have done without as in the excess tint on the windows and the bike rack that made getting luggage in and out difficult. Car was clean and drove well. Liked the phone charger with multiple charge options. Was looking for a SUV but that was not an option for this trip.

I have not used Turo on several occasions and in various locations. I have found Turo to be very easy to use. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and offer a great value. I have no desire to rent vehicles from anyone else. I recommend Turo to all of my friends!

I really really enjoyed my trip with the vehicle. It was cleaned and I hoped I return it the same way. Young man who dropped off the vehicle was respectful and explained everything to Me. NOW I still owe because I extended one day, my account was CLOSED. I promise I will take care of this bill as promptly as I can! So very sorry for this situation. Thanks.

Owner was very helpful and vehicle was taken care of and clean. Zero issues with the rental. Pick up and drop off at the airport was perfect to ensure we could locate and drop off easily. Owner was very helpful with schedule changes as well.

I have used this service multiple times in multiple states and it's always so easy. No hidden fees, quick responses, easy to use, and a well designed app. If you need to rent a car and don't want to deal with the hassle of needing a major credit card, this is the company for you. I will definitely continue to use Turo for all my future travels.

The car was fantastic. Pick up was super easy. The only thing I would say is communication with the person who I was leasing from was not all that easy. I’m not sure why even when I got back. I texted to make sure everything had been in order when I dropped it off and never heard back. I’ve never had this happen when renting a vehicle with Turo. In any event, my trip is great and the car was wonderful. I really enjoy Turo and have recommended it to all my friends!

Mini cooper was fun to drive. Josh was quick to respond. Would definitely rent from him again. Will recommend to friends. A/c was cold, car was clean. Great gas mileage. Easy pick up and drop off. Turo app easy to navigate. Was able to extend my trip twice with no problem.

Would recommend Makayla and her 2024 Honda to anyone interested leasing. Good communication and a very clean automobile. We had a very good experience. We picked up and dropped off at Miami International Airport. Automobile is very nicely equipped. Would be hard to find a nicer car for the money.

It’s so much nicer knowing you’re supporting an individual with your $s rather than a greedy giant corporation. Also, particularly in tourist areas, it’s nice to have a regular looking vehicle as thieves target obvious looking rental cars from the likes of Hertz, Avis etc. The car I rented was impeccable inside and out. The owners were responsive, friendly and great to deal with. I much prefer the personal touch over the automated service you get from dealing with a mainstream rental company.

I tried budget ones for my trips. They all seem to have mechanical issues of sorts. Stepped it up a little bit more money. Better vehicle, better experience. Better than general car rental places other than the airport fee. Never had one till this trip. I will continue to use Turo. Thank you for your services.

I rented this car to move my daughter out of her college dorm & bring her home for the summer. The Chrysler Pacifica I rented from Peter was perfect! It held everything that had to come home with room to spare. Peter was thorough, and even drove me home after I dropped off the car so I didn't have to Uber home. I will be renting from him again!

I loved the experience of using Turo. Knowing exactly what kind of car I was going to get was amazing and eliminated a lot of stress. Communication was easy and made pick up and drop off a breeze. There was no waiting in lines at ticket counters, and I knew exactly what car seats I'd have for my children as well.

This was my first experience with Turo and I was unsure how it would be - but I am SO HAPPY that I decided to try it out. The selection of the available cars is so much better than traditional rental agencies! And, it actually cost me quite a bit less to rent a Tesla than it would cost to rent an economy car from a regular agency. The process was fairly easy and the host was amazing. The host was very helpful, patient, and always responsive, they consistently responded to messages or emails within 5 or 10 minutes.

I have nothing but great experiences with Turo. The customer service, the car selection and the value of the rentals make it my one stop location for what I need when I need a car to get my errands done. There is no other place I would go to rent a car.

Had an amazing trip with recently. I did have an incident where I had a car booked and she canceled on me the day before. With zero warning after the trip was booked for months. I luckily was able to get another car that was a great experience but was very frustrating for the first car…

First time renting from Turo. Didn’t know what to expect, we Had no issues. The car was exceptional and low miles, clean and the host was very friendly and helpful through out the entire time making sure everything was in order. I would definitely rent from them again. If you want to rent from Justin on your travels to Anchorage, you won’t go wrong. Justin was a wonderful host.

I’ve rented with Turo twice this year within the last two months for Day Trips and have had amazing hosts each time! It’s my first time using Turo back in April and just recently on May 9th 2024! Clean cars, friendly and responsive, prompt hosts, and just a lovely experience overall!

Great car. Great service. Ty. I totally I totally appreciate the car being readily available and in very good shape. He was wonderful and personable and everything he said did okay, okay. It was a great experience. I'm really happy that I rented the car from Victor.

The vehicle I rented was well maintained and the host was excellent as far as communication and flexibility. My only problem with using Turo is the trip fees. I've been pretty consistent as a renter and turo doesn't have a rewards or tier level to reduce cost for repeated customers. I use turo because you guys don't hold a deposit for most vehicles unlike the bigger rental companies. I'm considering switching back for this reason. Also I had a trip recently shortened by the host for personal reasons, The customer service was not the best as far as communication and accommodations until I expressed severe frustration which I shouldn't have to act that way just to get a situation resolved properly. Again the vehicles I've rented have been fine but the turo experience not so great.

It was great! Couldn’t get any easier and convenient. Car was clean and ready when we needed it. We had the car for 2+ weeks and we were able to drop it off right at the airport. We will do it again next year. Owner went above and beyond to make it work for our busy schedule.

I’ve used Turo 4 times so far and it’s great. You choose your vehicle, all the hosts have been great. The prices are great, especially compared to a traditional rental. Communication for issues is great. I highly recommend and will continue using for business and pleasure. I’m already looking for my next trip.

Awesome Trip love the Turo process so easy and secure. I’d recommend Turo for anyone in need of a long term or quick rental vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless everything went. Top Tier service, great communication from hosts cuts a lot of the red tape and jumping through hoops just to have access to transportation. I’ve given such high regards in my family of the benefits of this instead of traditional rental companies.

Zachary was such a great host! He was very informative. My flight was delayed leaving Vegas so I needed to change the time on dropping the car back to the airport and he was very understanding. I will for sure be contacting Zachary to rent again when I come to Vegas again.

This was my fourth time renting a car through Turo. Every time has been awesome. I think it’s because the people who own the cars care and want your experience to be great. I just finished a trip to Scottsdale, Arizona and Wren had a Tesla for my first time and it was great. The owner was very helpful with all my questions and quick to respond. $42 a day for 2023 Tesla was awesome.

My trip was going well until the last day when the check engine light turned on. As a woman this made me very nervous. After the trip, the host thanked me for riding with his vehicle and sent someone to get the keys from me and inspect the car. One day later I received a claim that there were damages. This is totally ridiculous, especially since I had not gotten into an accident during my trip.

Great customer service with Turo and host was always available for me. The car was clean and safe. No problems. Making reservations was quick and easy. I never had a problem picking up my car. Always in a good position to pick up. I would recommend this service for all my friends and family. Great discount when you make reservations ahead. I always like to reserve my car at least three weeks ahead of possible. Turo is the best thing going on when renting a vehicle for business or pleasure.

My first time using and very happy with ease of rental and more importantly the responsiveness and quality and the cleanliness of the car that I rented from Victor. If there was a question received a very quick response back regarding pick up and return instructions. Would certainly would rent from him again if in that area.

Nathan was an excellent host - very proactive with communications. The car was clean & operated without any issues. The vehicle pickup & drop off point was easy to find and close to the Marriott Beach Club where we were staying. I will definitely use Nathan again when the opportunity arises.

Turo car rental is an excellent platform for renting cars from individuals. I recently had the opportunity to use Turo for a weekend getaway, and I must say, I was impressed. The process of booking a car was seamless and easy. The website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information about the available cars, including photos, descriptions, and reviews from previous renters.

When I say she is amazing, Turo never fails me. Best rent a car app ever. The customer service is amazing. I have rented about 6 times and all my hosts was amazing. Customer service was short and helpful. I will continue to use this app as long as my needs are meet and also recommend friends and family to use this platform for their rental car needs.

The vendor that I use has superior service and are very nice and knowledgeable. I love AMC and Turo as a convenient and reliable service provider. I would recommend to anyone as a quick and safe way to rent a vehicle in whatever area or state you’re in. It’s more manageable than other rental options and the only issue I have never understood why the service fee is same as the rental.

I had a great trip with the Toyota and the owners were great. I recommend Turo and this Toyota owners. The Toyota was in like new truck. The owners are great. They answered all my question. They keep me updated all the way before the trip and after the trip.

The process was very simple and the car was exactly as described. It was great to have our own car for the week and not have to deal with a rental car company. Owner was responsive and helpful, the instructions were very clear. Would use again, especially if the price was less than a rental.

We had an awful experience with Turo. My wife tried to set up an account that somehow got connected to my account. She didn't realize it because all the emails were sent to her email and addressed to her name. So when it came time for her trip, she was shocked when she couldn't get the car because she wasn't the driver on the account. After calling their customer service to try to get it sorted, they told her she had to cancel and re-book the car, with a cancellation fee of $66. Well, when she did that, she couldn't even re-book, as it showed no cars available at the last minute. She was already at the airport for her trip and needed something then, so had to get a car from a normal rental company at the airport.

Service is fine from drivers, platform fees are high sometimes. Maintenance of cars on platform need to be checked better. As well as general vehicle verification to offer the car on the platform. Airport pickups should be standardized somehow (either in person arrangement or direct from airport parking garage option).

Sidra was an excellent host. Getting in and out of the airport was very easy.. The car was very clean and reliable. Pick up and drop off instructions were very easy to follow. I have booked two more trips with this same host. I would recommend this host to family and friends.

I rented car from Turo 1.5 months before my trip and received a 20% discount. Three days before my pickup the owner cancelled. Turo rented me a car with another owner that was a little farther from my original pickup. At first the new car rental was going to be $225 more than the original. After very much haggling with the company they reimbursed me part of the cost. But I was still out $50 for a delivery fee that was cancelled and was supposed to be given back to me. However the new car rental and owner was very good and that's why I gave a rating of 2 rather than 1.

I have had an awesome experience with the Turo company. A lifesaver in time of need. I was in need of transportation and as you know if you live in Houston you definitely have to have a car to maintain a regular lifestyle free of hassles and worry. I drove 10 ten. Said I’ll receive a free day on Turo. Haven’t got nothing and a new one stated. I think since I started only one host gave me a discount coupon and I was supposed to get one from Turo, I recommend the services because it’s great. Just need more incentives.

Used Turo for the first time. The process was smooth, the host was great and her communication was top notch. Vehicle drove smooth on the mountain roads and we felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Will use again and should I return to the same area will seek our host!

Rented a car and not even 30 mins into driving the tire blew completely out. It was due to bad tires on the driver and passenger side. Paid about $400 all together for tire and towing fees. Still have yet to hear anything about a refund… Was not able to drive car for the entire trip and missed a family event. So I wasted money on a tire and money on a rental that I didn’t even drive.

My 2023 Mercedes Benz was totaled by a Turo driver September 2023. After 3 months of them promising to fix my car even starting that the money will be released ($40k worth of damages) they changed their decision and told me they will no longer fix it and it’s a total loss. That was November 2023. It’s now May 2024 and they have yet to pay or fix my car. My claims rep Cori **, have hung up the phone on me numerous times, has blocked my number, ignored 3 weeks of emails, and now she yet again out of the office until May 20th. (It’s currently May 9th 2024) and we are all still waiting for them to release the funds to close this claim out and there’s a constant delay with them doing so. If you are looking to become a host thoroughly consider the risks along with the customer service you’ll receive from this company.

My favorite part was the fact that I wasn’t tied to business hours of a typical car rental spot. Being able to have the flexibility to choose pick up and drop off times made this a much more convenient experience and is a big reason why I will be using Turo for my next car rental. I’ve already spread the word because of how much of a good experience this was. The cherry on top was the ability to have the car delivered and picked up! I’m so happy to have discovered this app.

This was a business trip. Had a few hiccups along the way, Eduardo was very patient, polite, & understanding. He responding back quickly to all of my messages. My check in & check out went smoothly. More host need to be like Eduardo. I'll forever book with Eduardo when I travel to Florida.

This host accommodated my every need from pick up location to messaging me because I left items behind. Great experience. I'd recommend this guy to my family and closest friends! He is located outside of San Antonio. The whole process was smooth without any trouble. When I'm in that area I will use this service for sure, great host, nice vehicle, worth time and money.

I like Turo, we should add a picture of the mileage to protect both parties or maybe unify the types of pictures required. The odometer should be in the bunch. As far as ease and use that depends on the owner of the car. The last host I had was great but we did have some confusion on the mileage.

Booking was easy, picking was easy, the car was in good working condition due to I needed it while my car was in the shop. I just think the owner response could have been quicker. I felt something in the car on the sun visor. I still haven’t heard back regarding my item.

I’m very dissatisfied with the 2017 Corvette from Ryan. When I got to the home, Ryan was not there, but his father came out and handed me the keys. I took pictures of the car before I left and when I returned. Ryan sent me a message on the app to tell me I damaged his car and sent me a small Pic of damage. The picture was not even the whole car.

I love everything about this car, it drives smoothly, clean, and unlimited miles was included on my trip. It was easy pick up and drop off. The car runs great on gas, only filled up twice on my trip to South Carolina and the features are amazing. I felt like I was in Telsa with the automatic transmission lol. I definitely would love to book this rental again in the future.

I am so glad to have found Turo which allows me to pick out the car that I wish to use. It was another great experience. The pick up of the vehicle was easy as well as the drop off. The person that I rented the vehicle from was very responsive. I look forward to scheduling another car that I wish to use for my beach vacation later this year.

Compared to traditional car rental, being able to choose wide selection of cars and all fees upfront makes things smoother thanks for the trip and the hosts are great as well, no random person behind a desk.

Everything was great. Julia was great with responding. Vehicle was very clean and well kept. I enjoyed. I don’t have not one problem. The car rode nice and smooth. Communication was top tier. I just loved it all. I was worried that 800 miles wasn’t enough but it was more than enough to get. Access to the vehicle was easy and simple once I checked in.

Elly was great to communicate with me! The vehicle was exactly as described. He dropped the car off at my hotel and the trip couldn't have gone any better. Will rent again when I come back to Vegas! I had the vehicle and extra hour and I was charged for that extra hour. The price would not have been any different had I requested bringing the car back at 3:00 p.m. versus 2:00 p.m. That would be my only issue.

My personal car broke down and needed a car fast, picked it up within one hour! The nearby 2021 rav4 was a nice car! Owner kept it clean and full of gas. Fast communication, and smooth process. Thank goodness for this app and their good cars. I had a fantastic experience and will always recommend Turo to anyone who needs a car rental asap.

Very easy to get the right vehicle and convenience of the car being accessible from the airport parking. Wanted to use the car I booked my previous trip, but it’s already booked (Toyota Corolla). There is only two of us on our next trip, so I will not need a large vehicle. I had to use a different owner, but I continued to use TURO .

The Fiat 500 Abarth was a GREAT car and Adam made the rental experience 100% perfect. The communication before, during, and after was timely, complete, and helpful. The car was easily located, clean, and ready to go upon arrival. It was really fun to drive and got remarkable gas mileage. I HIGHLY recommend Adam and this exciting car for a San Diego area rental.

We had a great rental experience. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The car was spotless. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would rent from him again and from Turo. Our Turo Porsche Cayenne was fantastic. The price was right. The vehicle was in fantastic shape. And the pickup and drop-off processes were a breeze. I would definitely recommend Turo to anyone! The owners were professional and super kind. The vehicle accommodated my family and I very well. Perfect for 6 adults and would’ve been perfect to sit 7 if they were all children. I would definitely rent from the owners again, especially for family trips. The car isn’t the best in gas consumption, using 70MPH full tank wasn’t sufficient for a one way Houston trip from Dallas.

Henry could not have made the experience much easier. Will happily work with him again in the future. Reservations, logistics, and communication was seamless. Henry even accommodated us when trying to return the car a bit early, as we finished our trip earlier in the day. 10/10 would recommend to others.

We rented from Zach in San Diego, and had a terrific time. We did a lot of driving (and he offers unlimited mileage), the cost of his rental is not too much, and car was in good shape, and (very importantly for California) the gas mileage was very good. Zach was very accommodating, allowing us to extend a few hours. Overall just a very good experience.

Very responsive communication through the app. I had some issues with a flight delay and then cancellation and he was willing to make adjustments to accommodate a delay and location change with my incoming flight. The vehicle was in nice shape and clean. I would absolutely recommend this service and this host to a friend.

I enjoyed the Dodge Charger rental. The host was very polite and prompt with their responses to any questions that I may have had. There were no issues with pickup nor drop-off. The key was easily accessible and clean when I picked it up. I did not have any problems finding the vehicle where the host parked it. I will definitely rent from my previous host, Ms. Katherine, again!

This service has been a Godsend for me. I've been able to test drive cars. I might want to buy and get quick affordable rentals from amazing hosts. The policies are fair, the insurance coverage makes me feel secure when using another person vehicle. On that note, it never feels like I'm driving someone else's car. It feels like I just got a rental from a high end rental dealer. I appreciate the team and all the hosts.

Every time I have rented through Turo it has been a breeze. I’ve never had any trouble, thank gosh I rent through Turo due to the ease of it, no deposit hold. Everything is upfront, and I like the fact that I’m in more control than I would be at a regular rental place. I believe I have rented over 10 vehicles through Turo. I got a flat tire on the way to return the vehicle then the gentleman wasn’t there to give the keys to and I spoke with someone that told me to leave the keys in the car with the doors unlocked but if the car was stolen it would be my responsibility so I locked the keys in the car instead. Then they charged me an extra $100 for being late after my tire blew.

I honestly have no complaints. Turo made it so simple and comfortable, knowing I needed a whole car on a different island without an arm and a leg. Luckily, all the people I rented from are great! I have used Turo on & off for several years, always happy with the experiences. I mainly use it because when I travel I either have lots of bags and don't want the extreme hassle of trying to shuttle to a rental car (and lose time as well), or I visit family and sometimes help my elderly parents with travel. In both cases, I always go for the "pick up/drop off" options, which for me is the MAIN advantage of Turo. I did try to book ahead of time, but I wasn't home to supply a photo of my license that I now needed to upload (this was new to me), so had to do that late in the game.

The car was advertised to be available at the Tucson airport. However, we flew in private and the car was delivered to the FBO. We had great service. The car was very clean. The car had extra large wheels, thin tires that rubbed on the fender over some bumps, the backseat riders were annoyed.

Rented a Tesla for the first time! Was great fun! Definitely recommend this as a short term rental alternative. Bit more expensive than conventional car hire. But I think will improve once more people use the app. It needs a greater selection of cars. Some of the cars are over priced I feel but I guess that's me being subjective.

Ghost Motorsports was easy to work with and I had no problem picking up the car or dropping it off. A couple days before the car we were going to rent got into an accident. And Ghost let me know that the car was in an accident within minutes of it happening with another renter. And they matched the price to the new car I rented from them. I would 100000% rent from them again. The car was very clean inside and out.

Nice compact vehicle for our girls' weekend. Vehicle was just as described. Inside was very clean and fuel efficient. Some minor scratches on the body and doors, but everything else was great. My experience has been great on Turo. All the host are cool and I have became friends with a couple of them outside of the Turo app. Very easy to access vehicles with a great selections of luxury cars to pick from. I am able to drive all of my dream cars for a reasonable price and have the ability to extend the rental day without going into some sleazy Enterprise car rental place.

Tessandra was very responsive, and the communication was great! I had to extend my stay by one day and she was flexible. I've been trying to make a payment on my booked vehicle. But have been given the run around then now my account says "We're sorry, you're currently unable to book cars on Turo due to our eligibility requirements." Makes no sense if I've been renting and have a vehicle now and a future reservation. Who is responsible for that?? Answers... Someone???

The host were excellent. Great experience. The automobile were clean. The pickup location were only 3.5 miles away from me, very convenient. I travel past the pickup location often, without knowing it were a Turo-related. I have no complaints in recommending this host. The auto I rented was 11 years old but, in great condition.

Rented a jeep for the day in Kauai. We had no plans but spent the day driving from one end of the island to the other. Had a great time and the Jeep was perfect. Rented from Marc and he delivered to the cruise Pier and return was just a matter of parking and locking key in box.

I have loved using Turo recently, ever since they added the "pick up at airport" option it has become my favorite place to get a car. You can get better cars than a rental, and almost every time they are less money than car rentals. Only negative would be getting to long term parking, it's a bit more of a hassle than rental cars depending on the airport, so it depends on each situation.

Had 4 great trips so far. Like to see two new options. Extended use rentals where someone wants to give up the car for like two weeks locally at a discounted rate. Also work trucks. Like a pickup or flatbed. Needed some mulch but had to deliver. I will keep using it for vacations as it has been very convenient.

We Have used Turo three separate times for vehicle rental and have had a great experience each time. Will definitely use again for our next travel adventure. Have recommended this app to many people. The fees were a little steep this time though. Would be great if there was a rewards program.

Out of all the vendors I’ve used while using Turo, George was by far the best. The curbside service is highly recommended and communication, 10’ Star awesome. Turo has been seamless, responsive and have never had an issue. Even when I forgot to cancel, refund, credit needed… never a problem. Will continue to use.

Using TURO has been incredible. I love every aspect of how the service works. It makes renting a car so much easier and in a way you feel like you are supporting a small business. Communication, drop-off/pickup is easy and the process is quick. Protections are there and mileage arrangements are reasonable. Plus it allows you to establish a relationship with a TURO provider in a city you visit often. Finally, if you want to try different vehicles you can certainly look around. Just makes sense.

The trip was very uncomfortable! I received a text almost every 20/30 minutes from the host. I could not properly enjoy my trip without having to constantly answer the host back. I was also charged a smoking fee which I’m still not understanding why because I don’t smoke which is pretty odd to me. This trip was nothing close to my first trip which was every bit of amazing. I will never book a trip wit the host “LEGO LLC Mercedes-Benz GLB-Class2021.” Also not to meant when I went to pick the vehicle up it was not available until after the start time of my trip and due to the constant text messages from the host I took it upon myself to drop the vehicle back off earlier before my trip ended.

While on our trip in Kauai there was a tropical storm. 12 inches of rain in just a couple hours. Lots of flooding and mud. Couldn’t have felt safer than being in the Jeep. I also liked the option of the add on. Beach schools, umbrellas, cooler, etc. We all enjoyed the convertible roof when the sun was out.

The car was as described. The Q7 was very nice and clean. If I had any questions they were answered quickly. I would recommend! The Audi A7 has a superb drive train system especially In bad weather. The heads up display was also a nice bonus feature.

The host was amazing. I want to acknowledge that. I see value in using Turo for one-off situations but not as my go-to for regular rentals. I will consider using Turo again when I need a car locally for a specific event or when I travel to a regional airport late at night after the rental companies are closed. But if I have the option to use Hertz or Turo, I will be choosing Hertz. I can have confidence in Hertz that if I rent a car, it won’t be cancelled on me. With Turo, there is no guarantee that an individual won’t sell their car or simply choose to change their mind. That was my first experience with Turo. And Turo’s business model doesn’t protect the consumer in those situations. I had to do all the work to find a new car at a comparable price. And Hertz is cheaper…and I earn points. So there is a financial incentive to use Hertz over Turo on a regular basis.

This was my first experience with Turo and it was a good one. I will use the platform again. The hosts were communicative and let me know a few issues with the car before I rented it. They gave me the option to get a different car but I am glad I didn't. The car ran well and was fun to drive.

Hope all is well. Just wanted to let you know that yodel mobile is awesome and I like how they treat people. They are awesome. Also, when it comes to communication and they make a situation work. One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t choose a better company to deal with while going through Turo. They have really helped me a lot due to the situation at hand that my car is currently down so it makes everything better knowing that I can go through Turo to Yodel mobile and get a rental car we needed.

Car was as described. It did have a bad odor when picked up. Had dings and scratches which was documented before driving. Vehicle ran well with no issue with performance. Had to buy air freshener to mask the smell. Host was good with communication when needed. We were told by him that vehicle didn’t have to be cleaned upon return. Which we had cleaned out. Vehicle was never taken off road, was returned as it was picked up condition. After vehicle was as picked up, host contacted me and stated that we had damaged the passenger side wheels. Then a claim was then filed thru Turo. Upon examining the photos that the host provided when he dropped off the vehicle. It was clear that it was preexisting. Once that was acknowledged by the host he apologized, cancelled the claim. Be sure to take accurate pictures before taking possession for your records. This way the same thing doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This is my very first out of state rental experience and it was 100% amazing. Very good instructions and directions. Everything about this experience is awesome. I recommend to everyone going to Chicago. Once I picked up the car I used it for 8 days. The car was super clean and very good on gas. He had phone chargers already in place. I drove a lot and it was super cold outside. The heater worked amazing and the trunk had so much room I could fit a lot of baby items in it.

I have had some issues with people saying they can deliver and then not but overall it’s been good. I definitely recommend this for weekend trips or instate moves. Web site is poorly designed...calling customer service number, I was talking to people working remote who were not good on communicating the web site or the company itself. I'll never use you again. The host Miss Maria and her husband Mr. Troy were outstanding. Their vehicle was in excellent shape for our trip. It's a shame that they are not using another service/company to lease their vehicle if indeed there is one in their area.

He’s a scammer!! Do not rent from this guy. His rates are good but he will try to scam you out of money at the time of your return. He claim I damaged his rims on his Tesla and was trying to cash money from me and didn’t want me to go through my insurance I had with Turo. He watched me the whole time I had the vehicle on camera. Described my surroundings at every place I went. I never hit nothing in his car. He said he received an alert when I hit the rim but never showed me the alert and said he was assuming. If you don’t want to come out of pocket for something you didn’t do don’t rent from him!!

I have used the same person and the same vehicle twice now when I go back home, grand Valley to the Rio Grande Valley, and experience has been exceptional, both times no complaints at all. He’s always timely, proper, courteous, kind, and very professional. So overall my experience was great. He always had a clean car, really nice. Yes, I would recommend not only Turo but Alfredo down in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.

I really love being able to rent a car so easily for trips I need to take. I am glad this service exists. It helps me and my family out a whole lot. The hosts have all been nice also. It is a very easy app to use too. Thank you.

The booking transition was easy. They even needed to change the initial car, but was done smoothly. The vehicle was clean and nice. I need to extend my time for a couple of hours because of a delayed flight and they allowed with no problems. A very pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again.

He was a terrible host... I have used Turo several other times... this was the worst experience ever... I don't know if someone knew the car but it was vandalized in a store parking lot. I reached out to him for help getting a police report because they wouldn't allow me to get it because the car was not in my name... he did not help... I had to buy 2 new tires for the car that someone else vandalized.. He waited until the trip was over before he tried to do anything... I paid almost 1000 dollars to use the car only for 3 days... I have had all good reviews and he get on here and lies about the entire situation and gave me a bad review... Nice car.. terrible host...

A day before I am to pick up my car. You (Turo) informed me my car is no longer available. I booked this 2 months in advance. I was livid!! I had to look and book and hopefully get another car. Thankfully I did. The new car was great and drove very nice. You need to inform people who lend their cars out, that if they need to cancel, they need to give more notice.

Awesome is an understatement. MO is always accommodating to your needs making renting from him easy and smooth! Answer all calls and messages. Renting from MO is easy simple and fast. Mo car is always clean, reliable and if they any problem is fixed ASAP! You will Not be disappointed renting from Mo!

I will never use a car rental company again. This was perfect. The cars owner was great and informed me of everything. And the ease of getting the car and returning it to the parking lot at Orlando airport was great. I highly recommend this app. Best decision this year.

I like the ease of booking a vehicle through Turo. It's super easy and hassle free. The hosts are easy to communicate with and I have had no issues so far. It can get pricey sometimes but I'd rather stick with Turo than rent through Enterprise or some other big name company.

This was my second time using Turo. Efficient, accurate, and I like working with one person, rather than a company. Both times, owners were available and extremely helpful and accommodating. This latest rental was really appreciated as Eric provided extra care to help out with my handicapped husband by meeting us right at the airport gates!

Was simple to pick up the vehicle. I like that majority of the legal stuff you do through the app - no one behind a counter trying to upsell you anything or scare you into getting something you don't need (gps, premium accidental, refuel for a hybrid that doesn't eat up a lot of gas, etc). I've used Turo for the past few rentals and they've all been good to great experiences.

Went to pick up, Car was unable to get it or a hold of the host for over two hours. Did not get the car until 730 when I was supposed to get the car for 5:30 AM, had nerve to try and charge me, said I dropped Car off late then said the car smelled of smoke. I didn’t smoke anything in vehicle, Was at a 420 event. Yes, my clothes probably did smell like smoke and I was saturated like smoke. No, I didn’t smoke in the vehicle.

I enjoyed renting the vehicle. The Turo app didn't allow me to unlock/lock the vehicle during checkout and check in. I had to call customer service both times. There were issues correctly disputing incidental charges through the app. The owner might have had trouble editing and uploading his images. Overall a decent experience. I would like to rent other vehicles in the future.

My experience with Turo, Adam being the host, was very communicative and easy to work with. His car was very clean and the rental experience was easy. I would definitely recommend him. I would also recommend using Turo as it’s a very easy and quick way to obtaining everything you want in a rental car.
