We wanted a roomy vehicle for two teenage boys and ourselves. We chose Aliene's Ford Expedition and we were very happy. The exchange between myself and Aline was flawless. The vehicle was perfect. Clean, roomy, and well kept. We enjoyed driving the vehicle as well. Our experience was money well spent.

My experience with Turo has been nothing but great! It is a great app to recommend for friends and family. It has helped me explore new cities, get place to place & explore new cars. I have many more trips and places to explore and this app will help me get there.

The vehicle was clean and ready for us when we were ready to go. It was the perfect size for our party: Four adults, a teenager, and luggage. It was comfortable and easy to drive. Turo worked great! Car pick up and drop off is really nice! The van we picked was perfect for our trip! We would use again! It was the first time so we have more to learn about the process. We were suppose to take pictures and do some other stuff at check out but didn't get that till we were already home.

Everything was superb. I was able to get around town no problem and the car was great on gas. The only time I had to fill up was when I returned the vehicle. No matter what time I had questions he was there to answer. He was great to rent from can't wait to rent again. Thanks Turo!

My first trip to Kona, I used a traditional rental car company because of incentives from my credit card. It was a nightmare and I sat on a scorching lava field for hours because they couldn't find a car. When it finally arrived, it was so filthy, I couldn't see out of the windshield. This trip, I made sure to use Turo. It was easy, clear, and the car was waiting for me at the airport. And it was far less expensive. I will use Turo again in a minute.

Samantha allowed us to borrow her Hyundai Elantra. It was clean and reliable. Samantha was flexible as flights changed our plans a bit. Communication with Samantha before the trip was essential in helping us try Turo for the first time. She responded within minutes to questions I had. Thank you!

Turo was super simple to use from start to finish! I love being able to pick my exact vehicle versus getting a "Chevy Equinox or similar" like the big agencies. The vehicle was delivered to the airport and dropped off in a convenient location. The vehicle was clean perfect for our family vacation. Will definitely use Turo again!

Rented a Toyota Tundra through Turo. Process was easy, great car for what I needed, pick up and drop off was seamless. Loved it! I always appreciate the wide selection of vehicles and the savings over typical rental car companies. I would highly recommend Turo for travelers. This was for a golf trip with friends, so the big vehicle had plenty of room for people, luggage and golf clubs.

This is a great app for renting vehicles. It's easy to use, quick responses and great hosts. I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends and family. This is a great way to save money instead of using those very expensive rental companies. It's also helps out the host and you get a great car to drive.

The car was not clean. The car had a bad smell like **. The brakes was bad. It was squeaking real bad. The car needed a tune-up. The wheel was shaking when you stop. Customer service skills wasn’t on time. Communication was hard. It was a different person that brought the vehicle to me.

Thankful for the extra explanation in maneuvering where to pick up car, etc. Easy to understand where to go, what to do, how to get car keys and then also with returning the vehicle. Appreciate the extra help. Would rent from here again. This is a nice option instead of traditional rental car companies. Much cheaper option.

We’ve only done Turo twice, but both times have been super smooth and easy. The vehicle is right where we’ve been told and a seamless pickup and drop off. You always know what you are getting. No guessing what they will give me. The only way I’ll rent a car!!

Whenever my car is out of commission, or I need to go on a short road trip.. I use Turo. The platform never disappoints, and the hosts are so gracious and helpful during the rental period. There have been times where I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have Turo as a option in some of the most difficult and unfortunate circumstances where I really needed transportation. Whether a last minute emergency or a planned out adventure, Turo beats the traditional car rental companies 1000% … in price, ease of reservations, pickup simplicity and all out flexibility! This app is very handy and easy to use when booking a rental car. It is very convenient especially for last minute trips. You are able to choose from a variety of vehicles, that are located near and far. Cars are clean and precise to the description giving on the app. If you have any concerns the renters will answer your question in a timely manner.

The first car I got in Washington was a Chevy Bolt EV. Within the first hour of having the car, service popped up. I was having issues with charging the car the first day, but the second day I wasn’t able to charge it at all. I was in Portland, OR when they towed the truck, I had to take a train ride back to Seattle, mind you, it was not cheap. Also having to pay for a last minute hotel in Portland was also expensive. We took a 3hr train ride to Seattle, called customer service and asked them for a replacement car. They gave us a Subaru… which was a MANUAL car. Even though on my account it specifically says NO to manual cars because I CANNOT drive a manual car. So not only we had to pay 50 dollars for an Uber to that car, we had to wait an extra two hours for another car. And we walked 2 miles to the other car because we didn’t wanna pay for another uber because it was $70. And the other car they gave us.. was good but with only 400 miles.

The fee is that Turo charges could be a little bit lower and there should be some kind of incentives or rewards program with discounts and have cheaper delivery rates and just all around lower prices. And there could be more options on how and what car details and times for when you reserve the vehicle.

The process is painless and easy. There are no hidden fees. Everything is upfront about pricing. Easy to find a a vehicle that is the right fit. There are so many options of vehicles that are in your area. I can’t wait to use the app when I visit other places.

I had a fabulous rental experience with Turo. My host's communication was terrific. I would definitely use the host again and also will continue to use this app. It was easy to use, it was faster than renting from a company at the airport, and I loved being able to read about the cars and host reviews from others.

When I get out airport I have to pay parking fee 14$ ticket. Plus I have to pay for the tolls. They should match airport parking fee to the tolls fees. Tolls fees are not much only 5-6$ but it’s not fair because they park their vehicles in the airport and I have to pay for parking fee.

So far my experience is not good. I'm getting accused of something I didn't do on my first trip. I did not damage the they did a claim on me to pay for the damages I did not do. I will not be something I didn't do. I am thinking about canceling my membership. I'm not happy the services. You guys will not get any more money I'm done. Please stop calling my phone. I will not pay for something I did not do.

I enjoyed my recent trip. The hosts were phenomenal! Can't wait to rent from them again! I'm not a big fan of the TURO service but the hosts made the experience great! I truly believe the hosts are the ones that make TURO the company to use when choosing the right vehicle for the trip. TURO should have a rewards program for those exceptional hosts.

He lied that I damaged the car. I would never rent from him again. After we check everything on the car also he lied that he had to put 35$ in the tank when I filled the tank up that night before I took it back. I would never recommend.

Great first time experience. Vacationing on the big island and loved that we could add beach chairs, ice chest, and snorkeling gear! Jeff was communicative and the pick up and drop off was a breeze. The car was clean and in good repair. We will rent again. And would definitely recommend.

So glad I found out about this company. Affordable and convenient. Better than any major rental company. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. There are a wide variety of cars and suvs to pick from ranging from simple to luxurious. Gives people the chance to drive their dream cars for a day.

Great host, very helpful, quick response. Great vehicle. I will use this host again for su re even though I was a little late they were very forgiving and understanding. I had a great time because of the host understanding. The truck handled Great in bad weather. I hope the host like my review and will allow me to rent again even though I was late.

I well definitely please with my rental. Communication was definitely on point. They definitely check on me making sure My trip was going smooth as possible. Make sure the ride and everything was on point if it had any questions they got back to me asap. and most of all the car was nice and clean well maintenance. Tony was the BEST!! 2nd time using Turo, I’ve just never experienced anything so easy!! He makes it seamless!! So much easier than an airport rental!! I’d highly recommend!! Pick up and drop off was so easy too!! The directions of where to pick up were so accurate and the reminders of what time to drop off were very helpful! We were stuck in traffic, and he calmed us down by saying not to worry, no extra charges!! I would go thru Tony every time I’m in Naples!

We have rented from Turo several times in the last year. Each time has been great. I like how you know what car you are going to get before you even get there and that you don't have to have a credit card and huge deposit just in order to rent.

Needed a good reliable SUV for a 5 week vacation. I originally choose a Chevy Traverse but the owner reached out and said because of mechanical difficulties they were upgrading me to a new Mazda C9. The vehicle while being a 2015 was in great shape. Both William and Matthew responded quickly when questions were asked. Easy pick up and drop off.

I have used Turo twice! So far I have really enjoyed my experiences. Marcel is the best! This is by far the best way to rent a vehicle without any hassle. I have no problems or complaints. I will continue to rent thru Turo and recommend to others! By far the best!

I am not sure I will ever go back to airport cars again. Loved Turo and the ease of renting this great Mazda Suv with all the trappings. Perfect for off-roading and dealing with snowy roads… Even had chains in case of ice. Amazing!!!

This is my second time renting from them, transaction was easy even when some small hiccups occurred. Car was cleaned before we picked it up, easy to communicate with the owner. I recommend them as it is a very easy transaction and the cars are good, we had a great trip to the coast and fit all of us, 5 adults and two pups in the car. Pricing is also very good. Thank you.

I had a problem using a gift card. I tried using my bank card several times. The bank locked my card. My mom had a mandatory appointment so we purchased gift cards. I was on the phone 9 hours in total. I was sent an email. Credited my account then told that my account was closed. I provided Daniel and all the other customer service reps everything they requested. I love Turo and have a trip planned for the weekend. I hope you guys contact the host. I paid the 80 for gas and miles. So I really would like a callback.

Dalton met us right at the airport arrival door, we literally walked outside and into his very clean truck, it couldn't have been easier. I have turned soooo many people on to TURO and they have all had good experiences with the exception of a couple cancellations here and there.

The check in check out was so easy. The car was clean and ran good. The car owner also had an account with a local car wash so washing the car was at no cost which made it easy to give the car back as clean as when I picked it up. They were great guys and very responsive! They went out of their way to make it a stress-free experience!

Tiago was a great communicator. Car was clean and worked perfectly for our trip. No issues with pickup or drop off. Would definitely Turo with Tiago next time we are in the area. This was our first trip with Turo so hope all future experiences are as smooth.

The car ran horribly, the only reason I had to keep the car was because I had plans. The car shut off on me two times while I was on the HIGHWAY and the check engine light was on. They keep deleting my reviews and I don’t like that I’m literally a loyal customer for Turo. I rent almost every month. This is absolutely ridiculous, the car seats were filthy and the car ran like it was on its last life then on top of that the renter tried to lie and say I returned the car 6 hours later, like huh?!?!? Why not file a police report because that technically means it’s stolen but I digress. Don’t walk, RUN, never rent from this owner.

Alison’s jeep was a must-have for seeing Volcano National Park on the big island! The sunroof was key to taking in all of the magnificent views! Alison was great with communication, and everything went smooth. We appreciate helping a private party, and have always had a good experience with Turo!

I love the professionalism that I receive when I have to contact customer service and their abilities to rectify any issues. The host that I have encountered have been amazing! I have ZERO complaints. Can be on the pricey side with the extra fees ... But I rather pay the extra fees (In certain cases) and have a rental. Than being stuck at an Airport for 4 hours with 3 small ones with me and not receiving a rental car that I paid for with no refund! Smh... Was an absolute nightmare... Thank you Turo!!!!

Had a very smooth and enjoyable rental with the owner of my Jeep Wrangler rental. Would continue to use this as far as renting a vehicle. Soo much easier than the normal kind of corporate car rentals. My host was very communicative with me and his responsiveness was on point.

Easy way to rent a car with very kind persons and clean cars. I had been rented a several times and always had been a great experience. I really recommend this site for rent a car, you gonna like it!!! All the hosts are helpful and nice, good-shaped cars.

After spending almost $1k for the week, I filled up the car the morning of and then had to drive 30 min to the airport. It wasn’t filled to the very top so I was charged by the Host and then Turo for $10. Left a very poor taste in my mouth. How are we supposed to drive from gas station to airport without gas going down? Levitate the car there? Super dissatisfied.

I was able to book a reasonably priced car pretty last minute. This was the first time I actually had to meet up with the owners of the car. I think it’s much easier when you have a lock box or a remote access key. Other than that it was very enjoyable. Even with meeting with the owners, they were very kind and patient.

Turo is the way to go! I like the way it is easy to use and offers full insurance. The owners are friendly and promptly respond to any questions I have. The location of the pickup and drop off is very convenient for my needs, as well. The cars are always clean and reliable. The price is right!

I rented a 12-year-old Honda in Anaheim. The experience was excellent. The owner was easy to communicate with and had the car clean and ready for pickup. The vehicle ran great. The owner had added a phone mount, and power outlets for usb. And there was an air pump in the trunk. With his instructions, it was easy to find the vehicle and keys. Excellent experience overall.

Easy to get car and return. The car is a little older but everything work as it should. We went all over the island with no problems. Drives good and is in good condition for the year model. The van was perfect for our trip and was price well. Good rental.

Using Turo is a way better experience than a rental car agency. The car is usually waiting for you instead of standing in a line after your flight. You always get the car you book. I have used Turo 15 times and have always been satisfied. All of the renters I have dealt with have been professional and courteous. The selection is much greater than a traditional rental agency. You can rent almost anything.

The car we rented was clean and ready when we arrived. Alaric, our host, was excellent with communication and answered all of our questions. Return of the car was easy, but if you have an early flight you should be sure to check to see what time the shuttle starts in the morning.

Typically my experiences with Turo have been good. I try to go beyond with every rental because I'm a car guy and hate to see vehicles returned in a bad condition. So I also return car with a full tank, washed, and thoroughly clean (which likely is why I have a high rentee rating). However, this last trip was poor. Had a flat about 15 miles into to trip and had to wait for roadside assistance (I could have changed the spare but I was respecting the wishes of the host). The wait turned out to be an all day ordeal and I ended up paying for a new tire. We canceled our day trip and returned the car. So at the end of the day I rented a car so I could pay the host for a new tire. Haven't heard back from Turo concerning any reimbursement so far.

For some reason the car we reserved in January was unavailable when we arrived. It was frightening to be standing at the airport with no car. We had to call the host and there was another comparable car available for us. I would have appreciated knowing that sooner! Also with the new car we had 200 less miles available. Not happy with that either.

The best site to rent a car from this is the place I always go to. Turo has been a life saver. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone. Cars are always ready, clean and reliable. I travel out of town a lot and have not had any issues or bad experiences with turo.

Basically I been with Turo since 2018 so I have seen it grow and the best experience I have is through good all star hosts like this one who communicate well. Keep their vehicles clean and smooth and accommodate you the best way they can. Network with each other and old fashion word of mouth so you keep customers like me to keep using this service.

It is so easy and convenient to reserve a vehicle. I don't have the pressure of going to a rental place where I feel I will be charged more. The airport pick-up process was so easy and allowed me to get my car fast, no lines and no waiting. I'm never going back to a car rental place again.

My day-to-day car is very small and compact, which meets my needs, most times. Whenever I need a bigger ride for hauling things or people, Turo always has something available and it's so easy! I like to choose cars that are close to my pick-up or drop-off area and that tends to work out logistically in my favor every time.

Rented the wonderful VW Atlas R line and it was perfect. As described, clean and well maintained with all the bells and whistles a late-model luxury SUV has to offer. The communication from start to finish couldn't be better. Pick up and drop off after ten days was as easy as can be. Great ride and experience, would book again.

The Turo Experience I had was fantastically easy and professional. The Turo Host was available by Texts and Turo messages the complete time and promptly communicated with me whenever I had a question about his perfectly clean vehicle. It was my first time driving an all electric vehicle and the host walked me thru the driving instructions

With the app that's so easy to navigate, in terms of vehicle type, rate, built, size, transmission type and pick-up/return location of your choice. Plus, a very accommodating and very efficient vehicle owner. Easy to communicate with. No hassle. You can't go wrong but have a "stress-free" car rental experience. Our Host, Manuel, was terrific. He made our pick up & drop off very easy, the car was just what we needed, the car was very clean & operated perfectly, & we considered the price to be reasonable. We were extremely happy contracting with Manuel - he is a very fine representative for Turo. You cannot go wrong using Manuel - you will be very happy.

Very easy with being able to have delivered right to the airport and drop off back at the airport. Very clean and newer vehicle. Excellent to drive and get around with. Vehicle was everything we needed for the weekend in Arizona. Had room for 2 sets of golf clubs and our luggage with room to spare.

Really convenient way to pickup and drop off vehicle. Barry was very helpful. Had a great visit to Arizona, took in NASCAR race and Cubs game. The car was nice and clean and worked well for what we wanted it for. The shuttle to and from the airport to the parking garage was very easy to work around and it does run 24/7.

We took the convertible down to Tucson, and Sonita. The car drove well, the sound system synced nicely with my phone and the top down was an added bonus. Tip: Take Highway 79 into Tucson instead of 10. The views of the desert landscape will blow you away and I didn’t see one truck. Communication with Snowbird was easy. The car was clean, instructions for pick up and drop off were spot on.

My host was great, and very communicative. The overall process and risk to the pocketbook is not worth it. I do not plan on using Turo ever again. I was charged the full amount to replace the flat tire because of the severity, from running over a rock on the road. Having the 2nd level $500 deductible insurance through Turo saved me about $100.

I am thoroughly satisfied with renting vehicles from Turo. I have yet to have a bad experience. I just wished I had known about you guys years ago. I plan on using you guys again in the near future in Orlando Florida in July. I especially appreciate not having to use my personal vehicles and racking up mileage. Hopefully I can find a small RV rental as well.

Stefan’s car was so clean and fully fueled (greatly appreciated because this is the only car I have ever gotten full). The communication was very clear and he was willing to help with anything extra.. Again not something I’m used to with this app. So friendly and helpful! The car ran smoothly and I had no issues!

It’s not good. Last trip he charge me extra payment $16 and some cents. He not asking me. He is give low fuel and drooping is free and he charge me $10 droop and fuel charges $5. Why. Please refund my amount otherwise my not believe next time your company.

Had great experience using Turo and Eric. I rented a Jeep with Eric. Eric was very responsive and the vehicle was as described. I will use Turo again and would highly recommend. We had a great vacation in Hawaii and Turo and Eric made it that much more accommodating. Pick up and return of the vehicle was east too.

I strongly recommend Andrew’s cars for your trip in LA area!! My experience with his car was extremely awesome! Very clean and tidy with good mileage. There was no problem with the van at all and everything was great! He accommodated all the requests such as, drop-off location change and time. He responds very fast and accurately. Please consider him as your host for trip in LA area!!

This was our first time using Turo, and it couldn’t have been more positive. Not only did our host communicate extremely clearly, the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned, easy to find and exactly what we needed for our trip. The vehicle was also stocked with chargers, snow tires, bear spray and a first aid kit. Kudos all around!

We reserved a Grand Cherokee L in Orlando months before our trip. Less than 24 hours before we flew in, I got an email saying the reservation was cancelled by Turo with no reasoning. I reached out to the owner of the vehicle who said a new open recall is on that model and Turo won't rent any cars with recalls. Fine, but the recall came out a week prior which would have allowed us time to find a replacement. There was minimal options for a comparative vehicle with less than a day till arrival. The ones Turo recommended were all significantly smaller.

The last Turo that I had was absolutely perfect. The people that were renting the vehicle to me were awesome. The vehicle was clean very well kept. I have no complaints at all and would trust them and would give them business anytime. Will actually be trying to get another car from them this week.

Host nickel and diming me and inappropriately charging me for things I am not liable for. He then starts harassing me, essentially saying that I am the problem and he will be protected. The host then lies about where I parked, and even took a pic of the parking ticket everyone gets when they enter a parking area at an airport. He essentially confirmed he was being dishonest. I chatted with Turo about this who said the invoice he sent me was invalid. They were also supposed to notify the “escalation team” and call me regarding his behavior which hasn’t been done yet. Not impressed at all, and this was my first time renting from you all.

Wasn't sure about Turo due to mixed reviews. We tried it, and we had such a fantastic experience. Car was delivered to airport, and picked up at airport for no charge. Car was clean and well kept with appropriate tires. We had total peace of mind while we adventured around Alaska!

I haven't used a rental car place since trying Turo 3 years ago. The vehicle was waiting for us at the airport and it was easy to find because the host left us specific instructions and photos. The vehicles are always clean and have a full tank of gas. The app allows you to see how many miles are included with your rental so you keep an eye on your usage. I love this app!!

I always have a great experience when I rent from Turo, no more big name rental car companies for me!!!! Turo is the best thing that could’ve ever happened. Turo has definitely changed the rental game. Whoever came up with this concept was a genius. I will forever be a Turo customer.

This KIA was clean and very nice to drive. It was waiting for me right outside the baggage claim doors when my flight arrived. Louis was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I may have had. The Sun Pass was a great feature and a time saver! My only complaint is that the windshield wipers need to be replaced.

I had a great first time experience! There was a good selection of vehicles to choose from plus pricing was way more affordable compared to other leading car rental companies. The owner I worked with was easy to communicate with and helpful during the pick up and drop off process. I will definitely continue using Turo for vehicle rental needs.

This was my first experience renting with Turo. Could not have been easier. Love the fact that I didn't have to wait in long rental car lines in the Bozeman Airport and was able to walk out and pick up my car right away. Returning the car was just as easy. Will definitely use Turo again!

I rented this car for my family ski trip. Picked up the 2023 4Runner at the Denver International Airport and drove down I70 to Keystone Colorado in heavy snow. The car handled the rough weather conditions without a problem. Very stable on the road with good tires. I asked the host several questions, which they promptly responded to. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this vehicle again!

Car was as described, well maintained, and clean. Thom left detailed directions on how to get to the car and how to return it. Has a monthly car wash service and we were able to vacuum up the sand for free after our visit to the beach. I would rent from Thom again. Great experience if you are visiting the TPA area.

Turo provides quick, safe and easy access through the app to access people’s personal vehicles. Compared to car rental places Turo offers low cost rates at a fraction of the price with more convenience. Owners of pick and drop off of vehicle which is a super time saver as well as money compared to Uber. I will always choose to use Turo.

The car was fine and the owner was nice, however it was not contactless pick up, and that is very awkward. It was not clear in the description that this was going to be the case. It would be nice if Turo only allowed for contactless pick up, especially for women who might not feel safe meeting a male owner alone. Also, the prices have gone up, and using Turo is not as great of a deal as it used to be.

Hi nice ride and super smooth process. Some policing by Turo on occasion, would resolve some issues, like hidden parking fees and threats to fine for not washing vehicle for everyday wear. Can't say no fee, but hide the fact of paying parking to get out of airport.

My trip was awesome, brand new car and excellent host. Will highly recommend to everyone who is interested in renting. Trip was great and car was ultra clean and got great gas mileage. This was my third trip with a Turo rental and the best so far. Can't wait for my next trip in April.

Gonzalo’s mini cooper countryman was the best vehicle we could have rented as there was a severe winter storm that hit and we drove with ease. My card was charged for the trip and in less than a minute the trip was canceled because the car was recalled. Why can’t this be checked prior to charging the car? The replacement car was 8 years older and not equipped with the electronics needed. It also cost more. Gavin with the replacement car was wonderful to work with. The 3 was due to the Turo stuff with the first car, felt like a bait and switch.

The car rental was great. A great car and the ability to pick up the car at the airport and leave it there, made life easier. I have used Turo several times and every experience has been a very good one. I would highly recommend Turo. It makes car renting easy!

I am not so tech savvy but Turo is very laid out in a way that you can make choices without getting a headache trying to figure out what choices to make. I love this app and I hope you continue to maintain great communication skills moving forward. All of my guests have been great and I don't have any negative things to say at this time. Older Sentra but other than a few creaks and groans the car ran well and was good transportation for the 2 of us. It rained a few days and new windshield wipers would have been helpful (and safer)-what was installed was adequate. Would not hesitate to re book with Rachel in the future.

This is a great service. Most of my rentals have been fantastic, and this app makes things very smooth at pickup and drop off. I only suggest they list total price and the listing with tax and fees so you don’t have to click all the way through. All in all a good service for people not Looking to buy right away.

Good experience except being accused of smoking in the vehicle when we didn't and to be charged an extra 170.00 which we feel like we are partially responsible because we didn't take pictures of the inside of the vehicle like we did for the outside of the vehicle. Host and vehicle was great but this was my first time using this platform and I wasn’t satisfied with a few things. I originally booked for a day then want to extend my trip. The app took my money and the host ended up rejecting to extend the trip but my money was already removed which cause a inconvenience on getting another vehicle. Also I think adding 60$ fees per everyday fee is ridiculous. It should be a one trip fee no matter how many days a person book a trip. That’s should really be considered. You would probably get more people booking more day.

The car was ready, clean and good to go upon arrival. No time waiting in line a a counter or having to take a shuttle bus. The host was courteous and a great communication; the host checked in with us after pickup to make sure the car was in good order. The car is a bit older than what you would get from a rental agency. Nevertheless in good working order and comfortable.

I seriously think I rented from a drug dealer! As soon as I got in the vehicle it smelled like ** had been smoked in there on a regular basis. I did let the host know and his excuse wasn’t valid. I did have a no fault accident happen to me while the car was in my possession, but he acted like everything was fine. He would a claim on his end as I did with Turo. He didn’t receive my message about the accident until the next day and then accused me of lying. The experience was absolutely horrific and he scared me!

The host left the car in the parking lot directly across from the baggage claim area which made pickup and drop off a breeze.

We needed a vehicle that seats seven plus luggage, and the suburban was perfect. So far I have used Turo 2 times and I am extremely pleased with the ease of service and flexibility. The agents were fast and responsive and when a problem did arise Turo made it very easy to get a different car. Also when I returned car early I received a credit back. Love the service.

I really loved the company. I rent one car for 36 days and rented another one afterwards. The first car I rented send me an invoice 8 days after return for 1,000 dollars stating I replaced a tire and the rim was ruin. Turo policy says they must report damages within 24 hrs. Mind you the person had rented the car out after me. I was doing real good with turo until I told them I was not paying. Why would someone wait 8 days after the return of a rental and after they rented their car to someone else to request I pay. Follow your contract. They blocked me and closed my account. That was not right at all. I have done great business with them and if I would have done that I definitely would have reported it because I had insurance.

Turo itself was great but after leaving a good review for my host he attempted to charge $60 for some sand being left in the car and marked it as tickets. I was able to dispute the invoice and Turo came through for me and determined it was an invalid claim!

WOW! White glove service at Chicago O'Hare from pickup to drop off! George was insanely communicative without ever being a bother, and the 2013 Volvo S60 is a gem!!!!! The car drives as beautifully as it looks! Gas mileage was very very good. I highly recommend George as host and his Volvo S60. He is my "go-to" when in Chicago!

I was charged extra by Turo themselves due to severe inclement weather conditions that prevented me from returning the vehicle. Both my flight company and Airbnb worked around the weather, and the car host would have been okay with it, Turo is not? Doesn’t seem like great business practice to charge someone when there is nothing that could be done, I couldn’t leave the driveway of where I was staying.

I had a great experience with the renter process and also the person I rented the car from. Michael was a very nice, cool guy. When I added my extra days there was no issue. When I first got the car the car was very clean, nice and the price was wonderful. I recommend Turo to anybody who's in need of a car rental for trips or just personal things so I get this app and the people on it that I deal with. So far a five star. I've used Turo twice in different countries and I've had a good experience so far. The app is set up to be mostly user friendly for purposes of the availability calendar and the rental process. I never had a need to file an insurance claim on either rental, but the options and pricing for insurance seem straightforward and fair. Once my trip began, I did have a difficult time finding the initial car rental rules that the owner provided just to make sure that I was returning the car according to these guidelines. Making this easier to find in the app would be nice. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Turo is definitely worth a try especially for cities where rental companies charge a premium or don't have cars.

Came into town for an unexpected family emergency, renting a car at the last minute is easy on Turo and affordable. I like the options of picking the car you want, at the price you want and whether you get it dropped off or you pick it up. I had the car dropped off at my residence at my convenience and picked up days later.

Turo is not only the worst rental car/car sharing company I have experienced, Turo is the worst company I have ever used as a consumer. The host claimed damage to the car that was excessive and I then agreed to a small amount, which I paid. Turo came back and said I owed more as a supplement and I disagreed and disputed. Their customer service is terrible and does not allow escalation. Rather it is simply reps reading off of scripts. I continued to dispute with evidence via phone and email until my credit car was ultimately charged the additional amount. I disputed this with my credit card company who has not heard back from Turo. Turo then reached out to me stating they cannot work with the credit card company only me directly. I told them to never contact me again and work with my credit card company until this is resolved. This was my first time using Turo and I will most certainly never ever use them again.

This has been my 3rd or 4th rental with Turo and it is always a pleasure. Turo makes it so easy... No lines or waiting! The app has all the answers and I find owners are genuinely helpful and honest about their cars. I will definitely continue to rent from Turo when I am traveling for business or pleasure.

This is sooo much better than dealing with the rental car companies!!! I needed a car while mine was being worked on, so I went out a week before the car works was to be done, found a car in my area for a good price and selected it. From there everything went like clock work.

Jonathan's car was very clean and in excellent condition. It was very roomy and comfortable. Access to the car was easy as was drop off. The car drove nicely and got good gas mileage. Having the Car Play feature made our trip much easier. Communication was great. We loved the car!

We had a wonderful experience with Thomas's Ford Transit. It was very clean and an excellent choice for the 9 of us. I would recommend better communication on the front end for how Turo customers are to find the van. We weren't sure if we were to get a shuttle to a parking lot, walk to the location, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to have it dropped off at our baggage claim location, but this would have been nice to know prior to our flights. All in all, we would definitely rent this Turo vehicle from Thomas again!

Matt Willis was great to work with renting his 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. Vehicle exceeded my expectations and he was available to find and turn in. Vehicle was cleaned and ready to go upon arrival in Des Moines. Only issue I encountered was the car sat most of one day and the front left tire lost air pressure down to 23 psi. I aired it up to 40 psi and it was fine from there.

Great car selection. Super easy to get and return a car with flexibility. Clear instructions. The hosts were all super friendly and helpful. Very promoted responses. Great to choose from so many brands and models. The map to show nearby lists is also helpful. Highly recommended. So far the experience is good. Will definitely rent more cars from Turo in the future.

Everything went according to plan. I don't understand pricing though. It said $39 per day, but when I booked it was more. I'm new to the site, so maybe I misunderstood something. When booking in the future, I will contact host and take screenshots. I was going to give 4 stars on value, because of price change at booking, but decided to give the benefit of doubt that I misunderstood.

From start to finish, great communication and service. Got off the plane, walked to the same day parking at the airport and we were on vacation. Returning the car was just as easy! The BMW we drove was clean and neat. We are big believers in using the Turo application that we were turned onto by our son who is a computer and car buff.

Now, my five star rating is because my host was just beyond excellent with everything down to the T. The car was perfect. I want to buy one of my own his kindness, and how he goes above and beyond to make sure I was set and good for my trip, his communication was perfect. He greeted me as soon as my trip was booked and was just an all star until the end. If I ever rent From Turo again, I will definitely be going to Tim lol but the downfall about it was I booked an advance and it got canceled with a different host and rebooked again and that host canceled as well. Now I understand it is out of their control which is totally understandable. I just feel like recalls or anything that has to do with the vehicle should be inspected for all of that after every use and if it’s not rented often. Then I feel like maintenance checkup should be done often as well but other than that my experience so far has been great.

Most of my experiences have been great. I believe there should be a little more detail when it comes to renting cars in New York. I go up there often to rent a car and pick it up at the airport seems nearly impossible without an extra charge, which I personally feel like that is ridiculous and redundant. Also, I feel like Turle themselves need to go out there and inspect these cars to make sure that they are drivable that there are no warning lights on a vehicle.

My experiences have been absolutely wonderful. Customer service was amazing. The renters were always very helpful and friendly. Any questions or concerns I had was always answered in a timely manner. Renting is much easier than the conventional rental company, & much cheaper. With other companies you have to have great credit or a lot of cash up front, not with Turo. Most of the Hosts are very accommodating & polite. Have referred others to this way of renting a vehicle.

It was very unnerving to back up someone’s else’s car. I was so afraid I’d miss seeing something. The seat would not go up to put me high enough for me to see over the steering wheel at what speed I was going at. Possibly, you should put a limit on older cars that don’t have all the features that most people are used to.

My experience was seamless. Communication very good with Turo and host. I enjoy renting through Turo although I wish trip fees were not so high. I would have continued using Turo until my truck was fixed but could not afford extra trip fees. I understand everyone has to make their money though. All in all, always a good experience.

I had a car I rented over two weeks. Long story short I had a admission into the hospital, send Turo document of and told me no fees I would be charge for because I was in hospital. Well after that day after they restrict my account from using their services for another car and refuse to tell me why as a customer with accurate information because each agent I talk to claims they document my complaints. Now they want to charge me almost $300 in fees me not even knowing exactly how they came up to this point. No supervisor available to talk on phone. You have to speak to a virtual person. SMH. Unprofessional and I'm very disappointed. Some things can't help it happens. Speaking me needing to be admitted in hospital I feel it wasn't even consider period. I refer people to turo and now really regret it because I was trying to find out what can be done in such a situation so I can enjoy turo services

It was so easy to book the vehicle, work with the host. I was a little nervous getting it as had to take the tram, but she gave excellent directions and pictures to aid in finding the SUV. On return she picked it up at the hotel we were staying at.

Was quite a job finding the car as I'm not familiar with the airport. Car wasn't as nice as it looked in the pictures. Interior had not been cleaned. Car went really good though. I would go thru a regular rental company next time. I wouldn't recommend Turo to my friends

Everything went well, had a small problem with the vehicle and the owner was on top of it until the vehicle was returned in a timely manner so no major problems. Host brought the vehicle to me as soon as possible allowing me to continue the business I was conducting. Turo was assisting in the process as well to ensure I had transportation for my stay.

I think that Turo is awesome. It's easy, it's fast, it's convenient. You don't have to wait for a deposit to come back in 7 days. I love Turo and I'm going to continue to use to Turo and I tell my friends about Turo every time I hear one of them say they need a car. I tell them, "Get the Turo app!"

I was a first time Turo user. Was a bit apprehensive about the whole process. It ended up being a great experience! Always had an almost immediate response from our vehicle owner. Vehicle was clean and as advertised. Check in and check out process was easy and completely on the app. Be ready to take pics upon arrival and departure. So convenient to be able to pick up right at the airport. I will definitely be using again!

The host that we rented from was very attentive and responsive to our communications. We had several topics that came up, not issues, that were addressed and we received a reply quite quickly. Our only issue was is the reservation information. When we made the reservation online it was stated that the vehicle would be available for pickup at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Later we found out that that wasn't possible at Phoenix Sky Harbor as they have restrictions to businesses such as Turo. We had to make plans to hook up with an Uber to get us to the vehicle location, which was about 10 minutes away. Not a huge issue but a bit misleading on the original reservation process.

I’ve used Turo multiple times now and it’s been a delightful experience. Great selection of cars at good value and ease of use. My experience has been more convenient than traditional car rental services at the same or price point with selection of cars that often aren’t even available in traditional rental world.

I really was unsure about using Turo. I’ll usually rent a car, but the hours aren’t always as convenient for me. Using Turo was really convenient for me. The car ran perfect, very clean, friendly service, price for renting the car was right in my budget. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend.

One of the best rentals. Great experience! Everything went out smooth. But now I’m having an issue with today’s rental that I need contact Customer Support since I’m not able to to book a car at this time. Please fix this soon as possible! I’m not sure what happened or what’s going on.

The car that I rented from Oleg was 14 years old and had been in a number of previous accidents as evidenced by the spotty paint job and scratches that were painted over. The carpets inside were filthy and the car drove like it was in need of minor repairs. When I returned the vehicle, the owner was not home. I called him and he told me to leave the keys in the glove box, and leave the car unlocked. He stated that he was going to, “have someone go take care of it.” The next day he filed a claim against me for damaging his vehicle. He claimed that there was a new scratch on the bumper, and that there was also damage to the undercarriage of the car. I denied the claim he made, because I did not have a wreck and did not cause any damage to the vehicle once or ever. He submitted photos allegedly showing the damage.

This is my second time using the Turo app for a vehicle while on vacation! Both vehicles were clean and dependable. The pickup location was perfect! It was easy to communicate with the host. :) I’ve recommended Turo to many of my friends!

Jason was our car owner. He was amazing! Communication is good. Car was super awesome! The pickup location was super easy to use. Our flight was an hour late and be waited patiently for us and did not charge us or cancel our reservation. Will definitely use him again. He has a convertible that we are eying for our next visit!

I love it! It really had me to drive on my vacation. Gosh. I will coming back again asap. It my first time I ever had that turo. It really perfect for me and it really had me drive smooth and be on time and it just very comfortable to drive. I love it.

Had fun driving the Camry XSE. At first I was nervous, but when I was on the open road and saw the mountains, made me feel like I'm free. Despite the rush hour traffic, I still had a great first experience! I would love to do this again very soon! Thank you!

Sravan was a great host. Delivery and pick up was made easy. Car was clean and Drove lovely, I will be renting again! I personally recommend this vehicle. You will not be disappointed! I love that it flags everyone in vehicle for seatbelts. I got to my destination and back safely. Ride was also very comfortable.

We were a bit worried & concerned about using Turo the first time on our annual trip to Maui. While we needed more reassurance than usual our experience ended up being delightful. We were picked up at the airport, delivered to our rental can and after 15 days met our shuttle driver where we picked up the car for our return trip to the airport. All in all we were very satisfied and I'm already recommending Turo to our friends and family. And we will look into using Turo with all our future travels.

I love the concept of Turo and the selection of vehicles but I’ve had app connectivity issues on 2 of the 3 times I’ve rented when returning the vehicles. Both of those times I had to do something different than what was agreed with the owner. One time I almost missed my flight. It’s made me concerned enough to not use Turo though I love the concept.

As l said earlier, we did not have a car which we paid for months early. This happened on Feb 23 at 10:30 am. So I called Turo. They did get me a car by 3:00 pm. That worked OK but it was inconvenient for me to change my plans.

It was a great trip, my host was great. Communication and car was great. I would definitely rent again and recommend this host to other renters. Cost effective and flexible, the car was great on gas. It was clean, had all the bells and whistles. I really enjoyed this vehicle.

Booking with Kara made my trip a breeze. Provided very detailed instructions on pick up and delivery! Was responsive to getting back with me when I had questions in a timely manner. Nice luxury vehicle! The vehicle was in a safe location. I will book through this company again for my next future destination.

I purchased a condo in the Durango area and needed a truck to haul furniture for the furnishing of the unit. The rental was perfect for our situation of moving into a condo. The rental was on time and in great condition. We also needed to prolong our return and that was handled with ease as well and extended immediately. Thank you so much! The people you meet through this app are very generous & understanding. However, the fees are extremely high. If you're trying to book same day it could double your amount you have to pay and you will still have limited mileage. The mileage could be very tricky as well especially if you're not used to keeping track of it

The BMW rode like a dream for an 11 yo car. The car was in great shape and had really low miles. Check engine light came on for a day or so and then spontaneously turned off. No issues with how the car drove at all! Pick up and drop off process was smooth and seamless. Shawn was good at responding to questions and made sure the trip was going ok. Overall, we had a great trip to Arizona!
