We had an exceptional, trouble-free experience with Turo, most especially with our host. Cancelled the first rental because we were not going to go anymore. So I got the refund at once. I booked again when we decided to go anyway and received confirmation immediately. The night before our trip, I received message from our host that the car is ready. The day of our trip, our host opened the door for us remotely, which I think is super cool. It was a fantastic experience not having to line up and wait for 30 minutes or more for a rental. Highly recommend.

I have had great experiences the two times I’ve used it. The price and host have been great and so accommodating. This has now become my new and only way to rent a vehicle for now on.. For anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle, I would recommend Turo where you can save money and have great experiences.

We had a great experience renting from Akila. He is a very kind host and made the process smooth and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and a joy to drive. If I ever return to Las Vegas, I will definitely rent from him again, and I encourage anyone looking to rent in Vegas to consider Akila.

We found the Ford Explorer we rented from Turo to be exactly what we needed during our trip to Disneyland. The car was well equipped, clean and, drove well. We had luggage for 5 and the storage was large enough to handle all our bags using one of the back seats for seating.

It was so easy to rent on Turo. And the car was first class. So much fun on that Slingshot. The gentleman that reacted it was super nice and very quick to respond to any questions. Location of pick up was easy to get to. Only trouble I had was finding a gas station that had 93 octane for the slingshot. Got to look around for those on your trip back.

Host was very helpful, kind, thorough with details in obtaining and returning vehicle and responded promptly! Car was immaculate and very good on gas! I can’t forget the great price & leniency. (I was running late returning vehicle.) Most definitely will be booking again if car is available in my time if need! Thanks again.

The trip was not the problem. It’s the billing process. Mar 30 canceled trip but was charged $410 but only $210 has been refunded. Apr 1 was charged $369 but $200 hasn’t been refunded yet. Cancelled trip on Apr 5 for $563.34. Instead of a refund I’ve been charged so far for $363.34.

The scheduling and car pick up instructions were very easy - No issues whatsoever. It was a smooth transaction. I even needed an extension for a few days and got it no problem. Car drop off was just as easy as the pick up. I also got a discount for renting the car for extended period of time. Win win!!! Thank you.

My host Pamela is thee best!!! This was my 3rd time renting her BMW X1 and it was awesome as usual! The communication, cleanliness and drive of the car is A1! I'll be sure to rent from her again. Turo is the bomb. I'm glad I found Turo. I can't wait until I plan my next trip.

Me and my wife had a great experience with Turo on our trip to Orlando. Our Turo hosts was excellent in making our transportation needs accessible and convenient. He provided us with basic information on the lay of the land, he was responsive in a timely manner to all questions. I would definitely use this service again.

Michael ** was a wonderful host and his Ford Mustang Mach-E 2022 was amazing. I will be renting from him again soon. The car was cleaned and all instructions laid out with no problems. Wonderful experience and this rental had me looking to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-E 2022. Michael deserves a 10 out of 10. He's a wonderful HOST!

The vehicle was clean with a full tank of gas. It’s a small vehicle but very spacious. This was especially great for street parking near the beach and parking garages due to the narrow parking spaces and overall limited parking in Waikiki. The host was very responsive and friendly. Easy pickup and drop off. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend.

Travelled Kalamazoo-Hilton Head, SC with 7 people. Ages 8-82 and all of the things that anyone needed. It worked well and will use again. The apple and android play made navigation easy and convenient. Tolls were calculated and billed at the end of the trip which made travel easy and payment at the end was easily done through the app.

The sporty car was clean and really cool! Never got to put the top down because of weather but the car was really fun. Really easy pickup and drop off. Much better than Budget at the same Phoenix airport. This is our second TURO experience and they both have been five star rentals!

Our host made it very convenient to pick up and drop off the vehicle. We needed a eight passenger vehicle and the Ford expedition fit our needs very well. Using the app was very easy and simple to understand. I will be definitely using Turo again when I need a larger capacity vehicle or any other supplemental vehicle. Thank you.

This is my third occasion to rent a car through Turo. Each occasion was slightly different but each was also a very positive experience. Each of the owners communicated well and were available to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use the Turo app when looking to rent a car in the future.

The last time I did a Turo rental was with Saul. His pickup instructions were easy to understand. The car was clean and in good working order. I would definitely do business with Saul again. The location of the car was easy to understand. I didn’t however understand the taking of the photos. I felt that a bit excessive and time-consuming. Overall I did rate this a very favorable outcome.

The car was exactly as listed on the app and the communication from the host was professional and quick. The car was very clean. Pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient. The host was very friendly, and communicated both visually and verbally a great run down of how the car operates. I would most definitely use this host again in the future.

Very convenient service. There is literally no hassle when trying to book. Majority of the cars are reasonably priced. So far I have only rented from one host but 3 trips. He has been reliable every trip. Turo is definitely worth using if you have issues getting cars from other rental companies.

Car had a tiny scuff on it which I’m not sure was from me or not and host contacted me and told me I needed to pay 600 to fix which I thought was outrageous so In turn I'm truly disappointed with how the situation has been handled so far.

The gentleman whose car I used was very helpful. However, the current inability of Turo to drop off cars at LAX was not stated until I had already purchased the rental. It would be better if this was stated before the transaction was completed, perhaps for every car that is requested to be dropped off at LAX or other similar locations.

Oh gosh Mike is amazing. I will only rent from him. He is very knowledgeable about all his things. He is willing to work with you. Any questions I have I can message him out anything I. This last time I asked him about tolls and I knew some of his vehicles had an EZ Pass. He was able to send me a list of what vehicles have an amazing person to work with.

The van was clean, in good working condition, wonderful response time, great directions for pickup! There was a Sunpass so it made it very easy through the tolls. We were able to request a last minute car seat and they made sure they were the correct sizes for our kids. We Would highly recommend. The experience we had was wonderful. It truly made our trip less stressful.

Our experience with Turo and Patricia, the car owner, was easy and everything was great. No more standing in long lines at a car rental counter for us, Turo will be our “go to” car rental option for any other trips we are planning. I am using Turo once again on a trip to Las Vegas later this month on a golf trip.

This was a seamless, convenient, and economical way to rent a car! I had a very nice 2018 Nissan, great mileage, everything worked well. A small issue was taken care of immediately by the owner. Excellent Experience with this Car. This Trip was Equipped with the best Vehicle on the Road. I was impressed with it and the price was great too. I am stickler for hands free driving and Navigation Support and this Vehicle did it. It offered Bluetooth calling, Navigation and Back camera support.

I loved using Turo to rent a car on my recent trip to Atlanta. I've used car rental companies in the past but decided to use Turo on this vacation. The hosts were very receptive to changes I had to make & made the whole transaction easy & painless. I highly recommend Turo!

I had a very good 1st time experience with Turo and will definitely use them again. It was nice coming out of the airport and being able to go to the car and go without standing in line to get waited on then waiting on the car. Turo is the way to go.

As usual good communication. Car is great. App easy to use and navigate. Picture upload is a little sketchy at times but I got around it. Otherwise the entire experience was great. Highly recommended. I will be using this service again in the future. This is much better than going thru the usual rental companies and all their red tape.

The owner kept in very good contact and explained clear instructions on how to locate the car. The car was in excellent condition. He also supplied a free car wash service if we wanted without any pressure to do so. The fob needed a new battery and he offered to make arrangements immediately but it didn’t bother us so we declined. He was very responsive.

This is the third rental for me through Turo. I find dealing directly with the owner/host allows a better experience than dealing with the usual companies. The hosts are responsive and easy to engage with. I loved the big selection of vehicles to choose from - I know what I am picking up before I get there, instead of being given what is available.

Before using Turo for the first time, you will read all sorts of "horror stories" and I'm sure they are real. Just remember that the majority of good experiences never get told because customers assume Turo is just SUPPOSED to work like that; perfectly! My big thing is "Customer service". NONE of the big rental companies will allow you to talk to a human on the phone. If you want to talk to a human, get in a line at the airport that takes an hour to get through. My Turo owner literally replied to ANY message I sent her in less than an hour. Most times she replied within 5 minutes. THis is UNHEARD of in today's corporate world.

Awesome service. Everyone I’ve rented from has been excellent and the cars all have been in great shape and well maintained. I would and do recommend Turo to anyone looking to rent a vehicle it easy to use plus the more you rent you receive discounts. Anytime I need to rent a vehicle for anything I’m choosing Turo and all my friends and family have been doing the same lately.

Had the best experience with renting through Turo. The vehicle options are also amazing. I used to rent vehicles from Enterprise but every time you get the rental, it's never the car you are promised. The ease of Turo was so easy & Alisha (who I rented from) made my experience even better. Never going back to Enterprise again.

I have used Turo about 5 times already. The experience from beginning to end is very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend using Turo. They also offer a pay-later option on some rentals which is very helpful when your finances aren’t that great. I will continue to use Turo going forward.

I walked out of the airport right into my car. Not sure why you would ever use a rental car company, as this is the easiest experience ever. No surprises like a rental company. You get the car you want. The owner unlocks it remotely, and you get in a go. No interaction with a rental person or waiting in lines. Oh and it's cheaper.

My trip was going well until the end. My host was 15 minutes late with the vehicle and didn't communicate his tardiness. Then as the end of my trip, I filled up the gas, and now I was charged $40 extra dollars for not putting gas. I submitted proof, and no one cared. I will never use this company again due to their hidden fees and unnecessary fees. How am I charged $40 for a $20 charge that I again did not commit. The customer is clearly not their priority, they care for their hosts more. Never again Turo.

Pick up and drop off was very easy and very much appreciated. The car was clean and in good working order. The owner was professional and courteous. I look forward to using the Turo service again in the future.

Turo is ok. Takes too long with refunds and info not always accurate. Agents make promises and don’t keep them. Trip fee should be a percentage of trips not dollar for dollar. That’s false advertising. And the reps says they’ll look into stuff and you never hear anything back about it .

It wasn’t Turo specifically, but the person I rented from. I thought he was nice, communicated with him and he tried to get over on me. I’ve been upset for days behind this and not sure if I would rent from the company again. The car has damage when I picked it up and once I returned the car he blamed me for it. He stated I had smoked in his car and I did not smoke in it. I was late retuning the car and I made him aware that I would be there late. I overslept and didn’t wake up until 8 am when I was supposed to drop it off. I didn’t fill the gas tank and did accept that I would have to pay a refuel fee. I was OK with that. I just wanted to get his vehicle back to him. He even gave me instructions on what to do once I dropped it off after I told him I would be late.

Turo seems to always side with the host. Most of the reviews I’ve seen reflects this. The positive reviews are from people that did not encounter an issue. I think if all had went well, then I would have too had a positive review. As the host was flexible, communication was good and pick up and drop off very easy. However, it’s the having to deal with Turo if there’s an issue. They are vague in their responses and not helpful. My case is ‘ temporarily closed’ but if the host decides to reopen it (it’s been almost a month since trip ends) then they will let me know? How is that even remotely justified?

The Durango we rented was very well maintained and Kyle was very communicative, logistics of the car went smooth and made our trip so much easier compared to our friends who reserved a car at the airport rental agency only to have to not reserved. Would definitely rent again! We are also convinced that we want a Dodge Durango now!

It was a very last-minute trip for us. I can honestly say from start to finish it was a great experience. Definitely will be my first choice every trip from now on. The vehicle was great, customer service was great. All around very satisfied. I will recommend to everyone for sure!!

Great host. Easy checkin. Nice reliable car. Car was parked at airport parking lot so avoid the long lines, hassles of car rental counters. Zero wait time. Car was ready to go. Fuel tank was full and host unlocked the doors remotely. I would highly recommend this service. App is easy to use.

This was my 2nd time renting the Kia Telluride from Eric and it was amazing! I love this vehicle and Eric is responsive and helpful. I did have a slight issue with both speedometers for a few hours they stayed at 0mph even while I was driving but Eric was very quick at helping me diagnose and fix the issue! Will definitely be renting again!

Very convenient when wanting to take a road trip, quick business trip like how I picked up a friend from the airport using an Outback with more space and very nice car. I have heard of friends renting on Turo when their car was at the shop and/or dealer didn't have any loaner cars. Host was very communicative and easy process.

Great vehicle. Instructions well explained. Seems overall went well for first time using Turo. Did feel different not having a front desk agent to work through like a traditional rental car agency. From what I can tell the process still worked ok. Will consider on future vacations. Definitely saved a lot of money compared to what I would have paid renting from standard options.

Liard's 2014 Prius is very well maintained. The car was very clean, so much so that my husband believed it was a new car! The car performed well and gave us no problems. Liard was easy to work with. If you fly into Moab this is a great car to use.

The host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. The car was a zippy fun Mustang, which was a gem! The Turo app made check in easy and checkout a breeze. I highly recommend Turo for anyone looking to rent a car! Most hosts provide airport pickup as well as off site pickup for rentals depending on the area.

Jonathan’s car was just what we needed for our 45 day stay on the Big Island. It was very clean inside and outside. Picked it up at the airport so it was very convenient and didn’t have to stand in a line for an hour like you do at the car rental companies. Highly recommend Turo!!!

Yes I have already told family and friends about Tito. It’s easy to rent and find an affordable vehicle. My host was so understanding about my car was in for repairs and she was so understanding for the time I kept her car. I think I kept it for a month.

I use this service quite often and I have no complaints! My family and get to travel to take care of business and run errands that we would have access to with this service. We also enjoy the nice vehicle selection including the different types and styles and the ease of the process to check in and out each time!

I ordered a sporty green drop top 2 door sports car that had raving reviews and stellar pictures. It was so cute to have some fun in the sun for my 50th birthday spending quality time at Disney with my daughter turned nightmare. First the vehicle wasn’t ready, it was not cleaned before pick up either. The back window broken lifting up so if it rained the back seat would have gotten wet. The back seats had big speakers, nowhere to sit, even if you wanted to but no worries there because the radio only played one station with static. The cloth drop top has obviously had its last drop and no longer working or of use as the cloth was torn with bird dropping scattered on top of it.

The very best part is not having to wait in line after a long flight... Just go to the parking lot and get your car. Car was great, no issues, pretty good communication from the rental group and guidelines were clear. I'll admit I was really nervous about the whole process, but we had zero issues besides my anxiety.

Car was in Mint Condition! And Prax was awesome, he was always checking and making sure everything was fine. It was very easy the entire process. Stop looking around and reserve this car. Dulio was very responsive with all my questions as this was my first time using Turo. Car was great too! Instructions to pick up and drop off the car were accurate. Lied about me smoking in his car to get free money and yet Turo has done anything about it. I am still waiting. Then they charged a cleaning fee for a car I spent less than 24 hours in. I will never use Turo again. After I am done suing the Guy I rented from for defamation I will be deleting my account.

This was my first time renting with Turo. Didn’t know it was so easy. The car was great. The prices was great. The host was great. Easy pick up and drop off location. I have no complaints. Will definitely rent from host again. I had to extend the vehicle and the host approved with no problem.

It was a different experience as you do everything by phone. It turned out to be efficient and easier than I thought it would be.. The host was very understanding in extending my dates and also replied within 5 minutes of approving. Turo would be my next way of renting again..

The trip went well, and had a few issues before the trip like the vehicle was dirty on the outside and a little misleading about the condition of the vehicle. The worse part came when so was charged 150$ for the vehicle being dirty. But I was told it was a few crumbs and and a little mud on the mat. I feel like the vehicle owners charges everyone extra way of making more money.

I was a bit disappointed that I could not apply my discount code to my Rental. If I saw it first of course I would not have paid full price for car. I should not have to go thru the headache of cancelling and rebooking. I spend a lot with Turo. I should have got the grace for that at least.

The car itself was good and as expected but a day or two after I dropped it off I got a message from the host saying I owed him even more money and believe he's saying I need to pay for the car to leave the airport. This has been disputed.

I enjoyed the car, no problems, host was very easy to communicate to, nice car, doesn't use much gas. I got as many extensions as I needed with no problems. My trip was amazing, was even able to use it to go to work for a few days as well

Host tried to say that I smoked in the car. When I gave the car back it was spotless and sent pics 2 hours later. That was not me but was blamed for it. I am being treated unfairly because I thought I had a fair host and failed to take pics.

It was Excellent to have covered parking at the RSW airport as it can get cumbersome to have to take pictures in the rain before getting the keys. The cost of short term parking was very affordable unlike the RDU process. The vehicle Owner was responsive throughout the process. Car was in good shape - no issues with size or performance. I have already recommended Turo to my friends.

Fun to drive. Had a great time with it. Actually thinking of purchasing same car as my second car at home... It was clean and well cared for and stored at least two sets of golf clubs in my trunk as needed during the month I lease the car. Its location was easy to get to both before and after using the car for the entire month.

I've had a great experience renting cars through Turo. The cars have all been very good—better than the cars from the major rental companies—and significantly less expensive. One thing that makes them less expensive: you can add extra drivers for free if they've been verified through Turo. I use Turo where possible both for my personal use and for business. Once, the car I was going to rent was involved in a crash one day before my rental began. Turo quickly found me a replacement car for a lesser price. I've been nothing but pleased with their service.

It was nice being able to easily book a car, know the full cost, and be able to make sure it would be delivered to airport. The check-in and check-out process was very simple but could be made easier by allowing users to take videos of interior and exterior rather than photos.

Trip and car were great. Turo bus took us to car and back to airport. No problem. The car was clean and full tank of gas. I’m sorry I really don’t have more to say. Dante maybe could have been a little more responsive to my questions.

I love renting through Turo because I can pick the exact car I need, 4-wheel drive, storage, capacity, etc. Having a car waiting for me at the parking garage is far more convenient than taking a shuttle to a Rental car agency with all my luggage and waiting in line. This is the best way to travel!

I always use Turo and highly recommend it. Usually when we go out of town, we only need a car for a day or two. So, we usually get a Turo, which can be cheaper that a rental, and we also avoid parking fees at most hotels. This past time I needed a bigger car to hold more people and it was perfect.

Great car. Very clean and roomy. Great gas mileage. Yangling was easy to communicate with via text message and very responsive. Car was in airport parking lot and easy to locate. Would rent again. Highly recommend. First time using Turo and will use them again next time I rent a car.

Oscar was a great host. Directions were clear and accurate. The vehicle was great. And drop-off was seamless. This was my second time using this service and I would definitely use it again and recommend Oscar. I don't normally need a vehicle when I visit home, but when I do I will use Turo for my transportation needs.

Would highly recommend the app but would definitely reconsider my choice in hosts next time. I don't like being lied to or tricked and I feel that is what she did.

We have used Curtis for the 2nd time, very punctual and communication was key! Vehicle was easy pickup and was right where they told us it would be! Great customer service and the car was clean! Would recommend to any friends or family, will definitely use TURO again on any vacation or travel in the future.

I was not expected to be amazed by the wonderful customer service I received from the many Turo agents that attended me, they truly are compassionate and their professionalism is admirable. I had an invalid complaint and within looking at further facts they realized what was going on and quickly found a solution to my problem, also had a car problem that had brakes go out and their quickness and reliability was very assuring and resolved it to the best of their abilities and then some. I have reassurance that if I run into any problems down the line I can count on Turo.

This is our second time using Turo and it couldn't have been any easier or a better experience. Our host delivered our car to the airport and picked it up from there too. Communication was great and fast. I really love being able to select the exact car you will be driving. It was so simple and our host was so helpful and made our trip so easy.

The cars were great to drive and the hosts were easy to work with. The descriptions of the vehicles are always on point and expectations are set well. Was an overall good experience until I had an emergency right before it was time to return the truck in which it required me to go to the ER for some stitches. I tried to extend the rental even for half a day at the full rate but was denied an hour after the time to return was due. I ended up leaving ER without proper care just to make sure the rental was back as soon as possible and ended up being charged twice the daily rate for being late by 3 hours and 40 mins. I have used Turo several times before and the one time I was late I was only charged a pro-rated daily rate which came out to like $14. The vehicle also had been available to extend earlier in the day for a whole extra day but then changed after I sent a message to the renter before sending the actual extension request.

Host is trying to charge me for not filling the gas tank up, but I did. In my pictures, it even shows that when I picked up the car, I had 351 miles to empty; and when I dropped the car off, it showed 371 miles to empty. I gave him an extra 20 miles in gas, but he wants to say that he goes by the line all of a sudden, not the miles. Ridiculous! He’s just being petty now and just trying to take my money.

I really enjoy using Turo for car rentals because they have fast efficient services. The hostess are great in a timely fashion and if I have unexpected emergency and need to extend it no issues. I definitely recommend to my family and friends. If I can rent every weekend, I would hands-down no doubt about it.

This was my first time using Turo and it was great! App was super easy to use and find the type of vehicle I was looking for. Booking was easy and the Turo host communicated with me quickly and explained everything very well. I will definitely use Turo again when I need to rent a car.

The price it shows on picture does not match price when in check out screen. Also when modifying trip the price is way off and there is no way to contact support to ask questions. That platform can be more transparent on trip fees. How are they calculated, price differences for multiple days and so forth.

The car is well maintained, a very comfortable ride with plenty of legroom for those of us 6’ and taller. The car has good acceleration and braking system. The candy apple red is a great exterior color. I had the car for an entire week with no problems. The host is very accommodating and the pickup and return is easy.

The overall Turo experience is good and the cost advantage will be always be a draw for potential customers. But information is power and will eventually be the reason why people will continue to be loyal to a platform. The more the info offered voluntarily the more the loyalty would be, in my opinion. So while the Turo platform management does its due diligence and even though transparency is built into the system, it’ll certainly help if specific additional info was made available to renters. For example, in my specific instance the Odometer reading, when was the car serviced, a graded rating for long distance travel etc.

There was a slight delay waiting on the drop off but it was still faster than taking a shuttle to a car rental place. Enjoyed the vehicle and was glad for the convenience. Drop off was quick and easy. Turo is my preferred car rental solution for convenience and the ability to select my preferred vehicle.

I'm new to Turo and I find the company legit. I find the vehicles to choose from are latest models and well kept. The process to getting a vehicle is easy by using the app. The host also makes pickups and drop offs very convenient with no hassles. Some offer no contact. I enjoyed my trip with Turo.

I would say that I had some little anxiety being a first-time user. I think if there was some literature about how long the check-in process can be when photographing the vehicle, and to allot extra time prior to start your reservation. Also, it would have been help to say you do not immediately need to upload the check-in photos. The parking garage made it near impossible to get reception, I had to return to the terminal to get wifi to upload photos.

The host did not provide the lockbox key code 30 minutes prior to my arrival, as promised. When I got there I had to wait for a code. Exterior was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke but smelled like they sprayed car freshener to mask the odor. The odor was so strong, my jacket reeked of it. I just needed to use the car for a family emergency so I was not complaining about the odor. The day the trip was over the host asked for me to give 5 stars and they will do the same. The next day, the host sends me a message and asks if I smoke ** or cigarettes so they know which air freshener to use. I am livid because I don’t smoke. To be accused of it by this host really made me want to retract the 5 star rating and give a 3 star rating.

Very easy and reliable, fast response from owner. The app was very easy to use and very thorough. The owner was very sweet and helpful. The value was great. And they also had access for me to leave my own vehicle safe and sound. Truly will be using the app nevertheless the same company again. I highly recommend them….

This was a great car to rent! It was super clean, had great mileage, was easy to operate, and had a quick-responding owner who was available to answer any questions during my rental period. Super easy pickup at Sky View Harbor Airport & It also has GREAT gas mileage! I would rent it again. A++.

My trip with Ninfa and her Suburban was so pleasant & perfect all the way around. The car is in great condition, was such a comfortable ride, was perfectly clean and easy to check out & in. There were a few issues & questions that came up on my end throughout the reservation & trip experience - having nothing to do with Ninfa, all me - and Ninfa was responsive right away and always answered the question or resolved the issue promptly. Ninfa has a small fleet of great cars well-suited for different needs & I'll definitely be renting from her again.

She is always the best. I rent from her often. She is great at communicating, cars are clean and she makes the process seamless. She also has a fleet of cars so she can easily accommodate you. If you are looking for someone to rent from on here choose Christina.

Great communication with owner on drop off and was very flexible with schedule changes. Also, I left my AirPods in the car and he was able to find and schedule a time for me to pick it up. Turo Go feature is cool feature where you can lock or unlock the door from the app.

I love Turo because it puts us in touch with local small businesses and we love to support them. I particularly had a great experience with South West Florida rentals. They were responsive, helpful, and very friendly. Using Turo has made traveling a breeze and the prices are compatible to any large chain but offer more personalized experience and we can rely on the exact car and a smooth check in and check out process.

Love TURO for offering a great alternative to rental companies, especially when your rental is more than 3 days. Very transparent with the terms and host screenings are believable. I have two suggestions. It would help online the cars require wash before return or not, with potential charges of the renter cannot get the car washed for any reason. Also, some of the parking spots are not easily accessible, like downtown locations. So map snapshots with clear directions can help a lot. Keep going TURO. I am a fan and a loyal customer.

Every experience with Turo has been great. The Cars have been clean, in great condition and easy to pick up. My communication with the owners was on point. There are lots of choices for renting through Turo in Portland. I had such a good experience renting Lanie's Chevy Bolt, that I now have rented from her three times. She makes it easy to pick up the car at PDX (much quicker and easier than renting from a traditional car rental company), and her car is in tip-top shape and immaculate. She is quick to communicate if there are any problems too.

My comment is that, If the renter has to pay for parking before and after the use of the vehicle it should be indicated when the rental is booking the vehicle, not on the day of the rental or just prior. Other than that this was a great experience. Thank You.

Booked a car in Austin, TX on Feb 10, 2024 to attend a family get-together to watch the eclipse. The rental was to begin April 5th and end April 8th for $409.44. We made our airline reservations and thought we were all set. On March 29th Turo send me an email indicating they had debited my credit card the $409.44. No problem, except that on March 30th they sent another email indicating the car owner cancelled. Searched Turo for a replacement and discovered similar cars are going to $790 per day! Gee, I wonder if that's why the car owner cancelled our contract??? Obviously I will not use Turo again.

John answered every message quickly. He was very helpful and very patient with all our questions. The Instructions he left were easy to follow. The car was just what clean, wonderful to drive. This was our first time using Turo. I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a car. Great experience.

I really enjoy wearing my cars from toll road especially from the person Adam that I've been getting it from lately. The cars are always clean and convenient. Also it's a lot easier when you just pay everything up front and you don't have to worry about a. Sometimes it's hard when your car when you have to give a deposit and pay the fee so this is so much convenient. Also there's a variety that you get to choose from. You never go in there unexpectedly not knowing what you're getting so I will continue to rent maybe from different people but from right now I like the host that I'm dealing with. Thank you so much.

My host reported that it was smoking in the car which there was not. I’ve gotten cars from Turo before and every other host was amazing! This go round was terrible experience because I am being charged for something that didn’t happen at all. They saw a spill and some crumbs and said they were ashes. Not to mention I know the host and honestly if I knew it was her I wouldn’t have dealt with her knowing she plays games already. Smoking would have to determine by smell not by sight. So this will probably be the last time I deal with Turo.

I booked a 2 day trip expecting it to run 700-800 as quoted for 308 a day. I didn't mind the small fees. I saw you charged me 1453 and though that included 750 deposit. I get my receipt and Turo charged me a 100 percent Turo fee, this is both predatory and just bad business. I could understand 10-15 percent but to charge me double the booking cost is why I will not be choosing your platform in the future.

We rented a car in Fort Myers Florida and would recommend Turo as it does save money. Just research how your car insurance covers you doing a private owner rental. Turo is easy and convenient to use as you can pick up the car from the airport for an extra fee. Have used Turo for two trips and it's very easy to use.

Brian was very easy to work with and pleasant. We had a full load and he helped us organize it. The truck was very clean and in great condition. Meeting him at the drop off was seamless, too, even though it was very early and I was catching a 7:45 am flight.

I’ve had no issues with Turo! So far so great! The only advice at this time is that I would like to be able to check out before my scheduled time. The owner knew I was going to do it sooner but the app makes me wait to officially check out until the scheduled time.

This was my second time renting a car from here. And since had an great experience with Monique. I thought it would be the same next time around. Well it started off good until the end dropping the car off and waking up the next day to Ryan trying to say I was hour late and had it for extra day. That was not cool. If I knew he was gonna do that I wouldn't have giving him 5 stars. But thanks to the customer service rep who help me and understand. Was able to resolve it which made me want to you use you guys again the future. So in all pretty good experience. Just few hiccups.

Misha was a great host, The car was a smooth ride and the mileage was excellent. Plenty of space for 2 people and occasional added passengers. It would have been a challenge with more then 2 with luggage as we had to drop the back seats to fit our luggage from the airport.

I always find good deals for a wide variety of cars that are convenient in location/distance and the process from renting through the app to pick up and drop off are always so easy. The communication has been great. I would highly recommend Turo to anyone in the future and plan to use it over and over again.

Willy was great host. If I needed to ask him a question he always responded to me. I needed to change my drop off time and Willy accommodated my request. Pick up and drop off was very smooth. I would recommend to a friend. Vehicle was clean when I picked it up. There was no extra charge for car to be brought to the airport which was great.

My experience with TURO was very different from other rental car places. Turo is very stress-free to sign up for service. I was very impressed with how nice and convenient it was to set up the site to get started on my journey to travel stress-free and hassle-free. There was definitely room for improvement on pick up. Upon landing I messaged we had landed, (no response) then messaged we were at baggage claim (no response) and when he finally responded, he had to circle around Newark airport which took a good 20 minutes to half hour while we were standing in freezing cold. Luis was a super nice guy and the car was in good shape (although I had to tell him the rear license plate was not secured well so it was making noise). He asked me to pay him $40 for him to come get car at our drop off time. I sent him the Venmo rather than argue that these charges should have been included in the booking price. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. Also he delivered car with only a 1/4 tank of gas.

Theodore was an excellent host! Very accommodating. Vehicle - Nisan SUV was exactly as described - in mint condition - very clean and well kept up. Absolutely no problems. Easy pick up and return. The cars that I have rented have all been very clean and owners have been easy to work with. It is also a great way to try out a car that you may be thinking of buying. Very good host. Clean car and the best service available. After a less than pleasant experience with a host prior to Tommy and the previous host cancelled my trip 2 hours before it was to begin Tommy came and saved my Vegas trip. Thanks to them and I will be back for sure.

I have great experiences until this last experience. I had rented a yellow hybrid Jeep in Los Angeles. I was at the vehicle ready to start to trip when TURO cancels my trip - stranding me. When I called customer service the guy I reached was completely inadequate, wasting my time explaining to me why it was cancelled instead of helping me. Then when I was put on hold I was hold for an inordinate amount of time. I had taken a shuttle to reach the location of the car I was supposed to use, but TURO only offered my money back for the rental they had just cancelled.

This was my first experience, renting with Turo. I was charged a smoking fee and accuse of smoking in the vehicle because of some odor. When I was in a vehicle, I didn’t smell any odor of any smoke whatsoever wasn’t given an opportunity to dispute it or anything I was just straight charged based off the accusations which is not fair. I’m currently in another rental from Turo now, but I don’t think I’ll be renting again.

It needs to be more convenient when getting off a plane and being handicapped, it's really hard to go walking around for 30 more minutes trying to find a car. If someone can meet the person with the car, I believe that would help tremendously! Other than that, my last trip, the person walked me through it over the phone because I did not feel safe!

I had an excellent experience with Turo. The pickup and drop off process was incredibly smooth. The host was very communicative. The vehicle was as described and the process was perfectly transparent. I don’t think I will be using a different rental organization in the foreseeable future. I would recommend Turo to my friends and family.

I absolutely love using Turo. The cars are pretty good priced and I’ve had a great host every time I’ve rented. One thing I’d suggest is to have the hosts include what kind of gas their car would need to be refueled with in the car descriptions because sometimes waiting to hear a response from the host takes a minute to get the response needed.

The Host Jasmine Lied and stated that I smoked in her Vehicle. First when I picked up the car it smelled like smoke. But because I had an appointment I had to get going. Now host put ashes all inside the car and sent pictures to TURO saying I put ashes all in the car and said I returned the car Smokey. First of all I don’t smoke nor do I drink. They took money out of my account $150.00 Plus 3% on top of that. I am fighting this, with a dispute. This Jasmine is a LIAR and should be banned from rental with TURO. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE my money out of my account when someone is lying. I disputed this and want my money returned. Unhappy with the way this business works.

The experience with Turo has been nothing short of amazing. Having access to some of the best cars in the world, has been so enjoyable and the rental process is so fast and easy to use. I will recommend Turo to a friend, overall I have been renting from Turo for about a year now, so far so good. I have no complaints. When something went wrong with a vehicle the host was able to accommodate me. There was nice, fast, honest responses to every anything I need. The cars that I was able to rent were affordable, some were very luxury when I was going on trips, once again I have nothing bad to say about Turo.

Using Turo to rent a car was easy, fast, and no fuss. Approval process took no time, finding the right vehicle for the trip at a decent rate was simple with the map and filter options. Being able to read reviews for each car owner helped me find a good fit. I like that I could choose to meet the car owner if I want a face-to-face transaction, but that there are no contact options as well.

Everything went very smoothly once we were able to locate our car which basically was our fault. After this our two week period was flawless. The check engine light did come on but we contacted our person and he wasn't concerned. This did not affect the car's performance. The vehicle was very clean and in very good condition. We would rent again.

I was super happy we were able to go straight to the car. Good instructions from the owner. Only think I was not happy with was the owner had forgotten we had did the prepaid gas onto the rental. She had forgotten. Also the safety check was expired. So we were driving the rental with an expired safety. She finally did respond. Overall we enjoyed the rental.

My trip to AZ was nice. We had a baseball tournament over the weekend and wanted a quick rental that would not break the bank. The car was nice, clean. The process was easy. The host was great, good communication. The whole process was seamless. I would recommend the host and Turo to anyone wanting an easy car rental and to avoid the long lines at the national dealership

The car was missing rear wiper. Also inside windshield was not clean. Never able to use Bluetooth. Also paid 37.50 to get car from airport when I was quoted 7-15. The outside of the car had not been washed and I did not feel it was my job to wash it. The interior was fine.

This was my first time renting on Turo so I expected the owner to be nice and understanding to a first timer, however, that wasn't the case. I asked many questions mainly to clarify and to ensure that I was doing the right thing. Owner didn't seem to like too many questions. Overall, the car was particularly good. No mechanical issues and it ran nicely. However, the interior front windshield was very dirty, especially with the direct sun glares. Turo, itself, was very easy to follow. I would use Turo for my future rental.

This was the first time I ever had to utilize Turo for a quick rental. I personally am not a fan of doing things last minute, but due to a family emergency I needed a smaller vehicle. So for me Turo was my first choice and this experience like all of my other experiences was seamless and the host had superb customer service.

I will be using Turo in the future. It is nice to be able to pick out your own vehicle that will be used, but even nicer is the drop off and pick up. It all happened right at the terminal. The over an hour wait for a shuttle and lines at a rental car company is over.

I will recommend Turo to everyone. I love all the discounts and variety of vehicles. Only thing that would make it better is if they delivered to you for free.

My ride experience was relaxed, well maintained vehicle. Me and my kids truly enjoyed our weekend. Thank you Chris and Turo Team. I am looking forward to future trips and adventures. This was my 2nd time using the Turo app. Great experience. The owner made everything easy with great directions and a free parking pass! We had a wonderful time using the Jeep and returned it back at the airport when we were done. Great experience, we will use the app again!

The car I rented was awesome and clean- I loved it. I will be doing this again. My trip was great. Comfortable drive there and back. My daughter who was my extra driver she also loved it too.❤️ I loved the car and I will be renting again like I said. AGAIN!

The car I reserved was placed in parking garage at S LC airport and was easy to find. It was clean and ready to go. The host, Stryder, was very clear in his communications and answered my questions promptly. The car was great, perfect for Utah roads. And gas mileage was very good. The only thing I noticed was the floor mats, both front and back, were kind of dirty. But no big deal!

The car we rented had a cracked windshield. The host replied to our concern by saying “it doesn’t affect the drivability.” We asked for an adjustment on the cost and we’re given $30 on an $800 bill. When the trip was over, we were charged for toll fees that we did not incur. Working with customer service at Turo was not helpful. They sided with the host.

Stephanie is an amazing host. The truck is clean and it runs great. She is extremely flexible with pick up and drop off times. Very professional and cares if you have any issues with the vehicle while you have it. I will continue to use her truck, you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Turo was awful. We're in the middle of a move and I shipped my car overseas, so I needed a rental car for two weeks to cover the time before I moved away and my car was picked up for transit. I first booked through Turo ~45 days out from my rental date, then a few days later the host cancelled without offering a reason. But it showed up as "the renter cancelled the trip", so there was no negative consequence on the host for inexplicably cancelling my trip on me. Fortunately, it was still early enough that I got a full refund. So I tried again and this time the host cancelled on me at the last minute. Part of this is my fault for not reading the policy thoroughly enough, which states that if I'm 30min late, the host can cancel my reservation. But at the time and date of pickup, I was stuck late at work (where I don't have access to my cell phone) and then was stuck in traffic.

This was our first time using TURO. I would definitely recommend it. The communication with the owner and Turo was great and it was very convenient for us. The vehicle was clean and well taken care of. It was parked right outside of the airport for us to pick it up. We delivered it back to the same location at the airport for our departure.

I enjoyed the vehicle, big enough for me and my mother and her walker. Vehicle rode smooth with no worries or safety issues. My mother was very impressed. The host Starling was very gracious and accommodating. I would recommend Starling vehicles. I will be using Starlings vehicles with Turo again

Turo is great and so far every host was great. It lets you choose any specific vehicle that you want unlike other rental companies that narrow your vehicle by size. The app is very convenient when you need a rental last minute without all the paperwork. I will be using again.

Julio was a great host. Very quick to respond and was very helpful. The pickup and the drop off was very easy. The car was amazing. Smooth ride, very clean. It was everything that was described in the ad. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again. Thanks for everything.

Was a bit hairy trying to find the correct vehicle in the parking lot since this company has several other vehicles. I thought I was renting a silver 4-runner so that’s what we were looking for. Turns out it was white (perfectly fine). The vehicle was exceptionally clean and we returned it equally clean. I would definitely use Turo again for any future rentals, especially a special vehicle such as a 4WD, which was definitely warranted in Colorado.

My overall experience was very good. My host was very communicative with me throughout the whole trip and provided detailed instructions for drop off and pickup. Had to change our expected vehicle but was provided with another one. Also had to change return time several times and just was very flexible with me as well. I would use one of his cars again.

We rented a Ford Transit for use in Orlando. The vehicle was exactly as described. Pick up and drop off were easy. The owner communicated quickly. The vehicle was clean and appeared to be well cared for. No issues. We especially liked how easy it was to connect a phone to the vehicle for GPS and music.
