The process was incredibly smooth. The representative who assisted me answered any and every possible question I had, detailed all of the possible options adding in great recommendations and was so attentive. 10/10 would always recommend.

This was a mind blowing experience. Jade is the best. She was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. l am so excited about my upcoming trip! I can't wait to experience Thailand. I'm getting excited about meeting new people.

I first connected with Taylor about a year ago in February, but at the time, I had some personal concerns and decided to hold off until I felt more sure. I recently reached back out, and I’m so glad I did! Taylor made me feel excited and confident about moving forward. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I now feel like I truly understand what this position involves. I’m feeling well-prepared and incredibly grateful for her support!

The Global Work and Travel Team have been super helpful organizing our working holiday. If it wasn’t for Tate and Mikaela it would certainly be more stressful so a big thanks to those guys. Couldn’t make this happen without them.

If I could give them a zero I would. Don’t trust them. I've heard many stories about their overpriced flights and activities. But I’m telling a different story. Mind you this happened in 2023 and it’s 2025. They will practically just steal your money if you cancel a trip. And if you try and get it back they’ll say that you harassing them when it’s your money that they took. So I saw that $169 was taken from my account. which I was fine with at the time till I found out that I couldn’t go due to personal reasons. It was due to one of my family members became sick so I had to take care of them. So I had to cancel. When I did they said they would keep my money as store credit which I didn’t want.

Save your money and do it yourself. They charge extortionate prices for insurance. 5 minutes of research provided me with a better price for 1 years worth of comprehensive insurance to more countries, compared to 6 months and less countries with them. I didn’t book my flights through them so can’t say anything about that process. Don’t even get me started on the working holiday process. I decided to go with Global to try and minimize my stress, believing they could sort a job for me quicker and easier than I could myself. Turns out this is not the case. The day I was flying out they finally let me know that I had a job. So basically I was flying to a foreign country with no job and no plan. But alas they got me a job right on the buzzer and off I went. Until…. I get dropped in the Irish country side and am immediately greeted by more Global customers (living and working at the workplace) who are absolutely shocked I’ve turned up.

Tomsyn has been a great help, I called the day I decided to book the trip with Global Work & Travel to confirm a few queries about the company itself and Tomsyn picked up and made himself my trip coordinator. He was helpful and gave me advice from the very start. Highly recommend Global Work & Travel as the trip coordinator I was lucky to have on my side was extremely helpful and happy to help with any questions I had. 5 stars without a doubt.

Brad was extremely helpful and reassuring about the process of getting to Australia. He provided excellent tips and insights and assured that the process would run smoothly while answering any questions I had.

Amazing experience so far! Taylor & Ellen have been so helpful and wonderful and there for me every step of the way. :) They’ve always just been a phone call, email, or message away and setting up meetings have been extremely beneficial! Taylor especially has been there with me since the very beginning when I was still debating about taking the trip and I can’t say enough good things about her! She is one of the main reasons I’m even going. :) The whole process has been easy and the paperwork has even been fun, not tedious! I’m so excited for the next steps and continue on this journey and can’t wait to experience my trip that I’ve been anticipating. :)

GWAT offers an amazing service and, for the most part, I've had a pleasant experience with them. My Trip Coordinator, Kate, was absolutely lovely and has answered my questions and helped me prepare. However, I do find that almost everyone I've spoken to seemed to be reading off a script; like they had to say certain things to hit their markers for the conversation and would direct the conversation despite my questions. It felt very pushy. Even when I had already made up my mind about participating in the program, the first person I spoke to seemed to ignore my questions and tried to "sell" me on the merits of the program which, in my case, was superfluous and frustrating. That first conversation was meant to be informative about next steps. Despite the fact that I did not need or want information on "why this program is so great and why I should sign up," they gave it anyway. I would ask that GWAT encourage their coordinators to be less like salespeople and more like advisors.

Kate was amazing! She helped me out so much and made sure I was always on track. Can’t thank her and the team at Global Work & Travel for everything they’ve done for me. Can’t wait to start my new adventure!

Emma has helped me so much in trying to achieve my working holiday in Canada! I do not think I would have been able to go forward without her amazing help and guidance. With her patience and determination, I was able to submit my final funds in securing my trip to Canada. Looking forward to my travels.

Great customer service and very easy to get in touch with. Took all the pressure off everything and made the process of booking everything much more enjoyable. The motivating nature of every phone call made the experience even more exciting.

I cannot stress heavily enough how awful this company is. They claim to be a middleman to make the process of obtaining a working holiday visa and finding work in your country of choice easier, which they absolutely do not do. Before they will even start helping you with anything they require over a thousand pounds. After paying this, you are no closer to obtaining the working holiday visa. What do you get for the money? A few links emailed to you from which you fill out all the paperwork yourself. A thousand pounds. They will then try to scare you into only getting insurance and flights through them, at twice the usual cost.

Global Work and Travel is pushy over the phone and don't cover all policy with you until you've already made a purchase. I booked a trip before covid and they canceled it on me but refused to provided a refund to protect their own profits instead of helping out me and people like me who were in the thick of a pandemic. To this day I have not been given a refund for $3400 I spent. They offer a less than 50% refund and cite the policy they never even cover with you. It's absolute bull. Never trust companies like this one. They don't care about you.

I began my journey with Global Work and Travel in September of 2022. I had paid a total of 3500 dollars for medical forms(500) initial deposit (1600), visa payments (500) insurance (900) not including flights. I kept trying to contact about booking flights in September- Initial quote was 1500 return. Global work and travel never got back to me to pay for my flights. It is now a month before I am meant to be flying out and I have been quoted 4000 dollars flights Au to New York! What a ripoff. Won’t be going as I’m not paying 7000 for a working trip where I am getting paid 2800 American which is 4000 Australian. Working 12 hour days five days a week for three months. I’m practically working for free as my initial deposit is in my contract as paid wages. This company has been sued by the Queensland government before in 2016. I wish I had not been ignorant of this.

Updated on 11/29/2022: I filed a BBB claim against their questionable practices. They said they will not refund the $247 they took from my account without authorization. Apparently it costs them $247 to take $247 from me. Please don’t get scammed like I did.

Travelling overseas for the first time was scary but having Maria to help with every step made it super simple. Anything I needed she was able to help me within a timely manner! Very happy with my experience using Global Work & Travel.

Global Work & Travel have done a great job of organising my trip to Canada for the 2022/23 ski season, the experience has definitely made life easier, and having that extra layer of security is added peace of mind. Maria was my arrivals coordinator and she was really nice and helpful, always going the extra step to ensuring I was up to date with what was coming up. I had access to plenty of resources to review so I could find the ideal location to be based, also suggestions and advice from someone based in CA. Super happy with my arrival into Canada, as well as the job that we managed to find. After my experience I would recommend Global to anyone that wants to travel but is a bit unsure about a lot of the logistics. Everything that is available and the people helping you out definitely made the experience a whole lot better.

Maria and the Global Work & Travel team were great! Very welcoming and comforting to know friendly faces we can contact in the country! Maria specifically has been a great help in organising our trip as well as being easy to contact with straightforward information and answers to our questions.

Global were very helpful throughout the moving process. Eimear constantly kept in touch and has been continually checking in to see if there is anything she can help with. Any questions I had or request for recommendations were quickly tended to. Global Work and Travel covered everything involved in moving and were able to give clear instructions about getting to Canada.

The team at Global made organizing my Canada trip an absolutely breeze! Took away so many headaches, consistently assisted with any questions and took a lot of stress off my shoulders before and since arriving in Canada.

Eimear my arrival coordinator has been amazing throughout my process to begin my journey to Canada making me feel at ease about any stresses I had in the moving process. Eimear was very welcoming and friendly on my arrival to Canada for orientation. Eimear continues to be a great help answering any questions I may have throughout my stay. It is really nice having Eimear as an arrival coordinator as she is such a friendly person but also we have the connection of both being Irish.

Julie-Ann has been by my side through this whole process & made this experience as an AU Pair absolutely amazing. She has been so accommodating & helped me through any challenges I have had to overcome in Italy. I would recommend Global Work & Travel to anyone who is looking for an opportunity to travel the world, make friends & have the whole process be stress free!

I was interested in one of their trips to Japan for language learning through Global Work & Travel, and thought that the experience would be right up my alley as I have been interested in traveling to Japan as well as learning the language more than I have by simply studying on my own. The experience I've had with the customer service from the travel coordinator I was assigned has been exemplary so far. Very detailed and thorough with helping me finalize the necessary documentation, as well as to just chat about the trip and share resources for things to do once there and our shared interest in the travel destination! Extremely easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions I may have as well as looking into more details on their end to get back to me if my query isn't a common one.

I used Global Work & Travel to become an au pair in Paris and it was a great experience. Everyone who works there is kind and accommodating, especially my au pair coordinator, Julie-Anne. I had some trouble with getting my visa on time and Julie-Anne was able to assure me that everything was going to be okay and that I would still be able to go to France even if I was a bit late. She listened to me and was very helpful with explaining what to do. I would definitely use Global Work & Travel again!

Global were of the utmost assistant upon me deciding to embark upon my Canadian Working Holiday Visa. Their experienced advisors put me at ease from the start by answering any queries I had. They've been there after I landed in Canada and went to my destinations during winter and summer and have always been good in getting back to me with any questions I've had so far while abroad. The Getaways inclusion which is new this year is also superb as it meant I got to see Vegas and the Grand Canyon which was an experience to say the least.

I signed up with Global in April 2022 for a working holiday trip to Canada. Along the way, I was assigned Maria as my arrival coordinator, and we have been in frequent contact since, organising my trip for the past few months. Maria is an enthusiastic and friendly person who helped make the whole process much easier for me. She provided me with a range of information and suggestions about things I should do and see in Canada. Maria helped secure me a job on the mountain with Sunshine Village in Banff, with staff accommodation, which I am very grateful for. I am loving my trip so far and am excited for the future. It has been a pleasure working with Maria and I definitely recommend her! :)

I am a first time traveller internationally and was seeking to move and work in Canada which is where I stumbled across Global Work and Travel and I couldn’t have done the jump as smoothly had I tried to do this on my own. All the staff at global are responsive and organised to the point where it eliminates any stress in the planning process. Global covers all facets of the journey in assisting in information on the visa process, flights, resumes, employment guidance and any fun activities in between. I couldn’t recommend enough! For my personal travels Having a Vancouver office is extremely handy for when you need any guidance or assistance along the way if you seek it (shout out to Eimear at vancouver HQ for being so responsive and accommodating).

It's nice having the peace of mind a coordinator with my journey in Canada. My coordinator Maria has been great introducing me to Canada and all the differences in culture. I've already met tons of new people from Australia, Europe & all around the world.

Planning to move your life overseas is very stressful, however with the help from my Trip coordinator Julie Anne I was supported throughout the whole experience. I was provided with guidance and support at any hour of the day which made the overall experience stress free.
