Very nice and friendly guy (Ryan), explained things in a simple yet adequate way. Only thing I felt a bit uncomfortable with was the background noises which sometimes made it harder to understand what he was saying.

Alex was very helpful with answering all my questions and I can't wait to take part in this experience.

Excellent Travel & Work Expert, really friendly and helpful. Sounds like I could hang out with this person from first impressions. One thing that I was unsure about was whether the company was legit as they did not notify they would contact me through a phone but also a payment on the first phone call too. However, Adam the Work and Travel Expert helped me realize it was a legit company.

Fantastic! Definitely recommend to any one wanting to go on a working holiday.

I'm from Northern Ireland. I went with the Working Holiday package. I traveled to Canada and have been here for over a month. My friend got me interested in The Global Work & Travel Co. We signed up 'cause she wanted to go and work in Canada and we talked about traveling together. At the moment, I'm working at a company called Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish north of Vancouver. I'm getting on average four or five days of work per week. It's not the best but I'm trying to get a little bit better with it. I've been able to get a couple of extra shifts in different departments.

Yvonne was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic right along with me! It's great to have been able to speak to someone who you can hear the passion and excitement in their voice, made me just as excited!!

All of the women I spoke with on the phone were VERY happy and pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. Meeting Aria in person made me feel much more comfortable and really appreciated her taking the time!

You guys are amazing, really enthusiastic about the Au Pair program. Yvonne is awesome.

I'm from Australia and I traveled to Canada through Global Work's Working Holiday program. I wanted to get to new horizons and thought that I could get a more fulfilling experience going to Canada. I was a bit nervous at one point because I was very nearly at the age cut-off but it eventually came together. The girl I was working and interacting with at the Canada office, Bridget, was very good, helpful and attentive. However, for most of the process, I was very unsatisfied with the quality of service and communication I was getting from the Brisbane team of Global Work. Often, questions that I asked didn't get fully answered.

I was planning to go somewhere in the world to work and live. I didn’t want to study and The Global Work & Travel seemed like the perfect fit. I’m from Canberra, Australia and I traveled to Vancouver, Canada. I took part in the Working Holiday, and at the moment, I’m doing a promotion work for a paintball company. We go out to malls every day and try to make people get some tickets for an awesome price. It’s a really great opportunity. The company’s great and it was a really good find through Global.

When we first saw The Global Work and Travel deal we thought "Yay! Let's do it!" Then someone rang us and told us all about it. We thought it sounded perfect. They were pretty urgent about getting a deposit down. It was pretty urgent for them to just get the money. After a while, we paid the deposit and some other money on top of that. Then we decided that we wanted to go back to uni and just not to the trip. We knew that we wouldn't get our deposit back as two of the Global Work and Travel crew told us, but what they didn't tell us is that we wouldn't get any money back that wasn't paid over 50% of the trip package (2000). Just super duper annoying to deal with, especially as I'm a student who struggles for money. Lots of false advertising and they got pretty sour when I said I wanted to cancel. Be very careful giving them your money people. It was the worst thing I've ever done.

Lengthy processes for the finer details of the trip but it seems like it would be less stressful than trying to book all of this alone. The ability to meet new people on this adventure makes it all the more exciting.

The booking experience for my working holiday adventure has been so enjoyable (especially with my booking coordinator!). The more I plan it out the more that I'm so excited to travel with The Global Work & Travel!

I am from Wodonga, Australia and I’m in British Columbia, Canada at the moment through Global's Working Holiday program. I didn’t have the money to go somewhere and travel for six months or a year. So doing the Working Holiday, I can afford to do things at the same time like see the country and work. When I got to Canada, we had orientation. They helped in setting me up with the things I needed like bank accounts, SIN number and then they helped me get transportation to where I was going. I caught the bus here which was a long ride but a nice one. So far, I’ve been working and chilling out where I am. It's been one week that I’ve been working and there are two different shifts I do, either morning or night. I do eight and a half hours a day and I get two days off a week. I can do anything fun like go to Invermere, go hiking, do anything on the water or go out to the hot springs.

Booking experience was fantastic. All advisers were thoroughly happy to discuss any talking points and I feel very satisfied with the service being provided and look forward to working with them in the future.

What excited me most about this program is the passion I can hear from the Work and Travel experts, not knowing them for very long and getting a good sense of how much they care about this program and the people who make it happen. Volunteers! I cannot wait to get on my trip and convince my friends to do this as well.

Spoke to an incredibly helpful guy called Adam, he was more than willing to explain everything I asked and gave me time to think about my options before agreeing. I later went home and read some awful reviews about the company but after another phone call to the office I was assured they were 1 in 1000 and your track record far outweighs the negativity.

It was very efficient and informative, and the people I spoke to were very friendly and great to talk to. They understood my concerns about travelling abroad alone for such a long time.
