For starters, my itinerary changed so many times it ended up my departure was not on the day I had originally booked. While trying to confirm my travel arrangements prior to departure I was disconnected over 5 times. No one could assist... They just transferred and disconnected. Furthermore, the customer service representatives were extremely rude and perhaps the most unknowledgeable customer service personnel I have ever displeasure of speaking with. I proceeded to go online to their Live Chat to see if I was able to reach a representative and was disconnected after 4 attempts. When I finally received a response via Live Chat it did not answer my simple questions and again the agent was rude and hopelessly inept.
In my case I was traveling for vacation and was ever so excited for my trip (I cannot even imagine if I had been traveling for business or emergency). OneTravel made it so difficult and such an extreme hassle with their deplorable and incompetent service. I wish I would have read the comments on this website before making the mistake of booking with them. PLEASE BEWARE AND BE WARNED... DO NOT USE ONETRAVEL!!!

I booked 2 first class tickets and a premium economy to go overseas. I was assured that they would deal with requested seats. Now I'm left with seats in the middle row and the premium economy is only economy. You can change anything with the airline because one travel is considered the agent. I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company!!!

If I could rate this agency less than 1 I would! First of all I purchased a trip to DR and needed to make changes to my trip which resulted in US Airways penalizing me (** airline) but the process to do this at an affordable cost was deplorable. The agents had no clue what they were doing and then to top it off they were rude about the whole process. I had to find my own flight and walk them through the process... I should be employed by them after this experience. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I was quoted affordably on one call and ten min later it was gone. I had to wait 2.5 hours and then I got disconnected and they never even called me back.

Your agents are HORRIBLE. Had to deal with two very unknowledgeable people. I booked with first agent who told me you took dogs. I was going from Cuenca EC. to Miami. He took my credit card info, etc and I was booked!! Then I had to call back and I was told you never take dogs on Tame. I had to rebook and was charged a fee. I rebooked with another agent who sent me to Guayaquil to Quito, then Quito to Miami and he guaranteed me my luggage would go straight through and also my dog. Paid the fee and began packing. Drove 3-1/2 hrs from Cuenca to Guayaquil and was told these airlines Avianca and LAN are totally different and my luggage and dog have to be picked up and moved me to LAN. Cost of luggage and dog was $90.00. Paid a man handler to help me in Quito as I am 71 years old and in a wheelchair.
Finally boarded in Quito and arrived in Miami and there was no wheelchair waiting, though one was ordered. Never got a wheelchair and had to get someone to help me which took 40 min. and a nice tip. I have nothing good to say about OneTravel. Your help is very unknowledgeable and will say anything to book. That is exactly the way you get a bad reputation. People should double check, make sure they have a English speaking representative, and finally if they have a little doubt DON'T book with OneTravel. I was and still am FUMING. Your agents are so untrained, unknowledgeable and just push any kind of reservation to the customer. You are handling my emails, the same way as you handled my air tickets. Horrible. Am posting again. You just don't want to respond!!

This company is a scam, they will advertise the lowest fare and upon checkout the flight will become unavailable. At this point, they will offer up to a 50 dollar discount as an inconvenience which will result in at least a 100 dollar increase from the original quoted price. Naturally, the potential consumer will give them a call. They will not be able to find the flight that you found (because it does not exist anywhere outside of their website). Did the flight disappear? Nope, you will find the same flight again, same price, etc on their site.
The purpose is to drive the consumer into the tedious process of filling out personal/checkout info giving the consumer a false sense of accomplishment. The goal is to then offer the same rates as their competitors or higher to the consumer who is frustrated and just wants to complete the process after spending at least an hour trying to book a flight. Calls are outsourced and the customer service is scripted and incompetent. Please do not become prey to this "business". It is a parasite to the travel economy.

I booked a flight for me and my wife to go to San Francisco from Miami from the June 18-21 without ever sending me and I should've double check the ticket cause I know the dates before I brought the ticket and after getting to San Francisco I realize the ticket date said the 25th. I didn't have any more money and they charged me over $600 dollars for penalty fees for me to change the dates back to the 21st leaving me stuck in San Francisco.
Me and my wife lost my job. My wife almost lost her job because of this simple mistake that could've been handle way better. I suggest no one to ever buy from this third party company. I ask to speak to a supervisor and left me on hold for almost an hour and told me there was no manager to handle my situation at this time. They would have to give me a call back within four hours and I'm still waiting on the call. My whole trip was ruin and don't want no one else to experience this. Customer service is important and they don't have customer service or care for their customers.

I was booking flights for my parents and found a flight from New Delhi to Toronto at a good rate. When I was actually confirming the flight and waiting to process the transaction another window popped up and said that due to high in demand that particular flight's price has been jumped up. Then I was given another option with change in price, of course higher than before. I booked my flights. After waiting for two hours, I did not get the confirmation number. Then I called the customer service line and they hang up the call three times in a row.
Now I was frustrated, somehow able to speak to customer representative which keep on saying, "thank you for calling CheapOair". Agent was rude and I was trying to confirm the meals and seats for my parents. Agent confirmed me that seats are assigned and I will receive an email in 10-15 mins for confirming the seats. Waited for a day. Called next day and agent told me that no meals and seats are assigned yet, poor customer service. Then I checked my credit card and noticed completely different price was charged on to my credit card. Complete rip-off. Never ever book your flights with company. Not helpful at and love to make your trip miserable.

We booked a flight to Vegas. The person that booked our flight with One travel could barely speak English. When we received our tickets the dates were not even in the right month and One Travel's supervisor would not do anything to correct the issue. The bill we received via email was one price the charge to our credit card was different. About 70 dollars higher. The booking agent informed us the insurance for travel was free and then charged us for it also. We had to cancel our trip. Costs for cancellations of the vacation property and the room charges were in excess of 400 dollars. We get what we deserve when we send this work to a foreign country. There is no recourse and no justice. Steer clear of these liars and let us band together to bring this outsourced work back to the US. No wonder their prices for labor are so cheap, you get what you pay for.

How I lost $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars!!) What a scam!!! Beware of this OneTravel company!! Don't touch them with a 10-foot pole!! The worst company I've ever dealt with!!! I booked round trip flights with OneTravel and they offered me a trip cancellation policy which I purchased. A week before our intended departure, my wife injured her back and was not able to travel. We have all the documentation to prove it. I had previously booked my land portion with another travel company.
When I called OneTravel to inquire about settling the trip cancellation claim, they told me that all they cover is the air portion and not any other expenses not purchased from them. I was told that it is not really a trip cancellation policy but only an airfare cancellation policy which means that I am losing close to $5,000 on my land portion. When I asked the rude customer service person why this distinction was not explained in the policy declaration, she told me that she is explaining it to me now!!! And how come I refuse to understand that!!

Booked a ticket for my son, the advertised price was 764, and booking processed online. 5 minutes later I got a phone call saying American Airlines had changed the price to 864 and that was best deal. On reviewing the AA ticket, the price was 764 and the 100 extra was a service charge. Their website specifically says service charges are included in published price which was 764. I have booked with many other online sites before and never experienced a practice like this. I looked again today and they are still advertising this flight for $777. NEVER BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY! My partner and I booked two tickets from Toronto to Cartagena (Colombia). My mother had a stroke and needed to change the tickets to get to her in Bogota (Colombia) - obviously assuming the 200 dollar fee. I waited for about 6 hours on the phone while my mother was dying in a hospital. They hang up on me several times after literally begging not to hang up on me. I used the live chat as well: no response. Sent emails: no response.
After waiting for those 6 hours I had to buy a new ticket. This time to attend my mother's funeral because during the waiting time I missed the only flight that I could have taken in order to say goodbye. We have sent multiple emails and after a month, there's still no response of how we're going to deal with the almost 2000 dollars that we paid for those tickets PLUS the costs of buying a new one. They are rude on the phone and refuse to send emails with a proper response. After reading all the other reviews we started to think that we lost our money.

I bought a ticket from Bahrain about 2.5 hours before a flight of MOMONDO, a good site. It hosts many low cost ticket sellers, one of them being ONETRAVEL. So I book the tickets (2 off) at $US1000 each -- and I get a confirmation number and everything -- but the card isn't charged. I'm about to fly, and I have no valid ticket. So anyway, I had to buy another ticket at the airport. 3 hours later, I get a text saying my card is charged. So I call the airline. They won't deal with me. Have to go through ONETRAVEL. Refund (Cancellation) fee is $125 according to the airline -- ONETRAVEL says they'll take $200 on top of that. Why the airline couldn't do it, I don't know. So I'm $650 down and peeved off. So don't buy tickets from ONETRAVEL, and certainly not within 24 hours of your flight. Just deal direct with the airline.

I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. My first issue was that due to a mistake with autocorrect that changed one letter of a name I was charged a $25 fee for a "name change." A little bit later I found the same flight for $15 less on the airline website. When I checked my credit card statement I saw three charges, one to the airline for the exact amount I found on the airline website, then a $15 charge, as well as the $25 fee. It's clear that the way this company works is they simply bought the flight from the airline, but then tacked on a $15 fee hoping I wouldn't check. Thankfully, I did check, and demanded a refund for the $15 per their price guarantee, but I'm still waiting to see if the refund goes through.
If I had bought the ticket through the airline I would have been able to cancel within 24 hours, so I certainly wouldn't have been charged to change one letter of a name. Basically, I just threw away $25, and wasted time on the phone by using this website. It's not a huge amount of money, but it is very frustrating.

Hi Kayak. I always book my tickets through Kayak and I trust the website. This time I saw http://www.onetravel.com strange website listing too cheap price than other websites. When I try to book the flight, after giving all the information, it said the price have increased so ticket not available, while even after 10 minutes they were still showing the same less price both on Kayak and their own website. Within sometime a person from their web site called me and said the same flight is available for 1089.65$ while they listed initially listed it for 1008$. So I said "OK please go ahead and book it for me" (because I believed it went up really).
They did not inform me about any extra charge, but I was charged 1100.65$, some 12$ extra and on top of it for my surprise, I went and checked Kuwait airlines with the confirmation I received. It gave a receipt of 1059$ for which I paid 1100.65$ to http://www.onetravel.com. I had to cancel it finally and they said my money will be refunded only after 7 to 14 business days even though I cancelled within 1 hour of booking. So I am sure they are not doing a fair business. Please make sure they are not spoiling Kayak's reputation.
Finally I got ticket from Vayama (still got the deal from Kayak) for just 1006$ will all inclusive - same ticket. So Kayak's kind attention is needed on this mater. Looks like http://www.onetravel.com/ is trying to cheat people by staying top of the list with showing cheap price than other websites, then ultimately charges customers with lot of hidden fees. As a caring customer, I recommend Kayak not to do business with such unfair people, which will ultimately lead to losing Kayak's reputation as it's listed on Kayak..

After several failed attempts to get a real phone number or a live person I made a claim with my bank for fraud on my account because I was not getting what I bought.
By the fourth day united was finally able to find a real number for this 3rd party onetravel and after arguing for 45 minutes with a man that barely spoke any English I was given a refund.. I did purchase the fake travel insurance and the man told me I had to pay an additional 150$ to cancel the flight because it wasn't within 24 hours and I about lost it on him! I said it took 4 days to find a person that actually had a real number and the "insurance" said free cancellation. After he pleaded, begged and even tried forcing me to pay him any number under that 150$ to refund my money he finally did refund it for free and it was in my account 3 days later. My experience with attempting to book travel reservations with Onetravel.com was THE WORST experience I have ever had in all of my years of traveling. I contacted OneTravel in an attempt to arrange flights for 8 people. We had found flights we were interested in online at a reasonable price and were hoping that Onetravel.com might be able to help us all book the flights together. From moment one, the representative ** was extremely rude and continued to remind me that it was taking so long and was so difficult because our group of 8 was not more flexible with dates and would not be considerate and accept flights that would take 18-30 hours (when there were options available that would take 8 hours or less).
After almost two hours on the phone ** the rude representative of Onetravel.com provided a price (which she swore was the best price we would ever get anywhere) that was over $200 more (for each flight) than the flights we had found. She further indicated that she had to work some special arrangements with the airline to be able to get all 8 of us on the same flights insinuating that the flights were full and that was why the price was so much higher than what we had seen online. When I asked if we could book 4 of the party at the original price we had seen on the website, she indicated that that price was no longer available and the price was now $100 more than what we had originally seen.
When I advised that I would not confirm the purchase of any of the flights without speaking with my party ** indicated that I needed to contact my party right then (at 11:00 pm) to get the ok. When I refused to do that she became very angry and even more rude indicating that I needed to book something with her because she had spent so much time "helping" me and that we at least should agree to book one way flights with her and then we could worry about finding return flights later. After the call, we continued to search for flights online, when we attempted to book 4 of the flights on Onetravel.com the order was blocked and soon after we received a call from ** at 11:30 PM asking what we thought we were doing, when we ended the call, she repeatedly called our home until we were forced to unplug the phone.
Just as an FYI - We were able to find all 8 flights, with the schedule and at the original price on another site who was happy to help and we saved over $1,600 and 20 hours of our life by not using Onetravel.com. Just FYI - Onetravel.com and CheapOair.com are the same company!

But while I was on the payment page, it timed out and thus, my original flight was now booked and it said it would charge me an extra $80 for a different flight. I let that go but quickly discovered they changed the date to have me fly back after the 11th. I called OneTravel immediately after it got booked and OneTravel did change the date. They didn't say they could help me with the fee. I was on hold for a while.
Today April 10th, I went on to check in. I discovered because OneTravel didn't put it in their system as a connecting flight, the airline they chose (Spirit) charged me $40 per connection for baggage fees. I had to pay $80 because of OneTravel's false advertising. I am so disgusted. In addition, Spirit wouldn't let me print both boarding passes because OneTravel didn't put it in as connecting flights, so I have to leave the security check point, go on trains, and go all the way to airport check in to print my connecting boarding pass. I am told if OneTravel put it in as a connecting flight, which they advertised the flight to be, I would not have encountered these problems.
I am angry because when I asked to speak to a supervisor after OneTravel's agent couldn't help, the supervisor wouldn't do anything either. He eventually said he'd issue $20 voucher which is nothing for my troubles. Not to mention, I already paid $80 in baggage fees and $80 dollars through OneTravel because of them changing their price at the payment timeout page. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I will not ever be recommending or traveling with OneTravel again. My original airfare was supposed to be $112 and I paid $160 in additional fees plus encountered a nightmare. My fees cost more than my original ticket.

To understand how bad this was, my only worse flight was when we did an emergency landing after losing 1 of our 2 engines on that worst flight. Reservation was for a Frontier Airlines ORD to ATL flight leaving ORD at 4:50 PM. We arrived at ORD and went to ticketing to find that the flight did not exist and never existed. We also found that about 7:00 AM 1 1/2 days prior to our flight, OneTravel sent a change - as if there was ever anything to change - to an alternative email instead of the primary email from that was used to make the reservation and to which all prior emails were sent. I don't know why OneTravel asks for a phone number; they did not use it to notify us of any flight change. I don't know why.
That notification was allowing us to fly ORD to ATL at about 7:00 AM the day of our flight - 1 day after notification and about 1/2 day prior to our flight. If we wanted to fly out at about 7:00 AM instead of 4:50 PM, wouldn't we have made our reservation for about 7:00 AM? Frontier said that they would charge us $75 per person to change our booking to the next morning. Upon talking to a supervisor, Frontier waived the $75 per person fee and changed our flight to overnight ORD to DEN and DEN to ATL, getting us back in time for our morning appointments. A word of caution - Frontier has no airline that they have agreements with to help passengers with these types of problems. Driving Atlanta to Chicago and driving back Chicago to Atlanta - about 24 hours - would have been faster than the round trip we ended up with between Frontier and OneTravel.
Who did what? Did OneTravel book us on a flight that did not exist? Did Frontier cancel our flight? How did Frontier notify OneTravel about a cancellation of a flight that did not exist? Why was the notification 1 1/2 days prior to the flight when the flight did not exist way prior to that time. The only absolute in this fiasco is that OneTravel did not notify us at the booking email address so that we could have made an effort to resolve this problem. I Will NEVER Use ONETRAVEL Again. I will need a compelling reason to use Frontier again.

I made this booking on Dec 3rd, for a return flight Feb 2, 2015 returning Mar 23, 2015. When I arrived at the airport this flight schedule had been changed three weeks prior and no longer flew on these dates. The day prior to travelling Onetravel sent me a reminder for my flight on Feb 2nd. I contacted them immediately, to ask for a refund as I was going on a tour and I had to fly that day. I booked with South African airways for these dates. So far they have made no effort to reimburse me and have referred my request to the waiver department which should have replied within 7 working days.

This site is a scam, plain and simple. Their entire business model is to find a way to screw you over and keep your money. I purchased a ticket from OneTravel about 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. They sent me an email from their "fraud prevention department" [Which was my first red flag, I fly on a weekly basis and have never had to verify myself when purchasing a ticket before] saying that I needed to call them and provide a verbal verification of my identity.
Over the past 24 hours I have called them numerous times, been hung up on [reading other reviews on here, it seems that they like to hang up on people quite a bit], and despite providing all of the information asked for, still could not be verified. They didn't tell me this, though; they told me that I was verified, and I only found out that they never issued a ticket while I was checking in for the flight today.
Thankfully I showed up very early at the airport, because I anticipated something like this happening. After several more expensive international calls to OneTravel, being hung up on twice more, asking to speak to a supervisor and being put on hold for 15 minutes before being told there was no supervisor, they finally informed me that they could not complete the verification and thus could not issue my tickets.
This entire experience has cost me a lot of money, not only from the ticket booking cost (which it seems like they will fight tooth and nail to not return to me), but also from the unforeseen expenses of having to book another hotel room for the night and purchase another short notice ticket. I will also be missing several important appointments because of this.
I have been a frequent flier for the last several years, and this is unequivocally the worst ticket booking experience that I have ever had. I am appalled at the behavior of this company. From their website, I ascertain that their business is based in a strip mall (again, what??) in Las Vegas. I am reporting them to the Nevada Bureau of Consumer Protection, and encourage anyone else who has been wronged by these fraudsters to do the same.

I recently booked a flight to Lisbon Portugal and I asked for a quotation in Canadian dollars and the amount charged to my MasterCard was in Canadian dollars and it stated that clearly on my purchase of my ticket. However on receiving my MasterCard statement, I was overcharged by $57.00. I phoned the Onetravel agent and the explanation he gave me was totally unsatisfactory and when I asked for reimbursement, I was told I would not receive it. Then I asked to speak to the manager and he put me on hold for half an hour without responding to my request. It was obvious that their service is outsourced to India and the gentleman was blatantly lying about connecting me to the manager as he had no intention of doing so. I will never use this agency again and would advice the general public to be aware of them.

On a recent review of travel sites to book 2 flights to the UK out of Pearson international we came across one travel. Thinking it was a Canadian generated flight and the price was affordable we went ahead and processed two tickets and not seeing anything different we paid by visa. When we finally finalized the payment to our horror we were charged in U.S funds. The mention of US funds was not disclosed at no other time. Going down the list there was a number to call. Giving us the option to cancel but with $56 dollar fee, which we did, and after a long discussion they accepted our reasons for return. Here comes the good part, Visa charged us a fee of $168 all because One Travel did not inform us of the U.S payment.

While it was a bummer, I thought not terrible. When I got my statement, they had charged me over $1700. When I called to speak with someone or a manager, they would keep telling me someone would call me back. No one ever did. I called 5 or 6 times with no luck. I finally disputed the charges with my Credit Card company and they couldn't reach them so they denied my dispute. I finally gave up and just ate the extra cost because it got too time consuming. I hate that companies like these are allowed to continue to operate.

I checked their "Terms & Conditions" policy and the only thing I could see was "All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to:" with seating listed in a subtopic. I don't think this has anything to do with seat selection. This is a scheme by OneTravel to squeeze a few more dollars out of you. Other online services such as Travelocity don't have this practice. They are not forthcoming with information concerning cancellations or any changes that might have to be made. Also I will add that conversing with the airline, American Airlines in this case, is almost as exhausting. I have not flown in many years, the changes that have been made are hard to comprehend. If one has to change the itinerary of the ticket in any way, they will charge $200 per person plus $25 for using a third booking party. I even think they would charge one's estate if one died. Praise the Lord. I can honestly say that at 71 years old, I WILL NOT FLY ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN. Nor will I use any booking agents ever. I will drive. I, and my heirs, are obligated to fly.

After filing the insurance claim, sent with mom's death certificate, and after 2 months waiting for a credit or my money back, this is the outcome: my mom's death does not qualify for insurance cover because she pass away out of the covered area and partial credit with American Airlines to be use within 1 year period.
We decide to use the credit to visit family and for my surprise, the credit available was reduce, and $200.00 per person penalty. I do have both emails with different policies same booking and I'll dispute. The insurance is to protect them, preventing customers to dispute charges with credit cards, you can't dispute with your credit card a denied insurance claim. I had a horrible and disturbing experience with OneTravel.com on my last booking, and I feel that I have the duty to warn other unsuspecting consumers from these appalling practices that are in place. As a courtesy, I explain you to the situation so that OneTravel can consider this incident. My father is lying dying in New Zealand, and I needed to go as fast as possible to Auckland. Therefore, I tried to select a reputable company to book my flight to be sure nothing goes wrong.
I found a flight at OneTravel.com and booked it, then a while later, I got an email from the Credit Card Verification Department to call in for verification. This was no problem, so I called the provided number to immediately do this verification. First, I was disconnected twice, on the third time I got someone to assist. However, the person that answered said that they cannot just do a simply verification but require me to make a conference call with the bank. This seemed very strange and I never experienced this on any other sites. Due to the short timeframe before the flight, I agreed, and they called the bank; however, the bank department to which OneTravel needed to speak was not opened during the hours.
The OneTravel credit card verification person told me that this would not be a problem. I would simply have to call back once the bank is open at 6am EST, which would be after seven hours. I asked that this was a long time and if there is no other way to do this verification. I thought I could fax the passport and copy of the credit card or any other way to expedite this, after all, I would board the flight myself, and the creditcard is on my name which would make it very hard to commit any credit card fraud. I would have understood the concern if I booked for another person using my card. However, I was told that there is apparently no other way to do this. I explained again that I was worried to lose this flight because it is very important for me.
The OneTravel person assured me that I must not worry because OneTravel reserves every booking for 24hours so the flight is secure. To make sure, I called my bank Fraud department, which is open 24 hours and asked them if we can do a conference, and they explained that they could not do any verifications. However, they explained that OneTravel could simply run the card and then BB&T fraud department would do the verification immediately for them, and either approved or declines the charge and would inform OneTravel accordantly. My bank also was surprised on this need to verify the card since the card holder and traveler are the same person. I did call back to OneTravel to explain this, but they told me that they couldn't make exceptions to their rules. I stressed once more that waiting seven hours is a long time, and I am worried because the flight is already in less than 20 hours.
Again, I was ensured that due to the OneTravel, 24hour guarantees, it would not be a problem. They also explained that I could not book another flight before the verification, because I might be charged for both flights. The assurance from OneTravel, that my flight is guaranteed for 24 hours, gave me some false peace of mind. Therefore, I did wait until 6:10am EST for the bank department to open. At this time, I called back to One Travel complete this verification. After being on hold with OneTravel for 40 minutes, I was told that the bank department did not pick up the phone. To my surprise, the person at OneTravel Credit Card verification department said that it is no problem; we can do the verification different.
She said I simply need to send an email from the registered company email that clearly indicates the flight details, booking number, passenger name and a sentence saying that I authorize OneTravel to book of the amount. So after all this frustration and some nine hours later I was told that there is, in fact, another way to complete this verification. I was surprised and frustrated about this, but since I now saw the light on the end of the tunnel. Therefore, I gave everything they wanted and a while afterward I called in again to ensure the email was received and that this verification is in the process.
I was put on hold for 20 minutes in which time they apparently did some internal verification, and eventually I was then told that all was fine, and the verification process is successfully completed. However, after another hour I was called again from another person to do some random verification questions, I complied and the person said that now they had everything they needed and once more said all is verified to their satisfaction. I asked what is next, and I was told that I would get the E-Ticket in less than 30 minutes. I was happy finally having this tedious process behind me so that I can still catch a few hours of sleep before boarding the flight in seven hours to see my dying father one last time before he passes away.
However, after about 45 minutes, I was called again, and they told me that my flight, I had booked is now gone, apparently Malaysia Airlines would not give the flight. They said that they still could get me on this flight, but it would be roughly double the price now. I was disgusted on what I was told; it felt like some criminal is extorting money from me so that I can see my dying father one last time. I reminded the person that I was told numerous times that the flight was guaranteed 24 hours, and explained again the urgency on my need to get the flight. The person then changed the tune, and I was told the first time that apparently the reservation was guaranteed but not the price I received when I booked. This was the first-time anyone mentioned this misleading rule.
For me, this was devastating news, not only can't I see my beloved father and comfort him on his final hours, but I already arranged for Airport transportation in Malaysia and in Auckland, I paid a rent a car and hotel near the hospital. All this could not be canceled because it's only hours before the flight. I tried to find another flight but nothing is available because OneTravel.com wasted all the time on a verification that should have lasted minutes and instead took 10+ hours.
I already lost over RM3000 for my arrangements for airport transport, hotel and cent a car. This is not to mention that my mother depended on my support and that my father might be passed away without seeing his son one last time. All this is due to the misinformation, questionable business ethics and misleading guarantees that are used without mentioning the real facts. It seems to me that this is designed to keep the customer on the hock even though they knew it is most likely the flight might not be available anymore. There is no compassion; I believe that my distressed situation to see my father one last time, showed my desperation so that OneTravel may have thought I would easily pay double to make this flight. Maybe it was even planned to get more commission.
I do not understand why a site like OneTravel would not send a notice if a price of a reservation changes so that the customer can decide or cancel and book another flight. I was not able to pay more because I had so many expenses that there was not enough credit limit on my card at the time to pay double for the same ticket. OneTravel.com could not even offer any replacement flight that would have been anywhere near the initial price, because all this time was wasted, and flights were all full.

Be aware that prices shown at onetravel are in U.S. dollars. For a flight originating in Canada, I would not expect to be billed in Indian Rupees, British Pounds Sterling, or U.S. dollars. This is the 3rd time I've been tricked by a Las Vegas based business. Shady, deceptive business practices affect all online sellers. Booking directly at AirTransat.ca would have been cheaper. I will take it up with Air Transat, as this third party seller is operating under false business practices.
The OneTravel rep even stated that they have an equivalent Canadian webpage, and that if I had called within 24 hours of booking, he could have helped. There is technology in place, where a Canadian ISP entering US territory website will be warned or immediately forwarded to a Canadian website. A tiny clause (fine print) stating that prices are billed in US dollars (on your after-purchase receipt) is a shady way to exempt onetravel from litigation. Since it was on a Sunday, there were no agents available to help us. Their emergency number was blocked. We could not get a hold of them. Since they were the ones that cancel the flight, American Airlines could rebook a flight but not until three days later with a $250 charge per person. We had no other choice than drive back home. I have been trying to get reimbursement, but their customer service agents just give me the run around. My advice, DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!

When inquiring about flight changes the attitude was got me! The help desk simply informed me that changes are not allowed BUT I could cancel the ticket for credit subject to a penalty of $75.00! So, who are they fooling? The original ticket was for $89.00!! It will now still cost me the 'new' air fare plus the 'penalty' of $75.00?! And, this was for two tickets - one from JFK to BOS (should have been MHT) and the other for the return leg from BOS (should have been MHT) to JFK - both booked with OneTravel!

We made the mistake of using this online travel agency to book air tickets from Beijing to Da Nang, Vietnam, mainly because they had the best price on offer and because it offered fairly direct routing. We also booked (separately) a week at a resort to coincide with the air travel. Almost immediately, we started receiving notices that 'the airline has changed the itinerary' and that 'airlines do this all the time.' As someone who travels on dozens of flights a year, I know this to be nonsense. I even contacted the Vietnam Airlines rep here in Beijing to confirm that the bookings were just fine as they were, but that since they had been made by a travel agency there was no way to change them or take over control by ourselves.
We ended up having to agree to an overnight in Hanoi (at our own expense) which meant that we basically forfeited a night at the resort. The notices which were sent were poorly worded and threatening - to the effect that if we did not agree to the changes we would lose the entire booking, without refund. When we awoke on the last day of our trip to head to the airport for a 7:00 AM flight (which would connect with our flight from Hanoi to Beijing), we received an e-mail saying that our itinerary had been changed and we would have to spend a night in Hanoi at our own expense. We ignored the message and went to the airport. The 7:00 AM flight was indeed cancelled, but we were well taken care of by airline staff who upgraded us to business on the next available flight and provided an escort in Hanoi so that we would be sure to catch our flight. All went well.
There is close to zero customer service, all options seem to be 'take it or lose everything.' The stress that we experienced in the lead up to this holiday almost cancelled out the benefit that we received. In the end, it worked out - but you can bet it will be the last time we use this service. Use Orbitz or Expedia instead, or directly with the airline.
The business model of this agency seems to be to entice you with a cheap fare for a specific itinerary, knowing that it cannot offer it, and then changing the itinerary to one which is possible with the price. Had we known it would take 15 hours to get from Beijing to Da Nang, we would have looked elsewhere for a holiday. I'm sure that if we had booked elsewhere (other sites showed the itinerary for $750 pp rather than $500), the original itinerary would have been honored. Very poor experience, unfortunately they will continue to operate as there will always be enough people (like ourselves) who don't always do their due diligence. If I could submit a review with zero stars, I would.

Then I need to cancel my tickets and we had a deal that I will lose 350 dollars and get the remaining but 350 was extra charged to my account and 250 dollars were also deducted which was defended by saying that 350$ is company cancellation fee and 250 dollars is the airline cancellation fee. Their response was they can only reimburse me for the funds. TEN MONTHS! They stated they tried to call (but anyone knows as soon as you hear this is Travel One or any other firm, we usually just hang-up) Not interested in solicitation. The E-mail was incorrect therefore they could not contact me. Whatever happened to SNAIL MAIL??? Anyways they will reissue tickets with different airline carrier for $1200 addition dollars. I had no choice until I got the itinerary in US dollars.
When everything is said and done for nearly $2000 additional dollars they can correct the incident. NO THANK YOU... that is nearly double the cost. No Panama for us this holiday season. If you do not care about seating or have any other issues like needing a wheelchair, which I do in large airports, this is fine. You take whatever seats are available when you get to the airport. Booking with your service was the biggest booking mistake we ever made. We travel to Russia from Phoenix Arizona every year. It should also be noted that upon check-in at our departure point every supervisor and manager on duty tried to fix your mistake to no avail. They all tried to override or change codes to allow our luggage to be check through to our destination.
The agent that booked our flight booked the outbound portions in segments to save a dollars or less; they did this to get our business. This turnout to be a very expensive lesson and I assure you won't happen again; this incident ended up costing us over one thousand dollars in additional baggage fees alone and being on a fixed income really impacted our lives. Not only was it expensive it really raised the anxiety level between my wife and I.
Six bags we had to pick up and check-in each time we stopped. That's not all; each time we stopped we had to redistribute the weight in each bag. We arrived to JFK from Phoenix and the airline met me with a wheelchair. We collected all bag and transportation was arranged to move my wife and I to the International Terminal. We had a four hour layover and no place to relax, which was fine, we weren't promised comfort and we have had worse. When the airline started the check-in process we were among the first in line, however we had to move aside and redistribute the weight in all bags; this took an hour. After we were done redistributing the clothes in our bags we were among the last to clear security. We paid $580.00 PHX, $435.00 JFK and $280.00 DME. We should have only had to pay the $580.00 PHX.

Each and every time I book with this company I have always experienced problems. I am a student and I chose to purchase flights with this company due to the airline fares they offer. However, with the money I've lost each time I might as well have purchased a first class ticket somewhere else. The first time I booked a flight with them was 3 months in advance for a flight from London to Istanbul with AtlasJet for the 12th of July. Their policy is that if you cancel within a certain number of hours within purchasing your flight they will refund it. I called and a recording came up directing me to follow the prompts if my flight was not within 7 days. I followed the prompts and entered my booking number to cancel my flight. The next day I followed up by calling to double check to see if the flight was cancelled and gave the same booking number. The representative reassured me it was cancelled. I proceeded to then book a flight with British Airways through Cheapoair for the 13th of July. A week later I received an email informing me of a double booking conflict with my flights.
I then called them many times after that and was transferred to multiple representatives and supervisors. The end result: the representatives told me the previous flight was not cancelled, and since I had proceeded to book with a different airline there was nothing they could do and I would have to take it up with the airline myself, which I knew would be a waste of time and come to no avail and to top it off, I'd end up having to call them between the hours of what would be 2am - 10 am in my current time zone and pay long distance fees.
The second time was a flight my parents booked for me, this time with Pegasus airways coming back from Istanbul to London (we booked a month in advance for the same reason - we thought we were getting a good deal). As Murphy's Law would have it, my visa has not arrived in time for the flight tomorrow. We went to a travel agent last week, they said we'd have to call Pegasus since we didn't book with the agent. I called Pegasus yesterday and they said there was nothing they could do since we booked with Onetravel. My parents called Onetravel yesterday willing to pay extra to change the ticket, which they said was fine. The price they said to change the ticket to a fixed date is the same price as a new ticket!! Today we went to another travel agent who couldn't even see the booking and hence was also unable to do anything. So I phone telling them what I need and quoted the price from my email. The agent takes the info including credit card info. I ask "what is the grand total for two people?" He quotes "$705.40" and promises a follow up email with the reservation info in an hour. I had to call back three times to finally get a copy of the reservation where $885.40 was charged to my credit card. Needless to say I called back asking why.. "I was informed the airline taxes etc had changed". This was a lie as I have checked the next day (this was suppose to be a two day sale) and guess what the price has increased $1.00....... well well well.
To sum up this horrid experience with Onetravel they have made a refund and this only took many more phone calls of which went to India.... I was informed there was no way I could talk to anyone in the USA. I then requested an email confirming the refund.... Four more phone calls to finally get the email. What a nasty experience with this company. I have unsubscribed to this tacky, untrustworthy and unfriendly company.

This lying company charged my account almost 400 dollars and they ran my credit card. The charge was supposed to be for 200 dollars. I get my statement it's almost 400 dollars. I don't know what other charges they added on without my permission and when I contact them, they claim I accepted the terms and won't give me a refund without me sick with cancer or life threatening injuries. They are scam artists and will deceive you and charge your card without your permission.

Many people complain about the fact that the website isn't friendly or that they add additional charges unto your bill when you book. My complaint is quite bad and I actually was thinking of taking some action against them. I booked a ticket from Italy to Fort Lauderdale on June 6 to travel on July 22. I understood that the ticket was non-refundable but I verified that I could change the ticket for a cost (which I could). I called OT on July 20 and was not successful in getting through to them. I had an online help desk chat with representative and we changed the ticket from July 22 to 29 for an additional amount. She confirmed this in the chat and it ended. I received the new itinerary as well as the information asking me to confirm that the charges were fine. I consented. Unfortunately, the story does not end there.
On Wednesday (day of the original flight), I tried to access my booking on their site - the new information was not there. I sent the representative an email and she did not send a reply. I called and was kept on hold for one hour and eventually decided to send an email for a response in a couple hours as they noted on their website. They responded on Saturday (4 days later) with the following response: "We would like to inform you that your flight was booked for 22-July and 23-July. However, you did not board the flight and as per the airlines fare rules your booking is completely non-refundable."
I called them immediately and spoke to a gentleman and he informed me of the same thing. Eventually, he told me that the chat was disconnected (even though I received her final salutation in the chat) and she did not get her agreement. When I told him I knew nothing of this, he mentioned that she also emailed me to say "I accept" and I didn't reply. I rebutted all of his information by noting that I had an email of not only my response to her but her confirmation of my acceptance via the credit card charge and the new itinerary. He noted that the card was not charged (which it wasn't) but asked for all the emails so he could refer it to his superiors. He noted I would be contacted in 24 hrs.
They did not call. I called Monday after that and the same gentleman answered and said someone would call me that evening. No one called. I called Wednesday and the person on the line, a gentleman, quoted the same "You missed your flight policy" and I explained the situation. He put me on hold for a long while and then said that kind of complaint takes a long while and no one was in the department. I got upset and asked to speak someone else and he noted that no one else was there and kept repeating the same no-show policy. I called back the next day and spoke to another representative who quoted the same policy, and then put me on hold with a refusal to rectify their mistake.
I asked to speak to her supervisor who was more helpful. I told her the situation and she understood as she realized that there was no way I would not have not shown up for my flight if I knew it was not changed. She rectified it and gave me a date - it was the cheapest date I could actually afford to change my ticket to due to the fact that I was now two days overstayed in Italy. As I write this, I am still in Italy. One Travel has not apologized or even tried to make it right. I would not have been here this long if it were not for their mistake. I cannot afford to be.

I booked a flight in February for September 2014. My stopover was Seattle to see family, my only fault in this is I did NOT check my itinerary closer immediately. It was when I had a problem, we had issues and I discovered how much those issues would cost me. My fare was initially 100.00 less than what was charged me, which I found out from one of the airlines who was kind enough to send me the itinerary, because One Travel did not. But I had to change my reservation to get off and my layover point which was supposed to be Seattle going both ways and come to find out it was not. I'll accept that blame but it cost me 2200 to learn that lesson to fly to and from Seattle from Baltimore with 7 months notice and the flight they charged me the changes rates for, has been changed twice since that time.
My boyfriend who is terrified to fly to begin with, is now mortified to go to the airport and have any dealings with this company due to the poor reviews and our own experience of no customer service, over charges and just poor booking. IT appears these things are done intentionally for fare increases to make the company more money, but that is difficult to prove although the company does have a history of doing this. I will never deal with them again and have gone so far as to file with the federal, state and aviation commissions.

I spent a lot of time researching round trip tickets and thought One Travel had the lowest price. I booked my trip, but a few hours later another site had discounted the same trip. I immediately sent an email to One Travel to discuss their price guarantee and possibly getting a small rebate. No response to my email. Resent the email - no reply. I then went to their site and used their Customer Service form and finally receive a response basically telling me that they are a travel agency and negotiate prices with the airlines.
I specifically sent them the cost of the same trip the other site was offering and asked them about their rebates. No mention of this in their response. Rip off artists and cheats. Was my first time using them, NEVER AGAIN! Stay away from this "travel agency". Once they get your money, they offer no rebates or explanations about their LOW PRICE GUARANTEE. They do not know what customer service is!

I booked a flight with US Airways through Onetravel.com. As with other online providers, I entered flight route, dates and credit card information, then clicked to confirm the reservation. The next page that opened showed an amount that was almost 400 dollars higher than what I had just authorized! Luckily for me, there was a credit card hitch, and I was thus able to cancel the payment. Oneworld.com called me within minutes (someone from India), trying to get me to book again. I inquired what had happened and was told that the price of the ticket must have gone up between me authorizing the payment and they sending me the confirmation. In a time span of two seconds! My advice is: If you want to rip me off, at least do it intelligently. I booked elsewhere.

I just recently used this online company to book a reservation and thought that I was getting a great deal. However, it turned out to be a nightmare! OneTravel's computer system conveniently switched my dates for departure and arrival and when I received my itinerary, I called to let them know of the error. Unfortunately for me, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST! The wait time to talk to an actual person was 39 minutes. Then I was switched around and finally got to a "Manager" which told me they could do absolutely NOTHING :-( I received no help at all from this company! I had to end up calling Frontier Airlines direct to get some help. Then I ended up paying even more money because they said OneTravel is a separate company from them and I would have to dispute with them directly.
I was so disappointed with the fact that this company didn't want to take any actions of responsibility to rectify the error. It wasn't like I was trying to get a refund. I simply wanted my dates That I requested in the 1st place! A simple correction, and they would've had a happy customer. But now, I'm recommending to everyone I meet NOT to use this agency! They are THE WORST!

I always book the flight with reputed travel websites but my wife found this Onetravel site offering lowest cost tickets. I was happy that I was able to get the best possible price for the ticket to India. My itinerary was as given below:
New Delhi - Frankfurt (Germany) - Dusseldorf (Germany) - New Delhi(India) - Lufthansa.
While everything went fine and my travel from US to India was uneventful. The problem came when I went to airport for catching my return flight. At the check-in counter, I got a shock as airline was not allowing me to fly as they informed me that I need an in transit visa. As I live in Indianapolis, I had made further travel plan from Chicago to Indianapolis like booking the hotel and car based on this return date.
Now I contacted Onetravel and they were not ready to take any responsibility for not informing about this visa requirement at the time I was booking my flight. First I would not expect to see any itinerary that involves a visa when my intention is not visit that country. If at all that was shown, I expect them to show clearly on the details of the flight that it would need a visa. Apart from the mental trauma that I gone through I suffered financially - I had to pay full cost of return ticket ranging in $800 and also I lost money in my hotel/taxi bookings. I am sad to see the irresponsibleness of the company.

Company is making fake bookings for rooms not even available then not notifying customers that they have no reservation. Completed my booking on Onetravel.com for a reservation for 2 nights w/ car rental. Received confirmation booking, then a week later get notified my card could not be charged so the hotel portion wasn't booked? Not sure why the card would be declined, let alone why just the hotel portion would be cancelled and the car rental remained if my card was truly declined (which I knew it wasn't). Then I asked why I couldn't just provide my card information again and he stated I would need to rebook online and he would cancel my car reservation, but there was a penalty which of course sounded ridiculous so I asked if my card was declined how would I be penalized and charged? He then agreed and cancelled it so I could rebook without a fee after I argued with him.
I re-booked my reservation, received my confirmation email, etc. and decided to do some checking on the car rental just to be sure since I was skeptical of Onetravel.com at this point. The car rental agency then indicated the car reservation was around $15 more than what my confirmation from Onetravel said even though the terms & conditions for Onetravel said it included taxes and fees (just not extras - which I didn't have). So I emailed Onetravel asking them why this was, and they responded several days later with a generic email cancelling my car reservation portion of the reservation only. Nothing else, no inquiry as to if that is what I wanted or anything.
Okay fine, I would rather book it myself at this point since I am done dealing with Onetravel as they have over a 40-minute hold time every single time I call and clearly they cannot communicate via email for my customer service requests. So then today I decide to double check my hotel portion since I had not seen my card charged for the amount of the hotel yet which I found odd and sure enough, after waiting for 45 minutes, they inform me the reservation was cancelled because my card could not be charged. I asked for the code that was returned on the card declination and then after speaking with a supervisor (Carl) he indicated the real reason was because the hotel was overbooked and the hotel wouldn't honor the price that Onetravel had on my booking confirmation so they cancelled it and just said, "Your card wasn't charged. What's the problem?"
The problem is, it is now 2 weeks later and I have no reservation, they didn't notify me, and now the prices are double or triple as the date is quickly approaching for my trip. I was trying to speak with his manager, but when he said his manager's name was Rufus **, I knew it was going to be impossible to get any type of service from this company as he was full of it. So not only did they not notify me I had no reservation, they are still, TODAY, listing that hotel as available and they have told me the hotel will not honor their prices so they just tell the customer the card cannot be charged. I asked why they were doing this and he then repeated, "Your card wasn't charged, what's the problem?"
This is absolutely ridiculous. I am glad I have no reservation with them although it is costing me twice as much to book a room now because it is now two weeks later and the prices have shot up, but hoping others don't end up getting to their destination to find out they actually have no reservation after all. Stay far away from this website Onetravel.com and their company WK Travel.

I'm writing on behalf of a friend, as she rarely uses the internet. She booked a return trip overseas flight. They scheduled her return trip with an 18 hour layover rather than put her on the next connecting flight home. Why would anyone do this? The information sheet they allowed her to print off didn't specify anywhere that this was the case. She had filled in the information using my exact flight information so we could travel together, so she had no reason to think they'd booked anything else.
The printed sheet direct from their site promised easy 800 customer service - then gave absolutely no way to contact them. Their first phone number gave me a message saying, "We cannot answer the phone now. Please call back later." This is totally unacceptable to a traveler stranded in an airport. When I found a number using the internet on my smartphone (which was NOT an 800 number), we spent a long time on hold... getting a customer service operator who immediately left us on hold again for ten minutes... who passed us to another agent who once again put us on hold for ten minutes..... This went on and on.
When someone finally spoke to my friend, she was rude, and simply informed us that it's not their fault and they'll fix it for another charge of nearly $500. Their cost for providing her the same exact ticket I had was $500 more than what I purchased anyway. Yeah, buyer beware, but they had obviously made plenty of money already. When we finally got to a manager - all of which was happening during my layover, leaving me wondering if I'd miss a plane, too, as a result of this - he was reluctant to give his name, and was again rude, and simply insisted she must have booked herself for an 18 hour layover.
When I took the phone to speak to him, I said, "Hello." Silence. "Hello?" Silence. I said hello probably 7 or 8 times, and finally said to her, "I think he hung up on me," at which point he finally said, "Oh, are you talking to me?" I simply cannot imagine how this can be anything other than someone playing games. Yes, the two of us are on the phone together, who ELSE would I be saying hello, are you there? to over and over and over? Keep in mind, this is happening with a time limit to catch a connecting flight to get home to my children who would have been home alone overnight had I missed it, as I was expected home and their father was going to be at work.
I stressed, without yelling, to the man that this is a 70-year-old woman who is recently out of chemotherapy and has diabetes, that she clearly would not have booked herself an 18-hour layover at the end of a 2-week trip overseas! They made a mistake, that's okay, but they need to stand behind their company and fix this; that I run a small business myself and would do so. He simply informed me that they couldn't possibly have made a mistake. End result is my friend had to spend the night in an airport halfway across the country. These people should be out of business. This is appalling.

Onetravel has offered to reimburse me for having to change a flight in order to board my pet.
Original Review: June 30, 2014
I needed to book tickets from Canada to South Africa for myself and my dog. When I spoke to several Onetravel agents before booking, I specifically told them that (1) I was traveling with a dog and (2) I needed to book return flights (as per visa requirements) but that I wanted to be able to change my return flights. I was told that I could change my flights for a fee, most likely between $150-$250. I thought that was fine so I booked the cheapest flights despite the fact that the return flights would take nearly 48 hours.
Long story short - after spending at least 5 hours on hold with airlines and Onetravel - my flights can't be changed. After finally accepting this, I tried to book my dog on my return flights. It wasn't a problem getting him on my Air France flights but Westjet told me that they couldn't book my dog on my last flight because Onetravel was preventing them from allowing my dog to travel with me (because apparently that counts as a "flight change").
I'm on hold with Onetravel right now. I just spend 45 minutes on hold and then they hung up on me. Hopefully someone will answer this time. This agency might be okay if you have a simple domestic flight, but NEVER use this travel agency for international flights if you want to have the peace of mind of knowing you won't be completely screwed over at the last minute. I'm a student and it's possible I might need to spend thousands of dollars get my dog home now.

Onetravel told me that my "cheap" flight that I had purchased had NO value - I paid them $140 - seemed like a value to me. It would be WAY cheaper to buy a new ticket (no refund - throw away the $140) and get a new ticket for $245. If someone died I could contact their insurance company and "maybe" get a refund. They were rude and discourteous and basically said if I did not want the new ticket they could not help me further. The confirmation came back with different fly out and fly out dates. I called and spoke with a woman, or rather she spoke at me, I couldn't get a word in. Anyway, she cancelled the flight and said she would refund it.
So searching the web again, I found another company with the same price. I booked it. After all this, guess what? The different company I booked the second flight thru - is One Travel also. Better yet, one flight that cost me $229.00? Has turned out to be 7 charges on my bank account. There were 4 charges from Spirit Airlines (who I never spoke with) $257.98; $212.97; $207.98; $59.95. Then there are charges to One Travel $21.02; $20.99; $1.02. These are tying up all my funds except $20 in my bank account.
I spoke to the "manager" Lucas and he stated the first booking was cancelled. The second booking shouldn't of happened (I didn't know anything about this until I received an email) And said he would cancel that. The third book, even though it was the highest, I said I would keep. My problem is - I have no money to live on. My bank has tried to reach One Travel and as you know no one has returned my banks request. The bank can't return them as as you read, authorization was (partially) given to use my card. I looked at the notification in my email and tried to call the number provided but they are closed on Sundays. I ended up calling the airlines directly to see what my options were and the airlines told me that they have been contacting onetravel.com since Nov. 24 regarding this change and now there aren't many options for 4 people except the flight with a 6-hour layover which is almost 3 times that of my original flight and at this point we are not booked on any flight.
I finally redialed the number of the person who called me at 7am and got an answer. I spoke with Hawk who was supposed to be a manager/supervisor and he told me the reason we had not been notified is because they have been dealing with more pressing matters (really?? since November??). He then asked if I could fly out the next day. After almost 3 hours on the phone, we were able to find a flight on my original departure date with a better layover but we are now leaving 4 hours earlier than expected. I then asked how they were going to compensate me for this added stress and they gave me 4 $25 off coupons for my next flights booked through them. Needless to say, I will not be booking anything with them ever. I would rather pay the extra money and book with a more reputable booking agent or through the airlines directly.

NEVER, never, NEVER book through Onetravel.com (which apparently is owned by the same company as Cheapoair, by the way, both based in India). I hardly ever take the time to write online reviews, but this company is not just lousy customer service, it is basically a scam. People should be warned about it. We made reservations to Madrid three months in advance, then they sent us an email that our reservations were changed and that we had to accept the new ones immediately or forfeit all our fees. The only alternate reservations they sent us were totally senseless: they had us departing on a connecting flight hours before the first flight even arrived. Getting resolution from a customer service person is impossible. Two hours on hold: finally you get the person in India who informs you that someone will call you back in 72 hours. Surprise! you never get a call. Another two hours on "live" chat - you never hear from a person. Email - no reply, ever.
I tried dialing into the extension for making new reservations - I knew they'd have a human answer that one immediately, because they want to sell you a ticket, right? But of course that person immediately rolls you over into the customer service extension where no one answers. And once you have called a few times, you cannot even get into the reservations extension - you get the recording which says "we see you have called a lot today" and rolls directly into - surprise again! the customer service void where no one ever answers. So they have obviously had a lot of people in this situation and they are set up to avoid you. Have now spent over 20 hours trying to resolve this, and it is clear that Onetravel.com is not just horrible customer service, they are set up to get your credit card number and then avoid contact with you. Resolving this is important to us because we are travelling to meet our kids who would otherwise be unaccompanied. After reading other people's experiences, I am going to try to just go through the airline. Will update what happens. I called Lufthansa and due to the fact that I purchase the ticket with ONETRAVEL, they cannot help. So for that short flight, I'm going to have to shell out the price for a Transatlantic flight.
I believe that this Travel Agency should get a bit less greedier and when a customer is asking for help from a North American agent or have a supervisor ready to assist me, I'm asking for someone that lives in here, not in India (no offence to those operators). Foreign accent, he would have loved my cc number. Wouldn't tell me what seats he booked, just that an email was sent. I said, "Forget it, I'll do it myself" and hung up. He called me back, told me all the seats, but my traveling companion was seated a row away. He tried to convince me it was only one row away! Took 10-15 min for him to look up my info, so I started asking how much longer, then he got faster but went through whole itinerary unnecessarily. Poor experience, way too much effort, stress and discouragement with the feeling that this company was not legitimate. Never, never again. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I chose a flight, started to book it by putting in my information, then decided I'd better check the reviews before finalizing the booking. The reviews were really bad, so I went back to the "OneTravel" tab on my browser and started to delete my information. I tried over and over again, but the site doesn't allow deletions. I had NOT submitted my reservation yet, I couldn't delete my information, so I just closed out of the site.
Then I got an email confirmation from OneTravel for a purchase I didn't make! I replied three times to three different emails they sent me. I never received an answer to any of them, not even "this site doesn't reply." I tried to call many time and after many tries I finally got connected to a representative who put me on hold for 60 minutes straight, then someone else came on the line and spoke very rude to me and said that "this is a non refundable ticket and cannot be cancelled." I tried to explain that I did not purchase, but told me that there is nothing that he can do and that they have already charged my card. I felt cheated. "I immediately started a dispute with American Express. OneTravel is fighting it. American Express rejected my dispute 2 time already since OneTravel is giving false explanation that I clicked the 'accept condition' button, which I didn't. I have started a third dispute last week with American Express. I hope American Express gets me justice this time." My recommendation? Stay away from this company and tell your friends.

BEWARE and book with EXTREME CAUTION. They Charged me a total of $1748 total for their so called "cheap flights". They booked the incorrect price for 3 flights from Denver, Colorado to San Diego, California. When I confronted them about the issue the customer service rep told me it was my fault and that to fix it I would be charged a total of $335 for the flight change. I told him that I was extremely upset about this situation but I have my friends WEDDING to attend so if it was gonna cost that amount to charge it to my card. I woke up and checked my bank account and they had authorized a $1040.85 fee charged ON TOP of the $708 I had initially paid.
I called to try and get answers from them and they kept me on hold for OVER 3 hours. They could not give me a straight answer to why they charged me this amount. I begged them (when I eventually got a hold of a supervisor) to listen to the phone call that was "recorded" for "quality insurance". He said he would investigate it and call me on the number on file. Well a couple hours later after waiting by the phone I get an email from a NON REPLY address saying they tried to contact me on the number on file (which is correct, I TRIPLE checked) and if I needed further assistance to contact the customer service number!!!!
Basically spent all day to find a rhyme or reason and they sent me back to square one. Now I have spent $1748.85 on their insane deals that I didn't agree to and no one will give me even an explanation... they ruined a vacation and me and my two friends attending a wedding and made this A LIVING NIGHTMARE. When you try and contact them for answers they just keep transferring you. They have ZERO respect for customer service. They still charged my credit card for the $205.63. When I tried to rebook a flight, I was told I could use my credit but I would have to pay $200.00 per passenger to rebook (airline charges) and an additional $532.00 for the flight. Upon researching airlines for my trip to Florida in February, I came across your company, One Travel, hoping for good intentions and experience through this company. I was wrong and extremely disappointed in my decision. As I entered in the correct dates I needed online, which were February 19th through the 24th I came across that these looked like a fair amount of pay for airline tickets. So I proceeded to go ahead with payments. Checked out my receipt quick and went on with my day. 48 hours later I decided to go ahead and check my dates just to be sure, when I started to look at everything closer, I realized I was not given the correct dates. I was given the 25th through the 26th which were not even any of the correct dates I needed.
I noticed that the dates they had given me were blocked out in a dark blue color so it was very hard to even see them in the first place. In a panic I called immediately and was told since I did not call within 24 hours, they could do nothing for me and I needed to cancel those tickets, pay two cancellation fees for each ticket of $125 a piece and then again pay for another set of tickets. These representatives I had spoken with were very rude and basically told me it was my fault I ordered online and did not calm them, which I think is extremely unprofessional.
I can understand it being an issue if I called about this a week or two before the flight but this was 48 hours later, which I think is very unexcusable. I too work in a large corporate, where we do not treat our customers like that at all, and always somehow try to help the customer out when we know there is a mistake on both sides. I didn't realize that this had happened until two days after making the booking. I immediately called One Travel, and spent over an hour on hold, only to talk to an agent who claimed that he could not do anything for me. He also claimed that if the search results are not for the requested dates, a pop-up window is supposed to appear alerting the customer.
I assured him that this window had not appeared, and suggested that he look at the site himself, which he said he was not able to do. After several calls, and many hours on hold, One Travel finally did change our flights to the correct dates. I subsequently read reviews on this and other sites, and was horrified to see that the company does all kinds of other fraudulent things. However, after a day I got a call from Onetravel.com representative that for new schedule I need to pay my fare again as my last ticket fare has been already refunded and I need to make payment within 24 hours for the new scheduled ticket. My bank statement did not show any refund status and so I tried calling them many a times but always I wasn't being left on hold for 45-60 min. Eventually, one of the representatives solved the matter after fighting with them on phone.
My worst experience was when I was traveling back from New Delhi to LA on January 23, 2014. My flight was with Lufthansa Airlines and I was being informed in the airport that my travel requires a transit visa on my layover in Europe and hence I cannot board this flight. The New Delhi airlines authority and the Lufthansa representatives told me that it is Onetravel.com fault to book your ticket like this and although if did then, they should have explicitly told you that you need a transit visa for this travel. I tried calling Onetravel and told them my problem with the expectation of some help but this company just started playing a blame game on airlines, then for transferring this flight they wanted me to pay another $700 for any other flight after 10 days.
Finally I had to miss that flight and book another flight with United Airlines to reach United States. I tried mailing Onetravel.com for the ticket refund and told them my situation. But they just said that your matter will be resolved soon. Since then I have been mailing them but they have stopped replying. I want to take legal action against this company. Results came up, price looked good, booked the flight. After receiving confirmation, call their customer service because I was having a hard time getting to the seat selection part so I needed help getting this done. Got to the airport next morning at 6 am for check in, airline tells me, I am not in the system. Called them back, come to find out once you do your search for flights, instead of the site showing you what you're looking for, or telling you it may not be available, what they do is pop up a different flight date and in small letter say this is an alternative date.
Well, sad to say, this is the set up. It had booked my flight for 3 days after the fact. Keep in mind this was for a mother's death, told customer service what has happened asked to go on their own site and see what happens when you search. Their answer was "Sorry for your inconvenience," but in order to change your flights, it will cost you an additional $500.00, but we can change all of that for you for the additional charge or you can elect to lose all your money. That was very nice of them, Right? Then I tried their online chat and phone customer service to get the CEO's name and e-mail address to send him or her a complaint and by no surprise all employees gave me the run around and told me they did not have that info. This company has the perfect set up to make a lot of money from consumers by their website set up. However, the cancellation fee was the same amount as the cost of the ticket. The change fee was not so bad, and everyone has to pay the difference in cost, but OneTravel has a requirement that you first have to buy another ticket (at a horrible price), before you can apply what is left of your credit. In other words, the credit was useless. I never took the trip. The money I spent was lost, completely. I don't recommend using this company, UNLESS you are 100% certain that you will not change any part of your booking. I had a terrible experience using One Travel to book my flights to Las Vegas. Yes, I got a deal... but the customer service on the other hand was TERRIBLE. Never have I experienced so much miscommunication and horrible customer service. These third party websites have some kind of contract of agreement with airlines so that any kind of issues we face as customers, we would have to contact the third party website and not the airline directly.
First of all, I chose to fly with Virgin America. I have flown with them before so I already knew that I could pick my seats upon booking my flights. One Travel charges an extra $13 or so EACH person just to get "preferred seating," meaning I would only get a preference of a window or aisle seat. Seeing that we were traveling with children 8 years and under (who were from out of the country and have never traveled to Las Vegas before), I wanted to make sure they were able to sit with their parents. I called One Travel's customer service line to speak to someone about being able to make this accommodation. This was clearly a mistake. I tried to speak with someone however was forwarded to an answering machine stating that I would have my call returned in a matter of a few hours. Never got my call returned. I had to call back and finally got a human being to speak to. The gentleman that I spoke with was actually great and said he'd be able to seat us all together on the departing as well as returning flight FREE OF CHARGE. I was ecstatic that I didn't have to deal with any nonsense in the process of this request.
Fast forward two days later, I'm checking my credit card statements to see if the charge had went through for the price of the flights (which it did), however accompanying those charges was a separate charge of about $70 dollars. I immediately knew that this was the charge for the "seat preference" fee, and called One Travel right away. I didn't get an answering machine this time, however the representative said she had no control of billing issues and had to transfer me to the billings department. When she did so, I was then actually forwarded to the billing's answering machine, which once again stated it would return my call ASAP. No one returned my call. At this point, we were one day away from our trip, and I wanted to be able to reach someone before we departed.
I had to call One Travel AGAIN. This time, I made it clear to the representative how unpleasant my experience was with the customer service and that I did not want to be transferred to the billings department and was hoping that she would take care of it for me instead. Of course, she was able to pull up my info right away. I told her my situation with the seating (detailing that we still needed to sit together) and she agreed to refund the $70. She confirmed my email address stating that she would send a confirmation of the refund. I got off the phone with her and was checking my email consistently for the next few hours. I never received a confirmation email. Regardless, I did receive my refund which I was happy about despite all the BS I had to deal with to get it back.
The next day was our trip to Vegas. It was at the airport where I completely lost hope in One Travel. First of all, we weren't checked in. Secondly, seats were chosen at random for us meaning they were scattered all over the plane. We completely disregarded One Travel at this moment and hoped that the wonderful customer service at Virgin America would be able to accommodate us, which they were more than happy to. The same thing happened on our returning flight, but once again we were accommodated by Virgin America.
TL;DR Don't use One Travel regardless of how cheap it may be. Go through the airlines directly or use Priceline or Kayak who offer much better customer service.

I immediately called and was told that there was a pop up that should have told me they would change our flight dates to "get the best price". I told them there WAS NOT a pop up and our flight dates were listed on the search and price they offered. They did acknowledge that we did have our dates for the trip listed but the trip was booked for the dates they gave us. I told them I wanted this changed immediately. He then proceeded to tell me it would be a "small" charge in our original booking fees for the change (which is occurring within minutes of booking the trip) He said $35.00. I said fine just get it switched. I get an email from them within seconds and they charged us $35.00 per person!
I immediately contacted my bank to stop payment and along with the initial booking fee, the additional change fee, they also added a $6.00 charge. I have cancelled my card and filed a fraud claim against this purchase. I have never experienced such a scam. Even their Facebook page is loaded with complaints. My regret is trusting this site. I called OneTravel immediately to make sure they correct her name. They kept me waiting for a long time on the phone and then told me that I needed to pay 300 dollars extra for the change. I disputed this claim and clarified that I was not changing anything: the dates of the trip, etc. were exactly the same. I know I had written the last name correctly when I bought the ticket. They said the penalty would be 250 dollars as a favor instead of 300 dollars if they corrected it at that moment.
According to them, OneTravel was not charging any penalty, it was a charge from the airline because prices had changed. I called back again to see if I could talk to a more sensible person, but the same story occurred and this person said that if I didn't arrange immediately, I would lose the ticket because they wouldn't allow my daughter to fly if the last name is not corrected (she uses a hyphenated last name). Anyway I decided to call the airline directly and found out that in the reservation online, my daughter's name was correct after all. So OneTravel have sent me a confirmation with an incomplete last name in order to charge me a lot of money trying to convince me that I had made a mistake when booking. I will never book with OneTravel again. They lie and cheat.

I went online to book flights. It showed one price on the OneTravel site but after I filled out all the information and hit the book button I was directed to a new screen that said that it was sold out but for an additional $120 I could book the flight. I thought maybe someone else had just beaten me to the last one so I tried another itinerary. I tried 5 different times and each time the same thing so I called customer service and spoke to someone who asked me where I got the price I had - I'm looking right at it on my computer. He has me email him a screenshot showing the price. He tells me he will look into getting it for me at that price and will call me back.
Well no return call and of course customer service has no idea what I'm talking about because the site clearly shows (now) the price with the additional $120. Sorry they can get it to me at that price. I noticed they claim an A+ rating with BBB (how that's possible given the number of complaints - who knows) but I did file a complaint against the company with the Nevada BBB for false advertising. This company simply is a sham and a scam.

OneTravel proceeded to cancel my new flight (stating it was a duplicate). I contacted them to get it reinstated and finally talked to them in person. They made the change and sent a confirmation. When I got to the airport this morning the flight was not in the system and the plane was full. Had to pay for a later flight and then missed my connection as the flight arrived late. Will never book with them again. Airport personnel had had customers with similar problems before. CheapOair and One Travel are the same company.

Do not EVER use this company. My Middle-East tour was cancelled a month before I was scheduled to fly to Cairo due to the Egypt situation. I contacted OneTravel and they promised a refund with an S130.00 charge. My credit card was charged immediately. A day later I received an unintelligible voice mail about the refund being cancelled due to Turkish Air refusal. I contacted Turkish Air and they stated my tickets were absolutely refundable (with a charge) but I had to work through OneTravel. I again contacted OneTravel with this information and was promised a refund with a $470.00 difference. Again my credit card was immediately charged $130.00.
A follow-up call a week later confirmed the refund was in process and would take two billing cycles. The latest information today from OneTravel states that "As per the decision of the airlines and their fare rules, the refund request was denied as the ticket is nonrefundable. If you would like to seek reimbursement we recommend you contact the airlines directly as they will not entertain another request from our agency." I also contacted their insurance company as I had insured my flights at original purchase. Their insurance company states that there is no proof of terrorism in Egypt.
So in conclusion - they take your money and if you have to cancel, they potentially get to sell your seat again and double the income. I am out $1474.13 and the many hours working with all of the parties involved.

I was told when I booked a one-way ticket from One Travel for San Diego to SFO in July 2013 that for the price I paid, I could cancel and be credited for future travel. I did have to cancel (health reasons - in chemo for cancer) and now in October 2013 have been trying to get that credit applied to another booking. When I tried to rebook with One Travel they told me that it had to be on same airline. I said that had never been the stipulation they had mentioned. So OK, I further researched and found a time and fare that I could do on the same airline (Virgin America), and called them back. This time when I tried to get credit applied they said that it also required that it be the SAME ROUTE.
I said in all the conversations I had previously they had never said that. I was remaining calm, but the customer service rep (somewhere in India) hung up on me! I called back to customer service to get a different rep, thinking the one I'd gotten previously had just been wrong and rude. Young man that answered took my request (I didn't even mention prior call) said he'd check into application of my credit - and I've been on hold now for over 40 minutes!! It's obvious that he's just not going to come back. They are crooks. I wonder how many people just give up their credits. NOT ME. Please help....

After confirming flights with the airline, we got to the airport and had to bounce between three check-in agents of varying superiority to locate our booking. The next connection in NY was so tight we had to push and shove our way off one flight and then run to the next gate like terrorists to make that international flight connection by 7 minutes. This was not the flight I had originally booked but ended up agreeing to after receiving the ominous email from OneTravel that "There is no guarantee that the airline may offer you another option. You may lose the entire value of your non-refundable ticket(s)." What is up with that?
Naturally our bags didn't make that connection. On the way back, we missed our flight. I re-booked with OneTravel for flights the next day only to arrive at the airport and discover that we had no reservations and, according to the airline, had to go through OneTravel for resolution. I ended up buying two new tickets home for 2,200e directly from the airline. OneTravel said they emailed me the day of departure that the airline was unable to accommodate us despite a lengthy conversation with one of their agents one day prior and an email from them detailing the new flights. It was a complete and total disaster. The kicker was receiving an email from a OneTravel customer service agent when we got home that she was "really sorry for the inconvenience".

OneTravel uses deceptive wording in its cancellation notice to make it seem like you can cancel a flight when, in fact, you must cancel a flight within 4 hours of making the reservation. And anything over 24 hours you get charged for the cancellation. Nowhere in the cancellation notice does it say that this is from the time the reservation is made. Be careful how you read things.

First, they wanted to charge me for seat assignment and when I refused said they would send assignments in three days. When they came, my husband and I are not sitting together. MORE IMPORTANTLY though, when I got my credit card bill I found out that I had been charged a $40 service fee! This was completely hidden at the time of sale (though as I found out later when I called to complain -- and they didn't answer their phones, so I had to learn this by trying to make a complaint to my credit card company -- it was disclosed if you clicked on Terms and Conditions in the tiny print at the bottom of the webpage), being bundled up with the supposed flight price. I book online with comparative search engines all the time and have NEVER before encountered either one of these things. If there is a service charge it should be itemized, and reputable businesses do so. By the time it gets itemized on the credit card bill, it is too late.
The whole point of using a comparative search engine online is to SAVE money. This firm should be penalized for unfair practices.

Almost every airline company lets you choose the seats. There is usually one button to press, per track, so you can choose your seats (usually on the intercontinental flights). That's how it works.. You press the button, a webpage appears with a top view of the airplane, you click on the available seat you like. Done.
Onetravel found a new way to make money. After you press the "choose seat" button, an additional window appears: 1 - Pay $12 and immediately choose your seat; 2 - Don't pay, and no top view of the airplane view, no guarantee of your seat's choice, and we'll let you know in 48 hours (maybe). Just another company that believes keeping things hidden till the last second will ultimately be a benefit to them. They'll learn the hard way.

For several days I have been agonizing about poor customer service from an online travel "service" called OneTravel.com. I am unsure if writing your organization can do anything regarding my situation. It has been said you get one chance to make a good impression. In this case what I experienced has me an unsatisfied and frustrated consumer.
On Wednesday (9/18/13) night I found a round trip flight from Albany, NY to Newark, NJ to Portland, OR. The return flight was from Portland to Chicago to Newark. The airlines was United Airlines with the total price of $357.60. Booking number **. The same night I called to cancel a round trip flight from Newark to San Francisco to Portland using Virgin Airlines that I had booked less than two hours ago. I was told it would take five minutes to process the cancellation and to hold on. The representative was made aware I wanted to book a round trip United Airlines flight from Albany to Newark to Portland that would cost $357.60.
The OneTravel.com agent I spoke to indicated he could take care of the cancellation and then book my new flight. I was placed on hold for approximately thirty minutes before the call was disconnected. I never heard anything from the representative dispute giving the rep a call back number in case we were disconnected.
On Thursday (9/19/13) I called OneTravel.com again. I explained my predicament to at least three other representatives. Finally I was advised the original Newark to San Francisco to Portland flight had not been canceled. This rep took care of canceling that flight and booked my trip round trip flight from Albany, NY to Newark, NJ to Portland, OR using United Airlines. The new fare was $469.60. I explained less than twenty four hours earlier the same flight was approximately $357. I was not absolutely sure of the fare since I did not have access to my iPad. The representative assured me this was the cheapest fare. When I got home and checked I found out I had been misled and overcharged by the OneTravel booking agent for the same exact flight for the same carrier.
My reason for writing is to make others aware of the draconian, unreliable and deceptive business strategy utilized by OneTravel.com. An equitable solution would be to cease this deceptive practice and I would like the United Airlines flight I saw on Sept 18 for $357.60 as opposed to being ripped off for a $457 on the same airlines with the same dates and times for arrival and departure.

Rec'd email from OneTravel telling me to provide another credit card number which I did, not noting that they changed my dates from that which I had originally requested. I just noted changes today, when speaking to my husband and he raised the question these are not dates we asked for. When I contacted the customer person, they said they were located in India. That it was my error, they were trying to stay in the same original cost quoted initially, so they gave it a different / alternate traveling dates (in the middle of week vs weekend).
When I requested they correct the error, he said I would need to call United Airlines and it would cost me $200.00 each ticket totaling $400.00, when their information online said it would only cost me $25.00 to do so. I told him, now we have this was misleading / false advertising to add incompetent agency. I asked for the name of company owner, address and fax number and I would be filing complaints to BBB and Attorney General's Office. He refused to provide stating they are comprised of many companies, no real owner to speak of. Feeling despair now, I asked to cancel my flight, but was told it was non-refundable, thus I would not get my money back.
Question: If they did this to 10 people a day, they make a bundle, don't they? I then said I bet I am not the only one your company (my first time ever using) has changed people's flight dates without explaining or calling them, to their company's benefit. I am out of $575.00 if we do not take the trip for the days they switched it to and another $400.00 if I want to change. I am very hurt, disappointed, fearful of ever using OneTravel Again.

We ended up on a very small plane where there was no carry on luggage allowed. It cost us an extra $70 as each of us had to check in an extra bag. This flight did not depart from or arrive at the main terminals. One of our party had mobility issues and this created a great deal of stress and difficulty for him. We could not check in for the second leg of our flight until we reached the second terminal. We arrived at 9:41 pm but could not get to the ticket counter until 9:55 pm due to distance. The ticket counter closed closed at 9:45 pm and no one was there to check us in or take our baggage. It took a great deal of loud complaining in the terminal until someone finally assisted us.
WestJet was wonderful and we did manage to get on to the connecting flight. However, it was extremely stressful and difficult. Our runs between terminals (there was no other way to get from one terminal to the next) caused pain for one of our group and an asthmatic attack for another. I have called, emailed and tried the live service (ha!) link on their website but no one will talk to me. They sent me an email confirming that it was cancelled and that I should receive my refund as quickly as possible. I called back on Aug. 20th after checking my account for the refund and checking the website to see that my flight was still booked. I called them again, sat on hold for for a grand total of 40 minutes, and spoke to a rep and the manager. They initially told me that it was non-refundable but after explaining that I had already cancelled it immediately after book, they told me, "No problem, we can fix that".
Apparently my initial cancellation/refund was NEVER PROCESSED. They claimed to have cancelled the flight (this time) and told me that they would immediately put in a refund request. I was told that they could not credit my account but that they would send me a check for the allotted amount. They told me it would take 5-7 business days. Those 5-7 business days pass with no check in the mail. I called them again yesterday (Aug. 27) and it turns out my flight was never cancelled and that I would have to call the billing department the next day to inquire about my refund. I called this morning (8/28) to sit on hold for another 40 minutes only to be asked to leave a message. I immediately called back and sat on hold for another 30 minutes before I actually spoke to someone in billing. They then told me that it would take 4-6 weeks for my refund to be processed from the 20th and that it could be credited back to my credit card.
Why was this not stated the last 2 times that I called?! Apparently my refund had to go through "upper management" which the representative told me "should not" be a problem. Basically, they screwed me out of almost $200 which is now tied up in the whole "refund process". Not to mention I can't book another flight until I get that $$ back. After speaking to my bank, they stated that it should not take this long because it takes businesses 15 days to process charges. Since I cancelled immediately (like 5 minutes) after booking, this charge should never have been processed. After several calls, emails, etc., I was told that I had to meet a multitude of requirements before they would even consider a cancellation. One was a hijacking. Two was a terrorist attack. Three was a serious illness or accident, with a doctor's letter to verify. Four was serious damage to the home of one of the traveling companions within 10 days of the flight, etc., etc. I did try to cancel right after I learned that my brother's and son's schedules were so tight that we could not leave on the desired date, or even later in the year!
Our flight was scheduled for the 18th of June, and a storm took down three trees in my brother's yard, damaged his house siding, the roof, the gutter, the front porch, destroyed his lawn mower, and a 30-inch diameter tree destroyed his Avalanche truck. I sent photos of the damage to OneTravel, to Seven Corners, and requested, again, cancellation and refund of our money.
