I bought 3 tickets on this websites and then changed my mind to cancel them. I called to them and had very terrible service. The servicer has very poor english. It was hard to communicate with him. And, most unacceptable is!!! My tickets were still there and after calling back lots of times and waiting tons of hours for getting response. It said that the tickets were non-refunded because it was over 4 hours. That was total the problem of the customer service. I did give the authorization and told him to cancel them clearly. They told me the phone was not effective in the end?

I had a very bad experience with booking my hotel with OneTravel. I went out to Indianapolis for my wedding not knowing they put me in a hotel where there was like 10 people smoking. It seems like they were gang bangers and prostitutes. There was 3 cars with broken windows. I had $3,000 dollar wedding rings and $1,000 cash and paper work. The hotel was trashed. So I look at the reviews and they were the worst. So I called back just to get another room. They said they have to cancel and refund my money in 14 days. Plus they have to re-book and pay again after they took $280 dollars. So now I have to wait for refund and pay another $300. I've called and called and talked to 10 people of all departments and they give me runarounds. My experience...do not travel with OneTravel or CheapAir. It's the same company out of New York. It's been 16 days and still no refund yet so I am going direct to corporate.

My husband spent HOURS on the phone with OneTravel working out details of our European flights. We finally came up with Virgin Atlantic tickets - though we had to make a stop that we wanted to avoid along the way. We were thrilled to fly Virgin Atlantic. Many of the airlines offer poor service and aren't accommodating to our child with special needs. Virgin has been one of the few exceptions. After booking the flights, we called Virgin to make arrangements for travel with our special needs traveler. Much to our horror, we discovered that the flights sold to us are Virgin Atlantic "operating" as Delta which is code for we are really flying Delta. What??? How does that happen? To sell a ticket on a flight masquerading as another airline entirely? 3 of our 4 flights are apparently set up this way. We are trying to follow up with this questionable practice.

DO NOT do business with this company!! We booked internal flights in Africa through them. When traveling from Rwanda to Kenya we were told our tickets were invalid because the two airlines were not partners. We called their "lack of customer service" and were treated like crap. We were told to take our issue up with the airline. The "service" agent refused to give us his name or let us speak to a supervisor and hung up. As a result we missed our connections and had to spend $12,000 o get home!!! We filed a complaint and 4 months later were told to take it up with the airline. The WORST and most expensive experience in traveling ever.

Booked a quick flight with OneTravel online when another company, JetBlue, changed my flight to a 4 or 5 hour layover. Only reason I got a refund from JetBlue was because they had no other option they could provide. I was lucky. These were non-refundable tickets. I booked w OneTravel online then to my horror saw ALL these negative reviews. Most are people complaining about trying to refund non-refundable tickets. But that is what they are! If not lucky you are stuck. That is told to you upfront. So the OneTravel experience and booking was fine, no problem, no hassle, and deserves a good review because it saved me money and a 4 or 5 hour layover! 5 stars happen!

I had to call to determine what happened - which apparently is that your CC, address, and CVV is not sufficient and they have to call your bank for verification... Which, despite my AMEX being open 24/7, took them two days. I don't know if this is a lie or they're just THAT incompetent but either way... STAY AWAY.

They havent been able to book my tickets for some reason. I had to call their customer service and after a long wait someone who barely spoke english took the call only to hang up on me after 30 seconds. Had to call again and provide them with extra information (webjet and hopper never has required that sort of information) so now they are contacting the bank. Moral of the story: JUST DONT BOOK YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM. Disgusting customer service and now Im stuck with them. Just hope they dont scam me.

I bought 2 tickets online using OneTravel to go from Lisbon Portugal to Venice Italy. It was one of the biggest travel mistakes I have ever made. On Sep. 9 2016 we were scheduled to travel from Lisbon to Paris and then Paris to Venice Italy. The first leg of the trip operated by Vueling using Iberia airline was delayed by 3 hours leaving Lisbon. By the time we arrived in Paris we missed our connecting flight to Venice. We went to the Vueling customer service counter to get help with getting a new flight only to be told NO WAY it was NOT their responsibility to help. We bought the tickets with OneTravel. After many discussion with them we received nothing and had to buy 2 more tickets to fly from Paris to Venice.

I have made numerous calls to OneTravel and have not received any help from the customer service reps. (horrible service, limited English) at all only to be put on hold for long periods of time and no resolution. I have also called the airline more than once as I was told to do by OneTravel and the airline takes no accountability or responsibility... It's been a nightmare with no end to getting a refund. This website has to be shut down immediately.

I purchased a round trip airline ticket through OneTravel.com. BIG AND EXPENSIVE MISTAKE. I'll be as brief as I can... But there were numerous problems! I purchased the flight I wanted to and from. OT confirmed it. A few days later, they changed the flight plans and merely told me about the change. Their plans did not fit with my schedule. Also, they put me on an overnight flight, which I did not want. I sent several emails and tried to contact their so-called customer service. No one was interested or wanted to help me resolve the problem. I was told to call the airlines in question -- that One Travel could do nothing, even though they had made errors.

The airlines was quite accommodating to my requests, but I had to pay a $200+ change of ticket fee, plus another $115 to change the name on the ticket, which had been an error made by OT! The whole experience was OT was overwhelmingly negative and costly. Do yourself a favor -- stay away from them. Their business should be closed down, in my opinion.

We had a conference call with Etihad Customer service support in Manchester. The OneTravel agent admitted misleading me for not disclosing on their web or on any other means of communication of this situation.

I needed to purchase a one way ticket for my son, age 14-1/2. Given the rules of different airlines, this had to be done by telephone. I had the base ticket price from a normal internet search in front of me, then called OneTravel to make the purchase. They charged an extra $93 they could not give me a clear reason for, but as I say, I had to purchase by telephone. At the airport I found that since he was not 15 he could not change terminals from his first to second flight - so I needed to fly with him - a last minute $380 ticket for myself. Then for the second flight we had not properly been charged the $125 unaccompanied minor fee so we paid this in transit. Thus in total I paid $978 for my son to come home for freshman orientation rather than $380 if I had the ability to purchase his ticket normally.

I am angry at myself for staying on the phone more than an hour with the woman from OneTravel in India to complete the purchase rather than hanging up and purchasing his ticket directly from the airline - who obviously would have been better informed about the rules. The woman I spoke with repeatedly tried to tell me I was paying too much for the ticket and needed to have him fly through a bigger airport which would have left him with a 20-minute layover to change flights. Now that would have been an added nightmare! At least I was there to sort things out with the airline people during his layover. Can you imagine if he had been younger and on his own? In the end I sorted things out on my own, but the airline people were quite disgusted by the negligence of OneTravel to have sold us this inflated and wrong-headed ticket. They kept muttering why didn't the travel agency read the rules?

My daughter purchased tickets in June 2016 to come home from Madagascar after working for the Peace Corps for 2 years for herself and her friend. The company requirement is that the bank, my daughter and OneTravel be on the phone at the same time to confirm the payment before the money is extracted from the account. Since they were not able to make this happen, they cancelled her tickets. But when I looked in her account, they still took the money.

I called the company and asked why did they take her money if they cancelled the tickets. They said they didn't take the money. According to them Kenya Air took the money and we were told to get the money from Kenya Air. When I asked them for contact information, they said they didn't have any -- no phone number and no email address.

OneTravel had me go to the bank and have the bank send them a screenshot of the account proving that the money was deducted from the account. We sent them the screenshot. They still did not give her money back. I made a fraud claim with the bank in July and it will be October 2016 before I get results. I asked why it would take so long, the bank told me that OneTravel is refuting the charges! Really? My daughter is out of $1300 for cancelled tickets and now I am out of $1300 to repurchase the tickets so the last leg of the trip wouldn't have to be rescheduled. This all started when I had to cancel my reservation last year and after fighting almost a month they gave me the credit of $2500 and told me to book my new reservation within 1 yr and "use your credit." When I called them to make a new reservation, they hung up on me 3 times, and for the 4th time, they said "you will have to pay a difference of $1200 on top of the existing credit of $2500."

When I check on their website, the actual price of the ticket is $1750. Yes, they were charging me $2000 more. There is no way you can trust on these agents on what they were saying. They have got, TOM DICK and HARRY sitting in Mumbai or Delhi saying they are talking from New York, **. I have lost my $2500 and every hope of them giving me a decent ticket. If you want to stay away from travel difficulties, book directly thru airlines or use American Trusted Website to make any type of bookings.

I was shopping to buy an airline ticket for my mom from India, HYD to Newark in Expedia.com. That site compared prices with various websites. I thought I got a good deal in Etihad for my mom. It happened through OneTravel. I was not suspicious, as it is through Expedia. But after paying $1,315 for my mom's ticket they gave us fraud confirmation number. When my mom called Etihad Airlines, they said no reservation was made on her name. When I called OneTravel from NJ, those guys said, I need to pay more for them to send us the e-ticket. They didn't say this when I initially book the ticket. Then I got suspicious and went and read reviews. Very bad reviews. They are frauds. I realized this after 2 days. By then they charged my credit card. I immediately called dispute department of my credit card and disputed the charges. Now those travel agent is after me. I STOPPED PICKING UP HIS CALLS. What is the point of paying the $51 of travel protection? It clearly says "Trip Cancellation" before you book it.

So... I never write this sort of reviews BUT given what happened today I must!! This is a scam and those of us complaining here are not just a bunch of disgruntled customers but actually Fraud Victims; my story goes like everybody else's... Flight booked, confirmation received... BUT then hell begins. See all other reviews. Had to curse and swear to get my tickets cancelled without penalty. When I actually woke up was when during one of about 5-6 "verification calls" they started to ask me questions that are specific to those used as banking/credit card security questions. Wow! And this was after they managed to trick me into even sending them a photo of my credit card front and back.

Well after the outright "phishing" for security details related to my card account I did pull out... But bear in mind that Payment Fraud Prevention is my actual profession!!!??? So man are these guys clever. Now luckily due to my profession I have access to some research tools which indeed confirms that this is indeed… A ONE MAN BUSINESS RAN FROM INDIA by a well-known criminal. Basically their idea is NOT to sell airline tickets. The setup is merely a front TO PHISH FOR PERSONAL DETAILS!!! This is not a travel agency at all. The guy runs several other online stores in all different fields JUST FOR PHISHING! Avoid at any price. And yes I am confident to reveal the above facts. Thanks to the intel I have been able to dig up as a fraud professional myself. Again even I fell for it but hey ho…

They said their support team going to fix it immediately. After one week and spending hours with them, nothing done! Finally dispute the charges and rebook different flight (higher price since the time was closer to departure). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased tickets for my husband and I, I noticed our last name was spelled incorrectly. I immediately called OneTravel to have this corrected, I was informed there would be a $50 fee since I had just purchased the tickets 30 min ago I asked that the tickets be cancelled. The correction was made on my last name but not my husband's. I called OneTravel again. This time I was informed I would be hearing from someone in approx 3 weeks. I got the call and an email. I was asked to fax my husband's passport, I did so as asked. One month later I sent an email asking for an update, I was informed he was taking care of other passengers who were traveling sooner than my husband.

I waited another month before sending another email asking for an update. This time I was informed the correction would not be made until one week before my husband travels. I asked if this was normal, I was informed he was too busy but if things should slow down he would take care of it sooner, I asked if there was a possibility that my husband wouldn't be able to travel, OneTravels rep's response, "I don't think so, it's a simple spelling error." Ok if it's so simple why hasn't it been corrected. I called Aer Lingus, this is who we will fly with, they can not help me as I booked through a third party.

I took to Twitter. I was lead to believe I was talking to a OneTravel rep. I was asked for the credit card info that the travel was booked with. I was promised a $100 credit for my troubles. Instead my credit card info was stolen and numerous fraudulent charges were made. Chase was on top of this, credit card canceled, lesson learned. I then tried to follow onetravel.com forum. This company selects who can follow them on Twitter. I was blocked from following them. If this is an legit business with nothing to hid you would let anyone follow you on Twitter. I did read other reviews, I should have taken them more seriously. I am disappointed in the airlines that continue to do business with this company. They treat travelers so poorly. Is there anyone who can help consumers.

OMG what an experience. I was set to book my own flights on the airline website and decided to check TripAdvisor for rates just in case. They sent me to OneTravel that quoted a "complete" price of $300 less. Well, ok, they must be a big company that get special rates, and since TripAdvisor sent me there I thought "why not"? Filled out all the info, confirmed the price, clicked on "Buy" and instead of the confirmation page I got a page informing me that price was no longer available, but would I like to pay $200 more? Immediately my phone rang.

The caller (Indian call center) identified herself as CheapOFlights and she was calling to finalize my order. So blah blah, the complete price would be $400 more than the price they originally quoted on the site (there's your bait & switch), and I better buy now because there's only 3 seats left on the flight (there's the pressure).

After a short conversation, I told her I don't know what kind of scam they were trying to run on me, I am not taking the offer, and goodbye. Fortunately I react to pressure tactics like a cat reacts to a leash. But I can see how they would trap their victims with their well-practiced script. She called me back immediately to tell me we were cut off somehow. Yes, that's what normally happens when I hang on on someone, and I again told her that I was not interested in their scam, and goodbye. I could hear her still talking as I hung up again.

Now thoroughly uncomfortable, I called my credit card company to make sure they didn't try to process the charge. While I was talking with them I said "what the heck, cancel the card and send me a new number." They agreed, no big deal to them. So I don't have to worry about my card number finding its way somewhere it shouldn't.

If you're reading this after your experience (oh yeah, after canceling my card I went looking for reviews ), I feel your pain. If you're reading this before dealing with OneTravel or CheapOFlights... OH HELL NO. In my many many years of doing financial stuff online I have never encountered a situation so distasteful. And shame on you TripAdvisor for pushing me into their arms. You've come down a few notches in my book.

They lied when buying the insurance that there is a 100% cancellation fee. So when I go to cancel my flight because my boyfriend and I broke up, they said that I would only get a refund if it was within 24 hours. Otherwise it would have to be an emergency in order to cancel, although they hide it away, not even providing a link next to it to look further into the rules about getting this. All it says is: Coverage Includes: Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay.

But they did say if I would like to I could change the location in which I was flying to. I said I would call back with the location and I just had to verify the dates with a friend. I called back to give them the flight I wanted and was going to switch to and then they decided to tell me then that it would be an extra $200 charged by the airlines to make the change so now I would be paying $632 instead of the $432 that I spent. The guy failed to mention this when he suggested it to me! These ** are sneaky and want to walk all over their customers in order to get money. Never again will I book with these people and I will recommend that none of my friends do either. And I am going to leave this review on any site that allows me to because they are awful.

Right after the purchase we noticed the departure date was the following date and not the date we wanted so we immediately called to cancel. We received an OTP number to confirm the refund request. Then we received a letter stating the ticket was cancelled and the airlines will refund the money. After 14 days we called OneTravel. An agent answered and told us that the airline does not debit the money from the account until after 24 hours, and simply places a hold until after 24 hours.

As such if a ticket is cancelled within 24 hours the money is never taken out of the account. Upon calling the bank to verify this the bank presented us with a bill statement which showed the price of the ticket was taken out of the account 3 days after cancellation. We called back and another agent was very unhelpful. I then told him I will report this to BBB, at that time he got upset, began yelling, and told me policy does not allow him to assist me now that I mentioned BBB. We were then resorted to the painful and time consuming dispute of these charges. Do not buy from this company!

I then went on to purchase another ticket only to find in my bank account that the original ticket WAS charged to my account but not through OneTravel. It was charged DIRECTLY through Ryan Air. So then there was no order number or trace that OneTravel had anything to do with the booking. Now Ryanair will not refund the fraudulent charge by OneTravel and OneTravel has been giving me the runaround all day claiming there is nothing they can do even though my CREDIT CARD number was CHARGED. Unless you enjoy spending hours on the phone and paying money to fix someone else's mistake, stay far away from this company. I am not someone who typically writes reviews, and even after being frustrated after the FIRST issue, I was happy it was resolved. Yet here I am. The first issue is that my flight dates were changed without my knowledge. When one of the representatives was unable to help me I asked to speak with a supervisor, so which I was told, "Well what are they going to do?" "Well Sir, that is for them to decide." They wanted to charge me $200, plus the difference of the airline. I was fine with paying the difference, if there was one. But why am I paying for switching my flights back to the correct flight times? - that I never changed in the first place.

The representative told me it was probably because I chose flexible dates. Okay fine. After about an hour of arguing, being hung up on (no, I did not curse nor disrespect any agents), we were finally able to compromise on paying $100 total which included the difference for the new flight. Got a confirmation email, everything was straightened out. Okay great. Then, three days before I'm set to fly out, I get another confirmation email with yet again the WRONG DATES. Called them to make sure that this was corrected. After being transferred about 10 times, and ridiculous wait time, being hung up on AGAIN, and another nearly two hours, it was finally corrected back to the original dates needed, again. Safe to say I'll be sticking with Expedia... or you know, anything else.

I was a man in black suits who just did crying on the fool of terminal corner floor.

Did call the OneTravel helpline, listening the promotions music again, wait and finally someone picked up. The agent Indian guy who was in my first call two days ago for exchange my first alphabet on my name, he says he's sorry but is all my fault. Even I had a confirmation mail with right name, right time, he canceled my fly but is possible. I didn't got his email for it. Of course, he want help me that situation, just I need pay more $270 for got a airplane but is going for the Middle East first not for Europe what I needed for and I didn't accepted after he got another fly but I need to travel little for it a different States!! 2-3 hour travel ONLY. I told him, "It's not possible". His next idea to go to other Middle East country what is really cheap, good deal, just $167 with a big discount just for me. I told him I'm not paying for that company, even a $1 they should need to give me a big refund, not ask more and more money.

So finally I got a next day date same time, same airline what I wanted for Europe. That help is took 1 hour 26 minutes. After we broke the phone line my bank text me the OneTravel charged me twice that day again - $768 and $14. The OneTravel company charge 4 times under 2 days. What can I do? I did call them again and listening the promotions. Finally someone picked up and they did promise, I going to got my money back under three days. When I'm not I need to call them again. So I went home, I spend 9 hours that day for all stuff and I'm was in my own bed.

I recommend never never use this website for buying the ticket. Today I had terrible experience with them. They do not let us to fly because of visa issue. The problem was: the agent book me flight on the phone with 2 stop without telling me that I need the visa. I called from the airport and ask for solution. The agent offer me most expensive flight for more than double of ticket price or cancel it. For cancellation I lose three hundred per passenger and the refund will be 60 days later. It took me more than 4 hours to call and call back to find someone who was like supervisor. He told, "we do not give visa information, and it is not our responsibility." Their responsibility is sell the tickets anyway and do not care about how much they may put us on trouble.

My question is why they sell ticket without considering the passport and travel doc? Why they do not give advise us we need to check with visa office? This trip was very important to us. It was emergency and we lose lots of money. Also the off days that already arrange replace with someone else and we can't go to work too. Never buy ticket from them and do not let them play with your money, time and emotions.

I understood it needed all those information, but the way he said that was rude. I told him "Ask what information you want and I will tell you." I understand travel agency can be very busy and stressful, but they need to know also we are both stressed. The worst thing he hang up on me. This is a follow-up to my first review where I gave OneTravel 3 stars. I have added another star and not given the total 5 stars as I indicated in my earlier review because Samantha did manage to get my original routing but NOT the class of service. I called back and got Jax on the line who DID manage to get the class of service reinstated for my routing. I called Japan Airlines directly the next day to verify my booking and they did. So all in all my experience with OneTravel ended well. I have used OneTravel several times before and never had an issue until this time. So, would I use them again? While my most recent transaction was annoying, they did come through, and if they offer competitive rates, I will use them again. Thanks.

    Original Review: April 29, 2016

I purchased two tickets from OneTravel and got confirmation of my purchase. A few hours later I get a notice that my tickets have been issued, but some of the flights were changed and worst of all the class of service was downgraded as well! Imagine my outrage! I called and lucky for me I got someone who appears to know what she's doing. Samantha. After about an hour on the phone with Samantha she sent me an email with my original itinerary at no cost. The class of service is not indicated though. I asked her about that and she assured me that the next email which I should get in about two hours will indicate the correct class of service. If Samantha comes through then my three stars I will upgrade to five stars.

I searched Kayak like I always do, for our RT flight from Rio de Janeiro to LAX, and got OneTravel as the site I was delivered to in order to book the flight. I booked flights for my wife and myself (my outbound was a few days earlier), so that we would be on the same (Long) return flight. It turns out that when you book your flight on OneTravel, your flight is not actually booked!! So, a few hours later, I get a confirmation for my flight. The next day, I get a call saying that "the credit card needs to be verified" my wife's ticket.

I call back, concerned that if they didn't book the flight, she would lose the flight and we wouldn't have the flights together. The woman with whom I "verified" said I don't need to worry, the flight will now be booked. Then, late that night, my wife gets an email saying that her flight is not available and she can search for other flights(!). I called right away, but their "customer service" office was closed, and their "verification department" couldn't help. Well, I'm not traveling without my wife, so I just want to cancel and refund my flight now (and find new flights). I repeatedly called, and after being on hold (totaling over an hour!), was told my fare is non-refundable and it's been longer than 24 hours (because of THEM)!!! They now say I can cancel if I pay $200!!! RIPOFF!!!

I had booked a flight in the middle leg of an extensive trip unfortunately through OneTravel 2 days ago. Suspicions were raised when the site raised the price mid booking, and payment was not posted immediately that day for whatever reason to my credit card. My credit card had no issues since I was booking multiple flights successfully that same day. Today, I received an email that my booking was canceled, while my colleague who booked the same flight went through. I called their wonderful customer service and spoke to a "Triston" (not Tristan) who answered the call as enthusiastically as a door knob. I had simply asked why my booking was canceled and his only reply was because I didn't pay for it.

I had informed him, I filled out all the proper information for the transaction to go through, had even called my credit card the day of the booking to inform them of all the transactions I was about to do for my bookings, and yet something prohibited it from being charged. He then gave me a lecture on how to purchase services by specifically saying "you need to pay for a service before you get it" as if this were my first time buy... well... anything. In a condescending tone, he stated "multiple calls and messages were left" when in fact zero were. When I told him I did not receive either, he said that was how I perceived it and it wasn't OneTravel's fault for my incorrect perception. It was obvious he wanted nothing to do to help the situation or even figure out what had happened, so the call was pointless to continue.

He finished off by saying I needed to call my credit card company to straighten out the "problem" on that end, then re-book the flight again for whatever price it was now. In an ironic robotic closer, he thanked me for choosing OneTravel. When I called my credit card's customer service, which is truly the best and most helpful, it was discovered a charge was posted by OneTravel for $0, and thus not posted. The agent also noted my other charges that did go through, and that no restrictions or any reason any charge from OneTravel shouldn't go through. I kindly thanked my credit card agent and went on to book my flight elsewhere seamlessly. I would like to thank this Triston for directing me away from OneTravel and their inept representatives to much better companies. This sole experience will have me advising all my friends who travel a lot to NOT use OneTravel for... well... anything.

We (2 couples) bought 4 business class tickets from LA to NZ from a friendly OneTravel agent. Each couple paid separately for the joint purchase. Minutes after the purchase we received an email confirming our flight details. So far so good, a pleasant experience we thought. However, the next day I received a phone call from a OneTravel customer service agent telling me that my credit card has been declined, therefore the trip not be booked and that the ticket price now jumped by $980 per person. I immediately called my credit card company to be told that my card has no hold on it and that no attempt has been made by OneTravel or any second party to charge my credit card.

After confronting OneTravel with that information I was put on hold (15 minutes) to finally learn that nobody in the company could help me now and I should either take it or leave it. At that point we would have normally walked away from it if it had not been for friend's tickets that had been processed. We wanted to travel together after all.

Now the 4 of us called back (were put on hold again for a long time) to learn that canceling our friend's 2 tickets would cost $100 per ticket (first) and then minutes later would costs $300 per ticket. A request to talk to supervisor was declined with the same statement that nobody could help us at this point and that basically it was our fault that the transaction did not go through. Rather than talking about how to resolve the issue we should spend our energy on purchasing the new tickets (almost 2K more expensive) now. At this point (65 minutes into the call) we decided to call the airline directly and book with them. Our friends did not cancel their tickets (due to the high fees) and we are flying now separately. Very disappointing to say the least. I understand that air fares are liquid and can change at any moment in given time. However, the problem I have with OneTravel is

    1. OneTravel did not charge my credit card and blamed us (and credit card) for the failure of the transaction.
    2. When calling did not show any sympathy towards our situation and just told us to take the new rate or leave it.
    3. When calling were put multiple times on hold (for extended periods of time).

    4. No access to any manager was given and the customer representative (I don't remember his name) had a condescending tone.

We will never-ever use that company for any purchase and would advise any fellow travelers to be very careful when dealing with OneTravel.

Since I didn't have a local mobile - I mentioned the one I had in Georgia. After a while, since my confirmation didn't come - I called the company. I called them many times, and each time the estimated waiting time was 10-15 minutes.

By the end, I had a terrible mood on my flight, I had overpriced tickets, and awful experience with travel agent. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Purchased airline tickets including trip cancellation insurance. Had to cancel trip last minute due to husband's illness. Called to cancel trip (as it clearly states that you must call the 800 number directly to cancel reservations). In addition, completed trip interruption claim form from Seven Corners. Got an email today from Seven Corners asking for additional documentation from doctor and cancellation (a month after I submitted the claim form). I have the doctor's forms and called OneTravel to ask for proof of my trip cancellation - only to be informed that when I called them to cancel - the call somehow was dropped??? And they never cancelled? Mind you I called twice on two different days to confirm my cancellation. Therefore, I will not get reimbursed for my trip because I apparently didn't cancel the trip??? Such a fraudulent company!

I chatted with an agent from Onetravel.com and asked for an airfare quote from EWR to DTW for one passenger for business class. The agent gave me a discounted rate of over $1,000 including taxes for the roundtrip. I was totally shocked at this rate, as I read online that Onetravel.com advertises lowest price on airline tickets. I told the agent that United Airlines had just quoted me for the same business class ticket for $348 including taxes for the roundtrip. I asked the agent why such a difference, and the agent reply was "I suggest you book it online through United Airlines." My suggestion is that if you are going to this site, you are wasting your time. They are false advertising lowest airline tickets!! Stay away from Onetravel.com!!

I called OneTravel on 02/18/2016 to make some changes to my trip, since I had prepared by buying their cancellation policy. I have screenshots of the page where you can do this, where it only says "100% cancellation coverage." I've done this before with other companies, since my schedule can rapidly change given the nature of my work. It has always worked out alright, so I was ready to pay the $15 trip insurance. Again, nowhere did it qualify this statement: "100% cancellation coverage."

Having worked at a phone center (though not in South Asia), I tried to be cheery and amicable towards the person who answered. The man didn't seem to care very much about his job, and was not nice to me from the very start. Then when I asked him if I could change my flight, he told me there was no way, since the policy explicitly says this option is only available for medical emergencies. I told him that a medical emergency could have gotten me a substantial refund even *without* the insurance coverage, so I expected to get the full coverage I was promised at the time of purchase.

He insisted that this was not possible, and then said that if companies allowed anyone to buy insurance that would guarantee them a full refund later, then everyone would buy tickets and cancel them all the time! At this point, I felt that the staffer was purposely attempting to mislead me with flawed logic. I responded that I *have done this before* and that it was disappointing that he would try to imply that this was a ridiculous notion. He insisted I didn't have any options and I requested to speak with a supervisor.

I was on hold for 30:00 minutes. I recognize this type of behavior as the staffer playing the attrition game: expecting me to just hang up. I have a screenshot of my Skype phone call to their customer service number that confirms how long I was waiting. Eventually, someone claiming to be a supervisor, whose name was Ethan or started with an E, got on the phone. I told him I was disappointed about how I had been treated, that I had been put on hold by a staffer who almost expected me to hang up. I told him that I had gone into their website, through the flight purchasing process once again, and had taken screenshots of the purchase page, where there are no links to fine print, no qualifications on the guarantee--only the words "full coverage."

Let me say that at no point did the "supervisor" apologize. He only proceeded to repeat to me that there were terms and conditions that he could send me. I told him I had already gone into their website and found the page with all the fine print, had read it, and was not interested in seeing it again. I told him I was furious that both him and his employee had repeated to me the same information again and again, completely disregarding what I was telling them. I told him I didn't care about the policy anymore but was surprised that he failed to acknowledge my concerns at any point and had also failed to apologize. He told me he had nothing for which to apologize.

Outside of this their customer service is very inefficient, hold times are typically 45 minutes or longer, staff have poor English skills and supervisors do not return calls. I contacted my credit card company to put a hold on the full amount, until the funds are fully reversed to me.

I have been surprised by the really BAD service of OneTravel (Through KAYAK). I highly recommend to NOT use this company even if they get attractive price (that's they add a lot of hidden costs). I booked through the mobile application that indicate me the first time that the flight I want on the 8 July was full (after to propose me to pay more to keep this date, what I refuse). After that, I cancel and select another flight earlier the same date. After all the booking process, the application show that the same booking have been done less than 3 days ago and cancel automatically. Few moment after that, I received a first email from OneTravel that show the first booking have been confirmed with status checking. That's the reason of my first call in USA number. I wanted to be sure that the flight was reserved and if the price will be the same.

The operator try to charge me an additional 25USD fee for the airline confirmation need. I elevated the voice to protest that it's not writing anywhere this additional cost. She keeps me waiting for a while before to said that this confirmation will be (exceptionally) free... I asked if everything will be the same as the first email I received. She said yes. I'm not a native English speaker but even if the operator spoke very fast and look really bored, I'm sure of that. So no further apparent complication. I received the air ticket number as well as the airline confirmation in the following minutes with the Qatar Airways number. I checked everything, no problem, leaving late on the 8 July.

I have been curious to check on the Qatar Airways website with the number gave in the previous email. But they shown the flight on the 12 July. I called back in the same number to check what's happen. The guy promised me that they don't have any trace of our booking on the 8 since the beginning... After prove him that I get the confirmation for the 8 and never heard about the 12, he proposes me to change to the 8 with an extra cost of 93USD per person. Well, not any interests for me to book through them so. I elevated the voice again to protest about all these hidden costs since the initial price they attract you with. He check again with his manager to come back with a "discount "only 47USD per person". My wife checked in the same time on Qatar Airways. The price is now more expensive through OneTravel with this cost. I ask that they need to paid this difference as the error come from them, but he refuses.

I ask to cancel all the booking at this time and the operator didn't get the politesse to ending the conversation properly and just drop off the phone. I receive anyway the email to cancel (the link to confirm the cancellation didn't work) so I call back one more time to do that. It is just totally unacceptable to treat error from them in this way, so not professional, not friendly and not helpful at all. They just try to take more and more money from you if you don't take care. I get finally no ticket, an extra phone bill from Asia to USA, and all the money conversion to my charge. Never again with OneTravel. So disgusting of this company.

So I booked my flight through Onetravel.com back in November 10 2015. The price advertised sounded reasonable, but little did I know that you actually get what you pay for. The ticket was for a round trip. They requested my travel documents while purchasing the ticket. I thought that this was for the purpose of verifying that my documents were in order for the ticket I was purchasing. On my return leg, I was informed at the airport that I could not fly because my documents did not allow me to use the route purchased, and that I had to call my travel agent to have my flight re-routed.

I tried calling Onetravel on the 1-800-425-4567 and 1-866-883-0908 numbers presented on their website, but no one answered. I finally was able to do an online chat with one of the customer representatives, who stated that she was very sorry for the inconvenience, but there was nothing she could do to assist me. Needless to say, I had to purchase a one way ticket back home at an additional cost of $886. My advice to anyone who is considering Onetravel as their travel agent is to think twice and do it at their own risk, as no customer service will be forthcoming should there be any events on your purchased ticket.

My many issues with Onetravel are: 1) quote price in Can $ using a much lower exchange rate than actually charged by the credit card company which results in the quote appearing lower than others but in fact it is higher when the actual exchange rate is used, 2) only allowing changes within 4 hours (this is not shown anywhere) when the competition allows 24 hours, 3) charge the change fee within 24 hours but only give the credit 7-14 days after the change, 4) if they mess up with the credit they still make the customer wait another 7-14 days after they fix their error, 5) making customers wait over 45 minutes to speak to an agent even though the pre-recorded message says an agent will be available momentarily. To save people time, it would make sense to indicate a wait time and then the customer can decide if they want to wait or call back later. I was on the phone for an hour trying to cancel my flight. Before that, I called several times and was told I was going to be charged a cancellation fee of certain amount, which is understandable. It changed up on me several times. The last time I checked he said $93. I kept asking how much it would cost me ALTOGETHER and still got the impression I would only be charged the amount stated. Not until the flight was cancelled, I found out that not only I was charged $100 for cancellation fee (and I was like whatever, I don't want to make a scene over $7 difference) but I also did not get a full refund, which was not mentioned at any point before the cancellation happened. I was not promised a full refund but I was not told I was not going to either.

I am not understanding how my question was not clear when I asked how much IN TOTAL ALTOGETHER the cancellation was going to cost me. I feel like I was being cheated in that sense. And I do not think I was fully informed about the outcome and such a dishonest practice should not be encouraged. Besides, the agent is upselling me the whole time and told me that it would end up costing me more if I didn't change my flight with them during the conversation. Either case, with or without a full refund, it was actually paying more with them.

Under the impression of getting a full refund I worked out my math that I would have ended up saving $40 more. With the partial refund as a fact, I am still better off cancelling it and book somewhere else. Unless you are very very sure about your itinerary (even changing to a same-day flight still would have costed me $178), I would stay away from One Travel. But even then, I believe you can find things that are a lot cheaper like I did. Anyways, I will stay away and avoid booking my ticket with this agency in the future.

Call again. 5 hr gone, is it done. No. Wait. After 2 hrs receive confirmation "credit card verification is done. You will get ticket detail shortly." Nothing came next morning. You call again 26 hrs left to board. "Where is my ticket." "Oh sorry we didn't charge your credit card because price gone up 40% more..." Is it my fault its gone up? I booked my flight for this airline this class this priced, gave you my info and credit card, got confirmed email from you. Did you call me or email about price change? Noooooooooo. So why do I pay more? No response.

Put me on hold for 29 min then "you have to talk to my supervisor." Wait 14 min, they hang up. Called again, same story. Repeat all detail then hold for supervisor again. After 19 min of hold hang up again. Called guy name Chuk, fake name. Finally after a wait of 33 min supervisor took the phone. Explain again all repeat. Agreed it's their fault but can't bare the loss. "Let me forward to my another supervisor." Again repeat and "our manager Cindy will contact you in 2 hrs..." 24 hr left to fly no response yet.

We went on OneTravel website to book some ticket to Indonesia. When logging on OneTravel Website we selected the CDN currency right at the top of the screen on the right hand side. We checked for suitable flights and dates options and finally selected one for January 2016. We got the confirmation and saw the total price of $1,282 per ticket which was what we were expecting. Got the e-mail confirmation, reviewed names and dates and everything seemed fine. Four days later, checked my bank account and noticed that the amount charged on our credit card was much higher than expected. We contacted the company immediately and there is the start of a terrible experience.

They told us that we used the wrong website, that all .com websited for were only American websites, that all transactions were in US currencies etc... We asked them why then do you offer a wide selection of currencies if all of your transactions are going to be charged back in US currencies??? Why would you make your customer believe that the fare price is right and then when you issue tickets in another currency??? which in our case resulted in a surcharge of over $400.

We called many many times, got hanged up, got transferred million times, ended up waiting for several hours on the phone. We asked the to cancel our tickets... We're never able to get any confirmation of the cancellation... Sent numerous e-mails to Jacqueline **, Consumer Advocate Team to ask to cancel the reservation and we're never able to get any cancellation confirmation and refund. We find that we're totally screwed up by that company.

When you give your credit card the agent internally steal money from you. I was overcharged $400.00. When I called the company after wasting more than 3-4 hours they said they cannot see the company charged $400.00 from my card. So when I took a look CheapOair did not charge but the agent charged with a different device which did not belong the company. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY. I had to call the airline and we had a bunch of conference calls and they didn't do nothing even with the airline agent telling he had the code to put me on the early flight. The One Travel agent was rude when I call. Finally the airlines was able to take care of the problem and I figured out they didn't want to change because they are going to lose their commission. When I was in Oregon, I booked a flight last Oct. 22, for Oct. 28th flight SFO-MNL. It was $615.00 Roundtrip. Unfortunately, my son was in a coma in the Philippines. The doctor advised me to get the earliest flight so I have to change my booking... Date and departure airport. The sales agent told me that I need to cancel the said booking to be able to get a cheaper fare instead of modifying the original flight. Modifying it will cost me more than $300 so I followed the agent's advice. I cancelled the original flight and while on the phone talking to the agent, she was walking me thru making a new reservation online, amounting to $680.

So I flew to Manila... (I didn't get here in Manila on time. My eldest son who was just 31 years old died the same day I was on the Portland airport to Manila). I was trying to get an itinerary of my return flight. I called customer service, he was saying it was only one way. My cancelled flight was two way, and I was telling the customer service that I need help, there's been a mistake. I won't get one way ticket, and the price was just the same? The agent didn't help me, he let me wait an hour, then line was cut. Same with the other 3 agents. They're gonna let me wait for an hour... LITERALLY!!

So today I spent more than 4 hours with nothing resolved!!! I lost my son and they don't have any sympathy at all!!! And now I'm stucked here in Manila. My family spent thousand of dollars for the hospital bills, funeral etc. Now I have to think of how I can get back home in America. I have 3 kids there waiting for me and this Onetravel don't care about their customers. They should be banned.

All of the 4 customer service representatives that I talked were all RUDE, the last one was named 'Gere' so disrespectful and saying he can't give his extension number even if the line will accidentally cut. The other guy gave his extension number, and when the line was cut, I called back right away and he lied! It was just the sales department's extension. Don't book your flight if you care for your precious time and money. They're all rude and don't know what customer service means. They should be trained thoroughly.

After arriving in Los Angeles Transaero filed bankruptcy and my return flight was cancelled. OneTravel will not take any responsibility to give me a refund. They pass the buck to the airlines even though they were the ones who took my money.

Their customer service will put you on hold for the longest time probably hoping you will just get frustrated and forget about the whole thing. I definitely will not do any business with this company and please be warned. You might think you are saving money but you will end up wasting time and money when you experience any kind of problem with them. Today I had a most unpleasant experience with One Travel customer service when trying to make a flight reservation. I had just used their website to book a flight in June 2016 from London to Reykjavik on Easyjet for two persons one way. I called customer service after I had made the reservation because I was overcharged for the flight insurance when I received the email confirmation. When I was on the site and made the transaction the insurance was listed as $9.95 per ticket. The confirmation, however, listed the charge as a total of $29.90 or $14.95 per ticket.

The representative with whom I spoke was not easy to deal with. I questioned the additional charge and was told that was the cost of insurance. When I made the point that their website, and also at checkout listed it at $9.95, she simply said that the insurance was as per my confirmation. She would not budge on this point and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up. I called back immediately and the same rep answered the call. I again asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for at least 30 min. When she came back she acted surprised that I was still holding. After another extended wait on hold, a supposed supervisor picked up.

During the extended time on hold I was able to go to the Easyjet website and there I found that the taxes that were added by One Travel were in fact included in the ticket price and also found that the insurance was $9.95 as advertised on the One Travel website. I said that this was fraudulent charging and asked for a refund of the overcharges. After going around with this second rep on this issue he said that all he was authorized to do was credit my charge card with $50. I reluctantly agreed to this settlement that I expect to appear on my card rather immediately.

I have downplayed much of the rancor associated with this call which lasted for close to 1 hours. Absurd. There is no question in my mind but that this activity was fraudulent regarding both the double charging of the taxes and placing an addition charge onto the insurance over and above the charges I agreed to when I checked out my transaction on the One Travel site.

In this day and age the consumer has many options when it comes to booking travel arrangements, however, One Travel doesn't seem to realize that, based on it's practices and customer service. To add insult to injury the base fare was 20% more than it would have been at the advertised fare including taxes had I booked at that time on the Easyjet site. BUT I had already booked through this site. I was scammed on the insurance and I was double charged for taxes as well. I have copies of the confirmation as well as the website for One Time and EasyJet showing the charges etc. if you desire them.

Purchased two tickets for my wife and daughter. I made a typing error in my daughter name. Noticed the error a few hours later and tried to correct it. There's a place on their website to correct name errors but it doesn't work. Called them that same day and they told me they had computer problems and they would call me once the problem solved. The following day, I called them again, since I never had any reply from them. Spent close to 30 min on the phone explaining to them of my problem, and all that happened was being told it would cost me $50 US to correct the error. I refused to pay this amount and was transferred to the airline company. The airline said it was an issue for the Agent, and that they should be able to correct the error.

I was therefore retransferred to Onetravel and they refused to correct the error unless I pay $50. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and after 10 minutes discussion and agreeing that they had a system problem the following day, he sent me an email to confirm his ID and said he would get in touch with me within 24 hours. The following day, no response from Onetravel and my family is leaving the following day. No response from email either. I had no other option than paying the $50 service charge for a typing error. I wrote a negative comment on OneTravel Facebook page and guess what, they removed it, and no contact on their part. So this is the reason I'm writing on this site. Be careful with this Agent. They do have good prices, but there are also some hidden costs when you chose your seat, but their Customer Service really sucks.

The web form explicitly said they weren't making any guarantees of course, but on the other hand, the service was free - as I understood by the prominently displayed $0 cost. After attempting to submit my seat preferences their site informed me that they couldn't get through to my airline but that they would "recommend" seat preferences anyway. Then I get a bill for $100 for the free non-service. WTF?

I call customer service and am put through to the rudest customer service rep I have ever spoken to in my life. She insists that the website shows the "seating" service costs $50. Not once but twice! Per leg. I insist it was advertised as FREE before I got my surprise bill. After useless back and forth, in which she keeps asking me how she can help me in a satirical parody of customer service hell I'm finally transferred to the billing department where a more polite person agrees to "cancel" the charge.

All's well that ends well right? 3 months later, out of the blue I get another $51.80 unauthorized charge from the same company, who I have had no interaction with in that time. Maybe they thought they'd sneak it past me if they waited a bit longer? This time I'm going straight to my credit card company to issue a chargeback and I recommend everybody do that whenever a company tries to scam them. You not only get your money back but the credit card company issues a penalty for chargebacks and will eventually increase the processing rates, hopefully putting these scammers out of business. I think only people who have had a bad experience post reviews. Often the bad experience starts with a mistake made by the person booking the flight, as was the case with me. I booked a ticket for someone in her maiden name and then it had to be changed to her married name. ONE TRAVEL told me how to proceed, but when I called Emirates, they told me differently. I spoke to four different representatives and they all contradicted ONE TRAVEL. The obvious conclusion was that ONE TRAVEL'S customer service was deficient. After a lot of fuss and bother, Emirates eventually admitted that One Travel was correct and their representatives were following outdated instructions.

Unlike so many of these reviews, the persons at ONE TRAVEL who helped me were TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL and INCREDIBLY PATIENT with me, especially as they operated under a cloud of suspicion caused by Emirates' faulty information. If I had not made the mistake and everything went according to plan, I would not have come here to post a positive reply, and I don't think others do either. So, keep in mind that for every 999 satisfied customers there is one mad enough to post a negative review.

After reading all the problems, I feel lucky that I am dealing with the airline themselves and actually have a Frontier airline Confirmation number. I know somebody else who has not been so lucky with a trip to Mexico.

I called Onetravel.com to have my seats assigned for the trip to and from NYC. I paid $99.80 to have the seats assigned. They did not get me assigned seats for either flight. I had to get seats at the airport, had to pay the carrier for the seats. When I asked for a refund they only provided a partial refund. I would never use them again.

They cancel both of my flights and DID not reimburse me or gave me any credit for any flight even though I was going to use the flight to go back that I didn't miss and didn't use. Unprofessional, difficult to understand, do not tend to help and hang up the phone when you do not agree with them. Also at the airline when I was not able to take my flight because of their negligence they broke my baggage, didn't even apologize, just left it on the floor at lax. I had to call a police officer to make a report. This was a pure discrimination case.

I had to pay a bunch of fees to get my ticket changed, and if I hadn't gotten to the airport as early as I did, I might have missed my flight. I will NEVER use OneTravel again.

I am a senior, I have to make my plans carefully. When I received my confirmation my flight out of Boston was on a different day and time with a three hour layover in NC. I called and spoke to a "supervisor" and they told me I would have to pay an upcharge to change my ticket. This is unacceptable! I will be reporting to my credit card company and now have to book a new ticket. No one needs this stress or trouble when attempting to coordinate rides to airports and dates. Their rates are high, customer service non existent. We are talking to people working out of some office in India and they could care less!!! Stay away from ONETRAVEL at all cost! I have to resolve this with my credit card in December as they keep wanting to charge me MORE $.

So I was looking to travel to Nigeria from Toronto and though I already referred to a registered offline booking agent who was looking up for tickets for me (I would normally book tickets myself but needed some flexibility as I wasn't sure about my return date) I decided to go online to see what the current going rates were so I could determine the fairness/reasonability of whatever price the referred agent was going to come up with. Voila I saw a very low price quote on Onetravel and decided to call just to verify if it was one for which I could change my tentative return date.

Knew this was unlikely given the price quoted but just wanted to be double sure. Then whoever it was that picked (with an indian accent) said no but that there was another slightly higher price and that if I booked that, I could always change the return date at a fee and asked if I might be interested in that, that there was only seat left. Upon rambling something like ok within a minute I must have been asked 4 different questions as if we didn't book it there and then heaven would fall.

Before I could say Jack Robinson I had reeled off my name, credit card details and address but the pushy and urgent manner in which the questions were being asked sent some alarms and just cut the line (to regain some normalcy). Immediately, the agent called me back, asked what happened and I told him I wasn't interested in the purchase, that I am even surprised at the way I had reeled off my details especially since the original intention of my call was just to make some inquiries and now I am being rushed into a purchase before I could even say my name. Then he tuned up his aggressiveness saying whether I liked it to not my credit card had been charged so I had better complete the sale and insisted that I gave him my email address.

Told him I very well could cancel a transaction within minutes (pointing out that the manner in which I had given my details was because of his breathless questionings in the first place and that now that I have regained my senses I wasn't interested again) and that in any event, there wasn't enough card in my credit card for the price he had quoted (and also just to point out that I had no intention to make a purchase in the first place) and then he continued to press me that I needed to give him my email details, that whether I liked it or not whatever amount was in my credit card would be deducted so I had to complete the sale and make sure I transmitted the reminder somewhat.

This went on for about 5 minutes, me emphasizing that I couldn't be forced to a sale I wasn't comfortable with and him insisting I had to complete the sale whether I liked it or not before I thought wait a minute why am I wasting time with this rude fellow. Cut the phone and immediately called my bank to put a stop on any charges on my credit card. In fact I had to cancel the card because having given their agent my credit card details I wasn't sure they wouldn't charge my card later on.

To say I was mortified and rattled would be putting it mildly. I am happy my sixth sense kicked in and I put a stop to what would have been a disaster in any event seeing the other reviews here. There was just something sinister about the way the agent came at me with his questions and I am glad that I listened to my guts to back off before it was too late. I wouldn't advise anyone to use them. There is definitely something shady going on with them…

One Travel screwed up booking our outgoing and return flights. None of the flights were the time that was emailed to us by One Travel. For the outbound flight, the airline helped us rebook tickets on a different airline. For the return flight, the airline had no record of our names for our flight. We had to talk 3 hours to One Travel - 90% of the time on hold - to get new tickets. They forced us to fly to LA and stay overnight in the LA airport and then fly to Boston the next day. They neglected to book tickets for our children and the airlines helped us out again despite One Travel's incompetence. All this for a trip that was booked and paid for 6 months in advance. The useless customer service and incompetence was frustrating and the horrible flights we had to take as a result of the ineptitude of One Travel was infuriating. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Those available seats are not a real-time data. So be aware that even you paid for the ticket and paid for the Enhanced Seat Assignment, the only guarantee is you will have the seats on the plane, period. When I paid the tickets (of course) and the Enhanced Seat Assignment, turn out they changed my seats so I and my wife cannot sitting next to each other for the flight from San Francisco to Saigon, the manager told me that at least you have a seat before going to the airport. This is not a fake review, it is a true complaint from a very upset customer. I have been booking and traveling for 10 years and this is the first time I have this terrible experience with customer service and website. I booked tickets for my family on this website. First, it is very suspicious they don't allow you correct the information if there is any problem with the credit card...you need to call them in order to get it fixed! They told me there was a problem with my credit card but I called my bank and they denied any issue. They sent me two emails with the confirmation of my payment, e-tickets, booking itinerary, etc...but days later one of the OneTravel agents sent me another email because the payment was declined.

I called many times (6-7) and they just keep sending me to different people. One of the numerous times I called they put me with the supervisor who just was not able to help me, he hung up without calling me back - very rude and unprofessional!!! Thankfully I got it fixed but it took me 1.27h and a higher price...it cost me $200 more than the initial amount I booked for. I appreciate the help of the second supervisor who was very polite but did not take responsibility over the mistake they made when one of their agents sent me the confirmation emails (twice) about my reservation. Now, I expended more than I was expecting, I wasted two hours of my day and I am still worried if everything is gonna be all right when I show up at the airport for my trip. I do not want any other surprise.

If anyone knows a way to report them because I think they are not a serious business and they are stealing your time and money. I don't want anyone goes through the same issues I did. I really wanted to cancel the reservation but they will not refund anything. First and last experience with them!!! Be aware and DO NOT BOOK WITH ONE TRAVEL!!! Don't even try!!!

I clicked the "seat together" option (because I travel with my child), then I saw "$22.90" fee at the bottom of the page. So I did not finish the transaction, I thought it was ridiculous to pay $22.90 to just be sure to sit together WITHOUT actual seat #. (Yes just 'sit together' without having seat #!!!)

So I did not complete transaction. Then 10 min later I opened my credit card account page. And... I was shocked when I saw the "$22.90" charge already placed on my Amex pending transaction list. I called Onetravel.com customer service, and asked how they were able to charge my credit card when I did not even enter my credit card info. The customer service representative guy answered that they have my credit card info in file so they can charge when I click 'seat together' toggle button!!! I could not believe this! Have anyone heard of this??? The representative said then, he would refund and it will take 7-10 business days to show up on my credit card.... Well, let's see if I really get refund. It is scary! And quickly display banner, FARE UNAVAILABLE AND OFFER COUPON, but they generate marketing lead. Within 60 seconds, you are pounded by 10 calls, from INDIA. Hard to trust these agents, as they could potentially sell or misuse my personal information to third party. They are collecting information without customer approval.

PROXY AGENTS want your DATE OF BIRTH AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. They use PROXY NAMES, so no way to get back to same agent, they will DODGE you. Customer Service WEB FORM, no one responded for 48+ hours. Sales transaction with agent works fine, but your CREDIT CARD will show 25-40% service on the AIRFARE, which they don't disclose upfront. They only disclose total ticket charge. AGENT bluffed discount FF20 and FAMILY40 was applied, but it didn't show up documented in transaction.

Looks like agents have been trained to hang-up on issues resolution, but focus on sales only, as there are no repeat customers. I worked directly with AIRLINE to get SEATS ASSIGNED for free. These guys charged me seating, after purchase of my ticket. I am working on getting that part refunded. They probably need to re-evaluate integrity piece to earn some trust in the marketplace. I haven't bought anything from LATIONFARE.com but they don't collect your personal information to generate sales lead. They provide accurate available flight details, before you enter personal information and purchase legitimate ticket.

They tried to tell him he had to pay for another ticket!!!! He was mortified! After arguing on the phone with them for over an hour they finally issued another ticket at no cost (at the very least that's what a company should do after you bought and paid for it already!!!) and they refused to compensate him in any other way. He almost missed the flight too. DON'T ever use this company. Bad Business!!!

Paid for the tickets. Then found out my return flight was not what I chose. 200.00 to fix it per person. Not happy! No customer service.

I tried to buy a tickets from Des Moines to Philippines. It said one tickets left. When I purchase the ticket and I receive a response stating that the ticket is sold. Couple hours later I went back and check their website. The same price is still there and it said one ticket left. I think this website is a scam. I haven't check my credit card if it was charge.

On June 25, I booked a flight ticket with my credit card for my wife online. After I followed all procedures online and got a booking no. but the traveler's name was me, not my wife. Then I called One Travel. A representative said it was computer's auto corrections and asked me to pay extra $25 and changed the flight to other airlines that the schedule was not suit for my wife.

Stay away from this crap place. They have the worst customer service. They lie about everything. 2 days before my father-in-law's flight was scheduled to depart I got an email saying that it was cancelled. When asked why did get was cancelled they said all the airline do it. They suck. I can't stress enough. Stay away from this company. Don't ever use them. You will lose your money and your time.
