My husband contacted them for cheap tickets. Then I started receiving email from them, then I started receiving several phone calls from them starting Oct. 2nd. They call from different numbers and I already blocked some of them and told them to stop calling me, but obviously they still are. That's why I'm here. They are very aggressive and they just won't stop. Here are the numbers: **. DON'T EVER CONTACT THIS POS COMPANY!

I use ASAP a few times a year to find the most affordable intercontinental flights. ASAP never disappoints, their employees, are knowledgeable and exceed my expectations. Amir who helped me the last 3 times even sent me mails and called me during the weekend when he found shorter and cheaper flights! I will definitely stay with ASAP!

After reading poor reviews of other online travel discount companies I was going to book with, ASAPtickets.com had the best reviews. It was a leap of faith, but airline tickets to Frankfurt from Denver were silly expensive. Asap saved us $300 per ticket and our trip went without any problems. Instantly after confirming the flight details, our reservation number showed up on the Delta site, phew! I will use them again.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! Representative named EMERALD admits she told me my temporary reservation would not be lost while I made a phone call to double confirm that I wanted the ticket, (only warned price might go up and I accepted that, it went up 100 dollars of course) and she also took some time to double confirm that United would keep the ticket for me. In a few hours I got back saying I wanted the ticket, when she replied THE NEXT DAY she said "Sorry, United wanted to take back your ticket because they wanted your return day seat for a tour group." Her Supervisor ISABEL admits the promise to not lose my ticket was broken but it resulted in an increase of 300 dollars and Isabel only offered 50 to 100 in travel voucher discount for future purchase. TERRIBLE!! They also put me through an HOURS long process to confirm my credit card, I.D. and candid photo of my holding the card/I.D.
Of course tough to see clearly all the card info so they kept asking for new pics, finally I proved that my pics DID show all the info if they would simply enlarge the pic as I ended up doing for them...BUT this madness kept me up all night and an old HEART condition has now returned--heart rhythm ARRHYTHMIA... YES, NOW I CAN NOT BREATHE PROPERLY WITH A FAST HEARTBEAT AND MAY NEED SURGERY TO CORRECT!!! Beware of EMERALD and even more ISABEL!!! Isabel confirmed my concerns after listening to the recorded conversation, admitted that I was assured I would not have my reservation LOST before paying for it (only price increase)--but it was lost-- and ISABEL still only wants to offer a 50-100 dollar voucher, will not even take my request to management for 300 cash to return to my credit card.
She only willing to take a request for 100 cash to be returned to my credit card, --EVEN WHEN EMERALD'S MISTAKE COST ME 300!!! Then after admitting to things Emerald "could have done better" and admitting that the promise was broken to not lose my ticket, MS. ISABEL even STILL will not say Emerald did anything wrong!!! I will never stop publishing my story to as many sites as possible, my heart is all messed up and my wife is pissed for this ticket going from $1,000+ to $1,400+.
The credit card verification process is an occasional necessity to fight credit card fraud,we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Records indicate that the ticket was cancelled and full amount credited on the original form of payment.Please accept our apologies for the delay in it's process and the lack of follow up from the agent's side.

On April 27 a ticket (**) was purchased from ** for a flight to Manila from New York on May 10 for $529.40. A travel protection plan for $49.45 was also paid in the event of unforeseen emergency that I may fail to take the flight. I was hospitalized at Northwell on May 3 for a mild heart attack and consequently I missed the departure date. However ASAP was notified on May 8. A certification was emailed to ASAP confirming that hospitalization. On May 21 while I was still in New York I mailed Kemp (**) to follow up the status of the refund. Subsequent emails were sent to Kemp when I arrived in Manila and as usual the excuses of the delay in acting on the refund were given.
On the first week of July, Kemp promised to check the status of the refund and apologized. I see no sign of sincerity when actions did not match the word. I reported this transaction with my HSBC bank as early as May. It was placed under "dispute." Up to this date the charges on my debit card were never reversed. Until I have read the complaints of others with ASAP or ITN, I never thought I would become a victim of their scam. What they did was pure CONSUMER FRAUD. It was a very dishonest business practice!
Records indicate that the full refund of the ticket was confirmed and processed based on the provided medical documents.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in it's process and the lack of follow up from the agent's side. Rest assure that appropriate measures and additional training will be held to avoid such things from happening in the future.

This Company is good when you are buying tickets, but horrible when a problem pops up. I booked a ticket for my parents to travel from Kenya to Boston, but due to a medical emergency, did not make the flight. I tried to work with them to reschedule, but they kept giving me the go-around, that Delta will have to validate and waive the fee to process a seat on the next flight. Eventually told them to just charge my card for the required fee, but there was still the excuse from the company that Delta would need to approve and that they (Delta) were closed for the holiday (July 4th). I called Delta myself and they said they are always open.
After the Delta agent struggling with the ticket because it was a batch ticket and could only be changed by the travel agency, they were thankfully able to reschedule my parents on the next flight 24 hours later. ITN never even followed up to know if my issue was resolved, even after telling me they would call within 2 hours with a solution. My parents also lost their luggage, and following up with this company has been hell. The customer service people say they are getting back to you, which they never do, and you have to keep calling them again. I paid insurance on the tickets for these inconveniences like baggage loss, and it is still a struggle working with ITN/ASAP. If you book with them, hope against hope that everything goes smoothly, and you don't have to call them with a problem!

I booked tickets to the Philippines to travel in July for my son & myself. I booked the tickets in early May. I was initially happy with the process & felt that I got a good deal on the tickets. A few weeks later I contacted the agent to ask about seating arrangements on the flight. He asked me my preferences & advised me that he would call me back in about an hour with the assignments. He told my parents who booked with him the same thing but never called them back. I too never received a call back from him. The next day I decided since he never called back that I would try to make the seat assignments myself. I was able to choose most of my seats but for some reason one of the flights already had seats chosen but they had me & my son separated. The only seats left on this flight were the seats that cost extra.
I tried to call the airline to change the seats & was informed by American Airlines that the seats we were assigned to were paid seats & if I wanted to change them I would have to pay again. I don't know why the hell we were assigned paid seats sitting apart on an international flight. So over a 12 hour flight I'm supposed to be separated from my son! I contacted the agent again on May 25 & was told by him that he asked American to sit us together & is not sure why they separated us. He said that he would reach out to them & get back to me. A week & half goes by & I still haven't heard back from my agent. I emailed him again. Another week goes by & still no response. I call customer service & they tell me they will send an email to him & his supervisor requesting a callback. AGAIN another week goes by with no contact.
I finally get a call from him telling me that he was in the hospital & just got back to the office & that he would work on getting the issue resolved. So now yesterday 06/22 the agent tells me he had a long intense conversation with American & unfortunately they cannot change the seats. He says the seats were originally assigned together but there was a plane change & the seats were jumbled up & cannot be changed.
I call ** on that because #1 it doesn't make sense that American would screw up the seats & then refuse to fix them & #2 I called American immediately after & was told that there was NEVER a change in aircraft & these seats were chosen this way from the beginning. Customer service is not helpful at all. They just tell you that only the agent can fix it. Even after requesting to speak to a supervisor they refuse to help you either. I ended up having to pay more money to switch the seats myself because NO ONE at ITN /ASAP tickets was willing to help! NEVER AGAIN will I use them & I definitely would not recommend them to anyone!

The prices and seats they are reserving are great, but for some reason, they are asking us for a tremendous amount of personal information. I don't feel comfortable. They wanted to be on a third party call with my husband and I and Chase. Did anyone else have this experience?

We apologize if it made you feel uncomfortable and can only assure you that your information is not used for anything other than confirming that you are the credit card holder, and is not shared with any third parties. To avoid the verification altogether you could also choose a form of payment other than credit card.

Cancellation due to hospital admittance. I heard this dept had a bad reputation, but I thought I didn't need their help. How wrong I was. The woman I dealt with (J...) was so unhelpful, undedicated to the job, here English so-so, but with the attitude "please don't bother me". She did not go out of her way to call the airline to make things happen, only read me 'the rules and regs'. Never again will I deal with them.

I have been doing business with ITN since 2013 with great results - No Problems - Until now. I purchased an airline ticket from Phnom Penh to Greensboro, N.C. on May 17th, 2018 for $946.56. When I arrived at the airport (Phnom Penh) I was not allowed to board Shenzen Airlines due to the 'fluid" situation in China at this time with regards to U.S. citizens traveling through (they currently working on their 'TWOV' situation as of May 7th) therefore I was unable to board. ITN has been VERY uncooperative in rescheduling or answering the phone. My situation is CRITICAL as my 81-year-old mother in N.C. has suffered a massive STROKE and is "DYING" and therefore I cannot wait long to have this flight rescheduling resolved. I must make alternate arrangements with another airline as the CS at ITN (Logan) is not communicating with me in this matter.
According to records, the agent from Customer Service sent several emails with possible options to exchange the ticket, also as exception the agency will proceed with full refund of ticket.

Got a call at 4:00am wife and kids stranded in China. It seems tickets were never booked by ITN. Had received an email earlier in the day saying there might be a problem. When I called was told if they got on plane problem was solved. Had a friend (whose mother was on same flight start calling) when finally resolved family had to run to plane and was seated in rear of tail section.
Next day received email from ITN stating issue was just a seating upgrade (no mention of lack of booking or tail section "upgrade"). It took 2 weeks for them to confirm and issue return tickets and wife didn't know if they were any good until she got on the plane at each leg. Company either does not answer the phone, leaves you on hold for 10 minutes before telling you they are not available, or transfers your call to somewhere no one will answer. Worst service from a travel agency? Ticket service ever. Have already told 2 friends not to use them. Same opinion of ASAP Travel the company they operate through. Do not use.

I was very dubious when I found this company on the internet especially when they offered such amazing prices in comparison to other sites. I booked Multi-City flights from England to USA so that we can visit friends & family located in various states at the end of the year. The agents that booked our flights was very professional & patient with all my requirements.
A few days after I confirmed and paid for the flights the Airline sent me a notification with a change in the departure time to an earlier time which meant there would have been a longer layover for our connecting flight. No problem, I dropped my agent an email over the Easter weekend & she emailed me straight back to say she would take care of it after the holidays. On the first ‘work’ day I received a couple of emails with options of new flights to choose from to reduce the layover time at NO Cost! Thank you ASAP Team. I’m delighted with your service and will definitely use & recommend your services in the future.

Fake company. Beware and stay away. They are not located in 100 Pine St. San Francisco California. They are located in Europe somewhere. They just made a fake listing on Google saying they are in California. This is why every one them has a European accent. Do not use them. You will be scammed. Guaranteed. If you do not believe for yourself, ask them for a supervisor before you book, or for their direct number for San Francisco. They will tell you no one answers there because it’s only accounting. Take it from me. Don’t be fooled. Find another company. Google is working on investigating this company to see if they really exist in the United States or just trying to scam Americans. BEWARE!!!

I purchased tickets for a March 15th trip to the Philippines through this agency to spend time with my ailing grandfather on March 2, 2018. The other night, March 8, I found out that he passed away so naturally, I wanted to move my flight date to the earliest possible time. The first person (female) I talked to, said that I can't change my flight within a week. The next agent (male) said I can change it but there will be fees, I asked if there's any way a fee can be waived since I'm not cancelling and he told me I need to present a death certificate, my moms marriage certificate (to my birth dad, when their marriage has been annulled decades ago), and my birth certificate to establish the relationship. I tried calling United, they said that they can't do anything since it's a discounted fare.
So, once again, I called the customer service number. The agent I talked to this time, said he can look flights up for me but it will be a while so I can just check my email after 30 minutes for whatever is available. I waited, checked, nothing there. I did that for a few hours and finally called again. Agent said, It must have been a glitch. Finally got to see an itinerary and the total was a whopping $2000. Website says cancellation should be at least a maximum of 24 hours to departure but on the same page, it says cancellations are not allowed. Needless to say, I'm just going to just count my losses, get another ticket so I could be with my grieving family. It won't be through this company, I can assure that. Imagine having to deal with this all the while having to deal with a loss of a loved one and having to deal with some other necessary arrangements.

I purchased airfare on Delta through ITN last summer to Munich and was unable to go so I followed the rules and in writing to ITN. Canceled my ticket prior to departure. I was told by agent Darcy that I would be able to use the amount I spent on this round trip ticket to travel again on Delta as long as I did so before May 11, 2018. Now I am being told that I have to go on the exact route although this is not a Delta rule; Delta allows you to change the destination as long as it is international. The the new fare minus a $200 rebooking fee from Delta is several hundred dollars more than the published airfare by Delta.
I questioned this and was told they pay more than a consumer would for airfare which I know to be untrue and in fact is quite the opposite. This amount also has grown by $100 over the weekend even though the published Delta airfare has not. I called Delta to try to circumvent this and was told I must do this through the travel agent. I am very frustrated. I don't really want to go to Munich as I am trying to get to Barcelona.

I was unable due to a medical diagnosis to travel with my medical group to Rwanda for a month of hospice work there. Since I had purchased trip protection from two sources I thought it would be covered, but ITN is still claiming that it is the airline that is holding up the refund and the airline, Delta, is saying that it is the travel agent. Since another doctor on this trip cancelled a day after me and got her refund in 2 weeks, and I am still waiting with no resolution in sight, I am wondering outside of legal action what would make things ever change??? I have never gotten a call back from anyone, the people who are supposed to be handling my case change, for no reason, and after 6 months I cannot think of anything to beg, plead, or say other than resort to social media and warn others to avoid doing business with these people.
Having been in retail for many years, the tactic seems to be obfuscation. Make it so difficult that people just give up and the company gets to keep the money. I did find out from Delta that the ticket value, what I paid 1,960 dollars for was sold to ITN for 620 dollars. That seems to be a good enough profit margin that they should be able to treat customers like human beings instead of foolish newbies at a all night poker game.

I've been trying to get flights rescheduled (which I paid extra to be able to do) but I keep getting the same number to call 800-750-2238. This phone number does not work nor does the original agent who booked the flights is returning my calls. I would like assistance getting my issue resolved, please.

I had to change my departure date on an international vacation, due to an unforeseen work commitment. When I eventually got someone to understand what my request was, i.e., change my OUTBOUND date, I was faced with all kinds of challenges. I was charged a huge penalty fee, and could not understand why. They could not explain why I was charged more. I Checked with the airline and the cost of the ticket directly from the airline was actually way cheaper than ITN! Yet they still charged me more money. So I was penalized although I paid the fee for being able to change my ticket. This was a disaster.
When I changed my outbound date by 3 days, I neglected to check that what they also did was change my return date as well! I cannot believe the total incompetence of these agents. Their inability to understand a simple instruction and then to mess up my whole international vacation. I have made vacation plans up until the original return date which was 3rd January, 2018. They cut my vacation short by 3 days changing return date to 31st December, 2017. I will be nowhere near the airport on this day as my travel plans take me to a different part of the country until my original return date. I cannot believe that they did this. The worst company to deal with for travel. It is a money making scam with a bunch of crooks.
Records indicate that our agent offered you the alternative option with the changed return flights which you confirmed. Our agents cannot make any changes to the reservation without the customer's authorization. Thus, the exchange was processed for the authorized option.

Father-in-law passed away and they wouldn't honor trip protection - This is a long story, but in the end the travel agency (ITN) said United Airlines (UA) had control of the ticket and then UA said that ITN had control of the ticket. ITN said they could only refund my trip protection, hey a little is better than losing everything!! Called UA back and they suggested I type everything in a refund request. That was on 11/10/17. Called UA today, 11/27/17, and they said that the refund was approved and the money was sent back to ITN on 11/18/17. I then called ITN (on 11/27/17) and they said that the coupons were already used and they could not refund my money.
All I'm asking for is the full ticket price that I paid to be refunded, they can keep the trip protection, that's why you buy it, for unforeseen cases like somebody passing away. ITN customer service has no heart, the front line people will not let you talk to anybody else, they will not have anyone call you back. Always, supervisor not available. The guy I bought the ticket from, Sheldon **, couldn't have been nicer to me then and now helping me TRY to get my money back, but the customer service at ITN is the polar opposite. They talk in a dialect that I cannot understand. They act as if I know all the travel lingo, but I don't. Control of ticket, whoever said anything about control of ticket!! Coupons, what coupons?!?
Records indicate that your tickets have been taken over by United Airlines. As such, they are no longer under the agency's control to refund, however United claim they have processed a refund to the agency. The funds have not arrived yet, but as soon as they do, they will be returned to your card in a timely manner.
The Protection Plan did not apply because it covers the traveler only. As an exception it has already been refunded to you.

As small tour group operator, I have referred many clients to this company during the last three years, and Thalia has been an extremely helpful agent who has gone out of her way to get us the best prices. The prices are always better than what I can get elsewhere, and if there is a glitch, it is usually on the part of the airline and out of her control. I have booked complicated international flights through this company across sometimes 3 or 4 continents and has never been let down. One client had to cancel an international flight and had no problem getting a refund.

We purchased 2 tickets for girlfriend and handicapped daughter to fly to the Philippines for 3 weeks. Got a pretty good price of just over $1100 and very importantly not long layover times. Joaquin, who assisted us, we emailed back and forth with several times and he checked quite a few different flight combinations until he found one that worked for us. He even called several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. This is second time we have used ASAP tickets and both times have been just fine.

I purchased my ticket July 12, 2017 to travel Sept 19, 2017. Unfortunately I could not travel due to work situation. Then I asked a refund but I am aware the penalty of $250 but they said no there will be another 260 deduction. I was not happy. I paid $756.56 so in short I'll be getting $200 something, and WORST SCENARIO IS THEY ASKED ME TO PAY $296 FIRST BEFORE THEY PROCESS MY REFUND. Is this a normal company policy? I submitted my claim to BBB. I am a senior citizen. I just don't give out my hard earned money.
The refund was already processed from our side and customer should receive the funds within 10 business days.

I called this past July 2017 to book a flight for a two week vacation in Bolivia and Peru with an adventure company. I initially spoke with an agent who realized I had a conversation previously with another agent and insisted on transferring me to an agent in a meeting at that time. I provided the details of the trip and even sent an e-mail with the dates leaving August 6 and returning the 21st of the month.
I was called by a very nice guy who was appeared helpful. He sent me several itineraries and I was clear with him that although the departing dates were fine- the return flights were for a day later after departure and proceeded to give him my dates of return. He told me not to worry about it but focus on the time of the flight because he was aware of the dates.
I recently noticed (two days ago) that despite the fact that I had several phone calls and the last one I had brought up the date being wrong (I even told the agent Enzo - I'm glad we caught this mistake) and proceeded to identify clearly the return date of the 21st of August - I was booked to return one day later than when I left the country. I remember explaining that I needed to return by the 22nd of August since I went back to work on the 23rd. He stated that he understood clearly and would resolve the matter.
I totally trusted that he had the information correctly when he sent me the booking info and must have just glanced at it - he was so assuring and we had discussed it several times. I called this week 7/31/17 to report what I had just observed and they said they would proceed with an investigation - they sent me an e-mail with a transcript of the calls the next day but none of the transcripts has the conversations where I clearly stated the dates and pointed out the mistake and talked at length about my return trip.
An agent responded 24 hours later in an e-mail stating that it is my fault and I would pay $550.00 with fees and then any possible changes to the flight cost. I called Delta and they are charging $356.60. I should not have to pay a cent further - he made mistake but I believe they are covering up for him by not admitting and not sending me the full clear transcript. I recall the conversation as if it was yesterday and unless he was calling me from a different number where no recorded calls take place they should be able to find that piece of conversation and not to mention the e-mail initially sent.
This morning I called, an agent answered and was very rude. He said that the matter had been resolved and there was no need for a manager to call me back. I sent an e-mail and called but I have no return calls from a manager nor an e-mail. I regret buying from this company - I saw the BBB logo and thought it was reputable but I can see that it's not the case. I will be asking BBB to check into this matter as well. The company screwed up and should take responsibility. I would not recommend this company - it's not worth the hassle. This company had the issue of language barrier, connection issues and big mistakes but apparently not owning up to the mistakes costing the customers more money.

I purchased tickets form ASAP Tickets part of ATN for my parents who are coming from abroad to USA and they are old. After 2 days I called them after receiving an email from the company to add the protection. I called the agent Abott who actually booked my ticket. I was surprise to see his attitude because it was so rude and different from when he was doing his sale. The story is long but to make it short, he was rude, giving me attitude plus he hanged up the phone on my face.
After I call back and requested him to transfer my call to his supervisor, he refused and then transferred giving me an attitude. His supervisor was even worse. He was even ruder and was biased towards his colleague Abbott. It was an awful experience. Now I am scare because my parents are old and traveling alone and for the 1st time. I don't even sure that what they have done. I am planning to cancel my tickets but don't know how can I because it seems like after they sell the tickets no one care about you.
I recommend everyone of you, don't use this company because they don't care about their customers and if you have a complain about anyone, you can't do anything because everyone defends each other. This is unprofessional and I warn everyone to buy from them as their prices are not that different from other reputable websites and after sale service is worse than you can get. Now the tickets I have are without protection and I am not sure if the ticket will be valid or not but I already paid and I am trapped.
I booked the ticket for my parents to travel to USA. Saw the cheap price and the Airline was Saudi Airlines. I Called the Customer Service Dept and was told that I could cancel but there would be Cancellation fees. $71 from Saudi Air, $200 for International Travel Network, and 49.00 per person from International Travel Network as a penalty for not using the ticket. I called saudi airline and they told me that ticket was refundable so customer service and travel agent lied to me. Then they emailed me a refund form to fill out, and the form asked for my c/c??
Now they want to charge me 200 plus $88 to process the refund!!! WTF!! The ticket agreement from International Travel Network and found that they say it's a non-refundable ticket, but actually it is, and since it's misleading because they don't want to give refunds and more things. Their agent has the access to the phone call recordings and customer service agents share the recordings with sales agents.

Miss M was the travel agent. She did a very poor job of arranging my travel from SD to Indonesia. She booked the wrong day for the return and though I paid the insurance for the ticket protection she refused to try to help to change the return date. She stated she could no longer help and transferred my call to customer service. Here the agent told me it could cost me, up to $2000 to change my return ticket. I called AA and changed the return for the date I wanted for $121.00. I would never use this agency again and would definitely call the airlines to arrange my own travels. This agency did not issue me a e-transfer ticket and for this reason I almost did not make my connection in Hong Kong. This was a nightmare at Hong Kong after almost 20 hrs of travel time in another country. Totally disappointed with this service.

I purchased tickets form ITN's website ASAPTickets.com for two or three trips. I liked their prices and help in reservation. I needed to change the return of a ticket and I was shocked when they requested $250 fees for them in additional to the standard airlines and change of class fees. They never told me about such fees when I purchased the tickets. They have it in the fine prints of the purchased ticket. If even I read it, it would be too late because they issue the ticket after you pay. It is a trap. I have to buy a one way international ticket as it will be cheaper than their fees + Airlines fees. This is unprofessional and I warn everyone to buy from them as their prices are not that different from other reputable websites.

This company has terrible customer service. Delta changed flight times and caused us to have a very long layover on our initial flight. Delta was more than willing to exchange but IT wouldn't return my calls even when Delta said all they had to do was to call them and they would make the exchange. Very disheartening, terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I worked with a great travel agent (Ask for Vance), I was skeptical at first after reading all the crummy reviews from other people which I think are just competitors leaving reviews here to give bad PR to the ITN and ASAP company, or the people are just complete idiots and complain about everything in their miserable lives. Anyways I used PayPal Credit, so to make sure all went well if I did indeed get scammed but didn't cause they seem to be a reputable company. I am happy with the service and will use them again! I will Never deal with them again. You are better off to purchase your ticket directly from the airlines or online from other websites. I would never deal with this company or similar agencies. We wanted a specific airline, they booked our ticket through that airline but operated by other companies; why would you even consider such a ticket??? This just made the tickets impossible to change (over $500 fee to just make any change). The staff assisting are not knowledgeable and they are not experienced either. They won't be any help after you purchase your ticket, they will just refer you to the customer service department. This is the worst travel agency that I have ever dealt with!

DO NOT USE!! DISREPUTABLE. My trip was canceled. I had purchased travel insurance. Called customer support -- said they could do nothing other than change my reservation at a fee of $300 -- that I had an un refundable, un reroutable, unexchangeable ticket. I wasn't told this at time of purchase. I asked for a supervisor -- they refused to put me thru to one, nor would they explain the rules attached to my ticket. When I contacted the airline, they said the ticket was a "bulk" ticket -- that they do not deal w/ such tickets, so they couldn't help me in terms of a credit. Tried to contact ITN agent -- no response. I lost over $900!!!

My daughter passed away. Son in law decided he didn't want to care for his minor children. In custody proceedings which don't allow me to travel out of state. TLN stated they wouldn't refund the money of the ticket. Didn't want refund. Wanted to change name on reservation. They refused. Or within their policy. Policy states they can do it. Called and spoke to everyone. Then they said the cardholder called and asked refund. My name was on the ticket and they wouldn't listen to me. I paid 1300 dollars for a flight to Boston to Greece to Rome and they wouldn't change the name on the reservation. This is a once in a lifetime trip for me and my best friend and they wouldn't change the reservation of someone who could accompany my best friend on this trip because I couldn't.
Our thoughts go out to you in your time of grief.
Records indicate that the card holder contacted ITN on April 13th, 2017 and authorized the refund. It was processed by the Customer Service department within 24 hours as instructed.You contacted us on April 15th, when it was no longer possible to make any other changes, but you are welcome to simply purchase a new ticket for the desired passenger instead.

We work with this company to arrange flights for 5 members of my family for round trips to Rome with Delta. I had told them this was critical that we land with enough time to get to our cruise and we agreed on the tickets and the time of the flights. This was done in December of 2016 so when it was time for us to leave we checked in to the counter on April 4, 2017 only to find out that the flight out of Boston was no longer a direct flight and now routed thru New York. This would of worked for us but when they did this change our flight from our location would not make it in time to make the flight to New York and now there was no way to get to Rome on time for the cruise.
I called ITN customer service and they stated that this had been change in February and that they had been notified of this change but had failed to notify me. And as far as what they could do to help me with my problem was nothing. They stated that I need to see if Delta could help me out. What kind of travel agency is this that cannot step up when it was their fault in the first place. As a result of this my 2 week vacation in Europe did not happen for me or my family.
The next morning I contacted the agent that I worked for with this company to see what they could do to help me out with the thousands of dollars I lost due to their mess up to be told that it was not her problem. I need to work with the customer service department - who I had worked with the night before and who still had not responded back with my request for help. I should of read the reviews before I worked with this company - I WOULD NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY IF I WERE YOU. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING.
As per the previously completed investigation, there was indeed a technical error that prevented the schedule change notification from being sent on time.
Measures have been taken to eliminate this error from the system permanently.
We do apologize profusely for inadvertently marring your vacation, and have already processed a full refund to your card, in full accordance with your request.

My next stop is the BBB. Stay away from this company!
The customer agreed to the terms and conditions of the ticket which were disclosed on the payment form. The ticket was refunded less $200.00 by American Airlines, the ITN fees were not applicable.

I did not heed the warnings in the reviews about ITN. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! On APRIL 23, 2016, I paid ITN $10,163.68 for 8 round-trip tickets from Cleveland to Milan departing on December 15, 2016, returning December 28, including $1,255 for "flight insurance". What a rip off. In November, I checked the flights only to find out that our return flight, from Naples, had been changed to depart 2 hours AFTER our connecting flight left Munich. I tried for 3 days to contact the person I'd worked with only to find out later that he was "on vacation" with no way to get the issue resolved. So I called the 800 number to find out if he even still worked there, but the snotty person who answered the phone was rude and absolutely no help whatsoever. She told me there was nothing she could do and I needed to contact the airlines (Lufthansa) who had cancelled the flight.
I asked her when they were going to tell me the flight had been cancelled and she said it wasn't her problem. Calling Lufthansa was no better. They said that since I'd used an agency, I had to deal with them. I went around the merry-go round for 2 hours before finally contacting United, the parent company of Lufthansa. United's Pamela was the only person who did not blame anyone else and tried to help. She spent another 2 hours and finally was able to book us on a flight from Milan but we'd have to get there from Naples, since there were no flights with 8 seats that close to Christmas. By that time it was 3 AM and I tried to get some sleep.
The next morning, I contacted the person who had recommended ITN, to see if he could help us get a train or bus to Milan. He couldn't believe the situation and contacted the person he usually worked with. The next 2 weeks were a nightmare of passing the buck, blaming the airlines, blaming me for changing the flights. They told him that I'd called them in July to tell them to change the departure to Milan and there was nothing they could do. It was a LIE and when I told him to prove it, he changed the subject and the lies continued. A week before we were to leave, ITN told me to call the number of the "executive desk" and said they would help with booking a flight from Naples to Milan. I called the number and was told there were not 8 seats in economy, but if I wanted to pay for an upgrade they would do that. When I called him right back, there was no answer.
At that point I called my contact again and said I was finished with them. I said the least they could do was pay for the upgrade so we could all be on the same flight. He tried again to work things out, repeated that he'd used them for years and never had this kind of problem. I said it was a matter of time and he should read the reviews. If I had used a local travel agency or AAA, this would not have happened, or they would have handled the problem. In the end, I really did not save that much money and the aggravation just about ruined what was to be a family trip of a lifetime. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is not worth the small amount you might save!!

This is the worst agency to use. I booked since October, was suppose to travel 5th of Dec, but couldn't for medical reasons. I booked 5 tickets and had to cancel. They told me to forward my medical information which I did. With my ticket protection, they told me I will get the refund. 4 weeks down the line, they are giving me story and uncertainty on how they are yet to hear from the airline. On top of that, the customer service is the worst in history. I don't know if they truly contacted the airline or not, they are very rude and clueless. They keep telling me they will send updates and will contact me. Till this moment, no ticket, no refund and still no word from them. I am in the process of suing these crappie fraudsters!!! Plus do not waste your time or money with this people. Bunch of BS!

Their customer service is horrible. Change in flight 13 hours away from an airport and was told to go to the airport to fix the change in flight due to a cancellation thru the airline. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they did not have one. More than likely you will be speaking to an Indian nationality person and cannot understand what they are saying on top of their rudeness and short answers. So now I have to leave my destination drive 13 hours to a airport to fix this problem even though this company has been paid. Very angry customer here. When traveling and booking through a company it's for the simplicity of no hassle. This company is not but rude and unhelpful to every degree. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

July 14 I purchase 4 tickets to fly to the Philippines in December from United States for my wedding. So I decided to check my tickets to Air China to confirm our flights. Somehow two out of four tickets was canceled. I call ITN customer service right away and tell them the problem. The service was horrible. I talk to Whitney, Thor, Newton for the past 2 weeks now and they keep telling to wait for the response from Air China over and over again. I don't even believe they try to get a hold of the Airlines. When I call the Airlines it's not even hard to reach them. And they told me to contact my agency where I purchase my ticket because that's their responsibility to reach them and fix the tickets.
We can't wait anymore and we're all stress out of what's happening. Now I'm asking for a full refund for 4 tickets so that we can purchase in a better travel agency. But they told me they can't refund anything. So I'm looking forward to sue this agency and I have all the evidence to show them. All the conversation from the ITN customer service was recorded. I will post this to social media how horrible they are. Please do not purchase any tickets to them. You will regret it. Believe me. You pay what you get in a cheaper price.

The customer service with International Travel Network (ITN) was pitiful to say the least. They bill the bank 3 times in just a few minutes. Of course the bank red flagged it as fraud. I confirmed to only pay once. The bank did, only to have ITN cancel the flight and yet still had the payment. It took me several calls to get that returned. After all of that, I tried to get a new ticket. It was then that ITN would have to call me back with a 3 way call. A first for that! Even after doing that the money set there with still no ticket.
I called several times only to be transferred over and over to different people trying to find out why and when. I ask for supervisors, and it was always someone would call me back with the answers. It has been a total "runaround" and when they finally "email" the ticket info, there was no time to get to the flight on time and ITN called and wanted to cancel the flight as they didn't want it to be a no show. I have been told the flight is cancelled and ITN still has the ticket money. From the beginning to where things stand as of now has been 3 days of misery dealing with International Network and it's not over yet. Please use a reputable agency. I will never use ITN again.

Let's summarize my experience: I purchase the ticket, and ITN was very pushy for me to finalize and purchase it, which made me suspicious. ITN representative had asked me to speak with my bank to authorize the charge on my card, which also was suspicious, especially since this has never happened with me before. Clearly they have a long history of scamming people and figured a way to protect themselves (DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE). ITN had sent me a fake reservation number that same purchase day and few days later issued the ticket and send me the real ticket (that reservation number was not recognized by any of the airlines).
ITN had sold me a flight protection plan not explaining that this was with their own company, not with the airlines, which practically is worth nothing. Not to mention that you have deceived me with how good this policy is, and that it will waive all fees and penalties in case an emergency comes up, and then only find out that I could do everything directly with the airlines under the same conditions, rights, and responsibilities! They never mentioned that the policy is with their own company, and covers me with their own company not the airlines!!! BIG SCAM. ITN had promised to reserve my seats for me and find out the day before the trip that they didn't. I had to do it myself and settle for nonfavorable seats and when asked them, they came up with an excuse. ITN had emailed me the luggage allowance, which was wrong and cost me to pay for extra weight at the airport!
Before paying the airlines, and at the airport counter, I have spoken with ITN supervisor, and he told me to go ahead and pay the extra weight fees and promised to reimburse me for the charges, and that he'll send an email with that, but he did not! No email, no reimbursement. BIG LIE. I canceled my reservation, contacted United Airlines to get a refund. United said I am illegible to get a refund or change of dates, they informed me that ITN has blocked my ticket and cannot process anything. ITN has promised to process the refund, but a month and half later, they have done nothing. I can't get my refund directly from the airlines nor through ITN. ITN operates with the following names/partners: Air Concierge & ASAP tickets.

I am thankful to ITN about finally resolving the issue for my $300 refund. I would have rated ITN satisfactory if I didn't have to waste so much time by going through so much effort to resolve the issue. The travel agent I dealt with was always polite but did not always tell the truth. If my RT ticket was issued from IAH to TLV I would have rated them happy with the experience. My return ticket was up to Chicago. Communication with the agent about this discrepancy did not help since he assured me the ticket was valid. After paying the quoted airfare and being issued the ticket, he told me it was my responsibility to contact him if there was a problem with my ticket in TLV. If my ticket price was not increased after the previous quote and there was no additional service charge, I would recommend ITN to my friends.

I paid for a RT ticket from Houston to Tel Aviv and was issued a ticket returning from Tel Aviv to Houston and continuing on to Chicago. I immediately called the travel agent to ask why. He said it was a promotional fare and not to worry at all. The airline ticket agent at Tel Aviv said the ticket was a fraud. Her manager confirmed what she said. I was in a wheelchair and explained to them that my agent assured it was a promotional fare but they refused to accept my explanation and said I needed to pay an additional $300 to change the ticket so my baggage doesn't end up in Chicago.
I paid the money and upon my return called my agent to tell him what happened. He consistently claimed it was all my fault since I did not call him from Tel Aviv and said that I was responsible to pay the additional money charged. I contested his statements to customer relations but did not receive any help. The travel agent kept hammering on the promotional fare to reduce ticket cost. I asked how would it reduce costs if I end up in Chicago instead of Houston. Because I would have to pay for the Chicago Houston airfare. I'm still waiting for an answer. The agent wants me to book another ticket from him!

I thought this was such a good price. I took it and they offer ticket protection too for a reasonable fee. How could I go wrong? Well, it is very wrong to buy from this company. I saved $200 on a rt to Italy this is true... plus $62 for trip protection which covered changes and cancellations. How could I go wrong? Well, earthquakes in Italy, personal situations and one of my friends there - with whom I was going to stay - is very sick. I wanted to change my ticket and come back early but trip protection only counts for what the company itself charges... not to change ticket - it would cost me almost $800 to change.
Then they told me to contact airline myself... which I did and was told by airline that they cannot change this ticket. It must be done by the agency - and was told that agency should know this. So called several more times to ITN with poor customer service... and finally told cannot change ticket without huge fee. This company is a danger to the traveling/consuming public. I asked them to refund my "cancellation protection" at least. We shall see if this happens. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

The company is a ripoff. It is much better if you purchase tickets directly with the airlines. The put markup on the ticket as I spoke to Cathay Pacific. The ticket I had with ITN is 400 expensive compared to Cathay. I remembered that there were 2 charges on my account. One from Cathay and the other from ITN. So next time if you book ticket and tells you that split amount from ITN that means that is the amount that they are getting from our pocket. I believe this all happens to all tickets with other airlines as well.
Also I will never use the Ticket Protection Plan. It does not make sense. It will not cover anything on the benefit of the passenger, in fact it will charge you more since rules of the airlines will still apply if you take the protection. I suggest it is better to go to the airlines directly. With the airlines it is fast, whatever happens they are liable to their mistake, but this company is full of crap. Not to mention their quality department is so stupid. They are not really helping. They are only saying that they are investigating but the truth is they will only take priority of their profit.

To let people know not to use this service. I was first promised a low fare to Europe, but next day new much higher price. Could not give us seats on any flight. No communication when one flight cancelled and we were stuck in Europe. No personal service--or service at all. Plus, airlines apparently do not like to deal with this company.

I purchased a ticket which was never issued to me until a month after I paid them. When they issued the ticket, it was in the wrong names. I couldn't fly with the wrong names. I pointed it out to them. It was their fault. The best they could do is cancel my ticket and levy a charge/penalty which they didn't do until the day of the flight. They sent me an email that I missed my flight, hence they weren't trying to refund me.

I purchased a ticket thru ITN and they input the wrong name on the passport. Now they want me to pay an additional 383.00 to correct a problem they made. I asked for a full refund thinking the travel protection would cover as it did in previous flights and they told me NO. The ticket cannot be used because the passport and ticket do not match. I refused to pay more money. I will never used this company for anything and I beg consumer not to use them and get burned like so many others.

I purchased 6 tickets for this ITN in November of 2015. I was informed by my eldest son that he and his fiance are expecting and would not be able to attend the family reunion. The due date is August, but the doctor will not allow her to fly. The flight is July 26th, so baby could come at any time in July or August. I also purchased ticket protection whenever available just in case. I request to have their 2 ticket canceled in June and money refunded because of ticket protection. Today is now July 12 and I have to call the airline last week to cancel the 2 ticket myself. ITN first was telling me that the tickets are non refundable. I informed them that I have purchased ticket protection and should get a full refund on those 2 tickets. I also provided them with a doctor’s letter as requested.
Now they are saying they need the letter to be more detailed. I informed them that the letter states the name and that she is unable to fly during the scheduled trip time. I also asked what details are they requiring. They just keep repeating the Doctor knows. I also informed them of the HIPA law, which is the Health Information Protection Act. They had no clue what I was talking about. My feeling is they are trying everything to not refund me for tickets. I will never use them again for any travel arrangements, and we travel at less 3 times a year. They are the worse I have ever encountered. Do you self a favor and find another travel company to do business with. CROOKS!!!

I purchased multiple international flight tickets from ITN at the same time. All had their return leg luggage "stripped" off. WE had to pay $250 per bag to check in. Out "agent" Tyke said that it was a system error that he is resigned to the idea that cannot be changed. When I objected to this, and asked that something needs to be done, he just hung up and decided to no longer take calls or reply to emails. They do not deserve even one star.

After booking flight to Glasgow, Scotland with Malou we paid for travel insurance for change or complete refund of ticket. On the bottom of the confirmation it states: "Change your flight, no problem for FREE." When my sister and I discovered that not only did they have us returning from different airports (Glasgow and I from Edinburgh), my sister was leaving the US one day before me!
I requested a change in my flight 3 weeks before the trip and was told the fee was $250 plus. I read back their promise on the page and the agent said that they have no fee but the airline does. I argued and Fisher said they were going to open an ticket of inspection. I called back the following day and talked to a different agent and she stated the same thing but gave no reply or satisfaction, but opened another ticket. Since that call I have not heard back from anyone from that agency.
I am completely disgusted with a company that sells travel insurance for the purpose of change or cancellation and does not stand by their promise. Please make sure when dealing with this company to be upfront on their reservation process. I have come to believe, they are running some sort of scam, in causing a delay in submitting payment request or approval from the credit card company which in term, casing the purchase & confirmation of the airline ticket to be delayed by a day or so, this kind of action has cost me over $450 easily. I had worked with my credit card company ahead of time to notify them of a large purchase and gave them the company name and my travel time and destination. I conformed with them that it's all cleared.
I was on a three way call between the travel agency and my Bank to confirm the purchase, all went accordingly and everyone was in agreement of the purchase price and billing, this was on 06/16/2016. I get a call on the next early morning 06/17/2016 from ASAP agent notifying me that the rate has gone up due to the purchase or air ticket did not go thru due to bank issues. I contacted my Bank of America Card service and they confirmed that the mishandling was on their part with plenty of deviance supporting that. Please be aware and make sure that you will not be scammed by these people like they did to me. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau also just to make sure such shady business need to be stopped and the consumer must to be protected.

The worst service ever. I bought a ticket from Cleveland Ohio to Cairo Egypt. They arranged the whole trip which had Air Canada as one of the airlines. They took my data and knew that I am not American so that I have to acquire a transit visa to be able to transit in Canada, but they did not tell me. I booked the ticket on March 5th and on April 21st I knew by chance that I may need a transit visa, so I sent them an email asking if I really need visa as this is my first time to book a ticket myself. They replied we are not authorized to give any advice about the visa. They refused to help me knowing whether I need a visa or not!
After some research I discovered that I need a visa and applied for it on the day after, but it was too late to get the visa before my flight date, so I asked them to help by either change the flight route or delay it. They refused all solutions and insisted to cancel the flight. They charged me $590 out of $875 ticket price! They was not cooperative at all. They did not even reply my emails to get the rest of my money. They replied only when I sent them that if you did not reply me I will file a lawsuit.

When I called all I wanted was a 1 way ticket to the Philippines. Your agent talked me into a round trip ticket with flight insurance. This insurance is at a higher rate than the industry standard over $50.00 or is $53.11 dollars. This is a joke. Round trip $758.76 plus the $53.11. Now the cost $300.00 plus $620.90 = $920.90. This is higher than the original ticket. Then they add a bonus of a free trip to canada. Now we do not want it increases the price of the rebook.
What about all the problems that I had with your travel agency. The 2nd person I talked to apparently went on vacation. Without advising me of the doctors note to be sent nor did she send me any paperwork. No follow up. The third person sent me a email with paperwork and helped me with the cancellation. Now He stephan is no longer with the company. The next person said she would send me the information. Apparently she left, did not inform anyone about the situation and did not send me any emails. Well I called back and guess what she apparently left for the day.
Your company advertises that you can get a great deal on every trip because you buy in bulk and discounted tickets. You trick the customers into doing something they did not originally contact you for. When we contact your customer service we get the runaround. I am sending you one paperwork and also sending something to the better business bureau. The paperwork is showing that he was in the hospital for tests that the doctor said he needs. The doctor now wants to have more tests done. If you need more paperwork I will send it to you.
It says in bold letters: WISE DECISION - YOUR TRIP IS PROTECTED! This is false advertisement. This covers nothing but your $250.00 fee from ITN. We are asking for a 100% refund and we want what we originally asked for a 1 way ticket you advertise and gave me many quotes for around $589.00, $540.00 when we 1st tried to book a flight. Instead of this we end up paying an additional $300.00 plus $620.90 = $920.90. I am trying to get a 100% refund but they are giving me a hard time in doing so. We have a medical issue and they are telling me I am not going to get a refund from the airlines because the medical paperwork is not sufficient. What we are asking for is a refund and then a rebooking for a 1 way flight. Do not purchase the trip insurance!

I purchased a ticket to go from Toronto to Entebbe with the Sale Agent Stephanie... That was my first mistake. She has no clue what is she doing, such as selling you a ticket where you have 45 min to change plane in Doha, one of the biggest Airport ever. Anyway, I won't tell you about all my journey which has been a complete tragedy and disaster, but make yourself a favour. Don't even think about using their services. They sucks... Once you give your credit card information don't expect any services from them, they will tell you that they are sorry and they can't do anything, you won't have any chance to talk a representative. They will always try to blame you, and never try to assist you.

We purchased airfare ticket last year from New York to Dubai and last September 2015. We are a permanent resident of US and once we purchased the ticket we were advised by the agent that we do not need a visa if we are coming from the US if we are staying less than 30 days. I actually did not believe the agent and I told him that we are not a US citizen (he knows that since we need to give our passport information when booking and I gave him a non US passport information). Though he did gave me a number and website to check, I was not able to check since I think that this guys know what they are doing. Come Travel time last December 11, 2015, while we are in the airport, the airlines ask us about the visa and since we don't have it then we were not allowed to fly that day since only US citizens don't require a visa not a permanent resident.
I called the agency (Tickets was actually bought with ASAP travel, an affiliate with INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL NETWORK,) and all they can do is let me talk to the customer support agent named BRENT and Brent won't allow me to talk to the ASAP agent, Stephen, or to his manager and all he can say is they will investigate on this matter. The trip is like a reunion after 10 years for the family of my wife. All they can say is "we will investigate on this matter and give you $100 to re-book the ticket." We did re book the ticket but we have to pay for an extra $802 for 2 tickets. BRENT said that based on their investigation, they did not do anything wrong and they will not even refund us the $100 exchange penalty!!! They definitely pretending they did not do anything wrong. They know that we are not a US citizen since when they book the ticket, they need our passport information and so the agent knows that we are not a US citizen.
We purchased the ticket through ASAP Travel since they are heavily advertising of a very good service in our local TV network, but everything is good only if there is no problem. Once there is a problem, they will left you in the cold!!! They don't care if the trip is for a family reunion after 10 years, they don't care if you missed the birthday celebration, a very important family gathering. So for all those Filipinos trying to purchase tickets with ASAP Travel, think twice or thrice, IIWAN KAYO SA ERE! For those Travel agency who are thinking of partnering with ITN, who claims they reach out to the largest travel audiences with a personal approach, THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! Might as well stay away from this company if you want to have a profitable business. They do not have care for the clients. Worse they will blame you and wash their hands!!!

I bought a ticket from ITN in April 2015 to travel internationally. I got a call from them 13 hours to my dispatcher that my flight had been cancel and that there is nothing they can do for me but refund my full amount. I call Delta and delta told me that my flight was booked for the 17 December 2015 when I was told that it was booked for the 18 of December 2015. I told them that it is really important I make this trip, that I am asking them to please try and find me another flight on a later day. All they keep saying is that they can't do anything about it but refund my money and that I should call Delta to see what they can do. Delta offer another traveling schedule and only needed ITN to reissue the ticket and they refused.
I have booked and paid for a hotel in Liberia for 21 day. I also booked and paid for a rental car for 21 day also and other expensives. I ask them who is responsible for all those lost and all they keep saying is that they can't do nothing but refund my full amount and that I should discuss my losses with Delta instead. I also ask them to refund my money right away so that I can get another flight right away and they are also saying that is not possible. That my refund will take 7 to 10 business days. I am helpless right now. This is the worst business relationship I have ever had. They are taking advantage of the fact that they are not the victim and that they got nothing to lose like I do.

Everything was perfect except for the part where the person that helped me did not disclose the fact that the second ticket that he made will mean that I would have to pay extra, as in pay approximately $5 per kilogram of checked baggage if you contact the domestic airline. If I did not investigate what kind of ticket I was receiving, I would have transferred without the baggage if I have left my cash or credit card to pay for the second ticket legs of trip. I have traveled quite a bit through the military for 20 years and could understand terms that ticket agents would use in dealing with customers, but never did I hear the person who helped me say that I would be stuck midway as airline baggage fees are not included on the last leg of the trip which happened to be in the domestic route for my case. Bottom line, good customer service but pay attention and ask questions you may not normally ask ticketing places, like what happened to me.

I booked a ticket 5 months ago, to a vacation by Dec. this year... So it's been a while and I decided to confirmed the flights for me and my husband, then we figure it out that the electronic ticket that this guy name "HARRY **" Of ITN... which his the one you make our itinerary. When we call to confirmed our Flight we found out that 2 flights wasn't exist. We pay it already and we got all the information and on electronic ticket it say all flights are CONFIRMED!
Now, we keep calling these guys and send emails. We didn't get any response from them or even customer services, they say that they're going to call us back after 2 days but till now I keep calling them and some other guys or employees of this "B.S" travel agency. They just keep asking our phone number and leave messages to someone whom we talked to. Till now we don't get any good response from them!!! How you gonna trust this B.S. Travel agency how they rate them with BBB accredited when they don't know what they're doing!!!

L knowledge sold me a ticket that had to transit through Canada knowing full well we need a transit visa! Instead we showed up at the airport only to be told my mother in law cannot travel and that the agent should have notified us.

There is nothing to be fair about this company. They ripped me off of $13190 for just a one way ticket when their quote didn't say so and when I wanted to cancel they took $550 as a penalty. It's a fraud and stealing.

My 11-year-old son and I missed our flight to Amsterdam from San Francisco. As soon as we realized our mistake I called ITN to reschedule for the next flight, but the entire round trip had already been cancelled, and the penalties and charges for rescheduling an entire new round trip flight amounted to over $5,000. We won't be able to visit my ailing father. My son may never get to see him. Plus, our return seats have already been sold to another customer, so ITN and Turkish Airlines really made out at our expense.

I paid a ticket with ITN to go to the Congo. I get sick with malaria and notified them. They agreed to postpone my trip but asked me to pay a penalty of almost $400.00. I went to aeroport to take my flight and they refused to respond to my numerous calls over the phone. I spent 2 days in the aeroport in Kinshasa, emailing them, calling them, but they wouldn't respond. In the end I paid another ticket and I came to the USA. When I was already in the USA, the company ITN contact my friend and took payment for the penalty they inflicted me. My friend told me and I sent to ITN all the emails that I wrote them while I was in the aeroport till the time I paid another ticket.
I called them twice, but they wouldn't answer. But when I went to their web making like I wanted to buy a ticket, they responded me. I told them to pay me back my ticket return and till to this day it is like they are seeking ways to gain time and take my money for free. This is the most disappointing experience I had ever had with a company!

On April 8, 2015 I purchased round trip tickets to Manila Philippines for my wife. It was a trip that was not an emergency but had to be done soon so as to be able to close on a property sale. We did not know how much time my wife would need to close the deal. So when we spoke to the ITN Agent ** she suggested we pay for flight insurance in case we had to change the ticket. My wife thought it was a good idea so we purchased the insurance. Sure enough as fate would have it, the closing was scheduled for the day before my wife"s scheduled return and she would need additional time to deposit the proceeds and wire the money to the US. We called ITN to reschedule. We spoke to the selling Agent ** and she referred us to Customer Service.
At Customer Service we talked with ** who said there would be a $200 penalty plus the flight differential for that travel date. I told ** that we had insurance and she responded that that was protection from ITN so that we would not pay a $250 penalty. She said that we would have to pay the Airline (Cathay Pacific) the penalty. Frustrated and angry but I said okay. I had no choice. She then informed me that there were no flights available for the return dates requested, so she said she would put us on a waiting list with the airline if they confirmed it. She stated that next day I would get a call at 3 PM from her as to the results of that.
Next day at 2:30 ** called instead of ** to tell me that Cathay Pacific had denied the Wait Listed confirmation request. The reason, as per ** was that these were bulk tickets purchased by ITN from Cathay Pacific and that they could not be refunded or changed under any circumstances. I was angry and I hung up. Twenty minutes later ** called me to say that Cathay pacific would allow me to fly on another date for only $100 penalty and no price differential "if" I was wait listed but the dates requested were not available so he suggested that I pay a price differential so that I could fly on another day but I would still have to buy a new ticket for my wife's connecting flight.
When ** called back I had thought "Oh ITN is going to do the right thing." Instead it was an attempt to sell me more tickets. So ITN basically defrauded me of $195 for insurance protection that was meant to protect me from them charging $250 dollars for changing my flight which they knew they couldn't do and which would not protect me from any Airline imposed penalty. I was stunned. So my wife had to quickly give someone else in Manila the authority to finish the transaction for us and return on the scheduled date. I would never recommend ITN to anyone under any circumstances.

Excellent service. Salesperson willing to look at all options. Would be nice to have a way of splitting commissions, or guaranteeing commission to originating salesperson (assuming purchaser is satisfied with original salesperson) in event of time difference leading to difficulties with last-minute bookings.

I, my wife and my daughter refugees from war-torn country (Iraq). We bought 3 air tickets from ITN, to be used from Orlando to Baghdad, Iraq. We are new to this experiment. The three tickets were scheduled on April 30, 2015. We wanted to change our travelling dates for reasons out of our control (I have a dental surgery, which necessitate flying to Baghdad on April 11 NOT 30) and my daughter and her mother needed change any day after April 30, 2015 because she will have an exam on the same day of their travel, which happened through her college and out of her control. Now the ITN want us to pay a penalty of $450 (Approx 32%) out of the ticket price ($1382.6). We think this is totally unfair for any consumer, and there should be a government restrictions to protect people.

I'm very sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with ITN travel. I am also a victim of their penalty cancellation fee. They charged me $828.65 out of $1490.3 ticket price. That is 56%. It's not right for them to make easy money on me because just i got sick after IUI treatment. We are not alone. There are at least 8 people out there complaining about their practices. I really need a favor from you. Spread the words to friends whom they treated unfairly and being "ripped off”. They cannot take advantage of our difficult circumstances. My wife had booked a flight back to the Philippines for December 15, 2014. Her father died on October 29, 2014, unexpectedly, so we had to change her flight. We were charged $650 for the change and told "Once you get the death certificate we can reimburse you". What a joke this has become. Get nowhere when we try to contact them!!! Have heard several stories, "You need to contact Delta yourself". We did and they said that because we used a travel service there was nothing they could do directly, all request had to go thru International Travel Network. Then ITN tells us we should never have been charged in the 1st place!! We have sent the death certificate to them. Still we get nowhere, can't even get confirmation that they received it. Now have learned thru Delta that ITN actually took $250 for themselves and Delta only got $400.

Purchased ticket protection for $128 for two tickets to Spain. While there my wife became ill and we had to return home two days early. Upon return home I contacted ITN asking for forms or paper work needed to process a 50 % refund on additional costs we incurred by changing our ticket. I was told that these forms had to be filed BEFORE rebooking. Pretty tough to do since we were out in the countryside of Spain when my wife became ill, and called her Dr who said as quickly as possible for CT scan. Don't waste your money on their ticket protection.

I purchased tickets to Zambia through ITN. When I got to Johannesburg I discovered the airline they had booked me with (to get from Jo'burg to Lusaka) had gone under. ITN had between November 1st and December 29th to let me know and they didn't. While I know ITN was not responsible for the demise of Zambezi Airlines, I feel it was their responsibility to inform me. When I bought the ticket they told me I could not purchase insurance for this flight. When I let them know what had happened, their level of concern was zero. Never again!

I have purchased a refundable ticket from this travel agent, but they are refusing to give me my refund, after they told me it was a refundable ticket, plus penalties.They are now requesting me to first pay a $350 penalty, then they will now issue my refund. Why can't they just deduct the funds from the $1,489 that I already paid fort he ticket? I cancelled the ticket because the trip was too long, and has several stops. I am now unable to travel to Africa to go see my dying father.
