Overall, I had a very good experience with International Travel Network. The trip planning was smooth and they took care of most of the details, which made the whole process stress-free. The local guides were knowledgeable and helpful, and the itinerary hit all the highlights. There were a few small hiccups along the way, but nothing major. I’d definitely consider booking with them again.

I booked my flight months ago with ITN. I received a notice of cancellation of my flight scheduled for May and to my dismay I had limited choices of airlines to rebook my trip. I received the notification also from ITN shortly after the airline notified me my customer service person DARSHIT was very sympathetic about what happened to me and immediately explored my options and suggested ways in which I could get my trip back on track. I wasn’t happy with the airlines or the situation, but he made the situation tolerable with his service, understanding and knowledge of the options.

My whole story is very long. We were misled and lied to. But in short... We had problems with our booked flight and needed to change or cancel them. We had been convinced to buy the "cancel for any reason" insurance. Well it was not cancel for any reason, they were no help, it cost us a ton of lost money, and have provided no customer service at the time or since. I want a refund for the new flights we had to book on our own.

Rodel is my Travel Agent in this trip. He was so professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, and most of all, he went above and beyond in understanding and helping me to get the best offer. He assured me that he would provide assistance anytime during my trip, even if he is off. Thank you Rodel. God bless us.

This was my first time I used ASAP to purchase tickets and I was very surprised that they got me the cheapest price. It took a long time to get thru, but the wait (using “Hold Call Back”) didn’t seem that long. Representative was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Rep. found the best routing and the lowest fare. Will use them again.

Agents are very good in starting a booking but when things had a problem with flights or hotel refunds, refers you you to concierge that gives you a runaround, then rings for hours or if someone answers drop your call. Poor service!

Updated on 11/14/2025: Our vacation was ruined. ASAP agent nickname Billy made flight and hotel reservation for us and made two horrible mistakes that ruined our vacation.

A week ago I booked my ticket with ASAP, it took a long time going back an forth, but finally we found something suitable. We went through the whole process, gave my card number and everything but up to the next day I still didn't have tickets. The third day I called asking for my tickets and the agent apologized saying they were not able to get the ticket we had been working on. I was very upset as we had spent a long time searching and getting the right deal. My agent apologized and said he would work with me to try and find another deal. It took some time but finally we did so my anger left and we both were satisfied with the new outcome. I must say, he was determined to get me a comparable deal and he did so I would say that the agent was very caring and wanted to make right the fault of the previous ticket. This time I have my tickets and am happy with the outcome.

No response from agent, and hotel price from the agent is way overcharge, as couple of friends and I found it on the internet for the duration is double to what my friend found. I do not know the airfare price. So I need to honor my kids and church friends advices not to fly solo. Still the price of airfare is much higher for lower class (business class to economy), (direct to 1stopover). Paying over us$ 12000 for such a service, supplied eSIM cannot be. Activated from Dreampass. Not working. If you’re me, what should I do?

Hi Team — this situation is unacceptable. I purchased a ticket through ASAP and paid for the Protection Plan on the clear understanding Mr. ** (and his supervisor) would assist if I needed to change my travel dates to visit my sick brother in India. When the change was required, I was bounced around between agents repeatedly. I was explicitly instructed to deal with Air India directly and was told Mr. ** would ensure reimbursement of any penalties. I paid the fare difference and the penalty to Air India in reliance on that promise — yet ASAP now refuses to reimburse the penalty or refund the Protection Plan.

We had a problem with my wife's passport. She didn't have a visa to transfer thru the united states. She has a Filipino passport with Permanent residence in Canada. ASAP was able to refund our tickets. It will be the last time we try to transfer thru the US. Thank you ASAP.

What a nightmare!! Please read and heed all reviews with one (1) Star Rating. Long story short, our flight was Jan 26, 2025, from Dca with connecting flights via American Airlines (AA). Philippine Airlines Agent deleted our names in the manifest/system while rebooking our flight from Lax to Manila after AA cancelled our flight due to mechanical issue, so we were not allowed to board the plane, missing all our connecting flights and missing my parents' 64th Wedding Anniversary Celebration! :-{

My agent was Emjay and she was amazing to work with. The process of getting the tickets took over 4 hours because ASAP had a computer glitch where it wouldn't recognize my street address and my city. Not Emjay's fault. She did everything imaginable to fix the problem and stayed with the whole time it took the IT department over 4 hours to fix the glitch. Nobody wants to take 4 hours to do a 10 minute job but Emjay worked really hard to make sure that I was happy. She just might be the best company rep I have ever dealt with.

Well, shortly after the email, I received a call from Mia, and asked her if Ross was still there, she was not sure. But said if I wanted to collaborate with him again, she would try to find out and put me in touch with him. And almost insisted that I speak to Ross if she could connect me to him.

We were able to book a flight from Los Angeles to Manila with a connecting flight to Palawan with Leviathan's assistance without any difficulty. His suggestions were very helpful in how we would be able to navigate to our destination. He is very courteous and very helpful with our queries. I would hire him if I was an employer looking for a good worker anytime.

I am writing this to formally raise a complaint again Asap tickets regarding the mishandling of my booking and the unacceptable customer service I’ve received over the past several months. Miscommunication at Time of Booking: At the time of booking, I clearly informed your agent Renzo that I did not yet have my passport, and that my legal name might change based on Canadian government policy. Despite this, your agent assured me that a name change would be possible even after booking. This assurance was given without verifying with Qatar Airways, which was grossly negligent and misleading.

He said the protection plan I would get full refund and didn't mention cost for seating in Frontier and baggage, the agent that was handling my refunds was very help and put in for an investigation. She was very patient and a very good customer service person.

We have had one or two previous good experiences with ASAP Tickets and used them again. However, this time was a disaster. We specifically wanted a Lufthansa airplane, not a codeshare for a United airplane. Despite their assurances, this is what we got and we do not plan to use ASAP Tickets again.

Air Canada canceled flights twice, refused to give money back. We bought through ASAP and they refused to help us, though we canceled through ASAP who had sold us the ticket. AC said we (6 of us ) had to go through ASAP. ASAP told us we were too late for the insurance to help us. ASAP has blocked our calls.

I should be given a huge discount because of the poor performance I had with Boomer. I paid for airline tickets for myself, my girlfriend and her son to travel to Brazil. We received the needed travel itinerary to travel to Brazil together with me returning sooner than them. My Delta App confirmed that my flights were booked properly but not my Gf or her son. Only a one connection was visible on their Delta profile. Boomer told me incorrectly that it was Deltas fault for canceling the flights for them after assuring me that everything was fine. I had to make multiple calls all night last night until 3am to get it fixed between 5 delta agents and another asap agent beside Boomer. The flights were overbooked and an alternate return trip had to planned and Boomer had the audacity to ask me to pay for a fare difference.

Well let me tell you a little something about your less than punctual email. I called last night, after receiving a message from United Airlines that my flight had been delayed for 2 1/2 hours, and tried to get your agent to redirect my flight plan so that I would make it to my destination. After arguing with your agent for 30 minutes about my flight being delayed because he said it wasn’t delayed, he finally said he would call me back on options for other flights. No return call or message at all. I still haven’t heard from anyone from your business. I had to call United myself and get them to redirect my flight for today.

I called them because I was stressed out trying to find the best flight with little layover. I spoke to Wade. He was great! Very helpful and had a flight within minutes. I had to call back and he answered the phone and he was just as wonderful the second time. I haven't been on the trip yet but the first part of getting there is the booking. You guys are not bad at all, but the airline, On my Boarding pass said 3 pm from Denver to New York, So I could not be at the airport from 5pm to the next day 3pm? So I went and got me a hotel, But to my greatest surprise I got a Email around 4am telling me that my flight is Boarding at 3am for which I ran out of the hotel at 5 am to the airport, After standing at the Customers' service for one hr, only to hear that my flight 3pm.

She went up and above and out of her way to make sure that the deal that was in front of me was very doable even though it was getting close to the expiration date. I was able to secure the deal with a round trip ticket to the Philippines from the USA. I couldn't believe how affordable it was!

I had good experiences using ASAP and loved the customer service but this time was different unfortunately. No longer interested in using them. I recently inquired about flights, found an option, paid 2x, got the itinerary and thought I was good to go so I went ahead and booked my lodging. Next day, the rep says the flight was already booked by someone else and my United confirmation number no longer linked to my app so instead of progressing to a point of completion, we went completely backwards. I hope they at least keep their word and refund my money. So disappointing because before they did provide great service and good flight options on my international trips.

The all inclusive is not actually all inclusive. The all inclusive was not all inclusive, the agents talk people into buying it and then you discover the all inclusive is not what it seems like.
