    I am happy I called my travel agent right away after I had my first concerns about the possible coronavirus lockdown. Together we agreed on cancelling my trip to Asia and now the tickets are already reissued for a later month this year. Strongly recommended.

    Due to Covid we couldn’t take our trip to Europe so we requested a refund from our agent Wayne A at ASAP. He initially told us that if we purchase a protection plan then he would waive all the fees, so we did. But when it was time to process the refund he told us that there’s a RECALL FEE of $200 which will be deducted from our refund amount which leaves us $500. After that, he told us that we need to pay another $200 to process the entire refund amount of $700. Either way, we are out $200. But I don’t understand why we have to cough up more money just to process a refund. I feel like we are being penalized over something (covid19) that’s beyond our control by charging us unnecessary fees. I will NEVER use ASAP/ITN again. It feels like we just got scammed.

    My wife went to the Philippines to visit family in February. Her return trip is scheduled for May 20th out of CRK. I heard that CRK airport is presently closed because of the Covid. I wrote several emails to ITN and also contacted ASAP tickets but no reply. ASAP ticket issued the round trip ticket therefore the airlines, Asiana and Delta apparently cannot help.

    I am just trying to find out if there is a date they will rebook her return ticket? I even asked, in the event no information is available to at least let me know. I had spoken to a person named “Garfield” a week ago and he mentioned that Clark will be reopened after May 15th however Asiana had no flight scheduled before the 28th. He also mentioned that I would have to pay extra to rebook her on another flight even if it was not my fault but was not clear about how much. Can you help me to get any reliable information? Thank you.

    Updated on 06/22/2020: ITN/ASAP TICKETS IS A COMPLETE FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO WANTS TO HOLD MONEY THAT IS NOT THEIRS. I purchased 6 tickets which were all cancelled by the airline. It took me months of fighting to get my refund when DELTA stated multiple times they should have given it to me. I am still waiting on my refund for PNR J41NGE THAT WAS CANCELLED. Delta told me more than 6 times the flight was cancelled and they need to process the refund yet ASAP/ITN is lying and won't do it. I will be filing a class action lawsuit along with a complaint to Department of Travel as this is ILLEGAL. The law clearly states customer is entitled to full refund when flight is cancelled or changed by airline. ASAP/ITN needs to release my funds before this gets ugly for them.

    Original Review: I have requested my refund for over ten weeks now. Delta has cancelled my flights. Which means by LAW I am entitled to a FULL refund. I have emailed all the associated emails & called number times I will file a class action lawsuit if this is not taken care. This is illegal to hold my money.

    As a result of the current COVID 19 situation increases, out flight to PI was cancelled and was informed by the customer service rep that we would be receiving a full refund within 3-5 business days. Every 5 days we call back to check the status and are told it has been escalated and to wait another 3-5 business days (if you can actually get a hold of someone). Every time we speak with a rep about this issue we ask them to confirm by email that we are receiving a full refund, yet only receive an email that this is being requested not confirmed. However the rep is stating that we are receiving a full refund. Now we are being told that they are not refunding, but moving the flight to a further date of our choosing.

    Why are we receiving mixed answers and why is this an issue if the airline is the one who cancelled the flight. How can we know when we want to fly again if there is no clear indicator of when this COVID 19 issue will be resolved? Furthermore, when I ask for contact information for the escalation dept. or a supervisor, the reps inform me this this information is private and that supervisors DO NOT TAKE CALLS. I am hoping the CEO sees these complaints and rectifies them soon. BBB complaint will be following and requesting all persons with similar complaints to do the same.

    Updated on 10/09/2020: I questioned if I would have to pay a penalty if I cancelled our flights. In the meantime, the airline cancelled our flights to Italy. On May 29 I received an email from Sabrina that flight has been cancelled and they were refunding our amount, minus $150.00 fee for two tickets.. I was not happy about the fee that we were having to pay, but said we would take the refund. Never heard anything else, and kept sending her messages, and now am receiving an email from another agent saying that we would be charged a penalty fee of $250 per ticket. Although, they will give us a $500 voucher to be used at another time. This is not right. What is going on with this company? I thought they were legit, but I think they are just trying to scam people. Why was our refund not submitted to begin with??? People beware! I dealt with them in the past, but will not recommend them in the future.

    Original Review: I booked our airline tickets to Italy with this company. Now with the coronavirus, I am trying to find out if we will be able to cancel these tickets. We are due to fly the first week of June. They are not responding to my emails or phone calls. Where do I go from here? Very frustrated with this company. I have dealt with them before and did not have an issue. That is not the case at this time. Another couple has tried calling and getting no response.

    ASAP TICKETS has a very poor customer service, and lacks a work ethic. ASAP TICKETS is quick in selling you expensive tickets, but is glacially slow in responding your inquiries, and very reluctant in helping you when you need them the most. I have been trying for over a week now to contact them to refund my cancelled flight, but no response so far. I do not recommend ASAP TICKETS at all. BOOKING **

    I'd give a negative star if possible... I have been sympathetic to their workload due to COVID-19 and have tried to be more than civil with their support team as they bounce me around from department to department with no response. My original outbound flights were canceled so my assigned agent told me that he has put in a request for their customer service team to reach out to me for a refund in this case. No email or call follow-up for days. I got worried so I decided to talk to their support team. After 3 days, I got a hold of an agent. For the next few days, I was asked to go around in circles with their customer support would also point towards schedule change and vice versa without providing any answers. 
Left 10+ voicemails? Yes. Response? No. Left 4+ emails? Yes. Response? No.

    I have nearly spent 11-12 hours either trying to get in touch with them or being on hold. That's nearly the flight time of my outbound airline. NEVER. I repeat NEVER am I doing business with ASAP Tickets. This was my first and the last time. Heck, I even purchased the useless Ticket Protection service. It sounds like a SCAM. I was originally told that it will allow me to get refunds in such situations but a customer representative mentioned today that someone is spreading that misinformation. That’s convenient. Got charged $90 to “protect” my travel and was left hanging when it came to redeeming the benefits.

    I purchased plane ticket international for my family this month, but because of this covid19 outbreak my family's tickets was canceled. I spoke to an agent named Hulk from scheduling change department and he informed me that my ticket was canceled due to covid19 and offered me a full refund as long as I response to his email, so that's why I did. I respond to his email. I also asked him if I'm getting a confirmation number and said no all I have to do is respond to his email. Just today I received an emailed from the airline reminding me about our flight tomorrow March 18, that supposedly canceled. So I've been calling the agent or the scheduling department. I couldn't reached them and no one got back to me after how times I left some messages. I felt so stressed and frustrated because all I want is to get my full refund! I would never ever try to get my ticket from this agency!

    When we initially found ASAP Tickets we were thrilled! They gave us a great deal on our flight and felt like we received good service. Because of the Corona virus outbreak, we made the sad decision that we would need to postpone our trip, on account of ALL of France being shut down. We have tried contacting ASAP tickets for days. And have not been able to reach anyone. We have filled out a cancellation form, emailed them, and waited patiently on the phone. Once you have been on the phone for a while, they have a voicemail box come up and leave you no choice to wait any longer. Our flight was supposed to leave tomorrow, and we have still not heard back. Delta has offered to waive rescheduling fees, but we have to go through the ASAP tickets to receive a travel voucher.

    I used Asapticket three times this last 12month and I really recommend it. It is really difficult to get an agency where to buy ticket and sometimes we dont have times to even go the agency. So asapticket was my answer to my strong and had bad experience with other online ticket but with them I have never get any kind of trouble. Their employee will help until you found and good much with what you want. (If you want a directly fly or a cheap one but still even the directly is cheap).     I purchased tickets through Asap Tickets in November 2019 for February 2020. I got an email from the airlines on Jan 9th 2020 saying that the flight times has changed. I said I could not accept those changes due to travelling with 2 kids. Airlines accepted my request and approved my refund. I have been waiting Asap tickets for the past 2 months to send my money back. Every week I call them. They say it is in accounting departments hands wait 2 weeks more. It is the same excuse every time. They confirmed that they got the funds back from the airlines. They are holding my money illegally. I want them to send me my refund ASAP.

    Due to this worldwide virus breakout, I wanted to cancel my trip to Southeast Asia scheduled for next month. Knowing all of this, I purchased a trip protection plan, suggested by the travel agent at the time of purchase. Come to find out, the ticket is non-refundable, only if I canceled due to illness or emergency reasons. This should not be so because of this ongoing worldwide issue. The country I am flying into just recently implemented a travel ban, not allowing foreigners to enter. Now I am out $1100 bucks. Please take heed to this and know what you are getting into at the time of purchase just in case this happens to you in the future.

    These guys are e-rogues. Their customer service is a bunch of scammers who appears not to be in the location disclosed and cursed with fictitious names. I was scammed out of $1,012 by Craft and his Supervisor, Swift. They had me wire money without booking any tickets and were proud to tell me I have lost my money regardless. They had me wait on a ticket that was not existing just to miss a life changing business deal in Brussels. I can't imagine why such a company like asap tickets/International Travel network LLC is still operating in the purview of United States and it's security agencies. These guys are horrible. One good deal is a bait, the next is the Ditch. Run with your legs touching the back of your head. Don't fall for them!

    I was looking for a credible ticketing company online and was quite unsure if I should trust online airline ticket company and I one that is pricing in CAD. Mostly will give their price of the ticket in US dollar but this company will give you and charge you the correct and proper amount. The agent who assisted me named Adafi and she is really great in dealing with all my inquiries. I can say that they're an excellent company and very patient in handling their customers.     This is my first time to get tickets thru ASAP. I have to get a booking for my family going back to the Philippines as we had to cancel the return ticket with an airline with a layover in China because of the Coronavirus spreading fast. The company stands to its name ASAP. Morpheus immediately contacted me and the process was very fast and easy. Details and policies were clearly explained and within an hour the booking was confirmed. I compared price with others and they gave me the best deal.     Booking the ticket was easy, but needing to change a ticket after they made schedule changes was a nightmare. They will transfer you and try to cancel your ticket {which you get no refund} or they want to charge you $550 dollars to change. When you explain that the schedule is changed they tell you its minor. Then when they transfer you to the right dept. you get disconnected. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I will never purchase another ticket with them.

    So here is what happened. They changed my flight details and I am not pleased with the changes they made. When I spoke to Yvet which was customers service, she said she couldn’t find me any other time and the only option is a full refund. I told her I will call her back so I can think it through. So I have made my decision and want my full refund and guess what?!!! They were not helpful with my issues AT ALL and now they are not answering my calls. It’s seems like they have already tagged my number. If I don’t get my refund I am going to sue this company!!!! You messed with my flight and it is your fault why I am asking for my refund.

    Be WARNED with the clause on the Ticket Protection add-on as this is deceiving. "Changed your plans? We can exchange your tickets for FREE" as they claim (Please see attached pictures). There is a standard fixed fee of $300 Cdn from Philippine Airlines and $75 Fare Difference and they will do everything to gouge buyers even if you have purchased ticket protection.

    Rebooking process sucks! The communication flow is set up to drag your rescheduling concerns so you can pay extra leaving you hostage with no choice. We purchased the ticket protection due to the volatile situation in the Philippines with the threat of Taal volcano eruption. You have to go through the disappointing communication flow to try to save pennies on the "Fare Difference" even if it is your first time to reschedule your flight (and by the way is supposed to be covered by the extra ticket protection plan you pay) AND the prices out there online are cheaper. 

    We have specifically mentioned our dates are open just to save but it does not make sense to deal with so many people and you are just being promised that they will email you the rate based on your desired date. You have to talk to at least 10 different people! From Kirby, Roderick, Shane, Cordilla, Timothy, Kimber, Roxane, Jimber, Mahogany, etc! BEWARE. IT IS A FULL TIME JOB TO RESCHEDULE! WORST ARE THE FEES!

    Why would Shane pass me to Roxane when she can actually handle my case? Why would they say that the "Fare Difference" is subject to airline availability when in fact there are a lot of seats available for this same airline. My frustration is the way I was being promised to get an email quote and 2 weeks later still got nothing! Worst customer service ever!!! We have purchased the ticket with the protection plan but due to the eruption the event we are attending got postponed. The day after we proactively started rescheduling as our dates are flexible but we are given a runaround of our calls just to be charged extra! This is our first with ASAP and definitely the last!

    ASAP was extremely helpful in getting us reasonably priced tickets to Portugal. The agent Alan was very polite and addressed all our questions even after the tickets were issued. He stressed the fact that the tickets are non-refundable non-transferable non-changeable with the exception of major illness. We told him we understand and he recommended buying travel insurance to cover the cost of the tickets. We plan to do that when we get closer to departure date.

    I have used ASAP Tickets now for the second time. The prices are very fair, and the customer service is outstanding. Last year we needed a flight to Europe within a week, and those flights are normally very expensive. Not with ASAP Tickets. The tickets were not more than for any other time frame. We travel to Europe every year, and trying to find short connections and stops not too far out of the way sometimes becomes a chore. We like short connections and if possible, only 1 stopover.

    With the travel agent from ASAP Tickets it is a breeze. They look up all possibilities and return with what we asked for. They are very courteous, professional, quick, and helpful.     I originally submitted a request via their website and immediately received a phone call from Art. He was friendly, professional and not at all pushy. We had a quick discussion about what I was looking for and within a short time I received emails from Art with flight options. A couple days later our travel plans changed and I let Art know. He quickly returned new flight options for our new itinerary and we had everything completed efficiently and with great fares.

    At the end, when I received the invoice for the airfare and paid it, I got a pop up that asked if I wanted to tip Art. I did want to because he saved me so much time and effort. But I could have said "no." I prefer this to having to pay for travel services. Then I received a pop up that asked if I wanted help planning the activities in the cities we were going to. It was $29 (or something like that). I opted in and within a few minutes received an email with top things to do in our destination cities. Well worth $29. I'm still working with this person to find hotels and actually buy tickets to the attractions. I will admit, I was a bit hesitant to begin with because I'd never heard of ASAP. Now I'm VERY HAPPY with ASAP.

    I have used ASAP for a number of years and loved them. I had tried others and had even bought the tickets to get a notice that my card didn't go through and I would then have to pay more money. When I called the card company I was told the company had not even tried to process it. With ASAP, they have always told me how long the price was good for. I have worked with a number of different representatives and have always had good experience with all of them and even with the concierge services. They have always tried to work with me on every situation. When I would call in, they would try to get the representative I had spoken with first, but if they weren't available would offer me the option of leaving a voice mail or letting them help me with the needed information.

    The trips I take are usually for missions so price is very important. This time I was needing a little extra service, and they worked with me and were able to get the issue taken care of. Because I do deal a lot with people traveling to minister, I share their information with all my friends that are going on missions trips to help them keep the costs down on their travels.

    Also this time because the money was with a third party, they worked with me on that and went way above board to help the third party feel comfortable with giving the card information. The connection was bad so she didn't feel real comfortable giving the information. They said they would send me information on how we could do it an alternate way and she was able to do it and we were able to get the ticket purchased.

    I have worked with ASAP multiple times without any issues. This week I had a major challenge. I was quoted a price for a flight. I then received an email quote and finished everything online while on the phone with my agent. Everything seemed fine until I got a call back a hour or two later that asap could not honor the price. Meanwhile I had lost out on an online deal with a different company. It is truly concerning to me that ASAP would follow practices like this. I also requested a call from a supervisor, which never happened.

    Updated on 12/25/2019: Azenith Put me on mute when she refused to help me and I could hear the beebs from the recorded line for 20 minutes. She then placed me on hold for another 20 minutes. When I called on another phone to a colleague, he said he will see why she has me on hold and they let the two lines hold for another 10 minutes and both hung up on me at the same time.

    Harmony, claiming to be a lead said it was a malfunction of all phone lines going out at the same time. I asked if that was the case why did neither of the reps call me back and she was not prepared with any other lies so she was silent. Harmony assured me she will assist and after 20 or so emails, I come to realize they are all friends and they are having a good time by frustrating me and refusing to submit documents to airline. They can only help with penalty waiver if I myself died. She said there is no manager above her and when I complained online, I was given a generic email to which she again responded. I am filing a formal complaint about this very dirty company and its staff.

    Original Review: Awful! They hang up on me repeatedly for asking to change my travel date due to death. Asked for document then refused to submit to airline. Rip off! Escalated this only to be lied to and be told that phone lines malfunctioned repeatedly and disconnected me. They are keeping 1,200 in penalties.

    I started looking for good airline ticket prices on the internet and found Asap Tickets. I was being helped by "Pierre" and found a great price on a one way ticket to Thailand. I told him I would look the information over, I wanted to make sure the travel time and seat arrangement was what I wanted. The next day I called asap tickets and tried to get ahold of Pierre but he was unavailable. I spoke to Eterna, and he was really helpful on completing my ticket arrangements. He did say starting out that the ticket price was a little more than the price I was quoted yesterday, and I said there was a timer on the website giving me about 8 hours left on the price I was quoted yesterday, and if I could not get that price, I had plenty of time to shop around given this was December, and I wasn't leaving till March. He asked me to wait and he would call Air China and see if I could get the price I was quoted the day before.

    A few minutes later I was given the price I was quoted the day before. He wanted to know how I was going to pay for the ticket and I advised him I wanted to get my seat arrangements before booking. The reason I do this is the flight from Los Angeles to Peking China is about 11 hours. I wanted to upgrade my seat and if unable to do, I would look for another flight. He advised me he would be able to get me my seat arrangements for the flight from Las Vegas to LA and Peking China to Thailand, but not the long 11 hour flight I wanted from LA to Peking. He stated it looked like I would only be able to get an aisle seat. I advised him this was a deal breaker and declined the ticket. He then told me we could call Air China after the tickets were purchased and upgrade the seat.

    After the ticket was bought, he contacted Air China and I was able to upgrade the seat. Ticket price was good, better than all other travel sites, however the next day I received a call from Pierre and he was not happy that I booked with Eterna. I advised him I tried to get ahold of him and he was "unavailable". I didn't appreciate the call, but didn't blast him, just wasn't in the mood. I will use asap again, and use Eterna, as I'm pretty sure I get to use whomever I want when I'm buying airline tickets.

She was extremely useful find me flights when I could not get tickets personally from other websites that always that's a very good price. In fact I'm traveling a game this Friday to Poland.     Horrible company! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. My husband and I booked through this company for airline tickets and they mixed up our last and middle name on the tickets. We paid $1500 for these tickets and are now being told that our names cannot be fixed and we are required purchase new tickets as a result. It was not our mistake. When the travel agent, Mayer, emailed us to confirm the spelling he didn’t mention anything about the order of the names, and how he placed our First, middle and last. Now we are told the airlines will not let us on the airplane due to the mix up and we cannot get a refund. Also, we bought additional insurance through this company for $120 being told we can cancel or change for any reason and now we are losing that money too! For insurance we aren’t going to be able to use. This is stealing people’s money.

    When we spoke directly to the airlines, we ended up being in contact with the representative who spoke directly to the agent we dealt with and he said we are unable to fix our names and that we must purchase new tickets. This is extremely unfair and unethical. The representative we spoke to at Royal Jordanian said that if we booked through them direct, that he would be able to fix the names, but because we booked through a 3rd party he cannot help us. There’s no reason this company or the airlines cannot fix our names on the tickets. This is extremely unfair and unethical.

    I purchased a ticket from them because the travel agent was a friend of my friend. He was helpful on the phone. He showed me how he was saving me money and then he also suggested that I buy travel insurance so that if I couldn't make the trip I would be allowed to return it and get my money back. I called him and the phone only goes to voicemail.

    When I called the customer service depot and asked for a supervisor to explain my situation I was told that they are not allowed to transfer us to a supervisor. WHAT? They finally transferred me to someone who was supposed to be a supervisor at another number but instead it was just another agent who sells tickets. I was transferred again to customer service. Then to someone else in customer service then back to the original person who still could not get me to a supervisor!!! I was repeatedly told that they cannot contact a supervisor. They aren't allowed to. And he then went so far as to tell me he would love to transfer me since he didn't wanna deal with me any longer.

    Delta Airlines mentioned to us that we can get a refund due to a scheduling change. Delta went so far as to say that this is a horrible company to deal with and to choose anyone else to deal with because of behavior like this. Bottom line? You misrepresented yourself with the insurance and now you won't refund or even exchange and if you do you have said you will charge US even more money. How do we get to a response from someone who has some power to help? DO they even have supervisors??

    A friend of mine recommended ASAP Tickets. In the emailed quote for my round-trip flight itinerary, was my "personal travel expert" whose name was Reed. He provided helpful information on the itinerary from my city to my destination and back such as 'customized specially for [my] needs.' Included in his email was his direct line. So if I had questions, I could dial him direct without any menus or extensions to dial.

    The price for my ticket was literally OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! It was an unbelievable $760.70 cheaper than the cheapest flight I tried at all other "cheap" ticket agents. Reed was concerned that I could use a hotel or rent a vehicle, so he gave me an "800" number I could call for their Concierge service or they would contact me by phone or by email.

    Reed sent my trip details to their Concierge service and so I got an email from Ogden, my "personal Concierge Agent" who would help me with vehicle rentals and hotels if I needed them, including information in the email such as "Please check all the best available deals below, as well find attached pdf files with the following rules and restrictions for each: Optional charges are not included in price (insurance/special equipment etc.)."

    Their "economy" vehicle rentals were a little more expensive than the offers my credit card benefits package was offering. I asked Ogden if he could price match the credit card company's deals, I would purchase the vehicle rental through them. I guess he could not price match, because I never heard back from him. As a side note, be sure to check your credit card benefits for their travel deals offering; they may give you greater discounts than your ticket or concierge agent can. They do not have a phone app but they will email you your documents in a pdf format so you can print them out as needed. Overall, I was highly satisfied with this level of customer care with ASAP Tickets. I would recommend them over and above all of the currently existing "economy" ticket agents I have researched and purchased from over the years!

    A world traveler, I thought I'd give this a shot. I applied for the $778 fare to Africa from Ca. I'd use them for my trip to Kenya. I was given the run around about if I bought 4 tickets they could give me this fare. I bought 3 tickets at $778 and then asked to get a hotel for one night in the same hotel that my tour was using. After him saying he hadn't dealt with the hotel part and over 1 hour on the phone he gave me a price of $999 each. Then I had a 3 way conversation with supposedly my bank and you. I felt they asked questions I didn't like, so I refused to okay the purchase and hung up on them. I then did the math, they were charging me over $600 for 1 room for 1 night for 3 people. I was so glad that I refused to allow the purchase.

    When I viewed my credit card statement the purchase was PENDING. I called my bank, and was told it had to Post before I could protest the purchase. After many e-mails to the seller they informed me that I okayed all the purchase paper work and that they could not cancel the hotel. I never received a separate invoice for the flight or hotel. I called the hotel and there was NO reservation at that time (3 days later) for me. I am now in the process of sending all the correspondence etc. to my bank. What a mess.... Never again unless asap can resolve this.

    Vance at ASAP Travel was able to find me a great airfare to and from different cities in Germany arriving within the time constraints specified. He was patient, answering my questions, listening to my concerns (no long stops, leaving and arriving on a specific date and time frame, 1 stop, good pricing, seat assignment, reasonable cost for check in luggage, free carry on, meal questions etc.) and was prompt in getting back to me after researching my requests. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.

    I called ASAP hoping to find a ticket with a reasonable price. I was very busy with work so I couldn’t keep up with the price fluctuations. I got hooked up with one of the Agency representatives named “Wiser”, he was extremely nice passionate and patient with what he does. I was extremely satisfied. He kept on calling day after day informing me of the price fluctuations and emailing me itineraries of cheap ticket fairs with the greatest deals. Until I had booked my ticket and still after that he was calling to make sure I was satisfied. He was very polite and nice, I really appreciate the service, and I hope all get the same service!!     I was a little nervous about using a ticketing agency after hearing dire reports here and there. I had used one other service like this but did not feel completely comfortable that I wasn't being scammed. (As it turned out I wasn't.) But after looking at the site I decided to ask for a quote. From the first conversation to the last I was very pleased. I have traveled a lot and can identify information that is not useful or accurate and I abhor bad customer service. The ASAP representative listened carefully to my somewhat confusing request for international ticketing. After repeating back to me what I wanted I suggested he call back after researching the request.

    He called back as planned and emailed with several options. He met my requirements without pushing upgrades and I was able to ticket feeling very confident it was a good choice. Most importantly he was knowledgeable, capable, patient and professional. He explained why some options were not possible at a late date or on particular days or airlines. I booked a discounted fare so I don't expect luxury or comfort on this trip but the price and the schedule I required make the trip possible. I definitely recommend this service but I cannot speak for the other agents and their customer service. I do hope management will understand how important are patience and listening carefully.

    They are terrible if anything go wrong they are not going to pay back your money. I had an emergency and was trying to flight home, I show up at the airport and come to find out the flight was overbook and have to wait to be rescheduled. I couldn't afford wait and end up book with another carrier. They wouldn't refund my ticket as of today they deny the responsibility and blame on the airline company. Be careful, they are not trustworthy.

    I was skeptical at first having a travel sales consultant call me back, as I figured it would just be another salesperson gathering my information and keeping me on hold for hours. I was pleasantly surprised I dealt with the same person each time, she actually called me within seconds of the detailed flights I was looking for. Within 20 minutes I had three different flight options that were significantly less expensive than any other site. I purchased the ticket and my travel agent walked me through each step, and asked if there was anything else I needed. Excellent service and very quick!

    Every one remembers local travel agencies when you knew the owner or the top agent and you had no need to go but just call and you were always sure that from them you were going to get the best price around. This is how I feel with ITN, especially with Rio from ASAP Tickets. I have tried all sources, Apps, Internet searches and always, from these guys I have gotten a better price. They will not give up, until I am happily satisfied. Now days, it is hard and confusing searching for flight tickets, but I have found "my local guy", and I have my mind always at ease because I can't find a better price myself elsewhere. Once again, thank you guys and I am glad I found you.

    A number of years ago I needed airfare to Europe and was tired of searching. I saw an ad, called, said what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Within 1/2hr they came up with RT tickets at a better price, and better routing than I could find. I was thrilled. I have used the same agent ever since and he has done my tickets to Italy, Turkey and several to Morocco ever since. They have always treated me well and I have given their info to a number of friends who were also very happy!!!

    I have a one of a kind, top and outstanding experience with ASAP Tickets. I have spoken to some of them in the beginning of my flight search for my daughter and I and 4 more travellers. Everyone of them were polite, very diligent and have treated me well. When my search became more serious and crucial, as the target departure was nearly approaching considering the complexity of our group's different return dates, Marcus - one of them, had patiently rendered all his time, resources and conscientiousness for 4 consecutive full days looking for a satisfying, comfortable and cheaper flights.     Hampton took my call and presented herself to cover for my previous agent who was so tied up at the time. I asked her to look at & get the available flight quoted by other agency, which she did, asked her to look at any possible discount which she did and we ended up having the best deal for the very busy season. She also presented to me the available ticket protection, explained and answered our questions patiently to our full understanding of the merit of the policy. Told her I'm happy with the way she dealt with us and I offered to recommend ASAP but most especially ask for her when needed.

    Experience # 2 for each time 3-4 Tickets. Aug. 2018 - I booked varying itineraries for the summer of 2018. Whilst happy with my hotel and all, I came to realize upon my departure that "my" return date was wrong (I flew one week later than requested). Whilst this could have cost me a job, I took it with philosophy and made no big deal out of it. Sep. 2019 - I attempted to book flights to spend x-mas with my family in Germany. Varying itineraries. Upon my initial request, I was BOMBARDED with solicitations from different agents (no clue where they are individually located (time zone). Yesterday, Sep.11th, 2019 I defined 2 tickets and paid for them. Payment for MY ticket went through, ticket was issued.

    Now my son's ticket would not process - his age became a problem as per ASAP company rule. Asked to speak to the airline, I contacted United. They confirmed they had no problem with my 17-year old returning home alone, as long as all papers were in order. Before ticket was issued and upon seeking the reservations, I had specified that I am flying with me son's (varying itineraries), now my son's "17 years of age" was a last minute and non-verbalized problem for ASAP and his flight ticket was simply not issued. Whilst trying to resolve this constructively with agent Shelly/ASAP, she never called back, was busy in meetings and such. She CANCELLED my flights, I am now pending reimbursement and may attempt to re-book in 5-10 business days for x-mas. Are you kidding me. You just altered my reality and cannot even talk to me.

    We travel to Philippines almost every year as we are retired and have family there. We love to celebrate Christmas or a birthday. Anyway I searched the flights and narrowed down to the best I could find, but before I booked the flight, my wife said, "You should check ASAP tickets." So I did and told the agent "Roddick" my needs and asked him to search and return my call. About 20 minutes later, he called and also had e-mailed results to me. He had the same flight that I had chosen except he had a better price. I booked with him and got the best flight for a better price.     Four years ago, I was at the airport ready to get on a plane to Rome and I realized my passport was out of date. I had worked with a Cheaptickets.com and could not exchange my tickets. The next day, I managed to get to the passport agency to secure a new passport, but I was having trouble working with Cheaptickets.com. I found ASAP Tickets online. I was assigned to Prius, a very capable agent and he lined up a flight that afternoon that got us into Rome. I ended up only losing 1/2 a day in Rome.

    I have traveled each year since and contacted Prius for my travel arrangements. In 2020, I am traveling with my family to Northern Italy. Prius was able to let me know when tickets became available and I was able to arrange airfare for my whole family at a reasonable price. His service was excellent and his communications skills were quick and precise. I have really enjoyed being able to count on his skill as an agent.

    My flight was cancelled due to an airline strike. I had to buy a new ticket. ITN corp was to refund me two tickets for the strike. I have been waiting now for 2 full mouths FOR ANY COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND. That is very poor customer service. I traveled with a group of 8 other people, all of the other travelers have received their refunds. A very frustrating situation and very poor communication. You may get cheap tickets but know full well you could get burned if there are any issues.

    I learned about their existence looking for a good travel agency via the internet. I was searching for specific tickets on specific dates.     I just want to express total satisfaction with ASAP Tickets!! I am a frequent flyer and enjoy traveling. So, I am always on the hunt for air fare deals. Well I will say that when I came across ASAP Tickets I was astounded of the super deals that I was offered. I always speak to a gentleman by the name of Roddick and only been dealing with him because he is so very courteous and is always extremely professional. He always shows concern and is always eager to help. I am very satisfied with this company because they always have the better deals with no surprises.     I missed my flight because I forgot my passport. I understand that my tickets were non-refundable and I purchased tickets from them for next day departure. I soon received an e-mail from Philippines airlines and then Delta that my return tickets had been canceled because I was a no-show. I called the airline to tell them I intended to use my return tickets and was told to take it up with ITN which I did and they answered they would review my case. After waiting all day they responded that the airlines were correct and I had to buy return tickets through another airline to be allowed to board for manila. The airlines wouldn't have lost anything by letting me keep my return booking. If this is standard procedure then they should inform buyers before selling bookings of such nature.

    The sales agent, based on my internet search called within seconds and offered several deals based on my request. He held on to the the tickets I considered purchasing for 24 hours and helped me combine flights on the return way for a different passenger.     I spent many hours trying to find an acceptable flight from US to Greece. I told them my parameters as far as time range, dates and price range. Monty found me a better deal than I could find. It wasn't perfect but it was as good as it was going to get. I was hesitant after reading some other reviews but found it worked well for me. What he found and quoted was what I was charged. The only downside that I experienced that multiple salespeople called after I had already spoken with the person I was dealing with. The good news was that it only lasted for several hours, then they went away. In the end I was able to get the best deal possible for me at that time and that what Monty quoted was exactly what I received. No hidden costs.

    I have been using ASAP tickets for purchasing International tickets since last 5 years. They are prompt to reply and ready to serve immediately. Kardel, the agent I call upon. responds within 24 hours books my tickets as requested & email me itinerary for review & approval. If I want variations in my itinerary he changes accordingly while on phone with me. He looks out for my interest while being loyal to his company but never oversells. I have my final say without pressure to buy. I highly recommend asap tickets. Excellent work! Keep it up.

    Deangelo is a great rep. Very accommodating and very patient with my kids changing minds and dates, here and there. They advertise very low fares on TV but I am yet to see that. It's just like Expedia, the cheapest flights are the longer layovers. The only good thing is that you have someone checking for you if you do not have the time to do it. I'm surprised that insurance is an automatic thing when you get the ticket. When you decide to cancel, you still pay $250, so I don't know why the insurance doesn't cover that.

    Another thing that surprise me was the ITN charge. I don't mind the tip for the rep, they work hard and they deserve it but the ITN charge is greater than 10%. I bought three trips for the rest of the year, it's because I enjoy dealing with Deangelo and Burgundy, my first rep. If you sum it up, it's much cheaper with Expedia after searching on your own. You pay more than what they say to be the cheapest flights. After all their charges, you just rather check with Expedia and just pay what the straight fare should be. Deangelo and Burgundy definitely 5 stars or even 6, if there is ******.

    I do not advise you buy the travel insurance. They have technical guidelines that will ensure they won't pay your claims. Unless you read all those fine lines and not forget them. They are things you won't have time to be able to do in the situation that you do actually need the insurance. And seeing they do business this way, I won't buy tickets from them in the future either!

    I purchased tickets for a family trip to Spain. I spent many hours researching to find the best price. An ad for ASAP tickets kept coming up, but I was skeptical because the only way to get prices was to call. I finally decided to make the call and am very glad I did. I saved over $1,000 on 4 tickets to Spain. The service was excellent and there were no extra fees. The price quoted to me was all-inclusive, seat assignments, checked bags and carry on bags all covered in the price quote. The agent I dealt with, Benedict, was very professional and friendly.     The ticket agent was very nice and articulate. When she mentioned the option of Ticket Protection, she made me believe that I could get a full refund of my ticket price if anything happened that I could not make the flight. The price was reasonable, so I added the protection. A few days later, I received a call from the agent, and was informed that the ITN Protection would issue a full refund ONLY if I was hospitalized, and had a note from the hospital. If I was only sick, I would receive only HALF the ticket price IF I had a note from my physician. So if I had a bad cold, and don't want to spread the cold to everyone on the plane, I would have to spend more money for a physician office visit, just to get HALF of the ticket price back.

    The only things that did not change from the original description of the protection is that there would be no change fee if I had to change the itinerary, and luggage protection if my luggage did not arrive within 5 days of my arrival. I may have purchased the protection regardless, but the restrictions of hospitalization and physician notices should have been clearly explained BEFORE the purchase was made, not several days later.

    My daughter and I already had our tickets to S. Africa when we decided to go on a Safari, yet continue with our pre-previous agenda. This meant tightly coordinating our flight schedule. We had Albert help us with our tight schedule. He was able to obtain extremely affordable flights from our point of origin in Johannesburg and routing us to an airport near our Safari destination, then on to Cape Town, and back to Johannesburg. No backtracking. No layovers, but a continuous circle. I had two dates at the end I had not consulted with my daughter about and Albert was able to rearrange that last leg of our flight for us.     Thus far, my experience with ITN has been very positive. I'd done some research before calling ITN, so I had a sense of what prices were for my travel. Nolan, my agent, listened well to my needs, searched and found a very good price. In the end, I decided to purchase the Travel Plan, as well. I would recommend this service, but until I've been on my trip, I won't be able to recommend 100%. There are always so many variables with travel and issues that come up.     I purchased a ticket through ASAP tickets. They convinced me to pay an extra 81.40 to trip insurance. They promised that I could get a refund if I had to cancel for any reason. Well I had to cancel for work related purposes. I contacted ITN and of course the run around began. They put me on hold while they called the airline just to come back to the phone to tell me the airline ticket is non-refundable; therefore they informed me they could not provide a refund.

    Furthermore, I was informed that I would have to have either been sick or hospitalized to get a refund-something else they didn't inform me of before I bought the ticket. If you notify them in less than 24 hours then you can't get a refund. Well what if you get sick 8 hours before you flight? I guess you'd be short. Basically it's all a scam to get your money but not provide the service. Lessons learned: Before getting your ticket protected, make sure (whatever company you go with) that you can get your ticket refunded for any reason. Whatever you do. Don't you ITN.

    Worked w Kingsley who was on a mission to find us great fares to Europe which he did. In prime time August, he was able to obtain us a $700 fare fr NY to Venice returning Rome to NY. Going out flight had 2 hr stopover & return was non stop. He also was able to get this to include 1 free check bag per passenger ($120 value). He was persistent, always polite & delivered.     I can just about guarantee you're not getting the best deal unless you book with ITN. I started using ITN three years ago and I will not ever change that. They are very good at accommodating special request and giving you options to choose from. Bradford has been working with me for all my travel needs since I started using ITN and I could not be happier. He is quick to respond and there when I need help.     For the record, this was the second time I’d been persistently bothered by ASAP tickets rep, the first time they called back was a little bit too late since I’d bought my travel tickets through Expedia. This time, I guess, they were not busy as a rep called by right away, agent's name was Izumi and asked me diligently on my traveling search. She tried to matched my searched from PAL website but I asked her if they could beat the website price. She had me on hold for a good half hour and came with a quote of $50 less.

    Well, I’m really sold on that but told her that I’d searched for much lower about $50 and see if they could beat it... She put me again for another half hour hold (got bored with their music kept repeating) then she came back with a $50 lower than their quoted price.. I’d felt that the price was right so I told her “sold”!!! I bought the ticket for much lower than PAL website price. I was a happy puppy telling the good news to my wife. For those people who were/are reluctant to use their service, don't take it from me, just give them a chance to prove their reliability and willingness to help your travel needs. They are highly recommended with flying honors. A service beyond 5 stars rating!!!

    I called ASAP blind for help after trying to find reasonable airfare to Ireland. I haven’t traveled internationally in 17 years and a lot has changed!     I have never traveled out of the US and found many of the fight search websites very confusing and every alert I received, the prices would go up, never down. Talking to a live person helped a lot, including many questions I had about luggage fees, how many stops, meals during fights, etc. Kash was very helpful and it was easy to confirm everything and pay through a secure site.     I had been doing my own searches online and began to get frustrated... Prices were changing constantly and at that point I knew I needed to talk to an agent that I could trust. I stumbled on ASAP, at first I was reluctant to call the 1-800 # but I decided to try since I was already frustrated anyway. The agent (Dex) promised to call me back after I explained my needs. I didn’t expect a call back since a previous encounter with another agency was very disappointing, but he did call back each time he needed to. He was able to solve some issues I had promptly and efficiently. I didn’t get the price that I wanted but I was happy with my purchase because previous to that, cheaper tickets became a nightmare with constantly changing flights and no one to assist.     I have been an ASAP CUSTOMER since 2008-2009. Ever since I bought tickets from them. Unless I don’t like fare enough I make my own research. But so far I don’t have anything to complain. Representatives that I encountered from the past helped me a lot. From my request and all. The only thing I don’t like was Protection Plan. They should include in the Plan when the luggage was broken by an airline in charged of baggage.

    I recently had a bad experienced from Philippine Airlines. My two luggage was broken but unfortunately I cannot claim that in my Protection that I bought because it wasn’t included. And PAL just giving me a hard time. So I just let it go. I have also experienced from another third party Travel Network which I also use to buy ticket. Bought a Protection Plan from them and when my luggage was broken by China Airline employee, they compensate me from that. Hope ASAP will look at this in the future and make some changes in their Protection Plan. Thank you! So far I can give them more than 5 star.

    We had a great experience with booking tickets for three people on specific dates to Venice, Italy. Our group was traveling out from two different US cities. Tracey did a great job giving us various options and we ended booking flights so they'd be together on flights departing the US with no plane change for those farthest away! Getting home is simple...but arrival in a different country - especially a city that's only transport is in water - is a bit tricky. And, the price was still better than any other deal we could find. It was a great relief to see the use of major US airlines with prices including one free carry on and check in. We'll use this company again in the future!

    I was looking for a Lax-Budapest flight ticket, in July and only 3-4 weeks in advance. The agent who called me, Dean, after my inquiry, was extremely professional. He listened very careful to all my needs. He asked me all the details he needed to find the best option for me. Dean called me back in 30-40 minutes with 4 options.     I have been using ASAP tickets for years and although I don't always buy tickets from them, it is always worth giving them a try. They have very personalized business model. They would never put you on hold and they accommodate any possible scheduling/reservation request. If they need time to search up a ticket, they do it before they give you a callback. They have preferred contracts with airlines. They won't recommend you high-risk airlines but if you insist, they will let you choose it. Their pricing is favorable. Having said that, it is possible to find better price, sometimes.

    I used ASAP tickets to buy my ticket to Sri Lanka from the US. My travel agent was very helpful and he got me the best price. I shopped online to find a cheerer ticket and was unable to get a good price. Most of the online sites get you at the end of the process. Either they will tell you the price went up at that minute before your about to pay or else they will charge you for each seat in all connections. ASAP tickets did not charge me extra for seats, that is a big saving because I am taking four flights on my trip. Very happy with the services.

    I have purchased about 6 tickets last year and it was not bad experience, but this year I was absolutely disappointed with the service. I booked ticket for my mother from India to Toronto. My travel agent was ZURICH, I called her around 10 times to make sure everything should be fine as my mother is travelling alone. She (ZURICH) did not mention even single time that ticket price was in USA Dollars. I booked around 1 month before her travel. How much I been charged I could get direct and on the spot flight (no need to book before 1 month). Moreover I asked many time about luggage, but my mother charged at airport because she did not mention anything what I asked her to do. When I asked her about it she been very rude to me. Even I called many time customer care to get recording so I could file a case against her but I did not get anything.

    Finding inexpensive airfare and booking it in a timely manner used to be like "looking for a needle in a haystack." But not with ASAP Tickets having agents like Daphne ** and Kirby ** who assisted me in my quest. Daphne took my call, answered all my questions in a professional way, found my best itinerary with one stopover and at an airfare that suits my budget. She also explained well the new international travel rules.     I have been using ASAP in the past a couple of times, and had a great experience with them. This time around back in March I bought my tickets from Chicago O’hare to Copenhagen. I asked my agent Mercury over and over to make sure I get seats and luggage included in my fare. She assured me they’re bundled into my package. So when I got my itinerary from them and went on SAS site, I realized I don’t have seats nor I can have check in luggage. So I called her back then in March and she said "wait till you get closer to your flight. This how SAS airlines works". I didn’t believe her, because my wife and I go to Europe twice a year and never seen anything like this. So I waited till this Friday 5 days before my flights. I noticed I had only one seat choice and one check in luggage for the outbound flight, but no seat or allowance for the luggage for return flight. And if I had to choose a seat and add a luggage I had to pay separate fees.

    So I call ASAP and complained to them. My agent called me back and insisted that the seat and luggage is included for both flights, so I called SAS customer service and they said, "only outbound is assigned seat and luggage, the return flight is just a basic rate" and I have to pay for the seat and the luggage. So I called back the agent and told her the mistake she made. She said "fine, pay for them and we will reimburse you". So I did, and sent her the receipts.     I was sold tickets to the Phillippines. My agent didn't tell me my layover in Tokyo was to change flights and airport completely meaning I would have to carry all my luggage back through customs at the other airport. Keep in mind I am handicapped and have a child traveling with me. They wanted to charge me almost an extra $800 on top of my flights just to accommodate a flight change that wouldn't require changing airport. When trying to call them, they just keep passing you on to the next person if you're lucky enough to get a hold of someone. After a full day of calling, I finally got Laurie. They were following "policy". When asked for a copy of said policy, she then said there was no policy. When asked for a supervisor, Laurie said there aren't any. This company is just getting your money and running off with it. Shady, dishonest, predatory and unreliable are words I'd use to describe ASAP. Never again.

    As I told Gina who answered my call "I missed the boat 6 weeks ago" meaning I had found a great deal to go from Tampa to Paris but when I checked again yesterday the price had soared.     Channing, my travel expert at the time, worked on several options within my price ceiling, and found one that was almost half the price! Unbelievable - but you better believe it! Although I paid for preferred seating which was a bit extra, I didn't have to, but with a low price, I could easily afford to. My flight was from Fort Lauderdale to Pointe-Noire, Congo for the low price of $883.10. The insurance was only $79.00, but that was also optional. Total price with insurance and preferred seating was about: $1,050.00 total! Only two layovers of a few hours, but I prefer that in case the plane is late you don't have to rush. This is definitely a user-friendly service organization.

    I started off by clicking several different sites and Asap.com was the first to respond. Aleko wrote he was there to get me what I wanted, and indeed he did. I enjoyed being able to interact with an actual human being (as opposed to one who sounded like a robot). Aleko offered several different possibilities, quickly revising itinerary or stops when asked. He was knowledgeable about which airlines are best for Premium Economy. When a friend decided to join me, Aleko found her a ticket with the same itinerary - without hours, I might add - and offered a centrally-located hotel for 3 days at a good price.     Horrific. I booked a flight with them, I assure you this was not an easy or pleasant process; however, at the price they offered me, I was willing to deal with it. Later, I found out the airline rejected the price they sold the flight to me. Basically, ASAP tickets/International Travel Network sold me a ticket at one price and will not honor their offer. I am absolutely disgusted. Flights are now substantially higher. I am waiting to hear back from an agent. I am hoping they will fix the problem; however, I do not feel confident about this. I will keep you updated!

    I gave this ASAP a try because I read good reviews from other customers, I bought 3 tickets roundtrip to the Philippines. My agent named Dimitri was the one who helped me find a reasonable airfare, at first he was persistent, helpful, answering my calls and emails right away. But when I purchased our tickets, got ticketed electronically, and got his tips, I can no longer reach him over the phone and not answering my emails. I left a message on his email, I was requesting for a seat assignments for our upcoming travel, unfortunately never got a response from him, very unprofessional!!! I would never use this company or recommend this to my friends and family.

    I was really in a pinch as my travel plans had fallen through at the last minute and I had to cancel an international flight and rebook quickly. ASAP had a great price, and even matched a competitors price. They were able to quickly get me through the entire process. The only weird part was the hassle of making a credit card payment. I had to verify my card on a three-way conference call and because I guessed wrong on what my balance was on my previous month's statement I had to wait several hours for a supervisor to approve my payment and issue my e-ticket. Still, overall I'm highly satisfied.

    We purchased 2 tickets for my wife and I from ASAPTickets to travel to Singapore this coming September. My travel agent Ludo had been very helpful from start to finish. The problem started when I realized we got my wife's middle name wrong, probably just a minor spelling error. I contacted Ludo again and he said he'd try to ask Singapore Airlines for a change without incurring any charges.

    A few days later, out of the blue, I received an email from another ASAP person by the name of Galahad who said we would have to cancel my wife's ticket and buy new one then apply for a waiver for a refund of her original ticket. I asked him whether it's their policy or Singapore Airlines' and he responded by saying it's Singapore Airlines'. What they didn't know was that I already in contact with Singapore Airlines and I was told to have ASAP as my travel agency to update my wife's name without any charges.

    So, basically, Galahad of ASAP had lied to me to try to get me to pay more money. Consequently, when I forwarded the email from Singapore Airlines to Galahad, he knew I caught his lie so he stopped responding. At the same time, I checked back with Ludo for any updates and suddenly, his tone changed and he repeated the same thing as Galahad. Basically, he stated that no changes allowed and just consider my wife's ticket is lost. I am waiting to see what ITN has to say about this. I already notified Singapore Airlines about ASAP/ITN agents lied to your customers. I am more than willing to update this review to reflect any positive outcome stemming from ITN responses.

    My comments pertain only to the handling of my insurance claim. The experience with scheduling my travel was fine. I purchased tickets for my daughter and myself to travel from Portland to Sacramento, then LA. I was hospitalized in Sacramento and we could not complete our trip. I filed a claim, with supporting medical records, in late February. After no further word and no payment, I followed up in late April, only to learn that your company had mislaid the medical records and I needed to resubmit them. I did that immediately and was finally told that my claim had been approved for 100% reimbursement and that the tax on my daughter's ticket would also be reimbursed, which would bring the total to $353.41.

    After several more status inquiries, I received an EFT payment of $212.61. I asked for an explanation and was told "Additional $86.70 will show up in your account in the next 1 week". This still doesn't get to the correct total. It is like pulling teeth to get information, let alone get reimbursed. I'm convinced the company wants to keep the money they owe me as long as possible, in the hope I will simply give up. This is beyond incompetent and is downright unethical.

    From the initial contact to the end I received courteous, thorough, professional attention. Vanessa asked all the pertinent questions to be sure she was looking for the best flights for us (time frame, connections, time preference, preferred airlines etc.). Unfortunately after doing a lot of research our traveling partners had a family tragedy and we had to postpone our search. I told Vanessa I’d call back in a few months or so. I called her back and she still had my file, she asked if any preferences had changed then she proceeded to look for our flights. Within days we we had bought our airline tickets and were very happy with our plans. After receiving our e tickets I went to United's website and there was our reservation.     I always go to a certain travel business for my plane tickets. I've been going to them for many years, and always seem to get the best, and cheapest fares. Now tho, I have found ASAP travel agency. They are better fares and flight times. Also, I get a personal travel consultant, that does all the work for me. I also have gotten their trip protection, which has more benefits than those of other travel sites. In addition, my travel takes me to Ukraine and Russia. I was fortunate to have gotten a Russian speaking ticket agent. He understands better my situation, and was patient in providing ideas, and recommendations. These are the reason that I highly recommend ASAP travel agency.

    I finally found a place to complain. I bought my tickets from ASAP last year in April. It was British Airways Premium economy tickets for myself and my two children. Due to certain family circumstances I asked for my tickets to be changeable and I was offered their insurance program which I bought and after my travels I had to change the returning dates. I was told there was no availability which could happen since it is a high season. So I bought 3 new tickets and told myself I will use those tickets again to go back home in Christmas and then I was given a very high exchange fee so I emailed the customer service back saying I will change them end of July and he said, "Sure. Waiting for your date." (I still have the email). And when I tried to call in December to change the dates I was told, "Oh no you can't because they are only valid for one year."

    I asked to speak to a manager and first I was told there was no manager and after many phone calls I got a manager on the phone explaining that up till now I have booked 2 round trips I did not need just to use that ticket and I was told by their customer service that I can exchange it to July. The manager said, "I will look what I can do" and then I was told after a week that, "Sorry we can not change your tickets. You have to travel in April." How can I travel in April when my kids are in school? I have been searching every for a complaint site or number and finally I found this site. They have the worse customer service ever and no replies and they also gave me wrong information that I can exchange the ticket with the insurance I bought that I have never used. Now I have to pay for a third one-way ticket from Egypt to the USA. Why???? They are the worse company to deal with.

    This company is terrible! When I purchase my tickets for my trip to Spain early in March I was not told by the "Sally" Travel agent that my passport was fine to travel because I still had 90 days before I was supposed to renew it. Today I traveled from Orlando to Miami so I can travel from Miami to Spain. When I arrived to Miami before boarding to my flight to Spain I was told that I could not board because my I needed 6 month or more before the expiration of my passport. I contacted Sally who told me to call her back. When I did she transfer me to customer service who then transferred me their escalation department.

    I spoke to "Oracle A." who aside from being extremely condescending told me that he could not refund me the other half of my ticket because I already flew the first half of my flight. I requested to speak with his supervisor and I was told that he was the highest person I could speak with. I had to make arrangements to return home from Miami. If I have been given friendly advice when I booked my flight and my accommodations I would have acted appropriately. Now I am on my way to home with a heavy heart because I this was a trip of a lifetime.

    Now I lost my money because they will not refund me and I was not able to go to my dream vacation. I feel that if a travel agent or a representative of this company had more heart and truly cared about keeping a customer for life they would be open and willing to go above and beyond and make sure that every customer needs and questions are met to the full capacity and above their expectations. But what does ITN cares? We are just a bottom line for them.

    I booked a flight to Italy via ASAP tickets dba as International Travel Network. A month out from the trip I developed a painful issue in my legs to the point that my Dr. provided me a not saying he did not feel it was safe for me to fly for a period longer than one hour. I called Delta, who said with the doctor note there was no issue with postponing the trip with no penalty. I called ASAP (ITN) and was on hold for 20 minutes. Called back and was told an agent would call. Later, I noticed an email instead. I tried to call the number not eh email and got a message it was not in service.

    When I finally called again and got "**," she said that was because she was on the line with another customer. After explaining that I needed to postpone the trip, ** (844-846-1970), who seemed to be answering from a script, and was very curt, said I would have to pay $250 fee for each ticket regardless of the medical reason or note from the doctor.

    When I told her that ASAP had told me earlier that would not be the case with a doctor's note, like some robot just kept repeating the same thing. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said there was none and said if I kept asking the same question she would hang up on me, which she did. Before she hung up she did say if I had questions to call back, to which I said, and who would I speak to, since you were not able to solve my problem nor provide me with a supervisor. Terrible, terrible customer service. No wonder there are 106 complaints about them. Beware!! I intend to escalate this issue as I do believe ** has a supervisor.

    When I went to ask them to cancel our tickets or change it different dates they gave me a higher quote, then they said call airline & they will be able to assist me better, when I called airline they said they can't do anything, you should trust airline. Again I called ASAP tickets, they keep transferring me to one another customer support guy, then finally I spoke to Garnet, he helped me cancel my tickets but without telling me he deducted $2000 from initial ticket price & charging me $1100 more. I need help to get my money back or guide me where I can go & file a case against them.

    Contacted ITN via the Internet asking for an agent to call me. Darby phoned within minutes. He listened to all my requirements and said he would get back to me in about an hour. My needs were to fly from NYC to Amsterdam for a week at the end of June and then fly to Iceland for a week before returning to NYC at a reasonable rate. Darby called back in less than 30 minutes with a great itinerary. I had made his job more difficult asking for a less than 2.5 layover on the opening leg. He met that requirement easily. After that everything was easy, I let him know I needed to speak with my wife before committing and he reminded me I could reserve the booking with just the passenger names to ensure no rise in price. I did that and then paid after getting the thumbs up from my wife. Meantime Darby found a lower price which he locked in for me before I purchased the tickets. Great experience!!!

    I feel I was truly blessed to have Diesel pick up the phone and worked with us for days to get our complicated trip for 4 people coming from different airports, then meeting in Paris and continuing on days later to Amman and then we join a tour through the middle east and Turkey ending in Athens. Diesel was very patient and I felt I could communicate well with him and he stuck with me till we got this booked. I don't know that I could have done this without his help.     I was booking a trip for a group of 15 people, traveling from Boston to London. I had an excellent experience with the asap rep who made it all happen. Cortez was polite, professional, thorough, and even stayed late at work until we had all the ticketing complete. He listened to my needs, searched for flights that would work for our group, and followed through until every ticket was issued. He waited while I gathered all the birthdate information from my group members, he took great care to make sure every name was spelled correctly, and he made sure I fully understood every detail of the contract and the protection plan.

    The price he got for me was better than I had been able to find online, or through the airline itself. I couldn't be happier with the arrangements that have been made and although we haven't taken the trip yet, I have Cortez's phone number and he has encouraged me to call him any time with any questions or problems.     Our agent Milton was incredible. He took the time to listen to our needs as a large group, dates and times of travel and cost. He diligently worked out an itinerary that met everyone of our needs to make sure we would be able to fulfill our family vacation. He provided us with several options and prices to make a sound decision. In the end, the price was outstanding, the service amazing and we will definitely be sharing our experience with friends and co-workers. In fact, a day after our booking another family wanted to join us because of the deal that Milton procured for us. That member was able to get the same deal, the same flights and dates and able to join us on the trip. Our experience with ASAP and Milton was outstanding and we will be returning customers for sure.

    I purchased first class international tickets PLUS insurance. 2 weeks prior to trip we found out my husband would need surgery at that time. The airline credited back our deposit. ASAP kept the airline credit for me and their exorbitant commission and has not returned our money. They are thieves. We now have hired an attorney.

    We have been checking tickets to Europe for a while. The prices seemed to be going up each time and we were going to have to push our trip to late October. October would have been a bit more cold. We both came across ASAP and checked the reviews and ratings on BBB which was an A+. Blunt, our ASAP agent was extremely helpful. He got us great tickets to where we wanted to travel. He was able to find better flight times when one popped up as a very early flight, without changing to price. Blunts was very helpful and even stayed on the phone while we each filled out the forms and selected payments. I was very happy with the price, so we even added a $20 tip for all his help. We will be using them again for future travel.

    I bought 2 tickets for me and my husband going to LHR from FAT on Sept. 23, 2018 with a travel protection. I informed them that we have to cancel our flights due to health reasons and give them copy of the hospitalization. I was told that refunds takes 2-4 wks. I've been making follow-ups until now and it has been 4 months but still the answer is the same, still waiting for United Airlines to respond to them. It's already end of Jan, 2019 but my agent Ferdinand still waiting for the airlines to respond. I'm very disappointed of their service regarding refunds. Will never purchase tickets from this company in the future.

    I’m booking a trip. I’ve been working with a wonderful agent but just before two of my friends, and I booked, using our credit cards, we were told that we would need to wire the money for our deposit, not use our cards as earlier stated. Everything I see online has great reviews about your company, I have a friend who has booked with you and highly recommend one of your agents, but the wiring the money thing has me scared off. I’ve just never heard of a business asking for that. And the agent said it was some kind of law that when paying a deposit instead of in full, the money had to be wired. Anyway, it just seems to be highly unusual. But like I said, service has been very good up to this request.

    I paid for a roundtrip ticket. I did not choose Dec 9th as my return date, your agency chose that date for me without consulting me. When I questioned the return date I was told "...with the purchase of the $100 additional fee for ticket protection, I could change my return flight date with no problem, just call in October to change the date." That is all I was told and I trusted that. When October came, I began to get the email runaround until the return date came and went with no resolution other than to pay the cost equivalent of a whole new roundtrip ticket. Trapping me into a situation costing me double the money just to get home. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Please connect me with someone who can resolve this issue for me where I, the customer, is satisfied and content. This email thread just stops! Where is your business ethic?

    The booking was quick and efficient. After three days I confirmed with all the Airlines as my Passport Number had not yet been entered. I also wanted to make sure that the airlines would be providing adequate free baggage as I was going on a Mission Trip and Family Reunion. The only thing that bothered me was the request for a tip and the reasons that you should give more and more. $25 is a big enough tip but I ended up giving %40 because it seemed close to what I thought the experience was. I think they should let people give a tip if they want to and not coerce them to. Thanks.

    I contacted ITN in the morning to get an emergency airline ticket booked from USA to Germany and Junior was well above the normal level of customer service to get me a great price, minimum lay-over and less than 4 weeks from now.     For many years I have always wanted to visit The Philippines and I was finally able to make it happen. I tried the usual travel search engines and found it to be overwhelming for all I wanted done. I wasn't just planning to go to one city but had many I wanted to visit during this trip. I was also trying to coordinate with several locals I was going to visit and that too was like trying to herd cats and ASAP Tickets made it all easy.

    One of the things I was having a trouble coordinating in my mind was crossing the International Time Line which added to my difficulty in setting a schedule. I know The Philippines is a day ahead of my own calendar but I was tired at the time and it just wasn’t clear. So, I saw an advertisement for ASAP Tickets and decided to give them a try.

    I'm typically turned off by salespeople and knew I could always hang up anytime I wanted so I decided to give them a try. I spoke with a gentleman named Lemuel **. who I sensed wasn’t just a typical salesman but he was there to really help me. He patiently listened to my plans and asked if he could do some research and call me back. I admit I was hesitant to share my cell phone number and email address but thought I’d give him a chance.

    The very next day I received a phone call from him and he was polite enough to ask if it was a good time to talk? He found a good flight through Korean Airlines having only one stop and then continuing onto Cebu which was my final destination, and a good return flight back to Seattle. I had done enough of my own research to know that the price and time of the flight was very competitive so I asked if I could get back to him to talk it over with my wife. He shared his direct number and email address with me and I told him I would get back in touch. I agreed to those tickets and made purchases for some domestic flights as well and sealed the deal.

    It doesn’t stop there! During our small talk we found out our mutual love of nature and he told me he would be happy to share some highlights of places he knew about considering he lives in Cebu. He sent me a list, even offering to personally show me some of these places. Now, that is going above and beyond and I’m very grateful for Lemuel **. for being willing to go the extra mile.

    I titled my review the way I had for a very good reason. I didn’t feel as if I was being sold a bill of goods, but was handled not only professionally but I’ll add “personally” treating me as if I was a friend. I’ve always heard the people of The Philippines were hospitable and kind and Lemuel **. has proven that to me. Thank you ASAP Tickets for people like Lemuel **. He’s an asset to your company and handled my business with pride and integrity.

    Booked a flight package for 2 from Denver to Casablanca (conf # **)with a 3 night stay in Paris. When I arrived at our Hotel in Paris they had no record of our booking. Contacted my Agent immediately by email said he'd take care of it asap. Luckily they had a room available, so I booked it for 300 euros (breakfast included). Called customer service on the Oct 14 left a detailed message, never received a callback. Contacted my agent again Oct 20, replied back saying he's been extremely sick the past few days, will sort this problem himself and will get back very soon. Contacted my agent on Nov 5, saying I'd like to be reimbursed my hotel stay. Had even sent him a copy of my hotel bill. Haven't heard back from him since Oct 20.

    My initial booking with my agent went extremely well, took him a few hours to find my travel package. It's now been a month and I still have not been reimbursed, which is unacceptable. I've booked flights with Asap for the past 3 years and was always impressed with their pricing and agents. What happened, agent not trained properly or what?

    I had been searching several websites to get the best deal for my round trip to Manila. I kept hoping for a ticket under $1300 (it's high season time). I spoke to Gertrude of ASAP. She took down my info, the dates, etc. She came up with a few possibilities, and then was able to get what I wanted for right at $1300. This actually took her 2 days of searching, etc. Finally, she contacted me and came up with a flight that fit my needs. The times were good, layover short. So, I am very happy for having used ASAP and for Gertrude's not giving up and finally finding the flight for me.

    I needed tickets due to an unforeseen emergency with my Mother. I had like only a few days to get there and the airlines wanted thousands. I checked with ASAPTickets and they found a solution for me. Not only did they get me there on time, the cost was less than half of published fares. There was some data breach at the same time as my purchase, so the charge was denied and they helped me to work with both them and the bank on the line at the same time to approve the charge and it was all good. If/when I need tickets in the future, I will definitely work with them first!

    After reading poor reviews of other online travel discount companies I was going to book with, ASAPtickets.com had the best reviews. It was a leap of faith, but airline tickets to Frankfurt from Denver were silly expensive. Asap saved us $300 per ticket and our trip went without any problems. Instantly after confirming the flight details, our reservation number showed up on the Delta site, phew! I will use them again.

    TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! Representative named EMERALD admits she told me my temporary reservation would not be lost while I made a phone call to double confirm that I wanted the ticket, (only warned price might go up and I accepted that, it went up 100 dollars of course) and she also took some time to double confirm that United would keep the ticket for me. In a few hours I got back saying I wanted the ticket, when she replied THE NEXT DAY she said "Sorry, United wanted to take back your ticket because they wanted your return day seat for a tour group." Her Supervisor ISABEL admits the promise to not lose my ticket was broken but it resulted in an increase of 300 dollars and Isabel only offered 50 to 100 in travel voucher discount for future purchase. TERRIBLE!! They also put me through an HOURS long process to confirm my credit card, I.D. and candid photo of my holding the card/I.D.

    Of course tough to see clearly all the card info so they kept asking for new pics, finally I proved that my pics DID show all the info if they would simply enlarge the pic as I ended up doing for them...BUT this madness kept me up all night and an old HEART condition has now returned--heart rhythm ARRHYTHMIA... YES, NOW I CAN NOT BREATHE PROPERLY WITH A FAST HEARTBEAT AND MAY NEED SURGERY TO CORRECT!!! Beware of EMERALD and even more ISABEL!!! Isabel confirmed my concerns after listening to the recorded conversation, admitted that I was assured I would not have my reservation LOST before paying for it (only price increase)--but it was lost-- and ISABEL still only wants to offer a 50-100 dollar voucher, will not even take my request to management for 300 cash to return to my credit card.

    She only willing to take a request for 100 cash to be returned to my credit card, --EVEN WHEN EMERALD'S MISTAKE COST ME 300!!! Then after admitting to things Emerald "could have done better" and admitting that the promise was broken to not lose my ticket, MS. ISABEL even STILL will not say Emerald did anything wrong!!! I will never stop publishing my story to as many sites as possible, my heart is all messed up and my wife is pissed for this ticket going from $1,000+ to $1,400+.
